Thank you everyone for joining this week's weekly AMA.
Before we get started, Kanaki, can you hear me?
GM, GM, loud and clear how you doing
hello hey can you hear me loud and clear yeah loud and clear awesome okay all right let's get
into it um so this week's been pretty crazy since we've got you know the market going berserk that
that's one of um the the things but for anyone joining or listening back to this, we do these weekly AMAs.
And this is basically where the team wants to give updates on what we're building, what
we're doing, what's basically happening at AFI Network.
And so basically this is where, yeah, we give updates.
And then for the second part, we take on questions from the community, from anyone that wants
to really ask. And we
even invite people up on stage so that they can ask as well. And so without further ado, Hello.
So how are we adapting on strategies on onboarding more projects after launch?
And are there any industries or niches we're kind of focusing on, Panaki?
So we've been working with many different projects from a lot of different verticals.
This covers people in RWAs. this covers projects in DeFi,
it covers a whole range of different projects.
So we've been very much working with them
to help them get their campaigns going.
Yeah, so that's something that's been really exciting
and we're very excited about all the activities we have.
about all the activities we have.
We do have an AMA that we have planned next month,
or rather than a couple of weeks with our early clients.
So some of them, so I'm very much looking forward
to that as well.
Yeah, I think that's gonna be an exciting one
because I know there are a bunch of people
that have been asking about some of the projects
that we've been talking to.
So I think that'll be awesome to kind of hear from them and hear from someone else on what they have experienced with AFI Network, especially since they've bought into it.
So super excited for that AMA personally as well.
The next question I want to cover is with the current state of the crypto market,
how do we position AFI Network as a must have tool for businesses?
Yeah, I mean, it's very straightforward.
I think market aside, right, you know, as a crypto founder or you're working in Web3, you know, incentives is extremely important in building communities.
You need to incentivize your community members to take certain actions,
do certain tasks, invite people, refer people. This isn't even Web 3, right? This actually goes
way back to even before Web 2 or Web 1, right? We had referral programs, we had affiliates,
we had commission models. And so this is just being transformed, right, into a different
settlement layer, into something a little bit more
unique but the necessity is still there and so you know there's so many projects that are out
there that are you know building really cool rwa projects building really cool games building
really cool defy products and they need help with incentive tools right and so it typically costs a
lot to build your own custom incentive tool it takes a lot of time takes a lot of money and what's not even known is
that it actually costs a lot to maintain as well I'm sure you might need to have
somebody on it there's a lot of manual process that's actually going on you'd
later realize that your security is at risk because you outsource your smart
contract so there's a lot of things that actually at play there and we come in
with a SaaS solution.
We say, hey, look, you don't need to worry about incentives at all.
Just use our tool, embed it to your site within a few minutes,
you know, at a few thousand bucks a year.
That's the value prop that we bring to businesses.
We help them save time.
We help them save money.
We help them launch incentive programs instantly.
And I think now, you know, kind of bringing your question together
with timing and market sentiment,
what we've seen in the market right now is,
for those who are tracking the market,
Bitcoin exceeded 90K today, so we're at like 93, 94.
And that's obviously a time
when a lot of projects come to market as well.
So a lot of new coins and tokens
that have been waiting to launch, this is the time that they're kind of looking to come out and
launch. And so we're right here, available for them to capture and to utilize. So yeah,
that's a little bit more about us. Awesome. Thanks, Fanaki. Now, what's the roadmap looking like post-launch? Obviously, recently we went live with V3. Any key milestones or updates the community should look forward to in the next few months?
Yeah, so we're very much looking forward to integrating some new chains.
So we're looking at Solana. We're exploring some few others as well.
We're looking at Web2 logins for account abstraction purposes too,
so we can access more users.
But mostly we're very much on community building right now.
We're very much on customer acquisition right now, partnerships.
Yeah, that's where we're at at the moment.
And we do have
something exciting um to share um but you you will see it as it rolls out uh very soon
awesome stuff yeah guys so if you're waiting for that uh announcement just make sure that
your notification uh bell is on on twitter and we'll be announcing that very very soon you won't want to miss it
so the next thing i'd like to cover is um what's next for the afi token i know i get a bunch of
questions um on on this one so i just thought that uh we'd update the community on this but
um yeah like any plans for new utilities or updates in the line with the bullish vibes that everyone is feeling right now?
Yeah, I think the biggest update that we've had was with regards to V3, right?
So with our V3 update, you know, we released some new mechanisms, right?
So we announced that we're going to start doing buybacks, right, to bring more momentum to our token. And this is really important because we've been very quiet, really, for the past couple of months,
just building and making sure that we had a strong product.
And not just that, but the product actually is able to actually bring value to our token, right?
Because that's extremely important as well.
