MetaFighter is steeped in the heritage of competitive 1v1 fighting games, as well as full of adoring nostalgia for the classic arcade fighters of yore — Tekken, Virtua Fighter, Street Fighter, Soul Blade, and a hundred others besides. With the advent of blockchain gaming and the genuine capability to reward players, with real-world value, for their dedication to the game — there is a huge gap in the market for a blockchain based 3D arcade fighter to step up and give those fans a way to make their skills pay, and that’s what MetaFighter will do.
