Diamond Data Chain (DDC) is a Layer 1 blockchain designed to preserve verifiable decision history for AI systems, enterprises and public institutions. Unlike traditional blockchains that primarily record transactions, DDC records evidence, recommendations, approvals and governance states, creating tamper-proof accountability across the entire decision lifecycle. The network enables organizations to prove what information existed, which recommendation was generated, who reviewed it and who approved the final decision. Current applications include AI governance, enterprise audit trails, industrial operations, energy systems, healthcare, public administration and regulatory compliance. The public presale is currently live on BNB Chain, while the native Diamond Data Chain mainnet is under development.
