So today we're going to be speaking about the project overall,
the token as well, and maybe to start with a bit of a background story.
First, about yourself and also about the project to give us started and the team joined together and started
to try to solve an actual problem or something they saw as missing in the ecosystem so yeah a
bit of an overview in this way afterwards we can dig a bit deeper with more specific questions
and at the end of the of the space at the end of the ama we can go through the live thread so guys as always we have a live thread running on chat the chat is running as we move along this ama this place is

How did you join maybe the project or how did you participate to the foundation?
What was the underlying idea?
Yeah.
So again, my name is Trai.
I'm the head of ecosystem of balance.
I am involved with the development of partnerships and community initiatives
as well as the expansion of our web AI powered Web3 ecosystem.
To give everybody kind of a background about balance
and where we come from and what we do. Essentially, you know,
we were founded by a group of entrepreneurs and technologists with diverse backgrounds in
blockchain, AI, as well as gaming, marketing, and finance. Our team brings together experiences from
different global tech giants, you know, private equity firms, what do startups and other top
universities from around the globe? Collectively, we all share a strong belief in the transformative power of decentralization and AI.
But the inspiration for Balance came from our earlier work from a platform called ePAL.
And ePAL was a platform that was focused on building social connections through gaming.
We kind of found it as a combination between Twitch and something like Frentech,
where, you know, our users can, they can hire somebody to play games with them
and, you know, help them increase their skills or give them just simply some companionship
if they needed someone to play
the game that they were playing with. And when we were creating ePanel, we became a leading name
in the gaming companionship industry, but we also saw firsthand the limitations of traditional Web2
models, particularly with the lack of user ownership and value sharing.
So this kind of realization fueled our ambition to build Balance.
It's a decentralized platform where users not only interact with intelligent AI companions,
but they also truly own their digital experiences and contributions.
So our goal with Balance is to create a sustainable user-centric economy that empowers everybody
to participate
in the future of AI, as well as in interactive entertainment.

So if we wanted to have a couple of sentences to describe the project to someone unfamiliar
with Web3 overall, at all, how would you say it in just a
couple of sentences yeah so i would say the brief version is that balance is an ai powered web3
platform where users can interact with intelligent customizable digital companions across multiple
domains such as gaming social social interaction, and productivity.
These AI companions can evolve over time and through our ecosystem users can own, enhance,
and trade them. And by integrating blockchain technology we enable a decentralized and
transparent platform that rewards users for their participations and contributions.

here we get some of the aspects that make it more open for people who would be hearing about it for
the first time and not um too too informed you know about this all uh hey ai agent dimension that
has been a narrative going for a while but but still many people might not know about it.
So could you tell us what makes the project unique compared to others that chose to go along the same narrative in the same niche?
I would say, you know, what sets our project apart from, you know, other other platforms that that's do this sort of thing is that we have the integration of our AI agents and AI companions within our decentralized ecosystem.
And, you know, because we have a GameFi platform, unlike traditional, you know, gaming companions or NPCs, our AI agents can learn and adapt based on real user interactions.
We can give them real true personalities as well as long-term economic value.
These AI agents can also help some of our gamers who want to improve their game.
who want to improve their game you know they want to get better at whatever game they're playing if
They want to get better at whatever game they're playing.
they're if they want if they're thinking about going competitively then these ai agents can act
as coaches um and they can simply provide feedback um based on you know their performance or what
our user is doing so these ai agents are also be also can be able to be used across various
industries so not just gaming but also you know social interactions um they can to be used across various industries. So not just gaming, but also social interactions.
They can also be used for trading.
And we have a fully integrated experience across multiple different industries.
And I think that's what really sets us apart from other platforms.
Well, Ben, let's dig a bit in this direction.
So you mentioned as part of the features, the utilities of the project,
these AI companions, AI agents.
So what would be other features, utilities of the project overall?
Yeah, so our key features for the platform. So obviously, you know, we've been talking about our agents and companions. So balance offers a robust
AI companion kind of platform where you can customize your agent.
They're intelligent and they're adaptive.
They evolve over time with user interactions.
We have a Web3 integration.
So we have a decentralized infrastructure that supports blockchain based
ownership as well as transparent bear reward distribution um so and we also have our fans
protocol so our fans protocol is kind of our launch pad for these ai agents where you know
um you can create and trade your ai agents much like other digital assets.
And this is something that almost becomes a new business model for our users because we like to think of it as an extension of the creator economy that we had with e-pal, where our e-pals can manage their own communities. And this is sort of an extension of this,
where now anybody can create an AI agent
and have their own community that is generating profit for them,
is something that they can manage
and give them true ownership in the platform.
And I think that is kind of one of the most unique parts of our fans protocol.
Of course, you know, we have our tokenomics.
So the EPT token, you know, which we'll talk about a little bit later, it powers all of the activities within our ecosystem.
And that includes payments, you know, governance on our DAO, as well as staking for rewards.
And we also have a key node infrastructure that supports the decentralized operations of the entirety of our network.
And this allows holders to participate in governance and earn rewards as well.
And of course, you know, I mentioned it earlier, but we also have our GameFi platform,
which is one of the only platforms that collaborate with both Web2 and web 3 games and this is kind of uh something that we wanted to make similar to
the uh the web 3 version of steam for example where you know you can hop onto balance and you
can access a multitude of the most popular web 2 and web 3 games and earn rewards for playing these
games so that is kind of you know a breakdown of the key features of the balance platform

