[She puts on a hard hat and sits, lacing up construction boots, talking to you, the reader, the only other person in the locker room.]

Why did the degen cross the bridge? Wormhole said it was safe this time.

You must be a Solana validator, because you’re fine as hell and I know you’re gonna go offline when I need you most.

You must be an altcoin, because you just pumped 300% and I still don’t trust you.

What do Josh Groban and Vitalik’s roadmap have in common? “You raise me up…” (Hold on, still processing…12 more seconds)

Disclaimer

This article is chock full of bias, opinions, personal preferences, inferred religious dogma, and soft skills that are entirely not usable to the crypto scene. Therefore, you may consider not reading this, at all. Alternately, it may be just the right amount of porridge— dose of truth and reality —you didn’t know you needed, to encourage you to take the next step and connect with a group of crypto kingmakers called, “alpha growth,” for new & exciting future works, and incredible business partnerships. But don’t trust me on it! If you want to keep scrolling, by all means do. My coffee isn’t kept warm by you still being here.

(Waiting… Oh, hey! You still here? Hmmm. *cocks a sideways glance* ~Interesting.)

Character of a man

Character of a Man

[She begins the tour.]
[To set the scene: I’d like you to take a moment now, to picture a 74-foot mostly-glass skyscraper, in any city of the globe where business is happening. Men are in suits (of course). People walk their dogs briskly, on the cold streets below. Phones are overheard ringing in neighboring rooms. And deals are being made in every language, 24/7.]

If you want to know the character of a man, ask his wife. If you want to know the context of a working environment, ask the secretaries. How people treat one another filters down through every layer of the company infrastructure. The ethos of a company’s culture doesn’t change. If you speak with a janitor, they too can give you a temp check on the caliber of the content of people (i.e. character make-up) that work within the organization. Oftentimes evenmoreso, because as the irrelevant, invisible workers (i.e. non-decisionmaking outskirts), they see and perceive how people are in a different way.

While I am not the janitor, go-fer, or anyone’s secretary in the same way as the above hierarchical example suggests, I do work more on the internal-collaborative/process side of alpha growth (managing people, relation-ing through communication barriers, and project managing so tasks don’t fall through the cracks), as opposed to the more public-facing members of our organization. (For the sake of this tour…we’ll call it Middle Management.)

It’s not that we’re important, or not important; it’s just that we’re not the decisionmakers. So we see when the mask slips; when the performance stops; when the hearts and goals come out onto the table, before the paper and pen of the next plan arises; before the adaptations and addendums are written, to redirect the next version of the building mockup, before signed copies hit the desk. We’re not the boss, so there’s no need to impress us. But we’re also not the client, so we see business-as-usual, in a way that is not the formal Zoom meetings (please, for the love of God, don’t use Zoom, use Google Meets; unless you want to meet my Chinese cousin who’s a tradesman and has a special link for you…). We see the before and after of the classy dinner and handshake deals. We see the Mecca being built.

And like each of us “pieces” to the grander-scheme-of-things puzzle, the Alpha Growth Team as a whole, is what makes it all work; this multi-faceted blend of uniquely different strengths, strategies, inclinations, and varying backgrounds— all effectively collaborating together, as a unit, to make greater things possible. I’m not here to tell you about market makers, today; or teach you how to connect your Metamask wallet to your ledger. (Please use one. That’s my only crypto advice. Use a ledger. And remember how to communicate with real people. Every person behind the screen is a real person, in the real world. Unless they’re a bot. Don’t trust bots. Unless it’s an ALM. Nevermind; that’s too much. Let’s keep walking down the hallway. Here, take my clipboard.) It is my great honor to share, in no exaggerated terms, that the people that constitute alpha growth’s makeup, are some of the very best humans I’ve ever met; or dealt with; or worked with; or collaborated with. And I wish you were friends with all of them, too.

Classifying Values

If I had to classify the values that the company figures (in an internal, non-public-facing way) represent, I would describe them with: “integrity,” “honorable,” “upstanding,” “trustworthy,” “wise;” when referring to the people. Taking into account the ideas, I would start to use words like: “innovative,” “sustainable,” “philosophical,” “economical,” “growth-minded,” “future-thinking,” and “future-proof.” (Which starts to sound more like marketing material, I realize; but you don’t understand— I get to see these visionaries behind closed doors— as they’re building; as the ideas are being incubated. As the geniuses are at work— and fully in their element; masks off.) When it comes to the content of material that begins to start reaching our clients, I would classify it using words like:
exciting,
architectural blueprints,
important development,
even using phrases and concepts like:
vision-minded,
impacting the future,
designed to function properly,
and, in the hopes I don’t offend too many degens:
break-proof,
actually working right,
and financially stable.

Not Financial Advice

Okay, yeah, yeah— I know. I realize this is DeFi, and I can't use words like, “financially stable,” as a descriptor, because we're not allowed to give “financial advice” in this industry. (None of this is financial advice! You want my financial advice? Trust smart people, who are also good people, who are also well-fully-functioning humans with brains. Okay, there, you got it? No vampires; no monsters; that includes humans that are also monsters. Okay, good.) But it brings me pride daily— beautiful, incredible feelings of joy —that our people are building systems and structures with a stable, financial future in mind and at heart, as their primary focus. While many are losing money in the market or confused as hell about how to do things, our people are financially literate and building some of the most complicated, incredible, complex tools, structures, and ecosystems that have never yet existed.— And that's exciting!! It's exciting to be able to look at the models of what's being developed, see the heart and ideas of the people building it, and know for a fact that what they're creating is going to make the world a better place— even if the rest of the people (users, partners, clients, partners’ intended audience) don't know it yet! Building with alpha growth is an exciting place to be. And I wish more people could see what I get to see, behind the curtain.

