If you're not familiar with blockouts, it is a...
It may be, in fact, I'm not 100% sure,
but it could be one of the first recursive games on ordinal,
although it is digital interactive generative art.
Every ordinal is, in fact, its own unique generative piece of art
that's been created using the inscription ID of the ordinal as a seed
making sure that no two are alike.
The artwork is actually a game and a new take on the classic breakout style game.
There's a hidden menu, in fact, that we just created.
They're going to be cheeky and pinned to the top so people can see.
That allows you to download levels, edit levels, upload levels,
upload images that may not already be on IPFS.
So if you have some NFTs on other chains, you can bring them across
and you can play those as levels.
And so it's quite an interesting use of ordinal theory on Bitcoin
in a way that sort of brings together art and gaming and Bitcoin in a fun way.
So that's a sort of elevated pitch.
I go by many names in the space and started in rare pizzas back in the day.
It was Squirty, Snoop Frogland.
But yeah, I've dabbled around a few projects and started attributes
with my wife and artist, DDMX.
And we've been working together on those.
And yeah, that, like your mid, like that is going crazy
because like, you know, we have seen like everyone post about it.
Those honorities were like fucking crazy.
Like, you know, some of the biggest guys got that.

I'm from New York originally, so I talk and cuss a lot when I do.

Um, I just kind of, I just built shit in the background, man.
I don't really, I got more followers now since I reset the account
than I have in like a year because we were dropping Pallet on Tuesday.
In a nutshell, if anybody doesn't know what it is,
it is a new way of minting NFTs, mixing tokenomics with art projects.
NFT projects, whatever you want to call them.
We're just a couple of artists, man.
We just like to have a good time.
We're just like doing cool shit out here to make some money.
But we're just kind of focused on putting quality product out.
Um, this thing's basically us.
I'm quantizing images from a past collection.
We dropped a few years ago with the worst possible point in the market
So it's just kind of a recycle, but yeah, I could break it down later.

Excited to chat with everyone today.
For those of you who don't know, I'm Zach.
I'm on the ecosystem or business development team at Galaxy
for just over a year and a half now.
And yeah, as you mentioned earlier, the growth over the past year has been fitting pretty crazy.
Everyone really knows us for our campaign model, you know, rewards and airdrops,
but we are home to a lot of other products and features.
So I'm excited to go over some of that with you guys today.

And yeah, let's just jump right into Battle Derby.
Yes, let's talk about Battle Derby.
I know that you are here because you want to know a lot about the project.
So excited to tell you every detail of it.
Of course, I'm going to present myself first.
I'm the CEO of the company.
I've been involved in gaming for more than 70 years now.
And then in Bitcoin since 2012.
But as an investor of 2016.
So yes, as a little summary, here is part of the team that is also listening.
But the co-founder is Ricardo, who was also having more than 10 years' experience
working for AAA titles like Assassin's Creed,
Television 1 and 2, and Ubisoft, again, as a game developer.
So that's a brief interaction.
I mean, no, we can just jump right into it.
Like, you know, tell us more about the project, your background,
and like, you know, how you got into Web 3.
And yeah, like all the fine details.
I wanted to be short in answers.
But if you let me be longer, let's go ahead.
So I started in animation industry in 2003.
And then I jumped into game in 2007 before the iPhone came out.
So because I came from animation industry working in big movies like Pixar, DreamWorks movie,
I just wanted to bring high quality graphics into mobile devices.
So this is not my first startup.
This is my second one on gaming.
And with that one, we were awarded in PAX East as the best indie game,
also in Game Developer Conference in San Francisco.
And also worldwide feature by Apple, something pretty hard to get.
And then I started to work with Mattel, Disney, Warner Brothers,
and big brands like DC, television, many others.
So in 2017, I sold that company.
But in 2012, I was with Bitcoin in my head.
Like when I started to understand Bitcoin, I was saying like,
we really need to put this in gaming because it's a revolution.
And I really saw the possibilities of the blockchain technology.
I mean, the technology that was behind Bitcoin.
So I was playing Diablo 3.
And I was super stick with the auction house.
And suddenly they shut down it.
As you remember, the auction house worked with real money.
So if you get any, I don't need the lighting inside the game,
you could basically sell it with fiat currency.
So I didn't understand why they shut down that.
And then everything in my head is blown.
Like we really need Bitcoin.
So from that moment till 2017, 2018,
that was when we started Tripleau Games, the company that runs Battle Dairy.
We started to really build up blockchain technology and with three behind.
And we decided to do Battle Dairy.
Battle Dairy is basically a car battle game.
There's nothing like this in the market.
So if I have to describe it, to compare with other games,
I would say it's a mixture between Rocket League, Mario Kart, Fortnite kind of,
but for mobile devices, for castle, mid-core kind of gamers.
So yeah, that's a long, long answer.
No, appreciate the breakdown.
And also like before we jump into it even more,
we actually are giving away a Battle Derby whitelist spot.

