Hey guys, welcome in, welcome in. Just give us a few minutes here. I'm going to get will and stew in here, will and stew do in and we'll be discussing all things circuit breaker. And yeah, it's going to be great. So just give me a couple minutes and we'll get this going.
All right, well, I send you an invite.
So we'll see if that works.
Get you up here as a co-host.
Okay, is that working? Yeah, you're good. They really need to make this PC enabled. It would be nice. It'd be nice to say at least we're getting better at getting
He's going. Can you, are you at your PC right now? Cool. Because of my router, I'm in a different room. So can you, are you able to ping the discord? Like just add everybody. Hey, we're getting started. Can do.
Thank you, Sudo. I'm going to send you an invite to join us right now on the stage.
approving no good morning yo howdy howdy good morning oh I should ping my discord as well
I did send a message earlier saying we'd be on in about an hour. Yeah, if you don't. All the questions out. That's a good idea. Yeah, if you don't mind, just pinging is awesome. I, yeah, whenever we do these spaces, I go to my room because the layout of the house, the router is in here. So I was in
running across the hall to the computer when I want to. It's like usually fine, but it's like, you know, that occasional choppiness when I'm across the house. It's like, yeah. Just rely on you guys. You sound pretty clear right now. Right now I'm right next to the, it's just
Because the wireless, I find the distance. It's like that, I mean, it's kind of whatever no one cares, probably, but just the hallway is long. So I'm able to get far enough away from the router if I were to go where my computer is. It's really not that interesting though I shouldn't even mention it.
I wish we could do one like a joint discord. I need discord to add like a collab feature where you know different discord's can come together and host a space like this. This is we tend to get kind of more people but we'll make it happen. We can set something up. Yeah, there's something we don't we don't have to get in the weeds on it now, but there's something called a
discord stage we can possibly set up so off to look into that. But I like the Twitter spaces, they're janky but they do have a certain vibe and the people being able to jump in and join us for the AMA later and stuff is always fun. All right, well let us know when you're good to go.
Yeah, we can oh, sorry very, very yes Should I call you Sudo or stew by the way? What do you like being referred to? So to play has? So to yes happy to do it All right
We can repurpose these right, Matt. Yeah, since I can download the file, there's some ability to do that. Are you guys
asking people to put questions somewhere. If anyone wants to ask a question, I'd say they can just raise a hand. I was just looking to make sure, yeah, so on our Twitter
I'll do a separate tweet to make this super easy. If you have any questions for su2 or the rest of us. Yeah, X-D-Z Arsenal has it. There's a comment box attached to this thing. If you look in the bottom right.
Oh, they can ask there. Yeah, so that's normally where people check questions so we can have them check it in there and we can get started. It'll be a decently in-depth combo so people will jump in and go. Thank you Arsenal. I appreciate that. Okay cool cool cool. I'm just being a boomer so let's move whenever Soudu's ready anyway we can get into the
into the Convo, but yeah, Twitter space is, you know, it's an evolving thing. I feel like it's changed even just over the couple months we've been using it. Pretty cool. Pretty awesome. - I think we're, Suda, you're good to go, right? You've hanged already? - Going ready.
Okay, let's jump into it Matt. All right, so let's just start right out then. Sudo, how about you tell us a little bit for those who don't know or who need a refresher, give us a little idea what is the game circuit breakers? So circuit breakers is obviously in the
game. It's a speedrun game. So that kind of genre. You run through, you'll be able to access it by your browser, you'll sync your wallet when you, and you'll see your Neons materialize as a full body 3D avatar that can then run around in a 3D environment.
environment. We have like two spaces right now. There's a lobby and you'll see in the lobby we'll be opening up some more spaces in the future but you want to navigate towards Circuit Breaker which is the actual game and when you enter the game you'll be asked to get your game
and this allows you to play the game unlimited times. And then when you're in the game, you basically the timer will start and you'll run through this maze of 3D obstacles collecting these things called vaults which are little lightning
bolt icons and the vaults actually power like elevators and travelators and things like that which can help you get through the game faster and you're basically looking for the end point of the game which I can tell you right now is towards the back of the game
So just a hot tip. Spoilers. Spoilers. You should jump. This is the advantage of coming to a Twitter space as I guess. You can get some little hot tips. And then, yeah, just like what we're doing is
You'll sort of like run through to try to get the fastest time and then throughout the course of this next month I've teamed up with blockborn and Will be able to tell us a bit more about blockborn, but basically we'll be running a live leaderboard for fastest times, but we'll also be
creating leaderboards for different types of challenges. So it could be like the fastest times or the first people to get like a time under like a minute and a half and things like this and then later on in the month we might introduce more challenges like the fastest time wearing a gas mask or the fastest time as a meal
nodes and then once a week we'll be looking to have like a scavenger hunt in the level as well where you have to find eggplants or objects if you're savvy to the whole Tezos kind of object scene. Yeah
So I can fill in on top of that and then we can dive back into the game. So throughout October we'll be running somewhat of a time trial starting on October 3rd, which is when the game will go live. And we will give away $2,500 USD in TES for different bounties and
leaderboard prize is similar to what we did with Tazotopia as the game ramps up into its next version. But over the next couple months, the total prize pool for Circuit Breaker will be closer to $20,000. So the reason it's important to get these hot tips and start practicing in October is
There's going to be a lot of earning potential around this game throughout the rest of the year. But yeah, there's a couple different factors we can include in Bounties and we're going to play around with it the same way we did with Tessitopia and keep an eye on how people are playing. So we're looking for fastest time, we're looking for most vaults collected, we're looking for people who take new routes throughout the game.