You're in the middle of the game-fi narrative, also in the middle of the AI narrative.
And, well, there is also some part of social-fi components into it, obviously,

Perfect. So could you tell us more about the token then? Because we have been overseeing it in the previous question.
it in the previous question how does it fit inside your ecosystem what's what are its specific
utilities and what are like the incentives that you develop for holders investors and maybe also
just for people who want to participate yeah absolutely so um ept you know it's our native
utility token um similar to other native utility tokens and other projects where it serves as the primary medium
of exchange for services.
For us, it serves as the exchange for certain services
like the AI companionship, gaming experiences,
as well as some premium features.
It also plays a crucial role in our ecosystem
by enabling our users to access services and participate in ecosystem governance.
EPT holders can vote on important decisions.
You know, they can influence the future of the platform.
And this includes updates, reward distributions, you know, if they're thinking that there should be a change in the reward
structure, as well as any economic policies of the platform.
But beyond governance, EPT also incentivizes user participation through staking.
We reward users for their engagement and contributions in events.
It also powers our fans protocol, which I went into some detail before.
And this allows users to support their AI companions and the creators.
And this creates another layer of social and entertainment engagement.
And again, it's another way for people to earn money or earn rewards based on something that they're able to create. So by connecting all of these rewards and their payments and governance into a single token,
EPT really drives this decentralized
and user-centric experience model of balance,
ensuring that value is shared fairly
among all contributors from creators to node operators.
And this helps build a sustainable ecosystem
where users can all directly benefit
from this cyclical involvement.

And in terms of, well, maybe one aspect about the token
that you can tell us more about.
In terms of infrastructure,
is it already a cross-chain token is it uh or how
how did you build it yeah so currently uh the token is available on bsc um we are planning on
expanding to uh other networks um i think the the current one that we're planning on expanding to
is erc20 um but we are we are also looking at quickly trying to expand
to Solana and Arbitrum.
So originally, it was planned to release on BSC.
We are partnered with Binance Labs,
but we are planning on expanding to different chains
in the near future.

On top of that, are there like partnerships, maybe collaborations
that you've established maybe in Web3, maybe beyond web3 that you would like to put the emphasis on
yeah so um balance has formed some strategic partners um leading up to you know our tge with
leading players in both the gaming and blockchain industries so um from our experience with epal
blockchain industries so from our experience with epal we've collaborated with some major
gaming companies like riot games like ubisoft and ea to expand our ecosystem and get partnerships
for our platform on the web3 side we have strong support from institutional partners such as
animoka brands and amber group particularly in the development and launch
of our key node system.
Additionally, now that we've been expanding into AI,
Balance is part of NVIDIA's Inception program.
So we're working together to explore
and develop AI innovation and scalability.
And these partnerships, we've chosen them
to help collectively strengthen Balance's technology,
ecosystem growth, as well as our cross-industry integration.
And so actually most of your, if not all of your partnerships are not necessarily like Web3 native companies, right?
Like we have Web3 funds, Web3 institutional, but like most of your partnerships you went beyond uh web3 initially
so that that may resonate to your will to get this platform running that platform that would
be for games not only obviously for web3 games but also for two games exactly yeah so could you
tell us a bit about the milestones that you've achieved so far?
What you have accomplished and maybe what's to be expected in the next coming month, short or medium term?
Yeah, so far, we've made some significant progress in the last half year to eight months, ten months or so.
Last, you know, half year to eight months, 10 months or so, we've raised over $30 million in private funding and achieved over $80 million in keynote sales.
We've also been selected for, like I mentioned previously, NVIDIA's Inception program, as well as our willingness to continue to expand and grow beyond, you know, just being in one specific industry.
Our user base has grown from, you know, over 30 million registered users and as well as 150,000 daily active users. So looking ahead to kind of what's stored in the future,
our roadmap at the moment includes
continuing to expand our AI capabilities,
growing our community,
as well as continuing to scale our key node network
because that is really important for us
and it's an important vehicle of interaction
for our users to continue rewarding them for their contributions.
We also plan to introduce some new product features and integrations and to, you know,
further enrich this user experience and enhance our ecosystem.
When we get more updates, we'll make sure to give everybody a heads up on our official socials.

