Thank you so much for watching.
I'm just trying to make some E's so I can eat a Benny Hanna's.
Leave me some sponsors so I can get to the bread.

Yo, yo, yo, yo.
Coming to you live from the YAP.
It's your favorites here at the Bored Ape show.
My name is Machiavelli De La Cruz.
And I'm handing it over to you.
Go, Trevor.
I'm not even sure y'all can hear me the way things are going right now.
If you can hear me right now, throw up some hearts right now, please.
Let me see some hearts so I can know what's going on.
Could you hear me?
All right.
You sound like you're an underwater, sir.
At first it was fine.
And now you sound like you're quite like 10 feet under.
So, I don't know.
But anyway, fuck what you said.
Fuck what you heard.
We are in the house tonight.
Bored Ape show presents Gnar as fuck down.
We're going to get down with this great company, great project tonight, I think.
You know, I'm a little bit biased because I got a little bit of information ahead of time.
But we're going to see what it really is throughout the evening.
Hey, I am Ghost Trapper.
My friends call me Ghost.
I have bought Ape Got Club number 3613.
I have been in the NFT space for over two years now.
A little over two years now.
And I have been in crypto for 11 years.
I am a cannabis entrepreneur, our IRL.
I have been a lifelong entrepreneur.
And I have been part of the Bored Ape show here for going on seven months.
So, we're doing some things.
And I'm going to pass it to my man, Boyd Lawyer.
What's up, Boyd Lawyer?
Boyd Lawyer might be rugging.
BQ, introduce yourself.
Hello, guys.
How are you guys doing today?
I am Bubble Queen.
I'm a coffee enthusiast.
And I'm here to share a cup of coffee with you.
As well as some news and make Web 3 a safer place here with the team.
I'm also Mutant API at Club 1071.
Okay, okay, okay.
Boyd Lawyer, are you ready yet?
I guess not.
All right.
DG, tell them who you are real quick.
Give me your history, IRL.
Because that's going to come in and play tonight.
And then I see Miss Basie is coming back in the room, too, as well.
What's up, Ghost?
Uh, David Gonzalez, certified savage drug dealer, last 20 years.
Cannabis sales, no other drugs.
Um, but damn, they treated us like it.
Chasing us with helicopters and giving us a good old thing called PTSD from a little
cool-ass plant, you know.
But yeah, no.
Let's talk some cannabis.
I'll smoke some really good shit, if you can't tell.
It's real funny that they was chasing y'all up in the mountains and in the hills with the
helicopters.
They had, we're on our way, we call them the ghetto birds.
They would chase us in between the buildings.
Oh, these are, these are like Blackhawks.
This is Blackhawks.
All right.
Miss Basie, how you doing this evening?
Hey, everyone.
I hope you're good.
I'm great.
I'm Tequila, Miss B-A-Y-C.
I'm Bordaic 7280.
And I've been in the space, well, more than two years now, actually.
It's quite crazy.
Time flies.
Actually, time really goes fast in NFT world.
Like, I'm retired IRL, but it feels like I'm 24-7.
So it doesn't really feel like retirement.
It's a funny thing.
Also, just before I go, I like to say, if you don't already know, we're going to make
Let's fucking go.
I hope everyone's had a great week so far.
I plan to have a great rest of my week.
Don't know about you.
Hell yeah.
Hell yeah.
Let's fucking go!
Let's fucking go!
Also, also on the panel tonight is one of the guys who had a whole bunch of apes back
in the day-day.
Here's a story about what he had to tell you about.
And my man is down with the Exugi Apes right now, Mr. A1.
Sporting a Savvy Seal.
Hey, I'm A1, or A1, as everyone calls me now.
Crystal King started that.
He was like, I can't pronounce Aleph, so fuck you, you're A1.
So that's what I got.
And I kind of just decided to roll with it.
Stakes on this for sure.
Yeah, I was the creator of and founder of the Ape Raffle back in the day.
We gave away a mutant, a bored ape kennel, a bunch of lions, a shitload of apocalyptic
apes, Grandpa Ape Country Club.
Man, you name it.
We were like one of the OG raffles.
That transformed into Ape Liquid, which is about 47,000 NFTs, everything from Liquid Legends
to everything else.
I was the founder of and creator and developer and head asshole in charge of that project
for a long time until I handed it off to the community.
And as part of that, I acquired the Auzuki Ape Social Club and changed the name later
to the Auzuki Apes, took off the social club, made it the Auzuki Apes.
But yeah, no, I'm, as of this morning, Ghost, I am Sappy Seal, number 5974, ARF.
I'm happy to be here, man.
Also, I hold a Pepe Rock, just one.
And man, I wish I had the cash to get in a bunch more of those right now.
But yep, I believe in Rock 5, Machiavelli.
Sounds like you got a story to tell.
I love it.
I love it.
You know, the Sappy Sails are an animated group of individuals.
If anybody can say that.
I go into their spaces and they're ARF!
I think that shit's funny.
All right, all right.
So look, we are, we're going to do some, we're going to do some giveaways today.
We're going to do some, we're going to do some, we've got updates on at least one, if
not two board-certifier projects.
And then we are, we're also going to do a board-certified examination of NARA S.
So I'm going to let, I'm going to let, who we got with NARA S.
Fucked Out over here?
This is the NAR father.
Caleb, aka NAR father.
Happy to be here.
Stoked for the opportunity.
Much love to you all.
Just been feeling fucking, feeling great today.
So very, very excited about this space.
Great, great.
Love it, love it.
There we go.
Love those horns.
All right.
We fucking went.
That's all I got to say.
We fucking went.
What we're going to do right now is we're going to let NARA father go ahead and get into
a quick 30 second, not a pitch, but a teaser as to what NAR Dow is.
And then NARA, she's NARA, it's fucked out, excuse me.
So then we can get into, you know, a little bit of news in the space and see what is going
on because there's always some stuff going on right now in the NMT space.
And we're going to get caught up on that.
So NARA father, if you want to go ahead and let everybody know a quick teaser about the
And before you do that, sir, I want everybody to make sure you retweet the space.
Get the space out there.
Everyone, please retweet this space.
I see 20 retweets and there's twice as many people in a room.
We need to have everybody retweet this.
This is going to be one that you don't want to miss.
Because you don't want your friends to miss it and you don't want your colleagues to
You don't want your buddies in the server to miss it.
Drop it on your server, drop it, drop it on your page, whatever.
Get it out there so people can get in this room and see what's going on.
Now, NARA father, go ahead and give us, give us a quick rundown.
Quick 30 seconds.
So you own NFTs, right?
You own NFTs with IP rights.
What the hell are you going to do with them?
We give you the platform to monetize them through print-on-demand merch and turn them from characters
into brands.
All right.
Characters into brands.
Short, sweet, to the point.
I love it.
I'm in love.
Board certified NFT news.
Listen, listen, listen.
I just love that sound.
But I got to say, earlier I said I was going to come here with some news about the news that
I wasn't prepared for.
And it gets crazier because it has to do with loan devs and stuff.
So I'm not going to touch up on it because it's a rabbit hole I have to dig up.
But apparently, Larry, you guys are going to like this Machiavellian DG.
Because he's the CEO of BlackRock.
And he holds a belief that the firm's pursuit of the spot for Bitcoin ETF has potential.
Apparently, Bitcoin is a mining gold machine.
I thought you guys might like that news.
