Thank you. Thank you. Let's get started guys Welcome to the BBB community.
Please keep your arms and legs inside of the vehicle at all times.
Go ahead and tag some friends and tell them to get in here.
Make Web 3 wholesome again.
Go ahead and tag some friends and tell them to get in here.
Hey, there's me in the background.
Make Web 3 wholesome again. Go ahead and tag some friends. Hey, there's me in the background. um
so Retweet the room.
Let's get it started.
Welcome everyone to the Baby Pangu launch party.
This is the first ever Baby Pangu space.
I don't know if you guys ever did any spaces before carter for that but um yeah this is the first you know baby pengu space for the
new iteration of baby pengu new and improved and let's say hi to carter and i'm going to try to
get my other account up on stage oh hello everyone welcome to the first baby pengu space since we
decided to take this meme that we cto'd about three and a half months
ago and put some real utility behind it so a lot of great things that are happening we have spent
the last three and a half months developing since we did the cto a lot of amazing things that are
in the works and are already happening i I want to thank Cristiano for joining
the team and coming on board. And we are going to progressively build the team and community
further out. So many amazing things happening. Right now, we are poised to offer many different levels of utility in the physical merchandise, digital merchandise.
We want to bring back values and love and kindness and goodness back to Web3.
So, Cristiano, I'm going to let you take it away.
Thank you, everyone, for joining us.
for joining us.
Let's have some fun.
Let's have some fun.
Well said, Carter. Thank you so much.
Well said, Carter. Thank you so much.
And yeah, I'm having a little trouble getting my
other account into the space,
my main account into the space.
But it looks like another room is filling up
and we've got some friends here, so feel free to grab
a mic and come up and say hello, guys.
Captain Hook.
Are we letting Captain Hook up?
We've got Havoc up here, too. Let's say hi to Havoc.
Hey, what's up?
How you doing, my friend? Fantastic. Beautiful fucking day. Love to hear it. Yeah, I don't know.
Have you guys ever had the problem where you can't get your other, like you can't get your
account to connect on Spaces on the computer? Because I've never experienced that before.
counter-connect on spaces on the computer because I have never experienced that before.
The spaces button is not working for me today.
But I'll get it up. I'll get it up there in a second.
But for those of you who don't know me, I'm Cristiano.
I think I know everyone in this room, but I'm not actually a baby.
Well, I do play the voice of Baby Pengu, but I can talk like this the entire show if you want.
No, I don't think that. I think you guys would be annoyed by that.
But, yeah, Baby Pengu, where do we start?
Carter recently brought me in to handle the animation
and some of the overarching storytelling and marketing for Baby Pengu.
And I'm very, very excited because I get to work with my friend Josh Pierce as well.
And Josh Pierce is, like, incredible.
He put together all the characters.
He illustrated them.
He illustrated an entire world.
He wrote an entire storyline around these characters.
And what I love about the characters is that they embody what we go through in Web 3 and all the types of people that you would meet, all the different personality types and stuff like that.
So it's really, really, really cool.
It's going to be a fun
experiment to create something that's both for web three and for web two. And I think it's like
kind of a perfect mix because with web two, we can be educating to, you know, the children and
teaching them financial literacy, but those same videos, you know, can be taught to, you know,
grown up adult DJs and teach them financial literacy or even conflict resolution, mediation
and things like that.
So I want to thank everyone for being here to our first space.
And it's very, you know,
important pivotal moment in the history of the community.
And we do have a community now.
So if you go up to the very, very,
very top of the space where it says baby pengu club,
you can actually join our community or just tap the baby pengu PFP.
You can actually join the community now.
And I just started that community like a minute ago so you can jump in and be one of the first people in there and the communities if you don't know is a fun feature in x that allows us to
uh you know you post stuff and it gets seen by the community there first but it gets seen by everyone
on x as well so uh it's a fun way to you know raid posts that are related to the project project. And my main reason why I'm super bullish and excited about this project is that
we don't really have to sell heavy in Web3 or anything like that.
We get to kind of really focus on what we're generating for the main world out there.
We already have 10,000 followers on TikTok.
And, you know, I've been doing YouTube and TikToks and Vines my whole life.
So I'm very poised to know how to kind of provide
the right amount of content on the daily to get things to blow up. And so I'm really excited to
hear what everyone has to say about the project and just like, you know, what everyone's feelings
are. So I would love it if some friends come up and say hi, and that'll also give me time to get
my main account into the space because I'm having some trouble on the backend.
main account into the space because I'm having some trouble on the back end.
Yeah I think this is great actually you know this is like obviously this is
something that is a you know has real-world you know applications this is
this is beyond web 3 you know there's actually something tangible being built
in the background and I think I can speak for everybody when I say that, you know, anytime you've got something tangible,
you know, something that people can actually touch and see beyond just the, you know, just the tech or whatever.
It's definitely a win.
So, yeah, I mean, I'm excited.
I think this is great.
I mean, baby Pengu is like beyond marketable.
I mean, everybody loves baby animals, right?
It's so true. They really do. And I don't know if you got a chance to see the new Disney
Secrets of the Penguins show, but there's a new show on Disney called Secrets of the Penguins.
And it's literally the first episode has this little baby penguin, this little like baby
Pengu looking guy. He's a little baby penguin. He's smaller than all the other penguins.
And your whole, the whole episode,
you're wondering if he's going to survive.
Like they put him at, you know, in risk.
And you're like, oh my God, no baby penguin.
So you're rooting for this baby penguin
the entire first episode.
And, you know, I'm not going to spoil it
or anything like that,
but like there's definitely a bunch of times
where you're like, you're worried for baby pengu.
And so I think that there is something there.
If I'm a Disney executive, I'm watching that first episode and being like, we're for baby pengu and so i think that there is something there if i'm a disney executive i'm watching that first episode and being like we're making baby pengu
make it happen so i think that there's going to be um you know what i mean like i think there's
there's going to be a lot of attention a lot of excitement like penguins are back
you know what i mean the penguin meta is back you got the guy behind the desk with the cigar
right he's like yeah we we maybe pengu right away
Somehow we've gone back to the 1950s, you know
But yeah, I want to see who else wants to come up and say what I'll bring Momo up.
Let's see if Moshi is going to be nice and happy and chill today.
I think she should be good.
Moshi, how you feeling?
Oh, that's not Moshi.
That's Momo.
Wait, it is Moshi.
It's Dembo.anbul momoshi how are you
baby pengu says hi she's still connecting but if you guys want to come up and grab a mic feel free i can't uh i got my account back into the space but i can't get my main my my christianal account
like uh at co-host so it is what it is'll figure it out. I can't even get myself on stage.
It's all good, brother. Yeah. Looks like momo is still connecting. Hey, just see some, some,
just want to acknowledge some great folks that hopped into the space here. Stroke driven, honey,
how are you? Havoc. Thank you for showing up. Nessie, my brother. Thank you so much for your
support. I see my man Mojo down there and I see some folks that I don't know.
And, you know, just to give you guys an idea of who I am, I'm Carter Neese.
I'm fully doxed founder of BeNice.io.
I've been in this space for about four years.
I'm one of the DAO members that did the CTO on BabyPangu about three and a half months ago.
And, you know, truth be told, I mean, just like every other meme coin it went up it went down the original team
sold this happened that happened but when the dust settled and it cleared and you know i'm looking at
this this beautiful derivative i'm like god i love this penguin i just i love everything about it and
we started josh pears and I started talking about it and he
said you know I've got this idea I've got this like concept of what we can do with this meme
and I said what do you want to do he's like I got this whole character line there's why don't we
compare life on the iceberg like life on the blockchain so this whole story is a giant metaphor
we all know how hard it is to live on the blockchain we've all been in the trenches
we've all been through a lot you lose you win you lose this happens that happens the drama well
life on the blockchain is very similar to life on an iceberg and how dangerous it is and all the woes of it.
So we are going to start releasing.
Obviously, today's our launch day.
And you go to babypangu.club.
You can read about Baby Pangu.
You can go into his world.
Guys, what you see there and best viewed by PC.
On mobile, Baby Pangu's world is a little too heavy for mobile to uh to stay
connected to but go on your now when he says baby pengu's world he means there's a 3d explorable
world that josh made that you can run around as baby pengu and slide on your belly and do
flip pieces correct it's so awesome and that's the website that is just to show you guys now look
that's not just the only thing at the website but that's to show you guys. Now, look, that's not just the only thing at the website, but that's to show you guys what's coming. So that's just proof of concept. It's a little MVP. We've designed BabyPengu's world. We're going to continue to design it. It's going into Unreal Engine, and we are going to prepare it to go into Nifty Island.
We'll have a place in Nifty Island for quite some time.
And as we continue on there, we will have a mobile application as well.
We also plan on several games.
Before we brought this project to light, we didn't want to say, hey, we're going to do all this stuff.
Give us money and maybe we'll do it.
Well, we took our own money and we have real partners and we have Web2 money.
So this is not the money that came from this project to get as far as we've gotten so far is all Web2 money.
It's all private investors, people that I know, IRL.
It's not money from Web3.
So we took the three and a half months and we spent the time.
We spent the money with real and real artists, designers, animators, writers.
And we did what we need to do.
We built a beautiful website.
We have a beautiful merch store.
All of that merch is available.
Any of that cuteness that you're looking for in Baby Panga, we will also do custom merch for you if you request.
if you request but everything you see there the world the merch store
uh the chart all of that is like organic in there so there's a ton of support i also want to tell
you guys that there are just about a half a billion tokens so half of the supply is locked
in a multi-sig wallet so those tokens tokens, when we first came out the gate,
those tokens were out there.
And right now we have all of those tokens put aside.
We want you guys to get a good position in the project.
We're not looking to trade against you guys.
Really, this is about building the community
and you guys getting a good position
before we really take this to the next level.
So what's the next level?
It's important we talk about what's next level.
What comes next for Baby Pangu?
So Cristiano has been hired and onboarded to the team to create a children's show.
So three times a week we will have the Baby Pangu show on YouTube,
and we'll stream that across to multiple platforms and what that's going to do
is this guys we are catering to young adults children young adults and normies and we will
be selling them physical collectibles and digital collectibles so we're going to bring in new money
we're not worried about the web 3 money the money is in web 2 we want to bring those people
to web 3 we want to onboard them to the show then softly bring them into the collectibles such as
digital coloring books for the children uh nfts and then we'll we'll walk them down the process
so meaning we'll take normies bring them in and bring their money in.
So we're not, you know, Web3 seems to be fighting over the same money.
It just seems to move around from project to project.
After being here in the space for four years and looking at it and saying to myself, I did so well in Web2.
I've got my ass kicked in Web3.
And I'm here to admit to all you guys, like I've had my ass kicked.
I've learned the hard way and I've lost a lot of my own money. But all of those lessons learned and all of those lessons taught to me by a lot of my peers in this group.
Don't do that. You're going to burn your hand.
Now I'll do that. Burn my hand.
So I've learned. I've learned, guys.
And I figured the best move here, get the money outside of Web3. Build the bones.
Build the structure.
Get about 60% of the project done.
And then offer it to you guys.
And that's where we're at right now.
So join the journey.
I've been very silent on Twitter.
I have been just hitting people's spaces.
But I've been developing.
And I've been working.
And I've been networking. And've been networking and I've brought the
right people to the table to invest in this and work with us. $200,000 market cap is just the
beginning, just the beginning. So hang on. The ride is going to be great. Cristiano, go ahead.
Take it away, buddy. Well said Carter. And I think we've all, we all know what it feels like
to be set adrift on an iceberg and left to die, you know, and that's the truth. And that's what Web3 is. Everyone says they're a community. But when you, you know, you hit your lowest lows, they're like, you're on your own, bro. And so it's about, you know, doubling back for those that we love. It's about making sure that no one gets left behind or forgotten, like Stitch said, right? Ahana means family.
behind a forgotten, like Stitch said, right? Ahana means family. It means that like, you know,
it's not about being so desperate for Web3 money that you, you sacrifice the people that you love.
It's people over profits, you know? And when you take that kind of attitude, you make profits,
not off your people, because all your people work together and you make profits from other people
because they see a movement and they see what's going on, you know? And so I think it's like,
this is the, in my three years of being in web three, this
is one of the best opportunities I've seen, like for me personally, because obviously
it's a, it's a paying job, which is incredible that you respect me enough, you know, what
a concept respect someone to pay them for their time, which I used to get paid like
a lot in web two during my ad agency time.
So like, it's just, it's, and I'm bringing everything I can to the project.
I usually put in, you know, everything I can. People think that, that I'm putting in everything
I can when I'm been promoting these projects out here over the last three years. The truth is that
was me given like 60%. If I was getting paid, I would have given a hundred percent, but I wasn't
getting paid for any of this stuff. Right. We get, we often put in our money to promote things and
then we, you know, we don't get paid to promote those things.
So like I said, we're paying to be there.
And this is a great opportunity for me to be able to say, hey, this is an actual real business.
There's money coming in on Web2.
There's investment.
There's everything.
You're building this right to be able to, like even that, that's the first sign.
You're paying your people.
How many Web3 projects do we know where they're like, oh, we the artist off the mint and they forget to send that payment right and so it's like you have you know
happy artists who are getting paid they can produce more and they can be more prolific and
they're not gonna you know give you problems if we're like hey we need this and that and the other
side of it is that carter's given me you know creative control and freedom to create the show
how i want and that that's just amazing.
It's really amazing as a director and to be able to say,
hey, I have so many ideas to add to this.
And he understands Walt Disney's idea of can we plus this?
Walt Disney said every step of the way,
every person in the organization should be looking to plus it.
Like, oh, that's great, but can I add something, right?
Plus, positive.
And so that's what we're doing every step of the way. Josh made something incredible. I'm pluss plus it. Like, you know, oh, that's great, but can I add something, right? Plus, positive. And so that's what we're doing every step of the way. Josh made something incredible. I'm
plussing it. I'm saying, how can we make this even better? We bring in, you know, Mojo to do
some voices. He's going to plus it. I know he is. You know, Violetta said she was down to play
baby Gwen. She's going to plus it. The songs we're going to write for this, that's going to plus it.
You know, like we were already set up to win even without the community and then
you add a community to that man oh we you know it's it's it's game over and we haven't talked
much about you know the nft project yet but you know there will be an nft project i'm designing
the art for it the traits and everything like that and i don't know if we can can we tell them what
chain it's going to be on might as well right yeah well hop in there just so all you guys know the
art is done it It's just attributes.
So before we came to this point, we wanted to have everything ready to go.
We're not waiting for any money, any funding.
Nobody has to sell anything to make things happen here.
So everything is there.
Everything is budgeted and ready to go.
I don't want to put stress on a community and have to squeeze people to buy this, buy that in order for us to take the next steps.
Myself and the partners have put everything in place so that as we build this community, the community will have the freedom to have the things they want, to do the things they want.
And that's where the Good Web 2 money comes in.
Because these guys, they believe in me.
They've done business with me in Web2.
And I've spent enough time here where I planned this out and we've mapped this out with those investors and said, hey, this is the money we need.
This is what it's going to take.
And let's go.
And they're thinking two years from now that this will be profitable.
Well, they just don't understand crypto like we do.
As long as we do everything we say we're going to do and the community can participate and make money.
I think this will be a lot more successful than they think it will be. So you touched upon Violetta and Mojo.
So we are going to have an open casting call, guys,
where we have seven characters.
Now we have an idea of who a couple of those characters are going to be,
you know, the voiceovers and the singing will be.
But we've got about four characters.
And truthfully, it'll be open casting call for all seven characters.
You never know who's going to come through.
But at the end of the day, between Josh and Josh, Josh Perez and Cristiano, they'll make the decision of who's going to be who.
But all of those characters are going to are going to have a singing voice and a speaking voice.
right now written and scheduled 36 different Baby Pangu animated cartoons, which are all part of a series.
So not only are those musicians and artists going to sing Baby Pangu songs and we'll have a children's album,
but they're also going to portray the characters in the series.
portray the characters in the series.
And I think that's going to be great, along with all their guest appearances on the Baby
Pengu YouTube show.
I know that, you know, as we progress down the pipe here and we are all very connected
to Vine, we're going to bring all of our people in from all of our different quadrants
of business here. So we have many, many contacts in Web2 that know nothing about Web3 that will be part
of the Web2 show.
We will be onboarding a lot of people into Web3.
We've talked about this to folks and not even told them that there's a crypto coin involved.
And they're just excited about the YouTube you know because they're web two people
they don't get web three so there's no reason to talk about crypto they just say oh that that stuff
like you know normies are normies right yeah honestly i found that there's so much success
um with talking to normies about the project and this is one of those things where i really feel
like it has such insane potential to to to go mainstream. And, you know,
I've always had success going mainstream and having mainstream viral success
with my content. In fact, it's harder to go viral in, in crypto really,
you know? And I didn't, I never went viral in crypto till the Pepe song.
I wrote that Pepe anthem and that one went viral. But like,
normally I do really well on Web2
because I understand that. And I understand how to how to communicate to people who maybe aren't
necessarily as educated as the average crypto degen and just want to laugh and just want to
enjoy themselves, you know, and it's not everything has to be about crypto. You know, the truth is
the benefit of this is that it's really not about crypto. It's about relationships and about, you know, teaching kids economics and teaching them financial stability and financial sovereignty.
And that's it's about like crypto maybe 10 years from now, 20 years from now, when those kids grow up being financially literate now,
because BabyPanku taught them that the price of fish today is five
shells instead of 10 shells because it's more fish and they're more abundant. So you can teach kids
stuff and you can teach them to impact the future later. The people who are going to benefit now
realistically are going to be the people who see this and go, oh, I'm going to front run them
building this massive IP by buying the token. And there's people that have seen that since we've started posting,
and that's why we've had a 70% day today.
We're up about 70% today.
So everyone who bought last night when we started talking about BabyPengu
is doing really well.
And we have not shilled this or talked about this.
We just put our heads down.
I did a secret space last night as late as I could and talked about it.
When I woke up this morning and saw how much it was up, I was like, oh, really already?
I just really haven't pushed.
Any of you here, nobody's heard me out here talking about buying this, buy this, buy this.
I just saw Stroke Driven at Redmond's's event and I shared with her what the project was but
I wasn't like by it I was like just check this out and she was she actually
had the opportunity to read the actual project narrative I don't know if I'm
gonna publish that yet I have to wait till we'll find a way to get that yeah
I think it should be published.
Because if everyone could read the narrative of the project,
I think I should attach it to the website.
What do you think, Christiana?
I think we can put it up there, you know?
Even just not, maybe not even the whole thing, just sections.
Yeah, of course, of course.
This is better, right, for my voice now?
Yeah, yeah, yeah, absolutely.
Much better. but this is better right for my voice now yeah yeah yeah absolutely much better yeah um let me actually turn back on the volume no no we're good i can hear you in my phone
um but yeah hold on let me let me use the other account sorry it's kind of uh messing with me
because i can't hear myself okay so what i what i think is really incredible about this and i would
love to hear what Stroke thinks about it
and hear from Havoc and hear from some people, you know,
in the crowd who want to come up and share their excitement
or, you know, like tell us what they think so far.
But if you see on top, you know, we have 2D and we have 3D.
And if you want to get a look of what the 3D baby pengu looks like,
he's up there.
The characters are already built in 3D.
They're already rigged.
So you guys know that I'm a big nifty island guy
I got in on the beta and was promoting it since last January like not this January, but like last January
So I've been talking about Nifty Island for like a year and a half or a year and three months
And so realistically like it's if you don't know
Nifty Island is a very easy way for us to get those models
Into your hands and allow you to go run around the island and play as baby Pangu or baby gwen or baby fuddy you know or blizzard or frostbite and so like you get to play as these characters
and start to understand who they are and see how they move and then you get to see their world and
explore their baby pengu world and their whole paradise or you know their their antarctic you
know environment and all of that stuff you're going to meet characters from the games you're
going to see little easter eggs you're going to meet characters from the games. You're going to see little Easter eggs.
You're going to find things.
And on Nifty Island, we can say, hey,
whoever gets the top 10 in this, you know,
in this tournament that we're running,
let's say we run a tournament
and it goes on for a couple hours
and they have a system where whoever earns the most points
in Nifty Island gets an airdrop of the token
or an NFT or whatever you want to give out, right?
So it's like, it gets very fun.
And really, this is just about the spirit of play.
This is about bringing the spirit of play back into people's lives.
This is not about selling snake oil.
This is not about giving them some sort of like,
are you putting money here and then it comes out the other tube over here?
It's about bringing play back into people's lives
and helping them understand that as children,
as children, we play and we use our imagination and we grow and we learn
through play.
And a lot of us are stagnating because we've stopped playing and we took
everything too serious.
And so it's very hard to take things so serious when you're looking at that
cute little baby penguin and he's like, hi, won't you please hold me?
Like it's hard to be mad, you know?
So I had a stroke driven.
Stroke, stroke how you feeling
oh i am so excited today like i saw the the space i saw that there's a community i joined the
community i'm so happy to be a part of it and so finally happy to to see this go live i'm super
excited about what's to come i i mean i've known you guys, Chris and Carter, like pretty
much a lot of people in here. I am more on the quiet side. I don't really speak in spaces.
I host silent share, not chill. I don't like the word chill. I host silent share spaces,
But I see everybody and I what I love doing here is being able to share what everybody is working on and help promote or engage with what everybody's doing on here to help each other out and support each other and any I mean I
don't I don't have money like that to support every community that I get involved with but I do
everything that I can uh as long as it's a hard project like this one um i just recently met carter at the red man event at the uep um first time we meet
in real life but in space i've been in spaces like i've i've been following all this stuff around and
super excited um to especially to be um bringing everybody in like it, it's so...
We've been through the trenches.
I've seen...
I've seen you, Chris.
In the past several weeks,
I know have been very difficult,
and I hope that Charlie is doing much, much better now.
Carter, you've...
You've seen some shit.
I've seen it.
I've seen our ups and downs,
and I'm tired of the circle jerking, you know.
I love you all.
But let's bring more people in.
Let's make this more fun.
Especially bringing kids in.
Oh, my heart.
You got my heart.
You had it when we met IRL and I heard about this.
And I read the stuff, I'm super excited, Carter, Chris.
And now hearing everybody that's going to be involved with the voices and stuff of the characters, I'm like, oh, so excited.
You know, I have never been able to speak to Violetta.
I've met her IRL and I can't speak to her because I'm such a fangirl.
Not even in spaces. I come into her spaces and I'm like, oh my God, I love her so much. And I
can't do it. I can't bring myself up to this. I'm just so excited to hear the names of everybody
involved. And the more, I know that there's more to come, and I'm super excited. I don't, I, I'm talking too much for somebody who doesn't speak at all.
You're never talking too much.
Also, don't be intimidated by Violetta.
Her face just does that.
I love her.
Her face just does that naturally.
She's got the Italian funge.
She looks like she's angry, but she's just deep in thought.
Oh my God, I can't wait to hear her.
I can't wait to hear her.
Which is her character, by the way.
Which one do you think? The pink baby gwynn yeah she's the girl so baby gwynn is a really important
character in the show baby gwynn is is violetta like josh i don't know if josh wrote it for her
but the way he described baby gwynn like is her character you know it was funny when it was funny
when we were you know going through the characters and josh showed me the prototype and then the personality i was like it's violetta
he's like and he was like probably and i was like no it's violetta he's like probably i mean if
anybody knows josh he's ultra serious nexus guy in the world he's very critical he's a dev so you
know he's his uh he's very dry let's just say that but
all of the characters if you really think about it like baby pangu he you know he's the new
investor he's he doesn't know anything he's in this big blockchain world this big iceberg he
doesn't know what's going on you know it's everything's dangerous to him then you have
baby gwen who's been out there who's an influencer who's beautiful who's talented who knows the ropes and that's like one of baby peng
guys then you have she's like the brave mentor who's like yeah i've been here before trust me
and she's like encourages him she's like you can do it and builds him up and that's just so violetta
that's what she does for us and then we have have Blizzard, who's Baby Pengu's best friend.
He's a polar bear.
And like, you know, some days he's bearish.
Some days he's, you know, he's buying tops and selling bottoms.
He's like completely impatient.
He's always like nervous about things.
He loves the meme coins.
He's like, you know, dialing up Baby Pengu at 2 a.m. and waking him up and like, like, wake up, wake up.
You know, that guy.
We all have that friend in crypto.
He's like, wake up.
I got to play for you.
