We are building a next generation DAO framework/constuctor which strives to solve the following problems: - voter apathy, low DAO decentralization, difficult to comprehend governance designs - cut time & costs needed to customize a DAO by 4x-20x WHY US? 1. Pro team of 4 CEOs and serial entrepreneurs with all necessary expertise onboard 2. Basic DAO model - JMC DAO - is much more advanced than current “first wave” DAOs: separate quorums for different types of proposals, on-chain roles for DAO members, different voting types for different proposals, 2 stage on-chain voting, etc. 3. All DAO actions are 100% on chain. No compromises. 4. Fully flexible - not bound to any single particular DAO model design. 5. No coding skills will be needed to customize a DAO. We have MVP on HLF