That's what I brought it here.
A gold mining machine, you said?
Yeah, that's what apparently it says in the news that I read.
Oh, don't go questioning her.
And when your boy, like, what, three years ago was like.
But it's all good, baby.
We're here.
All I know is BlackRock just got into the coffee business.
I'm in Oregon right now.
And there's a BlackRock coffee bar everywhere.
Is the coffee good?
That's BlackRock.
Black Rifle.
It's BlackRock.
Yeah, it's BlackRock.
It's BlackRock.
I've had it.
I mean, it's not bad.
It's better than Starbucks.
I'll give it that.
But that isn't saying much.
Well, it's because it's coffee that owns $7 trillion assets around the world.
So that coffee is always going to taste better.
I mean, to be fair, I cannot drink hot coffee from Starbucks.
I find it way too bitter and burn tasting.
But to the next news, the Hong Kong government has appointed Yat Suit, or Siu, sorry, I'm not good pronouncing things.
The co-founder of Animoca Brands, apparently for its new form, Task Force on Promoting Web3 Development.
The objective is, Task Force is to offer recommendations concerning the long-term development of Web3 within Hong Kong.
So they're making this whole project called Task Force, and it's supposed to give you updates for Web3 on Hong Kong.
That's pretty cool.
Yeah, Hong Kong is coming a long way, you know, real fast.
And I think they're going to do a lot more embracing over there in Asia than currently what's being done around here in the States.
And I don't know, they might run past us, you know, in this space.
We've got to, you know, the government's got to keep up.
They're nimble.
They really are.
And once they kind of got the green light from China that you can go ahead, that's what they're doing.
I mean, to be fair, even though supposedly, allegedly, crypto is illegal in China, they did open up a firm just to study Web3 and crypto overall.
So you're right, it might surpass us.
We're already screwing up with SEC, so you never know.
Sorry, David, you had your hand up?
I mean, similar to the cannabis industry, right?
Like, why don't we just shoot California in the leg and not allow worldwide distribution to be a fucking superpower?
Doesn't surprise me.
Nonetheless, this is the next trend.
I'm right there with you.
I'm in Oregon, and between California, Oregon, and Washington, we could be supplying the entire world.
And for last news, I sent this DM because I couldn't believe it.
I sent it to Ghost, and I was like, this isn't real.
But apparently it is.
It's on the news, so I'm just going to say it.
I don't know if you guys know, but Beeple's latest NFT, which is both daring and provocative, has become the artist.
Basically, they put the piece on a museum.
Oh, whoa, hold on, hold on, hold on.
That was Beeple that did that?
Yeah, it was Beeple.
See, I didn't put that together when you sent it to me.
I thought it was just like some cartoon artist, which somebody did.
Okay, I'm sorry.
No, they put that piece on the museum, and I was like, this is not.
I read the thing again, and they actually did, and I was like, I guess I'm going to put it because Beeple's, you know, they're really out there.
I don't know if you guys want me to post that in the comments, but it's very, it's a very interesting piece.
Fill the jumbo.
I'm going to send it to you, DG, because I have a daughter, and I don't want her to, like, come over here and say, what are you posting?
So, I'm going to send it to you, and you can post it.
When friends post for friends.
Part Deuce.
You know, y'all strip me out.
Yeah, no, I'll describe it for you, because she can't see my words.
And I'll tell you, it's an orgy, the office, and it looks like Sam Bakeman freed and his girlfriend in multiple, how shall we say, indisposed situations throughout the office.
And I think, I think the, uh, the meme is supposed to be saying, this is, uh, a day in the boardroom.
Sounds like a bunch of creatures from Middle Earth getting together.
I don't know about that.
It was Middle Jamaica.
Is that where they're at?
No, I'm talking about, because, you know, you mentioned who it was, Sam Bakeman freed and Emma, you know what I'm saying?
A bunch of dwarves and elves and all kinds of motherfuckers.
Oh, yeah, they were definitely into cosplay, from what I hear, too.
So, it's not, it's not a far, a far stretch at all.
But anyway, so, uh, it's time to get into the board-certified process for NAR as Fuck Dow.
Ladies and gentlemen.
Before we do, I, I kind of rugged on the intros.
Oh, yeah, there you go.
If that's what I'm talking about real quick.
Yeah, we were, we were just, we were thinking you're still rugging.
We'll go right ahead and give you an intro real quick, board lawyer.
Hey, NAR as Fuck, it's a, it's a pleasure to have you on.
I did some personal research into the project.
Really excited to have you guys on.
Uh, team, love you all.
Glad everyone's here.
Quick background on myself.
I've, uh, been in crypto for almost 13 years now.
NFTs for two and a half.
And I'm a practicing attorney in the state of California.
I'm fully doxed, got nothing to hide.
And I'm just here to, you know, help educate the community on the right legal decisions to look into for projects.
But NAR as Fuck looks pretty buttoned up, pretty solid IP.
And I'm, I'm excited to learn what you guys are doing to bring value to the space.
And likewise.
Thank you, boy, Lloyd.
Appreciate that.
Uh, I couldn't have said it better myself.
So, uh, let's get to it.
All right.
NAR, Potter, are you ready?
I am ready.
Well, first and foremost, let me explain to everyone how, how this goes down or how it has been going down.
Everyone's got to be retweeting.
That's, that's rule number one.
That is actually rule number one.
Rule number one, retweet.
I'm going to retweet it and then re-retweet it.
Let's do it.
Yeah, because if we get retweets, I got a box full of Board 8 merch.
And you know what I'm going to do tonight is I'm going to send some merch to the NAR as Fucked Out headquarters
and have them do a giveaway to who they think is engaging the most.
I'll leave it up to their community to decide who gets the Board 8 merch tonight, okay?
Sorry, Ghost.
Just thought I'd have to drop that alpha.
No, by all means.
I got, I got some more alpha on another offering for giveaways from one of the Basie community.
So I'll get to that in a second.
But I wanted to go into the process that projects and businesses, because we don't just cater to projects.
Because it's my theory.
I don't know if I've vocalized this too much at all yet.
But it's my theory that NFT projects themselves, by and large, will not exist in this space down the road.
That's been an evolution in my mindset and my thinking.
I think that projects that are solely worried about being in the NFT space and just existing in Web3 and just living off residuals, et cetera, et cetera, aren't likely to be around for a while.
Only through bull runs can those types of businesses actually, well, those projects, I shall say, exist.
And the reason I say that is because I believe it takes a business.
Now, that business can start in Web3, fundraise in Web3, but get into what must have a business mindset and have good people running the project slash business.
Or they can start as a business IRL and come into Web3.
Either way, what we do here at the Boyd Ape Show is we're trying to find good projects and businesses to put in front of you guys so you can figure out if they're good enough for you to do some research on yourselves and potentially invest in.
Now, keep in mind, this is not financial advice.
We are not financial advisors.
The NFT space is highly fucking volatile, as I can tell you some stories about, because I've lost my ass more than a few times in this space.
And I'll tell you that you should do your own research.
And if we recommend this project become board certified, it will just be the beginning of that process for anyone that we display the company in Project 2.
That being said, what they do is they apply to be on the show.
And to apply to be on the show, they want to jump on our server, put an application in.
Then they have to fill out a couple of forms.
One is a general form where we get some information about the founders, the team, the staff, the maker of their organization, if they're incorporated, or if there's just some fly-by-night NFT pump-and-dumpers.
