Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. you you
good morning everyone let's wait for more people to come Thank you. Thank you. Good morning, everyone. Thanks for coming early.
I don't know what time is where you are, but good morning, good evening, good night, depending where you are.
drop a comment with uh gm and your country or your region if you want so we stay aware of
how many points this space reach also don't forget to retweet this space so we can reach more people
thanks to all the people who is joining. Hi to Nir, Nir,
Nir, Nir Legion. Glad you are here, guys.
Today we have an interesting space. It's about the Node Studio cohort.
Number one, and we have great speakers. Good morning, Alan.
Good morning. Good morning, everyone. I see also some faces on Asia, so good evening or good night.
Excited to be here. Excited to be sharing what is, how is Node Studio cohort number one advancing during this year.
So thank you all the guests for joining and we expect to have a happy hour about the next
50-60 minutes to talk about how nodes are impacting the NIR protocol network?
Are you muted, Brian? Yeah, I'm here.
So first, we'd like to introduce a bit of what is Node Studio for those who don't know.
Node Studio is a platform, a new effort from Metapool to democratize these technologies
and also make able anyone to be a node operator.
Just with three simple clicks, now you have access to an amazing technology that
destroys any barrier that you taught in the past that it requires, like, for example,
technical knowledge or big equipment. Now, with the support of Metapool, real human support, you now are able to participate
without requiring much or ton of capital. Just the intention to participate and the
time to dedicate to this service.
in numbers of validators,
and we are happy of that,
like more than 500 validators right now.
and the community seems to like it.
So, for those who are not part of the node studio
program or for those who are listening this space after it was recorded please pay attention to the
speakers we have today i think it's better that they talk about our program than we just talk about the program.
They will share their experience and their knowledge with this program.
So to start, I would like to say hi to Alan.
Alan, could you introduce yourself, please?
And what is your functioning in Metapool?
And after that, we will know more about the speakers.
Yes, well, many known faces.
I see our heroes on the speakers.
We have Rika, Joanne, Mats, welcome.
I see a lot of people that is also
really involved with the Metapool community.
So thank you for joining back to our spaces.
I'm head of the NoRunners program
that we are running at Metapool.
So that's basically my main role.
And also leading the governance efforts
governance efforts that we have at Metapool. That's me.
that we have at Metapool.
In case you guys, the new ones, joined the program, you will
probably see Alan a lot and Franço that I'm not sure if he's
here, but just to know you guys, a small trick.
All the Metapool members are very active in Telegram, in Discord, so you will have...
We have Maxi also, our customer support that is here with this green lime background.
Well, I would like to say hi first to Rika.
So, Rika, could you introduce yourself, please?
Good morning or good evening. I'm excited to be here. Thanks for having me on. My name is Rika and I'm the founder of Axia Network. We're a delegate across
the EVM ecosystem. NIR is one of the protocols that we're a delegate in. And I found out about this program
through Alan, actually, who's also a delegate. And he shared with me just a lot of what the
program is. I saw a lot of the marketing materials. I'm kind of technical, but not really. And so I also in my past was kind of a content
creator. So I wrote a bit about what is a validator and how do validators operate.
So from a more non-technical level. I was pretty familiar.
And Node Studio has just really helped to abstract a lot of the technical things that would have prevented me from being able to run a Node on my own.
I'm grateful for this experience and for being able to run a node on the NIR network.
I'm glad to hear those words.
Well, let's continue with Max1.
Max was also an ambassador from Metapool, so their perspective will be pretty
interesting also. And yeah, Max, please introduce yourself and tell us more about your story
and how is going your experience with Node Studio. hello hello can you hear me uh brian sorry yeah yeah yes
me uh brian sorry yeah yeah yes thank you very much for the chance to interest and i guess you have
i think we lost too much i'm not able to hear him
I'm not able to hear him.
Hey, Max, I can listen to you right now.
Maybe he needs to rejoin the space again.
Like, X isn't like a really, always has issues with these AMAs.