Day-to-Day Operations

(Sorry, can you walk a little bit faster? We have a lot of rooms to go over. Look in here.) There’s so many aspects to the systems and divisions we have in place. Sales, marketing, DeFi Operations, building tools and structures, improving systems already in place; adding A.I. to the mix for efficiency and quality control; (I could get so nerdy, but I’ll try not to—) detailed, comprehensive writings; whitepapers; original mathematical equations; liquidity deals; market making; relationship managing. Each of these facets are so complex, intricate, hard to explain to a passerby, and intricately, intricately intriguingly: multi-faceted, and beautiful. We have hundreds of these “inner-workings,” and systems, all working at the same time; all interwoven, some interconnected, many “disconnected-but-relevant” parts; all working asynchronously as a beautiful unit, to structurally make our products work; and make alpha growth, as an entity, cohesive.

Like Clockwork

(Okay, put on your safety goggles for this one. Go ahead. Here, I’ll open the door for you. We’re heading into this room here, to check out the machinery. – Never be fooled by these skyscrapers; there are most definitely scientists at work in this building. Here; check this out.) To talk about alpha growth as someone who knows its internal workings (from somewhat of the sidelines) is to describe the inner gears of a clock, interoperating to create something immeasurably bigger than, “just a gear.” We are blacksmiths, leatherworkers, researchers, economic scientists, and chess masters of DeFi. Specialty tradesmen, robotically (and scientifically!) manufacturing replicateable procedures, to keep your digital investments safe in future economies. We build the economies; we map out how they work; we test the ecosystems; we work with developers to improve procedures; we curate the math. We partner with the wealthy to produce more revenue for passive income, using proprietary strategies that WE INVENTED! Okay, now I’m getting nerdy. Everything about this company is cool and exciting, and just purely ground-breaking (except that I'm not supposed to say "ground-breaking"). Please don’t tell them I said that. [Exiting the room.]

(You can head back into the hallway, now. *Gestures: Keep walking this way.) So to partner all of that “peek-behind-the-curtains,” inner company workings, with the moral compass of our kingmakers (and by that I mean every member of alpha growth’s varied, highly-reputable, incredibly-resourced team)...it just compels you want to work with them. To be a part of what they’re doing. Whatever it is. Because not only are we at the forefront…We're literally creating the forefront.

Team

The Best People
But back to the beginning. (We’re almost through the tour; gotta wind our way back to the Lobby, before we get you to your lunch date. Thanks so much for taking this time with me, here to see the inner workings of business here at Alpha Growth.) Anyone can say anything, right? It is, after all, the internet. ~I mean, sort of. This skyscraper does feel pretty real. Don’t you think? ~ Of what value is this take, after all?

Well, I offer my daily interactions with them, the Team that is Alpha Growth, as a character reference; a morality check, if you will: of the character and quality of people— behind the work we’re doing: the moral compass of actual pillars (the real people) behind the company. The calibre of faces behind the signed contracts.

I've been with Alpha Growth for 11 months. (Me: Goofy, friendly, super smart, seemingly stupid, taking on too many challenges, afraid of making mistakes….) During that time, I’ve been welcomed, given a seat at the table, viewed as a collaborator by many, treated with respect, and never talked down to – not even once. I’ve been offered kindness, given opportunities to learn; and teach; and speak; never being treated as a failure or disqualified for not knowing something. As a female… in this space, with less DeFi experience than many of the others, coming in new and fresh, and scared beyond belief to be here… I have had only good experiences.

I’ve seen men that don’t devalue women. I’ve seen women and men treated as equals. I’ve seen people valued for their unique skillsets and what they, individually, bring to the table. I’ve seen peers work on projects together, give valuable feedback with care for the person on the receiving end. I’ve seen conflicts and resolutions managed expertly. I’ve seen people stressed, elated, and always— still building, and still being impeccable human beings. (The absolute best!) And I’ve never once, been hit on. (Okay, actually once, but he got booted for other reasons, completely unrelated to me.) No secret messages. No uncomfortable workplace situations. Just respect, lack of gender (huh, that sounds kinda weird), and above-reproach conduct in the most kind, professional atmosphere (of non-skyscraper, remote, interconnected work and projects).

Just the best human beings, relating to others, building financial partnerships across different ecosystems ~being absolute geniuses together~ creating new ecosystem structures, building new financial resources, and incubating new products… together… as a team. It doesn't feel like family; but if it was a utopian society, I'd be so bought in. (*unicorn hairflip Telegram emoji*)

"How you do anything is how you do everything." – Codie Sanchez

Because; how people are in private, is how they are in business. When you know people cheat in relationships; you can trust they will cheat in business partnerships. When you see people back-biting and devaluing others behind closed doors, you can trust they will eventually be two-faced with their clients and projects, too; and in the long-run, they will create harm. How you are in one way, is how you are in every way. And so while the terrible people of the internet may be less-inclined to work with these above-board humans, now after reading this… (Let’s be honest; they’d never have gotten this far. The coffee from that dimension is so cold. You must be a beautiful human, if you’re still here reading.) I hope for the other good souls out there, that this is a valid back-of-the-mind reason to value working with alpha growth. Just somethin’ to chew on. Because the people here… they’re phenomenal. Even behind closed doors. And what they can do for your business is a very exciting prospect, indeed. (Just check out some of the articles and see what innovative things we’re doing!)

#TrustMeBro;
Actually? Please don’t. Just reach out and see for yourself. (Oof! Watch those doors! The elevator’s a little fast around here. ;) See ya next time!)