Or if they're serious.
And we find that out really early.
And then there's a security form.
We ask some questions about their contract, their renting contract, their DAP.
We ask about their server security and Discord.
All these types of things that we believe would make you feel more safer to look into the project and see if they're a good project or business to actually invest into, potentially.
So then we have a meeting with them.
And myself and a few other apes usually just get on a call and ask them a litany of questions.
And these are serious questions.
So we aren't one of those shows that has, you know, 10 projects coming on, 10 founders from 10 NFT projects every time they're on the show.
And they're all just rotating around doing their pitches.
And then they slide off into the night.
We're a little more circumspect about what we have going on here.
And this is part of that process.
So we want to let you guys know what we're doing before we get to this point.
Now that we're on this point, we're at this point on this show, we're live on the air.
What we're going to do is we're going to give Narfowder the room.
We're going to give him the stage and the room to talk.
We're going to give him five minutes to talk.
We're going to time it.
We're going to let him say everything that he can about his project.
And at that point, when he's done, then we'll all ask questions.
And we're not holding back.
I tell you right now, I kind of like the project.
I'll admit it.
You know, but it's not just me.
So they got to impress everybody on this stage here.
And if they all get thumbs up, then they'll be board certified.
And then we'll move forward from there and incorporate them into our ecosystem, market with them, advertise them, help them out, let them come on the stage when they want to, when they're ready, and promote what they have going on.
So, and boy, he's off the stage again.
All right.
So, Narfowder, are you ready?
I am ready, yes.
Okay, good.
Because it took me longer than I thought it was to explain that.
And I haven't even smoked yet tonight.
So, five minutes, sir.
Ready, set, pitch.
All right.
I am the Narfowder, leader of the Nar is Fucked Out.
And we are on a mission to share Web3 art with every town.
And how are we going to do that?
We do that through pooling our members' NFTs with IP rights in order to create print-on-demand merchandise in our store.
So, we provide the platform as well as all of the logistics in order for our members to monetize their NFTs that have amazing art and they don't want to part with.
With rugs that the founders have completely disappeared and you're wondering what to do with this IP.
We can take that kernel, that character, and help you build that into a fully-fledged brand.
And that starts with doing an inventory of what are your brand values?
What are the things that you hold dear?
And that's what we've done at Nar is Fucked Out.
Every single letter in NARAF stands for part of our guiding values.
Gratitude, nimble, accepting, responsibility, abundance, and family.
So, that, I go into more detail.
And I would love to have further discussions outside of this five minutes with that.
So, what we do is by providing that platform, we get our members' NFTs on print-on-demand merchandise, which fulfills a lot of the goals that we have for sustainability, reducing our impact on the planet, thinking about the long-term of this earth that we're on.
And knowing that conservation and efficient use of resources and efficient allocation of resources is the number one goal of us here moving forward.
So, we are here to also share in the wealth.
So, we are structured to share 95% of our operating profits on an ongoing basis.
So, 5% goes back to the founding council, but 95% stays within the ecosystem, where half of that goes to the DAO members, as well as the holder of the NFT with the image.
The other half goes into working capital for us to grow, create new opportunities, and to be able to provide that additional support for our members.
We are fully organized.
We are a DAO LLC in Wyoming, as well as an operating LLC in Delaware.
So, I have created the appropriate structure to protect you.
I come from my background in cannabis.
So, I have 20 years as a cannabis entrepreneur in navigating those forever-changing waters in multiple states across the country.
Everything from teaching bud tenders all the way up to selling licenses.
So, I take that knowledge that I've gained and provide that to my members.
So, I'm classically trained.
I have my MBA.
I've got the experience for my boots on the ground.
And NFTs and Web3 and blockchain tech is the next great frontier.
The digital realm is an infinite possibility because it's a blank slate.
And we have now decentralized the means of production to where every single person has that capability of – has the opportunity.
So, we are living in an equal opportunity moment where if you have the drive and you put in the time and you put in the work, the time is now.
There is only the present.
Let's work together.
Let's see how we can share.
And I love to share.
I love to support members.
I love to support projects.
I love to support sub-factions as well as different groups there.
We can support companies and helping to reduce on their impact.
Because I know from my time in cannabis and when I would buy swag and have a bunch of extra things and just of looking at that aspect of helping to reduce waste.
Because this is the ultimate just-in-time inventory.
And we can be following the trends because we're able to put new items up.
It takes about a half an hour.
We have our SOPs down solid once we have our items selected to go through that process.
And we're always looking for different ways that we can provide value to our members as we grow as a blockchain company and as new opportunities present themselves, whether it's on different chains or whatever the case may be.
Because we're a Solana-based DAO.
We have 1,000 NFTs.
We've sold 240 of them.
The community is the one that decides what happens with the remainder of those passes.
Right now, they're being held by the Treasury wallet.
And we do them in batches of 25.
They're 1.5 Solana.
So it's about $30 USD to get you your ticket into this show.
The more cards you hold, the more residuals that you'll get for your marketing information.
You have to be staked.
And I conduct surveys to ensure anytime I'm paying you that it's not licensing, I'm paying for market research.
All of the other payments are licensing your IP, which is very straightforward in the realm of financial payments.
So that's me.
I'm the NAR father.
I love to share.
I love to learn.
I go into every interaction of what can I do to where we can both win.
That's the abundance mindset.
I lived the scarcity mindset for 30 years, and it was a light bulb moment when I'm just like, oh, this angst that I don't have to – it's just extra angst that I don't have to deal with.
I mean, we have enough of that going on.
Like, why have this extra bit of, like, oh, I've got to fight against everybody?
And it's – no.
Yes, there's going to be competition.
That is healthy because it spurs innovation.
All right.
There goes the buzzer, sure.
Oh, God, I need some water.
You got a lot in there.
You got a lot.
You got a lot in there.
Yo, I like this.
I like this NAR father character, man.
I'd vote for him for, like, president or something, man.
He likes to share.
Hey, sharing is – I think it should be a good attribute of any leader or any business leader or thought leader or especially a politician.
God knows – I can't stand stingy-ass goddamn politicians.
Like, you're rich and you want to take away rights and stuff from people and, you know, it doesn't make sense to me.
Anyway, so –
That's another topic we could go on for a long time.
Yeah, that's another topic.
Yes, it is.
Yes, indeed.
Yes, indeed.
Okay, so now this part of the show is where we get into the questions and answers.
We're going to pass it around and let our friends and peeps here ask you questions about what you said and about your project, about your business, so we can get a better sense of what we feel.
Now, we're going to try and keep it as short as possible, you know, so the shorter the episode we have, the more likely it is that others will be able to, you know, fit it in their schedule to listen to the recording later on.
So, which reminds me, since this is going to be recorded and we're trying to look out for one of our buddies that's a frequentist of the show, Serpentier Fred, we're going to help him out and he's going to help us out.
Well, we're going to do a giveaway of some .8 E&S names.
So, we're going to do, I think, let me read that, we're going to do two .8 domains.
So, that five letters or more, we're going to raffle these off, so there's going to be a value there.
I have to figure out how we're going to figure out how you'll get it, but I'd say jump on our server and figure it out as the show.
So, if you haven't been a winner, we'll disperse these on our Friday night giveaway show.
So, that's new E&S names, that's E&S style names, I should say, that's .8.