Yeah, it seems like that.
Well, Max, if you can rejoin, later we can go with you.
And we'd like to know more about you for the for the for the fund so please introduce
yourself hey guys my name is yuen i've been in near since 2022 i'm currently working with the
near committee team as well as part of the house of stake as one of the endorsed delegates i learned
about this program thanks to metapool as well as Allen promoting it a lot within the delegates. So after trying it,
I feel like the Node Studio program really enables and helps new people to
come into NIR and create validators seamlessly. So really thankful for
Metapool for creating this program and creating the tech behind it. Thank you.
Glad to have different profiles on this program.
Max, when you are ready, let us know so we can keep going with you.
Max, are you okay right now?
Okay, sorry, just having a mic.
Yeah, please, go ahead and introduce yourself, bro.
Okay, thank you, GM, and and good evening wherever you are guys so
yeah this is me uh max one one of the metaphor ambassador for indonesian region guys so i'm
starting uh working in web3 space with starting with metapool since two years ago and currently
i'm just this is my first i'm running the Node with Metapool with this Node Studio
program with the cohort once.
It's like a good chance for me to how to be a Node validator in your protocol.
This is a chance and thank you, Metam, for having me to be one of the Node Studio cohort
Brian, thank you for this.
Thanks Max. Seems like Rika just got a problem with the connection maybe.
I'm giving you the invitation to talk again, Rika. But just going from where we are right now Max, to make this conversation more human
I will add some small questions
besides the questions that we have in the script
but with this our audience will know more about you
we will start with a simple question so Max, what's your favorite color? our audience could know more about you, your preference maybe.
We will start with a simple question.
So Max, what's your favorite color?
Wait a minute, sorry, Brian?
Yeah, what's your favorite color?
Really? Yeah, yeah, simple like that.
Okay, my favorite color is like
paperons. I like the lime print
color. You know what? It's very funny.
Yeah, that's my favorite color.
in the comments a picture with the color so the people could know more about you.
And also ask some kind of visual reference that you really like.
So thanks, Max, for sharing that.
I will keep with these small questions between the real questions that we have.
So we can feel that we are talking a bit questions between the real questions that we have so we can
feel that we are talking a bit like in the real life, so more human conversation.
In this world of AI, sometimes it's required.
So let's continue with the traditional questions. Before this program, what was holding you, Joanne, to not be a validator?
Or you already being a validator in different programs?
No, no, this is for Joanne.
Yeah, all right. So so can you hear me now yeah loud and clear bro all right sounds good so before that create being a validator had
some you need some technology as well as you need hardware and to be fair i'm not really a technical
person i'm more defy as well as well as research within the new ecosystem.
So if you need to create a validator, you need to understand the tech behind it,
and you need to know how to set it up, that was a barrier for me, for a non-technical person.
But after learning about program studios and having everything being able to be set up through a website,
easier for me to go and learn read the documentation read the medium and
understand how to set it up within a day to be fair I set it up I think within
four hours ish to try and error as well as talking with a bit of the medical
team to get my note validator up online and then after that it's just maintaining it every
every week and trying to remembering to check whether or not there are any updates checking
whether or not there is enough storage for the validator to run the node and I've been
helping as well as onboarding more and more projects to go into the Node Studio program to get themselves their own
values as well since I feel that before this it was all a hardware issue as well as a tech knowledge
issue now with the website as well the web page it makes it super easier for me for me to onboard
other people into the Node program as well. That sounds very interesting man and yeah thanks for for sharing your experience uh as far as i
see like many people who are not technician technical people um yeah i got this opportunity
um great great to have you in this program by the way i'm not also technical so
feels familiar work with with note studio with i think it was a really good job for the product.
And yeah, it makes our life easier, right?
And like us with Max, I would like to ask you something very specific
so we can know you a bit more also.
What is your favorite animal?
You are more for cats or dogs.
I think, in my part, I mean, it's like fish.
That we can call it like the name is two pants.
