let me get that posted i think we are now good to go what's's going on? What's going on, everybody? Welcome back to another episode
of a Call of Buzz. Let me make sure that we're glowing here. Come on, come on, come on, come on,
come on. Yes, we are. All right. Welcome, everybody. Let me get the chat popped out here
so that I can see the GMs, the questions, the comments. This is a live broadcast, so if you have any questions, feel free to ask.

Hopefully, I'm not flying in the middle of the week, so I can still have a call of buzz but i'll update you guys on that
when that time comes so welcome to the episode today it's going to be a little bit of an
interesting one we're going to go over a couple things and then we're actually going to try some
of the daps that are currently in our meme and dApp contest. If you're not familiar, this guy's a
cool guy. With the meme and dApp contest right now on Acala, we are actually going to be releasing
an article tomorrow, very likely, and recapping everything for the Acala network and the first two months of the meme adapt contest as we're entering the
third month now usually I see a couple GMs by now let me actually make sure if on my phone it's
working as well I love to see that there was a lot of support it's just always weird when you're
streaming because if something's not working okay it, it's working, it's working, it's working. Okay.
If something's not working, you don't really know. Like, I think one time I did a whole stream and it was almost on mute.
So, let's get started.
I guess a couple things to review. We're gonna get to that.
We do have our winners of month two. That was very fun.
They were listed here so i think
we congratulated them last week for easy akala boomerang airpay nemo and vota you guys collected
the most votes i know fifth and sixth place was really really uh close gm arch bong nice to see
you nice to see you um so congratulations to you guys i believe all the rewards have been distributed.
Along with that, the voter airdrop was also distributed. Now, this, in my opinion, is one of the easiest ways to get an ACA airdrop if you're an ACA holder.
I think this month, since there was a lot more participants, I think there's like 210-ish
voters. Yeah, everybody got 480 ACA just for voting. So congratulations to everybody who voted.
Your ACA should already be in your wallet. And then if anybody participated, how you do in God's
favor, GM, GM, GM, GM. In the trading competition for FooFuture, those rewards have also been distributed.
Now, I know with FooFuture, it was a little tougher to be on the leaderboard because you need to do a certain amount of trading volume.
If you shorted the market, you are golden because the market is really, really rough right now.

it's kind of globally a lot of people are thinking with this, these trade wars that are happening
between America and all other countries, it is deeply affecting the markets. There's a lot of
uncertainty. There's a lot of fear. And you can see it's in the prices. To be honest, though,

It's still pretty good.
Now, I know altcoins have been absolutely destroyed.
Those will come back.

Altcoins across the board have been destroyed.
A lot of the major chain tokens have not done well.
And therefore, the altcoins associated with it have not done too well.
So, for example, everything in the Ethereum ecosystem is down more than Ethereum.
Everything in the DOT ecosystem is down a little more than DOT.
So what we can, the more the market's forcing us to get to McDonald's or to get a second job.
Now, I can't say whether to buy the dip, whether to hodl or to sell your bags.
I can tell you what I'm doing, but there's a lot of uncertainty.
Nobody will know for certain.
So there's risk in everything, and that's why there's reward in everything.
So you could just sit tight.
Some people want to just disconnect for like a month and a half.
As you guys can see, in two weeks, everything can change. The situation we're in was not what we were thinking of two
weeks ago. That situation wasn't there two weeks ago. So if you're feeling stressed, just hang tight
and see if this continues within two weeks. If not, it'll be changing. You'll forget about it.
But anyways, that's the market. It is kind of rough. I do feel for everybody, especially if this is your first cycle. These are the type of things that you don't expect. I joined around COVID. And so I already I came post crash. So this is actually my first like, random, you know, unpredictable crash. But if it follows something like COVID did, then we're actually set up to do some really cool things in the second half of this
year and a little bit into 2026. So let's get to it. Let me not talk too much market talk because
again, nobody really knows. Some of the other cool things that have come, if you're a developer,
now again, I'm not the most technical, but with sub query and querying on the Pocodot ecosystem, you can get grants and your API,
I guess, paid for. That's what I understand. I think it can be really expensive to keep pinging
APYs if you're doing some kind of querying. So subquery is helping with funding when it comes
to that for builders.
So just wanted to point that out.
If you're a builder, you probably understand this post
more than I do, but putting it out there
for those who know, because again,
I'm not the most technical guy.
Unfortunately, I like understanding it,
but building it, you don't wanna do apps
that I've built technically.
I don't think it'll do very well.
I don't think they'll be very well. I don't think it'll be very secure.
But that's there.