So, if you know people that are in any kind of project, not just Board of Yacht Club that's involved with Ape,
or you just want a .8 domain name, hey, you know, you got a chance to win one tonight.
Like, and it's a value, or you can hold it and hang it on your wall.
Like, I hung my first sports card that I wanted to get on my wall for the time I was 14 years old,
and I finally got it when I was 21.
And I was like, you know, that was my inspiration.
So, if you want to put it on your wall as an inspiration, you can do that on your computer or whatever you want to do
if you win this .8 tonight.
So, question time.
We're going to go ladies first.
Ms. Basie, what do you say?
I was just eating a biscuit, sorry.
I didn't expect to go first.
Is it a wee biscuit?
It's a, like, this gluten-free thing.
I'm trying to be healthy.
But anyway.
She means a tree that's shaped like a cracker.
That's what she means, a biscuit.
She's from Europe, first of all, and she's a girl, and she's healthy.
Now, when I think of a biscuit, where we come from, a biscuit is, like, knobs of bread that are baked in the oven,
layered with butter, and we usually slice them over and put cheese, ham, or some other shit like that in there.
You know what I'm saying?
And I'm like, ah, man.
It's my whole fire.
What do you say, boy, Brian?
Just stop, bro.
You're getting me the munchies right now.
I know, right?
Go ahead, Ms. Basie.
It's actually funny how accurate you are, because we're all A-None.
And it's like you just really, yeah, really kind of knew me then.
Something that did kind of resemble a tree.
But anyway, moving on.
I need to stop.
Oh, I need to breathe.
So, actually, I've got quite a bit to unpack with everything you've said, because there's a lot of interesting things there.
And I feel like going, diving into the deep end of something that I would consider and think if, for example, you wanted to use a board AFIP.
So, I'll start there, because it's more relevant to me.
So, if someone was to, you know, become a member, share their NFT, or to be able to then, you know, monetize in the way that you've said.
You mentioned the percentages and splits of, you know, how it would look.
And where I'm really thinking a bit deeper on is, you know, would you still leverage the technology in that operation?
So, would you, for example, are you able to maintain something that's important to many people with digital identities right now in Web3, specifically?
Are you able to maintain the anonymity of, like, your members by keeping, you know, any returns on the blockchain, rather than requiring people to dox or KYC or requiring what actually feels very old-fashioned to my very futuristic thinking of needing, like, an IRL bank account, for example?
So, just, yeah, if you can sort of unpack that for me and sort of maybe, yeah, give me the detail on how that would look.
Yep. So, yeah, all payments will be in crypto.
We are partners with Helio.
They are Solana-based.
They're also moving to Ethereum.
And it's very easy to set up pay links and distribute funds and be able to do that through their service.
So, definitely any of the payouts, any of the things that are going to members are done in crypto because I have wallet addresses and just for that reason, exactly.
If you're going to be coming and ordering something, I obviously need your physical address in order to send stuff.
So, that's done on that side.
But when it comes from a, as far as from a member's perspective, that anonymity is maintained.
I use Discord tags or whatever the handles are of the individual in order to tag the item for tracking and those purposes.
But we use pseudonyms and AKAs for that, exactly, for the people who don't want to dox and for those that do.
From my background coming in cannabis, that's my Twitter handle is at Caleb underscore Tice.
That's me.
That was how I came into the space.
And that's me.
And everyone is entitled for however they want to disclose who they are or not.
That's awesome.
That's awesome.
Because I think that's like one of my main considerations with sometimes, you know, people want to sort of start businesses and make it web three.
And that's one massive key point, especially for me.
I've managed to maintain my anonymity very well.
And things like that would make it very difficult.
The point where it might even stop me.
You know, if it wasn't thought of.
So that's great.
And then another question.
I'll obviously let everyone ask.
I just got another question just on more like the marketing and outreach side.
Have you already got any collaborations or partners, you know, on board?
Or will it require, you know, marketing from a ground level?
Or do you already have people who are maybe showing interest?
No, really, how far along are you with everything?
Yeah, so we have already secured four partners.
We have another three that I'm talking with this week.
And actually, you know, now as of Monday, I forgot about the holiday.
There are three additionals that I'm going to be speaking with also.
So the way I do it with projects is coming in with that brand and we split profits 50-50.
Or even if it's you're creating a brand and it's going into a business further than us listing your items on our page.
We create a dedicated page that has the branding and still fits with the cohesion of our overall site.
And we set that up and track it completely separately.
And any of those partners that we go into like that where we're building out a brand page at that level, we split things 50-50.
Okay, that's awesome.
And can you go a little bit deeper on which partners they are, the four that you've secured?
Or is that Alpha you can't tell us yet?
Oh, no, it's on our site.
So we have Collab Center.
We've also worked with Seidel, as well as the Crypto Crew Superheroes, as well as Drunken Ape Social Club, who is also our partner.
We did a very limited run of vodka with them.
So we've done a few things together and partnered on a few events and they're an awesome, awesome group over there.
Yeah, that's awesome.
Thank you for answering my questions.
I like the sound of it so far.
I'll leave the rest of the team then.
Thank you for asking them.
It's great questions.
Good for me to know what people are thinking.
Yo, yo, I'm going to hop right into it, man.
I want to go right into your mission statement.
And sorry, guys, I have to interject.
I got to just ask this question before I get out for a call.
What are you doing to bring Web3 into every town, man?
Through merchandise.
No, what are you doing?
What are you doing?
Like me personally?
Um, so I have set up my collection.
Um, I have, uh, also been expanding the, uh, expanding my network in order to create the platform for me to, uh, then pitch these same services to Web2 companies, specifically cannabis companies.
Uh, in order to provide their branding while taking the logistics that they don't want to, that they don't want to worry about.
Um, so that is, that is how I'm pushing Web3 is through my platform and through, uh, using Web3 NFT art on our designs.
Um, and segueing into merchandise, what are some exciting upcoming drops that we can expect?
Uh, so we are, uh, the two main ones that we are working on that you can expect is, uh, a partnership with, uh, the Grills gang, which is a, uh, subsection of Apes Together Strong that have been really flying over the past.
Uh, the last, uh, the last, uh, two weeks, um, been consistent for over a year as well.
Um, and then, uh, the, uh, other group is ConClub, who is a, uh, their Ethereum-based project, uh, and we're going to be providing merchandise services to support, uh, them as well.
So, I mean, being familiar with cannabis, essentially the money or revenue streams you see yourself is through, uh, coat packing or white labeling your services for these other up and coming brands wanting to step into the space.
Is that, is that right?
That's, that's one of the, uh, the revenue streams.
Um, also with our members and their items, um, and then if there are additional things as a DAO that we want to expand out or, uh, support what our members are doing in their own ventures.
Like, for example, one of my, my co-founder, uh, Nightman is, uh, an amazing artist.
He just dropped a, uh, Behold the Eyes collection this week.
So we've been supporting, I went and, uh, minted one of them.
So we, we, we provide that, uh, that support for our members, um, that are doing things on their own.
That's awesome, man.
Um, I'll leave it up to the rest of the host and, uh, speakers to ask, but thank you so much for the thorough answers.
Yeah, I have one question.
Have you come across any specific challenges or, you know, complications during your partnerships or collaborations?
Not anything.
Um, uh, it's, well, I'd say the biggest thing with the vodka is I, uh, either missed or did not anticipate the shipping costs.