I just bought for my girl last night.
So yeah, that is a great one.
That's very interesting man. And what about you, Joen?
For me, I would say cats to be fair. Like I really like cats. When I went to Istanbul,
I was looking for cats, going to the cat garden as well trying to find them but i got right there because i couldn't
find a single cat so i mean nice uh just uh a curious thing about metabook we used to have a
meta pet day where the the community used to share a picture of their pets. So yeah, well, that's pretty fun, that stuff.
Maybe we will take that again.
So the same question for Alan and then with Rika.
Sorry, can you repeat the question?
Just these questions, also, hi again, Rika.
These questions in between the real questions of this Node Studio cohort
is just for the rest of the people to feel you more, to vibe with you a bit more,
maybe know some curious things about yourself that could not be a traditional conversation on the crypto space but more like
to know the person behind the brand, right? So the question is simple, like you are more about
cats or dogs or maybe you have a special animal like Max mentioned, for example, he prefers fish.
prefers fish? Dogs. I think that the dogs are the good ones. Cats give me allergies,
so I prefer to have dogs. Great, great, great to know, man. So,
Rika, what's your favorite animal? Yeah, I like dogs. I don't have one right
now, but I am kind of on the market to get one. I am looking at different options. I don't have one right now, but I am kind of on the market to get one. I am looking at
different options. I want a dog that I can take on a hike with me on the weekend and also want a dog
that I can easily train. Nice. So yeah, I think all here we love dogs also. So my favorite animal, for example,
is the raccoons, but I also love the dogs. So good to know, guys. If you have a cool dog,
a cute dog or a cat, just feel free to share it in the comments so the community can know more
about your favorite animal. Going back to the questions,
I would like to ask you first with Rika,
since you're back here again.
So what did you learn in this adventure
of Node Studio at the moment?
Like, for example, what mistake did you make
that the market won't have forgiven, but Node Studio did?
Yeah, definitely Node Studio, because it abstracts away the technical parts,
I don't need to have a dedicated piece of hardware to run Node.
I don't have to have this hardware beyond 24-7.
Otherwise, I get slashed. Node Studio makes it really easy because they work with
a hosting provider to run the server. And so you pay a small amount each month and the hosting provider is the one who would have to maintain an uptime.
And I don't think with my setup, I would be able to.
So I would probably get kicked out pretty quickly.
Yeah, I think sometimes these big notifications about, hey, a patch is coming or an update is there, go, please update, are really useful.
Guys, for the ones who are not part of the Node Studio Program 1,
when an update appears in the validators or in the chain of NIR,
with the technical way, it's pretty hard sometimes.
Sometimes you could do something wrong and everything gets bad.
But with Node Studio, it's pretty simple as just click an update button
and that's done. You don't have to figure out something weird or something hard. So it's pretty
simple to do an update and also helps a lot when you get this reminder, like, hey, an update is coming, so go, put attention.
But in the traditional way, maybe you must aware of the equipment, if it's heating a lot,
if it's in the right temperature, if it's turned on, and things like that. So without these things going through Nord Studio,
you don't have to figure out all of those stuff.
And also you have people like Alan, Fransu,
and many others from the team, as myself as well,
If you have questions, meanwhile, we are going through this conversation, please
leave in the comments so we can stay aware of anything else that maybe was not talked
Thanks, Rika, for sharing that experience.
I think it was pretty insightful.
And let's go back with max so max um what would you do differently uh going back with the question of rica i will repeat
what what mistake did you make that the market will haven't forgiven,
And after that question, like, what would you do differently?
So, by using this new program from Metapolis, Node Studio programs,
it helps me a lot how to bring people, I find this using this new program from MetaPulse, Node Studio Programs.
It helps me a lot how to bring people to MetaPulse as well as like the near community.
That brings me, I mean, that teach me also how to bring people to be a node operator in Metapools.
Using the Node Studio program is pretty easy.
