My name is churro. I'm the community manager here at all of chain labs as well as an arbitrum contributor
And I'll be leading this AMA so happy to have you here with us Lou
I know you guys have been building a lot of stuff with campi
So we'll love to start off with an introduction from from you Lou
Like what is campi? And yeah, we could start from there
I'm a male lead on magpie
And I'm as I mentioned, I'm living in Turkey and 28 years old industrial engineer
And currently it's about like three years experience in DeFi space across different chains
And currently I'm proud to be part of a growing custom like magpie custom
And today I'm here to represent you guys as a camp to show you what campi is
And what it's like duties on the arbitrum
So as an introduction for campi, campi is a yield boosting platform
Built on top of the camo text is the like the first native decks on arbitrum
And we are proud to be part of this great ecosystem
So basically currently we are not live yet and we are holding our
Like we are trying to collect as much grail as possible in these days before our full launch
And after that we will full launch and we start to boost and utilize VE tokenomics on Camelot
And in this way we try to attract more users to arbitrum ecosystem
And we want like we will allow them to earn boosted yields and leverage the power of their grail tokens
Yeah, this is a basic summary about campi
Nice, and I think what would be interesting too for the community is
What inspired you guys to build out campi?
Because I know campi is a subdao of magpie
So yeah, I'm really curious to learn like what inspired you guys to build out campi
And also you know contribute to the Camelot ecosystem
I think that would be pretty cool to hear from you guys
Nice, that's a nice question. Sure, actually. Thanks for your great question
And yeah, like for those who don't know about the magpie
Like magpie is a subdao ecosystem that includes a yield boosting platform and LRT protocol, EAGMPY
So basically we start on the BMB chain
Then we integrate it with arbitrum and other chains as well
And we are building yield boosting platforms on top of novel protocols across different chains
And that's where actually inspiration of building campi comes from
Because like Camelot is the first and the NATO tax based on arbitrum
And we want to be part of this great ecosystem
And we want to be part of a life beneficial for the arbitrum ecosystem
So this is the main reason why we choose and why Camelot choose us to build campi on top of Camelot ecosystem
And like we are so tight about the arbitrum ecosystem
And we are actually like really happy to be a part of its first and NATO protocol
NATO and the biggest decks, sorry, a lot of messages are popping up by screen so
Excuse me guys, so we are proud to be a part of the like the biggest native decks on arbitrum
And yeah, this is where inspiration comes from actually
Like all of our subdao are building on top of novel protocols
Like such as Wombat exchange and Pendle and like pancake swap
And now like we are about to go live on Camelot decks
So yeah, this is where the inspiration comes from
Yeah, that's that's super cool to hear and yeah
I know Camelot has been doing an amazing job with just bringing in new projects
Across like other ecosystem into the arbitrum DeFi ecosystem
So I mean, it's been cool seeing them trying to help like grow out the arbitrum ecosystem
And bringing them over to their castle
I assume that you know, the experience has been like great so far
Being on arbitrum, you know, just like collaborating with projects like OG projects such as Camelot
So yeah, I want to ask like what are some like I know you guys haven't launched yet
But what are some milestones or achievements you guys are excited about or looking forward to achieving with Campi
Like as like we are actually like announced Campi for a long time ago
But we haven't launched the protocol like the main launch
So like we can't mention about the RCT IP
We see the IP back front as humans
So I'm not sure about the exact number but all Mac ecosystem including Campi received 1.25 million ARP tokens as a reward
So and if I'm not wrong, 300,000 ARP rewards are allocated for the Campi
So we are currently using these funds to accumulate as much grail tokens as possible
Because like our main duty is to like provide yield boosting services and to leverage VE tokenomics of CamelotX
So we are using these funds and we successfully launched and ended a tree
Like we successfully launched three CT IP grail rush campaigns
And we completed two of them and currently we have the CT IP grail rush campaign
Three is left and users can join this campaign by converting their grail tokens as X grail
And they can benefit from the ARP rewards provided by the Campi
Which is coming from the CT IP
And they can get early access to our CMP token and they can get quota in this way
So these are the achievements we have currently
And in the coming days, we will use the dividends plugin on CamelotX
And we will actually like provide yield opportunities for our users as well
But once we fully launched, then the achievements will follow up after our main net launch
Nice, yeah, congrats on the STIP back fund
I feel like it's been really cool just to see the Arbitrum DAO rallying support for the DeFi ecosystem
So I think that's really cool that you guys have like, you know, benefiting from the STIP back fund
So that's really cool to see
Yeah, yeah, actually like we are actually too happy to get that grab
Because like many protocols are chosen like this
I can't actually make a comment about their strategy
But in our strategy, we want to try to use these ARP rewards
Like as beneficial as possible to like Magpie ecosystem
And also for Arbitrum ecosystem as well
Like we want to use them for our long term vision
And to put like currently we want to be beneficial for overall Arbitrum ecosystem in long term
So instead of directly distributing these tokens, we try to get more native tokens of the protocols that we integrated
And in this way, we decrease their circulating supply
And we get more voting power that enables us to provide more boosted yield opportunities
And in this way, we try to attract more users and new users to Arbitrum ecosystem
So this is like actually where the long term vision comes from
Yeah, that's very awesome to hear
And I think something that the community is like really curious about is
You know, now you have like Kamlot
You guys are building a relationship with Kamlot
You guys have been doing a lot with them
As well as the STIP back fund, right?
