Thank you. Music Thank you. I'm going to go to the next video. Thank you. all right hey everyone thanks for being punctual just want to check if you guys can hear me
Just want to check if you guys can hear me.
Cool. Maiga, I can hear you as well.
Okay, cool, cool. All good, all good.
Looks like all the speakers are present now, so we will start.
Welcome to B&B Day Special Expays.
We've got Eurexa, AI View, and Maiga here with us today. My name is Esther
and I'm hosting today on behalf of B&B Chain. Thank you everyone for tuning in. This is a really
exciting time for us. And as you guys may already know from the title, B&B Chain is about to turn
five years old this year, which is really, really huge as it symbolizes almost half a decade of growth since 2020.
And over these five years, we've gone from launching BNB Smart Chain, BSC, in 2020
to building one of the largest blockchain ecosystem today.
So it's really awesome to see so many people with us today,
all the builders and partners and members, community members who have been with
us today. We do have a couple of online and offline activities that are live right now.
And with this X-Space being also one of the celebrations and, you know, in this spirit
with today, we've actually invited three builders with us building in the AI and DeFi
space to share their journey today. We mostly look back on
you know how they've started, what they're working on right now, what they're busy with
and also what the future kind of holds for them for the next couple of months and even five years
ahead. So before we officially begin I want to give a very important disclaimer that nothing
said here is financial advice and you should
always always do your own research before interacting with any web trade protocols or
products. All right. And yeah, for now, I think it's time to kick it off with some guest introductions.
So why don't we start with Eurexa?
Hello. Hello. Can you hear me?
Yep. Can you hear me? Yep, can you hear you?
My name is Nicky and I'm from Eureka AI.
Eureka AI is a platform for the online collaboration of the robots on the blockchain.
And this is my introduction.
Next, shall we go with AI View?
Could you introduce yourself, please, and share an overview of AI View?
Yeah. First of all, yeah, thanks for having us here.
It's actually a pleasure to be a part of this.
And I'm Ra, the core contributor of AI Ville.
And, you know, for those who are just actually new and just don't know us,
AI Ville is actually a, you know, a generative AI gaming world
And where, you know, agents don't just like exist they're trainable they live
interact and evolve directly on chainfully agree on that and unlike the traditional NPCs that follow
like fixes scripts nothing would just be changing or statistics no our agents can remember reflect
and also grow and their choices ripple across the town and you know shaping the reflections
the thing that will just be saying out there their priorities and even the way the world
is a response yep that's it from me thanks nice that's good to hear thanks ra and welcome
to the x space and last but not least we have maiga hey thanks esther thanks uh to bmp Hey, thanks Esther. Thanks to BNB Chain for the invite. And of course, good morning GM, good afternoon, good evening to all the community members. And of course, to my fellow speakers, AIVIL and of course Eurexa AI.
My name is Victor. I'm the CEO and co-founder for MyGa.ai. MyGa.ai, we are building AI agent for DeFi and crypto trading.
We have been live on BNB chain for the last four to five months.
And I'm very glad to be here today to share more about the progress, the building journey,
and what we are doing and what is exciting about us at MyGa.ai building on BNB chain.
Thanks for the introduction, Victor,
and welcome to the space as well.
Super exciting lineup over here.
And yeah, now that we're done
with the intros, I want to
actually do a quick throwback
for all the projects here.
So I believe Eurexa, AIVU, and Myga
all had their own unique journeys
as well. So I want to do a little sort of rewind and jump into that.
So maybe Victor, if you could share your story, how did you get into Web3 yourself?
How did MyGa started as well?
And also, you can share about the route to deployment on BNB Chain.
I will try to keep it short, right?
You know, it's like a three question
talking about the journey into one.
So let me do a little bit of a quick
introduction about myself.
I'm a product manager and came from the
FinTech and technology background.
I used to run innovation and product development
within the banking system itself more than 10 years ago.
So I'm very experienced to actually build product,
but I am an entrepreneur and a software engineer myself,
and I like to solve problems.
And that is where I discovered blockchain and crypto and Web3
back in 2016, back in 2017,
when even Binance just started, right?
So, but I've been building ever since.
It's just blockchain and distributed ledger is part of my blood
and how we actually wanted to contribute to the Web3 space.
And I've been here ever since.
We have been building DeFi for a long time, since 2020, 2021.