game as different accessories are added to your neons. We'll be able to play around with counties like Stu or Suda was saying around the the gas mask and everything. So it's very exciting. October we really look at as a place where people are going to jump into the game and we'll get some idea of how people are playing and then we want to
build the competitive leagues around that, opposed to guessing how people are going to play this game and building those leagues beforehand. So October is the sort of time trials with $2,500 bucks up for grabs and November is when we'll get a little bit more serious and you'll see those changes happen on our side as well on the website.
Sweet. So, yeah, my first game, my first confirmation experience with gaming was Mario Bros. 1 speed running because I was doing some twitch streaming for fun when I first got into it. And I think speed running with platformers is
definitely a sweet spot of just like, it's a thing that's fun, it's pretty easy to watch, a little familiarity with the game helps, but like everyone's seen some Mario's, some maybe Celeste or some more modern platformers, yeah, there's like these reference points and like, just, I don't know, running
across the screen and jumping across things and then dying and being like, "Ah!" and then trying again and getting to the end. It's just so classic. And I feel like one of the cool things, kind of jumping off what Will said is like, as far as the ability for there to be a feedback loop, I think it's going to be really easy and really approachable.
for people both in the Teso gaming and in Elter in the gaming world, the Web 3 world people to jump in try it out 10 minutes 15 minutes. It's not going to take like a day of research first. A lot of these like I love Tesotopia battles. I was spending hours. I mean, I got my ass kicked so hard so many games before I
It's like, you know, so that aspect of the feedback and then adjustments, Soudu and their team are super great to work with block-borne team is, you know, some of the best to find anywhere. I think that's really awesome. And on that piece, I think this is the interesting part is that when you'll play the game first on October 3rd, you'll
you'll get a surface level introduction, but there is a lot of depth that Sudu is adding, and I don't know how much you want to touch on it, but just amongst the accessories, amongst levels, amongst user-generated content, I mean, he's really thinking about how to bring a game to Tezos and how to really leverage Web 3, you know, data
on chain, allowing people to come in not just as a user but as a creator. So I think of any of the games that we've seen currently on Tezos. This one is the most integrated when it comes to leveraging Tezos. And like I said, it will be an iterative process, but this first October exposure people will have is a very
high level touch with with what circuit breakers really going to be. I don't know if you can or want to add any color there soon. No, no, for sure. So yeah, we've kind of got a pretty detailed roadmap that evolves around building neon's out as like a much larger franchise with some
narrative built into it with opportunities for the community to add to the Neons law. We've got accessories coming out towards the end of the month so you'll be able to sort of pin back your Neons with full-body accessories, mix and match them in different combinations, whereas
at the moment working on some powers that are associated with the accessories. So each of the accessories will have powers that can be unlocked through gameplay. So you can sort of start to build up the different set of skills for your Neons as well. And then
And just on that piece I was going to say so the exciting part about him announcing this this concept of accessories with powers is that you can play the traditional circuit breaker game and climb the leaderboard and do everything on the blockboard side we can come in and start to introduce bounties around those different powers right so if you find your
yourself climbing the leaderboard and you're using like a whatever percent speed increase on your boots, we can come in and introduce, hey, get this same time without that or with it disabled or with a different power. So in terms of like the gameplay and the meta and the way people will be running, he's given us a lot of clay to work with in terms of
sculpting fun different competitions and different leaderboards and stuff. Yeah, that's the whole bounty kind of idea has been super fun to think about and also just like as I've been testing the game and playing it in different ways, it right having sort of access to these different powers because
arena events, how you play the game, which keeps it kind of fresh. Like you can play the same map a million different ways. I just want to do a quick shout out to one of our community members, Faithless, who's listening Faithless, as being like our ultra powered up super
use a beta tester for the last few weeks. Absolutely incredible support and feedback. Big shout out to you buddy. I can't say how much help you've set up giving us to just grow the game and make it better.