We're providing incentives for Kampie as well as Magpie
So I think people, I think the community would be interesting
I think one thing the community would be interested to learn more about is like
What's next for Kampie and Magpie for both ecosystems, like going forward
Let me start with Magpie sets
Like briefly, and then I will focus on the Kampie set, which are the main topic
So on Magpie set, currently we are building Kampie and Egan fly set
So both of them are great products
And like we are connected overall, maybe around like 400 million TVL on Egan fly set
And currently we are running our STIP Gray Rush campaign on Kampie
And after that, after these updates, like currently we are working on the full launch of the Kampie
And also we are working on the CMP token IDEO
Which will be live soon with 4M FTV, which is so low compared to many protocols
Like I'm not sure if users are aware of it, but many of our protocols are just fair launch
So no VCs are included or no early or pre-sale token is available
Only IDEO participants and also only early like participants of the Kampie
And also Magpie can benefit from these tokens
Like as I mentioned, currently we are running CTIP Gray Rush campaign
And the participants of this campaign will benefit from ARP rewards
And also they will get the IDEO quota on the Kampie
And also they will benefit from the CMP, which is the Kampie's native and platform token
They will benefit from this airdrop as well, which is actually around like 3% of the CMP supply
So these are the upcoming events
Then after that we will fully integrate with the Camelot
And we will utilize its plugins and like dividends
And after that we will actually optimize our voting power and utilize other plugins as well
And we will try to optimize the yields of our liquidate providers and xGram holders
And we will try to maximize their returns
So these are the updates on the Kampie site
Cool, and like what are you most excited about this year for Magpie and Kampie?
This is actually a tricky question
So I can't be unbiased in this question
As I mentioned, I'm an employee of the Magpie ecosystem
So as a marketing manager and I made it on Magpie site
We started as a humble protocol
Like at the beginning while we were building only on top of Wombat Exchange
Then after that we integrated with the Pendle ecosystem with Pampie
Then we started to integrate the Panki ecosystem with the Cakepie
And we are currently about to launch our new product Kampie
And also we are in the early stage of the Egonpie site as well
So which is like users can deposit their LSTs
And they can get Egonpie version of LRTs
And currently we are about to launch
Last time I checked we had touched around 800 million TVL
But after the EAT price dropped, I think it dropped a little bit
And currently we are not a small protocol in these days
We become a giant and we are going to achieve our goals step by step in these days
When we started we were describing actually with Alan
Our founder about what is the TVL
Like goal for us and he was saying like
Okay, let's put 100 million TVL
And now all of a sudden we achieved 100 million TVL in a few months
After that we are currently targeting 1 billion TVL
And also we are targeting to expand our services
And we try to offer new opportunities for the users
So these are all of my thoughts on the bull market
The bull market is coming or it has already come
And after this bull run we want to become the number one yield boosting platform
All across the whole DeFi space
For the Campai site, currently I'm not sure about the exact numbers
But we want to be the number one
Currently we acclimated over 1,250 GRAIL tokens
Which makes us the number one yield boosting platform
And also we want to sustain these numbers
And grow our ex-GRAIL amount on Camelot
And we want to have a huge percentage of the liquidity on Camelot as well
So these are the targets on our own site for Campai and Magmaecostum
I think I'm talking a lot more simple questions about that
Yeah, no, that's an awesome achievement
Congrats to you guys, I mean 800 million in TVL
I think that's really impressive
Given that you mentioned it was a few months, right?
Yeah, let me check the exact number
We hit 800 million but I think it dropped a little bit
Oh, it dropped a lot actually
We currently have 640 TVL
Which doesn't include our own protocol tokens
Yeah, that's still really impressive
Yeah, so I can't imagine how much Campai is going to do
Once it goes mainnet, once it launches
So yeah, it's going to be exciting to see that
Yeah, actually, I'm pretty excited about to see that as well
Actually, after the V3 update, I'm not sure what will be the exact TVL amount
But if we have most of the voting power on Camelot text, then it's okay
Because if you have the voting power, then you can benefit from all of the dividends
And you can provide extra benefits for the CMP token holders
CMP, which is our platform and governance token
And we can offer, like currently, the bribery market of Camelot is in building
They are building the bribery market and once it's light, so we can offer cost efficient way to get voting power on Camelot as well
So yeah, I'm not sure about what will happen once we fully launch because of the V3
Because in the V2, it's easy to put liquidity on a yield boosting platform
But on V3, you need to have a liquidity manager
So our team is currently working on a liquidity, V3 liquidity manager as well
And after all of these updates, I'm really looking forward to see what will we achieve on Camelot
Yeah, we're really excited to see you guys, you know, do amazing things with Camelot
