Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Good morning, good afternoon, good evening, wherever you're at in this crypto world.
My name is Cody and I will be your host for today.

few more people up on stage that are will be presenting and then we will get this thing
kicked off. So bear with me here for just one second and I'll be right back. Thank you. All right.
Well, we still got a few stragglers that are waiting to come up on stage.
The invites have been sent.
But if you're just tuning in, my name is Cody.
I will be your host for today's episode of the 10 Minute Pitch Show,
a classic spin on the old speed dating format where we basically give every project pitching
10 uninterrupted minutes to give us their best pitch and puts you, our listeners, in the shark
you, our listeners, in the shark seat, I guess you could say, without the KOL bias and all that jazz that nobody really loves.
This way you can hear it straight from the horse's mouth when it comes to information about the project and what they are trying to cook over in Web3.
trying to cook over in Web3. So with that being said, if you are a project that we'll be presenting
today, the house rules are simple. Just keep it all based upon the tech. Don't do anything that
would do price speculation or talk about your token price in any way. Just, again, keep it all
about tech, what problems you're trying to solve,
and what innovation you are bringing to the table in Web3. So with that being said,
we'll get this thing kicked off while we're waiting for the other couple people to show up.
And from there, we will start with Pipe G. Dow, your 10 minutes starts now.
with PipeGDAO. Your 10 minutes starts now.
How did I know you were going to pick me first?
Hey guys, this is Batsy, AKA Batsy Ramaguti.
I'm the founder, the boss, the dom, the FA,
the captain and commander of the PipeGDAO project
So let's get straight into it.
So I'm excited to introduce the PipeGDAO. We are a members only impact FI and RWA ecosystem and our primary mission is to transform university research and
real world innovation via Web3 and decentralization, particularly focused on DSi right now.
But our token and our ecosystem is going to solve many more problems besides DSi,
which I'm going to go into.
So the problem that we're trying to solve is known as the European paradox.
Every year, particularly in Europe, there's about 500 billion euros worth of
R&D spent on R&D. And for every 1 million euros spent on R&D in Europe, there's only one disclosure.
What's a disclosure? That's when the researchers actually disclose what they're working on.
You can't invest in something that's not been disclosed.
So that lack of disclosure is a huge problem.
And there's also a funding gap as well.
And this is, again, known as the European paradox.
So essentially, basically up to 83% of European university innovations never make it to market.
European university innovations never make it to market.
These are things that could cure cancer, help with Parkinson's,
cure paralysis, and so on and so forth.
These are things that we have listed on our launchpad.
But they don't get to market because of the way that Europe works.
There's lack of tech transfer between universities
and commercial companies and ventures.
There's an establishment attitude which prevents things from being commercialized, particularly
They're very difficult to work with.
But why university innovations, you may ask?
Well, compared to traditional startups that are in the commercial space, they have a 95% success rate compared to commercial ventures that only have a 5% success rate.
Because universities use resource methodologies known as TRLs, Technology Readiness Levels, to actually make sure the damn thing works.
And TRLs are used by NASA and presumably SpaceX, because SpaceX has basically privatized NASA to, again, make sure launchpad have a 95% success rate compared to non-university ventures.
So which essentially means that, you know, members can actually have a much better chance of actually making any real returns.
can actually have a much better chance
of actually making any real returns.
So in terms of, I'll give you an overview
We have the PGF-DSI launchpad,
which I mentioned before.
That was released in May last year now.
Actually, April last year now.
And this is a tokenized impact fund.
And this is where the DS-site projects from universities are listed.
And they come from the Py platform, which is a Web2 platform,
where the academic disclosures happen.
We're also building G-Starter in partnership with Layer 1x.
And that's going to be the official ecosystem launchpad.
And it's going to have a mixture of the Pi platform as well.
It's going to use LSTs from Ethereum staking and so on as a medium of exchange.
But I'll go into that later.
We have the GDAO token, which launched on Layer 1x Quantum Dex.
And that's the ecosystem, of course, token.
And that is an ImpactFi and RWA token as well.
That's for governance, that is for memberships,
and that basically leads the ecosystem.
And that's what allows for other funds to be created as well
to solve different problems.
And, of course, there are sub DAOs, you know, SXX DAOs and so on
within the PGF Launchpad, which will be established,
which will focus on specific areas.
And then lastly, we have our patrons token-gated PF Portrait app.
So we call our community members patrons.
Patrons are historically people that, you know,
they fund or they launch or they initiate great public works,
which actually makes a societal impact.
So I'll go into that later.
So I've already mentioned,
so I'll go into a bit more about how the PGA Launchpad works.