And then we have baby fuddy, who's another penguin.
And he fuds everything.
Everything is everybody's always trying to steal from him.
Everybody's always trying to make money.
He doesn't.
The only person that's allowed to make money is baby fuddy.
You know, we all know that guy, that founder, like, you know, oh, they're making money, but he's making money.
Like, come on, man. You know, there's no crying in the casino.
If you if you make the play and you lose the money, you lose the money.
But if you make the play and you make the money, it's wonderful. Right.
So we're crypto is a casino. It doesn't matter what token it is.
Look, talk to an XRP fan.
They know all about pain and suffering in crypto.
But then let's move on to the other characters.
Then we have Wise Wally.
We all have Wise Wally.
Wise Wally is that big walrus, talks real slow and deep.
And he's that guy in the community or that woman in the community
that is like Beamer Boy.
Always cautious.
Always like giving blessings.
Blessing up everyone.
Putting other people before himself.
Always trying to be cautious.
Be that big brother, that uncle, that father.
Always trying to shepherd people the right way.
Beamer Boy, we love you.
Thanks for coming in and saying hello to us.
The next character, not so nice of a guy.
It's Frostbite.
He's the evil dev.
He's the rugger Frostbite.
He's the abominable snowman.
And he's always scaring baby Pengu and all the other kids.
And he's always stealing their fish from them that they catch or taking their shells taking
their tokens and pushing them off the he's always pushing them off the iceberg into the water
you know he's always knocking them down but uh somehow some way you know baby pengu and the
kids are always resilient and they always figure out a way to beat Frostbite in his own game. And the last character is my favorite character.
And that's Orca.
Orca is our whale.
And, you know, whales can be gentle and nice.
And then they can knock over boats.
And they can go crazy.
Like, if a whale is happy, a whale is going to jump and breach.
And, you know, be cool.
But if you upset a whale, what happens've all seen moby dick turn your boat over you know that's the same analogy a whale can
be beautiful or a whale can be dangerous and that's that goes for the same thing in crypto
you got good whales and you got bad whales so and i like how the penguins are always being really
nice to to orchid because they're and she's always like, I'm so beautiful.
She's a bit vain and stuff.
And they're all just being like, you're the best.
You're the cutest.
You're the coolest.
Because they don't want her to eat them.
And that's so true about Web 3.
It's just like, we're just so nice to the whales.
We're like, please don't eat me and tank the chart.
And I'm giving forewarning.
All of these characters are like Kenny.
So yeah, Orchid may eat one of of them but they'll be back in the next episode
oh yeah like yeah the uh the cartoon logic right right um and you know we we talked about you know
the the element of danger and things like that and i think there's going to be you know some stuff
um some element of danger but realistically like what i love about this project one of the many
things is that me and josh are being very very very protective over like what baby pengu does
and doesn't say what he does and doesn't do you know what is not inappropriate and i think that
that's something that with other web3 brands they didn't really do that even if they were meant to
be like wholesome and appropriate for all ages like They don't continue that in Web3.
And they don't continue that kind of sentiment.
And so then it's like, well, how are you going to ever grow this to be a Web2 brand
if the people who speak for your community are savage DJs?
Spot on, Cristiano.
Because, guys, remember, we're not going after DGEN emotions and vibes here.
We're going after young adults and children and normies and people that are looking for a change outside of zombies and gross and disfigured and morphed.
And all of the things that people have been drawn to in NFTs, again, this is more or less like something that you would
get your children into. I'm not saying the buying of the coins, but I would say more or less of the
life lessons and the short stories along with the YouTube show. And then the ability for these
kids to create their own NFTss and when i say that meaning
the the virtual coloring books that that we're in production with uh you'll be able to mint the
coloring book and then you'll be able to once you own the coloring book your child can digitally
or you can digitally color it in and if you're happy with it you can lock it and mint it and
then the coloring book would be all of their coloring in that digital coloring book that they can go through.
And you can always reset it, you know, but there'll be a hard copy that they did.
And then they'll be able to continuously, you know, go back and color it in.
Some other things that we'd like to attach to that actual animation.
actual animation. So what would happen is there would be, when they buy the digital collectible,
there will be a short story in there, maybe three or four minutes of animation,
maybe a couple songs from our Web3 artists. And then they, after watching the story,
then they get to color it in. So let's say it's a three, four minute story. There might be,
I don't know,
we were talking 12 to 16 different pages to color in that follow along the story.
Fun stuff for, you know, five-year-olds, 10-year-olds, 12-year-olds, even adults.
I know a lot of adults that get stressed out, they color. So why not?
Yeah. So there we go. I think adult coloring um would be incredible that is that is a thing
that's a meta that my generation the millennials uh started and we also eat cereal there's a lot
of things that were made for kids that we don't stop using you know what i mean like me and mojo
like adventure time and adventure time is made for kids sort of right like when you watch it you're
like oh sort of but when you see it marketed you're like oh this is definitely for kids and then you watch it and you're like oh this is made by adults
why did i think it would be made by kids right it's not made by kids it's for kids but the parents
who have to watch this stuff all the time are tired of miss rachel and they're tired of you
know of of uh what's the other one peppa pig and all that stuff and they're they're exhausted
it's like they need something new and fresh that actually is not boring and is fun and i wrote one of the songs today um just as
like i was gonna put up a clip for you guys to show you the animation and then i was like had
this background music you know me and i'm cooking i'm cooking so i was like what if i wrote lyrics
to this background music so that i just wrote this whole song it was like that was so easy
sang it recorded it you know like pitch my voice up to baby ping his voice.
And it's like that.
We're such prolific artists that there's going to be so many songs.
You're going to be walking around the house, you know, being like, be nice to your mom.
Be nice to your mom.
Like, you're not going to know why you're saying that, you know, but your kids are going to be nicer to you because they're going to have a song called be nice to your mom. She's working really hard. She's doing her best.
Right. So I think it's just that I have five nephews and I'm watching them deal with the
YouTube problem. And there's people making stuff on there that don't care about kids. And in fact,
maybe even wish them harm. And they're getting a lot and a lot of views and attentions. You know,
arm and they're and they're getting a lot and a lot of views and attentions you know you got to
knock them out somehow beaver boy what's up yo yo no i was just i'm about to pull up to this uh
this little window real quick to get these meds but uh yo i didn't want you to call on me while
i was freaking talking to these people but no so that's why i took my hand you took my hand down. You took your hand down and caught my eye. Yeah, I took my hand down just so you wouldn't call on me first, bro.
And now I'm like, I'm already about to talk to this lady right now.
So I'll be back in a couple minutes.
Go to Havoc, man.
I'll be back.
Yeah, because this is great.
You guys are smashing.
I freaking love this dude.
Ingenious shit.
I'm all about the kids.
This is some next level shit right here.
What's up, Havoc? Yo, never a dull moment when Beamer Boy's on the stage, ingenious shit. I'm all about the kids. This is some next level shit right here. What's up, Havoc?
Yo, never a dull moment when Beamer Boy's on the stage, huh?
No, man, you know, I think this is incredible, man, because, like, I mean, as you mentioned earlier, you know, like, the Web 3, this isn't hinging or dependent on the Web 3 aspect of it, you know?
That's more or less like a bonus for everybody. But the, you know, and me personally, like I'm a huge fan of, of like market strategy,
marketability, you know, and I mean, any kind of anything, anything strategic that you can
use to leverage, you know, IP or, or any kind of product, you know, and, and integrate that
into something else.
So like, I mean, this is like, this is like franchise level.
This is like franchise level shit here.
There's no kidding.
Yeah. Yeah. Incredible. Incredible. is like franchise level yep this is like franchise level shit here yep there's no kidding yeah yeah
incredible incredible i mean i i can't even i can't even like my brain right now i'm running through so many different like uh like potentials of like i mean like just the physicals and i mean
like this is like this is like stuff you see at like mcdonald's yeah like this is one of those
things that hits like big franchises yeah where you're really getting to to you know see the promotion of it through
through collaborative and cooperative you know uh alignment you know with other with other companies
and entities um this is big man this is incredible and it's about how we how we do it right you know
in order to ensure that the sentiment of baby pengu reverberates out into web web two and they match you need to
be that in web three if baby Pengu is someone who would help his fallen friend if they were down
that's what the community does you know what I mean that's what the community is about and so
if you know anything about me and Carter we're two of the people that are consistently supporting
everyone whether it's financial help or work or whatever it is you know free work free advice
whatever we can do a connection whatever we can do. And so the concept behind this was like, what if
those two people, me and Carter, who are always getting to get advantage of started working
together and protected each other and made sure that, you know, we could succeed. Right. And so,
and that's what it's about. A lot of us have been spread out in different communities and there's
one of us in each community.
And the truth of this, of all those people came together.
If all those people who are consistently giving out the help and the energy and the love came
together, you have one of the strongest things in Web3.
You have this community of people who help each other.
And so on that, I wanted to remind everyone, like, first of all, I want to say thank you
to everyone for being here.
Thank you for retweeting the room, bottom right-hand corner.
And thank you to everyone who's, you know, buying in.
And if you're worried about buying the tops, we've all been buying the tops.
That's what happens when there's a launch, you know, you just buy the tops.
I've been buying the tops.
So all I know is that we're not stopping this tomorrow.
We're not stopping this next week.
We're not stopping this next month or even next year.
You don't build a long-term brand to just abandon it.
And you don't put in your own money outside of Web3 build a long-term brand to just abandon it. And you don't
put in your own money outside of Web3 into it, you know, to just abandon it. Like we are long-term
on this. And so this is really just us being kind and being like, hey, if you guys want to be
part of this, you can be part of this. And on that, I want to say, we want to make sure that
the culture of this community as we do our first space is supporting others. So like my friend
Havoc right here has a mint. If you guys have any solana you know please please please or sorry ape coin ape
chain right oh yeah it's on a ape chain so if you have any ape you know please support our friend
havoc like he's going to be here helping us helping us you know like do spaces helping us
mint out when we have the nft collection everything like that i know havoc he would do it no matter what out of the kindness of his heart so it's like it's just that we have to
support the people that support each other and support everyone you know because there's only
a few people in web 3 that are doing most of all the supporting you know what i mean it's like
what if all those people got together what would the community look like right
And what if all those people got together?
What would the community look like, right?
Thank you for that, Cristiano.
Very much appreciated.
Of course.
I mean, look, at the end of the day,
if we're building something big
and all of our holders are in profit
and they're saying,
hey, these guys are out there cooking
and they're making this animated show
and I'm going to buy
because it's getting a lot of attention
and now it's higher and they have money.
Realistically, that's what kind of community I want to be building here is a community that does support each other.
Because when you do that, you become different. You stand out from everyone else. It's not just
about that. That's what we can do because we're not here selling you anything. We don't need you
to buy the coin. We don't need you to buy the NFTs. We're not, that's not, our action is going
to continue no matter what happens with Web3's participation.
Do you understand?
So nothing Web3 can participate or they could not participate.
That does not change anything for us.
Web3 participating heavily speeds things up for sure.
Helps us hire more people.
Helps us hire from within Web3.
It's more jobs for the community because the community doesn't need more meme coins or
NFTs or anything.
It really needs jobs right so realistically if we can build this into a web 2 uh cash cow money maker it's
bringing funds into web 3 it's bringing money into the pockets of the dgens who are running web 3
and have been putting all the support in so let's get to Beamer Boy. Yeah, man.
So it's so crazy that you guys were having this space because I didn't even fucking know.
I've been grinding out here fucking work and I just got off the job.
But what's crazy is I called you and Carter today about different conversations.
And I was like, and then I saw this and I was like, no, we've joined forces.
These dudes are fucking running a fucking pingo space. I was like no fucking wonder I couldn't get all of these dudes. I was like now I get it
This is what I'm talking about
We'd be in these spaces so fucking much that it's like next to impossible to get in touch with people
Yeah, especially lately like so I'm like, you know what motherfucker
I'm gonna start sliding these faces all day long and seeing where the fucking people are at that I need to talk to
You know what I'm saying? So I can you figured it out bro
That's the part of whatever they got everyone before I call them bro check their ex account if there's a purple ring
I jump like
This shit crazy bro, I was like and then cam too. I hit up cam
Fucking then I go into space. Here goes cam. I'm like bro. I've been calling cam for two. He's like, yeah
Just hit me up, bro. I've been calling this dude for two weeks
We had an amazing conversation and then he hits me up like hey
I need to get back on that call with you. We need to get this thing locked in
So I started calling him so we can get that call and it's been like two weeks
I'm like god damn
Everybody's so busy, bro, and i'm the same way people are hitting me up on my dms
I see a dm like a week later. I'm like, oh my god, bro. I'm so sorry
You know for those of you don't know beamer and I were talking about putting together a you know
He's already doing a screening of the pigeons of new york documentary that a bunch of us are already in
And so we were talking about hey, why don't we actually do you know like a's already doing a screening of the Pigeons of New York documentary that a bunch of us are already in. And so we were talking about, hey, why don't we actually do, you know, like a
joint event at the theater and Stay Tuned can help put up some of the funds and everything.
Stay Tuned is my animation studio that's producing this show. And we'll be able to
play some Baby Pegu episodes and play some Stay Tuned shows and stuff like that.
Well, I got alpha on that, Cristiano, before you even go any further.
That's what i was
calling you about so we're locking in the spot me and stew and our other partner big love we're
going to be paying for the spot on the fourth on the fourth of the fourth of the fifth of may
we're going to be paying for the producers club i'm actually when i get out of here i'm going to
call the guy at the producers club again right now so I can make sure that we got this date locked in the 26th of June
That's the day before La Bodega. We're gonna lock this place in. It's gonna be a
63 chair venue which will have the whole entire day of the 26th
So we'll be able to and I already told Stu that I was talking to you and that I wanted to we wanted to do a
Collaboration on the you, um, so that's what I was calling you about
Let's get on that call later this evening or whenever bro anytime this week, whatever bro, you know i'm saying
We'll figure that shit out, but like, you know, so let's let's put that together
We definitely want you guys to be a part of this
We're gonna
We're gonna be streaming or uh, or viewing new york movie, which we filmed
um big love myself and uh dj big stew are going to be streaming or viewing New York movie, which we filmed. Big Love, myself, and DJ Big Stew are going to be showing that film.
We're also going to be showing the first episode of Outcome the Pay Phone, which is going to be a full series.
The first episode is really, really awesome.
It's based on a true story.
You know, like, you know, we changed some names and things like that inside the whole thing obviously but it's based on things that really happened in new york city and uh it's a it's a
it's a heart jerker dude and so that we're gonna be uh uh also showing that and you know i'm saying
like i said whatever you got going on we want to be a part of that we want to fucking be able to
put that out there and help you guys push this project we love carter we love you bro it's just
legendary we love the kids this shit fucking pulls heartstrings because my whole family is full of
little kids you know what i'm saying i got five nephews now bro there's like so many of them
i'm all about it i actually really started writing a book for kids yeah yeah dude you
started writing a book for kids. Yeah, yeah. Dude, you know what holidays are like? All these little
kids running around tearing shit up, acting a fool, but it's funny as shit. That shit is so
hilarious, bro. I love it. I made a story out of it. I get to watch them, and as a photographer,
I spent many years filming and doing photography for birthday parties and events, uh, you know,
big events, uh, barbecue.
You name it.
Oh, you rock it a little bit, man.
I've done a lot of family events and stuff like that on top of the major events but it was really cool
the funnest ones were the ones where i was getting the film the kids run loose
he's rugging right now. You know what I'm saying?
Yo, Beamer, you rugging something fierce, bro.
He's called The Matrix.
Man down Where's the Matrix button?
Beamer, when you get back, jump back on
That was the last time they ever heard from Beamer Boy
Yo, what's the word
what up music
shit chilling man
getting off of work right now
hey let's go
what a hell of a day bro
hell of a fucking day
my senior had a space open just wanted to come
say what's up real quick
damn you gotta love when you turn
over here and you find a bag of weed
that you bought thanks for uh rolling through bro honestly it's like um this is our first space this
is our first uh baby panky like community space so like yeah so i gotta come support my people
appreciate that man y'all witness in history right now man like and music we were saying before like
that's what i want to build i want to build something and it's funny like we have three bird projects
We got Quakey, we got Pitches of New York and we got Baby Pango
I was like are we the flock?
Let's go. We the flock bro. Birds of a feather flock together. We're gonna have a flock party. Yo!
Alright, we changed the name of the party.
Yo, Carter.
We gotta have a flock party.
It's bird bed at times.
Flock party goes ham, bro.
Fucking flock party.
Yo, but that's what it's about.
I really want the flock
to support each other.
And just the same attitude we have in all the communities that we join and we support
is because they support each other.
And it's about the communities.
Artists can't support just themselves.
They need the support of different communities and stuff like that.
And the communities get so much value out of partnering with the musicians.
You know what I mean?
We keep people entertained for hours. So the truth you know baby pengu's got me natively here
but like there's a bunch of musicians that you know like i i don't ever want this to be a thing
where it's like don't talk about people's mints like guys check out music's mint check out havoc's
mint you know i mean like i want to support the community that's the whole point because what
we're doing here is bringing web two
money into web three and we're not here to extract web three and bring it
You know what I mean?
So it's like,
that's the whole core of this thing.
So everything we do is going to be based around that.
It's like,
how do we create more revenue streams for web three?
Like from web two.
Great idea.
Folks in the room here,
my yay party folks have showed up. I've got
the famous the infamous Matt Adam hey
Got Raymond got crypto rex
Stevens up here. What's up boys? What's up my dudes going on?
What's up card? You didn't tell us about your coin, bro. Well, come on.
He's been telling us since January.
I don't go into roast spaces, cursing and everything, talking about business.
I go in there to shake Matt a little bit because I know it does bother him just a little bit.
I can't slap somebody for beating on him.
But I love you, Matt.
You're a real one.
Look, I got to tell you this.'re you're a real one look i gotta
tell you this matt adam is a real player uh in the advertising world and in the web 3 world web 2 web
3 he's the real deal and i just want to thank matt for some of the absolute best professional advice
in marketing for web 2 into web 3 uh we a hundred percent and it was spot on Matt.
You got to see it at the table brother. And, uh, you will definitely be one of our
newest additions as soon as we take that next step. So we're going to have that conversation,
Matt. Um, I just want to see you guys win, man. That's all really appreciate you. Matt's had an
opportunity to look at the project narrative, which of course, stroke driven, got to look at it too. And a couple other choice folks here in the audience. If I didn't send you a copy of the narrative, it was just random. I picked X amount of people to get their opinions as we, as we develop this and we built this.
I fell back on the people that I've helped and I've worked with in all of your projects.
And we pooled people.
We pooled men.
We pooled women.
We wanted to make sure that we could create something that was good and wholesome for kids.
Again, we're a bunch of DGens.
We're in the crypto space.
Please don't anybody take the term DGEN.
It is a bad thing calling you that.
But we're here.
We're looking for a deal.
Everyone's looking to make money in this space.
Let's not get that fooled, but it's how it's done fairly and honestly with some real utility and
something that you'd be proud of to put your name next to. And this is something here, guys.
You know, I know I have a reputation for being a party animal and a playboy and all these crazy
things. I go out in the world and I do, but I'm a businessman first and I love children and, uh, I love to
help children and women and people that, uh, that need help. Like I want to pick people up. Um,
I came into web three here, uh, not to make money. I came into web three to have a good time and have
fun and do charity work and somehow fell into the mystique of meme coins i don't know what the hell happened
uh it's like that first time you put a coin in a slot machine at a casino right same none of us
know how it happened we all just kind of ended up here you wake up and you're like am i a d-gen
when did that start now i have the ability i have a project now where i can do a lot of good for a
lot of people um it's about kids it It's about family. It's about understanding.
Everybody's different, but we're all the same and let's have fun together. You know, there's so many
different types of people that are here right now with different types of communities,
different beliefs, different this, different that we can all come together because we love
one thing and that's goodness and, and cute. So yes. And you're all in the show. You know what I mean? You will find yourself in the
show. You will see yourself in one of those characters. Those characters are designed
to be each and every one of us. Some of us are multiple. I'm like Blizzard. I'm super hyperactive,
but I also consider myself like Baby Pingu. I'm a total noob, beginner's mind, even though I've
been here for three years. Every day I wake up and I'm like, I'm just going to take this like a, you know, like
a total ignorant person and just kind of keep a beginner's mind.
And baby Pengu allows the viewer to have that.
It allows you to learn things and relearn things without the ego of being like, I'm
smart because it's this little penguin learning it.
And you're like, hey, maybe I learned something from watching this little penguin learn and
fall on his face and pick himself back up and learn a lesson.
And so that's what it's about. It's not just about kids. It's like the kids animation, the kids, the kids, uh,
education and entertainment or edutainment. It,
it's not like it doesn't work on adults. It does, you know?
So it's not like this stuff can't live in web three as well.
That's what's cool about it.
And we can be basically educating people in web three with like a kid's show,
which is kind of perfect because truth is a lot of people that I've met in the
last three years,
never learned basic finances or like conflict mediation or interpersonal
So teaching DGEN's interpersonal skills,
I think would be a very net positive for the space.
Teach people how to be kind to each other.
You know, and in such a crude world
we live in, especially the last five years,
I mean, look, there isn't one person here
who hasn't been through fucking hell and back
in the last five years with...
You know, we don't have to talk about what it is.
We all live that same shit.
And, you know, it is time to get back to fun.
It is time to get back to goodness. It is time to get back to goodness.
It is time to get back to projects that have utility.
Memes are here now, but they're not going to be here forever.
Is that top of the morning?
You got a question?
Yo, top of the morning.
This looks like an Avengers mashup of a lot of faces.
This looks like an Avengers mashup of a lot of faces.
They got Matt, Cristiano, Carter, Crypto's Rex, Baby Pengu in the building.
Holy shit.
Sorry for swearing.
I know this is a child-friendly token.
But what's the utility?
You mentioned utility, Carter.
What's up with that?
So let's start with there's a multitude of utilities with this token
so the first utility is actually physical merchandise uh some of you know me some you
don't but i do own a manufacturing facility with my son uh for custom merchandise uh embroidery
print sublimation you know direct-to-garment engraving laser engraving ballistics anybody
wants a custom bulletproof vest hit us up we're licensed federally licensed wait really can i get
a baby pangu flag jacket i mean you know somewhere around 7 500 for it all right that's the goal guys
let's get to a million but we're able to we're able to thank you flag jacket we're able to produce the merchandise and control the quality and the fulfillment and so on and so forth.
So merchandise is just one of several utilities.
And if you go to our website, babypangu.club, you can click on the merch store and you'll see there is an array of all high-quality merch available immediately.
Every level of cuteness you want right there. And there's more to come. We've already been, had people requesting
adult onesie pajamas and baby Pangu. Okay. Okay. You guys, fine. You guys want that? You can have
it. So if there's anything you guys want out of the merch store that you don't see, just hit us
up. So that's the first quadrant. Second is the digital collectibles.
We talked about coloring books.
We talked about subscription services to the animated series for the kids, which would be educational.
Then there's actual NFTs.
We have all of our 2D art is ready to go.
All of our characters are rigged, custom rigged in 3D.
So we will have not only 2D NFTs, but we will have 3d nfts i'll put
this teaser out we're going to have seven web 3 musicians slash artists that we're all will be
baby pangu uh singers and we will be minting music as well through these nfts you know the
baby pangu songs maybe there'll be bonus tracks there'll be a lot of cross marketing to these web3 artists where in those nfts and they will be 404 nfts
uh so it'll be wrapped with baby pangu tokens so you're not just buying a jpeg you're buying
when you you buy the nft you get tokens with it you decide you don't want the nft anymore and you
want your money back you can sell your tokens. The NFT will return back to
us and you will get your tokens. So it's not a JPEG. It's a JPEG that's wrapped with actual tokens.
Next utility is Nifty Island. Okay. Currently, if you go to our website, you are able to see
that we have a beta there, which is Baby Pegas World world so you're able to go around just look at the
actual world you're not going to see the weapons or the other characters there's a little boat you
can hop in baby pengu's boat and cruise around the island um works best on pc mobile it's a
little too heavy just like nifty island you just can't get on your phone and play it and
and keep a signal or it'll just keep trying to reload check it out on your pc uh baby pengu's
world will be continuously evolving like i mentioned earlier it's getting dropped into
unreal engine and we're gonna let the nifty island guys really make this thing cool it'll
on nifty island of course there'll be merch store there an nft store there and of course all sorts
of games and so on so forth now speaking of games
we are going to produce several mini games of chance where you'll be able to connect your wallet
and have a chance to win tokens win nfts or lose tokens you know if you connect to a slot machine
you're gonna win or lose right and that's what games of chance are all about the chance to win or there's a chance to lose the other utility is the children's show let's talk about real life utility we've got a
children's we have a youtube show which will end up on arena and twitch and all the other streaming
platforms every streaming platform not only are we gonna we to do it in English, but then we are going to dub it into other languages.
