If you're here to support one of these great projects, maybe MindFolk, maybe you're here
Maybe you're just here because you like Solana Alpha.
Click the bottom right corner of that blue button.
Let's get some more people in here.
Can I just say, it's so great to see so many MindFolk PFPs in here.
First Solana NFT I ever bought.
Like almost one, almost coming up on my one year anniversary when I bought it.
I clap with a nigga like Padkake.
I clap with a nigga like Padkake.
I clap with a nigga like Padkake.
It's your boy, the American Sniper, a.k.a.
the Bradley Cooper of NFTs.
And yeah, we're going deep on Solana Alpha because we're just going to fade what everyone
Everyone else, you know, sleeping on Solana right now.
But we're going to dig into some of the best projects, some of my favorite projects.
One of them we have on the stage, we have Mind Folk and have Alpha Pharaohs, UGS, Bet3,
Ducks Vegas coming on here in a second.
So I'm going to have a great show for you guys today.
Again, if you want to support these creators, you want to support me, you want to support
Solana, you want to support NFTs, click that button in the right hand, bottom right
hand corner and let's share this thing out.
But without further ado, let's talk to Ducks Vegas, who has some urgent alpha to tell
Ducks Vegas, welcome to the stage.
Thank you very much for inviting me here.
Love to be here with you guys.
Hey, so surprised I was able to grab you.
You have something very urgent that we need to talk about because for those who don't know,
Ducks Vegas is a prominent Solana NFT project.
But something's about to happen, literally in two days, Ducks Vegas Juniors.
Tell us all about Ducks Vegas Juniors.
Yeah, so I'll start with Ducks Vegas so it makes more sense.
So we launched back in July on Magic Kingdom Launchpad.
And we went through the whole beer market, beer market basically.
And yeah, we developed a really, really good crypto casino with amazing poker platform.
And our holders are co-owners of every product that we make.
And at the moment, we share 51% of the profits with our holders on a daily basis.
So it's daily payouts for them.
We launched around a month ago, like the platform for like alpha testing.
And then we launched public two weeks ago.
And that's when people started noticing our work.
We haven't done any marketing prior to that.
And after that, it's been all word of mouth through our community.
And yeah, the user base has been going up by 15% on a day, every day after that.
They also grow by 10, 15% for the holders.
And yeah, now in two days, we're launching Juniors Collection.
And the reason of doing that is to grow our community.
At the moment, the first collection is 4,000 NFTs with 1,000 holders.
And we've never done any marketing.
Our social presence has not been that good.
Our marketing has been developing good products, quality products.
And then basically people using it and noticing what we're doing by that.
So now we want to put more focus on the community side and build more products with the community.
And with Juniors, what we will be doing is we will be becoming a product development and game development company
that provides these products to crypto casinos and not limited to crypto.
Obviously, we can scale anytime.
But yeah, at the start, the first client of Juniors will be Ducks Vegas.
And the first product will be Loot Boxes.
But we will be building a lot of other products for Ducks Vegas and other casinos.
Also, the Mint will be gamified slash gamblified.
There are 20% hidden Spoiled Juniors in the collection.
And Spoiled Juniors get the same benefits and the same payouts as Gen 1 holders.
So their value should be the same or more, in theory, as Gen 1.
And the other benefits is they will be sharing the payouts, the profits from the products that Juniors make
and launch or integrate in the casinos.
Yeah, so that's the main benefits.
And for the future and how we scale is we will be developing a rate-to-earn platform
and utilizing our community.
Obviously, the ultimate goal of Ducks Vegas in the start has been to develop our own metaverse
with our own games because a whole team of ours are game developers.
And both collection holders will get access to that play-and-earn metaverse
where they won't have to spend the dime to earn income.
Yeah, so you guys are shipping off a lot of fun things.
I love the gamified phrase.
I haven't heard that one yet, but it sounds like if you're a D-Gen,
Ducks Vegas is a project to check out.
You know, casino, loot boxes coming soon.
Loot boxes are always fun.
Let's talk about kind of the community reaction to this Ducks Vegas
because, look, let's not kid ourselves.
Solana is not in a great place.
Some Solana NFTs have endured and kind of thrived through all this FUD in the last couple of months.
I keep seeing people getting payouts from Ducks Vegas.
Floor price healthy right now at 13.
So you don't need to, you know, talk about floor price or about the payout specifically,
but talk about the community reaction because it seems like people like Ducks Vegas.
How strong is the community?
Why do you think they've responded in such a positive way?
Yeah, so as I said, like our community is like 950 holders, you know, and most of them, and it's been decreasing.
So that means most of the people who joined early, they've been adding to their backs since the launch
because they saw that we've been silently building.
We've been showing and including our community into the building phase,
and they've been seeing the results from that.
Our quality is the main focus, you know.
So we focus on the quality products and the quality in the team and the community
rather than doing a lot of marketing.