So during this journey of building DeFi,
we are actually one of the pioneers in this space.
We were building many, many things, right?
From like DeFi protocols, smart contract,
understanding about how blockchain works
and so forth and smart contract.
And of course, during this process,
we also learned about what user actually wants. And of course, during this process, we also learned about what user actually wants.
And of course, we also saw the tremendous growth
of the BNB chain from five years ago.
Because of that, we have been building DeFi
We understand what it takes and what the user wants.
Because at the end of the day,
it's all about building to solve
the customer's pain point and problem.
And one of the biggest things that we saw is actually how to simplify crypto trading and DeFi investing for the normal users.
Me, myself, as being a normal crypto user, myself, I feel that sometimes building and using DeFi protocols are very complex.
Because we have to understand about all the risks, we have to understand about the technology,
we have to understand about how do we use DeFi protocol through Web3, smart contract,
wallet integration, and more. So at MyGa, we want to solve this problem by using AI agent, because we believe that AI agent actually simplify this process to make it easy for the normal web free users to use into DeFi and crypto.
And because of that, we actually started to build on BNP chain, kind of like the AI agent beginning of the year.
like build AI agent on beginning of the year.
And we saw that, you know, we choose one of the chain to build on.
And we have decided to actually go all in and build on BNB chain.
And we have never regretted ever since, right?
And, you know, looking at where we are today, the progress,
working with BNB chain is a no-brainer, right, for us.
So, yeah, at MyGa, we wanted to help more people to build,
to get into a factory space, to do into crypto and DeFi,
our wire AI agent on the MyGuard through BNB.
Wow, thanks for sharing Victor. That's very inspiring and I love how you're one of the
early OGs from the early days as well. And it is true that DeFi at this stage is still pretty
complex, right, for the masses. So yeah, I love how you guys are actually building
AI agents to solve that issue.
Really, really nice story.
Why don't we go with Nicky next from Urexa?
Would you like to share your story, share Urexa's story,
and tell us how you all started?
So Urexa was born from a very simple but powerful idea.
That is, the crypto market needs real value anchors
and robot technology needs capital
and ecosystem support to really grow.
So by bridging robots on chain
as independent economic units,
we are creating something different.
It is not just another AI plus blockchain story.
What we are doing is about democratizing robotics.
It is making it possible for everyone from everyday crypto users to professional engineers to take part in
and benefit from the automation revolution.
So when we brought our project to the BSC mainnet,
I think the biggest change we faced wasn't technical at all.
It was about user growth.
The biggest problem is that how do we convince people that our project has real long-term potential? How do we help retail investors who might not
understand much about AI or robotics to see the real value behind what we are building? These are not easy questions,
and we are still actively exploring solutions. But what keeps us going is the belief that by
solving these challenges, we can build a bridge between blockchain and real-world robotics.
a bridge between blockchain and real-world robotics. We can create an ecosystem that
is open, sustainable and valuable for everyone. That is the view I want to share with you.
Thanks, Nikki. Thanks for sharing. I really like how you touch on democratization
as one of the biggest ethos in Web3.
And yeah, I love how your team values that a lot.
Next, we have Ra, would you like to share?
That's actually a good story to just be pitting on that.
So first of all, if I just wanted to be like on the starting point that ai
really just like started like just an experiment just like the test so the question was could our
ai characters our ai just living living just in the town remember the most important of the most
thing and on top of that can they interact with real people that was that was the main thing
not just remembering because anyone can remember any agent can remember, can they interact with real people? That was the main thing. Not just remembering, because anyone can remember.
And, you know, and the early days were just, like, messy.
Like, agents forgot their names and conversations were just, like, looped.
Everything was just, like, you know, on the translation stuff.
And the gas costs on testnet was just, like, stung it.
But what we pushed forward, and what we pre-pushed forward
and because we believe users deserved more than just,
you know, something like an NPC, something static,
And they deserve like living source
because user experiments and, you know, users,
things that they just feel,
that's the most important marketing tip as a marketer,
as a person who is just like,
want to be contributing always. That's the most important thing that you have to always be having it as
a founder as a person who's just like in charge of something and you know step by step just we
just get through and you know logan our one of our agents like set policies rj's like drop beats and
you know and step by step people just felt that they're part of the world. And, you know, from day one, user experience actually was our North Star.