Guys, we have IRL business partners that are international business people.
I have done business with these folks over 20 years, and these folks mean business, and they're big Web2 marketers.
So we are going to have sub-communities all over the world.
We're going to work in the Philippines.
We're going to work in Malaysia, in India, in Europe, and South and Central America.
So as we progress on and we market this, we will add more and more and build the community,
not only just here, but around, let's say, in the United States or maybe the UK, but around the world,
we want everybody inclusive and baby Pangu.
So that is the biggest utility is the show,
but I want you to understand the real utility will come from the community that
is forged and built now. So we're going to have seven web three artists.
We're going to call seven Web3 artists.
We're going to call upon people, marketers, developers, coders. This community will have a virtual Rolodex of everyone that's working for it. So if you become a community member,
you don't have to be docs, but hey, what if you're a dev and somebody in the community needs a dev?
Wouldn't you want them to know that you're a dev?
So you'll be able to get into like the BabyPangu Rolodex.
That's coming soon.
Will you be able to, at the very least, contact them through X or a Telegram handle?
There'll be a short bio, what they do IRL, what their Web3 hustle is,
or what their project is, or a culmination of all three things.
Yeah, Carterter we definitely
have to figure out you know what the membership um you know i guess hurdle is i think it would be
token holding you know as long as you had like a maybe one of the baby pangu nfts or something you
can get into that you know yeah yeah for sure we can figure it out later my point was you know we
have a thing called the igloo i'm telling them about the Igloo crew. So the Igloo crew is what Baby Pangu and his friends named themselves in the show. So they decide that they're called the Igloo crew because Baby Pangu decides that the only way for them to get back up to the mountain, they're, you know, they're all lost and alone in the wilderness. And they used to live in this Igloo on top of the mountain, this big, beautiful, shining city, but Frostbite destroyed it and sent everyone, you know, cast everyone adrift. And so for them to get back to that mountain,
which is kind of what we do in Web 3, right? We see the mountain, we see where we could go,
and we say, we want to be up on the top of that mountain. How do we get there?
Right? So Gwyn helps him, all of his friends help him, Fuddy helps him, you know, Blizzard helps him,
Orchid helps him, you know, Wally, wise wally helps him and they form this crew called the
igloo crew and their mission and their goal is to build an igloo and put it on an iceberg like
little ice drift and basically go up the river and get to the mountain because if you know anything
about geology our geography is that every river leads to a mountain that's where rivers come from
if you follow a river long enough you'll get to to a mountain. And so they follow the river, and that's the story of the show,
is that they're in this igloo that's kind of like a boat, right?
Because it's an igloo on a floating ice drift,
and they have the whales pushing them.
And so you guys can get into that igloo.
That igloo is the exclusive club.
That's the inner sanctum.
Everyone can be part of the Baby Pengu Club just by loving Baby Pengu.
But that igloo crew is the core group of people,
and I'm excited to see who becomes that igloo crew. I think it's going to be a lot of the people that are here
right now did i run sorry i thought you wanted to jump in no i thought you wanted to jump in so
i was stopping okay well i was letting you jump in yeah but maybe i should tell this let
me maybe i should tell the story of baby pango and how i found him yeah tell us about how you
found this adorable little penguin please so i don't know it was like in january and i've been
at the bar all night long and i was you know i came home and I figured I'd go sniping for, you know, see what
was out there, you know, like, you know, let's just say your meme coin, you know, degenerate
moment. And I had a bunch of Pengu from the actual Pudgy Penguins airdrop and I had been
trading it and trading it and making, you know, just, it didn't make sense, you know?
And I, I went to bed after an hour and a half of trading that not sniping anything any good
I'm laying in bed. I'm like what am I doing in bed? I'm wide awake. I'm going back downstairs to trade now
It's like three o'clock in the morning 3 30
Fire up the computer type in Pangu
Click on what I think is Pangu
It's baby Pangu. I had launched three soul into it the second i saw it was up i thought it was
so wait you you you full clipped into baby pangu thinking that it was pangu like the
pachy penguins token
carter you're muted i don't know if you know you muted yourself
carter i think you accidentally muted. I don't know if you know. You muted yourself.
Carter, I think you accidentally muted yourself while driving, bud.
There we go.
We can't hear you, though.
You got this, Carter.
You got this.
You can do it.
I feel like a bunch of, like like large penguin have a hold of him
and they're like keeping but yeah it's it's very interesting and you know the funny thing about
this project is that you know carter's been telling us to buy baby penguin for three months
but and and i think it's a really cool thing that like people are so bullish on our collaboration
because it's like you add me to the mix and you have me plus carter and it becomes something incredible and then like
the type of people that we bring in are all people who just always bring more to the space than they
take there's like a bunch of people here who are constantly bringing food to the potluck and then
there's a bunch of people who just don't ever bring food to the potluck and they just eat all
the food and leave you know that doesn't stop people from bringing food to the potluck right because it's like
it has to be done we bring food to the potluck we bring all resources we bring our money we bring
whatever we can offer to web3 because it needs to be done people are hungry right but it's like it's
it's it's about understanding oh there's carter it's about understanding who those people are and spotlighting those people and helping to empower those people.
And that's what I want the Baby Pengu Club to really be about is who are the people that embody that spirit of Baby Pengu who just would do anything for his friends, who would support their friends.
And that's something in Web3 that I don't really think has been highlighted.
in web three that I don't really think has been highlighted. I think that people focus on,
you know, maybe who does music or who does the best TA or who does the most, you know,
early calls on things, who's cooking in the trenches. But it's like, what about who's the
kindest to their friends? What about that? What about giving support to those people?
Because I got a bunch of people right here in this room right now that are incredible.
They're incredible friends to have. Some of the best friends that I could
ever be fortunate enough to call friends.
And I've met a lot of people and like a lot of people in this room are like solid people.
But let me get back to Carter. And he's going to tell you the finish the story of how we found this adorable little pengu.
So 100 percent by mistake. All right, guys. So I bought this thing by mistake.
I got rugs. I got rugged.
I sat there.
Yo, Carter, your teeth hit the buy button, right?
My teeth hit the buy button.
I gnawed away at the keyboard.
And I looked at it and I was like, well, I got to start waking people up.
So I started waking up friends.
And I'm like, guys, you got to look at this thing before I just get rid of my mess here and take a thousand percent loss, so to speak.
Just take a look at the derivative.
We looked at the contract.
We looked at this.
It's not even a pump fund token.
I was like, hmm.
Well, let's say it.
I love that part of it, too, that it's not a pump fund token.
So, you know, we did what we did.
We bought it up. And there were eight DAO members.
Since we bought it up and it had its initial run up to 550,000 and then back down to 80 or 90,
wherever it went. Some of those guys chose to leave. And what I did, I bought them out.
I did the right thing by all those partners. The initial monies they put
in, I gave them their monies back. And whatever tokens that they held that we gave them from the
initial buy-in, they kept them. Some of those guys decided to OTC those tokens back to us.
So just so everyone knows, the Dow is holding just under a half a billion tokens.
They're in a multi-sig wallet.
You can go into bubble maps and look, they're there.
We are going to break out the tokenomics of this project in the next week or so.
And we're going to ask for community support on that.
And what does that mean?
Those who want to be part of this community,
well, let's talk about as a group what makes sense you know where do you want the
the distribution going you know right do you want some of it for giveaways for you guys do you want
some of it towards artists do you want to do events what do you want to see you decide so
we've got a lot of tokens and we don't plan on selling them what we plan on doing is putting
those tokens to work for the community and building something massive here.
So go ahead, Christiana, take it away.
I think that it's, you know, when we get into the DAOs, let's talk about the DAOs for a second.
So I think the reason why people think that DAOs don't work is because the truth is that DAOs obey the Pareto principle.
The Pareto principle is the 80-20 rule.
And most things obey that principle, but DAOs specifically.
It's going to be about 20% of the people that are doing 80 of the work and really it's about 10 of the people and
so that we don't expect everyone to be like super active and wanting to vote where the tokens go most
some people are gonna just buy and hold and be like i don't care figure it out i'm sure you guys
will figure something but there are people who are going to want to help to figure that out
and right now especially in the beginning of a forming of community, you need to empower those people. I'm one of those people
who's like, hey, how can I help your project? And I'm constantly offering. And if someone doesn't
take that help, I stop offering it. Right? And so it's very important to be like, you know,
we're going to be tapped in. I'm already tapped in with a bunch of y'all personally, but like
actually look at who's here right now. Like I'm going to take, I've been taking screenshots. I'm
taking another screenshot because like, it's important to see who shows up for you
when there's nothing in it for them.
You know what I mean?
When there's just, hey, I want to support.
I don't know what's going on with this thing yet or whatever, but I know that I like you
and I'm here.
And so that's the type of thing.
Like we want to reward the people who do tap in and show up and they should be able to
say, hey, this is my vote for what I think we should do with the funds and everything. And you can really put
the tokenomics together properly, where if some of the tokenomics of the DAO is going into things
that actually make money and going out to business endeavors and ventures, now the DAO is filling
itself back up. And a big thing about this project is that, like Carter said, we're here with Web2 investment that we're bringing into the space.
We're not here to extract from the space.
We're not here to, you know, like whether or not people buy the token or the NFTs doesn't change our action because we are building a Web2 brand.
And we've been building Web2 brand and we're going to continue to.
And so, you know, if people support us on Web3, it does speed up that building for sure.
And so, you know, if people support us on Web3, it does speed up that building for sure.
If people raid the YouTube channel and, you know, drop a like and a comment and subscribe, it'll help for sure, right?
I mean, one of the things that we haven't even talked about, you know, the BabyPengu account right now that you're hearing my voice come from.
This is Christiana, by the way.
You can click that account.
Obviously, follow it.
If you can follow it, then you'll be able to comment because I'm not even letting anyone comment on the BabyPengu post who isn't followed by BabyPengu. And so I'm following
all you guys back, the core community members, so that we'll know who can comment on that.
Because this is not an account. It's a privilege to comment on BabyPengu's account. It's not a
right. You don't get to just come and graffiti the wall of a kid's IP, right? And so it's really about keeping this thing precious.
And, you know, check out the link tree.
The link tree is very, very clean, and it has everything you need on there.
The merch is already ready.
Like, you're going to see me showing up in videos and at events.
Like, the hoodies are fire.
Like, the merch is ready.
The YouTube channel is ready.
You can subscribe to it if there's no videos up.
Like, there are ways to support.
And even with a marginal push from Web3, I will tell you as an expert of algorithms of social media and Web2, a little bit of a push.
50 to 100 people all liking something, all subscribing, all commenting on something.
You will get everywhere.
We'll push you out to the entire algorithm.
Good afternoon, everyone. How are you doing?
I was in the middle of a sentence, so I don't know who let him up.
Anyway. I did it. Banna, if you want to come up and speak in a little bit,
we'll wait until it's your turn to speak, pal. Thank you.
No worries. I'm trying to, like I said,
I'm very cautious of who gets to be on the stage of a baby penguin space.
Because this is, you know, kids too.
What's happening, Ben?
And how are you people doing today?
Doing good, man.
How are you doing?
I'm doing good.
I'm just going through my insert and I saw you in life.
I decided to join in the call.
Thanks for allowing me to join the call. Of course.
Thanks for joining us, man. You're here at a historic moment. This is the big relaunch
of, you know, AB Pengu. And if anyone else wants to come up and say hello, feel free
to grab a mic. You know, we don't fight. It's your friendly neighborhood, Cristiano, up
here behind this penguin. So yeah, feel free to grab a mic. Carter, so we were talking about the Dow, right?
And so I think that that's important.
Like what Dow's can possibly do, you're not going to come up here and just hot mic the whole time.
What Dow's can do is operate.
Spana, if I'm muting you, that means stay muted.
What Dow's can do is they can take those funds and they can actually put them into things that make money outside of Web3 and make money in Web2 and bring those funds back in.
You know, SPL 404 is a great way to be able to drop people tokens and also continuously drop people tokens. Nifty Island is a great way for people to say, hey, I'm going to, you know, we're going to gamify this token distribution.
a great way for people to say, hey, I'm going to, you know, we're going to gamify this token
distribution. And so part of the tokenomics, we know for sure, would be towards some Nifty Island
drops, right? If you're in Nifty Island and you're a gamer and you're playing the game. So now you
have a way, your child, let's say, plays video games all day. You say, hey, why don't you farm
daddy some money? You know, you sit them down at Nifty Island and say, hey, play Nifty Island.
You're winning these tokens that are really valuable to me.
And the kid's playing as the character.
He's playing as Baby Pengu.
He's playing as Baby Fuddy.
He's playing as Blizzard.
Running around our island.
You can have fishing now, too.
If you don't want your kid to be violent, we can say, hey, you know what?
Baby Pengu Island is nonviolent.
If we wanted to, you know, we could say there's only fishing there.
And it's the best fishing island on Nifty Island.
And you can earn all the fishing, all the bloom from fishing. You you know so it doesn't have to be the same as everything else it
doesn't have to be something where we compete with anyone because we're on our own we're in our own
category because there's really not a lot of people focused on building that web to
ip and property in a clean safe wholesome way because they let in the DGENs
because they're desperate for the attention.
We're not desperate for attention.
Not personally, not as a brand.
Like we're not desperate for attention.
We're going to be fine.
We're going to be just fine.
Whether or not people want to get in on this thing
that's going to be just fine at Web2,
that's your personal decision.
Of course I did.
You know, a lot of my friends did.
A lot of my friends are getting in right now.
And that's, I appreciate your vote of confidence.
But the truth is, we're head down, grinding on this thing.
And we're going to make this a success.
And there's just no other op.
That's just, that is what it is.
Like, it's not up for debate because we're going to keep going until it is a success.
That's how you guarantee it.
Because you don't stop. And if you guys know me, I've done a space every day for 1,063 days is a success. That's how you guarantee it because you don't stop. And if you
guys know me, I've done a space every day for 1,063 days in a row. And that hasn't been easy.
Took dedication, but I'm not done. I'm not stopping. So we're going to have a daily space
for BabyPango every day too. I'll be running another space tonight. So expert advice,
this isn't expert advice. Expert advice will be later tonight so um but yeah so
it's like we have that and this is just day one look at this room look at this freaking room look
at the people look at the quality of people in this room out of hand like out of hand Carter I
thought it was gonna be like you me havoc porky emergent and like mojo sitting in listeners and
then like look at this room yeah it's it's really interesting
uh who shows up and i just want to thank these are like all my closest friends in web 3 like
what the fuck yeah i want to y'all here i want to thank every one of you guys for showing up and
to those who i've received messages that because i don't spend uh 24 7 in their space 247 in their spaces, not to post in their space.
You know, giving a lot of help to a lot of people while you guys develop your projects.
And I've always been there to give advice,
help people out, get people out of jams.
And I'm not asking for anything from you guys,
but to support me and to um buy a bar tab worth
don't put don't go all in and crazy and stupid and put all of your money into this
buy a bar tab worth see what happens in the next couple days so i just don't want anybody you know
putting the rent money in here and expecting to 10x their rent money. If we do, it's going to be awesome, but proper expectations. Let's build something together. This isn't
pumping and see you later. This is pump and build and pump and build. And, uh,
I picked Cristiano for a reason because of integrity, uh, previous experience all around
hell of a nice guy. Funnier than shit.
The guy smokes catnip weed and cherry blossoms.
Cherry blossoms is a great idea.
It's going in the mix. I'm adding it.
Maybe I should have said cranberry.
No, I'm adding cherry blossoms to the mix.
It sounds delightful.
Great people in this room.
I appreciate everybody that's here.
I will make you money.
I have the means to do it, and um i've the means to do it and i
can afford the people to do it so let's build something great together let's have fun and uh
at the end of the day it's just crypto let's go i see you down there creme let's go it's just baby
pink that is a legend down there i just want to say
creme is the real fucking deal yeah i gotta talk for five minutes about everyone in the space real
quick because like i have like two hours of stories about each and every one of you like
i'm gonna go from the bottom really quick yo like just shout out bank fucking vine tribe shout out
chill wills shout out galaxy hunters Galaxy Hunters is always showing up to
Extra Devices. Shout out Weston. Shout out Ball Out
Cut, bro. Ball Out Crypto
is one of the most talented artists in this
bitch and everyone's sleeping on him. It's crazy. Not everyone, but
some people we sleep on him. Shout out
Ham City, bro. He's going ham. He's
part of the, was part of the
Vibe Tribe and part of the
Matt Adams community, the YAY community.
Shout out to Med. Good to see you,
bro. Who else you got in here? MetaJ. We got Emergent. Emergent. Been trying to tell us all
to all get together and promote something and just do it. He was like, why don't we all just
put our collective effort behind something? I'm like, it's not wrong. It's not freaking wrong.
So this could be a good test for that Emergent. Shout out to Chum Wizards. Good to see you, man.
I'm going to follow you guys all back on the BabyPango account, too.
Shout out to MetaRise, where MetaRise has always been showing up.
Like, always.
And Matt Adam, I mean, to be honest, Matt Adam, I think, is the reason I got a job, bro.
Because Carter knew to hire me, but he needed to hear Matt Adam say it.
I had to hear it.
When Matt and his business partner gave me a consultation call. And by the way, they didn't want anything from me either.
I was ready to like – Matt, I was ready to pony up.
And when it got all done, he's like, bro, I just want to work with you.
I love what you're doing.
I like you, and you got a winner here.
And if you do this, there'll be a time when – if you do this, you can work with me.
And it's not a right to work with anybody here on this stage
it becomes a privilege when you get the opportunity to work with real people in the art and entertainment
industry that have proven themselves in web 2 doing multi-million dollar deals with people
i'm not going to dox what you do matt i. I'm not going to do that. But when I found out who Matt Adam was, I said, holy shit.
So don't think that if I start talking to you IRL, I'm going to look into who I'm talking to.
And then we're going to meet IRL.
And I can say that.
That happened a few years back when you were like, you and I had just met.
And you came back a week later and came on the space.
And you were like, so I Googled you and looked into you and did some research and he was like this dude's the real deal like
me and car didn't even know each other he was just like this dude's the real deal i'm like yeah
he found my imdb page and like my whole career i had a whole career as one of like the foremost
voices in advertising and marketing and made a bunch of web series and shows and films and stuff
like as a 20 year old bro like i was on par
to get the 30 and the 30 but then like i got divorced and my life fell apart if i had one more
year of crushing it i definitely would have done 30 under 30 but i i you know i i went through
stuff after vine and everything and had to take time because for me it's so important that the
energy that i put out there is pure and if i'm not at my best i don't come on spaces i'm not at my best i don't pollute
anyone with that i keep it to myself until i'm okay you know and so this is a way for us to help
people and to to help heal web3 to help heal this darkness this blight that it's just been spreading
you know because the truth is like misery loves company bro and if everyone's trying to keep each
other company and be miserable then you got a miserable place and it's tough to be around. And it's, it's a toxic environment,
you know? So we do need this. We need this. Like we need a drink of water in the desert, my guy.
And I want to finish shouting out all the incredible people. Cause dude, like look at
this room. Crypto cams up in here, bro. Crypto cam introduced me to red man last month. Like
what? Multiple times, like the hell the hell like and he's done a billion
other things he held it down for the vine tribes holds it down for all his communities but like
do you know what i mean like he could have been like gatekeepy about that and he was like no bro
because i tapped in i've been tapped in with the uep the united empowerment party and i'm thinking
about some shared events would be dope you know matt adam we just talked about matt adam shout out
to the goat uh mojo the ghost Mojo the ghost will be playing a
role in, in a big part of this show because Mojo the ghost is one of my inspirations for why I do
what I do. And this dude is one of the best artists we have out here. And he doesn't even
release his drawings. Like, like low key, the ghost, the ghost chat knows, but like no one
else really knows how good of an illustrator Mojo is. It's really good. Like, I'm jealous. I'm like, he draws better than me straight up.
And I've been doing that my whole life.
And I'm sure he has too.
But, like, damn.
Shout out Von, bro.
Von's been coming to the Expert Device Show since, like, episode 100, bro.
He's been supporting forever.
And he's one of those people that, like, you know, when he gets up and he actually cooks, like, I've seen Von.
Like, I've seen you, Von, like, not get appreciated in certain communities, in multiple communities, and I just think you're a fucking blessing
to have in any community, and it's very easy to take him for granted
because he's a quiet dude, but he shows up.
He supports, and he has good ideas, and when he does speak,
fucking listen.
It's a good idea.
Shout out to Brett Gold and the entire Brett Gold community
because I'm sure we're going to have a lot of shared members and love between those communities, right?
Like, the Baby Penguin community group out of the Brett Gold spaces and everything, right?
So, shout out to y'all, and I'm excited to come back in and double back and be like, yo, we're bringing it back!
So, shout out to Barefoot Mommy.
Barefoot Mommy's been, like, a mediator on the Vine spaces and just leads with love, man.
She leads with love, and that's what we need.
And I'm just honored that she would be here.
And I'm super bullish when I saw her tap in, I was like, yes.
Also Rob Gump, same thing, right?
Like doubly so like, bro, I'm so psyched that he's tapped in.
He tapped in last night.
I'm sure he's doing good right now, you know?
Cause yeah, we, we had a, I think a 70,
a 65% increase since last night
since I started talking about Baby Pengu.
So shout out to everyone who bought yesterday too.
And that'll be you guys tomorrow.
Don't worry.
We're going to keep – if you're worried about buying a top,
we're all buying the top.
That's just going to be a thing that we have to do, okay?
That's what happens when you're growing something.
But if you're growing it long term, like Carter said,
don't put in more than – you know,
then don't put in your rent money or whatever
and put in whatever, you know, you can afford to lose. And who knows,
you might have rent money out of that, what you can afford to lose. So, uh, shout out to Polyvine,
bro. Polyvine's been consistently showing up, you know, doesn't come up and talk all the time,
but it's always there throwing emojis, commenting. Like, actually we have conversations. He goes out
and finds information and like, he's tapped in. Like I go check the comments. He's probably like
talking to us right now. Uh, who else is up here um let's see cram he's the cream of the cream
man he's the cream of the cream cram of the cram means cream de la cram cream of the cream this
dude is honestly bro like cram you're like that too bro you keep your head down and you keep to
yourself but you could toast most of these mfers out here. And you know that, and you're a really nice guy for not doing that because you are like better
than most of the rappers around and he don't even rap to make, to give us a chance. So shout out to
you for that, bro. Thank you. Um, who else? Julius, bro. Julius is incredible. Julius is like,
he like dipped out of my life and came back to my life through divine spaces. And it's been made my
life so much better because me and this MF are used to laugh late night really hard.
And he's an incredible musician.
Awesome father, you know.
His baby saved his life, you know.
And I want to see your kid in a baby pengu onesie, bro.
Like, she's going to be fire.
We got to get you one.
That's, you know, Carter's other account.
We know be nice.
We love be nice, don't we?
We love be nice.
If you can't be nice, be quiet.
That is, you know, Carter's other brand. And that's going to be a big part of what we're doing.
I said MetaRides.
I already shouted out MetaRides, right?
MetaRides has been supporting music.
Bro, music is up here fucking out here all the time putting his heart into everything he does.
And what I love about music is he just lets you know what he's thinking thinking like like if you if you're fucking up he's gonna let you know like
immediately so creme too bro creme it's like i know if we don't let our egos run this project
bro we can figure things out and if we're fucking up we're fucking up and we gotta fix it right and
so that's what's important is being not too proud to take criticism and take constructive criticism.
Also, bro, MCL Wolf, incredible person.
I have one of my first friends in Web3.
Like, low-key, like him and Jeremy and a bunch of, like, those dudes, like, and they've been around forever.
And to see them still here and still showing up to support, bro, like, I'm not going to cry, Carter.
You're going to cry.
And then we got Porky on stage.