One, what's what platform is is Battle Derby really going to be played on?
You know, is this going to be a PC game?
Is this going to be available on mobile?
What what platform is this going to be accessible for?
We were always with mobile first kind of mentality because we wanted to really,
our vision always was like how we can bring a huge amount of users into blockchain space.
That was the reason, the first reason.
And then we started to realize nobody in the space built mobile gaming.
I mean, I don't know why it was because the app and Google guidelines,
but we were kind of the first to do that.
And yeah, the last year, last two years, we started to see more mobile games.
But definitely our focus is mobile, but it's going to be expanded by 4PC as well,
multi platform and Nintendo Switch in the future near future.

Some are giving it high praise.
I mean, if it's a free Mint, you're not raising capital.

What essentially is the Mint for?
So this is the upcoming collection.
By the way, Alpha, it's maintained at the end of this month, like pretty soon.
It's the entry of triple games in Battle Derby into the Web3 space.
So first of all, I think, and the mentality and division of Battle Derby is like,
show the value and then ask for value.
Show that we've been building for five years.
And that's the whole idea.
That's why we are free Mint.
That's why, as well, we are not doing the first come, first share of stuff.
Because I truly believe that a first come first serve just makes no sense with the free Mint.
Like, being honest, to hit like a first come first serve, you need a bot.
And that's already money.
And then you have to use gas.
So yeah, that's the main idea.
Mike, I see you with your hand up, King.
So I was just wondering, it's like an ecosystem pass, pretty much.
Instead of actually getting direct access to stuff for Battle Derby,
we'll just get direct access to everything that happens with Triple O.
So we are meeting an update that is like, it's going to be a key,
it's going to play a key role in the Battle Derby game.
It's going to be, it's going to give you an actual in-game asset for the Battle Derby mobile game.
It's going to be a car because, of course, it's a car game.
So it's a very customizable NFT.
Let's say you buy a skin, you put that skin into your NFT,
automatically it updates and your metadata, and then your NFT updates as well.
Then we have a lot of cool mechanics like scholarships, rentals.
So pretty much, you make the, I'm not sure if I can say this because of the legal team,
but pretty sure like your NFT, it's an active.
You can put it, you can just leave it there with some of the mechanics we have,
and it will start like earning token.
And then it's for the Web3D agents.
Yeah, it's the entry to the, let's say, Triple O Games ecosystem.
Okay, I cannot tell you what's going to happen, but it's the first NFT,
it's the Genesys, and you know how important Genesys and NFTs are.
Yeah, I think if I have to add the gaming perspective here,
everything was designed with the NFT in the center.
So the core design of the game, it's everything related with how we can put value inside the NFT.
So it has a lot of utility inside the game.
And that utility is not only that you get more experience,
and you unlock more experience, and you have more fun,
but also you can unlock more rewards.
So yeah, definitely there's huge amount of details behind the design of the tokenomics utility.
And of course, the accessibility to the Triple O Games ecosystem.
So there's a lot of talk about tokenomics and spinning and spending and passive income and all
stuff. Is there going to be a token pool that people can just sort of buy into and spend and
game or how does the tokenomics really work if you're not a holder of one of the NFTs?
So if you're not a holder, I mean, all is designed for, well designed for gamers,
and that's the key point. So we have like different kinds of audiences. I want to tell
this differently, to answer these questions differently. So most of Web3 Games out there
are designed for Web3 agents. Like everyone, everybody wants to make money with it, right?
You want to speculate and, of course, put out a lot of value, but where's the value coming from?
So here's where free-to-play players have a huge role. So our duty is to onboard millions
of free-to-play users into the game. So they spend money because they are having fun as a
free-to-play user. And that means that the company is getting money and that means it's
getting value and the token is going to raise in value because we have 100,000 to 300,000 daily
after users. That's something that you don't see in Web3 Gaming. So those users are giving value,
so you as investors have the possibility to have, of course, worth the investment, right? So
for them, for the Web3 and the player itself, if you have an NFT and you are not only an investor
but you wanted to play, you have the possibility to really get better rewards. That's how we design
it. We are a good company, so we want to reward people who are inside our community as a player.
So basically we hear the community a long time ago and they say with this pay-to-win thing,
we hate pay-to-win. We just want, I mean, we are players and we wanted to get rewarded
because we spend a lot of time and resources to play into the game. So let's gonna do that,
but we don't have this. So that's basically like a sneak peek without many details of how it works.
Yeah, for just a quick question on the Battle Pass, do you need that? I heard you talk about
like scholarship program, right? Do you need a Battle Pass to kind of start a scholarship
or lend out your... So I'll disclose something, okay? Oh my god, I'm about to get in trouble.
Oh my god. What you are minting in like two weeks, it's going to give you eventually
a car inside the game that is going to be an NFT, okay? It's going to be an airdrop,
it's going to be a bridge. I cannot tell that, okay? But you cannot think about it. So yeah,
you will have the asset, okay? You will control the asset so you can decide if you want to put