So if we rebuild from reworking memory storage on BME change, optimizing like game flows, coming down like to questions like, will this make the community experience better?
We slowed down like the hype and we needed when needed.
down like the hype and we needed the we when needed and because the culture trust trust and
transparency matter more and you know that was actually keeping and making two people just get
back and you know that's where aiville actually aiv comes in it's more than a token it's the glue of
the town players just use it for governance gameplay and mini games just like tavern building and you know the token actually connects the labor
trade the story so when the agents act the economy just reacts simple and you know more importantly
it gives players a stake in the narrative every action every decision shapes the story and you
know now live on bmv chain this is like it's is the beginning of the scale.
Our focus is just, you know,
growing with the community,
building more ways for players
showing the broader Web3 world
if I can sum up, like up what the three speakers just said,
I think the common thing I'm hearing is that all three speakers here,
every project is solving for railroad issues right now,
and using AI technology to do that, just the main thing I'm hearing.
So at this point, I want to take a step back and talk about milestones,
since we're celebrating this this bnb day
and i kind of want to spotlight how much bnb chain has grown in the past five years
and just to highlight you know a few milestones this year alone starting in march this year we've
had the bnb goodwill alliance that was introduced to reduce malicious meV and he actually successfully reduced sandwich attacks by 95%
which I believe has benefited a lot of users from losing unnecessary funds and two months later in
May 2025 BSC's DAX daily trading volume ranked number one across all chains, recording $13.3 billion. And one month later in June,
we've got the Maxwell hard fork
that slashed block times on BSC
which of course allowed for
a much better user experience overall
and a better efficiency as well
which is just this month in August,
BNB Chain's total value log to TVL
has recorded over $14 billion
with the total unique addresses of BSC
surpassing over $600 million.
we have around about 5,000 live projects,
of course, including the ones that are here today.
And yeah, it's kind of insane growth when you think about it.
But, you know, none of these milestones will be possible without the builders and the partners
and the community members who are tuning in today.
So right now, I want to turn it over to the guests here.
And I'm curious to know, right, if you could share some milestones that you guys have achieved
this year in 2025 for the community members who are listening right now.
It could be, you know, any data related, any new launch or even like your first community event, right?
Share some good news with us.
Why don't we start with Victor this time?
So to share some of the journey that we have been building with Maiga on BNB chain,
reflecting what we have been doing so far and what is the present we are doing. So one of the key
factors before we decide to build on BNB chain is actually on the longevity, sustainability,
and support that we get from the chain itself.
And of course, that includes the community, the active users,
and the overall growth trajectory that we can see for the next five years.
And we actually just come up to a decision.
It's a very simple decision.
There's only a few big chains out there that support smart contracts.
And of course, just by naming names, we have the BSC ecosystem,
then we have the Solana ecosystem, then we have the BASE ecosystem,
and of course, the upcoming SUE ecosystem.
But among everybody, being us in Asia, trying to build this to actually fulfill this,
we realized that BNB is actually one of the best choices that we have.
Because we have been through this process, looking at the development cycle,
looking at all the innovation,
looking at all the support that we have.
We through BNB, we saw that and we realized that choosing BNB,
and we wanted to go all in,
to quote me, on BNB chain.
we also actually very active on OP BND.
So some of the things that we have milestone that we've been building since beginning of the year,
when we actually pivoted from building a DeFi infrastructure to AI agent is, as I mentioned,
we understand and we realize that AI agent have the capability and the knowledge to solve many of these issues
of the users interacting with the DeFi protocol.
For the OGs in DeFi, we do not need to educate them.
They already know how to farm, how to swap, how to leverage their money to get the best return for them,
either swap stake or deploying LP, right? But the industry will not grow without having more people to actually participate
and, of course, crypto trading growth, right?
And to do so, it is still very complex.
They need to either do KYC at the centralized exchanges.
Of course, they also need to interact
with different smart contract wallets,
and need to sign up and remember their seed phrase.
they also need to understand
solve all of this problem
over time. And AI is actually the team and we know that AI agent could actually solve all of these problems over time.
And AI is actually the team, and we know that AI is getting better and better, right?
Through the LLMs, through different AI agentic models, a framework, and so forth.
And that is where we realized that, yes, MyGuard is there to solve this problem, and we have been building since the beginning of the year.