Porky's my, one of my producers. He makes most of my, 90% of beats, bro. And, and so, yeah, he's going to put his foot in this
thing, bro. Porky, you better get the xylophones out, bro. And the Sean Hutt pianos and the kids
toys and everything and get ready. And then stroke driven, but stroke driven, she's been talking on
the stage. Like she leads with love. She gave me a bracelet that helped me go to sleep and I can't
sleep. It's still like, no one's ever given me just like, Hey, give me your wrist. She gave me it off her wrist. She was like, you need to sleep. You don't sleep. So like, no one's ever given me, just like,
Hey, give me your wrist. She gave me it off her wrist. She was like, you need to sleep. You don't
sleep enough. I was like, yeah. And like that type of energy. I was like, damn, you see me, huh?
She was like, yep. So it's that it's like, it's the family. And this is just a family deciding
that we're going to do something and we're going to do something big. And it's not about being
exclusive. It's not about being baby pengu is better than the other projects no bro we work with every project
you can talk about your project up here come on you know like it's like you know what i'm saying
like you become a bigger community by doing that and by just being like you want to come up we can
have spaces where baby pengu spaces where you come up and everyone promotes their nfts
we're all going to be in profit. Everyone here is doing well right now.
You know, all the baby pengu holders are doing well.
I don't know for a fact that they have money,
but I'm pretty sure they have more money
when they start than when they started.
That's what happens when things keep going up.
It's just math.
And I'll make the rules.
Yo, cream of the cream.
It's the cream of the cream.
I'm going to leave that to you, man.
That was one of the greatest, man.
Yo, you just, that was a great, that was a great rundown and breakdown of who you knew.
I know, y'all.
Yeah, no, we've been.
I'm sure I missed some of you, and you can DM me or at me and be like, yo, he missed me.
And then I'll write a whole missive about how much I love you.
Yo, mad love, Cristiano, man.
And you meet this dude, he's every bit the same, maybe more energetic.
I don't know, man.
Watching him, Darius, I was tired of meeting Carter, man.
That was awesome.
So salute to the gang.
You know what it is.
Too many to name.
Cristiano just said it all.
And, man, I ain't trying to smoke y'all on the mic.
You crazy?
I heard your new stuff, bro.
I don't want that smoke.
No, for real, though, we're trying to build something bigger and greater.
At least I know for myself.
Bigger and greater that could continue well beyond when I'm gone or we're gone, right?
It's more than just the here.
It's the why and the when.
It's a matter of time, guys.
It's the legacy.
What are we leaving behind, right?
What's the legacy that we're leaving behind?
Why did we learn all this blockchain stuff? To what? To rob each other? To put it all into a pot where if any of us tried
to take the money out, the thing would go to zero? No, that's not what we need to be doing.
We need to be actually building a foundation for the youth so that the DGens who take over,
maybe it'll take 10 years and they have to grow up and take over. But when they take over,
they will be properly educated.
Because the people right now that are chasing the shiny things, they're not going to listen to us.
They're too busy running around being like, oh, I'm going to buy this and buy that.
Oh, rugs, buy that.
And it's like we're sitting here telling them, hey, 98% of that stuff is rugs.
and they're like you're just being jaded because you've been here too long and it's like cool
And they're like, you're just being jaded because you've been here too long. And it's like, cool.
don't listen to the people who've been living here and are trying to save you time and energy right
so it's like screw it man like i'm not trying to sit here and stop people from falling off the
cliff anymore like if they're gonna fall off the cliff i'm gonna go build something cool with my
friends and teach the next generation of kids about the cliff so they never even go near it
they don't even go running towards it someone says let's go run towards this cliff they're like
i know better bro baby pengu would have been like let's be cautious you know what i mean like
so it's that really baby gwen would have been like let's be cautious
hear violetta's voice in your head and she's that person in my real life too
when i send violetta like what do you think about this?
Is it going to cook?
She's like, uh.
She don't have the heart to use words.
She just goes, uh.
Who else we got on stage?
Mav, how you feeling, bro?
What's going on, everybody?
What's goody?
Oh, you're living my best life you know he's living his best life he ain't going back and forth with you pengu's nope just uh grabbing my
bag and i'll check her in a month fair that's a good strategy bro that's what i'm doing i mean the truth is like
i have a lot of motivation like to make sure this thing succeeds obviously you know i'm not the
type of person that's like oh i'm i'm getting paid monthly so i'm good i'm just gonna collect
i've never been that guy well i'm a very enterprising spirit. I still work at 95, so this money, you know, this is all recoupable or, you know, unneeded, really.
So if it wins, it wins.
If it loses, it loses.
I'm going to still wake up to work tomorrow.
Well, that's the thing.
It's like me waking up and go to work like this is my job.
I do this.
I'm a salaried employee.
I do this every month now.
So it's like I've done so much stuff in Web3 where I didn't even get paid. And I showed up every day, bro,
for like 10, 20 hours. You think I'm not going to show up for this?
Like, I'm just going to punch a clock and be like, no, like, I don't got that on my DNA.
Like, I'm going to be like, especially because Carter doesn't slap my hand away from it and be
like, no, you can't touch that. You can't do that. You can't like, I've been calling Carter and Josh
for like, you know, being like, can I do this? Or't like i've been calling carter and josh for like you know being like can i do this or like i want to do this and
they're like bro do it like we hired you to be christiano just fucking do it just go like and
it's brilliant because it's like why would a lot of times i get hired and it's like why would you
hire an entrepreneur in your company and then shoot down his ideas right and so it's like it's
brilliant like you hire entrepreneurs and then like they will
build yeah i for sure think this thing is going to take off man uh so the nfts are the nfts
available yet or is that we waiting on that they're not available yet so i'll be doing the
traits the art's going to be the same as you know maybe pengu so it's like josh did the main art i'll
be doing the traits and uh we're going to be launching it on abstract chain i don't know if i'm supposed to tell you that but whatever um anyways um so
the portal will you be going live through the portal i don't mean to cut you off but like what
the live stream stuff you bet your ass i'm gonna try to get us approved because i have baby pengu
rigged up and character animator so he actually is a puppet when i do the animation you guys see
you'll you'll see it and it looks like i did it by frame but it's actually like a puppet. When I do the animation that you guys see, you'll see it. And it looks like I did it by frame, but it's actually like a motion capture setup.
So it's motion capturing my face and my body and applying that motion onto a 2D character
that's rigged up and has a bones and skeleton, right?
And so it's really cool because you can live stream with it.
You guys have seen the VTubing kind of trend where people stream as cartoon characters.
So yeah, you can have, again, if you sit there with baby pangu and the voice changer and everything and
and really doing him in real time and and it opens us up to so many things because think
about streaming and you're streaming like kids games like lego like lego marvel superheroes and
stuff like that it's you know what i mean it's it's just a unit orders of magnitudes bigger
in terms of eyeballs and numbers of people. Crazy.
It's a universe all its own.
I love the layout.
It's more simple.
It's dope.
Wow, that's just a little damn.
Yeah, you can go live from Restream too, I guess.
Just connect to your wallet and go to Restream and go across all socials.
Yeah, and I think that that's brilliant. Someone messaged me today or commented today and said,
aren't you worried about Lucanets or whatever?
And I'm like, no.
The whole thing is I'm very inspired by the guy,
and I've met him personally.
He's a really, really nice dude.
And his story of the Pudgy Penguins is very similar to this story.
This is a CTO.
The Pudgy Penguins, people don't realize, was a CTO.
It was a rugged project, and he bought it up.
He bought the project, and he brought it back.
And he brought it to Walmart, bro.
Walmart, man.
Like Walmart.
Yeah, he said it correctly.
Crazy, man.
You know, like I see a universe in which they adopt baby Penguins.
I see a universe in which they say, hey, we do like this project.
We think this project's adorable.
We think this is totally the tone. In
fact, I think it's a little bit more wholesome than the Pudgy Penguins, if you're asking me,
honestly, because we're going to keep it that way and I'm going to work to keep it.
You see Pudgy Penguins in all types of memes now. I saw Pudgy Penguin on the back of a girl
with big boobs and she was riding down the street in a motorcycle and the baby penguin was,
the Pudgy Penguin was like squeezing. Yeah. So it's like they put them in all types of situations, right? And that wasn't an official
video, right? But it was definitely like the community got a kick out of it and they loved it.
And so you can't stop DGENs from being DGENs, right? That's going to happen. But the truth is
the official stuff that comes out of baby pengu is always wholesome. It's always on brand. And
because of that, you maintain brand consistency.
And so when the rest of the world, the Web2 world sees that, they know that that's baby pengu.
And when they see someone wearing a baby pengu PFP saying crazy stuff, that's just that person
pretending to be a baby pengu who's really cute. You know what I mean? They would never say that.
So it's that. It's like you are able to protect your actual brand identity by establishing it in Web2 through continuous tonal reassertion. You're saying, hey, this is the tone.
This is the tone. This is the tone. This is how baby Pingu speaks. This is how his world acts.
And you let people know this is what you're going to expect. It provides a consistency
that allows people to predict when they go to a YouTube thumbnail or they, you know, let's say
they see your shirt and they go into a store. They they, they, you know, let's say they see your,
your shirt and they go into a store and they go, Oh,
that store carries baby pingo stuff.
They must have stuff that's cute and wholesome and lovable and cuddly.
You know what I mean? It's, it's that.
So you appeal to this whole Kauai demographic,
which is the Japanese version, you know, Japanese idea of Kauai.
It's this cute culture and it's a massive, massive, massive culture.
And Josh has studied it extensively.
I've studied it extensively and that's a big part of what we're doing. There's a reason why Steve Aoki owns a
large percentage of Hello Kitty, because he understands what it means to the world and
what that brand means to the world. So I think that with the Pudgy Penguins, I think that there's
an opportunity in the universe in which they say, hey, we're really impressed by the animation,
the songs, and the kids' content, and even the content you're putting out on Web3, and we want to work with you guys. You want to
make some stuff for Pudgy Penguins. You want to make some animated stuff. Do you want to have
the Pudgy Penguins do walk-on on the show or integrate these universes? If we're open to that,
and we're not weird about that, it's like, yeah, sure, let's do it. Let's collaborate. Let's build,
because we live in the same space.
You know, we live and exist in the same space.
It's a very small town.
And so you're going to get way farther building together and collaborating on anything.
And I think that bringing it to abstract chain,
it could really allow the pudgy penguins
to have kind of a Yuga moment
that Yuga's having with Ape Chain right now, right?
You see that what Yuga did with Ape Chain,
they said, instead of suing everyone
who's an Ape Chain derivative, we're instead going to let all the ApeChain right now, right? You see that what you could do with ApeChain, they said, instead of suing everyone who's an ApeChain derivative,
we're instead going to let all the ApeChain derivatives come
and Ape derivative come to ApeChain
and we'll support them instead of shutting them down
for, you know, liking the art that we put out,
you know, and it's a better model.
It's a better model than how they used to do it.
And they're seeing a lot of success.
ApeChain is a lot of our friends are killing it
and running things over on ApeChain right now used to do it. And they're seeing a lot of success. Ape Chain is a lot of our friends are killing it and running things over on Ape Chain right now, to be honest.
And so the truth is like that same group of people can be killing that or a different group
of people can be killing it on Abstract as well with that same kind of mentality. And a lot of
the biggest projects on Abstract right now, if you check Magic Eden, are adorable. There's that
one called Bearish and he's got the same eyes as baby pingu. He's super cute. It's cute little bears.
You know what I mean?
So it's that.
This is something that you can feel proud to show to your kids and to show to your family.
And we want this community to be something that you're proud to show to your family.
If we have a baby pingu event, you're going to want to bring your friends and loved ones there because you're going to say this room is full of all the most amazing people that I've ever met.
And that's what it's about like even this room right if we just like paused right now and just took the people in this room right now we're like
that's the community we have one of the dopest communities web3 changed my mind i'll fight you
on that i'm saying let alone we all grow we all bring in one good person you know i mean like
we can do anything it anything crazy let's get
some other people on the stage I'm a monologuing it monologuing right now do
we have oh we have requests here we go shout out Nessie had to do that shout
out Nessie open minds you know I mean mean big facts shout out nessie yeah and i'm very excited to see which character nessie ends up
playing in the show and some of the songs and stuff and i just yeah i don't see a lot of kids
shows either like integrating hip-hop you know what i mean and like having characters that rap
you're brilliant dude i've been trying to creatively influence some of these guys into cleaning up their language so they could go mainstream.
And come together making a production for a child's book.
I mean, Krim never uses hardly any bad language that I've ever seen.
I can't remember any cuss words,
let alone that go-to.
It's harder to work clean, right?
A lot of comedians have a hard
time working clean because they
lean on the curse words and the dirty humor as a crutch
because it's easy to do shock comedy.
It's a crutch word for sure.
It's easy to be offensive and shock
people and people confuse that with being funny
and it's like no you're just being tasteless and offensive for shock value i think it's more
impressive if you can go without cursing and still be funny entertaining like that's you're
deadly yeah that's when you can really start cooking and to rely on it's not just that as
crushes i think everybody should challenge themselves to try that you know go into the
booth a clean verse you're going to get more radio speed you know you're going to probably get
more play and then you'll feel more comfortable playing it at certain hours when people have
family around etc krim where i learned that was um i had a performance where i freestyle on all
my performances and i was freestyling and i remember like cursing and remember the room was
like not the room for that and i was like oh like, and I need to start practicing freestyling without cursing.
Cause I can't, I can't go to those words just as a filler word, you know what I mean?
And, and, and have it be my crutch.
And so I started intentionally doing that and I can curse if I want to, I'm an adult,
but it allows me if I go on the radio, if I'm, if I get put in front of the five fingers
of death, you know what I mean?
And they, and they don't want to have to pay a fine. Yeah. Like people forget that you can't curse on the radio if i'm if i get put in front of the five fingers of death you know what i mean and they and they don't want to have to pay a fine yeah i mean like people forget that you can't
curse on the radio i mean you can now on a serious exam so yeah you know how people will rhyme with
the curse word and use that as the crutch for the multi-syllable exactly like i i created like a
little cheat sheet of stuff where you don't even have to use it's the same syllable placement stuff
and it can be replaced with so many other creative and And people are like, oh, you use big words.
Maybe you don't understand all the words.
And when you put it together, it might seem like overly loquacious or whatever, you know.
And it's like, it's not stand out or loquacious.
You like that?
That's a $10 word right there.
Overly verbose.
But no, you know.
The exercise vocabulary. I think that's
important to teach. I hope you can't worry
about people questioning it.
Superfluously verbose.
You definitely got to people question it,
but people that actually care
to learn will look the word
That is true. And that's a little tip too. If you guys
ever don't understand a word, just look it up
and you just empowered your mind.
I keep hitting it and I'm like,
that can't be what that meant.
And then I look it up and I'm like, wow,
that meant what I said.
Yeah, a lot of times your intuition
is right. You get it from context, right?
Context is huge.
Huge. We love
the context, don't we?
That's what they're saying.
Who else we got trying to come up?
We got Bami trying to come up
and who else we got?
I really want to lean
forward on them kids' books, though, because there's
so much constitutional fabric that's
not even any instructional
fabric. Yeah, I mean, let's talk
about that for a second because I feel like low-hanginganging fruit carter that we haven't really spoken about a lot
is the books um not just the graphic novel you know doing a graphic novel but just
straight up kids books straight up educational kids books like let's count to 10 read to me
and yep yep and the truth is like you can it's it's, it's really about who you, how you move and who you
ask. Like I got music added to the launch main NFT platform just by reaching out to the dev and
being like, yo, can we put music in here? And now it's like one of the most popular music NFT
platforms. This is about who you reach out to and just like finding the right person. And a lot of
times they're psyched. So like local distribution, you know, Carter and I live in the tri-state area,
local distribution for us, getting it in the local bookshops getting the merch in the local stores is
about 30 million people
That's how many people live in the tri-state area. You know what I mean? Like just in New York alone is about what 19 million
Just in paper you make the pages good enough to clean glass and you will have a
Everlast and fan base dude eventually Carter we could manufacture the the fuzzy You make the pages good enough to clean glass And you will have an everlasting Fan base
Dude eventually Carter we could manufacture
The fuzzy one
You know like those children's books where you can rub the belly
And it has the cutouts in every page
You know and make like
Baby Pengu's belly all fuzzy
I mean look man
Anything's possible
Sell some tokens, sell some NFTs
Do your thing, Christiana.
You can have all the crazy shit you want.
Can I get a pony?
You know, a little one.
Oh, my God, can I get a penguin?
Can I get an actual penguin?
I mean, I think I could trust you with a penguin.
I mean, I'm going to Argentina if it's a little.
Oh, not little.
You guys are going to read about me getting arrested at the Bronx Zoo at like 3 a.m.
Yeah, no, I don't want those penguins
I don't want those penguins. I see Madagascar. I don't want anything to do with those guys. Those guys are trouble bro
I don't want I don't want to even talk to those penguins
But I'm down to like move to Argentina for a little bit so we can have some penguins if we can't have them in America
Do they make many or do they have many?
Yes, they do there are many there are like little pygmy If we can't have them in America. Do they have mini penguins?
Yes, they do.
There are little pygmy penguins.
They're called pygmy penguins.
There's little ones.
Just like pygmy goats.
There's little teacup penguins,
if you will.
Oh man, this could go.
I'm just seeing pigeons
on the street. I'm, you know,
I'm seeing squirrels and trees. How many animals, like my, my mom, I was visiting my mom for
Thanksgiving and I just was on a space and she's like, why are you guys talking about zoos so much
with your friends? And I'm like, I guess it would come off that way. So many animals.
You guys really like animals, huh? Yeah. She's yeah she's like you guys are you starting a zoo like that's hilarious we're a bunch of bird watchers actually um this is my
bird watching community but christiana you're talking about like the flip when you flip the
page it kind of like pops out from the page is that what you're talking and then oh no i was
saying like you know those books where it's like like uh there's one called pat the bunny yeah yeah
and like you could reach through from the front cover, you can touch the stomach, and it's fuzzy.
And then you open the page, and it's the bunny, and then you open the page, and it's the bunny there.
But he's in a different position or whatever.
That's great.
There's a punk artist named Pat the Bunny.
I always just thought that was him.
Yeah, I do remember that.
Pat the Bunny.
Proven fact, kids petting dogs, there's a reason why people like when they're young or even old,
like have a doll.
I guess it's oxytocin release.
Oxytocin release and stuff like that.
Oxytocin is the,
is the love chemical.
That is the reason why we don't throw our babies out.
When you see your baby,
your brain gets overloaded with oxytocin.
So it caused you to fall in love with your child.
So you don't abandon your child,
otherwise the human race wouldn't exist.
It's a very, very essential chemical.
Dogs get an overdose in oxytocin
when they see you.
They just get overdosed. If you pat them on the head,
they're just like, ah!
He doesn't see it.
You pat me on the head, and I'm all about it.
What's that, Ken?
Doesn't crying kind of do the same thing?
Like when a child cries, they're releasing
certain things in their brain.
Yeah, so when a child cries,
the mother's breasts
start producing milk.
It's like a psychological
and then you have people like Emergent running around.
He's crying.
But yeah, the truth is like the
the physiological brain
and the brain chemistry and all that stuff
when you get into conscient creation and understanding
virality that's really what you're
working with you're not really working with
copy or any of that stuff you're working with
brain chemistry and you're
thinking how do I
ensure that the people who engage with this brain are always going to working with brain chemistry and you're, you're, you're thinking, how do I ensure
that the people who engage with this brand are always going to get this brain chemistry hit.
And if they don't, they're going to feel violated. They're going to feel like the brand
doesn't work for them anymore. And if, if they're able to look at baby Panku and get that feeling
of cuteness to get that oxytocin, that is what we're doing. That's what we're dealing. We're
a free oxytocin dealer. You know, we give out the oxytocin for free. You watch it and watch it and watch it. But then it's like, if you want to be able to
access it when you're not on your phone or whatever, that's what the t-shirts are for.
That's what the posters, that's what the baby onesies are for, the mugs, all the stuff,
right? All the merch. So it's a way for you to say, hey, my day is gloomy, but I'm looking at
my mug and it's got baby pangu on it and he's got a thumbs up and he's like, you got this.
And it's that. It's just that little bit of hope is really what gets people through the day and
that's what this is about providing it's about providing something that is pure and full of love
and full of hope and full of joy into a seemingly darker and darker world you know it's like you
got to light up the darkness somehow you know when people don't resonate with people more than they resonate with like cartoons it's
it's different cartoons do something to you you know and then you can learn from cartoons maybe
more than you would learn from a person well i mean i swear to god between ball out and crim
and you i mean i can't think of any better crew to really do uh animation narration exactly and people don't
even know that you know porklips one of our producers he's he's an animator he was an
animator before all this stuff like we have a lot of people from from you know thx no cap and cash
like in their whole you know their whole crew over there the thc crew over there and like
like in their whole, you know, their whole crew over there,
the THC crew over there and like the cube drop and,
and his whole team of, um, uh, bogey.
And I forget who else he's working with now.
I know a ton of people through the Nifty Island spaces that are incredible
3d artists and animators, all the people in the kid,
not all the people,
but like a bunch of the people in the kid called these spaces are crazy
good 3d animators and illustrators, you know?
And so, and if that's something that people in this community want we can help with education and teaching people those tools you know kid called
beast crushed it with that and if you teach the people within your community how to create in 3d
and you demystify that you give them their models and stuff like they're gonna make stuff and you're
gonna have really cool community-made content too you know so i think that that's a big part of the
ethos of this is like finding ways to say hey hey, this is the character. Here's the model.
You know, here's the 2D and, you know, giving you guys some of those files so you don't have to go try to make a version of it.
Is it really not cool to start off the GameStop on X?
Is that what I'm getting?
It's not cool.
X ain't cool enough.
I think there's a small enough system to start a game.
X is going to be the center of
That's what I'm saying.
Literally, with just a collective,
and it doesn't
have to have a name on it,
but we stick it into the collective
and we all pump it a little bit
over some time.
It's going to happen.
It'd take about a week, I'd say, for somebody to see it as stable or see it as a lot of people.
You know what's happening right now, Merchant?
We are not doing that.
We are currently doing that.
We're doing that in real time.
You just might not have gotten in last night when I told you to get in.
But you're still not getting in.
You're missing the fact that
we're doing that in real time. We are
currently at, what,
70% in the last 24 hours.
We're up 20% in the last
six hours. On what?
On Baby Pengu. Literally the space.
That's art. That's a whole different
thing. That's
what he's talking about right now, though. If you look
in the nest, you'll see the CA and stuff.
it's not what we're all,
we're just bought again,
again at the top.
I don't care.
everyone's going to be buying tops.
Cause it's like,
that's what happens.
We just keep running.
But like what,
what I was saying immersion is that like,
you're right.
People should come together and,
and support things.
And it doesn't take that much support.
that's all it is,
but you need to have a project that's built where people the people running the project don't need to take all
the liquidity out of the project to feed themselves and run the project and most people don't do that
because they don't go and raise money for a project they just try to raise it by fundraising
from y'all and then they need to use that money and then people are like well they're selling
their tokens and it's like how else are they supposed to convert the, you know, Walmart don't accept their token.
What do you mean?
So that doesn't make sense.
Those kinds of strategies don't make sense.
That's not how investing works.
You go and you find actual investment.
Cristiano, I was in every, this is for the room, I guess.
But I was speaking in a room and brought up a Dow LLC trust.
If you want, like as musicians, right? You have kids dow llc trust if you want like as musicians right you have kids
you have family and you want that if anything god forbid anything happened to an artist or creator
of any type you know something happens you want to have that stuff lined up right have you seen
enough well-working dowels and how do you think like how's that how's that looking moving forward
because we haven't seen a lot of
DAOs success, right? At least I can't think. You might know more than I.
Yeah. No, that's what I was saying earlier. I think the DAOs success is based on really
focusing on those 20% of people who are going to contribute and understanding the 80% of people
are going to reap the benefits of those 20% of the people's contribution. But that's got to be
okay. And I think a lot of DAOs don't go into it with their eyes wide open and so the 20 of people start getting angry at the 80 of people for not even contributing and
voting and 80 of people start getting angry at the 20 of people for being like well why do they
decide everything and they're like because we're actually participating in the dough you you guys
can participate too and then you decide and they're like no i don't want to participate i just
want you to make better decisions you know and and so it's like that they don't they don't they don't account for that they don't
solve for that ahead of time and then if you go into an eyes wide open you can solve for that
not that you ever have taken a week off or probably will but say or a day takes a week off or you know
somebody carter's not always able to be around um shout out to baby penguins say somebody can't
always be there you have that dow set in place doesn't that just help keep things moving with that automation right keeps the wheels of course
well i mean the thing is like the the odds of all the people that are working on this right now not
being able to go to work that day it would be like you know what i mean they have to be like
a natural disaster or something in which case no one's going to i mean i mean i'm going to share
because there's enough people working on it like yeah's a lot of people working on this in the background.