It's, uh, it's about 30 bucks a bottle to ship.
Uh, the bottles retail for 45 bucks.
So that's a big thing to eat on that.
Um, just part of a lesson.
That would be probably the thing that is, uh, surprised me the most on it.
Um, and just something I didn't take into consideration.
So it's what I, uh, have learned from and look at on other products that I, uh, do is, uh, ensuring that I'm in just, just in time inventory and I'm not, uh, warehousing or, or having to, uh, worry about that aspect.
I let my, uh, print on demand vendors handle that side.
And then we, uh, are able to deliver to our customers when, when they want it.
One more question.
How do you see this working out five years from now?
So where I see this working is we are going to continue to grow out in our members.
We're currently at a hundred holders.
I see us right at about the 500 or so mark.
Um, and we are going to be one of the leading licensing and IP web three based companies for other web two, web three, whatever it is that they do.
They need a mascot.
They need some level of IP on a character to, to fit their product.
We're going to have it, um, as well as we're, we're supporting and we have, I'd say over 10, uh, of our member stores that are, uh, affiliated, but we've helped them to build out and, uh, build up their own specific brands.
That's, that's something that is really important to me is, uh, helping them to build it by starting at the ground level of you got to do an inventory mission, vision, values.
And see what, uh, what's your, why?
I, that's all my questions.
I appreciate that.
So I wouldn't mind going next.
Um, just essentially like, what's the revenue look like so far with all the products that you've sold payments, you've paid out, like things like that.
Like how, how have you generated massive amounts of income?
Like, has there been any like unique IP that sold more than another?
Like how, how are sales going?
Uh, sales could definitely be better.
Um, we did a payout on our mint funds.
So we've paid out 20 Solana to our, to our members.
Um, we, uh, our, our sales total overall are at about a thousand bucks.
Uh, we, the biggest thing for us has been exposure and rising above the crowd just because there are so many projects and there's just so many that are in the space.
So we're focusing on our values that we're, uh, that we're adding and, uh, we've adjusted to how we're supporting now sub communities and other things, uh, as well as continuing to network and reach out, uh, knowing that it takes time to build up a business.
Uh, something that's going to have longevity is going to take time.
Uh, at the same time, you got to have revenue.
You got to be seeing growth.
Um, so that's why I'm doing everything in my power to spread the word, um, and be the leader of this, uh, of this company and, uh, take us to where we, we know that we can go.
All right, man, my man's the Gnar father.
That's what I'm talking about.
I'm transparent.
I'm an open book.
So that's, uh, that's one thing that I, I think really sets me apart as a leader also is, um,
I'm focused.
I, I can, I'm going to tell you where we're at and, um, I'm, I never stopped wiggling.
So have you had anybody show up at your door with like any IP, like coveted IP or any apes or anything like that?
Like where the, you actually hold that IP and are able to utilize it through this doubt.
Uh, I, I'd say the biggest collection, uh, it has been V-Gen tunes and then, uh, alien friends.
We're working on some things, even though, uh, I know that they've, uh, they obviously have some longevity.
I know that four places across the board for everybody are down, but, um, we, uh, I, I, I have an alien friends and it, it always speaks to me.
It makes me smile.
I look for NFTs that make me smile and those usually, uh, uh, tend to look good on merch because it's happy and, uh, that's the kind of energy I want to give off.
All right, man.
Thank you for that.
Uh, I had a couple questions for you real quick.
Then I'm going to pass DG and then A1.
So look, um, you mentioned earlier you did a collaboration with, uh, Collab Center.
What, what, what is Collab Center and what does that entail?
So Collab Center is a, uh, it's a project.
It's a collection where they are here to bring other projects together.
So they have upwards of, uh, I think they're pushing 80 projects that are members of the Collab Center that they are, uh, facilitating, uh, poker games, uh, Twitter spaces, uh, promotions, other things between the collections.
Cause, uh, there was, I mean, a lot of stuff going back and forth on Discord and DMs.
And, and that was, uh, why, uh, WOTC created that, uh, created the Collab Center and they have dropped two collections.
So we are supporting them in their collections and, and providing them with additional revenue streams through, uh, through our merchandise.
Uh, and then also then showing through Collab Center to all of the collections involved with them, that this is something we can do for them as well and, uh, help to get them set up from that aspect and, and get, uh, get a revenue stream, get a platform that it's there for you to support whatever else it is that you're doing in web three.
I mean, I think you said it goes to the very beginning.
If you're, if you're not doing something else outside of just the, the NFT project, like what are you doing?
It's not 20 and 21 anymore.
I'll tell you what the hell they're doing.
They're running fucking Ponzi schemes.
Uh, so look, tell me about, about your staff, uh, make up your staff, where you guys are at and where you stand on, on, on your staff diversity.
Uh, so our staff, we have five co-founders, uh, we have big bear, uh, pups, night man, myself, and Chelsea, who is from, uh, uh, 24 carat, uh, rabbit.
They're coming out with a new collection, doodle corn.
So that is our, uh, main, uh, founding group.
Uh, my mods, two of them are located, uh, in Africa and another one is located.
My head mod is located on the East coast, uh, as well as my, uh, uh, head marketing is also on the East coast.
So we, yeah.
All right.
Am I to assume that the guys in Africa are, are, are African, uh, and, uh, and the ones on the East coast possibly?
I don't know.
I'm joking.
Uh, I'll stop.
So look, uh, you, you've got, you've got a diverse staff geographically and, and, uh, and as far as, uh, it looks like the heritage and everything like that.
Do you have any females on the staff?
Uh, our co-founder Chelsea, um, she is the only female that's on the staff.
How do you feel about that?
Uh, she's fine with it.
Um, she is, uh, because she's also a co-founder of a, uh, another collection.
Um, she is her day-to-day involvement in the, the Dow is, uh, is limited.
Um, we, uh, network with 24 karat and, um, and that's actually how we found our, our developer Bobby rabbit.
So there's a little, well, hold on.
Let me, let me, let me, let me catch you on.
I didn't mean it as like, she feels like uncomfortable.
So she, so she's working somewhere else half of the time.
I meant, uh, the, what's your standpoint on, on having a diverse staff?
Do you plan on building your staff out as, as you, as you raise more funds and do you have a plan built around that at all?
No worries.
Um, uh, I do plan on building my staff.
Uh, I don't have a specific plan tied around it.
The focus for us right now is on product sales and in, uh, increasing our exposure on, on the marketing front.
Uh, so that's, that's where our focus is.
And, uh, well, let me ask you about the product sales.
Are you, are you planning on selling your, uh, your products 90% to, to, to men?
Uh, no, we were, uh, no, definitely not.
So if, if, if you get my vote today, uh, to become board certified, are you, are you going to pledge to, uh, to make sure that you address that with some policies going forward to make sure that you guys can get some, uh, some diversity on, make sure you guys can market to, to females as well as, as males.
So you can be more successful.
All right.
Uh, DG, what's up?
DG, are you there, sir?
Chilling with my boy Snoop.
He's got a question.
Why is this utility or what three technology needed in your words?
It is needed to provide a platform.
To monetize NFT assets without needing to, uh, divest.
You can put the NFTs to work for you.
So you're saying you, you, you're that, you're that landing, that doc to do that.
All right.
All right.
All right.
What's the sauce?
The sauce.
Uh, I have four questions.
And, uh, the first couple I would appreciate it if you answered them in very short sentences.