So some of the milestones that we have been achieving so far is very simple, right?
So some of the milestones that we have been achieving so far is very simple, right?
We launched on the main net on the month of April,
and we have a steady growth over time, climbing around 10% weekly growth.
We have around 20,000 to 30,000 daily active users now.
Not a lot, but sufficient users using our product.
At the peak, we have like 25,000 daily active users.
And of course, we also understand that many people just tried it out.
There's a lot of people who signed up,
of course, through the campaigns and so forth.
And in the last four or five months,
we achieved almost like 900 over 1,000 active on-chain user
who signed up to MyGa AI agent.
Some of this technology that we've been building includes we actually have built an MPC wallet infrastructure
on the OP BNB chain itself.
And that actually makes it easy
because the AI agent could just use the MPC wallet,
which is safe and secure,
and the AI agent would be able to help them to do analysis,
to do trading, to do swaps.
And of course, in the future, to also deploy money into different DeFi protocols.
So these are some of the milestones and the data we have been doing.
And of course, we have more upcoming as well, right?
But I will just summarize here on the journey that we have since beginning of the year.
That, my God, we are thinking about sustainability.
We are thinking about growth, but we are thinking about long term.
That is the most important thing.
Because AI technology will change over time, they will improve.
But what matters the most is how do we solve the user's problem?
As Paul Graham from White Combinator says, make something people want.
And that is the ethos that we have when it comes to development.
We are not just going to build and build and build at the end of the day with fancy tech
We want to keep it simple.
We want to solve the user's problem.
We want to get users to use our AI agent and they can see value in MyGA AI agent.
And with that, we know that we can grow and we do the right thing.
And the better is better else to do
but to align with the BNB ecosystem,
support from the BNB chain team itself.
Thanks, Victor, for sharing.
And congrats on all the milestones
you guys have achieved so far.
Congrats on the week-on-week 10% growth and 20k DAU.
I think it's really respectable that you guys focus so much on longevity
and not just short-term gains, right?
Yep, sure. So right now, BNB chain is actually giving us exactly what AIVIL has ever needed,
and we always need it. Like, you know, scale, speed, visibility, et cetera, et cetera. And
on the technical side, a BNB provides low fees and high throughput, which is critical, actually, since AI builds
thousands of AI agent interactions daily.
Every memory is saved, every in-game trade, every AI transaction must feel the seamless,
From the ecosystem side, being part of the BME chain community has opened real doors
Let's just not forget that.
And we've been able to join events on and on continuous AMAs,
on and on campaigns, like nonstop, that helps us showcase AIVIL and grow our user base, player base, and plug into the broader web culture.
player base and, you know, plug into the broader web culture.
And for the maybe five years that we just mentioned is the biggest shift we've seen
in BNB chain is like the evolutions from just infrastructure to a full ecosystem,
which is a huger insight and, you know, a mission on that that they have actually
with the strong narratives.
And, you know, five years ago, the focus was just like TPS, gas fees,
that we all know, like blockchain stuff,
not these materialistic things I just mentioned.
And today's like, it's gaming, AI,
and how all these like layers connect for AI-ville,
which is where AI characters, tokens,
community stories, narratives,
mainly most, you know, all just live, all on chain,
which is that evolution has been just essential.
Thanks for sharing some really great points over there.
How about Nikki from Eureka?
I think the BNB chain ecosystem is really giving us everything we need to grow and scale.
One of the most important things is the low fees and high throughput.
I think it makes it practical for us to run the full life cycle of robot models on chain, from early development
to governance and even commercial use.
And that means our team doesn't have to worry about costs
getting in the way of innovation.
And we can actually focus on building and another big advantage is the evm compatibility
so for our developers this makes life much easier because they can quickly migrate smart contracts
reuse familiar tools and speed up deployment so it saves a lot of time and energy and it also lowers the
barrier for more developers to join us and with bnb greenfield yes especially i want to mention
the bnb greenfield we also have a powerful decentralized storage solution. This is really important for robotics
because training the data and the model metadata
So having them store securely in a temper-proof way
not only granting transparency,
but also builds trust with partners in the community so people can see that
what we build is reliable and can't be manipulated yet so and finally i really want to mention the
community and the governance structure of the bnb chain it is not just about technology it is about
It is not just about technology.