And there's a lot of people that don't want to be docs.
They're not Web3 people.
There's people that are – people are getting paid.
People are working 40, 50 hours a week.
They get paid.
So up to this point, guys, we have not called upon a community to work for free or do anything like that uh i made the sound decision
after four years in this like okay well i don't want to wait i want to get it done and how do you
get it done you find the people that are the best at what they're doing and you make deals with them
and you pay them and then you get things done i just posted some of some of the 3D animations of three of the Baby Pango characters.
All seven characters are completely custom rigged and animated and their movements are done.
So we're ready to go to make the animations.
It's just when do we start dropping them?
And the hard work is done, guys.
Now it's just take the content and create i didn't realize that baby
gwen has uh chesticles oh you know what i removed those that's okay i actually we actually took the
boobs off of baby okay yeah no they were a little bit they're a little bit confused you can probably
still edit the post right oh no no you can't edit reply yeah i'll probably just delete it but i mean
if everybody wants to take a quick look but i mean you can you can leave it up it's it's i don't
know yeah i mean my my wife got all twisted over it so i was like you know what honey i'm gonna
listen to you what i love is baby pengu um at least in the in the 3d it's not as pronounced but
in the 2d when he turns around he's got cheeks like josh gave him just butt cheeks
oh and the new movements by the way like we have over 100 movements for baby pangu and
another pangu but he does shake it he does shake he shakes that he shakes that there yeah he does
he yeah he i'm not saying he's a twerker and but uh i'm pretty sure maybe with our animators we
could do anything you're saying all he wants to do is zoom zoom zoom in a boom boom
Just shake your rump. Yeah, you're up. What he wants to do
That's amazing I need to make that clip by the way
Just all I want to do is it was just baby fangu just shaking his tail feather or shake your tail feather. That'd be a good one
Cram, what's up? Yeah guys, if you guys go rate that post
or check out that post,
you know, rate any of the posts up there.
This is how our community is growing,
like, moment by moment.
And check out the 3D up there.
You know, it's really fine.
It's really well done.
So, yeah, check it out.
We're not playing around.
This is serious.
We'd rather have everything ready
and then be like, here it is.
So that's why we've been quiet.
And also this project on a personal level, bro. i just want to say thank you to you carter
because and you know matt who gave me the layup but like this project low-key saved my life i was
in a really dark place four weeks ago and i was you know giving all of myself to the community
over and over and over again and getting you know criticized and doubted and whatever and so i was
just like you know what man this ain't even worth it and i was broke and uh my dog has cancer and it was just it's been a rough time and me the
last two weeks bro i've been working on a cute animated penguin listening to kids music like
laughing and singing and dancing and singing kids songs like well it's like this is like rehab this
is web web rehab well christiano look let's start by saying
i hope it's web rehab for all y'all too i i've known you for about four years now and um anytime
i'm going to do a project with someone i i generally need to meet you irl and you and i
have spent a lot of time together irl you. You've stayed at my family's homes.
We've taken vacations.
We've done all sorts of great stuff together.
I know you, IRL, and that's why I put you on this. Yeah.
Not only because of that, but you're multi-accomplished.
I'm not going to say you're talented, because that's an insult to an artist.
You're accomplished on so many levels.
I appreciate that. Thank you.
You know, you're so dedicated to the Web3 community and to artists and musicians.
I've watched you sacrifice so much.
And, you know, from the short list of people that I felt that were qualified to do this,
it was an absolute pleasure to be able to pick you for the fact that I've
known you for four years. And I know, and not only myself, but everybody knows what you're
capable of, you know, take your penguin man and, and, uh, go make a name for yourself.
I just needed an opportunity, man. And thank you for giving me an opportunity where it's like,
you know, I don't have to be making the deals with the investors. I don't have to be doing
all that stuff because I can do it.
I'm good at that stuff.
I can put on a suit, but by the time I'm done with the suit stuff,
they do not believe that I could be the artist.
They're like, this guy showed so much confidence in the negotiations
that there's no way that he could also be a good artist
so then they don't trust me on that side.
It's really nice to just not have to be the suit on this
and just be able to come in full creativity and just say, you know what, I'm going to let my inner child speak.
And you guys know I'm a very joyous, playful person.
And it's like too much so sometimes, you know, like people say I'm all over the place or whatever.
I'm so much energy in real life.
But it's like that's the inner child.
And I want that to come to life for everyone.
I want people to be happy, enjoy themselves.
You know, no one gets out alive.
You can't take life so seriously.
Let's get to Graham.
Yo, I just wanted to say, Carter, man, you're doing like word spreads fast with musicians, right?
Like when somebody's solid or somebody's not a right, a good person, IRL or whatever.
And I've just heard the greatest things about you, man.
I'm not trying to, you know, overly get you red in the face or what you know um throw too many
compliments man but you really are holding it down for the artists and letting them do what
they do and I think that's where a lot of this web 3 got all tangled up it's like okay I'm the
dev I'm the artist and I'm the or you know just wearing all these hats and I'm not saying that
can't be done because there's some beasts out here like
Cristiano for sure, but not everybody like myself.
I personally have to, and Cristiano,
I almost wish I could tell him to take a break sometimes and be like, yo man,
chill, but he's not going to.
I wouldn't listen.
You know, that was,
that was the biggest concern I had because you know,
one thing that I did for a living IRL was I did a lot of work in corporate and I'm used to coaching executives and training executives to better utilize their time. So the first thing I noticed with Cristiano is how thin he was spread. So there was a lot of timing involved with this with commitments.
commitments. Now, Cristiano and I have worked for other, you know, for other people together.
So we have experience together working and not just on like the gain side. This guy's like come
to my home in Florida for a week and done charity work for free for a week. I mean, I fed the guy
and flew him in and this and that, but he didn't ask me for a fucking penny and he knows he could
have gotten it from me, but he didn't want the money from us.
He wanted the good time, the experience and the opportunity to help some kids.
And same with Nessie. I mean, I'm going to just tell you this in the circle of Web3 artists that I support and I support all web three artists and musicians,
but the people that I break bread with, I don't think that I could ask for a better group of
men and women to be around me. And, um, and I have to apologize to the web three community
because I lost my way a year ago. Like I got into meme coins and it really didn't, you coins and I fumbled Be Nice and I screwed that up.
I should have just given that to the musicians and artists from the beginning, which I'm
And I'm telling everybody right now, Be Nice will be run by musicians and artists.
I will show up.
I will shake hands.
I will handle all the bad stuff that you guys don't want to handle.
But I'm not Be Nice.
Anybody who really knows me, I'm a nice guy, but I'm the gatekeeper.
Be Nice is my brother, Brian, and he'll be more involved.
So, you know, I'm not the greatest person in the world,
but I'm faithful and I'm committed to the people I love,
and that's the musicians and the artists.
And after a year of being out there and working with my Brett Gold family and all those amazing fucking people at Brett Gold, I love everybody over there. I miss that team. Wonderful people. I did see Brett in here for a minute. Yep, he's down there. Love you to death, brother.
with those, those ladies and gentlemen. And, you know, meme coins are crazy. You know,
I can't tell you it was the best year for me and meme coins. I did have a decent year, but
you know, that, that Donald Trump, he wrecked me just like everybody else here.
And I've wrecked myself. I've done a lot of dumb stuff, but the dumbest thing I did guys was I
lost my way. And I stopped spending as much time as I should have been with the musicians and the artists that I love and love me.
And I'm back.
I've already started supporting events.
My brother and I are supporting Last Laugh for the Pigeons of New York Pharmacy Phantoms event.
Myself, Christiana, will be there with a Be Nice presence. We're also going to have
a Baby Pangu presence.
Yes, we will. Come to the merch table
and talk to me. Come to the merch table. Come talk
to us. We may
have a free gift for you. There might be an airdrop
during NFT NYC.
I don't want to get all
crazy with that right now, but there's a lot of cool
things happening.
Carter, you don't even
know yet like i'm gonna take the baby pengu brand to like youtube conventions like playlist live and
bitcon and like get us there and make it like the dopest booth like i know how to get attention in
a room full of a lot of people shouting and like we can make our booth so much fun and it's you
know what i mean like this is stuff that i'm so happy to do and i'm
probably one of the best people to put at your merch table because i really love people probably
i love talking to people bro like i i you know i'll make a personal relationship with everyone
who buys something yeah it's gonna be it's gonna be a lot he'll do whatever you need man dj don't
matter christiany you you're a big fan i can juggle you need me to juggle for
you what you need juggling on the tables man yo let's put up some decks and and and get down man
no um i'm all for it and carter i'm glad you're back man and just just you saying hey i lost my
weight what's wrong man we're all human bro like a lot of us a lot of us ate into some shit coins
that we didn't we didn't know what was coming down the way. Facts.
Man, we was all, we all.
Crab, I did some, I did, I was.
Bought some shit.
I was on, on a degenerate level at one point in time.
I was sniping, I mean, don't get me wrong, I was sniping coins and making money, but like I wouldn't shave for like four days.
My wife would be like, what the fuck is wrong with you?
It's the middle of the summer, I'm going on the boat, we're going to the beach.
I'm like, nope, I'm sniping. Like I lost a wrong with you it's the middle of the summer i'm going on the boat we're going to the beach i'm like nope i'm sniping like i lost a whole year it's crazy now
you know did the whole meme coin thing i don't know i mean i always loved atlantic city i always
love playing cards and slot machines and games of chance but sheesh who's starting to you know what
we should start a support group for meme coin people that's what baby pangu club could be
you know realistically it's like we've all lost our way at some point and we've all been abandoned
and drugged yo i i've so i haven't gambled like at the casino heavily for years but i lived in
vegas right so it just became part of the lifestyle didn't realize it till i left vegas
but then i realized man yeah i got a problem like want to gamble. And now it's so easy, right?
They have all these casinos.
They have, uh, and then not to mention the shit coins you're mentioning.
That's just as much of a gamble.
But, uh, once you, man, we could, you could do a whole, like, uh, oh no therapy session.
What'd you say?
Web, web therapy or web, I forget.
Web three hab.
Web three hab.
That's it.
The web three hab.
Well, cause if you think about it, it kind of makes sense. Web therapy or web, I forget. Web three hab. Web three hab. That's it. Yeah. The web three hab.
Well, because if you think about it, it kind of makes sense. Cause it's like, if you were to teach people about their mental and emotional triggers
that caused them to trade like an idiot.
And cause them to make the wrong trade and make the wrong move.
Cause they're thinking emotionally and they're not thinking logically and they're thinking
They're thinking, Oh no.
And it's like, you know, for me, for example, I don't I like to, you know, hold things.
And there's certain moments like when I was trading meme coins, I was like, oh, I should
sell and I know I should sell, but I'm just going to keep holding because what if it 10
X is instead of a 2 X.
And so it's like that that mental fallacy has done nothing but steer me wrong and can
be wrecked.
So it's like understanding that and clearing that mental fallacy and getting
and saying, Hey, let me work on that actually helps me become a better trader and actually
trade less addictively because I don't know what I'm doing. And so I'm just, ah,
you know what I mean? I'd like to be able to know and say, Hey, I know, I know I can hold
this for three days. I know, I know when to sell this and I don't do that. And people like Rob
Gump's a great trader. Carter's an incredible trader. Like we have incredible traders in the
room that can teach you and can be those wise wallies and can teach you like, yo, I know you want to do
this and trade like this, but everyone does. That's the trap. That's the psychological trap.
You're falling into the trap. You're out trading yourself. So you're only getting in competition
with yourself. And so I think if all of us can be better at like finding what those emotional triggers are
and finding out how we get marketed to and how we get emotionally triggered to buy random shiny
junk because of fear of missing out and we get rid of that FOMO because this project's not about
FOMO this project's never going to have to be about FOMO you know we don't we don't ever have
to over inflate our value or anything like that because we can go out and actually provide real
value to Web 2.
And when Web 2, unlike Web 3, when you provide value for people, they give you money.
That means we can go out and make money as a business and bring that back in.
Also, proper scalability.
We figured that out.
We figured out the scalability aspect.
And I see Havoc's hand up.
I just saw that.
But yeah, the scalability and all that good stuff, man.
I'm glad we're figuring this stuff out.
One step at a time, man.
We getting there.
Yeah, and you know, it's sad.
It's one step at a time.
We're figuring it out in real time.
No one's ever done this before.
So you know what I mean?
We're writing the real book in real time.
So it's not acting like we know.
Just being like we know that we don't know.
And we're going to be one of the first teams to figure it out.
Because we like spending time with each other.
So we're going to spend the time together until we break it.
Havoc, what's up? up havoc yo yo i wanted to actually i wanted to touch on the the whole psychological aspect of the trading you know and one of the things one of the things that like
it's it's almost a flaw by design right so this is crazy um i and i honestly think i have a solution
for this too um you know i mean would be, I don't know.
Well, I'll just run through it real quick and you guys tell me what you think. So,
okay. So when we're trading, right? Like the reason we end up trading like emotionally,
right? There's one, there's a key factor here that makes us trade emotionally.
And it's the color coding of the candles and the charts plain and simple okay because if you if you look okay you
got green candles you got red candles right so now obviously you know nobody see it's it's a um
you know we're we grow up right and we like red means stop you know red light stop green light go
right uh red is always associated with you know oh never clip the red wire you know the bomb's
gonna go off you know it's always it's always uh associated with negative yeah uh negative outcome negative
results yeah yeah yeah exactly right so so we're we're like pre we're like pre we're like trained
right we're like trained to conditioned to not gravitate towards like the red and and and
obviously gravitate towards green right so when you're looking at trading or buying into something, you know,
it's natural. It's just a natural like reaction or instinct or whatever for us
to be like, Oh, look at the green candle. Like, you know,
people want to put their money behind something that's winning, right.
It's just your natural reaction. You know, nobody wants to,
nobody wants to ape in on it, on a red candle of death.
You know what I mean? There's nothing about that. Like says, Hey, this is a candle of death you know what i mean that there's nothing about
that like says hey this is a good idea you know what i mean so it only makes sense that we
naturally when we when we buy into something it only makes sense that we naturally you know buy
the tops and sell the bottoms right because you're like oh yeah this is doing great look green candle
yeah buy that you know um and i think that's like i think it's
seriously that is why so many people um buy the tops and sell them and sell the bottoms you know
um it's it's like it's it's almost it's unavoidable you know you have to be like a you have to be a
sociopath and avoid of all like emotion in any in order to like not i think yeah naturally to
naturally trade perfectly you'd have to be a sociopath, right? But I think you can learn to feel your emotions and say, okay, I'm having this emotion.
You know what I mean?
Why are my palms sweating when I'm clicking this button?
Maybe I'm trading emotionally, right?
Look for the signs, right?
Because your brain will lie to yourself.
But it's like, are my palms sweaty?
Is my heart beating through my chest?
Maybe, just maybe, this isn't the trade for me you
know what i mean and it's like that because the truth like what we want for people is to get over
that conditioning like that stimulus response because that's where they got you and when they
can just every time give you a stimulus and they know you're going to respond by throwing money at
it that's what we want to break you know and that's why i love this project because the truth
is i don't got to use that.
I don't have to use any FOMO.
I don't have to create that.
The FOMO will maybe happen naturally because people are going to see the clips coming out and they're going to see the animation or they're going to see the merch and they're going to see now new, you know, influencers and musicians and celebrities and stuff wearing this baby pengu stuff.
And they're going to be like, like oh this is like out there out there
you know what i mean and so they're saying oh someone else is about to find out about it and
probably it's gonna blow up so i'm gonna but it's like we didn't tell you know what i mean like we
didn't have to run a space that's like get it now everyone's gonna come we got the whales coming you
know what i mean it's like allow people to make that inference but you don't have to imply that
you can allow them to infer it through your
movement and how you move. And this is about motion, right?
This is about motion on display.
Yeah. So that's why, so my, I have a solution. Well, at least for the charts,
I propose that we create an overlay app, right.
That basically flip-flops the colors, especially for like, you know,
especially for like assets that have been around yeah yes
yeah yeah maybe not maybe not tokens that are like like still like you know in pump fun or you
know you know what i mean like brand new tokens of course you know but anything that's been around
for like six months or a year you know we should have like an overlay that we that'll that'll flip
flop the colors for us right so that we can actually trade against our emotions or i mean
still trade with our emotions but you know because the colors are flip-flopping you
know we won't be making these you know i i swear to god something there bro so you should you should
try this theory um so you can invert your colors screen in your settings so i think that we don't
even have to build an app just i'm going to start trying there we go just inverting my screen so
it's like instead of a black chart with green and red bars, it's a white chart with
red and green bars.
I swear to God, people will, dude, people will get, people will make money.
People will get rich on that.
I think I will.
I'm telling you, it's like, that's the solve, that's the solve all, man.
People won't have to worry so much about their trading with their emotions on that.
It's not a bad idea.
I only want 1%.
I have a good military. They say if it's dumb and it works, it's not a bad idea i only want one percent i have like in the military they say if it's dumb and it works it's not dumb
just saying it's just crazy enough to work um yes it is let's get to pain waves too um i know he
has a ton of ideas pain waves is a a genuine fountain of ideas so mike what do you think of
baby panku i think i love the idea i
love the project i love everything you guys are doing i just came up to you to give you guys your
flowers for working so hard on this project for real thank you man yeah i know you've seen me like
kind of like head down and i've been doing the space late at night uh expert device which i still
have to do later tonight um but this is why i've just been like when i'm working on a job i put my
head down and then i work for like 20 minutes and then I pick my head
up and it's eight hours later.
And I'm like,
how did that happen?
I'm working all the time,
Time work all the time,
It's so bad.
It's why I don't edit anymore.
As an editor,
it's worse.
So locked in.
And I have like a window in front of me,
so I should see the sun setting and I should see it getting dark in there, but I'm just looking at the screen. I don't even notice
that it's dark in the room. And I'm like, when did it get dark? Then my lights aren't on because
it was daytime. So I'm just sitting there in the darkness, staring at a monitor. So, you know,
it's going to be very crucial that you guys do, you know, teach me to take breaks and step away
too. And that's what the community can do. If we're celebrating the content that we have out there and reposting it and things like that, I don't have to sweat as
much like a sweatshop to crank out so many clips because they don't have to be as disposable.
You have to create stuff for social media. It is a daily grind because the half-life of stuff is
very short. But what we want to do is create, you know, with my understanding of virality, you know, things go viral, people share stuff because you give them something that provides
utility or currency for them, right? And what the currency is typically, hey, this is funny.
So I'm going to share with my friend group or the girl that I like or whatever. And she's going to
think I'm funny because I sent her this funny thing. So now you made me the funny guy. And
that's why people share the funny videos, right? If you make a video,
that's like baby Pengu and baby Gwen hugging each other, you know, and it's like, you know,
hugging each other and grabbing each other and loving each other and squeezing and tackling each
other. And it's like the person who sent you this loves you this much. Yes. Like Instagram,
like people send those all the time to their significant others. It's like, I don't have time
to write you a card. So here's this this hallmark card there's literally an entire business off of this
called hallmark and now they have a tv channel too where they make ridiculous movies but like
the hallmark channel if you ever watched it a great great watch and their whole entire business
model is based on this is based on like hey you want to read the words this other guy wrote for
you you know
like they literally invented santa claus to do this to sell more greeting cards and to sell like
you know it's it is it works because people want to express the sentiment of things but they don't
want to put in the time or energy to even find the words so if you've gone above and beyond not just
find the words but find the music and the know, the animation and the characters and the, and the right sentiment, like that's why
people share. And when people create social media, a lot of times they don't go viral because they
don't think about that. They think about what do I want my people to know? What do I want everyone
to know about me? It's all about me, me, me. And that's wrong. And that's why you're going to sit
there talking about yourself forever. Cause no one wants to hear about you. They're on social media to hear about them.
They want to hear about them, not you.
And they might accidentally like some of your stuff because what you're saying about you
resonates with how they feel about them.
But they're not doing it for you.
They're doing it for them.
And once you realize that, you go, oh, I've been doing social media backwards.
And everything changes.
Everything changes.
You realize it's about serving other people.
You realize it's about providing value.
You provide that value.
People share that value.
They start subscribing to your channel
because they go, oh, this person,
this is our value all the time.
And I need to be able to get this stuff
right when it pops off the line
so I can send it to my people.
So that's what it's about.
And that is the assembly line and the production line that we're putting together my people. So that's what it's about. And that is the assembly
line and the production line that we're putting together. So think about that. Think about every
day, hundreds of thousands and millions of people seeing the Baby Pango brand, not just seeing it,
but connecting with it and being like, oh, forming that oxytocin bond, the same oxytocin that makes
you not throw your child in the ditch after you have it. Okay.
That's why your brain does that. It makes you fall in love. So now they're going to fall in
love with baby Pangu through brain chemistry. Do you know what I mean? And it's like, it's
important that you have ethical people behind a project like this because you're dealing with,
you're cooking with the world's most powerful chemical. You know, it's like, it's like the
love chemical. And so like, that's what it's about. It's about understanding
how that behavioral conditioning has always worked in television and providing people with that value
of the love chemical, but not trying to make them mindless zombie slaves and make the kids watch 10
hours of content. It's not about that. Every step of the way with this, we want to be as human-centric
and as ethical as possible,
because what that's going to do is that's going to pay dividends. You're going to get the right
people who understand that you're doing it ethically. Not everyone wants organic food,
but the people that do want organic food, they really want organic food. They won't eat anything
but organic food. You know what I mean? And so that's what we want. We want the people who
genuinely are looking for a project that's run by people with substance it is a project of substance
and it's built in a way with a model and even with the tokenomics of the DAO that it actually
provides some value to society and to the people around it and makes the world better and so if
Carter and I you know passed away during some side of the project it's like you know hopefully
we don't I'm gonna upload myself to a computer.
So I never die,
but you know,
God forbid,
knock wood,
anything happen.
The DAO would be able to continue the Genesis of the project and what it
means and what it,
what it does for the world,
that there is this force of good and love and kindness and happiness in the
And that's what it's about.
It's about leaving a legacy,
a legacy of positivity behind.
Cause so many people have left a legacy of negativity.
Bro, I got it.
What, Mike?
Baby pengu ice trays.
Oh my gosh, baby pengu ice cubes.
Carter, I forgot to tell you,
we're going to have to put Mike in charge of research and development.
This guy comes up with so many like behind
the sky ideas that i'm like no it's brilliant you're not wrong it's brilliant it's just two
in the morning and like yes we should do that it's a billion dollar business idea yo i got too
many ideas man you too bro shout out at igloo you know get the igloo oh man this thing could go crazy
but that's what we should do we should figure out some kind of like you know if people come up with
ideas then we like can can make them and merch and stuff and sell them on the site like
give those people revenue share give those people profits and everything like why not
that's what we can do because we manufacture internally we don't have to we don't have any
external you know manufacturers like we don't have to deal with that like oh our profit margin
is this it's like our profit margin is like could, really low, but we're doing really high quality stuff
and getting a really low price
because Carter's son is running the merch.
Carter owns a print factory.
You can sell it in a baby pengu bin
that goes in the freezer, bro.
Think about it.
If you think about the baby pengu ice cubes
or the whale, like orca,
the orchid or orchid,
you guys got to understand too.
Like Japan hasn't even seen this yet and we can get this all over Japan too.
it's really,
it's about things grow grassroots there.
You know what I mean?
People see things on other people's things and they start to imitate it.
So it's a very much a,
monkey see monkey do situation. And so, yeah, I mean? People see things on other people's things and they start to imitate it. So it's a very much a, you know, monkey see monkey do situation.
And so, yeah, I mean, if, you know,
if Carter or the investors want to send me out to Tokyo to do a, you know,
do a speed run and be like, let's go build a street team really quick.
We could have our, you know, Tokyo baby pengu street team.
And they're probably going to be the,
some of the most active community members.
Once we find our Tokyo team game over.
Cause they get this.