And so a lot of that is linked
to value creation, is linked to revenue. And now that we have our revenue engines working,
you know, we're very excited. And this year we're going to be, you know, really trying to push that
up and so that we could channel, you know, our profits into tokens. So that's something that
we're very much excited about. And I also want to share with you that we'll be releasing V3 white paper.
So that's something that we'll be rolling out
very soon as well.
And anything else about our token,
just stay posted, stay tuned.
You guys will see the updates as they come.
Awesome, thanks, Fanaki.
If there's nothing else you personally wanna update on,
I'm gonna move on to the community Q&As. Anything else you want to touch up on?
No, you can go for it.
All right. Awesome stuff. All right. So let's just dive into it. The first question is, any teasers for updates coming after V3? Y'all seem to always have something.
teasers for updates coming after v3?
Y'all seem to always have something.
I think I just, I went through a few.
I guess, yeah, we pretty much went through updates.
Yeah, so there's that.
That's a very long answered question.
Next one is, where do you see AFI Network by December 2025?
I hope we have at least 2,000 subscribers. I mean, that's just, you know, that's something
we're aiming for at the very least. And so we're pushing for that in terms of users, in terms of
core metrics. In terms of token, I mean, that should translate. So what that looks like for
us, 2,000 subscribers is 5 mil ARR.
And with 50% buyback, we should be looking at at least 2.5 mil going back as buy pressure.
But yeah, I think the key things that we'd be looking at is also how fast we're growing
a month on and what our trajectory is looking like for 2026.
And then, you know, I think with that, the speculation engines will begin.
We'll see momentum on our token.
But very important for us is to make sure
that our retention is high, that our users enjoy our products,
that we're able to constantly be building new features for them
that they like, and that our existing features
are creating enough value for them.
So yeah, a lot of it is linked to that.
The next question is,
been hearing people say AFI makes incentive campaigns too easy.
Is that the goal, like remove all the guesswork?
Yeah, I mean, in terms of like, I guess from a business perspective,
we just want to make it very simple, right? It's very hard for businesses to actually go about, I mean, in terms of like, I guess from a business perspective, we just want to make it very simple, right?
It's very hard for businesses to actually go about, you know, finding their own smart contract developers and then getting them to do something that they've never done before.
Our no code, you know, smart contract creation tool allows you to just go through it and, you know, create your own contract within five minutes without actually knowing how to code.
go through it and create your own contract within five minutes without actually knowing how to code.
Yeah, we've had some other additions as well with regards to integration that makes it extremely
simple for businesses and users to use. So that's the idea. But I still think that there's a lot of
work to do. I think the Web 2 logins would make it even more easier. You just sign up with email
and stuff like that. So there's stuff that we have that still needs to be done
to increase the simplicity, but that's the goal.
And based on the feedback of our users,
they already think that it's very simple.
Now, Web2 logins would be very, very amazing.
I think that would catch a lot of attention.
And I think in terms of adoption and Web3 as as a whole we're headed uh you know adoption isn't going to come from just the web 3
um community that is right here right now uh pushing it forward but it's honestly going to
come through the web 2 people coming on so i think that like the fact that we already have
that in mind i think think, yeah, definitely.
I'm super excited for that.
Yeah, absolutely.
I think more so it's like, you know,
it's just basically making sure
that our customers have access to that feature, right?
So more about us and it's like,
oh, our customers actually get access to this.
And if they have users that are, you know,
web two or web three, you know,
our tool supports it, right?
So it's important that we're able to facilitate
the different needs that comes from the different types of you know users that we onboard um but yeah no i think it's um even the
web3 native brands you know are are seeing a lot more adoption with web2 logins because it's just
simpler you know people don't want to remember their seed phrases and this and that um so yeah
i think as a tool we need to make sure well well as a platform, we need to make sure that we have this option available as well.
So yeah, that's the benefit of being a subscriber
at Appy Network.
All these new features just get rolled in.
So as a user, you get access to it.
And that's the difference between subscribing
to someone like us versus maybe going ahead
versus, you know, maybe going ahead and building your own custom solution, which is pretty much one off.
and building your own custom solution,
which is pretty much one off.
Yeah, that makes a lot of sense.
The next question is, what's the funniest or most unexpected use case for AFI Network so far?
Before you answer this, I'd just like to give shout outs for people joining.
Yeah, shout out to you guys for joining.
Anyways, yeah, so what's the answer?
Yeah. um yeah shout out to you guys for joining anyways yeah so what's the answer yeah i don't i don't know if there's like a funniest use case so far um there there i i don't know if i can answer that question i mean we do a lot of funny things i'd like to think i'm a
little bit funny but i actually can't think of any funny use cases. This is probably the first question I can't answer properly.
But yeah, I guess if I had to come up with some right now,
you could get your users to do things that are pretty bizarre, I guess.