It is about having an ecosystem where developers,
investors, and resource providers can align their incentives
and collaborate more effectively.
And that sense of inclusion and shared purpose
Yeah, when you put all of this together,
and low cost and high speed and also the developer-friendly
and secure storage and a strong community, it really makes BNB chain the perfect platform
We fill that with the BNB chain. We are not just building faster.
We are actually building stronger and with more sustainability.
I think it's really cool to hear that all three projects are achieving different types of wins,
from the ecosystem growth to product adoption, even to the community side of things. So really awesome. Thanks for sharing, guys.
Right. Now that we've looked back at, you know, the journeys and milestones that we've achieved,
let's sort of zoom into the present moment. So like I mentioned just now, there are actually
a couple of live campaigns right now in celebration of B&B day
and if you don't already know you can actually click into the guest profiles here they've shared
a lot about the quest and campaigns and rewards so you can click into my guest profile or AI
Views profile or Eurexa's profile I'll just do a quick rundown of the live campaigns that are live right now.
So the first one is the Dead Bay quest.
So this one is the biggest one right now that's going to be happening
till 1st September with up to $140,000 in rewards up for grabs
for the community members.
And it's live on Dead Bay now.
And if you don't already know, debt bay is actually a one-stop
platform where you know anyone can find details the rankings of debts on bnb chain and joining
fun campaigns like this and the website is debtbay.bnbchain.org for anyone who wants to
check out these live campaigns the second one is a live social campaign on bnb chains x featuring the three projects as
well over here where you can win a share of twelve thousand dollars in rewards and of course today's
x basis is also part of the bnb day celebration there's now a prize pool of three thousand dollars
in rewards um for our listeners so i mean it's like a super huge sort of price pool right now.
So just scroll through our X accounts
and the guest profiles X account
to sort of get started with it, right?
And if you realize yesterday,
we've also just changed our PFP on X
to the Moon Creator logo in celebration of the BNB Day.
So yeah, it's been really fun to see a lot of projects
post about it and also join in as well. And yeah, now I think it's a good segue to share that we're
also hosting a series of five events, five global events to celebrate B&B's fifth anniversary.
We've just done Mumbai and Tokyo last week. Tomorrow, we're actually going to be doing the New York one
and followed by Hong Kong and Sao Paulo.
So I'm curious if any of the guest speakers here are actually attending
or has actually attended any of the events over here?
Not the five events, but just online.
AI View and UX, have you guys attended the event as well?
because you've got to be checking with the team
I'm not the person in charge
yeah so these are part of the celebrations
of course the X-Space one is the one
and more easily accessible to everyone around the world.
So, yeah, at this point, I think I want to sort of move on
to talk about what's next, the future,
and I want to pass the mic to the guest speaker now.
So maybe we start with Nikki this time.
Nikki, if you could tell us over the next five years or five months even,
what can we expect from UXR?
What is the team preparing for at the moment?
Yes, so in the next five months,
we want to make our product better and easier to use,
so more people can see the value of bringing robots on chain. And we
are also putting a lot of effort into growing our community because we believe the future
of robotics and blockchain should be built together with developers, investors and everyday users. So looking ahead for the five years, our big goal is to work closely with research institutions so we can bring the latest robotics innovations into Eureka and make them accessible through the blockchain for everyone yes and that's
that's our our view yeah thank you thanks for sharing Nicky exciting
Victor would you like to share what are the next key goals expansions ahead yes
thanks for this Esther great to hear from the fellow panelists as well about our journey and of course our roadmap and what we're going to do.
So in MyGAR, we actually have a short-term, medium-term and long-term goal at MyGAR.
We are very specific about how do we choose our focus and priorities.
So let me start with the long- first because that that could actually go down to
the short term so the long term our goal is very simple right how do we create a world-class leading
ai agent solution or framework as a software to serve to the world that is actually our mission
right how do we become a leading company or protocol for that?
And to do so, we need to think about longevity,
sustainability, and long-term.
That is why there has been a key focus on this
for the next five years, for the next 10 years.
And that is very crucial.
We got a North Star to actually understand
and how do we focus, right?
So, as I mentioned, we want to be a leading AI technology
for building in this space, right?