it on rental, if you want to put it on a scholarship, or you want to play yourself
and just earn tokens just by playing. So it's up to you. It's like your asset and that's like
the main ethos of Web3 that you own your asset and you can take the decisions on it.
And then as well, just going back and I want to get a little bit far from Battle Derby,
I think we have a very, very, very bad concept on Web3 gaming. And it's that Web3 gaming
has to find a way to balance Web2 and Web3. Realistically, we don't have enough people in
Web3 to make a game successful, like that's not happening. Like we are like 40,000 people and
like I'm pretty sure less than 5% of that are actual players. And so we are investors,
we are agents, we speculate, we are not the main publicom that the game wants. So if a
Web3 company tells you, yeah, we are going to do a Web3 game for Web3 players, bro,
get out of there. Just run as fast as you can. Like the fastest that you can,
just go away from that because that's not going to succeed. You need to make sure that they have
a Web2 marketing plan where they are planning on onboarding Web2 players because that's where the
big masses are. That's the part of the publicom that is going to be sustaining the game,
the ones that are going to put in money and add value. But for that, and the most important thing
is that you have a good game, a game that is fun to play and a game that is made by people
who are experienced. Yeah, so when we were designing the game, for your understanding,
the main designer of the game is here listening, Fausto. I think our long-term vision, it would be
like how we can satisfy everyone, like the gamers, the investors. Not the investor who
invests in equity in the company, but there were three investors who invest in NFTs and they are
not really players. So that's the reason you are going to have kind of systems like scholarship,
random system where as we can see in the future having success, as an investor, you will
lend or rent your NFT to someone who spent all of time playing so you can earn
yield of your NFTs. So that's how I see it long-term. So there will be,
how can I say it, like partnership between players and investors inside the game. So that's
how we think it in the long-term, in a healthy way, in a way that we have a sustainable economy
and a healthy organic growth long-term. Okay, do you have any like a system for it or
working with existing people that's doing a scholarship? Because I know Pixel have
people that have been doing a scholarship system for, what is that, Axie Infinity? Do you have
something like that in plan or? But we got Fausto. This guy has been designing the game,
like the ethos of the game, the theory of the game in Battle Derby for like three years. So
believe me, I was in a meeting with this guy and like we had to cut it off because we were just
going crazy. Like the system that he created, it's crazy like we will be unlocking the notion
soon so then you can read and get like all the details in the scholarships, in the rentals,
like it's crazy. It's very well balanced and well, I don't want to expand too much because
I want to like shift a little bit more to the room but it like the system even has like
artificial intelligence and machine learning and all that cool stuff that you need nowadays.
All right, cool. Thanks for the collaboration. Yeah, I think the most important part here that
I think it's a real difference from us, from other projects, is our idea to bring a lot of
free-to-play users to maintain the whole game economy and also the system that we created,
we call proof of skill. It's not a consistent system of security, it's more like it's a
meritocratic system where the best ones, the skilled ones, the skillful ones are the ones who
are going to get more tokens. So yeah, that's basically how it works and it has a deepness
of design that is complex in a way that you really enjoy inside that you can really evolve it
organically so you can have this experience that you are advancing the game and you are also
improving the NFT so you can get more rewards. So yeah, that's the proof of skill system that we built.
I think my sources were wrong. I'm going through the App Store here and I don't see it and obviously
I'm checking your link tree and there's a closed beta on the Google Play. There's a bunch of
demolition derby car games on the Apple Store that I do see here, notably some of these which
drive ahead has 135,000 four and a half star ratings. Do you have a number one competitor
in this style of game and besides blockchain maybe what would set you apart from them?
Not really, we had seen some games that are similar but they were doing terrible in
in web 2. I mean it's a mobile game because the game control, because the multiplayer technology
because of a lot of things because some of them are kind of beauty but not really so our most
tight competitor I would say would be Supercell Roastars. It would be the closer one where we can
compare because at the end of the day it's kind of Roastars but with cars but with a lot of game modes.
We have Denmark, we have Battle Royale, we have Capture the Flag and many other game modes that
are going to be included so definitely I don't see any games that are similar. There's also
racing kind of like Mario Kart, right? Like you are combating in a racing and this is not the
case in our case. So yeah again I come back to Rocket League you know it's like a soccer with cars
so what's your I mean what's your genre? I don't know when people ask me we are in a
total new kind of game. It's an action game and it's also kind of destruction
derby kind of game. You can remember this game is similar to I don't know an old game
like Carmageddon or how's this game learning that you always mentioned? I forget. Twisted
Metal. Twisted Metal. You have to have played that. No way you didn't. Who? Twisted Metal.
That's the PlayStation 1 game right? I was an Xbox guy. I was an Xbox guy. I'm sorry bro I don't
know what you speak of. I didn't play that either but yeah like you know if you're just joining us