Like you don't gotta be like pingo
They understand Another winning Avenue that we could pursue sure always we're seven months out from Halloween just Sam
Yo boost you said ice packs for boo-boos, baby pingo boo-boos
Mike I think the ghost might got that one a lot. Yeah It's packed with baby pingu boo-boos. I don't know about Halloween, Mike.
I think the ghost might got that one on lock.
What up, Mojo?
What's good with it?
He speaks.
Bro, I've been getting my fucking...
You know, ever since I told you I did that damn...
Sold that script to Searchlight.
And I didn't fucking know it was Disney until we talked last night.
I was like, bro, I had a fucking mean-ass meeting earlier.
That shit got
me tired i never went to sleep by the way like i went to sleep at like 11 o'clock this morning
bro i was like i was just too hype i was like ever since y'all said disney i was like what
yeah i did not fucking know you didn't realize you sold the script to disney
i couldn't go to sleep i was like yo they about to clone me they about to clone me? They about to kill me? I don't know.
Yo, that shit fire.
And it's funny because it's remotely the same kind of, I don't want to say it's the same script, but it's like, I tried to pitch a 90 page screenplay to 50 Cent in 2021.
And them niggas just opened the message on Instagram.
They never really said nothing back.
So I was like, fuck it.
Scrapped that shit.
Revised it.
I was like, you know what?
This is going to be good somewhere.
So I just kept all shooting.
I love it.
Yeah, I just kept shopping it around.
So yeah, if that shit comes out as like a short story or a fucking, like a short or
something like that, or a TV show, we going to fucking know because I'm going to be loud
about that date.
I haven't had to sign no NDAs yet.
Was it a feature?
I've been popping shit. That's true. You can it was it a feature you say what was it a feature that you wrote a feature yeah feature length it was like 90 pages bro that shit was
114 pages okay it started off as a fucking comedy you know comedies is like 90 pages yeah but then
it turned into like a fucking like i was like yo i can make this kind of scary so it was like if i think of like kind of like the little vampire vibe it's not
really scary but like it could get there it could get a little eerie yeah so i was like young adult
scary right yeah yeah i left it up to them to like for interpretation and i also didn't put my best
foot forward just in case they fucked me over so So I was like, yeah, okay. But yeah, when it went through, bro, I was like, that's a bet, bro.
That's a fucking bet.
That's amazing, bro.
Congratulations, bro.
Bro, I'm so happy about it.
Like this shit.
I was telling my mom was the first one to see it because I was like, what the fuck?
Like I called her.
I was like, hey, gang, like, you know how I wrote the shit during Thanksgiving.
Like I did the revision that during Thanksgiving around that time we were going to Miami. so i was at my family's crib so i was like damn this shit is like
i'm not even in my element i'm not around write it as mojo the ghost or as your government
uh my government because i was going to say if you want to do an imdb i don't know if you if
you're gonna are you going to perform as your real name as an actor yeah i'm like my music name is
going to be like stage presence but like anytime i'm on
like screen i'm gonna use my actual my real name gotcha which is kind of like i'm i'm hella docs
bro because like if niggas see my my lyrics my name is there it's on the damn lyrics so i'm like
see if i ain't no fucking hiding well if you want, I mean, you know, we can talk after this and everything,
but anyone who wants to be part of the project,
like, I can make an IMDb for Baby Pengu.
The show, like, tonight, it takes a second
because I'm already verified in there and everything.
So it's like, I can literally put it up
and, you know, y'all can have cast and crew credits
and go show people and be like,
yo, I'm on IMDb, motherfucker.
Like, it really is. Because, because like it puts you on the board
hey i got my i got my domain name too uh mojotheghost.com so like if y'all look at my bio
you see mojotheghost.com like that motherfucker like did we getting official with this shit dog
like this shit getting crazy i was like and the thing is bro somebody bought it
for me for four years he was like yeah i got you covered for the first four years and then he
fucking hooked it up to all damn i don't mean to curse so much i'm in the baby pingu's face
i'm just you can curse baby pingu can't curse
so i was uh i had him uh he helped me out but he showed me how to like get i got an encrypted email
and everything now bro like it's so cool too yeah i'm so excited about it motion yeah it's awesome
we just and we just getting started bro like this is crazy this is they told me my first five years
in the industry is going to equal one and i was like nah i could do it i could do it faster but nah it's
it literally happened it always happens like that it always happens like that and then you think
that i was the same way bro and i was like no it's gonna be you know because about five years ago
was when um 38 yeah about five years ago was when i like left came out the woods and was like all
right i'm gonna start this again right like i'm gonna 2020 i started my company stitching and i was like i'm gonna you know be the number one animation studio for all
these different people and i'm gonna sell a bunch of shows to you know netflix and things that yada
yada right but i'm gonna own them right because like i'm producing it and developing the shows
and it was like you know two years of first two years you think you're launching in the first you
know year and you're getting it already and then you're like you launch and you're like oh yeah people yeah yeah shit you know what i mean
you're like people need to see this oh how do i get people to see this and then you're in the same
boat as everyone else and if you know better than to be like oh everything that i'm gonna pay for
for advertising whatever they're all just trying to take my money right so instead you're like i
want to do this organically and then you got to go back to the drawing boards that's when i found web 3 and when i first came to web 3 i was planning on doing
exactly what we're doing right now at baby pengu my plan was hey all these people are cartoons
i'm an animator this should be light work right in the first month i should find a community that's
like yo you animate i've seen your stuff you should animate our thing people are gonna love
it our community's gonna go crazy three years later That's what I was telling you last night.
I was like, these people are boring.
We're entertainers.
Three years later, Mojo.
They all had a job for me, but it was a non-paying job.
And they were going to rug the thing at the end.
Bro, exactly.
You know, they're like, we don't pay you and you get rugged.
Deep down in their cold, cold little hearts. They couldn't do it to us
Yeah, I think it might have been on some level they were like I want to be able to say I knew this dude later when he's crazy famous
so I'm not gonna
You know what I mean? Like I'm not gonna do it
I'm not gonna do it. I'm not gonna burn my bridge which so so and honestly you know that that's been probably protecting us on some level um yeah but we we took that as why are they sleeping on us
and it's like bro you should be happy that criminals are sleeping on you why would you
want criminals to you know like why would you want scam artists to not be sleeping on you i don't
know if you remember bro i used to be i was recruited into the cabal at first i was in the
cool kids club and i didn't even know that them was the villains.
I was like, oh, I'm over here kicking it with them.
I'm on the yachts in Miami.
And then everybody's like, yo, they stealing.
Your friends are stealing. I was like, what?
These guys? No way.
These guys know.
I had no idea.
And that's the thing. It's like the people
are bold enough to just hide in plain sight and just be
out there. But it's like
what they can't do is this.
They can't do something like this.
And they can't build a...
That's why they all have opinions on Luke and Nets and Pudgy Penguins.
They all got opinions on it, right?
The truth is, they ain't doing what he's doing.
He's a Jameen Busters.
They can't show up and have a Pudgy Penguins event.
They can't come.
They cannot show their face to people. This is true. And we actually helped set up the a pudgy penguins event like they can't come like they cannot show their
face to people this is true and we actually helped set up the pudgy penguins event our friend profits
of uh profits you know she was like setting that up and we were there um i did the panel i spoke on
her panel and everything i didn't charge them or anything and like i gave my time and dropped some
knowledge and then we were sticking around before the turnover and they were turning it over to the
pudgy penguins party and so i was like all right cool it was like you know smoky
like uh louis from um we can bake and uh that whole crew so we were just hanging out and just
like helped setting up the the venue i took my talents into the arcade for most of the night oh
me and dr brooks that's when i met luke anettes because it was beforehand yeah you remember that
part that's why i met luke anettes right because it was like beforehand and he came up to us and he was like hey thank you so much for helping out that was
really nice of you guys and i was like yeah man like of course i'm happy to help you know here
for you know whoever needs help like always and um he was like how's the food and food drugs and i
was like dude fucking incredible and he was like oh yeah cool and he's like oh uh i'm luca nice to
meet you and i was like oh shit i was like you know i immediately knew like luca nets i was like what's up he's like yeah i'm one of the founders i'm like oh nice well
you know big fan of what you guys are doing here and and thank you for you know helping push web
three into web two and it's like and i talked to him a couple other times that night he's a very
affable dude the whole team was really nice and so like it was that kind of thing it was like you
hear so many things so many people talking shit about the budget penguins and you meet them and
you're like of course they're talking shit.
These guys are so nice.
They're affable.
They know how to get into rooms.
They know how to get into Walmart and Dave & Buster's.
They know how to negotiate their deals.
Those are the type of people that you want to be doing business with.
You're going to find these gems in the rough, and they're going to typically not be in those big, big, big rooms.
The big, big, big rooms are toxic.
Yeah, because we was out there chilling, bro, and they don't even cause trouble because me and Dr. B were smoking inside the big, big, big rooms are toxic. Yeah, because we was out there chilling, bro, and they don't even like cause
trouble because me and Dr. B was smoking inside
the event, and then they waited until after
we was done. They was like, hey, guys, we can't
really smoke in here. I was like, bro, why did you just say
that to us?
I was like, we would have walked outside with no
issues. Yeah, other people were getting in trouble for
smoking, but we weren't. They were just letting the
rappers sit in the corner and just have our own
little booth. We were just blunt after blunt, everyone's like well why are they smoking it's like
they're different they helped set up you can tell me the rules like i i choose which rules to break
like i would never disrespect nobody's atmosphere though so what are the two rules what are the two
rules you told me in flor? I remember the second one.
I forgot the first one.
The second one was we never smoke in front of kids, right?
Oh, bro, we don't litter.
We do not litter.
We don't litter and we don't smoke in front of kids.
Those are the two rules.
Always good to animals.
Always good to animals.
Three rules, that's it.
Yeah, do not litter.
If you litter, you're the scum of the earth, bro.
Like, come on, man.
Like, I do a lot of stuff. Don't get me wrong, bro, but I do not litter and I litter you're the scum of the earth, bro. Like come on man Like I do a lot of stuff don't get me wrong, bro
But I do not litter and I do not smoke in front of kids like that's the two things I cannot break
You know saying like that would be cool
Maybe we could organize like baby pengu trash cleanups and stuff too because there's like beach pickups. Yeah
Adoption this highway has been how we adopt yo, that would be cool by baby pengu
And then we just make that into the event.
Like, yo, we're going to have
We're going to be hanging out
by the side of I-95
between mile marker 84
And beach cleanups, bro.
We should be chilling.
The beaches are freaking
terrible nowadays.
Beach cleanups are fun.
They're on the beach.
So much fun.
So much fun.
You bring a football out there
and the beach gets cleaned
very fast.
You make a lot of progress
throwing that ball down the beach.
So I think, yeah. Mojo, you
can't play football on the side of the highway
while you're doing cleanups, bro. That's not safe.
Yo, I think I can jump over a car, honestly.
You better be able to. Shit, I can.
Well, okay, I used to be able to.
When I was your age.
Yo, let's set it up. I could jump over.
I definitely could jump over a Lambo.
I can't even fit inside a freaking Corvette.
I was like, bro, I'm not that big.
This car is too little for me, though. I don't like that.
Would you be down to
come on the writing team, though, for Baby Panky?
Hell yeah, I'm down.
I'm definitely down.
I think that you know you and i working
together is going to be super fun but also like you understand more than probably any of the people
that i've met in web 3 what it means to to mean something to people in web 2 and and what you
know what i mean like how to properly communicate and put together the um the mystique and honestly this is probably going to be the
coolest way to onboard my big brother because i was trying to figure out how to get him in
and he's like like he's like bro i don't want people stealing my ideas i'm like bro that's
not what this is like i'm like we literally like it's like a whole group of people we're all
creative and we just put our ip my sisters are in and they're they're geniuses bro like you like they're smarter than me and my brother and me and we just put our IP on there. Bro, my sisters are in. And they're geniuses, bro.
They're smarter than me and my brother.
And me and my brother are very accomplished filmmakers
and everything.
And my sisters are like the goats.
And they're doing all that shit and having kids.
And we can't get off this, right?
At first, they're like, I don't know about this shit.
I'm like, no, dude, just check it out, bro.
I got my brother a phantom wallet the other day.
I sent him a lot of freaking,
I sent him all of the Dangle On that i got from um um pepe diamond i was like bro here just take this shit like do
what you please with it i was like this is how you cash it out this is how you keep it not here
and i was like just you know i just wanted him to show i just wanted him to see that it's real
money because like he doesn't understand like he's like what are you guys doing like you just
up there with cartoon pictures and you guys trading tokens and all he's like, what are you guys doing? You're just up there with cartoon pictures
and you guys trading tokens and all.
He's like, it's all a scam.
I'm like, nah, bro.
I'm like, there's the big three that I like.
You know I like Solana, Ethereum, and Bitcoin.
I'm like, so you can at least put your money there
and then just hold it there
and then wait for me to tell you what to do.
And he's like, okay.
And then I started showing him my friends' coins and stuff.
I'm like, these aren't going anywhere.
And I'm like, these projects, these are solid people. so if you want to get nfts get these ones and he's like okay
now i'm seeing and i was like bro here and i even let this motherfucker get bro i have three beasts
i let him get two of them just to see i was like bro list one and watch what happens he did it he
saw the money he's like okay i'm in he got the phantom wallet now he's all in he just don't
join yeah he knows it's real and i was like bro i'm giving you my assets like you don't understand
like this is fucking like these are life long blood like i don't have to do this for you but
you my brother yeah like i'm giving you the web3 starter pack like you don't even know
yeah making this a turnkey for you right now but it's a safe roi for me because i know if he gets in
here it's gonna be a safe net for me because i got family right there and then me and him together
we do like bro crazy ideas so i just want him to be here and meet the people that i like because
i know he'll click with y'all i know that's what i mean like this is the the first thing i've seen
in web3 baby pangu is the first thing i've seen in web 3 where i don't really like feel fully embarrassed to bring people into you know what i mean because
i'm like yo like we have this entire brand like the way i show people it is i show them the cartoons
and i show them the animation and i show them like the characters and the songs and stuff and
they're like this is incredible you know where is this and i'm like oh it's on youtube it's on
tiktok it's on instagram it's on x if you get on x you know you'll see like there's like a meme coin community even dedicated to so
it seems like the meme coin community is like organically happened because of the show you see
it was even even though it was here first but the show was going to reach so many more people than
the meme coins the meme coin community becomes a smaller niche community that when you get in
there you're like oh these people are capitalizing off the
growth of this thing that's crazy how do i get it so it's that and so for people and that's why
we have a lot of vineholders here because like they understand that kind of mentality they're
like oh like mainstream appeal it's like yeah yeah bro mainstream appeal is definitely the idea bro
and the cool thing about like getting my big brother here is the fact that like like
people compare me or like my my city be calling me like bro you were mixed between cuddy or some
people be like you remind me of kid cuddy some people like you remind me of tupac the way you
act some people like bro you act like wayne and but my big brother he's like absolute in the mind
bro he's like he's like he's always, like, introspective, like, thinking different shit. Like, his music is different, dog.
Like, it's different, but it's really, really good.
And I'm like, bro, you just need to, like, get out there and just keep going.
But he working at the post office.
So he don't even, he got the money, bro.
Like, he don't care.
He's just like, bro, like, now, but he had his run.
He had a hell of a run when he was in the city doing music, bro.
Everybody knew him.
Everybody was at our house recording.
Anybody you've seen on MTV or music videos, bro, from 2011 through 2017, they probably recorded at my house with my big brother, which is crazy as hell.
So I'm little in middle school, in freshman year of high school, just watching all these freaking big faces walk through. I'm like, what? I'm like, who is this?
But that made it accessible to you. That's probably why you moved the way you do.
Cause that's why I moved the way I do because of Vine. Like when Vine happened,
I got to meet so many people that I thought I would never meet. And I got to go into so many
rooms that I thought it like, I told you, I hit on Jennifer Lawrence at the golden globe
after party. And she was like, yeah, what's up? after party and she was like yeah what's up like and i was like oh god like i was not prepared for
that you know what i mean i was just like what if i hit on her and like she was interested and i was
like oh my god like and then i ran away i didn't run but i walked away i was like all right you
have a good night because like i don't what i'm gonna do with jennifer lawrence i didn't i didn't
think that through right so because i didn't think that that was never for me right like anyone else but me like i'm not like someone that would ever get
famous at that level you know so i didn't ever think that from i never saw that for myself
and after seeing it and seeing all my friends do it too like all my fine friends do it
and just be like oh it's like and you hang out with people on that level and you realize like
they're just sitting there on their phone and they're just really busy they're too busy to even enjoy it bro like it's people that know you that don't
that you wouldn't even think like i was on instagram one day and i was when i was sponsored
by wakia before i fucked up the brand deal um they was like they saw me holding a fiji water
bottle and i lost that shit yeah that shit bro they so strict that shit was crazy but like uh i was shooting a video with
the water bottle and eddie griffin swiped up on my story and was like what up mojo i said bro
undercover brother undercover brother's always watching bro he's over the cover that shit is so
that was the craziest experience ever bro i was like what in the world undercover brother knows me bro like that's
hilarious that i won i already made it exactly and you know you you know the people that are
already like you know on our radar and stuff like that in the hip-hop world and on that on that
bigger level that when they start seeing the animation roll out and they start seeing these
these characters and their songs are even better like their kid watches it you know and they're
like yo i ain't never seen anything,
but baby pango at my house.
Like, you know what I mean?
I'm tired of these songs.
Like, and you let them do walk-ons,
like yo gabba gabba, we were talking about, right?
Like the whole premise of the show
is that these characters are in this, you know,
this Antarctic world,
but like you can have humans show up as conservationists
who are there to feed the penguins and stuff.
And while they're there,
like I'm going to be a walk-on character with my guitar and be like, hey, kids, let's sing a song.
Be nice to your mom.
But it can be fire.
The Thundercat cameo on Yo Gabba Gabba was incredible.
It was one of my favorite songs.
I am an orange cat.
I like to play.
It's one of those situations where you never know what people know you for because
when i was designing that nike in 2022 my my supervisor said i don't know what you're doing
here but if i was you i would go all in on music i was like what like bro i'm working at home
for nike like what can get better than this bro like my can't wait to hear what your kids songs
sound like mojo you said what i can't wait to hear what your kids' songs sound like, Mojo. You said what? I can't wait to hear what your children's music sounds like, bro.
Oh, I feel like I can.
Yeah, I can't wait to get it.
I know you got kids' songs in your head, bro.
Yeah, for sure.
I like to get whimsical.
I wrote one.
Today, I'm going to pull it up.
This is going to be a lot of fun.
For real, for real.
Hold on a second.
Did I miss something?
Did you onboard Mojo?
Yeah, Mojo now works for the writing room.
Very cool.
All right.
Welcome, Mojo.
Thanks, brother.
Appreciate you so much, man.
You know, I've had the pleasure of hanging with Mojo, um, at several
events and actually for like a whole week we hung out, um, between NFT NYC and then, uh, down in
Florida. It was a great time, you know, Mojo, you're a real one. You're a gentleman. Um, it's
tough as nails, but as sweet as honey, man. You're a good dude.
And thank you, man.
Thank you for being a good guy.
Thank you for being here.
I appreciate you.
And we're just getting started.
We're going to have a lot of fun.
I think we're going to be bigger than the Wonder Pets.
Big facts.
Yo, Paw Patrol, watch out.
We're coming for you. We're on your head top.
Yo, Cristiano.
What's up, Mike?
I got a couple ideas for merchandise
go ahead shoot man all right drink cozies uh baby bottles a baby pengu cereal baby pengu diaries and parental diaries baby pengu day planners and schedules, toothbrush and holder, Baby Pengu fest,
maybe like a music festival eventually, like 18 years down the line
when we have the brand reputability with everyone who grew up with Baby Pengu,
and then keychains, dinner plates and cups, and
tablecloths. We also go with party hats. That's our head of research
and development, Mike Payneways, ladies and gentlemen.
Hey, I got one for you.
Who can get Lunchables on the phone?
Somebody get Lunchables and get Baby Pingou.
Bro, I could do you one better.
Logan Paul made a Lunchables.
He made, like, a Lunchables competitor, bro.
I did not know that.
I can text Logan right now and be like, yo.
Hey, and Steph Curry.
Yo, Steph Curry just started
Gatorade, by the way.
It's pretty good to get in that early
too. You saw how Body Armor did with people.
They was letting everybody get on.
You do a special edition
prime water because it tastes like the rocket pop
and you do like a cherry ice
flavor or something like that.
That's what the rock pop tastes like anyway.
You just do like a special edition version of it with like different
labeling and it's like the same taste as the rocket pop.
Call it cherry ice.
Get the kids some muscle milk.
What if they were like
little penguin paws for the popsicle?
Penguin pops, bro?
Game over.
They're like the penguin's paw.
Oh, so cute.
Well, they don't have paws, but like flippers.
Bro, I can't wait to do the crossovers with the baby penguin and the ghost children series.
That's going to be crazy.
And you guys know the biggest Warner Brothers show right now is called The Penguin.
Disney, on their homepage right now, they have a show called Secret to the Penguin.
And the whole first episode is about this baby penguin who's, like, smaller than all the other penguins.
And you're worried the entire episode if he's going to survive or die.
And you're, like, riveted.
You're like, oh, my God.
Someone saved this penguin, bro.
Like, yeah.
And so Baby Pengu is, like, the star. Like, the whole first episode, bro, I'm literally standing on my couch, Mojo, screaming, like, oh, my God, someone saved this penguin, bro. Like, yeah. And so Baby Pengu is, like, the star.
Like, the whole first episode, bro, I'm literally standing on my couch, Mojo, screaming, like,
Come on, Baby Pengu!
Don't give up!
Like, there's this moment where, like, Baby Pengu's, like, passed out face down, and they're, like,
the other penguins are, like, all right, he's dead.
We're leaving.
And they're leaving without him.
You're just like, Baby Pengu, get up!
You can do it!
And the world loves penguins. Remember Club Penguin?
Bro, they hated when that shit got shut down.
They was like, no!
Don't they say they're the only monogamous
Yeah. I mean, not all of them are,
but some of them are, yeah.
I'm learning a lot from watching this documentary
on penguins, by the way.
You know what else you could do, Cristiano?
I'm thinking.
We could make AI make
baby pengu have a football
team versus another football team of penguins.
That'd be cool. Well, what we are going to do
with AI is I'm going to work in ElizaOS.
So those of you guys who know AI16Z,
they created a thing called ElizaOS.
And ElizaOS is an operating system
where you can code personalities
for your different AI characters or different chatbots.
And it creates a JSON file that has their personality in it. And then it uses that every time it talks.
And when you hear people talking on spaces with the robots, that's what they're using.
So you can actually have BabyPango come up on stage. And that's going to be the idea with all these characters.
We're going to program their values into them and they're going to come to life.
And you're going to be able to visit them in nifty island because nifty island has that future now so
you can put ai um bots in there and actually have those ai agents like run around and learn how to
move and learn how to you know and so your npcs on uh in you know igloo world and you know baby
pengu's world are going to be like real like you can talk to them and you're going to have a one
of one conversation that no one else has ever had they're going to have actual intelligence and
that intelligence is going to be shaped by their core personality and their values so it's going
to be on brand when you have a conversation with them so like there's stuff like this that i've
been waiting to do for a very long time with all these different things that we've learned
and all these different tools and it's just like i needed the right project that actually had
funding because you guys remember,
like people would come from the space and be like,
why don't you do this, that?
And I would be like, do you have the funding for it?
Do you have a million dollars right now
to fund that over the course of two years?
And they're like, no.
And I'm like, all right, then another good idea
that we don't have funding for.
Cool, add it to the giant list.
It's like we roll out a scroll that's seven miles long
and add it to the bottom, you know?
And this is something that we actually do have funding for
and we actually have the initiative and the time and the energy to put into
it. And so, yeah, like this is one step closer to the boathouse,
big facts. Like I'm going to weave all those things together.
You know what I'm saying? Like all of those things, like Nifty Island,
you know, the app development,
like I have an app development partner who him and I have shipped a ton of
iPhone apps.
The merchandising, obviously, the
live performances, Stay Tuned
itself and everything I'm doing with Stay Tuned.
If I'm going out to Cannes in a couple
weeks, you bet your ass I'm going to be in Cannes
pitching this to
the producers that I already know
there and being like,
yo, let's just walk this into Netflix.
It's a no-brainer.