Just simple clicks that we can bring them to support the near-descentralization. So I think, yeah, that is how can be supporting the near-descentralization
to be one of the node validator in NetApple.
So I think this is a, I can teach like people how to stake their near to our nodes, like
giving them step by step how to use the near staking using our nodeValidator and also I bring them to be how to use the liquid stacking token like
and that is for my set Brian.
Thanks, thanks Max. And just for letting you know, guys, check the comments. We already have some news in the comments and also a question for Alan.
I will put the question for Alan. Meanwhile, you guys can check the comments. There are some cute cats, cute friends, cute companions from audience here.
That's cute friends, cute companions from audience here.
And also GM to everyone who was commenting there.
GM to Ukraine, Polonia, and all the fans that it's part of this conversation.
By the way, that's a pretty awesome profile picture G beast GM Gaia as well Leslie Daniela Daniela by the way
she asks I'll read you the question that it's about the tiered cohort, when will the results be announced and who has been selected?
Well, we kind of started an amazing campaign about onboarding new people for the cohort number three. So we expect that by February,
we can have the first participant that were selected.
So expect for early February, so you can have an answer.
So Daniela, I don't know if you still stay here,
but we will put that also in the comments.
Now, let's start with Joen.
What does it mean to validate from your country your
language and your local context by the way if you want to share where are you
from where are you validating and maybe some insights about your context will be
awesome if not want to share the the country and just want to share maybe the region, that's okay also.
So currently I'm in Malaysia.
I don't think there's any other validators except me at the moment in my country,
but I'm really happy to be the one, the validator currently running a node within the near ecosystem and i'm happy to even
bring more people from malaysia as well to stick their near to push forward the decentralized nature
of the near protocol so currently in my country there are three different languages english
chinese as well as malay where the main language will be Malay but funny thing is in Malaysia we
do talk a lot of English because it's not only like one single culture it's
all different cultures from three different major religions as well as a
lot of foreigners since we are quite like a big Asia hub as well. So I'm happy to be able to create content in the different languages as well as bringing
over a lot of my learnings, my culture into the new ecosystem whenever I can, either through
our relevance or even through meetups.
So I'm really happy to be able to lead decentralization in near through my country with Metapool using the Node Studio program.
So I think that's it for my side.
I didn't know, but you were the only one in Malaysia, man.
And we are happy to help to make that happen so awesome
um and deal now about that inside about they speak a lot of english that that's a good that's
a good tip i just want to go asia this year so so all asia it's kind of connected. So good to know, bro.
And I would like also to invite you to prepare a question,
just a simple question like what I did to you,
like what is your favorite color or what is your favorite animal,
something like that. Just prepare the question for rica and and after this round we will take the question so you guys the
speakers could know a bit more about each other so so yeah if you can prepare that question that will be awesome let's continue with uh max max um
will be great also if you share uh some local context about crypto how it's going
in your country what barriers exist in your region and how does the perception change when someone local hears you talk about NIR?
So NIR is pretty rare in Indonesia, you know, that's mostly people know about Bitcoin and
any other cryptocurrencies.
So this is our challenge for Web2 Interchange in Indonesia.
So how can I introduce about NIR as well as the validators?
I give them some examples like the Web2 company did about near so near is one of the blockchain that
is as same as like banks do it with integrated like mastercard or visa that i can tell them
that blockchain near is just like a mastercard that banks can connect each other with using MasterCard services.
That is blockchain that I taught them how to, in understanding about what NEO is, just like that.
And I did like weekly education to our community Indonesia, like Metapool did with
weekly education to our community Indonesia, like MetaPuldet with blog, I mean, BitBuddies.
And this is the good way delivering about Web3, about Nier protocol also to the audience.
That is how we work introducing Nier, introducing Web3 to our communities.
Yeah, that is my answer, friends.
And Juen, so we are never okay thank you
friends okay thanks and if you want to ask you something to join like something curious
yeah go ahead if you have a small question so we we can know more about each other guys yes yes
all right uh do you want time to prepare the question
hmm i think uh you and i need to know about how is uh the crypto rf3 in your country? Maybe is it like a barrier there to introduce about Metapole and Nerva later in Malaysia?