Especially focusing on Southeast Asia,
we want to create and deploy many of these AI agent technologies,
including MCP, including TEEs,
and of course, all these different kinds of AI models, right,
such as multi-model, that is actually what we want to do, to serve with these AI solutions
to the different web feed communities, to different financial firms, to different blockchain teams
who are going to grow in another five years, right, and we know it's going to grow.
And we want to be the leading company to do so. That is the long-term view.
For the short-term view, how do we bridge this?
So in the next five months, our goal is very simple.
Right now, it's actually in the middle of boom market.
We wanted to leverage the community and leverage on,
of course, all the recent hype on the AIGEN
to build a solution to solve the Web3 communities first because of this.
So what are the type of products and solutions that we are offering as I mentioned? At Mega,
we are building AI agent that is useful for the users in the crypto space or the DeFi investing
space. And to do so, our AI agent could give analysis, could give a reporting function,
And to do so, our AI agent could give analysis, could give a reporting function, to analyze
KOL and market sentiment, and of course, to do also automation for their trades on the BNB chain
using MyGA AI agent. So these are very simple stuff, but we are able to solve the customer's
need. Because from a user's point of view, how do I leverage AI to help me to do crypto trading?
At the end of the day, in the bull market, a lot of people wanted to buy into different
coins or blah, blah, blah, and whatever they want to do in this crypto space on BNB chain.
My guy, we want to offer that kind of tool as an AI agent to help them to do so in the
next five months, five, six months.
And to do so, we are bringing it tirelessly, nonstop, every day with our tech team and product team to make this happen.
And we have been building since the beginning of the year.
And when this short term goal is achieved, assuming that from next year onwards for the next 12 months to the next 24 months,
we will start prioritizing more on building scalable technology in the AI section.
building scalable technology in the AI section.
Because the way we think about how we want to approach our company or protocol
is that we want to focus on the users first.
That is how user experience is being built.
Try to understand from the user point of view,
what you build from the user's point of view.
As we build and bootstrap our technology and users and the growth momentum,
then we will slowly think about how do we scale the technology that we have built.
Because all this technology that we're building,
we are just built as we go.
Some of them have traction,
some of them doesn't have traction,
some of them naturally doesn't have product market speed.
Then we have to drop that piece of function and product,
but we have to focus on more things that we know
we will actually get to the next level, right?
And that is actually where the medium term is.
Because we will know that with the data, with the technology to build, then we just
double down on those tech and all those direction on the product that we can continue to scale
towards the long term goal.
So that is our, how we view for the short term, medium term, and long term in terms of
MyGA and scaling the protocol and business.
Thanks, Victor. Thanks for sharing your roadmap.
I think it's cool to hear that you guys are building alongside what your users really want, right?
So that's something very important for all the projects out there.
Now, last speaker, we have Ra over here from AIV.
Would you like to share any roadmaps ahead for the project?
My favorite topic, actually.
So, as actually our season two, yeah, it was just like two months ago, something like that.
So, we're going to have season three, Airdrop, which is going to be live now.
And, you know, it's distributing like 30 million AIB to contributors.
The ones who are just like participating, doing everything, playing players also and community builders.
And then we have the gameplay expansion, which is rolling out the tavern minigame, which is Liars Dice and betting with AIBL.
I like this part. And new farming features like smarter NPCs upgrades.
And on the marketing and partnership side, we're going to be joining the BMB chain campaigns,
as well as AMA, collaborating with other projects and expanding into localized communities like French, Indonesian, Chinese,
because it's just not a one language or one single community.
We have multiple languages and keep supporting all of them.
And the treasury narrative side will just be having Mayor Logan introducing the AIV micro strategy,
like an in-game treasury that continuously accumulates AIV,
and, you know, time story plus economy, and we're just going to be just, you know, adding up to the
token value. And for the next five years, like half a decade would be the AI agent framework,
making our modular AI system available for the other Web3 games.
And we'll be having cross-chain expansion,
exploring interoperability to bring AI-ville culture beyond BSC or OPBMB.
And for the InfoFi economy, rewarding attention, stories,
and contributions directly directly on chain. And AIV as the core asset will be positioning AIV as just not an in-game token,
but a treasury reserve asset for the DAOs and eventually real world communities.
I hear a lot of new features, partnerships, collabs, and even localization for marketing. So that's really exciting i hear a lot of new features partnerships collapse and even localization for marketing so that's really exciting all right now let's move on to the
final segment of this session um we've got a few sorry we've got a lot of builders listening in
today so you know i want to sort of do like a round of quickfire sort of advice from this from the panel of speakers to the listeners.