So since the payout started, the floor price went crazy,
and new people started noticing the project, the volume doubled in the last two weeks.
So we had like 8,000 Solana volume for six months, and that doubled in two weeks.
And now a lot of people started talking about that, and the users have been increased in the casino as well.
So yeah, and also to touch the meta and why the casinos or the payout projects are doing really well in this market
is because I'll talk about our case, not sure about everybody like other projects,
but we're not tied to the Solana price.
The playing on our platform happens in USD, so we're tied to USD.
So when the Solana price goes down, we're actually paying out more
because the USD balance doesn't change in that case.
And when the Solana will go up, at the same time, we will get more popular, right?
So that should not decrease the payouts either.
So that should bring more people back to the market,
and that shouldn't be a problem also.
So that's the reason why payout projects are doing so well in these markets, in my opinion.
With that being said, I think you guys are crushing it.
Even getting some Doug's Vegas in my mentions right now,
talking about the community, talking about the art, all that great stuff.
You guys are launching in a tough market right now.
Why launch the juniors right now?
Yeah, so the main reason is to get more people into our community and to scale
because all of our team, their hands are tied at the moment.
We're using outside providers for the games and for everything.
So we want to build our own stuff.
And to do that, we need a little bit more funding
and also to have more presence on social media
and to have more people interacting with our events and stuff like that.
We need a larger community.
So for that, we need to onboard more people into the community.
And I think it's the perfect time now to launch our next collection.
So what are the details on it?
We're going to wrap up here in a second.
Give us the quick details on it, man.
Two days from now, give us everything we need to know.
Yeah, so there will be three phases.
Then you get the Juniors list.
And yeah, you need to check out our page,
like how to get into Juniors list.
And then there is a public phase.
The price will be in between two to three Solana.
It still needs to be confirmed.
It's not public knowledge yet.
So I won't give the concrete details on that.
Also, we will be launching on one of our partners' platform
and that needs to be announced as well.
So I cannot mention their name as well.
But yeah, it's going to be 10K collection.
The price will be in between two to three Solana.
The utility is that 20% of the Juniors will be spoiled.
And you will need to open Junboxes.
So you will be minting Junboxes.
And you will be burning them on our platform
to open a Juniors, basically.
So it will be like what you did with tubes.
And that's the gamification part of the mint.
And the rest of the Juniors,
they will get 51% in every product that Juniors create
and integrate in that Vegas or other casinos.
And that's loot boxes, games like Crash, Dice, Plinko,
and other creative and original games that we create on our end.
So any product that Juniors create,
the shares will be distributed back to the Juniors.
And just to mention, the casino and the payouts
were not part of the original roadmap for DaxVegas.
We developed that later on and we brought that utility
and value back to the users without putting that in the roadmap.
So anything that's not on the roadmap can be
and will be brought to the users whenever possible
and when the opportunity rises.
Okay, guys, DaxVegas, mint in a couple days.
By the way, one of the reasons why I wanted to have them on
is this is a project that I called out on my YouTube in April,
I think, when they minted.
Shout out to monkeyboy.eth who just commented on this space
shout out to Cool Times for calling DaxVegas back in April,
my only NFT that delivered so far.
So, yeah, pretty bullish on them as a Solana project.
So far, they know what they're doing.
So go give them a follow.
Thanks again for hopping on the space, man.
Thank you very much for hosting us, man.
And, yeah, thanks for being bullish on us since the start
and staying bullish on us now.
Give me some credit, man.
Yeah, I messaged you the other day, if you remember.
You'll hear DaxVegas on some more Twitter spaces today.
If you guys missed any of this,
go follow them on Twitter.
Okay, we're going to move on.
We're going to move on to another project right now.
Art of Mob here on the stage.
Appreciate you having us.
I see a lot of familiar faces.
Doug Vegas, shout out to them.
I see him on Spaces all the time.
Mine, folks, I'm a big fan of you guys.
I'm a personal holder myself.
We're kind of chilling, you know?
This is the motherfucking cool times right now.
We're living in them right now, bro.
And it's been that way for Art of Mob as well.
Like, you know, I think I saw, you know how, like, Hello Moon, if you guys follow Hello
Moon on Twitter, tweeting out the, this project's up 50% today, 100%.
And I was scrolling on Twitter the other day, and I was planning on doing this Solana space,
and they tweeted, you know, I forgot what it was, but it was like, Art of Mob floors
And I was like, oh, shit.
Actually, we were up 200%, but fuck the paper handers.
What, why is everyone excited right now during these cool times about Art of Mob?
Why is everyone so pumped up?
So, for anybody that doesn't know, we've actually just released that we're dropping our Gen 2
collection, but what's different about this collection is we're actually expanding to
And we're not just doing that out of spite, or if anybody thinks, oh, we're not, we're
not with Solana, or Solana price is dropping.