And what do the preference language that you use in Malaysia?
Is it like English or Malay?
are malays thank you yeah so currently in web3 there are a lot of different communities within
malaysia uh notably solana sui ethereum like they have been doing their region activations near did
have like a big presence during 2023 but it slowly fizzled out during the bear market so really happy that I could come
and spearhead this initiative again and I work with Metapool as well as talk with you guys as well
I've been I also love to meet the different people within the ecosystem as well as the different
neighbor countries I've been to Bali to meet some of the near Bali members as well. Happy to meet them real life, talk, chat and see what kind of things works for each of the different communities. So would be happy to hear what different like regional activation you guys have done, what learnings you have done to like further improve on near Malaysia as well.
near Malaysia as well and for the language side for me is like all
languages we use to be fair some of us use all three different languages in
each sentence so like I can say English at the first part Chinese at the middle
part and then the Malay at the last part like we use the language so
interchangeable that it feels quite like like second nature for us so
sometimes whenever we talk we just move around the
different words in the different languages. So you might get confused, but this is how
the culture is in Malaysia. So yeah, it will be interesting if you guys could really come here,
or if you want to listen, I can speak a bit of like the Malaysian English Chinese Malay or Roger, I see. Very nice.
Hopefully I can go to Malaysia soon.
Thanks, Max, for the question.
Thanks, Joanne, for the insightful information.
And it would be awesome if you guys maybe put some cool places to go
in Malaysia or Indonesia in the comments.
So people that maybe got hyped to go to these countries like myself
will have the info for later.
So going back to the Nod Studio cohort,
validators are not just infrastructure providers.
They are also a big catalyst and educators of the network.
So I would like to ask something to Rika related to that. Like beyond validating blogs,
what have you thought, like activated or created in your community to expand the knowledge?
And so Axia Network is affiliated
with the Georgia Tech Blockchain Club.
So there's a lot of very technical students there.
And one thing that I would like to do in 2026 is I'd like to have some events with
them to educate them about Node Studio, about Nier, how to validate a Node, why it's important.
I think they're a very good audience for this because they already are familiar with crypto
and blockchain. So it's not like I would have to begin from zero.
And then also they're the types of people who would be interested to run a node.
And can you share the institution that you already mentioned with DohaBarner?
It's a university in Georgia.
It's actually where I got my undergrad from.
And so that's how I have a relationship with them.
Pinapple on pizza, yes or no?
Actually, yes. I think it's very tasty.
I like to put all sorts of weird toppings on my pizza.
Bacon, pineapple, jalpinos, I'm all for it.
I used to perceive that as weird, but then I tasted it.
Going back to the questions, there are some questions from the community in the comments.
Thanks for sharing your questions, guys.
I will read one of these questions right now.
I have my own servers that I could use to run Node Studio.
Is it possible to run it on my own hardware,
or does it only work on the illicit servers?
Alan, can you give him more information?
Yeah, I can repeat you the question.
Gbeast, one of the people in the audience, says,
I have my own servers that I could use to run Node Studio.
Is it possible to run it on my own hardware
or does it only work on the listed servers?
To be honest, right now it's not possible.
We are looking to increase the number of providers
that we have on Node Studio,
but so far we have only a couple of them running.
If you want to run your own server with your own validator,
Even a server is permissionless, it doesn't depend on Node Studio.
You can do it by yourself and start working on it.
More than that, on Node Studio we will look for best providers.
I think that's the hard thing to look for the best providers that can provide also the best pricing for the community
in order that we can also increase the number of people that, or the number of providers that can people use inside of Node Studio to start running Node.
That's the challenge that we have right now.
But the short answer is no, no, it's not possible.
And also he mentioned something about his hardware.
Maybe there are some other ways available to be a validator
with Metapool, like the PNOPS or something like that?
like the P&O or something like that?