And yeah, this has been showing faithful son stuff like this kind of feedback and it's exciting, you know, because I mean, Faithless is putting like he said he put in like 15 hours over the weekend displaying the game again and again and figuring out the fastest route and also kind of expressed like some pretty wild times that I
I didn't realize what was possible, like he actually went under zero, which is pretty well, because we had some like, I'm, I'm, I'm, Neons is really inspired by kind of hacking cyberpunk culture. So if I've, I've included some hacks in there where you can collect certain things to take
Time off the clock so you might minus two seconds minus three seconds here and there um, Bavila's found like some Routes where you could really uh really Yeah find some ways to get that time quite quite low. So I've had to I'm excited
I'm excited on this one. I'm gonna go after Faithless. I thought I was doing okay. I got under a minute when I was testing out the level, but here in this I'm like, "Oh, okay. All right. Faithless is MVP, Tezos Gaming Community. I mean, dude's all over the place, but I'm gonna have to put up a challenge here. You get ready, Faithless. Oh, yeah.
This is a thing that... Get ready!
transforming to another dimension or something like that's where yeah, you know, like we can we have to build on what happens with the community and it's like really reinvent like the whole genre of speedrun games with the simple did you ever play did you ever play I'm
Sorry, everyone's interrupting the long distance Twitter space thing. Did you ever play Sonic CD? I don't think I played Sonic CD. Sonic CD? Yeah, I had a mechanic where you could go to past or future version of the level and it would like have different graphics like the future is all worn down.
past like prehistoric that's what makes me think of the idea of like a pre's like when you get below zero like shifts to like That's what makes me think of almost. Oh, yeah, we were talking about another game recently. I can't remember it was Faithless put me onto it but basically You can see like a ghost runner running ahead of you by like 10 or
15 feet and they can make moves and decisions and if they die, your actual runner will be able to quickly change their route to avoid that same fate. Concepts like that, so you're projecting a version of yourself into the future to take more risky runs. I'm going to concept that really well.
like my other friend, Jaggy, who's a game designer in Melbourne, he designed a really nice mobile game called Time Surfer. It's a platform of sort of pixel like a platformer and you could rewind time if you did make kind of a risky move and then messed it up.
but you have to power up to a certain point to be able to read one time by X amount sort of thing. So it's just kind of balancing of charging up your ability to rewind time. So it's like time is this kind of core element that seems to be dry.
driving that seems to be driving kind of like the narrative for Neons and the narrative for Circuit Breaker. And I'm experimenting a lot with different ways to explore kind of time and how we can hack time or time dilation mechanics and things like this. And I feel like it's going to be
I'm like a recurring theme throughout the development of this game. But it kind of excites me a lot just like that one principle of time. It can unlock so many sort of opportunities and possibilities for the gameplay and the players to sort of reinvent the way that they play the game. And that's just like the starting point.
me is like you open up that kind of worms and then it's like okay then what other things have we got access to so already there's like some trait based mechanics you'll find out based on what kind of neons that you have it can affect the types of traits that you have can affect the gameplay very subtly I'm not gonna give away in
spoilers about that just yet maybe later in the discord or something. But there's, we're going to, we've, you know, we've got eight categories of traits. So even, oh wow. Yeah. So even as we start to break down those categories, we can start to really explore the advantages
of disadvantages even of nice deals. Just to pull it back a little bit and we can jump back into the game but I think it's probably a curious or the answer might be interesting. So you're building this universe, you're building this suit of earth, you have the neon's kind of collection and everything. What else do you
Did you play around with or why did you look at a game as kind of the first or one of the ways to express the suit of Earth? What was interesting to you about a game or something like this? I liked, for me, this vision of seeing my characters running around has
been like has been with me for all of my work that I've done for like years. Like even my first interactive comic book series, there were these my favorite moments to draw in the scenes where like in the comics were like these epic kind of core kind of sequences and stuff.
I just love that and to have the opportunity to be able to create a game where you can run and jump and flow around. I just love the look of it as a starting point. And even last night I was experimenting with making these big crazy jumps from different parts of the game. I just like the visual of what
it looks like when you gliding down between all of these interesting-looking geometric shapes that are all neon illuminated. That was the starting point for me. I was really powered by this visual vision that I had in my head of seeing the neon's full body avatars running and jumping
around. And then from there, it's like, okay, what's the motivation for this action? What do we want to try to do? And really, this kind of motivation comes back to... I'm a big fan of sci-fi
like I've written a lot of sci-fi comics and things like this. And I love the spirit of sci-fi's like Ready Player One where the whole internet community or in this in the context of Ready Player One, the whole metaverse community comes around this challenge, this Easter Egg challenge, this scavenger
hunt to discover these things. And I like that, you know, this is what we're going to try and do over the course of these next few months is start to create build up some momentum in our community that will lead to these epic kind of discovery moments that will also be celebrated with some cash prize.