a NFT sniper bot which will later on be updated to tokens as well. Yeah but that's that's just a

Cidro like continue like what you were saying about the tokenomics and the game. Like also like I
had a question to ask in terms of like you know your experience in web 3 like as a you know with
this gaming ecosystem boom how has that journey been like I would love to know about that as well.
Well we ate already to bear markets so and we are here so we survived a lot of fun
in this roller coaster uh no really um first of all we we had to change many times the the
all and the marketing side of things the communication way because we suffered the
first ICO scams so we have started to say the first time like we are fully blockchain gaming
so we are pre-eponeers here uh we we create play to run as a concept blah blah blah and people
were I mean investors like serious investors were saying uh so it's you are blockchain so no we we
don't want to hear anything about it so we started to say oh no we are like kind of decentralized
logic technology power game so that's the first thing on 2018 and 2018 and 19 and then when it
came in the bull market everybody was talking about NFTs Xinfinity had a huge success I mean
and we were again oh no we are NFT powered and and again we had the the class of NFTs as we
as we know and again we have to say okay yes we are using NFTs but so yeah it was funny it was
funny uh but we learn a lot so because our vision always was what it was that is basically how we
can basically share our profits with gamers how we can basically uh make participants the players
into the economy that we are creating as a gamers because at the end of the day this is pretty easy
that what we are trying to do as a gamers game developers it's games always was a close box I
mean you put money in and developer get it and that's it now we are saying no the box is open
so there's flukes that outside that goes back to the ones who are paying so that's basically it
and that was the the general vision and we never uh get excited by the hype so the last bull run
we had opportunity to launch token typical get a lot of money and just the game grass and we
didn't want that I mean it was not my first startup I really wanted to put value in in the market
and I mean in the world and say so I wanted something that really valuable long term
and that's the reason we wait so long five years in fact so so yeah that's that's the story

including myself and I just minted one and uh yeah like uh block out you know snoop toshi jump
right into it let's get uh you know your thoughts your vision and how has that journey been for
block out hey well thank you again yeah so um again this is something that has been inspired
first and foremost by billy resteats collection if you're familiar with bit blocks where we had
this this generative art collection that was created using existing artwork that was on chain
it's of course data is sacred from bitcoin you don't want to waste space uh so to speak so being
able to leverage existing artwork and breathe life into it was something we found fascinating
when we saw that collection come out and um we felt we wanted to see how we could
apply the 3js and p5js experiments that my wife ddmx had been working on and we went down a rabbit
hole of several weeks of iteration to get to ultimately what you see today and the ordinal
is artwork and it ultimately is a fully gamified experience and as for the vision i can't say too
much um other than what's this space and we're believers in talking and things that we have done
other than things that we will do as we saw how perilous that got during the east days of 2021
so with this project um there is a website that you can as a holder connect your wallet to to be
able to play and have your score ranked and there'll be more information on that coming out
there is also a secret word a secret word when typed in playing the game will give you access
to a hidden menu a hidden menu that will allow you to edit levels that will allow you to download
and upload levels so you can share amongst your friends will allow you to upload any image that
isn't already on change so let's say you have your pfp that isn't already inscribed you can still
upload that image into an ordinal and be able to play that as a level there is an infinite
amount of levels you have one life and let's see how far you can get and what score you can get
before you die at which point you have to start the level again so this is an interesting take
again on bringing art and technology together in a gamified fashion so as for what comes next
and you have to watch this space i mean we're still in the process of
minting out i think we're just over sort of 50 60 percent of the way through now
i can see there's some lovely activity on secondary and so yeah it's all shaping up to be
uh a pretty cool collection um it's all inscribed incidentally on block nine satoshis um these are
four fifties indicating that these satoshis came from the first bitcoin out of the block the ninth
block ever made ever mined by nakamoto which was the first of 10 bitcoins that were sent from
nakamoto to how finny some people myself included believed to be nakamoto so this thing is riddled
with bitcoin history and it is a beautiful piece of technology and a lovely piece of art
and a very fun game so yeah if you have any questions if you want to know anything more