So that I can really grok the fullness of what you're saying.
Um, so the first one is explain the value proposition to me like I'm a child.
What do I do?
And what do I get?
Do you own NFTs?
Does the Pope shit in the woods?
There you go.
Uh, do you have IP rights with those NFTs?
And in fact, all of the NFTs that did not have IP rights, uh, when I found that out, I floored
We can use any of those NFTs and all of those NFTs in your wallet to put on just about any
product that you can think of.
Uh, we focus on clothes, so shirts and hoodies and hats, uh, as well as skateboards.
Okay, and what do I do to have this privilege?
Uh, you would go to Magic Eden and purchase one of the NARAF DAO passes that are currently
listed at 1.5 Solana.
Uh, if you do not have Solana, you're able to purchase via Stripe directly on Magic Eden.
Uh, but this also works for, uh, ETH NFTs, right?
It's, it's, uh,
Yeah, Anychain.
Okay, cool.
Understood.
Um, and in two sentences or less, how do you make money?
We make money on merchandise.
By taking a piece of it or?
So we, we all make money on merchandise.
Uh, 25% goes directly to the holder of the NFT.
Uh, so 25% of profits.
Uh, and then the, there is a 20% that is based off of how many, uh, DAO cards you own.
And then the remaining goes into working capital for the business to continue to grow and find
new avenues for you to, uh, leverage your IP.
So two more questions.
Um, how much runway do you have?
Like if you didn't generate another dime right now, how long would you be around?
Uh, I have another four months.
Okay, cool.
And I was going to ask a question and you've answered it with your Magic Eden, uh, answer
and some other things.
I was going to ask the following question, but I think it's important that I ask it, even
though it doesn't specifically relate, although it could.
Um, and the question is, how in the hell do you stay on OpenSea and not get classified
as a security with the way that funds are going back into the community and the way funds are
being, uh, you know, redistributed back into the DAO because OpenSea will shut you down
when you do that.
And it sounds like the answer so far is Magic Eden.
Uh, but do you have any additional, uh, anything additional to add to that?
Um, there is not, not any passive income in my DAOs.
I am paying for licensing of your IP, kiddo, stop, or I am paying you for market research
that I get from you via surveys about the NFT market, about my collection, about the things
I could be doing better, marketing initiatives, uh, that, that is what, uh, I did for the first
payout of Mint funds was I paid for market research.
I just heard in your initial pitch, you said a percentage of it goes back into the DAO.
And so I just wanted to make sure that, um, I just wanted to make sure I understood that.
I don't have any other questions, man.
Thanks for answering those.
Of course.
All right.
Uh, I think that's all the questions.
I think everyone's got some thorough questions in there and, and, uh, I hope you don't feel
grilled too much, but we try to be thorough around these parts.
Uh, and it's been great.
No, this is the type of questions I need to hear.
I mean, that's how I grow.
All right.
All right.
So that being said, it's time to vote.
It's time to figure out what it is going to be a board certified project or not.
Now, what we're looking for here, guys, is viability.
Yes or no.
If it's likely that we think that likely that we think this will be a viable project or
business down the road, uh, because we've already done all the other due diligence.
We think you're not likely to be a rug pull because you're being on here.
You're less likely to be a scammer or a hacker or any of that crap, or you're less likely to
put your project, your, your project, uh, community in, in those crosshairs as well.
But right now we want to see what are you, what are you likely to be viable or not?
This is not what we like the project or not.
This is not about what, what are we like you or not?
We, we, we, we, we want to respect you as a business person or not.
That's part of the formula.
Of course, you being the pivotal part of it, but we want to see what are you real viable
And I think you answered some good questions.
I'm going to start it off with saying that, you know, I think I asked you a couple of
tough ones and you, you, you answered them right.
And you gave a pledge with no obfuscation at all.
No, no, you know, talking sideways or, or I'll try.
You said, yes, I'll, I'll pledge to do that.
And that, that means a lot to me because I care about diversity in the workplace.
I care about diversity in web three and, and now I think I'm going to care about your
project, sir.
So you get the first thumbs up from me and I'm going to pass it on to Bubbles.
Listen, I checked the website.
It has coffee.
He got a plan.
He got his team behind him.
I give it a thumbs up.
I can't wait to see more.
And I hope more people will look into your project and your business.
So yeah, thumbs up.
Ms. Basie.
I really like what you're doing.
I like that you care about anonymity and have those areas covered.
I think that's just super important as we go into the future.
A lot of people might not even care about it right now, but in future, I think it'll
definitely be something to really consider.
And everything you've said, you know, makes sense.
Obviously, you were, you know what you're doing.
You've got your team and you've got a lot of things already set in place, such as partnerships
and collaborations.
It's good you thought of that at this early time.
So yeah, it's a thumbs up from me.
Congratulations.
Let's fucking go.
Let's fucking go.
People that don't care about anonymity might come back and haunt them.
And I don't know if he doxed himself first or got doxed by someone else first, but then
that if I heard was, was, was ran out of the, literally ran out of the hotel.
And I, people found out where he's at and they say, you know, he had eight people banging
at his door, banging them, begging them for money.
And one of them wanted to beat him up.
So I digress.
DG, what do you say, sir?
Well, oh, was it the chicken before the egg or the egg before the chicken?
And of course, thumbs up, but come back when you more, more females, yo.
All right.
That's a conditional thumbs up.
All right.
Let's see.
Hey, what, what do you say, sir?
I'm going to give them a hesitant thumbs up.
I have, I have a couple of concerns.
I feel like, you know, the one thing I like about this project, the thing that pushed me
over the edge, I was kind of in the middle.
I was going to be a thumb in the middle, but the thing that pushed me over the edge was
I like, you know, they said, I like hard questions.
I like to learn, you know, there's not a lot of ego here.
This is a project that feels like they're constantly evolving, constantly learning and
constantly wanting to be better.
And in this space, that's what's going to make it.
And so thumbs up from me.
All right.
No thumbs in the middle of bullshit that Capone is trying to pull.
And Capone is a, is a thumbs up, by the way.
He is indisposed.
Board lawyer is, uh, in a court or in a deposition with, with some, uh, clients right now, I believe.
And he sends this thumbs up.
Um, and I, I, I tell you that, uh, what's up, DG?
Did you want to say something else?
No, I'd like to see it, you know, um, it's only available on Solana.
Was that correct?
Well, I, I, I look forward to the development.
I give it a thumbs down.
What do you say now, bro?
For real, for real, what do you think?
No, no, I'm just kidding.
Uh, you know, I just, I, I said it for, uh, shock value, you know, for everybody to be
like, Oh my God, why?
He's so great.
Um, I actually like the NAR father.
I think, you know what I'm saying?
I like what I heard, the way that he came across about the project.
Um, I think with the right kind of like, you know, down members and the, and, and the
good IP, you know what I'm saying?
If one of these projects I hear catches fire and they're able to like capitalize on something
like that, like there's a lot of potential there, especially depending on, you know,
who buys into this dial.
So I definitely give it a thumbs up.
All right.
Well, that means.
Oh, boy, they show thumbs up.
All right.
You guys are going to make sure you have to do it right now.
Let's fucking go.
We're going to make it fun.