things do you guys thank you but you know just to try to capture that spirit of adventure and that spirit is not only you know whilst you know Ready Player 1 was really about like the absolute like faster
most talented gamers. That's definitely some challenges for those people because it is a speedrun game ultimately. But like I said, we've also got these down to you for discovering the eggplants, which is going to
Some of them is just having a keen eye and knowing where to look for them. Others, other eggplants are hidden within some little puzzles, which I don't know if you knew that well, but I do. I get the inside scoop from Faithless sometimes. I don't know. I didn't mean to ask Faithless out
He got like all but too I think was was what he told me or he like saw too that he couldn't grab but that point you were just you're just talking about where it's like you're not just incentivizing kind of the game or side I think is a lot different than other NFT projects that are that are looking at games right now
Now, you're talking about a world where people, and this is something that we're looking at as well, we want to create bounties for people who are, yes, playing the game in a competitive fashion, and the other side of it is in an interesting way with the different combinations of accessories and stuff, and this is maybe where we can get into a little bit, but a large portion
of the Neon community aren't just gamers, I imagine some of them are artists as well, and being able to express yourself in this space and create content or create whatever it is, I think is a massive difference that you have over other NFC games. Yeah, that's the thing that that was said, so what we was talking about is this
This possibility of user generated content. So now that we've created this model of like we've created this level that runs smoothly in the browser, it's compiled of all these different platforms and moving parts and obstacles. Now,
Now a big roadmap goal for us is to raise some money for the game to actually build out a level builder based on what we've already established, which would basically allow any community member to go sink their wallets, go into a separate sort of
part of the metaverse where you can start to build up your own level based on a bunch of inventory items that we provide. And you can essentially design your own level, publish it, anyone can play it. We can upvote that, we can have the community upvoting the community's different levels. We could get behind it and create a tournament
made out of like one of the community members levels. And I think this is kind of like where we start to mix this concept of like a game with some interesting story at IP with like one of these kind of world building platforms like Roblox, but it's all sort of unlike Roblox, it's all sort of within the Neons kind of esthetic
But even from there, we can start to open it up a bit more for users to be able to generate more of their own content like designing their own skins and stuff where we'd set some templates and guidelines for how you can design those things so that they're comparable with the sort of holding on to Ecos.
system. So we're looking, these are like a few things that are on our roadmap. Right now it's like our main focus is early access for this month to be able to play the game, get feedback from everyone, make sure we're tracking well with you all and that you're having a fun time with it and can see the potential later on in
the month, or early next month, will be dropping the accessories, which again reinvents the gameplay a bit and introduces the concept of accessories. And then after that we'll drop another level, and then after that we'll sort of be having this more serious discussion of
Based on everybody's feedback once they've been able to have some good time playing the game and tell us everything favorite thing that they like about it, then we sort of gather those notes and use those to help inform what would be the ultimate level builder based on the community's favorite aspects of the game so far.
Yeah, I just I just think it's a massive thing because there's a lot of NFT collections that went on to build games and they kind of stopped at that. You know, hey, all they want to do is be able to express their NFT in some type of universe and play some type of game, but the fact that you're thinking beyond that, if I'm a if I'm a Neon's holder, I'm super excited about all
all this stuff. So to me, it's one of the best parts of what you're building. Yeah, and also, like, I'm thinking, you know, we've kind of got this AR activation out there at the moment, which has been fun to see people, you know, activate their neons on their face. But, you know, even a part
that we could build an API with Twitch for example that allows you to Twitch stream as you Neons, like you're wearing your Neons in AR as you Twitch streaming playing the Neons game as you Neons. Like I see it's like really fun crossovers that really start to sort of exemplify kind of
getting into this kind of Neons identity. They'd have been fun with it obviously. Like I can't wait to see people, you know, Twitch stream as their Neons. I did that previously, like when I was designing virtual concerts and stuff. I designed a bunch of avatars and people were, people were joining
the Zoom. We had a Zoom call happening at the same time as the virtual concert and people were joining the Zoom call with these AR avatars on and they'll dance and around in their rooms or whatever with the avatars on and then we would screen capture that footage of them dancing around and broadcast it into the virtual environment onto like floating around
3D billboards and stuff and it created this connection between how the real world was doing and what was happening in the virtual world but kind of connected the two. I like this idea that remind that there's like real people happening behind the scenes that are providing input and having some fun with this like essentially it's a
property, you know, an IP. Yeah. No, it's massive. I love it. The first thing I thought when I played the game was just I hope there's a level designer of some kind because yeah, whether it's Roblox or even just like Mario Maker or various things, even I remember a game maker. I feel like
you must have played with that when you were young, so do you. I've been playing around with Mario Maker a lot lately. I think it's one of the best. It's just so fun and it's... You basically have access to all of the favorite little obstacles that have ever been created within that Mario kind of...