but you mentioned 150,000 daily active users.
What do you consider a daily active user in your line with your product?
Yeah, so the way that it works, so on the Balance platform, if you log onto the website,
we have a point system.
So it's kind of like a gamified system where you can log in.
And if you guys have ever played any mobile games or any any online games you log in and you get your daily rewards so we have a similar system on our platform where you can log
in you can get rewards and you can gather these points and eventually turn it in for you know a
tangible reward could be an airdrop it could be you know maybe a special medal or NFT or something like that. Maybe some access to a beta test for a game.
So we have that sort of system that's implemented.
And these are the kind of users that are coming in
to get their daily active rewards and their login rewards.
Okay, okay.
So there really needs to be an action being taken.
It's not like just, okay, there is something behind.
Okay, then could you tell us more about the TGE then?
Because we have been, well, it was usually expected by your community, I guess.
And now could you tell us a bit more?
Yeah, so our TGE was on the 21st, and it was a major milestone for us.
You know, leading up to it, we released a comprehensive tokenomics model.
We launched a large-scale airdrop program to reward supporters.
We made thorough preparations to try and ensure a strong and sustainable start for the ecosystem.

Following our TGE, we have exciting plans
to continue to expand Balance's ecosystem
with more AI capabilities,
newer integrations and broader use cases.
And we're committed to deepening Balance's presence
in a more interactive entertainment,
decentralized applications and AI powered industry
to help pave the way
for long-term growth and mass adoption.
What would you say has been the feedback from the community that you've been able to perceive
so far since TGE happened?
Yeah, so it is difficult for us to say.
We think that it went quite well, but when we had our TGE,
and this happens with many projects
where if you're trying to claim rewards,
we did have some technical difficulties.
So that was some difficulty for us,
but I feel like now that we've kind of managed
to get everything back on track and rolling i think we're in a good
position to continue growing okay okay so well we'll see also in the live chat we'll probably
have some questions or some remarks about the the tg from the audience so guys if you had a
good experience don't hesitate to mention it. It's always nice to read.
So I think for a try, this will be a good feedback to bring back home.
So how do you plan to scale or grow the project now in the, let's say, next six months to a year?
Since this should be, we are still all expecting this cycle to give a lot.
Yeah, so, you know, in the short term, you know, we're scaling,
we're trying to scale through a combination
of different technological advancements,
as well as really trying to increase our community engagement.
We're aiming to expand our AI capabilities
to offer more personalized and diverse user interactions.
Additionally, we're
going to grow our ecosystem by adding some new integrations and further developing our key node
network, which again, I mentioned was very important for us to help create more opportunities
for decentralized governance and rewards. We're also planning on strengthening our community by
introducing some new features, hosting more exciting events in both Web 2 and Web 3, and providing incentives to drive active participation.
Our roadmap includes all of this, as well as building some new partnerships and collaborating with other Web 3 projects to broaden our reach and impact.
So we're super excited to continue building with other, you know,
GameFi and AI projects. And just by curiosity, because I think I've seen some of these,
okay, like I think like most people in the crypto ecosystem, we have kind of a past as gamers,
like more or less depending on people.
So in my case, I do remember seeing these videos with AI companions being included into like games, old web to games that we really enjoyed back in the days, like Skyrim, etc.
Is it something that you could be thinking of implementing in the future or maybe through
partnerships, etc.? could be thinking of implementing in the in the future or maybe through partnerships etc
yeah so i mean we have uh we have a lot of different discussions with you know other game
five projects and this is a this is a topic that always kind of comes up uh very very often um and
we think that having these dynamic ai companions or dynamic ai nps in the game is something that is,
we're all really, you know, we want this to happen. It's kind of a dream of everybody. This
changes the dynamic of the game you're playing. It changes the way, you know, it can change the
experience from player to player. And I think that is a big milestone, not just in Web 3,
but in Web 2. If this was something that could be
implemented fully um it would change the way that games are played and the way that games are
developed um at the moment i think that the technology for it to be plausible isn't quite
there yet we're starting to see um different npcs and try to kind of use an AI model behind them. You mentioned Skyrim, there's some
mods for Skyrim, where, you know, people are trying to implement chat GPT to respond to the
player. And, you know, it's a very rudimentary state at the moment. But once we can fully develop,
you know, you know, independent autonomous AI agents as NPCs into these games,
I think that's when we're going to see everybody make these games a different way.
But at the moment, I feel like the technology is not quite there yet,
but it is something that everybody's really excited about.
Yeah, I mean, if there is one direction that we could think of as gaming being revolutionized in some way and Web3 having some part to play inside it, that is, I would say, the obvious way to go to at the moment.