You're welcome into, you're welcome into the Boyfriend Center 5 family and we will, we
will do what we can to back you, help you out, promote you, um, help you marketing,
help, whatever you, Matt Pack, whatever you need, hit us up, hit me in the DMs, hit component
in the DMs, uh, uh, you know, you got some stuff about, you know, one of the best coders
on the stage right now in this space right now is on the stage, A1, you know, uh, Miss
Basie is, is a, is a, is a great person to talk to about anything in the business world,
you know, uh, serial entrepreneur herself, DG, anything about cannabis and anything about
news in the space and just, just common sense.
You want to chat with someone who's got a, who's got a good heart.
You can talk, you can talk to Miss BQ and, and all in all, we got your back now.
It's so amazing.
Thank you all.
Just I'm speechless.
I really don't have words right now and that's, it doesn't happen very often.
Well, we appreciate the sentiment as well.
We appreciate that as well.
So, but, uh, I think it's time to do a giveaway.
Can we do a giveaway?
Then, then I want to toss to, uh, speaking of board center of our projects, I want to
toss, toss to, uh, I think there's plenty over there on the, my kids NFT, another one of
our, uh, board center of our projects.
They've got an update about a minute going on right now and, uh, we want to get to them.
Is there, we can, we can, uh, announce a couple of winners real quick, um, Miss BQ.
Are we doing four?
Wait, wait, wait.
Before you do that, before you do that, kick out everybody in the room that hasn't retweeted
the space.
All right.
Retweet this space.
I only see 34 retweets.
I'm going to start kicking them right now.
Start checking them.
Go ahead, Miss BQ.
All right.
I'll give you a couple of seconds so you can, matter of fact, my kids NFT can start talking
and when they're done, I'm going to be doing Twitter picker and I'll be announcing the winner.
So you have time to retweet, like it, comment, do what you got to do.
Do what you got to do.
All right.
Someone up to the stage.
Is that Miss Pony behind the account today?
You know it, family.
Thank you so much, Ghost, for the honor of being up here.
Thank you, Miss Bubbles.
Thank you, Miss Tequila.
Thank you, Machiavelli.
I know you're in court right now, but thank you, lawyer and everybody else that's part of the team.
We appreciate you.
We appreciate you guys.
Go ahead and tell us what you guys got going on.
You guys started the event just recently, right?
We are in our pre-sale and the reason we did a pre-sale, of course, is we wanted to onboard as many people into the optimism.
You know, it was a little hard dropping on that.
But for those of you that don't know us, My Consent of Tea is a nonprofit organization.
We incorporated already.
It was thanks to you guys and your push, by the way.
It really, like, motivated me to, like, you know, just take it to that level.
And we didn't just form an LLC or something like that.
We wanted people to know we were super serious about what we're doing.
And, you know, it's really for the right cause.
This is our nonprofit.
So what we do is we provide free AI, Web3, and emerging technology education to all kids, regardless of socioeconomics.
Through the use of entities, you know, in games and the metaverse and, you know, the good stuff like that.
We have our online educational platform, which we're using to empower the kids all over the world.
Give them the tools that they need, you know, so they can succeed today.
And tomorrow's marketplace and tomorrow's workforce is going to be really hard for them if they don't have these kind of tools.
They don't have, like, you know, the emerging technology.
So we're already available in several schools, six of them, if I'm not mistaken, or about seven, where the kids learn with their own teachers, you know, so they're kept safe.
And they're in their own language as well as their own, you know, classroom.
But they're using our curriculum, and we're already present in several continents.
So, you know, we're branching out pretty quickly.
And we are forming those partnerships that are going to get us, you know, even further.
We're already, you know, translated now into Spanish and into Portuguese.
And we will continue to translate into other languages as well.
Sorry about that.
I was just distracted for a minute.
I didn't know it was my turn.
But, yeah, so that's what we're doing.
And as Go said, we're doing our mint right now at our pre-sale price.
That's going to be until the 7th.
So you have a little bit of time.
So, yeah, don't miss your chance to be part of something meaningful for once.
You know, it's not just an NFT or a project for its art, even though there's nothing wrong with that.
These are not just filled with utility, but these are our governance NFTs.
So you will get one vote per NFT.
So I suggest you buy more than one, obviously.
And they're like a vote into our corporation before we even form our DAO.
Because we really want to take our, you know, founding members that start from the beginning with us and really take them seriously and take their word and use it so that we can steer, you know, our company in the right direction.
So, yeah, please join us.
You know, we're really on a quest to create some future world leaders with our project, including, you know, my kid herself.
She's involved in it.
She's been really instrumental to it.
And I see some of our community members that were down here, like Bobby and Dada and Chris.
So we really appreciate you.
Chris is also our secretary.
So really appreciate you guys.
Thank you so much for coming out.
It's at 0.022 ETH right now, or about the $40 mark, which is less than the price of McDonald's for a family of four.
And, you know, you're getting all of the utility, plus you're just doing something good.
To keep it brief, just go to our website and hit mykidsnft.com and see what we're doing so you can become familiar with it and, you know, see everything that we're doing, our white paper, our roadmap, everything's there.
I don't want to take too much time.
I'm very grateful for the platform.
So, if you have any questions.
Well, I have a question.
Can you explain to everyone how the mint process goes on that chain, the difference in the chain, or they have to switch chains correctly at MetaMask?
So it's really simple, but we also made some videos.
If you go to our last post.
Can you post that?
Yeah, it's on our YouTube, but I will look for it again and then repost it.
What I can do right now is pin up, like, our last post, which has our YouTube link, and then you'll see it right there.
We don't have that many videos yet.
We're just getting started.
So I wish we had a million YouTube videos, but we really don't.
So, yeah, let me put that up for you guys.
And then you can see our link there so you can use the video.
But it's real simple.
If you've ever added a network, like, say, Polygon, that's all you have to do is add your optimism network.
And then if you've never bridged, like, if you've never bridged from, like, Ethereum into Matic or whatever, you know, the video is there.
But if you have, then it's the exact same process, but it's a lot cheaper.
And the good thing about optimism, you know, for anybody who's wondering what it is, it's a layer two roll up.
So, in other words, it rolls up a bigger amount of transactions into one and then sends it to the Ethereum network.
So it is Ethereum.
And it does that to what?
I'm going to cut you off.
Yeah, exactly.
And this is when, you know, gas is, like, going crazy like it is right now.
It just saves you a whole lot of money without a whole lot of stress.
So if you just transport a couple of dollars into the, or bridge a couple of dollars into
Optimism, you'll have, like, gas for, like, ever.
I think I dropped a bunch of contracts for less than, like, 20 bucks.
And it was just great.
You know, less than five bucks, probably.
I haven't looked, but it was really, really inexpensive.
So out of pocket to own one, including gas, what do you think people will be out?
Well, if you have to bridge, I would bridge, you got to bridge a couple of bucks because
if not, you know how the gas goes up.
I don't know why Ethereum does that, but it is built into the network that the less Ethereum
you have, the higher your gas goes.
So you know how that works.
Just bridge, like, 10 bucks or something and you'll have money forever.
Oh, and you're talking the price of the NFT.
So yeah, like $42 or something.
You know, you should have more than enough.
But I would say more like 0.00.
That's what I've been paying every time I make a transaction on Optimism.
It is extremely cheap and you're keeping your Ethereum.
So it's not like, no offense to anyone else.
I've used and I have plenty of tokens, but it's not like when you're going to another blockchain,
like, you know, using Matic or you're using another token, you know, as a pay method.