And the community is reinventing the way that those obstacles are being compiled together in really inventive ways, which is why that Mario Maker has so many community levels now, because it's quite addictive.
I was looking at recently was Portal 2. They had a really clean looking level builder, like a little isometric model and you could just drag and drop things. This is kind of how I imagine the Neon's level builder will work. It will be like this isometric floor plan and you have a little drop down inventory.
window on the side which are different set pieces and you literally just drag and drop them into this isometric view and position them where you want and you'll have like each inventory item will have a few variables for how you can control the nature of the set piece like so if it is an obstacle that's a road to
I don't know if you see it Matt but Faithless and Nick are going back and forth about who's going to scoop up the most bounties for circuit breaker.
for reference to do so this guy Nick who runs a big you know Tezos at a if he give away Twitter he basically won almost everything within Tezotopia last season so you're gonna have a couple people here who I can see spending a lot of time and claim a lot of these bounties
It's very interesting in the game. You know, everybody can so excited. Love watching. Yeah, so watching. Yeah, I'm I'm I'm very keen to see because we have this first season go off with Peasantopia. You had a
couple, you know, people who are who are grinding, you know, nonstop every day. But I think Tessitopia had a lot of pieces that you needed to have kind of together to build, you know, put together your own, your own, I guess what do you call it, Matt? Like your team or your build? Yeah.
your squad, whatever. Yeah, whereas this game is so kind of ready to go and I think you just jump in remind me, so you'll need on day one, you'll need a coin and you'll need a neon's right on October 3rd.
Yeah, so basically, like, when you go to pseudiverse.com, and by the way, are we saying, I think we have an announcement out there that you can access the game on October 1st, but the Bounties are starting on October 3rd, or are we launching it on October 3rd? Yeah, yeah. The Bounties and everything will be live October 3rd.
just to give people the weekend the gear up. Okay cool. So yeah, game launch, you're on first, Downey's kicking off October 3rd. When you visit suitivest.com, you'll have access to the lobby. When you enter circuit break or a little pop up or pop up saying, you know, mint the coin. The coin, the coin is a non-transferable token.
it's a Soulbound NFT which means you can't trade it and transfer it to another wallet. It's linked to your wallet and by having it linked to your wallet it lets that wallet play the game unlimited times. That's really important to just note that that
That's how that works. This is our first time exploring this sort of Soulbound concept. I think Will you can probably confirm with me, but Will's wow that introduced this concept in the first place. Soulbound.
Yeah, well, yeah, the concept of a sold-out item for sure. I think it's super interesting in terms of NFTs and I'm sure people who are listening right now have thought about it. And we've spoken to a couple different games, but how are people going to react and what are their thoughts about having an NFT that they can't trade? And even if it's just something
simple as token that gives you access to these levels, is an NFT or something you see in your wallet still something that you want to have the ability to trade. I think in this case it makes sense for the game, but I'm very curious to see how people react to it. The concept of Soulbound and those types of items are very
common in games especially in MMOs. And I think like the coins it makes the most sense it's the best scenario that we could come up with. I know like looking at some other friends in the space what they did like beats for example from here and now and I just got
this concept a lot with Beats. He's experimented a couple of different ways with his tickets to here and now where you like buy the ticket and then you burn the token in order to access the level but I wanted people to be able to keep the art for the token so I'm just gonna leave the bike it. Beats did do a thing though when you
burn the token, he was air-dropping people like a new artwork sort of thing which is a cool concept as well. I think like, so there's different ways that people are going around about it. We decided that to go with the Stone Transferable one so that it's bound to each individual wallet and
Your wallet address is going to become your player ID as well. So as you build up your achievements and as you start to get on the leaderboard, everything will be tied to your wallet in your progress through the game. All of that is stored on a database and all that information is tied to your wallet.
start to, as we start to sort of reveal more of these like challenges and stuff, it will become more apparent why that's important. So even when you're like finding things in the game that will be stored to the database under your wallet ID, later on we'll be introducing this kind
concept of a battery that you can charge up and you can use your battery energy to expel some of your powers and stuff like that. So you battery you can charge up across games. So you can start a fresh game with a full battery this kind of concept also stored to your wallet ID at the accessory
will be normal NFTs to begin with. We are able to mint some accessories and basically by owning those accessories when you unlock different achievements in the game they will unlock powers
that are connected to those accessories. In the future though, I saw like on the tessies on the tessos community website, they put up a, there was a bounty post of there recently for dynamic NFTs, NFTs which attributes can change.