I've mentioned the TRL levels already.
So with TRL 1 to 2, that's you've produced a prototype.
And 2 is you've reproduced that prototype in the lab all the way up to 8 and 9,
where the technology is ready for mass production and distribution
And so that's how rigorous we are.
The PGF Launchpad aims to raise 2 million euros in seed capital per project.
So we want to start with at least five projects.
That's how I approve first principles.
That's going to be raised from the Web3 community. And this will actually help to make these
D-side projects from universities investable. The hardest, the hardest, the biggest challenge is
to actually get the first seed capital. The PGF launchpad is multi-chain so it's currently on Avalanche, Arbitrum Base, BNB, Optimism, Polygon
and so on, although we are going to be migrating to
Layer 1X and making that our native chain, which means that we're going to be
on a lot more blockchains, including Solana and
Thon as well, so we can get even more liquidity and this is why
we, and more specifically I,
have picked L1X as our native ecosystem blockchain,
because it's already in line with our multi-chain principles,
but with one deployment, or one core deployment anyway.
So GSTAR, I'll move on to that next.
That's the launchpad we're building
with L1X, like I said. And I mentioned before, we're using liquid staking tokens as the medium
of exchange. So there'll be auto buy, auto sell, auto compounding features. So it'll essentially
be like an asset management platform for new tokens, interoperable tokens, launching on Layer 1X as well.
That's super exciting and we're working on that
Hopefully we'll have a Q4 launch for that.
But yeah, it's going to be some AI stuff in there as well.
And there'll be different levels in terms of risk,
medium risk, low risk, high risk, and the community
whether they want to invest in that
rather than launchpads filtering things out
instead of telling you what's good
and what's not for the community to decide.
There'll also be anti-rug security built in there.
And the GDAO token will be used
as a governance token in there,
as well as potentially give some rev share as well
from all the D-side projects, sorry, all the projects on the launchpad.
Okay, so the patrons are proof of patronage, right?
As I said, it's token-g gated and it's on chain proof that you
have made a difference you've made an impact um and two minutes it generates a wonderful portrait
for you uh we will be minting those on layer 1x as well but you can get your portrait now you need
10 jida tokens to get that you can pick all kinds of different areas, Feudal Japan, Ancient Rome, Medieval England, and so on.
And that's your clout, that's your flex.
And the first 100 patrons will get the best rewards.
So make sure you get your patrons' PFP portrait did.
They are pretty cool and you need Jirao tokens exclusively on l1x there will
be a difficulty bomb um so in q1 next year it's going to require 100 gdao tokens to get one so
make sure you get yours and again uh we would they will be minted as nfts on l1x next year
or maybe sooner and we'll make them interoperable on n marketplaces as well, because L1XListers do that.
You know, we are the PGF Launchpad on DappRadar.
We are on Magic Square as well.
And we are now raising...
We have a presale going on as well.
So if you go to token.pypdao.io, you can get SGDAO tokens.
And we're looking to raise $1 million from our pre-sale as well.
I'm not going to mention any prices or anything like that,
not financial advice, do your own research and so on.
But yeah, we have a pre-sale going on.
And we've also got a release pool for that.
So our roadmap is that we are looking to do a public sale.
We've been approved by six launch pads,
and we've also been approved by three exchanges for listing as well.
And we're looking to raise one and a half million from our public sale,
and again, sorry, one million from our pre-sale as well.
So make sure you get involved.
So the people that we are looking for,
the kind of investor that suits or member that suits our ecosystem
are the kind of people that would have bought Apple shares in the 80s,
Microsoft shares in the 80s.
They saw the potential and they got in early.
That's who we are in Web3, and that's exactly who the PGF Launchpad
and DSAI Launchpad aims to help and to facilitate,
But if you get your patron's portrait,
So go to the pipejidau.io and click Become a Patron,
and you can get your PFP portrait as well,
and you get Jid PFP portrait as well.
And you get GDAO tokens from L1X Quantum Dex.
And that's my elevator pitch.
Thanks, PipeG, for stepping in and giving us your best pitch.
If you guys happen to have any questions for PipeGDAO,
definitely drop those in the comments below.
We will try to bring them up a little bit later or just tag them.
And I know for sure that they are more than willing to answer your questions for you.
Again, if you're just tuning in, my name is Cody. I am the host of the 10-Minute Pitch Show, sponsored by Layer 1X. And we are here to basically find the next moon project.
And for projects that are pitching on us, you do get 10 uninterrupted minutes to give us your best pitch. So if you're interested in that, definitely DM us and we will get you guys slated for an upcoming episode.