Hulu. They text
Disney. You would say that
to someone who just sold the script to Disney.
Hey, I gotta
stay on brand. It's like, I gotta stay
with the fam. The mouse house
is in. Thanks for your loyalty, Mojo.
Yeah, bro.
I feel like I don't want to wake up to Goofy at the end of my bed.
What is that?
I heard you were talking smack.
We own you now, Mojo.
Break his freaking kneecaps.
All right.
See you at Disneyland.
He's like another guy that didn't read the fine print.
You should have read the contract.
Kathy Bates in Misery just puts a phone book there.
Y'all going to see me super sleepy?
Hey, I'm Mojo the Ghost and you're watching Disney Channel.
It's going to be really me drawing an SOS symbol.
Trank dart coming out the side of your neck.
His eyes are taped open.
And then he says, you're watching the Disney Channel.
So here's a little song that came out of me today for Baby Pangu.
So I was recording this voiceover for the animation today.
And then the background music was playing.
And I was like, hey, that sounds like a song.
And so I wrote a song to the background music.
It's only 40 seconds long, 30 seconds long long and then we'll get to barefoot mummy so uh here is the first baby pangu song off of the
presses I used to go. I'm a baby bingo. I'm just a baby bingo.
I'm a baby bingo.
And I'm out here on my own.
I'm out here when it's frozen tons with nobody around.
I used to have some friends, but now they know where to be found.
And now I gotta find a way to find my way home.
Cause it's no fun feeling abandoned or lost and alone.
Help me find my way home.
Use the magic in your phone.
Pick me up.
Hold me tight.
And together I'll pick you up your own way.
Baby, bingo!
Yeah, sorry, the voice changer was glitching a little bit on that tag. I'm just a baby pingu
I'm just a baby pingu
I'm a baby pingu
And I'm out here on my own
I'm out here in the frozen tunch
With nobody around
I used to have some friends
But now they're nowhere to be found
And now I gotta find a way
To find my way home.
Cause it's no fun feeling abandoned.
All lost and alone.
Help me find my way home.
Use the magic in your phone.
Pick me up.
Hold me tight.
And together everything will be alright.
Yay! Baby Pingu. Love you. Yo. tight and together everything will be all right yay baby pingu love you
yo i prefer the original i prefer the last one yeah oh that's dope i mean i've i've been going
back and forth on whether or not to do baby pingu's voice with a voice changer or just to
actually that's it i don't know maybe pingu will you please buy my coin? Just do it with my actual voice, because then that makes life a lot easier.
Kind of scares me.
I'm just seeing Christiana's voice.
I'm like, aren't you muted, bro?
That's great.
I'm picking it up.
I'm slowly picking it up, bro.
Well, I'm Blizzard, and I'm up to no good.
Hi, Blizzard.
Do you want to go hang out and play and cause mischief?
I'm feeling very nefarious.
Oh, he's such a nefarious guy.
Yeah, Cristiano is AI.
Confirmed.
I'm not a robot.
I'm not a robot.
I'm out here on my own.
Just thinking without the voice change.
It could be fun.
I mean, Kevin Clash, who does...
He did the R.
He did it without a voice changer.
Hello, this is Elmo.
Someone get Seth Green on the phone.
He's like, hey, where are we going?
That's his voice for Chris.
Vincent told me that, that his voice
for Chris in Family Guy,
Seth Green, was
Buffalo Bill.
He was like, hey, where are we going?
It puts the lotion on its skin.
That's how we did it. Yo, Barefoot Mummy,
how are you feeling?
How are you going? Sorry. How are you going? Doing good. How are you feeling? Hi, how are you going?
How are you going?
Doing good.
How are you doing?
I'm so excited for this.
I'm so excited.
I knew you'd love this.
Yeah, I'm so excited. I just wanted to chime in and say whatever merchandise you guys do, be mindful of, you
know, like PBAs, you know, parents are all over that you know making sure that
there's no crap in the in the like food if you guys went down the food way um yeah and like
even clothing like organic you know um yeah yeah so um i think you know parents would be all on board um more so with like that sort of thing
i'm so excited about this i appreciate you so much it's funny you said that because like i was
the name of the show is baby pengu's uh baby pengu adventures and um like there's there's
other shows that we're doing too like there's like a counting show and like like learning like a learning show
Baby pangu like for preschoolers, you know, I'm that one's actually gonna roll out first the preschooler show is done in 2d
And so that was a little bit easier for me to crank out and so that one's gonna be like like hi
Can you tell me which which one is the circle?
You know what I mean?
And like that, like just simple stuff.
And it's like 10 minutes of Baby Pangu staring at the screen being like,
is it this one?
So we have here like ABC reading eggs.
And that could be something that I'm not sure if you guys have that over there but
that could be something that you could you know yeah like we had baby einstein that's what i grew
up on oh okay yeah so that's so you know like it might be something that you can replicate without
infringing on anything um and also i don't know if you guys know about the doggies that are over here that are massive without dropping you know um the cartoon character you can say their name it's
okay no bluey bluey's massive oh yeah yeah so um you know and they've got all sorts of
merchandise from it's okay mojo works for dis Disney. So we can. Okay. Yeah.
So green light.
Green light.
And this is the,
like when you guys started talking,
that's the sort of vibe I started getting like Louis vibes,
Yeah. They've even got like coin bluey coins out.
They sold out.
Like they minted some bluey coins that sold out.
You could not.
Really? Yeah. Yeah. So, you know, out like they minted some bluey coins that sold out you could not like really yeah yeah so um you
know you can end up getting like collectibles this is going to be huge yeah yeah and the great
thing is that you know like i said before it's like we're not fundraising this with web3 money
any money that gets put into this that's just for y'all to just speculate on the growth of this
thing yeah like there's no moment in which we're like, all right,
now we have to cash out and go produce this.
Like we have separate funding for this.
I could tell when Carter was talking about it,
like it would have been a month or so ago.
I could, you know, yep.
I'm really excited.
Anyway, I'm going to let you guys go, but I just wanted to, you know,
suggest, you know, be mindful of that sort of stuff.
Yeah, 100%. Thank you. And, you know, me and Josh are very, like, careful and protective,
you know what I mean? We'd rather, like, be safe than sorry. We're not trying to be,
we win nothing by being edgy or risky with baby painting. You know what I mean?
We only have everything to lose with that.
So it's about maintaining the integrity of the brand.
I'm so glad that they got you on board.
You hear the difference in my voice.
I'm an actual professional about this and I can actually do my job.
And the fact that I get to do my job that I've done for 15 years and know how to do in public and benefit my friends.
Like, this is a dream come true.
That's why I've been so hyped the last two weeks.
I've been so excited.
Your article was probably talking about this, you know?
I'm so hyped for you.
That's so funny you said that.
Yeah, my tarot reader that I watched and my other oracle that I know.
Mojo knows my oracle.
My real-life too. Like new,
good stuff was coming.
So I'm wrapped for you. Good things.
I've got to go because the little one wants some brownies.
Of course let them know that we have a baby pengu on the way for them and to,
to, to have fun and play with. And we're going to introduce them.
They're going to be so excited.
Their new best friend is being born right now.
I'm excited.
You guys have a good night, okay?
Much love, Mommy.
Appreciate you.
All right, ciao.
Yeah, like, do you guys realize that?
Like, we're birthing right now.
Like, we're hatching this egg of this baby penguin that's going to be, like,
the new best friend for so many kids.
And they're going to grow up not feeling alone and feeling they have someone who understands what it's like to just like
like most kids don't have friends you know how hard it is to socialize i didn't have friends
till like later on like it's very hard to socialize especially if you're a thinking kid
you know and there's going to be studies say that there's going to be, by 2035, 65% of the population will be autistic.
So why would it not make sense if 65% of the population is going to be autistic?
Then doesn't that make neurotypical people the minority?
And doesn't that mean that we should actually now start to teach for autistic kids?
So wouldn't a show that's written by autistic kids to teach to autistic kids the stuff that we never got taught?
You know, like how to go up to someone and talk to them, how to be brave enough to go up to them and teach to autistic kids the stuff that we never got taught you know like how to go up to
someone and talk to them how to be brave enough to go up to them and talk to them and baby penga
could teach kids just hey give them a compliment go up to someone and say hey i really like your
toy don't ask if you can play with it just compliment it you know and then the other kid
will be like oh thanks do you want do you want to play with my toy instead now you're playing
and you're sharing and you learn about sharing and we cut into a song where you know me and mojo
sing about sharing you know it's it's that and those videos posting them here on web3
is going to disrupt the cycle so much people are i know that people are going to be retweeting it
ironically and and it's like they're going to like, this kid's show kind of like speaks to D-Gen issues.
And it's like, well, yeah, it's supposed to.
There's a character called Baby Fuddy.
It's literally, because the culture we're going through
in Web3 and in crypto is going to be all culture.
Eventually, when everyone's in crypto,
everyone in the world knows how to buy a meme coin.
You know what I mean?
It's like, everyone's going to have to deal with these things.
So it's very important that we teach and educate and we learn while we educate too.
So Havik, what up?
You caught me off guard, damn it.
You caught me off guard.
Hey, I don't know about you but these these baby penguins seem oh man yeah you got me away
off guard my fault bro yo but i was gonna say yo igloo bro igloo baby pengu and fucking igloo
you don't even have to actually be a partner with igloo in order to get what's the merchandise made
in in so on and so forth with You mean Igloo like the thermoses
and the coolers? Yeah, big time, bro.
Yeah, big time. Wow.
Yeah, you don't actually
even have to be a partner.
And then you open it up and inside is all the characters
and it's all snow, bro, and they're just chilling
It'd be savage, bro. Yeah, you actually
buy the coolers and you actually get the
toys. And then the cooler doubles for their lunch and all that other good shit, you know
Lunch box Igloo yeah, they make lunches they make lunchboxes there you go
bro lunchboxes is is how this thing is going to spread that's how
all the brands that i loved they used me to spread them it was like transformers lunchbox
boom i'm letting everyone know i love transformers and we're talking about transformers now
yeah it's like the the lunchboxes was such a brilliant idea because they were able to get their brands into a place where you can't do any kind of advertising.
So think about that.
Now there's a Transformers Lunchbox on the table.
Transformers got brand presence in that conversation.
It's like, what?
How did they break through?
And it's like Lunchboxes.
They figured it out they said every
kid you know their parents are packing them lunch they need to bring their lunch i'm surprised i'm
actually surprised that no one's brought it up yet like i was like it hit me i was like wait a
minute dude this is like yo that's you know because look we're talking about promoting
healthy eating you know and like i said you don't actually have to be a partner with igloo in order
to have this kind of a thing done and made like it's like yeah it's available like you can reach
out in lunch boxes you know what i mean like with a little latch like you don't have to be anything
fancy it's a lunch box then it becomes a collectible a big collectible that's what i mean you
could end up doing something like a baby pingu box right where it's like you get the lunch box let's
say every month you get a new lunch box but it's got like stuff inside it's got like collectibles little 3d printed figurines
and stuff inside plushies you know slap bracelets like all that stuff yo slap bracelets that's what
dude i remember when those things first came out, dude, they had them. They were actually covered. They had like denim on them, right?
Like, and then you give them the mojo bro. And mojo can like whip it for like 50 feet away and hit passersby just right on the wrist.
Oh yeah. Oh yeah. Look, this is how much I out. This is how much I am. Check this out. Listen.
That's a slap bracelet right there.
Actually got one.
Actually have one.
Keeps me safe while I'm jogging at night.
New York being such a walkable city, it's like so easy to market things in New York being such a walkable city
It's like so easy to market things in New York
Yeah, you're about to like
Every 10 steps you take
You're going to be looking down at the sidewalk
Baby Pangu
Baby Pangu
Everywhere
Where did you guys hear the theme song?
I'll play it for you guys on the piano right now
Carter first hired me to do a Baby Shark, right?
Because Matt Adam was like, you need to do a Baby Shark and something that's like, you know,
like Baby Shark is going to get in people's heads and go up, blow up baby viral.
So I wrote this.
Let me see if I can remember.
Give me a second.
Talk amongst yourselves.
I'm going to figure it out.
What are you doing? Let's go.
Come on. He said chat amongst yourselves.
All right. I got it. Thanks for chatting amongst yourselves.
Thanks for nothing, guys. Thanks for nothing guys Oh, yeah talk amongst yourselves cats. All right, this is the baby pengu theme right now
Baby pengu baby pengu baby pengu's here
Baby pengu baby pengu baby pengu's here
Baby pengu baby pengu baby pengu's here baby pengu baby pengu baby pengu's here baby pengu baby pengu's
here baby pengu baby pengu baby pengu's here baby pengu baby pengu baby pengu's here baby
pengu baby pengu baby pengu's here baby pengu baby pengu baby pengu's here baby pengu baby
and that's gonna be in your head for the next month
So you're welcome
That's hilarious, yo
Yo, parents are going to hate you and kids are going to love you
Baby Pingu, baby
Parents will hate you, kids will love you
You're going to hate me
Who wrote the Baby Pingu song
Showing up in my house
But that's how memes are made don't let your memes be dreams
and yeah so the baby pangu song will soon be um infecting the airwaves of youtube and uh
tick tock and everything we already have 10 000 on tick tock we've only posted like five clips
like not even clips like just like stills and stuff like baby like like tiktok is ready for baby pangu tiktok is like yeah
you know and then when vine comes out and then like we have a following on tiktok and we can be
like don't worry baby pangu is alive on vine and all the stuff i'm making right now are six and a
half seconds like most of the marketing um that i'm doing for baby pangu is gonna be little square
uh looping six and a half second like little videos that'll work well as
GIFs as well. And then I make them into GIFs. And then, uh, we have a Giffy account as well.
It's all in the link tree, but if you go to this account and you go to the link tree, you see
everything in there and, uh, you can go to the Giffy account and there's only one GIF up right
now, but I'll be loading some up tonight and tomorrow. And, uh, you'll have all the GIFs
for the community. So it's really about like empowering the community and giving them the
tools they need to be able to share it and have it be on brand. We don't want people to have to
go into AI and make Fugazi Penguins and all this stuff and have it just be like, what is this brand?
It's all over the place. You know Fugazi Penguins over here, you know? We want to have like things
be on brand. We're going to give you guys the assets that you need. And we have a lot of assets.
You should see the Dropbox. Josh cooked. Carter was like, all right, you should stop and go work on other stuff.
He just kept going.
So much art.
I'm not complaining.
I love it.
It's like I have so much to share.
Did you say you're acid?
Oh, assets.
We're good at saying anything.
I'm sure eventually when he becomes a cultural figure, there will be like a sheet of baby
pangu blotter.
But, you know, we're not going to produce that.
That is off-brand.
I want to play.
I want to play.
You know what I mean?
Like, as it becomes a cultural thing, like Adventure Time, like Adventure Time, you know,
like blotter paper would be on brand at this point for them, you know, because they allowed
it to age up.
And yeah, so baby Pangu can age with its audience a little bit.
You know what I mean?
But it's not going to go suddenly to being 18 and up comedy and everything like that.
We have Percy Penguin for that.
We got a different penguin for that.
Don't worry.
You know, like he's an R-rated penguin.
Like Baby Pengu is not an R-rated penguin.
Yeah, that's why I clicked with Adventure Time.
So like, because when they launched, I was in seventh grade.
And Finn was the same age as me.
And then they let him grow with us as he went.
So it was cool, like, to see, like, during the pandemic, everybody's trying to figure out what the heck is going on.
Finn was like, hey, guys, I'm also 22 trying to figure out.
I'm also in the pandemic trying to figure this out.
It was crazy, bro.
That's things like that that people related.
Didn't they do zombies in Adventure Time for the pandemic?
Oh, bro, there's zombies.
Was there sugar zombies or something?
Yeah, there's the Candy Kingdom.
They all got turned into zombies.
They was eating each other.
Yeah, remember they were eating each other?
It was crazy.
That one was crazy.
Because they were all made of candy.
So it's not that horrifying, but it is.
You're like, oh my god.
And then they had
He's like,
I don't even know what Starchy really is.
But it's him.
It's Cinnabon.
Cinnabon was like, he went crazy because
he actually got taken over
mind control by the Lich.
So Cinnabon started eating everybody and he's like not really candy anyway he's a cinnamon bun so
like it was really really weird and then like his his story arc was cool because he ended up turning
into like a guardian for the fire kingdom like he left the candy kingdom it was like yeah bro you
too crazy to go here like lemon grabs he's a sour lemon head. They're like, yeah, you don't fit here, bro. And he's like, unacceptable. Unacceptable. This is why I need you in the
writer's room, my dude. Because Mojo understands the depth of Adventure Time, for example.
It's a great reference because we're not going to be visually looking like Adventure Time,
but the way that Adventure Time's comedy is paced, where the characters talk naturally,
and they genuinely make you laugh by saying stuff that a normal person would say
and like just being like a human right and so like we my one of my side goals besides educating the
kids is to have their parents who are millennials or my age um laugh and and like the show and be
like yo this show's actually funny like i don't you know like me and my kid can watch this together
they even did like bro they built the tower of babel in adventure time they're like finn
what are you doing he's like i'm going up here and i'm gonna punch my dad
but you know it's like we can educate and the ability to educate about economics
to children is going to be incredible. Like,
you know, like a fish normally costs five seashells, but right now there's less fish. So
when you go to the market, there's less fish, they're more expensive. So now they cost 10
seashells, you know, so they know to give their parents a break. If it's like, you know,
inflation's going on, you know, he teaches them about inflation at a young age, right? We never
got taught that stuff. We still don't teach that. You graduate high school, you have no financial literacy.
I love those type of lessons.
That's like when Finn's actually kind of scared.
They're like, bro, this is scary.
I'm not going.
No one's going.
And Finn's like, I'm scared too, but they need help and someone has to do it.
That's the type of stuff that's super cool.
Because he's like, bro, the whole time I'm scared.
That's our reality, bro.
Acknowledging the fear. there's no bravery without fear because when we on stage and stuff
like that and doing these tours around these random cities i'm like bro that shit's scary
honestly because i'm like bro i'm in the middle of bumblefuck alabama like yeah like you don't know
yo fellas guys um How's everybody doing?
Sounds like it's a party in here.
I'm sorry.
We're doing phenomenal.
I had to disappear for a bit.
I got Josh in the room here with us.
Why don't you bring Josh up and let Josh tell you how he came up with the story and the whole narrative of Baby Pangu.
Ladies and gentlemen, we have the one, the only Josh Pierce, the architect.
He drew baby Pengu. He drew all the characters.
He put together a ridiculous, ridiculous style guide and Dropbox of everything and everything you'd ever need.
It's a dream come true working with him. So I don't know how to if he's going to take it, take a mic.
I sent him a mic. You got to say his name three times like Beetlejuice.
Josh Pierce, Josh Pierce, Josh Pierce.
And I just wanted to say shout out to everyone who is buying on the chart.
We are at 218,000 market cap.
We were at this morning.
We were at about 80 something or something like that.
We were at 120 and we were at 80 a couple days ago.
By the way, I had a lot of homies on the back end.
It was like 4 o'clock in the morning.
And I was like, hey, y'all, get in here.
Just hold it.
Carter's not going to rug us.
They're going to see it today if they didn't get in yesterday.
And we're probably going to trigger some algorithms soon.
Because we are at a percentage increase.
Ridiculous percentage.
We're at a 90% increase.
What, for the month or for the week?
90% increase for the week. For the day, we're at, I think, 48.
43, but it's actually really higher because it's like, now it's counting. We started ripping more than 24 hours ago.
Yeah, but you know, it's that it's going up and holding.
We're up about 70% from where we were sitting at.
I'm in no rush for this thing to go parabolic.
I want to build a community of people that want to hold the token and grow with the token.
This isn't a quick in and out.
That's not what I want.
Please, anyone looking to pump and dump on this thing, please don't do that.
Find one of the other billion coins.
We want to build something together.
Let's do it together.
We'll build something together.
Only send it to the holding homies.
That's it.
That's it.
Josh, come up and say hello, buddy.
Josh, what's happening?
Ladies and gentlemen.
Hey, everyone.
There he is.
Ladies and gentlemen, Josh Pears,
the architect of Baby Pangu. Talk to us, Josh.
Well, I mean, the whole story and everything is basically an archetypal approach, you know, to a new problem.
And the one thing that has always been missing from the lore is lore behind meme coins.
There's no story.
There's no building.
It's just empty memes.
And I wanted to change that and actually give each character character.
Each one of them represents a specific trait of each type of person within the Web3 world.
And that's what I wanted to do.
So that way, it actually would relate to us all in one way, shape, or form.
It's so beautiful.
And that's what really attracted me to the project.
When I saw the character development sheet,
and I was like, oh, this is great.
They're all fleshed out.
And it gave me Winnie the Pooh vibes.
And Winnie the Pooh is one of my favorite things ever.
I've always loved it since I was four years old.
And Winnie the Pooh you know
there's whole books about the the Tattle of Pill and stuff where it's like each character represents
a different personality you'd find in the world right and I think that everyone's going to see
themselves in one of these characters right definitely and you know of course and that's
the whole thing it's all this whole thing is about growth and the journey and learning
lessons and you know evolving from being the stereotype because these characters can change
along with the story and the you know experiences that they have and we are all going through that you
know in the web 3 world in real life you know it's it's about real life lessons
as much as what three lessons exactly and if we're if we're doing our jobs
right you know what baby pengu is going through should reflect in real time what
you know the market is going through and everything and what people are going
through and like I love the way you guys map that out these different lessons throughout the story and that
the story can be you know something where the status quo of the story is the baby penguins and
the gang are are stranded and but it gives you know kind of land land before time type vibes
where they're trying to get back to their home and that can be as many episodes as you want it to be
you know going forever i mean there's so many so many i
mean i use so much to like actually influence because this is all this isn't off the top of
my head you know i have my inspirations and i have that saying that is a kind of a hot take you know
an artist that has no inspiration no inspiration is a liar and a cheat
um it's uh you have to know your heroes and i i dug deep into my childhood and
and the shows that i used to watch and what were your inspirations for this
um well i mean there's well winnie the pooh was one of them but you know there's there's hello
kitty there is the care bears there is especially the care bears that that's kind of like i loved
the care bears yeah um and you know i just looked at all the i i just thought about Kauai and what
narratives that Kauai
actually spoke.
What did they speak?
And what was the continual message
always have a smile
on your face and never stop fighting.
That was always the narrative Yeah, it's like that's a great life lesson too and it's kind of like um
I don't know if you ever saw the new cinderella movie that disney shout out to our sponsor our unofficial sponsor
Disney over here. Um, we've referenced disney so many times today
um, you know the cinderella movie Disney over here. We've referenced Disney so many times today. You know, the Cinderella movie.
The Cinderella movie, the theme of the movie is have courage and be kind.
You know, it's just a great message.
It's so simple, easy to remember.
It's like, you know, and I love that.
I love that that's cooked into this and ingrained into this.
And I think that it does give, you know, give me major major care bears vibes as well especially with the different colors and stuff and i liked how care bears everyone could
see themselves in one of the care bears you know like i'll often ask people in spaces like what
care bear are you and then i realized like oh most of these people are not you know above 30.
you know like that i was talking to so i didn't realize no one had an answer but you know like
i asked that a lot and the care bears are a significant part, I think, of a lot of our lives.
Dude, no shit. Boots just pulled out a vinyl, dude, a Care Bears vinyl. A Care Bears Christmas vinyl.
Yeah. Care Bears Christmas vinyl, bro. Like, I'm talking like...
Look, what else I have?
Care Bears tear.
Oh, damn it. Oh, this is on is on it oh this is the old little it's
a 45 winnie the pooh yeah winnie the pooh happy birthday winnie the pooh 45. i love it think about
think about what the cameras did generation like the care bears may be one of the main reasons why
you know the the um elder millennials and the in the uh latter generation xers are a bit like
more optimistic and kind-hearted than any the other
generations around them because they had things like that when they were being raised there was
just such an apathetic you know vibe late 80s and it was like you know the economy was collapsing
and i was you guys of course i also went the other side of things where there's that slapstick comedy aspect of it where you know
i looked into the original like pengu claymation and watch that series you know there's there's
stuff like gumby and pokey and you know the california raisins and, and different things like that where it has that slapstick accent,
Aspect to it.
A hundred percent.
I think that,
there's aspects of all of it in it.