um it is not an official one so to speak but it is some of the community can still congregate in

audience and that is ultimately where ordinals will shine because this is simply new technology
it's a new medium that artists are finding um interesting for them to develop and create on
and if you remember early 2020 it wasn't the nft's and the rather it wasn't the metaverse
plays and the pfp's that drew new audiences in it was artists like gay white and civet creating
awesome content on new mediums and people have never seen before that they wanted to collect
and so we will see that same thing happening i think there is already a web 2 audience waiting
to discover ordinals and i believe blockout and project similar to blockout could be that
catalyst for those users to discover ordinals and where they may not believe in bitcoin as a
a vehicle for for transactions they may believe in it as a vehicle to be able to trade artwork
just as we saw people buying e for the first time to be able to trade nfts so i hear what you're
saying um and i think certainly blockout's playability gives it that means of being able
to bring people into bitcoin a little bit more than say looking at a classroom um but ultimately
being able to have let's say a mobile app i think it's pretty cool isn't it well a good thing we have
is cedar here you know he can help you with that the development of the game now but yeah for real
well it's actually funny you say that because my day job when i'm not in the ordinal space
we partner with nvidia we're building a games console and this thing has um the pre-deciding
chips that is inside the nintendo switch so we're about eight times the power of the nintendo switch
and it runs an open source operating system so we always show me that once i remember we had like
yeah we had an ama and you were showing us like the vr set that you have that was amazing
actually i have a question though like so what people are minting right now
it's it's art pretty much but like there's further plans to expand that into like gamification
i have one of the the art is a game and so that's it's a very thing again i believe it is a game
you dummy bro i'm trying to understand okay so slow when okay so let me sort of give you
from from the top so the artwork that you see if you were to go on to block out on magic eden
you would see a bunch of thumbnails of what look like sort of atari-esque characters or designs
now these designs are all generative art that have been created according to the transaction
hash of the ordinal itself so when the the ordinal was inscribed there's a transaction id
and we use that transaction id as the seed the thing that will ensure that no two are alike to
generate the pattern so when you open it up the first thing you see is generative art that is a
generative art collection but it's a generative art collection with a twist where when you press
the space bar the the ball at the bottom of the screen will leave the paddle and it will start
bouncing off of the walls and the other blocks and becoming a traditional brick breaking game
but you can also click and drag and rotate all the voxels the sort of the three-dimensional cubes
and the artwork that's displayed can be changed if you type in the secret menu which is the artist
name ddmx it will open up the secret menu and allow you to download levels or upload levels
that you may have been sent and you're also able to upload other images that will then be voxelized
turned into a 24 by 24 pixel grid turned into 3d voxels and then turned into a level for you to play
the levels have an increased difficulty progression so as you complete one level
you clear all the blocks the next level will load the image will change color
to indicate that you are in a second level and you may notice a nice little easter egg of a
attribute will then remain this will continue adding an item and so
so first and foremost it's a piece of art but second it's a piece of art you can play with
and so as for future plans again we have no future plans this is in all essence a piece of
wonderful technology and art on bitcoin for the very first time and if something happens after
this fantastic but we are certainly not the type to promise and and under deliver we'd much rather
surprise and over deliver than anything else okay okay i understand now sorry like i was a

bit more information on the projects itself uh i know yoshi brushed over a few of the bits um so
obviously like yoshi said it is an nft sniper bot okay not just a sniper bot of for just blast we
will be going on to other other um chains as well um once blast launch okay um but not only is it
a nft sniper but one thing that yoshi didn't mention we've also got our internal incubator
program which currently is set to go soon as launched as well so what we're also going to
be doing is helping other um projects come to blast as well which which which is amazing that
we're able to to pass on our experience and how we are currently building and some of the great
technology that we're putting together here i think like blast is one of the most amazing things
that's just landed just before this hike of a bull run so i'm so excited for it not only that
we've also got our own um ip coffee brand that's going to be launching for the first time as well
within within the actual ecosystem which is going to be so hyped for so what we're doing we're taking
everything that we've learned throughout the years from obviously yoshi being part of the um
we're within we're within the azuki caretakers um he's like a great advocate with the ip bill
and he started doing red bean coffee at the time and he's just absolutely smashed it and he's put
that over to this project which i'm so excited for and not only that guys we're also in may
we're launching our own token for to support the airdrop that blast is going to be going to be doing