Again, any project that is on the 10-Minute Pitch Show
does not necessarily warrant a endorsement by Layer 1X.
And again, always do your own research
when it comes to investing in crypto.
Definitely, definitely reach out to the project with any questions that you may have as well.
So I've got another couple of great projects lined up.
So let's keep it rolling and let's kick it off with Triumph.
Your 10 minutes starts now.
Hi, everybody. I am Matthew Nagy. uh triumph you're up you're 10 minutes starts now hi everybody i am matthew nagy i am the coo
of triumph games and um we are redesigning game fi because we want to bring success back to this
area of the market you know we we looked at the past failures and we're like we analyzed we're
like okay well you know why did they go this such a nice game, this and that and the other, you know, and we, we, we spotted a bunch of things.
And so we're doing some things differently and we were, you know, we're, we're, we're banking on
having the magic, um, to make a success at launch of our tokens. So first of all, we're actually
launching with products that are playable already.
So we're launching with three free-to-play games on mobile and PC, starting with BattleRise, which is Dungeons & Dragons for your mobile phone.
Armor X, which is like a futuristic monster hunter.
It is at an alpha. It's approaching a closed beta, but it's very playable still and monetizable.
being a closed beta, but it's very playable still and monetizable. And we acquired the
Legends of Illumia, which was an NFT-gated project from several years ago, but we've taken the gate
off to create no barrier to entry to bring more players in. At one point, when we first took it,
it only had 150 DAU. Now it has over 2,000 DAU. Actually, I think in August,
we hit 4,000 DAU at one point. We also are launching our TriToken is actually a studio
token. We think one of the issues was single tokens for a single game in the past.
So we are creating TriToken to empower the entire Triumph ecosystem, starting with these
first three games. And then moving on in the future, you know, we'll be adding more products
in that either we make ourselves or we collaborate with others or acquisitions as the ecosystem grows.
And our developers, you know, in the past, you know, developers have not necessarily been experienced making games.
We are, we have a lot of great developers on our roster who are on our teams who are making our games.
And we think that experience really comes across. that we need AAA quality, you know, mobile AAA PC quality games that can also go to the Web 2
world and tap into 3 billion mobile phone gamers and 2 billion PC gamers. Because we think that,
you know, just having Web 3 players isn't quite enough because Web 3 is still growing.
just having Web3 players isn't quite enough because Web3 is still growing.
It's not that Web3 is dead.
It's just that it's been embryonic.
But, you know, it's giving birth now.
And we hope to be one of those companies right at the forefront of that.
We also realize the economics of other games in the past.
Some of the games, you know, bar the wonderful way that Axie went, you know, people have been trying to reproduce Axie instead of necessarily looking just at a balanced economy.
You know, there's been it's been too much extraction in the past, not enough sustainable economy.
So we're flipping that on its head and we are we are releasing the initial token within the games under something called skill to earn, which rewards the players first Rise this week, and the top 50 players split this
and the next 200 split that. And we can say in Illumia, guys, go play the Ragnarok event,
or if there's a new event coming on, we can send players to those things. And by doing this,
it's a skill to earn. We're rewarding the players and the community first, or we're turning people coming into the ecosystem, we're turning them into players so that they, you know, they're adding to the game, they're adding to the ecosystem.
And, you know, we think this is definitely going to help. That's not the only thing we're doing with the token. The token is also going to power the peer-to-peer NFT marketplace within the game.
It's going to power a prediction market and tournaments, of course.
But we'll make tournaments, even though within the game you've got kind of player versus player based on how well you've leveled up your champions or your characters or heroes or whatever.
In a fair tournament, you will get to play with fully
powered up characters. So it'll just be down to strategy. You get to play against other players
in that way. So it's great. And then players, you know, we'll have big tournaments and, you know,
we'll have smaller ones that players are able to access with each other. They're able to play
against each other and everybody puts a little bit of try in the pot and then they play for the pot. And a little bit gets burned and a little bit goes in the treasury
and a little bit gets pooled for much larger tournaments. But my favorite thing is user
generated content. We know user generated content makes games go viral. We've seen it with Roblox,
Minecraft, the Fortnite creative, right? These things, their year-on-year average growth is absolutely, wonderfully insane.
And we're hoping to tap into that market.
So we're repurposing the tools that we use to make, like, for example, in BattleRise,
we make a dungeon, right?
We've got tools for that.
