Hi everyone, we are just about to get started. Max, if you could request to speak please.
Awesome. So welcome everybody. My name is Valeria and I'll be hosting the Twitter spaces today with Cronkats, a team building on Archway. So if everyone could please introduce themselves. Max, we can start with you and then we can go ahead with the Cronkats team.
Yeah, no, happy to be here. Mine's Max or crypto kind of as many you might know me as I'm part of the fire labs team mainly involved with the business development side so I've been working on a lot of different things with archway. I'm including trying to find different you know developers and applications to come join the archway community.
And I have to be here to talk about Croncat and their scheduling application. And I think it can be very useful to a lot of different users. Automation, something that's kind of new to many when it comes down chain, but it's something I think will be very useful and create a much better user experience. So excited to talk about it.
Mike, would you like to go ahead? Yeah, great to be here. I'm Mike, one of the co-founders of Croncat, and we are really excited to talk about Croncat today and really stoked that Archway has been, you know, from the very beginning thinking about developer rewards, and I think that's very attractive, and we're really stoked on that.
And hey, this is Trevor on the concat side. Been working on this for a long time, so really stoked to chat about all the capabilities we're working on and kind of where things are headed.
Awesome. Great. So let's get started. So in a nutshell, can you describe Krunkat to the audience if you don't know what automation is, if you don't know anything about it? Can you walk us through that? Yeah. Krunkat is a way for you to
automate different goals that you have in mind in DeFi or NFTs or any other goal in blockchain. The idea actually came from solving this pain point of I need to be at my desktop or at my hardware wallet.
it. Doing something on blockchain at a specific time. So automation is actually the key component to kind of unlock a lot of the pain points that we've seen. Maybe you're waiting to mint an NFT at the right time and you just happen to be sleeping at that time. This is
away for you to do that or maybe do DeFi things like dollar cost averaging over time. It kind of abstracts away the need for you to stay at your wallet all the time. We actually think about this in an if this than that context.
either at a scheduled specific time recurring weekly or when something on-chain changes, maybe the price of an asset changes.
you want something to happen. And so if this, then that, if the price changes, I want my wallet to respond and act for me.
Awesome. And is this automation on like a purely wallet standpoint or can you automate things within a protocol or within a within like an NFT itself without having it be related to wallet? Yeah, definitely.