Probably we can put them in contact with the DaptNode community
in order to see if they still have a couple of slots available.
So we will put you in touch with the DabNode,
the people in charge of the DabNode program
that we have also with NIR protocol.
So we can see if you can use your hardware
in order to run a node using DabNode.
Hope you get all what you wanted to know, GBeasts. In case you still have more questions, feel free to comment or feel free to reach our team with a ticket so they can provide all the information that you require. Thanks, Alan. Let's continue with the questions. Now let's start with Joen.
Joen, if you have a question for Forika, this is your moment.
Maybe from my side, Forika, since I know that you have a lot of experience with the different dials as well as different governance structure,
in your opinion, what would you, what in your opinion would be a good method for protocols as all projects to go slowly go towards decentralization?
Or like what would be the good processes for like going decentralization in steps?
Sure, yeah, that's a very good question, Yuen.
So you're asking what are the necessary steps
for a project that wants to decentralize governance?
What would be the necessary steps for them?
Yes, that's correct yeah wow well
progressive decentralization is something that a lot of protocols talk about and governance what I've seen in governance is it tends to re-centralize at some point.
So there's usually this pattern where it's decentralized and it gets re-centralized
then it might decentralize again.
and it might decentralize again.
And it's driven by different forces.
And it's driven by different forces.
I don't think we have a truly decentralized governance system.
Maybe Bitcoin would be the only one
that's like truly decentralized,
but it doesn't have the sort of organizational structures
that DAOs have, right? You can't, you don't really have like
these sorts of, yeah, it's just not the same type of organizational structure. So I don't think that
any DAO has figured out yet how to create the right organizational structures that are not going to get centralized at some
point later. Hopefully that was a helpful answer. It's kind of a hard one.
Yeah, thanks. That was quite interesting. Yeah, I think the governance thing is something that we keep developing and the essential part of that is active people and creative minds like the ones we have here in the speakers.
And just this is our reminder that any of you guys can participate in our governance and can help us to shape and make it better.
and can help us to shape and make it better.
So being saying that, going to the question for you, Rika,
that seems like you are quite informed with this
and have very insightful information.
What does it mean to you to have governance power?
Yeah, so governance power is the ability to influence how treasury funds get allocated.
So depending on the DAO and how it's set up, there's some DAOs where governance power gives you the ability to choose grants.
So you have a selection of builders.
They are applying for a grant.
And the role of a delegate is to review grants and to choose the projects I get funding.
Obviously, that's really, really powerful. In other DA this, where it is really up to delegates to
Obviously, that's really, really powerful.
create their own jobs, I guess so to figure out what they should be working on. And I
think maybe that's why near has this in doors delegate program, where you have to have applied, there was a committee that
chose the endorsed delegates, and they were choosing based on your past experience. So
are you someone who previously had experience in governance? I think that's very important because your experience helps you
to then figure out what it is that you should be working on what sort of opportunities what kind of
jobs can you help create and that's yeah that's just something that comes with experience in dows
Thank you. Yeah, a small trick to go deeper in our DAO, it's having voting power and how you can
have voting power is basically locking your MPDAO. So in order to get voting power,
you get MPDAO, that is our governance token.
And with MPDAO, you can unlock great opportunities like, for example, redistribution of as an interesting opportunity to, with VotingPower,
vote for any validators that we have, maybe, for example, the speakers, for any of these validators.
And when they get votes, the people basically are trusting them,
and they think that they will do a great job validating so with the rewards generated in this
system they can also earn more more reward fees and it's because the DAO Metapool DAO is assignating
more delegation to them because they got more votes. So voting power here, it's a decision. It's something that can shape the future of Metapool also, but also can help validators to earn more rewards, get more incentives to keep doing their amazing job.
get more incentives to keep doing their amazing job and with more incentives more people would
like to be validated also more validators means more strong network more decentralization and yeah
it's a it's a chain of different effects that will benefit the whole ecosystem itself. And also for those who don't know,
with the fees that Metapool as a protocol gets,
Metapool tries to back to the community every time.