So let's start with Nikki this time.
If you could give one piece of advice to anyone who is building in Web3 right now, what why would it be?
Yeah, so I really like this quote from Churchill.
Yeah, so I really like this quote from Churchill.
And it is the courage to continue that counts.
Yes, that's the quote I like the best,
and I hope this will help them.
I think it's all about resilience for Nikki.
I'll try to keep it short, right?
Sure, sure. I'll try to keep it short, right?
But because I've been building since 2018
and I am still here building, right?
and then out to AI agent, right?
with burning desire, right?
To succeed in the directory space so that one day I could be one of the protocol that people would be saying that,
hey, I heard of Victor Speaks and my guy is a truly world-class AI agent company.
So the tips that we have for the builders here, especially in factory, I think I have three quick ones.
The first one is that you really need to focus on the users.
Because we have been in the space long enough,
we have seen so many of these come and go
webcrete protocols and products.
I mean, even from the last cycle,
we know there are many, many DeFi protocols.
but some of them have blown up,
many of them have failed, and so forth.
And one of the key reasons is this.
We cannot build just for the sake of building, right?
There are many people I've seen that are just building and building and building,
but then, you know, nobody's using them.
And if you've seen all these successful names out there that is actually,
people keep on talking repeatedly,
they are the type of protocols, right, that people keep on using.
So building what the user wants is the first thing to keep that protocol
Otherwise, it's not sustainable, right?
Because that's the first key point to build what the user wants.
And the second, we really need to think about long-term beyond just launching
a token for the hype and then after that for token price, right?
It's more important to think about long-term and that is where choosing
the right ecosystem comes into play.
Because the last time we built on DeFi, we have been building on the Ethereum, right?
Because we believe in the ethos of pure decentralization, getting a lot of Ethereum users to build.
But Ethereum Foundation didn't really give us any support, right?
They are just building based on the framework of decentralization, and they just build.
But most of the successful ones, they either get a product market fit and
they actually get support from the foundation or the team around the ecosystem
And so for us, what we saw this time is that BNB really put in a lot of effort
to cultivate this and actually have dedicated teams to support with marketing,
with the technology, with the technical support and a lot of different, you know,
debt builders and so forth.
And we saw that B&B, you know, kind of culture fits into our DNA as well.
So that's why building and choosing the right long-term and the right ecosystem is actually crucial.
Having that would reduce and improve our chances to succeed as a builder.
And of course, the third part is that we need to
A lot of people never thought of that,
it's either you start generating revenue
or you need to start talking
and hopefully they invest
and then you can keep on building.
But when you start generating revenue,
getting product market fit
and then after that, getting the right support
and traction money, the startup will hit the three most important points,
and then you will be able to continue to build, continue to accurate,
and continue to make that product and solution better
for the customers and for the users.
So I just want to share the top three points I encountered
during my journey for building inventory.
Wow, amazing Victor. I think a lot of for building inventory. Wow, amazing, Victor.
I think a lot of insights that the builders out there
can sort of learn from, be it new or old.
So if I could summarize from Victor,
you'd be first to build what the user wants,
second, find the right ecosystem slash partners for your team,
and third, revenue generation.
Really, really good advice, right?
Move on to Rak. Would you like to share one piece of advice?
That would be cool, because if that's going to be like a really good, quick advice,
Don't just build for the hype.
Build for the Web3 itself.
Build for the product, build for the culture, build for the Web3 itself, build for the product
and the project itself, not for just, yeah, I've got to make that and then rug. Nope.
So in Web3, like tokens come and go, projects come and go. But what lasts in community is just
the narrative and the community narrative for two things, two different things. And the sense that
people are just like part of something, like, the sense of uh i belong to something and which is alive and just doing something meaningful
something that can you know drive something to do something bigger and you know for us it wasn't
just like you know contracts or ai it was it was just the characters with memories arguments songs
everything that they were just like doing
in the celebrations, like that the community could shape.
That's what created the real, you know, stickiness
when the user journey would have it.
And, you know, from a technical side,
ship fast, but design modular.
And crypto is actually evolving like really quickly
as just like blink of an eye.