Basically, say for example, you minted some Neon's boots, maybe you make a bunch of achievements in the game and it unlocks a super power for those boots and then we dynamically update the visual of those boots to go from
like the standard neon's blue to some sort of gold electricity illuminated version or something. So I like that concept as well. I love it too. I thought that that type of smart contract manipulation already existed. Like once someone had an NFT, whoever wrote the contract behind
behind it could come in and change some of the data within it, but I guess that's not the case, right? Well, it's what from the research that I did the way that it's working. There is one way to do it, but if you've got like say an edition of 25 boots, it'll go and change the metadata for all 25. So what the bounty that's up at the moment is
to be able to change the metadata for the individual editions of those boots. So one person might unlock the achievement on Tuesday and their edition of the boots gets done every three updated and then another person will play the game.
huge learning curve for us. It's been wild, like to try to navigate it all and we really feel like we're a part of this sort of evolving ecosystem. You know, there isn't any off the shelf web3 database kind of plugin that you can use right now.
I know you guys at Blockborn are working on this kind of stuff. We're obviously, we had to create our own database from scratch. We literally bought, we were literally hired one of the AWS engineers and now it works for my company who's our database guru. He's working directly with your
Data-based Geary Guy, Jonah. Yeah, I think like it's exciting, you know, it's gonna brave new territory and it's cool to be kind of pioneering it, figuring out ways to make it work. I think that's been one of the best parts about building on Pazzo's versus other chains.
because it's a somewhat smaller ecosystem and everyone's trying to build towards the same goal. The idea of an iterative process on your product is more accepted. You mentioned that the start circuit breaker will launch, the game will go live and we'll be monitoring it over the next couple of weeks, months,
quarters and implementing changes that people feel are necessary. I think the other thing is there's such a close feedback loop in terms of people wanting to reach out or give their feedback or whatever it is or hit us up on Discord or Twitter that you can definitely have an impact as a user on what the thing is that you're
interacting with. So it's definitely like built into the fabric here and it makes building a lot easier. I will say at least on our end. Oh, totally. Yeah, I think I think like especially in these last few weeks we've barely filled up a lot of momentum in kind of hearing the feedback addressing it.
it, especially in the beta testing space, like hearing the feedback, addressing it, asking folks to check it out for us again, and then getting some information that it's in place and it's working kind of better, or as it should, generally, people are more happy. That feels like we're all
moving forward. So I feel like now we're in a pretty good place from all the infrastructure that we've put in place that we can address that sort of faster and more efficiently. But even that kind of communication is like a big part of the challenge
like my, you know, while I start being building, this God's been a bit quiet and now we're starting to ramp it up again and sort of everyone's coming out of the woodwork to sort of start to talk about it again and it's like, okay, you know, it's a funny sort of thing for me
like trying to well build collaboratively and I've realised over the last few months, creating the infrastructure for that community kind of conversation is as important as creating the infrastructure for the game itself.
just to make it, I mean, we're creating the game for everybody, so I want everybody to have a voice in the direction of this. And like I said, people that folks like Faithful have just been really incredible, really thought
The feedback that's kind of really kind of changed the way we've been thinking about the game is really exciting for me. For sure. It's also like, I mean to the point of people going quiet and getting loud again, that's the big point of why gaming is so important.
in Web 3, we need instances and things to do on the blockchain, that touch Web 3. So, you releasing this game I think is massive and continuing the momentum after launching the Deons collection and everything. So, I'm sure people are stoked who bought it just for the original concept and the artwork and everything. Now they have more ways
to kind of express themselves with this stuff and obviously about Faithless popping off for 16 hours over the weekend with it. I mean I saw a lot of NFC collections that are going into gaming, but there's a lot of sort of gaming that are just
front as crypto investment kind of interactive experiences, it's like really weird and it's primarily focused on finance or investment or financial return, which is fine, but I want to try and do a nice, I'm well-building here.
I would love to see Neon's become an IP that's like the Tron for this generation and we've all contributed to that happening. I don't want it to be just focused on financial returns or watching the value of Tezos going
up and down every day. This kind of thing shouldn't be the focus of our lives. We should be having these experiences, getting creatively inspired. I think about sci-fi properties and stuff that I've liked and played with over the past and it would really incite my imagination.