No, that's all due to the utility that we've created, that we've always been after.
For the people that don't know, the Art of Mob team, we all have a background of film producers
We came into this space with the intention to bring the cinema into the NFT world.
That was our whole intention.
What we created is a marketplace.
This marketplace, you can come inside, just mint your favorite NFTs, growing up, classical
We've done partnerships with great production companies that we've been filling up this
marketplace with content, something similar to NBA Top Shop and UFC Strike, if you're
familiar with, but movies, that's what it is.
And to be completely honest, when we first started this journey, I was new to the crypto
Solana was doing his thing.
A couple people that are on board with me, you know, were hyping me about Solana, Solana,
And I love the fucking community, the power, the drive of the community is just fucking
And after we built this marketplace, we had a little bit of trouble when we were speaking
to a lot of, you know, production companies.
When it comes down to, listen, you're going to be minting off of Solana.
A lot of them wanted to be on Ethereum.
So we didn't take that as a no.
We decided to expand our utility.
It's a cross-chain platform.
There are movies that are on Solana and there are a lot of movies that are on Ethereum.
So it only made sense for us, you know, to expand our collection to Ethereum.
We've created our new collection, Lady Mobsters.
So if you thought the male mobsters were gangster or cool enough, you should check out these
They're fucking fabulous.
But we really wanted to make an impact.
We always make an impact when we drop to the people we're familiar with when we announced
25 Sol and then came out with the free mint, the day of mint.
We always have something up our sleeve.
So we decided this time, man, listen, every woman that's a part of Web3 gets a free mint.
Every woman that's in Web3 is going to come on board and get a free Ethereum mint of our
Holders that hold more than three art of mobs get a free mint as well.
We're trying to push the narrative, really.
We want to push the narrative.
We want to empower women of Web3.
We've also committed to allocating funds to women-led Web3 businesses.
So we also created a form.
Anybody that applies, you know, can go, that qualifies can go apply to that form.
We want to support women.
And yeah, man, that's what's up.
I think that's what the hype is all about.
I also want everybody to know that it's here.
Anybody from your community that's a woman, just come on to our Discord.
Just say from cool times, if you're a girl, you're a female, you're going to get a free mint role.
Mine folks, I think Alpha Pharaohs are here as well.
Any project that's here, please, any women from your community, bring them on board.
We got a free mint for them.
So that speaking as well, we can get whitelist for the fellas.
We're not forgetting about you.
But free mint is for women.
This is a woman empowerment.
And I don't want to be the guy that's the guy speaking about women empowerment.
I'm actually not been going on spaces.
Only female team members have been going on spaces lately.
You know, I had to do my thing with cool times.
So anytime you're in the Discord, we have spaces daily where it's.
All only women of Web3 coming on on board speaking.
This is the only time you're going to hear about me.
So this is a real movement.
This is for women of Web3.
And this is for cinema at the end of the day.
And thank you for that cool times.
Yeah, we need to onboard more women of Web3.
It just happens that Artemov is one of the rizziest projects out there.
They definitely know how to onboard women of the space by giving them a free mint.
That's probably how you do it.
Real quick, can you give us just a history lesson on the one person in here who hasn't been following Art of Mob?
I know you guys mentioned a little bit about the projects and tensions.
But it feels like in crypto years, it's been a little while.
So talk a little bit about the journey to now.
It's like dog years, huh?
I'm going to tell you exactly what happened with us.
Our utility wasn't as complicated to build as we thought it was.
We actually created that in a fairly amount of time.
Now, we didn't want to release our project, number one, with not enough content.
We didn't want to fucking bring up Movie Marketplace with three and four or five movies.
You know, we wanted to make sure when we release it's 50, 60, up to 100 movies.
We want people to have a diverse and a variety of movies to be able to mint from.
So for us, we took our time with gathering content.
Now, it was kind of easy for us because we're already in the film space.
We've already produced movies.
You know, we've done stuff like that.
So it was easy to get contact with people like that.
But it's also a little bit hard to translate that with your community.
You know, at the end of the day, the community, even though I was a free mint, the community,
some people bought on secondary.
Some people bought when Solano was up to $40, $50 at the time.
So it's hard to tell them, listen, you got to wait and you got to wait and you got to wait.
And also, market conditions, obviously, you don't want to release something.
For me, I believe it's really revolutionary what we got.
So we didn't want to release on a point where even people in the space right now are a little
skeptical, a little scared, you know, what's going on, leaving the space a little bit.
We wanted to make sure we launched in a bear market.
That being said, we didn't want to let our community not have anything.
So what we did is we created this platform as well.
Now, YouBetcha is not a casino.
YouBetcha is a wagering platform.
You're never playing against the house.
When you come to YouBetcha, you're playing your favorite game, whether it's, for now,
You're always playing against somebody.