And I would want to ask you like for everyone here,
where do you see baby Panku going in terms of the,
the brand? You know know if you could say okay
flash forward 10 years and we're here you know where do you see do you see it big in japan like
where do you see the scope of it going i i do see um a bigger like asian demographic being
interested in this because it is very relative to the sak, the, the, uh, uh, what is the name
Um, oh, shoot.
It's relative to Sakura.
I'm, my brain is a bit fried right now, but we've been working hard uh but yeah no i i i can see it on being like a
full animated series i can be a feature-length movie i can see it you know being you know, being, you know, an open world video game,
not just a nifty island, you know,
kind of like choose your own adventure kind of game.
Open world would be fun, like open world survival type game
because you're in the Arctic, you know?
Yeah, but it would also be kind of like choose your own adventure,
you know, and you could pick and choose, pick and choose what routes you go.
And depending on what...
Like Fallout, like your decisions influence what the options are later.
Yes, exactly.
So it goes with the life lessons of the narrative.
That's cool.
So it encourages you to act with integrity in the game as well.
Because it will mess up your choices later.
Like if you go around in Fallout and just blow off
a bunch of people's heads, those people aren't
available for crucial missions later in the game.
It becomes very hard to even play the game.
You're like, oh, all these people are
dead. You're looking it up online.
Talk to this guy. I shot him the first
three hours of playing the game.
I think it's really
cool to see, to think about where
because even frostbite yeah a bomidal snowman in the future could become an ally it's true
they have a you know a bigger common uh common enemy right and i think on some level like or
it could go the opposite route and fuddy could go into his dark days. I'm excited to explore Frostbite 2 as a villain, too, because the best villains are ones that are sympathetic,
which doesn't mean that you agree with them.
It just means you understand what they're doing.
You know what I mean?
Like Thanos, he made it easy to understand what his mission was, so you were like,
oh, well, I'm not siding with him necessarily, but I understand.
It's not like he's just plotting weird stuff.
So it's like the Grinch, for example.
The Grinch was technically the villain of his own movie, right?
But he wasn't.
He was the hero of his movie, but the villain was the mayor.
But you understand why the Grinch is the way he is.
And that goes with the classics like Rocky and Bullwinkle.
The villains, you love the villains in Rocky and Bullwinkle. The villains, you love the villains
in Rocky and Bullwinkle.
Yeah, Natasha and Boris.
It's blown up me.
Moose and squirrel.
Yeah, like all of those.
I mean, I grew up watching
so many cartoons. It's probably why I grew up to have
an animation studio. And the classic, Wile E.
I was about to say, Elmer Fudd was kind of of a villain but you saw him hooping with them on space jam
exactly and so i'm excited just to explore like the the the frostbite character and why he decides
to you know like like he's miserable he he doesn't know how to make friends and he never learned how
to make friends so he just isolates himself into the cave and then he hates the penguins and he hates everyone being so happy and playing like the grinch because he's making himself
yeah he isolated himself and most of the time those people are like that but actually frostbite was
loosely uh loosely built off of the abominable snowman from Yes, I love it.
I forgot his name.
The old Claymation cartoons.
The old Claymation Christmas cartoons.
Oh, from ABC.
The Rudolph Threat. Yeah, the guy that did the California Raisins.
What was it? Mr. Freeze and Mr. Hot or something like that?
Was it Max Fleischer?
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Who was it?
The guy who was like the ice dude?
Yeah, I remember that.
It's like a fever dream now.
Yeah, he's all blue.
He's got the hooked nose.
Oh, Jack Frost.
Isn't he Jack Frost in that one?
But yeah, I see aspects of that, obviously,
because it's that winter world.
And then story-wise, thematically and narratively,
I see aspects of Land Before Time,
because kids all banding together to form a new family
to try to find their old family.
And then Rugrats, these unaccompanied minors going off and getting into it
even even deeper it's it's the island of misfits toys yeah totally that's what
we call web 3 as well mr. toys I mean that's been making a joke for a long
time and it's just like it is and you know I'm a little drummer boy but the
truth is like that's what this collection of characters is.
And I'm excited to add new characters and things like that as we bring new people onto the show.
Because it's like the fact that anyone could appear out in the distance in the Antarctic Tundra.
And so you have this ability for these walk-on characters and these moments where it's like,
hey, this person's being played by this person.
It's going to be a lot of fun especially letting musicians come in and say hey you know like even a walk-on character like I was coming up with one for mojo that I thought
would be really cool like an Antarctic wolf that's a white wolf you name him ghost and he's just like
there in the background some episodes and he shows up and then like he gives them a little you know
like a cryptic you know cryptic in the beginning of the episode you know the cryptic knowledge that they'll
need for the end of the episode no i have a i have a lot of ideas for characters um
like i initially i was actually going to make orchid a narwhal
oh i would love a narwhal character i was thinking about that too because in my timeline
they weren't real like when i grew up narwhals were i was thinking about that too because in my timeline they weren't
real like when i grew up narwhals were just a um cryptozoological creature and then somewhere
along the lines i slipped timelines or whatever and now they're real and i'm like what and they
were always real it's like huh what are unicorns what are narwhals kind Kind of crazy. I was actually thinking of making
that character
with a rainbow horn
to make it look more like a unicorn.
Oh, I love that.
Rainbow horn, that would go crazy.
That would be one of the best-selling plushies.
It really would.
A narwhal corn.
A narwhal corn.
He's like a unicorn whale he's like the biggest whale
you know what I mean like the billionaire whale
he's the unicorn
the narwhal comes in
he's like for the real deep sea advice
but yeah I mean there's things
I kind of like the idea of like
maybe like I don't know if you have any seal characters,
but we were talking about what kind of danger
and elements of danger would be in the show.
And I've always been playing with the idea in my mind
about if the penguins fall in the water,
there are seals who aren't really trying to eat them,
and then they get back on the land.
You never show a baby penguin getting eaten.
Well, there can always be a baby shark
dude that would be funny that's what they're scared of is the sharks
because yeah i mean there are shark characters you know i mean dolphin characters you get into
because it's in the ocean right in the antarctic like there's so many sea creatures in your act as well right you can have little shrimp you can have fish you know
and you know i i think it's i think it's something that as we continue to build and it just becomes so
so big it becomes a thing where if you want to engage with and add to the show and kind of
contribute to the the building of the show and ideas and things like that. And you want to, like, shape the show's creation.
That's what Web 3 is for.
I would like to add that these characters were not made blindly.
Like, I did a lot of psychographic and demographic research
based off of personality traits and who they target
and, you know, what they like, what they don't like, and, you know,
who these characters should be and how far we should go with their personalities and
what aspects should we hit upon more.
A lot of people forget about that when it comes to building.
People don't realize how much research goes into creating
characters for cartoons just like I mean look at it this way and each character
is their own brand exact exactly exactly right so we are basically making a brand
of brands yeah it's a it's a bigger brand that
supports a bunch of sub-brands that that resonate with people on a personal level because those
characters embody their traits of how they self-identify and the bigger brand becomes like
the collection of those you know different print and i think i was talking to carter today about it
like you know whether or not in the nft
collection we include the other animals not just penguins you know or if we do maybe you know
separate collections you know for the different animals like a whale collection a walrus collection
right and like have different versions and traits and stuff like that so the penguin collection could
be just the penguins yeah it's all doable yeah and it would
be easier for me on the trade side right because then it's like i don't have to deal with like
hey these you know because we were talking about it like making the traits for the
different shaped animals is going to be a different animal no pun intended yeah
yeah you can't use the same traits it has to be it has to be the anatomy exactly the anatomy is all messed up it's not the same body
exactly so it could be cool you know you do like a you know a bigger collection of the penguins of
the baby penguins and then you do like a smaller collection of whales that's like way more expensive
you know what i mean and that's the whale collection and you could have a narwhal in
there make it the unicorn like there's a one of one narwhal in there there's only one narwhal
which would be incredible the person like rocking the narwhal would be like that's the that's the goat right there you know i think it's i think it's gonna be really cool to see people contribute
to the show and and shape it and and add to it and everything and that's what web3 is for and
if you want to just passively watch you have all the web2 channels but i think we're going to be one of the few web 3 brands that stays with people even after
they leave x and they leave spaces and stuff and they stop and that's partially where i was
influenced because i also looked at like you know i i was kind of like inspired by seeing cool cats
in nft nyc you know and but still there there there was no narrative they were just empty bodies
exactly and that and that's the problem you know and josh i was saying before i came into web3
three years ago um almost to the day and my may 4th was like my day i put everything into crypto
and then crypto fell off the cliff on may 4th. So I bought like right before everything fell off the cliff.
But, you know, I got here in Web3 to be like, hey, I have this company.
Stay tuned.
We do animation and development of animated properties and comedy.
And why don't we work with some of these PFP projects who have, you know, the money and the funding and they've collected all this money from all these people who bought their NFTs.
They got to have some money, right? So like why wouldn't they fund an animated show and it was like i got
here and you know told people about it and it wasn't even that they didn't even know me because
like once i got to know people i still kept pitching that but the truth was like everything
fell off a cliff right when i got here and so it was like the start of the bear market was like
a week after I got here and
During the bear there wasn't a lot of people building
You know there was the builders market quote-unquote, but there wasn't a lot of people actually
You know doing things like that and wanting to build it up and you know You go would put out like a flashy other side trailer every now and then to you know to keep their investors good
But like besides that there was no one really besides stoner cats
Meela Kunis and Ashley Kutcher and them there was no one doing animation and doing an animated series
and stoner cats they kind of like they got sued and abandoned it and everything like that
but the model itself i mean we're not going to do a token gated model right away but there could be
special episodes that are only for the holders that only they can see if we want to produce
those too you know what i mean it's like and like, and that's why, that's why I believe, I mean,
this can be adapted into the web two world. And, you know, I was, I mean,
I've, I've spoken to this before, you know, it's, it's the web three community,
but it can also be the web two community.
If we set up like a Patreon or something of the sort where it's a great point that's a really great point
you know i didn't even think about patreon for this and that's a great point because
the truth is there's going to be people there's going to be like a patreon to web3 pipeline
you know where they're going to be the same type of people who want to support and then they're
going to like learn about the x spaces and learn about what we do here and they're like oh my god
and there's a coin and there's nfts and there's well this is great and you know and especially if we figure out a way with you know when we figure
out what we're going to do with the tokenomics based on your guys you know advice um we'll say
hey you know there's this revenue coming in from youtube or from merch or from whatever uh and and
have that coming back to feed into the ecosystem it gets it gets crazy because like you know imagine
if you saw this brand from web 2 and you saw it and it was like at the local mall and you know you
saw it on the shelf and you're like oh baby pink and you scan the qr code and you went to the website
and you started to dive down the rabbit hole and you were like wait a second this is a web 3 brand
this is a crypto thing and i can actually like like hold this coin that's you know sharing in
profits from the growth of this empire oh that's nuts oh hold this coin that's you know sharing in profits from
the growth of this empire oh that's nuts oh that's crazy like and you know what i mean so it becomes
this different thing but and they start to see like oh i saw it out in web 2 i see it all over
they don't call it web 2 right because i saw it out in the world and so yeah we can be that thing
we can be the thing that when you shut off web 3 for the day and say i'm done with crypto for the
day no more trading too much dj and stuff i'm done you go on youtube and you go on instagram or
tiktok you go sit down on the couch and you know and we're popping up we're popping up on your
youtube feed we're popping up in your tiktok feed we're popping up in your instagram feed
and making you feel happy and making you laugh and making you smile and you're like
we're the only web three brand that you're engaging with when you're not in Web3.
You know, like we go home with you.
Like everyone else stays here.
That is my point exactly.
Yeah, you climb into your bed with your baby Pengu pajamas on.
And you pull up your baby Pengu, you know, sheets.
I have contemplated the idea of doing adult onesies.
No, we need to do that. Carter mentioned it before. I was like, yes.
Dude, I'll perform all my hip-hop shows like that.
Baby pengu onesie, bro.
My bars are getting good enough that I can perform in a bunny outfit.
Like, that was actually my goal. i don't know if it told you that
like my goal was like become so good that you could perform as mc bun bun i have this character
named mc bun bun and he's just a bunny he's like a bunny mask on and then just blow up this character
mc bun bun and then it's like mf doom and i don't gotta be mc bun bun i'll be like mojo i got a show
down in fucking texas you want to be mc bum bun he's
like yeah but you know what i mean like mf doom used to do that shit all the time like there's
tons of people who thought they saw mf doom and they didn't they saw like asap rock playing mf
doom or someone else like you know like someone he was friends with it was like yeah you want to
play mf doom for the night he's like yeah you know all the lyrics of course
so it's that like it's the it's like the daft punk model right and so i think you know being able to being able to like rap with a onesie on of a cute little penguin it's a different level of of of
being hard that's all i gotta say havoc what you thinking man and a little bit i want to wrap it
up because i don't want this space to be too long where people can't get replay value out of it and we've been going for three hours
guys yeah nobody likes the time by the way the community has no problem doing a three-hour space
like instantly oh yeah no i was gonna i was gonna say uh you know a really good um a really good um
bridging technique for the um just for just for you know web 2 in general is uh you know okay so we have you know how we
have po apps right you know the po app yeah yeah so like there's a way that we can actually you
can you can actually um you can have an implement a qr code right you scan the qr code and you
receive a po app for that right so what if the po apps instead of just being like a single image
the po apps were like portions of stories or the entire story?
Yeah, so you scan the QR code that comes on a product.
You get your little merchable or whatever.
We can make collectible web comics and have people collecting NFTs
and not realizing they're collecting NFTs.
Exactly, and not even know it.
I collected this web comic because I bought some Baby Penguin merch or whatever, And how you're collecting NFTs and not realizing they're collecting NFTs. Exactly. And not even know it. See, because the wallet-
I collected this webcomic because I bought some baby penguin merch or whatever.
And then like, you know what I mean?
And now it's worth a bunch of money because I'm older now and I found out, or my parent found out that it's an NFT.
Yeah, exactly.
You know, you never even have a wallet.
You know, it never even has to be called or considered an NFT.
See, NFTs are going to be, they're so like bridgeable and like adaptable.
You know what I mean?
I mean, the use case is like outrageous.
Think about it like that model you just laid out.
There's another aspect that we've been kind of like touching on, me and Cristiano, and I mentioned this to carter is actually having baby pengu go live
yes we were talking about that earlier because someone asked we mentioned uh abstract chain
and minting the nft and abstract chain and someone asked if we're going to use abstracts no no as as
like a vtuber no yeah that's what i'm saying so i don't know if you know but abstract is a live
streaming platform it's not just a blockchain it's a live streaming platform oh so yeah so it would be going live on abstract as baby pengu well i was i was
thinking more like twitch because that's the biggest demographic you could simulcast
but yeah yeah there's great tools like because
pengu is already rigged we just need to put them together that's all exactly and that
don't take too much because i'm pretty sure that quite a few people here are already uh you know
on twitch or on abstract or you know otherwise or at least has the uh ability to connect you know
oh that's that's another thing that I do.
Josh, and now I know why you have so many damn accounts, bro.
Like, yeah, you've got, you do so much, dude.
It's insane.
Like, honestly, I had no idea that you got down with, like, the visual arts.
I mean, I knew what you did, like, with music production and everything.
I mean, I've known about that.
But I didn't know that you,
uh, like what I just,
as you were introduced earlier into the show today,
I was like,
you gotta be fucking.
I was like,
are you fucking kidding me?
I was like,
I was like,
I'm a multi-discipline creative and it's,
it's hard to get that across to people because everybody is so used to, you know, being pushed into a niche because social media platforms make you become a niche of a niche.
And exactly.
It's ridiculous because that's now how that's not how artists should be, period.
They should be open to do whatever they want whenever they want to, to release that creativity into the world.
Yeah, let us get the creative demons out of us, guys.
Don't let us.
So I wanted to say something really quick before I forgot it with what Havoc was talking about with the QR code.
So imagine, you know, let's say your QR code scanning, you know, the merch or whatever you find a way to do it, like the NFC tap or whatever.
And you say, OK, now the person who owns this thing, they can go and they can claim this webcomic and the the webcomics an nft but they don't know it
but when they claim it now it's minting it right so every person who does that that's going to
create the supply of that nft so let's say there's 2 000 people who do that so now there's 2 000 nfts
minted in that collection but how many or let's say there's 10 000 whatever how many people are
actually going to know their nfts and go and buy and sell them so then that creates a secondary
market because you know
there's more out there that is just like locked in and then only a few people are selling and
buying and selling them it makes it like a collection where it's like hey 80 of this is
like diamond handed you know yeah so it's very interesting or same thing with tokens you know if
you allow people to you know they get the tokens by scanning something or whatever and then just
have them and they never touch them because they don't even
realize then those are locked up.
Those are basically just locked because those people are never going to even
realize that they had a crypto thing.
You know, there's a, I mean, there's, that's a seriously, I mean,
leverage that's a very leverageable, you know, component of web three that,
that, you know, like I said,
you don't even have to do airdrops to people who don't know how to cash up. Yeah. You know,
cause I mean, honestly, I'm really like the pull app mechanism. It's no different than a coupon
mechanism that people already use. And they, they scan codes and they, you know, people,
I mean, people know how to scan QR codes. I mean, that's something that's like very,
I mean, very, if everyone, if everyone used a coupon, it would put every business out of business.
If everyone who got that coupon used it, all of those businesses would go under, but they know that the percentage of people that use it is so consistent.
It's like 1% or whatever, you know, that they don't, they're not going to have to risk that.
They're not going to risk having to pay all those coupons.
You know, but now she's.
That's how the US dollar works.
I just explained it.
It's no longer an actual coupon that's exchangeable for a cash value or redeemable.
And now instead, it's just access to content.
They're losing nothing.
Exactly right.
And so I just realized that I was going to be like, oh, I'm going to count this show as expert advice.
And I just realized that I've been doing this in the Baby Pango account.
So I actually have to still do expert advice tonight, guys.
So I think we should wrap this up because it's been about three hours and I don't want there to be a very long show for people to watch if they're watching on replay.
You know, I want the replay value to be really good.
But this was an incredible first space for the Baby Pangu community, I just got to say.
Yeah, it was awesome.
Thanks, everybody, for coming out.
Josh, great seeing you out here.
And again, bravo, Josh.
Cristiano, fantastic.
Thank you, everybody, for showing up.
Let's build a beautiful community together and have a lot of fun and do a lot of good at the same time words let's exactly do that sorry i was uh in the other screen and i couldn't get back to my
to my microphone um yeah and i just wanted to give you guys an update we are at about uh
220 we're at 219.85 thousand market cap so yep 220 we just hit it we19,000 market cap. So, yep, $220,000. We just hit it.
We are at $220,000 market cap.
My personal goal was $250,000 today.
So we're getting close to where I wanted it to be.
And every day I'm going to set goals for myself and everything.
But today my personal goal was getting enough people to know about it and getting up to $250,000.
It's not always about the chart, but I do want to support the chart early on and just help, you know, with what I can do on that side, because you guys know me as someone who's a good cheerleader for coins. So I'm happy to be a
cheerleader for this one because I've been cheerleaders for coins that I never even got
paid to be there. And now I actually, you know, I'm a company man. So we're going to make sure
that this thing stays solid. And it's awesome because our holders are still under 300.
Yeah, 287.
So you guys are still like literally as early as early could be.
And now we're going to go out and, you know, I'm going to do my space after this.
I'll probably do a Vine Tribe space because we've got the Baby Pengu space, you know, like we're separating them.
And later on we'll do collective space.
It was just for the first space.
I wanted to let the Baby Pengu space be Baby Pengu so i'm gonna go do a vine space and then later tonight
i'm gonna be uh in spaces all night uh while i'm working on art in the background and just
talking to people about the project letting them know so it's not really gonna end i don't know
if carter's getting up early or if josh is getting up early but we'll have one of us
someone in the team uh will be up early tomorrow, also going to the morning spaces.
I'm always up early and late.
Yeah, I was going to say, maybe it's me.
I think I'm sleeping three hours tonight.
But, yeah, we'll go to the morning spaces.
And then tomorrow we have Violetta's space at 2 p.m.
So we're going to talk about that.
And Violetta said yes to being on the project.
So I've got to lock everything down with her and everything.
And maybe we'll do a call tomorrow if you want Carter, like tomorrow morning or something
with Violetta and just talk to her about the project. But yeah, we'll definitely be talking
about it in her music space. And then, yeah, every single space, if you guys are in a space and
you're on stage, mention the project and just be like, hey, some cool people are building a Web 2,
you know, Trojan horse for web three
that's gonna bring people in oh rob gump rob how you feeling bro good i was i was working and half listening but so excited i'm a i'm a you know large holder in our community at this point
so happy to be here i just wanted to say tracking your metrics i i looks like we got about 40 new
holders today that might be a more important early metric that's a great great work thank you
i mean and we haven't even this is just you know the first space this one hasn't even
word hasn't even really gotten around yet man it could be crazy you know and i think it's a good
metric to track maybe you know um i'm gonna say maybe a
thousand holders by the end of the week good solid metric to go for you know i like to give myself
benchmarks if i don't hit it i don't i don't you know chastise myself but i i usually hit them
you know like and these are goals it's like the difference between a dream and a goal is a deadline
like the difference between a dream and a goal is a deadline.
You know what I mean?
Like you got to make a deadline.
You got to,
you got to make a key performance indicator,
what you want to hit.
but I think you're right.
That's a great metric.
And I think that like,
I just want to make sure that my people are eating and winning.
And I'm glad that you,
you jumped in yesterday and I'm sure you're obviously up from that.
And I think it's just the main challenge is going to just be teaching people and telling people that, you know, on this one, you're going to have to buy some green candles
because we don't have a lot of people who are selling, you know, like if you look, there's not
really red candles after that. It's just goes green candles, green candles, green candles. So
it's like people get nervous buying like a giant green candlestick,
especially on the daily.
This thing's just a giant green candlestick.
But when we continue tomorrow and tomorrow we do the full onslaught,
that's why I held back some of the content today.
I let today be about the space.
But when we hit it with the content tomorrow,
when we start going nuts and posting stuff and hosting spaces and jumping up
and taking over people's shows and talking about Baby Pengu,
it's going to be a frenzy. So I'm glad that we had a chance to like sit and talk calmly
so you guys can understand what's going on with the project because tomorrow we can actually go
crazy with it and tonight so so rob thank you man i'm honored to have you on board man like you're
you're the freaking heart of the vine tribe, bro. Like honestly,
so you're fitting, fitting right in over here.
I wrote you the day that I liked that Virginia pump fun coin about, um,
the lady who died, who was a victim of Epstein trafficking.
But yeah, I mean, this, this fits into the kind of thing i'm looking for you know
good mission thanks for doing this of course man thank you for you know jumping in and it definitely
good mission and it's like good mainstream appeal and that's what i think our was our bull case for
vine too um and our investment thesis for vine for me for sure was the mainstream appeal of it of
having a token that's you know held, held by, you know, like held
by a bunch of people, but then it's like, if Vine comes out and it's held by a bunch of people in
their hand, it becomes crazy, right? So BabyPeng is the same thing. It's like, we can get into
all of those social networks. We're already in all those social networks. You don't need a pie,
right? Like we're already there. They want content. They want what we have. So it's going
to be very easy to spread on there. And then, yeah, those, those metrics just become more and
more social proof. And we'll continue to put out those, those metrics and that data to you guys
and just say, Hey, you know, now we have 10,000 TikTok followers. Now we have 20,000. Now we have
40,000, now we have 50,000. Hey, our YouTube subscribers are up to 20,000. And we'll let you
guys know how to rate. And maybe we'll figure out a system.
I'll talk to you about this offline, Carter, but like a marketing system, like rewarding people for rating certain YouTube videos and stuff like that.
You know, whether it's in tokens or some kind of like participatory token that you swap into tokens.
But it could be cool.
You know, it's not really not a bad idea.
So we're going to look into that.
I want to say thank you guys so much for coming to the Baby Pangu launch party.
I'm going to play some cute music.
This is how we started the space.
And I'll be doing Expert Advice in probably like, give me like an hour and a half to kind of reset myself.
Maybe a half hour.
I'll do it in a half hour.
I can do it in a half hour.
Give me a half hour i'll do it in a half hour i can do it in a half hour give me a half hour
i'll uh i'll fire up another space and we'll get the uh get another show going um we'll fire up a
vine space yeah um but yeah i'm gonna play us out with the where'd the music go oh no hold down
there it is play us out with some music i liked I liked this one better this was a better