So we're going to repurpose them, put them online. And we've got online,
on-chain, drag-and-drop, no-code dungeon builder for people. We'll ask people to invest in a small
NFT pack or a medium or a large. And in the NFT pack will be a unique NFT, unique for the game,
not shared. So it will be powerful. We'll have, you know, we'll have
in-game value, right? And then you make the dungeon and that becomes the prize that people
play for. So everybody who wants to play your dungeon, they just put a little, you know,
they pay a bit of try token and they get a go at your dungeon. And, you know, and then whoever,
you know, every time whoever, you know,
every time somebody defeats the final boss is a random number generation and everybody
has got a fair go at collecting that unique NFT prize. And then, you know, if, if, if the,
if the creator, so the creator is monetizing the try token, the lion's share goes to the creator.
We'll burn a tiny bit. We'll put a little bit in the treasury. We'll pool a little bit for tournaments for the future. But this way we can kind of go
viral and we can get more people in the games. Because I think one of the biggest things has
been just relying on Web3 when there's a huge wide Web2 audience. And lastly, removing the barrier
to entry. We're using our technology. We're partnered with ThirdWeb. We're heavily backed by Immutable and Arbitrum. We're using the best wallet technology of these guys to kind of give player a wallet right at the start of the game, even though they don't really have to buy an NFT to get in, but if they have an NFT, we'll make sure they get additional rewards.
You know, there's no barrier to entry to get into our games.
We also have something. We won a $1.2 million grant from Europe to make something called Emotive AI, which powers the non-player characters within the game.
So we've initially launched a test bed in Battle Rise. People are already able to talk to the shopkeeper. And if you can talk him around and gain his trust,
then he will give you access to a very powerful item that you can purchase. And if you gain his
trust more, you get a huge discount on it. And if you gain his trust really, really, you know, he absolutely is your best friend now.
You can get an even better discount on it, right?
So, but we are repurposing.
We're going to be using this AI technology within any of our games.
And we're going to be using it as well, you know, as Illumia continues to grow.
continues to grow and it moves more from its current kind of dungeon keeper type of gameplay
to an actual, you know, widespread MMO RPG wandering around. We'll have a land sale in the
future. It's going to be really great to have these non-player characters who, you know,
they're sensible. They're not just a moron character who's just chopping wood or something.
They're not just a moron character who's just chopping wood or something.
They're able to converse.
Our whole tool suite in the back end, we can make grumpy people, happy people, joyful people,
You know, we can do so much with it.
We're absolutely going to be doing that and more.
You know, that is us in a nutshell.
We are launching the TriToken. Our TGE is coming up in October. We've got some great partners. We've got some great IDEO platforms that we're lining up as
we speak. If you are a member of the community, you are able to take part in a presale, which is
happening on AlphaMind. It is a discount for community members.
So maybe you want to join the community so you can take advantage of that.
But it's just exciting times.
Together, we're hoping to redefine and redesign GameFi.
And together, we can triumph.
So I've done eight minutes.
I hope that's acceptable.
I guess I've left two minutes for questions.
Yeah, you can either keep going or you can yield the time back.
And we'll do questions a little bit later if you want as well.
So do you want to keep going or yield it back?
Well, what else can I say?
I can also say, you know, I've been in computer games for a very long time.
I was the designer of Die Hard Trilogy and Alien Trilogy for PlayStation 1.
So, you know, this is the kind of experience that we're bringing into the company, you know.
But my team, my God, my team are
from some fantastic companies. My team members have worked at Ubisoft, Game Loft, Virtual Realms,
you know, obviously the guys, you know, the guys made Illumia as well. And I just think this
experience just coming into this sector of the market, I think it really makes a difference.
And I'm really, we really feel like we're going to be able to be at the head of onboarding
normal players into the world of Web3. You know, one day somebody's going to find some fantastic
artifact, legendary artifact inside BattleRise. And a friend of them is going
to say, hey, dude, that's worth 500 bucks. And they're going to go, wow, what do you mean? How
do I make 500 bucks? They're going to go, go to the peer-to-peer marketplace, go to the bazaar
inside BattleRise. And you'll find you already have a wallet. You can press a button. It'll
mint it on chain and you put the price you want and somebody will buy it and that money will just go
direct to you at the same time in exchanges to them. I think this is how we start to educate
the normal game players into the world of Web3 and they begin to see that the blockchain is a
beautiful thing. Awesome. Thanks, Triumph, for coming on and giving us a pitch about your game.
Excited to kind of see where you guys take that, that's for sure.
So if you guys happen to have any questions for Triumph Games,
definitely drop them in the comments below,
and we will bring those up a little bit later
after we hear from our pitches that we have coming up.
One is having issues coming up.
Biscuit, if you want to come up, I know you tried to come up on stage before.
You're more than welcome to rejoin if you want.