So you're never playing a program where it's blackjack deals to you and 70% of the time
It's you against someone with your skills.
And the next month, we're bringing on board tic-tac-toe, rock, paper, scissors, monopoly, chess, whatever game you're good at.
You can wager with someone.
You just connect your wallet.
You don't transfer anything.
Whatever coin you have, you get to bet with it.
That being said, as well, it's expanding to Ethereum.
It's going to be a multi-chain app.
So that's something we're trying to bring to the community in these hard times.
We're not promoting for you to go gamble.
We're just promoting to you.
Place a bet on something.
And, yeah, man, that's what we've been doing in this beer.
Definitely on board with you.
And, yeah, it was a pleasant surprise.
I was scrolling on Magic Eden volume charts the other day.
And I was like, all right, one clain of swords makes sense.
So love that you guys are in the trenches.
And I think the Gen 2 drop.
I think we actually have cook time in the crowd.
My favorite Web3 Cardano NFT influencer.
I think she might need an art of mob free mint.
I'm going to say it one more time for anybody that didn't hear it.
Any woman that's listening to this space or part of any community that's in this space right now,
just hop into the Discord.
Say you're from Cool Times.
I just want to add another thing.
You said you were surprised we were number two.
I want you to remember on Mint Day for the first week, we were the top trading platform on all chains.
It's impressive that you guys.
And so everyone knows art of mob was, you know, very, very hype project.
A lot of hype projects go away.
And I was like, hell yeah.
You know, I root for projects.
We're back with attitude, with style.
And we're back with some woman leading the charge.
It's a cool time, but we're going to make it melt when we drop.
Hopefully, first week of January.
I'll have all the dates sent really soon.
But, you know, show us some love.
Maybe that's from my perspective.
I might be biased about it.
Thank you so much for having us.
I apologize for not being able to stay here longer with all the other projects.
I made sure I can just hop on because who can decline an offer from you, bro?
But there's an offer you can't refuse to come on in this episode with all these great projects on here.
So, yeah, go follow Art of Mob.
Gentoo coming soon, like you said, early January.
So you definitely want to go follow them.
Thanks again for hopping on, man.
And everybody, don't forget, come claim your free mint roll.
Cool times if you want to give out some whitelists for the guys as well.
Mine, folks, I love you guys.
You guys have the most fucking awesome art in the world.
And good luck for Alpha Pharaohs.
I heard they're doing great as well.
And GN, because I believe he's on the other side of the world right now.
Speaking of the gang, I actually want to introduce my co-host right now.
We got my boy Stu live in the studio.
Yeah, it's, you know, Tuesday, there's not much you can say.
It's, you know, Monday is always, it's, oh, we're back on a Monday, Wednesday hump day.
Tuesday is kind of just like, fuck, we're just in the grind right now.
It's, oh, you're right, Taco Tuesday.
Guys, go follow my dude, Stu, moderator, my Discord, general, cool guy.
Yeah, if you like Solana, he's in the trenches.
And Stu, feel free to jump in at any point.
We're going to, we're going to move on to, I don't know, what might be the most anticipated
I mean, look at the crowd right now.
Look at these beautiful, beautiful lumberjacks, these choppers.
Chop, chop to the Mind Folk fam.
These guys are just blowing on some good tobacco.
They got the greatest hats in the world.
You've seen these PFPs if you're a Solana OG.
Welcome to the stage, Mind Folk.
Thanks for having us, man.
Appreciate you taking the time.
I mean, I remember Mind Folk Mint.
They didn't actually mint one.
I didn't mint one, but I scooped one up right on secondary afterwards.
And it was my first Solana NFT because I was like, this is the coolest art I've ever seen
But so much has happened since then.
We're almost, I don't know.
Are you guys one year anniversary yet?
So we, we minted on the 31st of December, 2021.
So it's our birthday now in like a week, two weeks.
I remember being at home post holidays.
Catch us up to speed though.
Cause you guys are working on a lot of cool shit.
So, you know, for the people out there who remember, you know, Mind Folk is one of their first
great Solana NFT projects.
What are you guys working on?
So, I mean, it's been a crazy year.
So, uh, yeah, I remember when you first, uh, found Mind Folk, it was you and Evan Tan.
I think Evan Tan introduced you.
I actually still speak to Evan to this day.
It's cool to connect with some of the OGs.
Uh, so Mind Folk, we probably had one of the most crazy years I could say.
I mean, you know, obviously every NFT project has insane ups and downs.
And I mean, this year has been, it feels like I've been working in web three my entire adult
life, but it's actually just been one year.
Um, so yeah, Mind Folk, Mind Folk, uh, started as a very small collection.
Uh, as some guys know, we stealth minted 777 lumberjacks and carpenters.
And basically from there, the entire project was based on this rotation of breeding where
you could accumulate the token wood and then you could build these structures.