imagination and and that's what fueled me as a creator which has been much more valuable to me than anything else in a my career and stuff so that's kind of what I'm focused on like how do we just build like an awesome sort of story well around this property and the game being like the the primary focus to
to create those stepping stones. The the tron for this generation I have that written down and I need to talk to someone about what you're doing. Yeah. Yeah. And it's like I have no problem referencing like these awesome IPs from the past. You know, the
There's no doubt about it. Like often folks will look at my artwork and say it's kind of got Tron vibes, which is fun. And I hope they can also see where it differentiates from that and what I'm trying to inject in it or build on that. I think there's also room for
It's like it kind of fits into the retrofuturistic kind of aesthetic in general, but it's using all of these new technologies to kind of embrace it. So Matt, I was thinking maybe for these last 15 we can do obviously questions. If you have questions
questions or want to know about stuff. Then in the meantime we can maybe go over some more logistics leading up to October 1st/3rd. Yeah, absolutely. If anyone wants, you can either leave a response to the space in that comment box in the bottom right corner. You should be able to leave a question there.
or if people want to request to join us and ask a question on stage, now it also be the right time to do that. So either one of those is fine. And in the meantime, the, yeah, who wants to talk about? Yeah, I can a little bit. So people are potentially either raising their hand or writing questions.
So on October 1st, the circuit breaker game will go live. And as Sunu mentioned, you'll go to the website. You can mint the token or the coin and you'll just need a Neons, I believe, right? And those two things you're ready to go, Sunu. Yeah, you can actually play without Neons. Like, like, so for the rest of the community,
community to discover Neons they can play without a Neons but Neons go run faster. It helps to own a Neons. There are lots of perks that come in owning a Neons. That's one of the main perks which is obviously key for
for a speed run game. And then as I said before, some of the other traits also impact gameplay. So I'm trying to find this balance between, you know, it's important, like I understand that we've created a collection of 10,000 Neons, which is great, but we're also trying to build like a world that could
community to make this more successful for everybody and thinking about ways to do that whilst making sure that we're loyal to our original neon supporters just to, you know, by giving them sort of access to other things which is generally how like any kind of loyalty
multi-programs work, you just get the love. But not too much power. That's the key. Yeah, it's balancing. It's always a balancing act of power for sure. But like the loyalty sort of expands also into the, you know, access to things in Discord and, you know, not just in the game.
We're doing a lot of stuff for Neon's, being able to activate them on your faces or put your Neon's down the street, you know, like these types of things as well as the extension of like a Neon's sort of being a key to unlock different experiences. And even when we when I had my exhibition at Superchef Gallery in LA
any me on told us that showed up or had access to a private bar on the mezzanine level. Top chef, stuff like that. Lucky for those LA folks. We've been doing to do those events all over the place and hopefully we will in the future.
So we got Tezos Arsenal on stage. Welcome, welcome. Would you like to briefly introduce yourself? I'm sure plenty of people know who you are. You've been active in the social media Tezos world lately, but yeah, give us a little intro and then you can ask your question. Cool, love, bro. So
We're actually XZY arsenal. We're the first basically I guess marketing agency that built out on the Tezos specific you know blockchain. You know we work with a ton of projects and creators and artists as far as handling just being an extension
to their marketing arm, being able to offer more of a grassroots approach when it comes to interacting with the Tezos community, basically community relations and things of that nature. And we're currently standing, I guess, as a fill-in for Tezos America, as we just
recently partnered with like Tezos India and what's my question yeah yeah okay cool enough all right so I posted one question in the in the little comment down there I got a kind of a two-part question the first one is we'll
Teso's domains, you know come into play how you were kind of saying like you know once you connect your wallet it will follow your user names Is there like a partnership, you know you could do with Teso's domains that kind of you know help boost people actually grabbing Teso's domains I know what a lot of people coming over from Ethan stuff
Yeah, I think so. I mean, at the moment, we've just created a system where you can just put your custom username in. There's a little menu that pops up in the game and you can put your custom username in there and that will be tied to your
wallet. We still use the wallet ID as the primary entry point onto the leaderboard. So it means that you can only have one entry on the leaderboard. You can't...
just prevents it like looking like fake floss as the top 10 spots or something like that. It gives other folks a chance. That's going to be important. But yeah, I guess like
I mean, for now, if folks have gone to registered a custom, it says domain, then they would just type that in manually. But I think in the future though, we could have that display as a default for sure, and then have it populate.
in the name by default that would be pretty nice. Alright then my second part to my question for us that back down so we work with Knights of Tessonia the RPG game built-in out and basically what they did as far as like it's a free-to-play game you know for everybody across the
ecosystem but what they did for like Neon's holders, how you were kind of talking about like people who actually hold Neon holders. Yeah, well the night holders but I'm saying you know like he said Neon holders so like what they did instead is you know the perk was they could kind of save their place in a game
or they could activate certain levels like have access to exclusive levels for holders. Just to be able to give, as you said, those initial holders a little bit more extra within a game, maybe create the levels or different things.