like a hardcore shout out to block so because um i've been working on generative art for a while
now for about a year and a half uh like seriously floored me looking into what that was using p5
3js all that kind of shit and jamming it into ordinals and gamifying it is like legend level
work so mad props and respect i just gotta do that shout out it's a lot of work that goes into
these things um so i've been working on a project called iterative for 18 months because the bear
hit and i was like just coding my way out of depression and shitty real life circumstances
and my bags being like useless you know um and then about two weeks ago cfw who is goes by
chapters from within he's an artist i've been working with for a few years now we dropped
pillheads together he's the primary artist for it um and he was in uh the right place at the right
time talking to the folks who fired off the erc 404 token recently not to be confused with the
all the other ones that have been coming out it's like a fucking meta you know like there's a 404
something now there's a 404 something else every other day um no disrespect to any devs building
on that by the way because it's pretty cutting edge and that's why we got stoked about it because
we're sick and tired of the same old same old shit um the project we had launched was called
pillheads nft right so pillheads generative uh essentially what was unique about it was that
it wasn't just layered pngs uh cfw is a 3d genius uh we did not render these by stacking flat png
files over each other he sent this off to a render farm and generated 6665 of these things
fully from 3d like live renders so the caustics the lighting the quality all that shit is unique
in each one so like if there's a red glow in like a lightsaber in one of them the red
glow reflects off all the other surfaces that are in those pfp's which is you know crazy to think
about um anyway so we did all this work dropped the project uh at the worst possible time the
market ate shit in the summer of 2022 and you know we just kind of blew our load we're like
we can't keep marketing this thing hoping the market will correct so just fucking ship it right
so we launched it fast forward to a couple of weeks ago uh we had this opportunity we're like
you know what we just make art we're just artists um i i make art i write code uh cfw is a brilliant
artist and we were like this is an opportunity to reboot this project um and actually it was
amazing because as soon as we announced we were doing this uh the last couple of times the floor
went from like 0.04 or 0.006 at one point to now it's over 0.1 um i'm just happy because cfw is
getting the respect he deserves because the art is actually good and we lost a lot of money on
that project but furthermore this project is kind of like the ultimate like fusion of dev and art
um what it is is i'm quantizing existing uh existing pfp's from the original collection
and like a one-to-one like i'm transferring each one over into a reassembled deconstructed
reassembled bow house style piece of art uh people keep using words like fudenza and art
blocks and you know shit like that i'm not trying to compare i don't i don't like comparisons like
that every artist does their own shit if we look at others for comparisons it's just fucking
depressing you know i mean success should be gauged by whether you're proud of what you created
or what you didn't and we're just like really proud of this because it's a fusion of like one
of my best homies is art in the space uh we've been through thick and thin in the space together
and now i get to like you know use my coding skills to put this thing together so it's kind
of like an evolution of where we were a few years ago and i'm just happy that it's happening at a
time where everything's sort of coming back slowly so yeah that's that's kind of my ramble about if
you got any questions fire away i actually have a question like mint details like what's the supply
when are you planning on minting when why list all that stuff please so we're trying to avoid
the crazy shit that happens with saying we're minting on this day and here's the condition
but we had to do it launching on tuesday um there's a raffle that's open right now uh so basically
look you gotta remember this isn't a typical mint uh erc 404 doesn't work the same way where we
just build a minter and you can go mint one directly through our website um although it's
realistic to be able to build that kind of thing the emphasis on this is it's a merger between
tokenomics and traditional nft culture right so basically you launch a token you go and buy the
tokens on uniswap right when you get a whole token a whole integer value token one ass token
right you get an nft that gets revealed in your wallet now if you own 3.9 of this token you still
have three nfts if you get 4.2 tokens of these fractions adding up you get four nfts revealed
if you sell some of the tokens and you go back down to 3.5 the last nft that was revealed in
your wallet gets sent off and burned uh and gets rerolled as part of the collection for somebody
else later so that's kind of the minting mechanic for it the supply is going to be 69 69 we're
adding 304 unique pieces to it um and uh yeah it's it's kind of crazy i can't say anything else
about the numbers right now so again uh to clear uh clear up uh you know when you said 404 you meant
pandora right yes sir thanks for that clarification yeah you get it dude yeah yeah it's erc 404 with
pandora yeah so like yeah that that's the person he was referring to if you guys didn't know that's
the first 404 that came out pandora and uh yeah that's why like one of the reasons palette is like