And the whole idea was based on this law system of populating this coppice kingdom, this like
imaginary place where all these different cabins and boats, and then you could, you could
And yeah, I mean, that, that made up basically the first half of the year for Mind Folk.
Um, during that entire process, uh, the team, I mean, like, I think this is the biggest thing
that we are bringing to the next stage of Mind Folk into the renaissance is just like everything
we've been through and everything we've experienced and like realizing that, you know, we, we tried
so many different things.
Uh, you know, we, we tried many different angles.
We took feedback from our community.
Um, we kept building and developing, uh, you know, from the voyaging system to multiplayer
gamified staking and, uh, like law based, law based mechanics.
And what we realized in this entire process is that there was some fundamental issues that
we had that we needed to, uh, basically go back to the drawing board and look at like,
what were the, what are the coolest things about Mind Folk from the very beginning?
And like, what are the things that we can improve on?
And some of the things we realized was that, you know, the, as you mentioned, the Mind Folk
IP and the Mind Folk brand and the arts is so unique.
And that was something that really stood out for us and something that most people, uh,
remember and know Mind Folk for other than like the tokenomic system that we had created
Um, that's more known in the ecosystem for the way that it didn't work.
And I mean, we made, we made tons of mistakes.
Like we, you know, we tried so many different things and, and we kind of wear those, those
battle scars now with pride because like, that's what we take into like this next phase
of Mind Folk, which is 100% based on community empowerment.
So we've got this new, uh, idea we call in the DAO mind, which is us taking everything we've
learned about, uh, DAOs and, uh, across the theorem and Solana and revolutionizing that
entire experience for holders and putting the focus 100% on community building.
And so like, that's what we've been focusing on now.
We started the Renaissance planning and, uh, actual artwork about three or four months ago.
And the artwork itself is a simplification and unification of every collection we've done
So it's taking all of Jokens' art across cabins, boats, skateboards, surfboards, uh,
everything we've done and compressing it into one collection where the attributes themselves
are inspired by all the different sub collections.
So the new collection is one 10K collection.
And the idea behind that is to bring a single unified brand and voice together.
Um, cause we found that, you know, many different sub collections was cool for the story-based
law telling, but for building a community, it's difficult to have, you know, you've got
a discord of a thousand people or 2000 people, and it's split between six different collections,
you know, some of which aren't even PFPs.
And so, you know, it becomes very difficult to, to, uh, unify a community.
And so, you know, those are things that we learned, uh, the most about, um, and I would
say, you know, from us, like the biggest thing we have that we bring to the table now is,
as I mentioned, like our experience, you know, like, I feel like we are like founder 2.0
Um, and, um, this next phase of MindFolk is going to be 100% focused on the community
aspect of an NFT project where, yeah, let's, yeah, let's actually, I'm going to just set
Um, let's actually compare, like speaking of gamification, you know, I think there was
certainly gamification and how things were done in MindFolk earlier this year.
And then there's certainly a gamification element to the, the MindDAO explain how things
are kind of, how the approach is kind of different now.
So the way it's, the way it's different now is that before the gamified system was developed
in a way that we wanted to build this balanced economy and like, you know, known as the Coppa's
So each of these different NFTs had a specific role to play and the way that you engaged or
interacted with, you know, how you trained your MindFolk to be a carpenter or a lumberjack
from the very beginning and how the speed or of accumulation or the speed of building
had a specific part to play and then how these structures had different parts to play within
So our whole thing was about like balancing this economy, you know, and like that was how
But in the end, the best way to play the game was to sell the token, you know, uh, so that,
that was kind of something that we, I guess we didn't plan for in the way that it ended
Um, and now the way we view gamification is much more to do with like, how would you want
people to engage with your system in a way that they want to further the project or further
themselves within the Web3 space?
So the way we look at gamification now is like, for example, with the Down Mind, the actual
platform that we're busy working on with, uh, the guys from FaZe, it's called the actual
And the whole idea behind Align is, is taking these communities and sub-communities within
the, within Mindfolk and gamifying the experience of, of engagement with the DAW itself.
So like from voting systems, earning experience to, uh, putting proposals forward.
And, you know, the entire basis for that is like, how do we take Mindfolk and build true
fans, like basic, like curate our audience to have true fans who want to further the Mindfolk.
with whatever endeavors they have.
And that kind of stemmed from us having this feedback channel throughout the entire year
with Mindfolk and wanting to constantly be in connection with our community, but not being
able to, you know, as a single team, trying to implement everybody's ideas from feedback
And sometimes there were really great ideas that stemmed from the community, but they
weren't good for Mindfolk as a single project.
And so the idea was, well, you know, these guys could have their own standalone, like
this could be a standalone project by itself.
And, you know, in the beginning when we started Mindfolk, we were very much against DAOs just
because of the way the word was thrown around.
And like every project was starting a DAO, especially on Solana.