of that nature. Yeah, yeah, definitely. So yeah, right now, like Holders, like I said before, the traits can inform different types of gameplay that are obviously benefit if you don't hold in the ones. In the future, one of the things that I really like there
idea of is this concept of gangs which is a trait which we haven't, which we haven't started working with yet, but I like the concept of like the you know plays being able to form their own gangs and kind of make those official and then through sort of collective games
play, sort of reach and achieve different things like claims and territory on levels and things like this. Definitely on the roadmap and a concept that I want to explore and beta test. And then yeah for the level building, there's again like we're looking at ways of
We've been researching ways that people could upload their own customizations to their levels, which could be a way of formalizing the aesthetic of your gang within the neonsistatic and stuff. I see that those are what you described as pathways towards that.
sort of being able to have access to kind of having more control over the look and feel of your own worlds that you create. And then also, you know, we're looking at different ways for, you know, participation in Discord or participation on social media.
to be other ways of unlocking these types of access. Anyone that helps us out, we kind of want to just make sure that we, they are being acknowledged and rewarded in some way that's cool for them. Yeah, definitely we'll have these ideas though.
Well, thanks for your time. And as I said, we'll speak a little bit more. I got some ideas on hand. That's what we're here for. Thanks a lot for the questions, dude. It was nice getting to meet you. I'm going to send you back down. Good questions, very good questions. Thanks again. Shout out to XTC Arsenal.
And shout out to Tessoni, I have to definitely a cool project something that I've got an eye on as well. So definitely a project that I'm a fan of as well. Okay, do we have anyone else? I see a question from Nikki from Blue Meta saying so Blue Meta world in
He's excited for the Nyan's boots that you're releasing. Well, even if actually won a AR challenge, so I've been promising him his boots for a while. He never reminds me.
I'm getting daily reminders from him. I like it. Keep me on my toes. Keep me honest man. You will be getting them, buddy. I will never forget you. Awesome.
So I mean, we're going to be doing a podcast episode, which y'all are going to be able to hear in about, I'd say, two or three weeks or recording in the next week or so. So we're going to have just for y'all who might want to hear it. There's going to be a lot more extended conversation between the three of us around
the future of Neons and circuit breakers, Sudus vision over the next couple of years and maybe tying in some of the themes from the past with the projects like Love Punks and some of the web comics that they've worked on just to really you know get a big picture of you on everything. There's so many more things we could
talk about. With that said, Will and Soudu, I guess I would say if either of you have any sort of getting towards wrapping up and you thoughts kind of last points to make, you know, we don't have to end like immediately, but just kind of getting in that direction.
I can wrap up with some logistics stuff. Do you want to do your last word Sudo before I give some dates out? Oh, good for me.
So yeah, so like we said October 1st Circuit Breaker launch October 3rd bounties launch October will have 2500 bucks, you know worth of prizes and then throughout the rest of the year Circuit Breaker will contain at $20,000 worth of prizes on block one in the form of bounce
to jump into either of our discord, hit us up on Twitter, on Telegram, whatever it is. We're always open to hear feedback and change the competitive elements on R&B based on how people are interacting with the game. Nothing is set in stone in that degree.
But yeah, the bounties on October 3rd will be pretty straightforward and then as people start playing we're going to add complexity and you know scale things up for people who are wanting to grind a little bit more, wanting to play a little bit more casually. So trying to cater to both people on that end. And the last piece is that
to make all these things easier, you're log in to blockborne, we're now literally just be connect your wallet, create a username and you're ready to go. So trying to simplify that process as much as possible and get people earning and you know playing these games is as an frictionless manner.
Now that's great. I would just suggest as well people to go and check out our discord. We'll be having some raffles. We also just installed Cynthia. She's a very awesome AI that you can talk to and ask using text prompt to draw different artworks and
stuff so we've got a little simpler competition running at the moment where you can win an eons. So get in there and check out the SYNPIA channel. This is like a mid-Jerney stable diffusion type of app that you don't have to pay for and it's just running in the Neons Discord.
Yeah, keep an eye on the Discord, keep an eye on the launch date of October 1st. Start training and it's just going to get a bit more wild over the next two months, really. We've got plenty of time to hone your skills. Thanks everyone for joining us.
That's good to find that. Yeah, thank you so much. Yeah. Awesome. Cool. I think it's a wrap then.
Yeah, I think so.
Wait, can you guys hear me? Hello? We can indeed. Okay, I couldn't see the purple next to my name, I panicked. Yeah, thank you everybody so much for joining us. Sudo, it was a great time getting to talk to you.
for the first time in the voice chat in the Twitter space. I don't really have any, any like drop the mic thing to end it on. So I'm just going to say thanks a lot and get ready to play October 1st. You can start playing
October, you can start earning. Join the block board and discord. It's the link in our bio. And we'll see you all very soon for more Twitter spaces and other cool things. Okay, have a great day. Bye bye. Bye bye.