I think probably is the only doubt that it's doing this,
this crazy thing to put all the stake for the community.
this crazy thing to put all the stake for the community.
And one of the examples is the rewards of MPDAO
that every active voter gets each month,
And also something that is quite interesting.
In the past, some scholarships for different people around the world,
from Latinos, Southeast Asia and any and some other countries
They got a scholarship funded by the Metapool DAO. So that's something
That I think was remarkable
That was thanks to all the stakers. So for all the stakers here in this space
the stakers so for all the stakers here in this space thank you because of you we are able to
do these things and for all the validators also thank you because with you guys we are going to
the next level and we are helping not only metpool also near and the world ecosystem with true education, with spaces like this, through more responsibilities like being a validator.
So congrats to all the validators here for taking their time to choose to do this.
And going with the last block of this very cool space,
I will start with Max. of this very cool space.
I will start with Max. So Max, if you had to learn the next cohort about something,
I just said to my community,
I just want to say to my community, to the Indonesian community,
that let's do something different with Near.
How it will be, like we just do the simple clicks to be a Node validator with Metapo.
Just prepare yourself and let's do validate with Near, from MetaPro with the Node Studio program.
Just like that, what I did.
Besides that, I need to educate more about how to use this NSP,
Node Studio program with MetaPro for the next cohort.
I have to teach the people how to set up the VPS, how to set up the hosting, just like that.
I can use our BitBuddy's programs to use this and introduce the Node Studio program
with the community about the next cohort of the Metapool.
That is how I will do do with my community in Indonesia. Thank you,
Brian. Thank you. Thank you, Max. And before to ask you a last question to the other participants uh maybe max you want to ask something to to rica
yes or you you can choose alan if you if you mind
okay i just uh sorry i want to i just want to ask to Alan, sorry Arika.
Because something that someone asking about having hardware, their own hardware like server, something like that,
is that even it's not possible, I know that Metapool to prevent downtime of our server and not validator. So how we can subscribe to the P&U programs?
Is that like a company or something to join the professional operator program
It said, must have entity to join the piano programs.
So you mean what needs somebody to be part of the enterprise?
Or what was the question?
How can we join the Node enterprise, the Node Studio program? I mean,
the Enterprise program, the other ones. Is that should we have entities or companies
Well, historically we have a track of big companies running the enterprise programs such as TerchTelecom,
NTT Data, Luganotes and many other names.
But right now we are on the process of looking for these kind of deals on a different aspect.
So right now we are recording in case that you have somebody that can fulfill
like this profile or have a similar profile, please tell us and we will be happy to reach them
in order to see if they are interested to become part of the Enterprise Now Operators program.
These programs are always not such as, there's not like an open call for them because many enterprises
is more about reaching them and having a one-to-one conversation with them.
But in case that you have any profile that is interested in this, tell us and we will
follow up on the conversation.
Is that the minimum requirement for the hardware or server
that they have? No, I think that is the same hardware requirement than the others. Okay,
okay. Okay. Thank you, Alan. Thank you, Brian. Thanks for the question, Max, and thank you, Alan, for the information.
The last question for Rika and then June is the same that I did for Max.
If you had to warn the next cohort about something, what it would be?
Wow, if I could warn the next cohort about something what would i warn them about
i i'd say something with the participation requirements each month so i know we haven't
talked about this yet but one one important part about being a part of the cohort is that each month you have to participate in certain ways in order to maintain your seat.
So that could mean writing Twitter content, putting on Twitter faces, things like that.
things like that. And I'd say the warning would be just to make sure that you're keeping up to
date with this because also there, so there's the risk that if you are not, you would get kicked
out, which there have been some validators who have been. And also there's a leader board. So the top participants at the end of the cohort receive a reward. So that's a pretty nice incentive to keep on top of the participation requirements.
Yeah, we have some tasks for the participants,
and it's always great to put attention to the dates
So thanks, Rika, for that.