And since then, we've gone back and we've actually found like a lot of very successful DAOs across
And, you know, that gave us, we started thinking and started putting all these like these puzzle
pieces together and like really working towards like how can we take this to the next level?
Because DAOs themselves, there's still so much room for growth.
I think that we haven't even like really started getting to like how DAOs can actually function
in like a really productive way.
And so for us with Mindfolk, like that's something that we specifically want to focus on.
And with that, we want to be building our community and we want our community to feel empowered,
especially like a curated community of people who really love the Mindfolk brand.
And like, you know, they're proud to rep their PFP.
Big up to all the guys in the crowd with a Mindfolk PFP.
It's also been like a pleasure to see these guys jumping on spaces and supporting.
Yeah, that was especially impressive.
You know, this is a project that almost a one-year-old, a lot of projects fall by the
After everything that happened with Mindfolk, people love the art.
People are here because they love the community.
They're in Twitter spaces right now, one year later, showing up.
I wanted to have you on this Twitter space.
This Mindfolk will always be relevant, in my opinion.
What's impressed you the most about the community this year?
And I think that also stems from the example that we've been able to set.
And, you know, that's such a big factor for us at Mindfolk, like I said, about our experience
Like, we're actually now busy prepping like a series of different pieces of content where
we're going to share like raw, like straight up, like the very bare, like the bare experience
Because we feel like that's the value that we have to add to this ecosystem.
You know, like we can go through like some of the highest highs and the lowest lows because
like we've been there, like we've been from the trenches all the way to like absolute
You know, like at one point we were like top three market cap and we've, you know, we've
also experienced like absolute bottoming, you know.
So I think from our perspective, like we want to just like, we want to take that whole, this
whole experience from beginning to end and turn it into like content where we can basically
share with other communities and with new people in the Web3 space.
It's like all about like what we've been through and do that in the most transparent way possible.
Because I think a lot of people have a very specific idea of like what MindFolk is.
Like I've joined spaces and like because of guys like fighting online and being like, cool,
like let's get on a space.
And literally being like, being ratioed by like five or six dudes like telling me how
like MindFolk is such a Ponzi and like these are all the rumors that they've heard.
Like we really, like we are happy to have those conversations.
And the fact that we're still here, like that is what we have to share.
It's like we're not going anywhere.
Like MindFolk is still here.
Like we're going to keep working and keep building.
And I think that resilience is something that's kind of had a bit of a ripple effect with our
And like, yeah, it's super cool to see some like OG guys like stepping up and like showing
up in the community like, you know, months later and supporting us with what we're busy
One last kind of technical question.
When you're talking about the Renaissance and you say like the capsules, how does that
all play into everything?
Because capsules have been come, you know, manual reveal, capsules, tubes.
This has become very hot.
So how is this playing into MindFolk?
So the capsules represent the different access levels to the Renaissance.
So this was something that we spent quite a lot of time on because we had to take all
our holes into consideration.
Like that was like number one.
Like how do we, how do we put our holders?
And this was like the exact complexity which we are moving away from.
So, you know, having your pirates against your founders and like all these different
levels of hierarchy and like having this segregated community where different roles and different
NFTs have got different levels of access, etc.
So the capsules are basically like your founders have got the highest level of access.
So that's like all the founders are going to be one for one in the new collection.
So you're going to get airdropped your founder as it is like by the time we, the mint comes.
And you're going to get another free mint.
And then we have, that's tier one.
So then tier two is boats, which is like two mints in the new collection.
And tier three is your pirates and cabins.
Those fall together and that's going to be one mint.
And then you go to tier four, which is now the recent pre-sale that we ran, which has
Like if you have a pre-sale and a founder capsule, then you get like one extra mint.
So there's some cool, we've got some nice content and stuff.
If you guys jump on our Twitter or even jump in Discord, there's tons of dudes who will
help with whatever questions you have specifically with the capsules.
So yeah, we try to simplify it so that now there's five different capsules, including
So you can actually, you can buy a Whitelist or you can jump in Discord and we've got like
various different engagements, related activities that you can get.
You can basically build your way up with wood to buying a Mindful Whitelist for the Renaissance.
So yeah, capsules, the easiest way to describe it is like basically just jump in Discord or
jump on Twitter, have a look at the, there's a single diagram we have, which shows you the
And there's four tiers, including the fifth tier of Whitelist.
Yeah, no, I think, I think that's the right way to do things.
I'm excited to see how the Renaissance and Mindout and everything plays out.
If you guys want updates on everything that Mindfolk is kind of transforming and building
with the project, go give them a follow.
Certainly won't be the last time around one of my Twitter spaces show.
Open invitation to a project that, you know, it's one of those collectible projects you
just, you just like to have in your wallet.
So go give Mindfolk a follow and appreciate them coming on as always.
Appreciate you having us, man.
I was, I was trying to bait you into one of those.