And if you're like the architecture isn't just flexible, you'll end up like rebuilding.
We learned this when moving to like OPB and B, but modularity saved us.
And finally, like to be transparent, fully transparent and share only not your wins, but also the losses, the struggles, the hard parts,
and the hardships and troubles that we just get through.
And our community is stuck with us even when the things slow down
because they believe in the bigger vision and the belongings.
That's it from me. Thanks.
Cool, cool. Thanks for sharing. Really insightful as well.
Yeah, I think right now as we're coming to a close to this segment,
any last closing statement
So we'll just go one by one
Any last words you'd like
to share the community or builders who's tuning in right now yes so i think for now um
the most important thing for us and also for the i think maybe for the bnb chain community and even the whole
street community i think the most important thing we do is just um keep building because yes there
are many you know many fancy propagandas and many maybe many yes something like that. But actually we still need to do more
in building just like the infrastructure
and also how to further apply the AI,
further apply the latest automatic technology
so that we can let our community to follow the tide of this AI revolution
that is happening in the Silicon Valley.
Yes, that's my personal view.
Cool. Thanks for sharing, Nikki.
That would be tough, but I'm gonna say
nothing without communities is gonna be existing out there
Everything we have by far, not just AI will project
like Eureka or Myja or even BNB itself.
Okay. It's nothing without its communities.
So I really want to thank everyone that have supported every single project,
every single player that we have. That's it. That's all.
Just make sure to just follow us. Make sure to follow Eureka, Maija and BNB Chain.
That's the only thing that we can just do for ourselves. That's it.
Amazing. Love the vibes. That's it. Amazing.
Okay, I'll keep it short.
Yeah, so I'm going to summarize one thing, right?
So I think all the three projects here are excellent.
We are building something legit and a long-term view in the BNB ecosystem.
And of course, together with the BNB ecosystem support,
I hope all the communities here will follow us,
look at what the That Big campaign is about,
try to understand more about all these things
that the projects here and BNB chain is offering,
not just about, hey, when airdrop, when token, right?
Because ultimately, we are building something here for good.
We want to build something that actually helps people, right?
And all the three projects here, I think, are doing the same thing.
So yeah, for the fellow communities, follow all of our Twitter accounts,
join our Telegram space as we are actually building two words together with BNB,
where there's a campaign going right now with that day and of course,
with the X as well as what Esther was talking about.
So join us on these campaigns
and then you will be able to understand more,
try our product followers on socials.
And of course, the lastly is,
as most of the projects here
are actually preparing for TGUE soon.
So I hope that all of us,
the communities will observe and follow us
to get the latest insight,
updates about product, update about what are the co-marketing and modern marketing campaigns that all of us are doing together with BNB Chain.
And I think that community will always benefit from all of this.
And I hope the communities will give us all of us a support and that we can actually grow stronger over time.
At MyGAR, I just want to add this one last one. MyGa,
we actually stands for something. The word MyGa stands for make AI great again. So very
simple and cheeky and cheesy with a green hat. But yeah, we are here, we believe in actually
making AI great and we want to build for long term, right? So yeah, stay tuned, follow us
and we want to build for long term, right?
So yeah, stay tuned, follow us
All right, super, super exciting
And yeah, BNB Chain will always be
in a position to support builders
kind of running out of time.
So I'm just going to go ahead
and start closing things out, right?
This has been a really, really great conversation for the past 15 minutes with Eureka, AI View and Maiga over here.
Thank you for joining us and sharing your insights and celebrating five years of BNB Chain with us, of course.
And yes, before I go ahead to end off this X-Space, I just want to give a really, really quick shout out to all three projects over here.
Thank you so much for your time
and now to the community members
and everyone listening, please
these projects, give them a follow.
They're contributing so much to the BNB
chain ecosystem. And of course,
follow BNB chain for ecosystem
continuing the celebration, you can also track the hashtag BNB day and BNB chain for ecosystem updates and continuing the celebration you can also track
everything that's happening, new
challenges or even xpaces like this
going to have probably one or two more
another one so it's going to be a
And by the way, we have also recorded this session.
So if you join halfway and miss the initial part,
you can always feel free to listen back to this recording.
So once again, thank you everyone who joined us today. Really, really appreciate it.
And we'll see you in the next one.
Thank you. Thank you, everyone. Thanks so much. Thank you.