And Joen, if you want me, I can repeat you the question.
The question is, if you had to warn the next cohort about something, what it will be?
From my side, join today.
Join as fast as possible.
Join as soon as there is an opening.
If you're not joining, you're basically missing out to promote decentralization with us as
well as being able to do your part within the ecosystem.
Everything, there's always a learning curve to whatever you do.
But the team here will be able to guide you easily.
And the guides as well as the YouTube videos are very easily understandable.
So you do not need to be afraid of having to be very technical or it being too difficult
I think even if I want to onboard my parents the next day, it's even possible.
So join the Node Studio program whenever it's live.
Join with us, do more content, join more spaces, do more live events and promote NEAR.
That's all you need to do and that's all we expect from you uh from even
inside the new community so hope to see you guys soon within the ecosystem and i hope to see you
guys run your own node as well thank you guys thank you very much jen for that those encouraging
words and so yeah jen is right you have the opportunity here in case you are not a validator. So please go ahead. We will communicate everything to our socials. So it will be easier to find information. the cost of the mistakes, you will have always human support there and decentralizes opportunity,
So it develops educators and leaders as well as you hear here.
So they share content, they create content, they talk about this technology, they spread
They talk about this technology.
They spread the knowledge.
So if you want to see it as an opportunity,
you have, in one point, the economy.
It's interesting if you believe in near and long term.
So it's a great opportunity to invest also.
But if you believe in this technology,
it's probably one of the best opportunities.
So, besides of that, I think the essential way to participate in the decentralization is to be a staker.
So, that's the primary action, probably, and the most easy action that you can do to help to shape the network and make it stronger with your stake.
But if you want to level up, that's probably being a validator.
You are helping more, you are getting more deeper in this technology, And also that makes you easier to learn more things
and to be aware of more stuff
and gives you another perspective of what could be the future of NIR
because you are not thinking like the traditional user
or retail or consumer or just trader
because you are aware now of different things
like how an update could improve in the technology,
how more validators influencing the speed, maybe.
And those things that start to appear with the more time you are part of this.
So there's a well-known site that is like a big slogan on Wall Street and that stuff that says it's not about timing, but time in the market.
So being a validator, I think, is one of those opportunities.
And also you build support networks, like, for example, with Metapool team here and with other validators.
So this space, we learn some things, curious things about probably, for example, Indonesia, Malaysia and USA.
So we know that in USA, there are universities that could help to spread knowledge that could support projects like this.
And in Indonesia, they like a lot the fish.
That's something that I wasn't aware.
And the technology is growing there also.
And in Malaysia, it's a multi-language place
that is a very nice and fertile land
to grow with this technology.
By the way, I am from Peru,
and a lot of the Metapool teammates from different places,
this is probably one of the most valued things
that I find in Metapool that we can learn from each other.
So thank you to all the speakers and all the listeners that are here.
By the way, I would like to highlight some of our teammates and make this possible.
Thank you, Alan, for participating with us.
We have a robot here that is this dog profile picture, our head of marketing.
We have Francisco behind these scenes that it's with the Metapool account.
We have Maxi also in the space,
That's one of the coolest characters
I found on Near Ecosystem
and one of the most active supporters.
they are very active, so feel free to join
our Discord, our Telegram.
to help you with any question
So also thanks to all the enthusiasts that are part of these spaces,
the ones who commented, and thank you to everyone.
Francisco, you are now ready to close the space,
so we would like to say goodbye to this space with some green lime hearts.
So if you can help us with the reaction of this emoji, we will really appreciate it. This is a
new tradition that we are starting to develop from the last spaces. So this is our way to say
to the speakers and to the Metapool team that we enjoy this space
that we learn something new and that we wish you good vibes for the rest of the day thanks to
everyone and have a nice day night or evening thank you brian thank you metapool thank you
everyone have a nice day bro Have a nice day, bro.
Have a nice day, guys. Ciao.