We're going to move on now to kind of the polar opposite when it comes to, um, longevity
I mean, uh, Kids of the Apocalypse, uh, really been getting a lot of ground soon.
I mean, I, I, man, I'm really excited to talk about this project, everything that they're
building, all the upcoming stuff.
Um, Kids of the Apocalypse.
Um, I gotta admit something.
I, you know, I try to stay up to date with as many projects as possible, but I'm gonna,
Kids of the Apocalypse snuck up on me.
Um, you guys in a matter of weeks have completely taken over my Twitter timeline, volume charts,
everything I'm looking at, it all comes back to Kids of the Apocalypse through my Discord
Could you try to just, in like one minute, succinctly just tell us what is Kids of the
So, um, I mean, A, that's great to hear.
We've been building slowly, uh, slowly but surely up towards our main collection drop,
which is, uh, at the end of next month.
Um, but Kids of the Apocalypse is a project like 10 years in the making.
Um, I'm one of two co-founders.
Prior to this, I found a record label called Neon Gold Records.
We've had platinum singles with everyone from Charlie XCX and Tove Lowe to Matt Mason and
And my co-founder is Stefan Storm, who's an incredible Swedish writer, producer, visual
And we've been developing out this project for like the last 10 years together.
Um, uh, kind of sending it back and forth and trying to figure out the right way to bring
And it always felt like this kind of ambitious world building project that like, wouldn't
fit neatly on a Spotify playlist.
Didn't make sense for the kind of traditional music industry rollout that he and I had been
a part of, uh, so many times before.
And we're looking for the right way to bring this into the world in a more experiential way.
And so, uh, when NFTs first came on my radar at the end of 2020, uh, we put our heads
together and started, uh, developing out the concept and adapting it for this world.
And so we launched, um, last October on Solana with our Genesis key offering, which is called
It was the debut single from kids of the apocalypse.
Um, and the idea being that it was kind of our twist on a traditional music NFT where
it was one song, but 666 visually unique single covers.
So you had that extra layer of identity and collectability, and that served as the Genesis
key for all future mints in the Kota universe.
And that minted out, uh, basically instantly, uh, at the end of October.
And then, uh, it landed us on the, um, billboard top 10 music NFT charts for the month of October.
We were the first Solana project ever to, uh, break into that top 10.
And then we did our second release, um, in November with glass X, Y, Z.
So, uh, we dropped our debut music video, which was called pray for us.
Uh, the song featured Rio Craig gun, who actually just had, um, one of the biggest music NFT drops
in history on Ethereum last week, his, uh, criteria collection with Daniel Allen minted
out 2,500, um, instantly it was the largest drop in sound X, Y, Z history.
And so that's been headline news across the space.
And he's been an amazing partner on this project.
He's pretty much the, the voice of Kota, if you will, and is also featured on our next
And so, um, all of this is building up to, um, our 6,666 piece PFP drop, which is called
It's based around the eight core characters of the Kota universe that is dropping, um,
next month, January 23rd, um, in partnership with, uh, both Metaplex and dust labs.
Um, we'll be rolling out our scholarship, uh, tool, uh, launching tomorrow, uh, to open up
the Kota list for that, um, in about 24 hours.
And, uh, speaking of cool times, we actually have a, uh, essential cozy accessory for these
cool, cool times, uh, the Kota hoodie, which is dropping today actually.
And, uh, it's 123 hoodies priced at $123 each.
And not only does that get you this incredible heavyweight, like designer blanks hoodie with
sewn on patches and heavyweight red print on the back, but it also comes with a free NFT
from that initial collection that will be airdropped to everyone in one week's time.
And so those 123 hoodie purchasers will be the first 123 holders of the Kota season one
Um, and I think that is the, uh, that's the wrap up right there.
Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait.
You found a way to sneak music NFTs into the ecosystem.
We've been trying to do music NFTs for so long.
Uh, I had no idea you guys were secretly, uh, getting us all, uh, bringing us the gateway
Why do you, why do you think music NFTs have gotten a bad rap?
Um, well, we're just trying to Trojan horse them in here, man.
That's part of the reason that we're on Solana, I think is because of the opportunity to really
pioneer music in the space.
Um, that was the, our first conversations with Metaplex a year ago.
Um, they came to us and they really wanted to, you know, they really immediately got the
vision and they really wanted us to be the ones to kind of pioneer their
So we're actually going to be launching the Metaplex music NFT standard in January with
this first Coda season one collection.
And as part of that, the collection is basically 6,666 pieces.
It is, uh, based around the eight core characters of the Coda universe.
So there's eight core characters, all the traits, they're all visually unique, each individual
Um, but if you hold that character, each character comes with its own 30 to 60, 60 second instrumental
loop theme song, if you will.
And so those holders will then be able to unlock the stems for that loop for that instrumental
and then use that music CC zero.