You're using Ethereum.
So that way, if you, you know, ever want to leave that network, you just take your bid on Ethereum
and migrate it with you.
You know what I mean?
Here's what I'll do.
The first person who's listening, watching the show or listening to it later on,
that makes a purchase of the MyKidsNFT records the whole process.
Please blank your wallet address out and all that stuff.
I'll reimburse you.
Jump on our server.
Drop the video.
You get the first person to do it.
We'll reimburse you.
We'll post it on.
The first person that does it, we'll post them on our page.
The video shows you the walkthrough.
OK, so whatever you up to two NFTs, if you get to, I will what it show or reimburse you
for two of them.
Let us see that video.
Let us see the walkthrough.
I'm a visual learner.
I got to see shit.
I like, you know, I like to see videos and numbers and charts and and and little graphs
and stuff with colors like a little kid sometimes, you know.
Can I say something more like offer something?
I work with a 3D company.
Can I use one of your characters and get them made into a 3D for a storytelling tool that
you can also use and it's free?
You don't have to pay anything.
All you got to do is use the character.
One million percent, my queen.
And thank you for what you just did, Ghost.
That was like, you guys are so kind.
Really, I just I can't even right now.
I'll start crying.
I'm a slide into your DMs.
And I got the winners.
I got the four winners.
I got to say before I announce them.
Thank you for being here.
Remember supporting someone that is making a difference for our future because children
is our future.
It's something that you should be behind and stand behind.
So I definitely support and I think you should too.
Not financial advice, but I'm here to announce the winners.
First is Mrs.
Our second winner is a kid called L.M.
Our third winner is my little pink flower.
And our fourth one is Ramona Cyrus.
If you can DM.
Actually, I pin posted the discord.
That way it's easier and it doesn't get lost on the DM.
So if you can go to our discord, open a ticket.
Said that you won.
What are we winning?
Twenty five dollars a week.
Say you won twenty five dollars a week today.
Don't worry.
I got you.
And also Rambo got you.
So just open a discord ticket.
Sounds good.
Sounds good.
I love it.
People are winning stuff.
People are collaborating.
People are helping each other out.
Love the spirit of the board certified crew here today.
This this this is what it listen.
Guys, this is just the beginning.
Now, I've been I've been in talks with some of the earlier board certified projects and I'm
going to bring start bringing them around and we're going to start building out a a
reoccurring situation that we want.
Well, since we only have one project on now Wednesday nights instead of two, we can we
have a space at the end of the show where the board certified projects will be able to
speak and then we're going to cycle them through.
Anybody got news, updates, mitts, drops, any of that stuff.
And we're going to we're going to start making sure that everyone also talks about the show
and these projects that are that are board certified in their in their servers so that
they can so that you guys can get extra visibility.
So we're working on that.
We're going to roll that out.
We're going to turn this into a space where everyone can come and talk about what's going
on to update us all about their their current happenings in their project.
So good things to come.
Good things.
And that's all I'm going to say.
There's a lot more to it, but I don't want to, you know, tease it all out right now.
But it's a lot, a lot more to come and we're going to have some fun times and everyone's
going to be able to really, really take take advantage of being to being part of the board
certified community, guys.
All right.
Well, if that's it, let's pass around a room for last words.
Starting who voted last?
So we'll go with a one and then we'll end up with the ladies.
No, I actually, I'm not going to go to last.
I'm going to go to last in a one.
I always finish last, Ghost.
I kept rugging.
I didn't get to.
That's not what she said.
He said, I always finish last.
And he's like, I'm rugging.
Wait, board lawyer didn't get to vote.
Yeah, no, I was.
I'll vote a thumbs up.
I'll vote a thumbs up for you.
I saw your text message, but go ahead and go ahead and verbalize it, sir.
I appreciate it.
Hey, man, you're building something dope.
I appreciate you coming on.
Appreciate the support.
Reach out to us privately so I can get you that merch so you can give it out to someone
lucky in the crowd who came out to support, who retweeted and who follows your project
and is showing love, man.
I really appreciate everything.
Everyone out here.
Thank you guys so much.
All right.
Machiavelli, in the spirit of not finishing last, what's going on?
Nothing much, man.
Yo, I think we had a great show today.
Shout out to My Kids NFT.
You know what I'm saying?
Shout out to everybody who's showing up on a regular basis.
Remember, when you do good for the sake of good, only good can come your way.
Okay, A1, a little ask for us.
Any nice, thoughtful sayings on the way out the door, sir?
I posted a tweet.
I don't know if you saw this, Ghost.
I came into this space.
I gave away a bunch of NFTs.
And I've been trying to give away NFTs a little bit to people who either don't have them or want
to get into a project or people who do stuff that's, you know, that's right.
And my only requirement, my only request is to pay it forward, right?
And so I posted something tonight that I just want to read.
It's what I wrote, but these are my parting words tonight.
Inclusivity is what Web3 is about.
When we get along, we invite others to participate in the space.
When we act like fools, we scare people away from Web3.
As we embrace one another, our bags will grow, and we will succeed together.
That feels like the truth, man.
That feels like the truth.
Like that, man.
Like that.
Damn, where did DG go?
He was just there.
There he is.
DG, there you go.
I see him.
Moving you around on my screen.
Blackrock, remove him.
I would say, let's fucking go.
Back to you, Go.
I need some theme music like that.
It's time for the ladies.
I want to say thank you, everybody, for being here.
I see a lot of familiar faces.
And also, gracias por estar aquΓ.
Se te aprecian.
I see some Hispanics in here, too.
But yeah, you guys have a good night.
And I will see you Friday at 12 p.m. EST for coffee and news.
And also at 7 p.m. EST for you to claim your freebies.
And we're just going to chat and just hang out.
So I'll see you Friday, guys.
Good night.
That's right.
Friday, coffee at noon, Eastern, coffee, NFT news.
And then 7 p.m., we got the freebie Friday.
We're going to chill, relax, maybe play some music, give away some NFTs, give away some prizes for the week.
And maybe Miss Basie is going to stop, Drew.
What's up, Miss Basie?
How you doing?
What are you going to say on the way out the door?
Well, I just want to thank everyone for your most valuable access first.
Your time.
I mean, once it's gone, it's gone.
So always remember that because tomorrow is always a new day.
So if you're having a bad day, don't forget a whole day is 24 hours.
Even if it's just a bad moment, a bad hour, someone in your life is draining your energy, you can just walk away from them.
And on that note, there's 24 hours in a day, meaning it can just be a bad hour or two, not a bad whole day.
So always remember that if you're ever having trouble.
But yeah, I hope everyone has a great rest of your week.
I know I will, because I make sure I do.
Because if anyone is draining my energy, I walk away.
So yeah, anyway, I hope everyone's amazing.
It's so great to have so many of you here all the time, always showing up for us.
We do really appreciate you, truly.
Let's fucking go!
Hells yeah.
And she is right.
Don't let nobody drain your energy.
My grandma used to look at somebody that had bad energy.
It was draining energy.
She'd just look at it and say, God bless your soul, child.
God bless your soul.
I look at it and say, you know what?
You just a fucking fool.
I'm out of here.
We out of here, guys, girls.
Have a good night.
See you soon, Friday.
Love you all.
Yo, I'm hot, Mike.
Much love, everybody.
See you Friday.
See you guys, Friday at noon Eastern.
See you Friday.