But before we go to them, let's go to Awebo.
Your 10 minutes starts now, my friend.
Yeah, just a little disclaimer off the start.
I am watching my four-year-old grandson, and he could be very loud at times.
So if you hear screaming,
it's him. And if I do go away for a few seconds, it's because of him. Okay, give me one second.
Hello. Sorry about that. Again, I am watching a toddler. Okay, what is Aweibo WTF?
Aweibo WTF is the new launchpad on L1X.
We plan right now to launch tokens, meme tokens on the platform and utility tokens as
well it is at this current state right now it is in version one we are in data
testing we've been doing beta testing for the last couple of weeks and we plan
to actually soft launch I guess you could call it this coming Friday it would be
Saturday morning in Australia just so you know so what exactly is it right
what kind of a platform is it it's kind of the plan is to have a platform kind
of the same as pump fun but with added securities
what kind of securities well there could be limits on wallets there could be
limits on buys like we haven't we haven't quite given out this information
of what we're gonna do for version 2 but as it stands version one has still extra security features over and above what pump fun has
when uh geez when we start launching projects we will actually have one marquee project launching
on friday that's why we're doing this soft launch it is a utility project it's a well-established utility project going on our
launch pad and it will be bringing support services and a bunch of utilities to l1x
this project has been around since 2021 it's an llc it is It is a powerhouse of a project and it has been on the BSC since 2021.
It actually does bring real world utility as well.
I don't know if I can go much more into the details of this project launching because I haven't really gotten to go ahead to start to tell people about it so besides that geez I don't know I'm a I'm
actually just waking up myself so I can't really think very clearly at the
moment but I don't know. Sorry, guys.
Maybe just a little bit about Awebo and where we came from.
We actually have two founders for the project.
You've probably seen him around in our telegrams.
And he builds nonstop every day.
Same with me like i'm i'm going probably 12 to 18 hours a day
in crypto and what we intend to do is help build up the l1x ecosystem um me personally my um
experience is i have helped probably over a projects launch, whether I'm on the team
or I'm advising for the team.
I've been doing this for over eight years.
And geez, I can't even think of how many projects I've advised as well.
So that's just me. Mare, he actually had a project that he helped bring
over 300 million market cap in the last bull run. So he just gets his nose to the grindstone and he
just works, works, works. We actually were up all night last night in a meeting bringing a different
project into the ecosystem.
It will be a conservation project that we're going to bring and it's a multi
million dollar project. So that's what we were building last night. Um,
and we're, we're going to be bringing that probably fairly soon. Uh,
besides that, I don't know guys, that's,
that's kind of all I can think of off the top of my head.
I'm just a little bit scattered because of my grandson.
No, all good. That's definitely a feat in itself. You've got like the triple whammy going with early morning, it sounds like, grandchild to watch over and trying to give a bitch.
Totally understand there. It's not the first time I've had to do this,
but I feel like I'm a little bit off today
because I've only had like three hours of sleep.
I was in meetings all night.
Well, we appreciate you coming on.
That was a Weibo, everybody.
So if you happen to have any questions for them,
feel free to drop them in the comments below.
Our other person is unable to join,
unfortunately, due to technical issues. So we will throw one last shout out to Biscuit if you
want to come up. Now's the chance since you requested before. Otherwise, we want to thank
our panel or excuse me, our projects for joining us today and giving us pitches.
If you haven't done so, I would highly recommend following these guys.
They are some pretty good projects.
I personally know all three of them.
I've spoken with a lot of them before.
So feel free to, like I said, follow them.
They're very active in their communities and what they do.
They do not hesitate to answer questions.
I do know that for a fact.
Just looking through the comments, and I do not see more so just cheerleading and hurrah
So no real comments for our pitches.
So with that, I think we'll just kind of end it there.
Thanks again for our projects pitching.
And thanks to you for tuning in.
Even live as well as on the recording.
I know we get a lot of replays on our recording.
So if you are listening on a recording,
thank you for taking the time to tune in
and learn more about these projects
as we explore all of Web3.
Looking for those next moon projects and yeah.
our 10-minute pitch is every Wednesday.
So if you're a project tuning in and would like to be on the 10-minute pitch show, definitely give us a DM.
We will get you slated for a spot in an upcoming episode.
And again, it's every Wednesday at 8 a.m. Eastern Standard Time.
Otherwise, catch us every Tuesday
for our deep roundtable discussions as well
every Tuesday at 10 a.m. Eastern Standard Time.
keep working to unite a la crypto.
We will catch you on the next episode of Xtalks.
Have a good one, everybody,
and enjoy the rest of your week.