Why I can't download the Acala app in the App Store?
We don't have an App Store app.

The Acala app would be kind of our app on a web page, on a browser. You'd have to either open it in your wallet browser or in your phone's browser.
And then when you go to the Akala app, it will show up on your phone. That's more what it is for an app.
And exactly. I like what Web3 Stargirl says. What we can do right now is build for the future. And that's what we're here to do.
So, talk about the voter airdrop, talk about the trader competition.

I know one of our team members are going to be speaking on this panel for Poker Worlds.

But what's more fun is Voda has started their early adopters campaign.

briefly explain what's going on in the voters campaign or in the VOTA early adopters campaign?
As you can see here, the steps are pretty simple. You know, follow them on Twitter,
join their telegram, tag some friends and fill out the form. Apparently there's gonna be some
prizes. I see some people are looking. I see some people are tagging so it's starting to move some people
have done the steps but why they're doing this is because their test net is ready so let's take
let's take a quick look at the vota platform oh does this wallet I think this wallet will be okay. Let me, I usually actually do a lot of testing on my main wallet, but when I stream, I don't
use my main wallet.

that's going on that's definitely something to to check out Voda also want to just talk about the
different DeFi opportunities that are available on Kala right now. We did have some listed here, some of them might change.
But if you guys aren't familiar, and you're a dot holder,
there's two pretty good places to put your dots.
And it's in this L dot or T dot pool on Euphrates.
So when you stake your dot right now,
you would get around 9% APY.
So that's kind of the regular APY that you would get staking.
Have I seen the leaderboard? I'm going to check it in a second. But we do give a bonus 2.84% in ACA
if you're using this pool. And right now there's $5.7 million locked in this pool. So that's pretty
good. And this is really just liquid dot. So it's a liquid staking token. That's kind of,
it's your dot state. There's not too much more to it t dot if you're not familiar it's actually an lp pool token what t dot really is is dot and l dot put together an lp and the trading fees are
collected in this token so you're collecting half of that pool is l dot that's collecting the staking
rewards the other one is just regular dot but then paired together earns extra fees when people switch between LDOT and DOT.
So that's why sometimes TDOT can have more yield than LDOT, sometimes a little less, depending on the trading fees.
Now, I was just told that there was a leaderboard on VOTA.
This still has. Ah ah here it is oh I didn't know oh I didn't know there was a leaderboard for your win rates oh this guy's positive this guy doesn't win as much but he's
positive well that's very
interesting well i gotta get myself on the leaderboard then congratulations to those who

the testnet period campaign.
There's going to be some kind of airdrop, which is pretty interesting.
You can get testnet tokens, so you don't have to bug anybody to play.

nice I like it I like it a lot as far yield. So yeah, I was just saying, L.T.Dot are pretty good pools. StellaSwap is actually also a pool if you're on Moonbeam and you're holding DOT and L.Dot. It is 16% APY. It doesn't have too much trading fees. It has a little bit of Stella that you earn and a lot of DOT that you earn. This was funded actually by the Polkadot treasury on StellaSwap.
So if you want to earn some DOT rewards, you can have DOT and LDOT in a trading pair on StellaSwap.
Then LC DOT, to be honest, I don't know why people still hold LC DOT.
If you happen to, then yes, put them in this pool.
Or I would say just convert your LC DOT into DOT one-to-one and then join this pool here.
That's what I would say.
I think this pool needs to close down soon once this liquidity kind of moves out.
Or maybe it could be moved out for you.
I don't know if it's possible to do that.
It probably has to be a governance vote.
And then we can kind of shut down the LC DOT pool because I don't think many people are are holding crowd loan dot anymore especially if the crowd load's been over for like eight months now and
then of course you can still stake your solana for the uh jito soul l dot pool but there aren't
any bonus rewards right now so this is just the rewards from your jito soul that's just held on a call up so there's these on euphrates but then also on our dap
there is staking excuse me staking an lp thing is i actually like how the dap 2.0 looks what are
your guys thoughts on um on our dap 2.0 do you guys like this better? Would you rather this be our homepage? Or would you rather keep it to our current one right now?

like activities with the wallets not necessarily that we're
stalking but just as a baseline so if you're not familiar with easy a call up this is not this is
not uh confirmed but definitely something else to check out i mean all the projects uh that are
building from the meme adapt contest are going to be interesting there is one more that's going to