We have a quiz functionality.
You can be as creative as you like,
getting them to answer questions that are funny.
But yeah, I think I have to think a bit more about how we can make this more funny, if
that's the goal really.
One thing that I thought would be pretty funny for us is, so personally I've been posting
a lot of stuff on LinkedIn, so I've been building on public, I've been sharing it on X as well.
And I've been posting a lot of steps lately. I thought that was pretty funny.
But something that might be a use case for us would be, you know, if we were to incentivize
other users to also walk, that would be pretty funny simply because CEO does it. So you guys
are mapping for that as well. But that's a very custom and niche use case. We're not even rolling
this out in our product because we don't have enough users that actually want the specific feature we will by the way if we have
enough people that want it but yeah I haven't had any requirements for funny
use cases I think it's just been pretty bearish lately you know with all our
clients in the pipeline a lot of them are kind of waiting for funding or
waiting for better sentiment and now we're seeing that so that's pretty good
but you know based on our feedback and discussions with all our projects they have very serious use cases and none of them are funny
at all they want to grow and grow and nothing else right they need to get their users and
funding and stuff as well so that's what we're here for yeah definitely no the steps thing is
kind of funny um that'd be cool uh and I was just thinking kind of spitting off that is that, you know, how far can we go with incentivization? Could we incentivize exercise? Could we incentivize, you know, RWAs? You know, like, it's endless, to be honest. I mean, obviously, we're starting, you know, in a very, what should I call it? A very like place where you can actually like apply it
right away and people need it.
But to be honest, it's endless.
As long as we have an API or anything that we can track,
we can incentivize the tree,
anything in real time, potentially, right?
Yeah, we just need to be able to verify
that the task happened.
And if we're able to verify that in real time,
then the reward is distributed in real time, correct?
Awesome stuff. All right, then the reward is just read in real time, correct? Awesome stuff.
All right, the next question is,
feels like everyone's testing Afi campaigns lately.
What's been the feedback so far?
I think this person's talking about that whale army test
that they probably saw that we posted on Twitter.
Yeah, right now, a lot of projects are, you know, they're actually testing their on testnet,
So we have a test state environment for them to test campaigns.
Mostly, they're just trying to see whether, you know, their contracts and stuff are working
on testnet the same way.
But yeah, that's on a high level, you know, a little bit more about whale.
The next question is, how do you handle onboarding?
Not many tools scale this smoothly.
We have a docs in a very simple, you know, environment for them to kind of read.
And they can also test their campaigns.
So it's a very simple process.
We have logins with wallets, so very, very easy as well.
And to learn about campaigns, join campaigns, edit campaigns,
we try to make the product super intuitive.
So you just have to click around a little bit,
and it should be pretty easy to figure out.
But we do have a help docs as well, which outlines the entire flow.
And then we also have demo videos.
We also have teaser videos.
So quite a few assets that allow you know businesses to get
started but even more so like you know feel free to reach out to us on telegram or discord
we're happy to support you to get your first campaign going awesome next question is markets
bullish how do how does afi uh fit into the bigger bigger picture now AFI as in dollar AFI.
Yeah, perfect.
So time for us to launch some incentive campaigns as well.
So keep an eye out for that.
We'll be rolling out
some of our own incentive programs
using AFI widgets, of course.
And we also have some exciting project.
I did sign some light to it recently.
I didn't go into too much detail.
We'll share more detail soon,
but it's called the giveaway project. And yeah, just stay tuned for more on that. There's some exciting
things that we have in plans and with the market moving right now, it just makes it even more
exciting. Awesome. Now, the last question of this week's AMA is how easy is it to get started? Do
you have a trial? I think it pretty much sounds
that we do have a docs, but maybe you can talk more about the trial and how that option is also
available. Yeah, yeah, sure. So, well, we have the test environment where you can test, but we also
have a free tier, right? So that's extremely important to know, right? If you have a website,
you're managing a community already, you can actually come on AFI Network's free tier and create your own campaign.
You can even embed your own widget into your own site or you can have a link.
So even if you're, we work with businesses and businesses could get a campaign URL,
and that's branded to their own.
This could be embedded to their site or they could use it on their own.
They can even use that as a link on like Twitter,
for example, so users can just click on it, and then that's just like an entire incentive engine,
right? And the incentive engine might even reward users for doing things on Twitter,
like posting certain content. And so it's just a way to really amplify this, right? And so not
just businesses, but we've had like, you know, people like KOLs and, you know, different ambassadors
asking us whether they could even use this to grow their own communities. And yeah, I mean, we have a free
tier. And so anyone's welcome to come and create campaigns and, you know, deploy incentives.
Awesome. Yeah, awesome. No, thanks for answering all those questions this is the this week's weekly
update and thank you everyone for