How do you balance the trade-off between usability
and security in your platform?
So the keynote network that we are operating
is part of the reason why we have
such a robust security system in place.
And we don't think of it as a trade-off,
more so that our users are actively contributing
to the security of the network
by providing their computing resources through these nodes.
So that is kind of the way that we are building the security of the platform.
We also have regular audits into our system.
And yeah.

platform from epal who are the main audiences for of balance at the moment and how do you
plan to attract them more into the ecosystem how do you plan to attract more audiences throughout the ecosystem?
Yes, so obviously as the Web3 platform from ePAL, originally our main audiences included gamers, streamers, pro gamers, people who like gaming, people who like streaming. So that was kind of our main uh main audience was you know gamers content creators but
as we've begun to expand and move on to you know ai and ai companionship now we're looking for
people who want to contribute to the ai industry not just through gaming, but also, you know, they want to, if they want to create their
own community, if they're interested in developing an AI agent for, you know, work or, or for coding
or deving, that sort of thing. So now we're really trying to expand into the, the primary
Web3 user base who would use these AI agents
to try and automate daily tasks or to help them with trading.
And I think that's kind of how we've evolved
from just focusing on the GameFi aspect
into now focusing on the more technological aspect.

mamadul sijan in what ways does listing on KuCoin elevate EPT's growth and visibility in the crypto market?
Well, for us, you know, we are choosing KuCoin because, you know, it's a major exchange.
Obviously, KuCoin has one of the biggest followings in the world. And for us, we are trying to get as much exposure
and visibility as possible with our token
to help increase the return on the investment
for our loyal supporters.
KuCoin is, again, one of the biggest exchanges in the world
and it is a huge deal for us to you know have kucoin list us
and thank you for choosing us we're happy to have you on board so on this note if i i saw the

He says, what partnerships or collaborations are in place to increase the EPT tokens,
utility, and real world application.
So this is an interesting one.
So obviously we've partnered with NVIDIA
as part of their inception program
for developing our AI technology and our AI capabilities.
But one of the partnerships that personally that I've been really excited for because
you know I'm a gamer I really enjoy the GameFi aspect of Web3 and integrating AI into that
GameFi aspect but we in kind of our future use case for the platform, we're planning on collaborating with Web2 companies to allow our users to be playing while they're connected to our balance platform and then earn rewards based on their performance in the game in tokens that can be redeemable for or in points that can be redeemable for EPT. So this is one of those real world applications for one sector of our platform that I think
is really exciting and can bring more exposure to Web2 users to Web3.
And that's kind of been one of the goals of our platform is merging Web2 and Web3 together
and making it easier for Web2 users to transition to Web3 and lowering these barriers.
And that's probably the largest challenge coming along for 2025 altogether, right?
If you really want to outgrow not only competition, but even go beyond that that direct web free competition is not your direct
objective i guess in terms of growth exactly yes okay so on my end i think i've seen most
of the questions that we i wanted you to answer answered um If there is one last that you would want to answer
or if there is one point,
one specific aspect of the project
that you would like to come to,
one campaign that you would like to put forward
before we wrap it up,

Yeah, so I'll answer one more question here from Chris.
He says, according to research,
a lot of tokens get pumped and dumped over time.
I would love to know how your token dump prevention mechanism is,
what plans or mechanisms have the longevity and survival of the EPT token over time.
So this one is a very important question for a lot of projects.
And the mechanism that we have in place,
particularly when it comes to making sure that the
token stays afloat over an extended period of time, is that we have a long-term vesting schedule
in place for our airdrops to ensure that, one, the token doesn't get dumped by people just selling their tokens right away because that is something that happens.
month over month and and and they saw a solid flow of revenue coming in month over month um to
ensure that you know they're still being rewarded on a on a regular basis so um we have our we have
different vesting schedules um for our node operators for our uh nft holders and as well as
for investors to exactly and to ensure that that the the token uh stays afloat
for a long time and so all of these schedules are public right that's right yes okay so if you can
if you if you are a holder exactly if you are a holder you can go on to our platform when you're
claiming your tokens and you can see how much long how much time left you have until the next claimable period.
It's good that there is so much.
I mean, there are initiatives for transparency.
The more we go, the more there are initiatives around tokenomics,
transparency among projects.
That's a very good thing.
Unfortunately, it sometimes happens because, you know,
like the past taught us to do otherwise but
it's good to see that there is possibility for improvement and that some teams are taking it
like very seriously and beforehand before having this kind of problems of course so we we we
we recognize that there is always room for improvement. So we try to be as transparent as possible.
So on this positive note, if there is one last aspect,
maybe a campaign for users that you would like
to bring forward before we wrap it up?
At the moment, we're really just focused on our TGE
and ensuring that all of our keynote operators and our
NFT loyal supporters are getting rewarded.
So what I would recommend everyone to keep an eye out for is more partnerships coming
through, some more listings coming through.
We have some really exciting collaborations that are coming up.