welcome from galaxy if you guys don't know galaxy well zach we'll get right into it zach
go for it king appreciate appreciate the kind words man um yeah you know i want to go over
like a few different things um for those of you that are not familiar with galaxy or a campaign
or quest based platform or home to some of the largest l1s and l2s and ecosystems and web 3
and essentially they can create rewards programs for their community um i have a feeling most
people are familiar with the campaigns that we've done before um if you're not familiar feel free to
check some of them out there's going to be some pretty good rewards airdrops that'll make you
eligible for participating there vera chain tyco dop are some of the biggest ones out right now
um but yeah i wanted to go over some of the other products that we have on galaxy that
i'm guessing a lot of people might not be aware of or don't think of us um for primarily um
so yeah we have the campaigns but in addition to that there's a lot of different products
um we have our galaxy passport which has been around almost since the start
um but some new products and other features as well like our web 3 score our smart balance
galaxy protocol and even galaxy mint list which is used exclusively for nft projects
um so if you're not familiar with galaxy passport it can be used in our campaigns
but it's a product on its own as well a galaxy passport is an sbt so a soulbound token
that users can mint um for for five dollars by ky seeing themselves and believe it or not this
actually makes this the largest identity provider and all of web 3 with over 550 000 holders of the
passport um and growing so in the beginning it was free for users to mint and now it's a five
dollar fee so we have this whole identity you know aspect going on at galaxy part of what happens
when you complete these campaigns is all of these credentials that you accumulate and credentials
are tasks you know the credential is the result of of you completing this task um and most people
are just focused on the rewards they're focused on the airdrops following people on twitter
completing the actions that they're told to but there's really a whole thing going on behind the
scenes here not really behind the scenes but as a result of it is that you're building out your
digital identity um and that's really the original sentiment of galaxy one creating this um credential
data network where you can go to a user's galaxy id which is their profile and see everything about
this user you know what tasks have they completed um what on-chain actions have they done what
rewards have they claimed and so on so the credentials are a result of of completing these
tasks and verifying your participation um so in addition to galaxy passport you you can see
everything about these users as well the web 3 score is is a more recent addition it's very
similar to that so you can mint your web 3 score and based off of your on-chain history it'll give
you a score one two three etc and and both of these tools passport and web 3 score can be used
by partners in their galaxy campaigns to remove cyborg from from their efforts in their and their
community engagement um so you know cyborg is is treated very differently across web 3 i think it's
something interesting you know um some people like it some people like the extra exposure that comes
along with it um but then maybe when you're giving away pretty lucrative rewards hundred thousand
dollars two hundred thousand dollars you want to remove that cyborg so those are our in-house
options that we have for cyborg but there's a lot of different options but in addition to passport
and web 3 score smart balance is one of the most recent additions to galaxy and essentially this
lets users top up their gas so that when they come to mint rewards and claim rewards they can already
have a wallet loaded ahead of time with that gas um and then they don't need to go through the
trouble of doing that um in the claiming period sometimes you're in a rush sometimes you want to
claim it as quickly as you can and you just want a smart balance load it up so we have that um you
know i think a lot of people are focused on the campaigns which is great because it grows it lets
galaxies brand grow but we really are much more than that um the last product i'll quickly touch
on before i pass the mic back over is galaxy protocol something that we announced at the end
of august uh it's not yet live but essentially it'll be a completely on-chain version uh and
a method for users to distribute credentials and attestations to their users um so if you want to
give back your data to your users very applicable for gaming partners gambling platforms um anytime
that you want to attest to the validity of a credential in a completely on-chain manner
without needing these users to go through the campaign complete these tasks um you know um
claim an nft you know when you when you complete the task and claim the nft the result of that is
having this credential attached to your identity but it's not necessarily on-chain so if you delete
your galaxy id some of those points will be lost but with galaxy protocol everything's completely
on-chain through zk proofs um so if you're a gaming platform and you want to give this data
point to to a user and let them own the fact that like hey um you know i've completed all seven
stages of of your gaming quest or if you want to give like a a credential to a d gen and be like
i've placed a bet every single day for the past a thousand days or i'm in the top zero zero one
percent of of your of your gambling platform you can do that so you know as we evolve as a company
as a team a lot of these products are going to come to the surface more and you'll be seeing a
lot more activity besides just the campaigns thank you for that zach uh so yeah like again
galaxy has been absolutely crushing it like some of the biggest chains including bara chain like
if you don't know bara chain uh you're not gonna make it because that's gonna be a crazy thing

you can go on github so effectively we do have the recursive module we did inscribe a new library
ourselves called uh simplex noise which gives the block out blocks this sort of vibrating forwards
and backwards look um and yeah the the parent i don't know if we've told anyone this yet but the
parent is doing something pretty interesting um it's actually using a combination of different
artworks taken from its children so it doesn't have one static piece of art every time you reload
it it will reload with a different child's piece of art in its face so we thought that was a fun
little piece of uh tech does that go by transfer or is it just on refresh it's just on refresh
so every time you refresh the screen it will refresh the new um piece of artwork but that's
only the parent of course just to clarify that and that's just one of the features that you can do
with having children beautiful beautiful yeah it i'm like i'm excited i'm gonna check out the
secondary after you guys mint out um yo congratulations once again bro because i i

know believing in gaming project is good like uh depends on various factors including reviews from
you know thrusted source developer uh repeated repetition gameplay reviews and uh
also based on personal preferences you know researching those aspects can help you
you know get more informed and uh make some decision based on your gaming professors and the

what is um battery division or unique factor that should make people want to be part of what
speaking about the game design itself it's the fun factor is something that we always

you know it's a great tool besides just looking for rewards just a great tool to find out about
these other ecosystems that maybe you weren't aware of before um lightlink is a great one they
just launched their phase two um dop has a lot of hype right now because they're in testnet as well
um but yeah you know we have 4500 really almost 5000 partners launching campaigns on galaxy
obviously some are going to be smaller than others um but a lot of these major ecosystems have
campaigns live right now it's really just the season um mode just launched something this week
so you can check that out um but you know sometimes it's a long-term play you know you expose yourself
to these uh different chains so that you can hopefully get a reward later on um but yeah i
think you know definitely don't miss out on barret chain expose yourself to blast and and yeah take
some time to see what else is on there um you might find like some of these gems you know i think
i think like you know everyone's focused on the same 10 uh the same 10 airdrops and sometimes you
find a smaller partner that's maybe only raised like five million dollars instead of you know
80 or 100 um but it's not as far so maybe you have a better opportunity actually to get like
a nice drop from from a smaller you know a smaller ecosystem versus one of the most hyped ones
100 i think that's uh you know that's a really important thing like uh people do get caught up
in echo chambers it's like oh this one thing is going to take off and they just focus on one thing
and then the narrative spreads and you have like a lot of people just focusing on one thing but you

because there's so much shit that you can get on their platform and uh you know just like explore

that's when you know you're when you're building you have to jump through all ecosystems across
every chain because that's how you really succeed and get the opportunities that potentially other
people might not be looking at and uh you know that's how you really come out on top because you
have to understand that again like i said before it's very easy to get caught up into echo chambers
and that's something you do not want to do because you know you never know what's going
to be the next big thing in web three and there's so much shit going on especially like you know
this is like the closest thing we have had to a bull market in the last two years right
it's been tough to like even be here for the last two years because it's so crazy there's no mints
uh you know that were good there was all these uh shitty projects and uh even not really anything
to look forward to but like right now it's very very different either it be like gaming projects

ideally expose yourself to all of these different types of things and be on the lookout like you

for building in web three like what would you say like you know because all like in all projects

i would say definitely not technology i would say regulation um and guidelines these app stores
guidelines oh my god but also regulation i mean when we started to design the whole game economy
we have to be we didn't have freedom to build we just have like the regulators behind
and now for example that in european union because we are in spain we have to come

like you know all these ecosystems what do you feel like like would be the most difficult thing
that uh you know founders project founders usually face yeah man i think i think it's really
about perseverance for for a lot of these projects and not to just sound utterly cliche
but um from my own experience as well you know i've i've been with galaxy for over a year and a
half now um so we were still ramping up like when i joined but but another experience too i worked
for a startup in the space before and you know you can have a really great product and it just
doesn't matter like you need funding you need eyes on your project and obviously there's a specific
case for for every project every company every platform but sometimes it's just patience waiting
to get the right eyes on you building hype um and you see it in crypto all the time like there's
such big comebacks with with chains and ecosystems that died whether it was like during the bear
market or you know other other factors but then they make this comeback they do a series b or
something like that they get some new funding and then you have all these farmers you know
that that are looking to engage with the community and and it dries up their tvl so whether it's a
network or like a dap or a gaming platform i think sometimes it's really about perseverance
and you know it applies to to every project um and and if you don't stick it out then then you
probably won't make it perseverance you guys heard it here first if you never quit you never
lose that's how you win people that's how you win um but yeah mer lenham what what do you guys feel
about everyone and uh yeah i'd love to hear your thoughts we heard from everybody i mean lenham