So the whole, uh, the ambition of the project is for the first ever Coda mixtape, which is
going to be out next summer to be a collection of songs that Stefan and I have been working
on for years with people like Rio and Verite and Iconopop and Pusha T and more established
music names, but then also like community sourced ideas.
Um, so the, the idea is to kind of make this the first community driven, uh, mixtape where,
you know, community members are submitting hooks and samples and flip ideas based off these
And then Stefan and I are taking them and making them out into, you know, finished product Coda
songs and then going out and putting features on them, um, to really bring the community into
And yeah, as to why music NFTs like haven't had their moment on Solana yet, um, I'm not
Cause it's like, wait, have they had their moment somewhere else?
Uh, they've had their moment.
I mean, they're having their moment on Ethereum and like, thanks to platforms like sound XYZ.
Um, but I don't think they've had their like PFP moment yet.
And I think that's a big piece of it.
You lack that like identity layer, um, that I think is so critical, um, to the success of projects
So while there is a really thriving, but still admittedly niche music NFT, uh, community,
uh, on Ethereum, I think you're, you're missing that.
Like there's yet to be that kind of breakout music led project.
And that's kind of, that's what we are aspiring to be.
Why kids of the apocalypse?
Let's, let's go a little origin story here.
You know, when they do the flashbacks and like the Marvel movies and it's like Thor and
like year 100, give us the, give us the origin story.
So I, you know, Stefan, so I, I, I first signed Stefan's previous project, which is called
the sound of arrows, um, in like 2010.
And there was this incredible project where the music videos in the world building were
one of the, one of the most impressive things about it.
And they had a song called magic, um, where they did this incredible, like short film music
video won all of these awards.
It went like, you know, 2010 viral, which is like, you know, pre algorithm, just like viral
for being amazing and pre Harlem shake viral, pre Harlem shake.
And so, um, we, uh, and, and, uh, that kind of took the, you know, Sweden and the UK by
storm, uh, Stefan's based, based out of Sweden and I'm based out of New York.
And, um, we, you know, we kept building that project.
And then in 2014, I guess it was, he was like, so I've got this, I mean, you know, I've got
this idea for this whole world.
And I want like, this is, this is kind of my like post-apocalyptic gorillas, this mix
of like animation and live action and kind of a gorilla's world, but more like my beautiful
dark, twisted fantasy Kanye esque production meets like ethereal Swedish, uh, pop production
and pop songwriting and vocals.
And so, um, we put our heads down building that out and the idea, you know, the idea
is basically, you know, these, these, uh, this core group of eight characters, um, kind
of forging the resistance at the end of the world.
And it's a future where the world is not run by individuals.
It's run by corporations.
Uh, natural life is dwindling.
Animals are on display in museums.
Music has been outlawed and music is kind of the last line of defense, uh, for these eight
kids who have been forced underground.
And so, um, it's a story of representation.
The idea, the world is very much based around, um, themes of, uh, identity.
Every three of the four core creatives on the CODA team, um, are LGBTQ identifying, um, the
eight core characters represent every race, gender, sexuality, orientation, and it's really
preaching kind of a, a more inclusive world.
And it kind of is, you know, it's kind of drawing from the, the spirit of the moment.
I think obviously there's a lot of apocalyptic themes running through society.
Um, so the idea is this, it can be this kind of escapist universe, uh, for people to kind
of lose themselves in the art and the music.
Underrated apocalypse movie book of Eli.
Everyone goes, I am legend, but it's like, all right, you know, give Denzel a chance.
Um, there's a drop coming up in January.
In fact, we love the alpha before the alpha.
So can you give us any info on how to get involved in kids of the apocalypse upcoming
So right now, um, you can get the noise, uh, Genesis key, which is limited to 666 total
Um, that's been seeing a lot of activity on magic hidden since we announced the dust partnership.
Um, but you can cop that now, and that will grant you access to all future Coda drops,
including the Coda season one drop.
And then, uh, the pray for us music video, which is only available on glass.xyz that will
grant one allow list spot for the Coda season one drop.
So those are your two kind of guaranteed means of access.
And then we will be launching the Coda list, uh, scholarship application system, uh, publicly
tomorrow, um, which we'll be doing a lot of promo with the dust team around.
Um, so those are the, the three quick hit opportunities in the jump.
Yo, um, I just want to say, I actually just watched the pray for us music video on YouTube
and I actually really liked it.
I was, I was vibing, sitting in my chair, head bobbing, but, uh, yeah, I wanted to give
It's, um, it's very much, you know, the visual, the visual team, uh, are based in Barcelona.
Uh, there's a place between Barcelona and Sweden and they've done incredible campaigns
They did the Pepsi world cup commercial with Messi and Neymar.
Um, it's really kind of like top flight creatives across the board.
Uh, and you know, the whole team spread between Sweden and Barcelona and New York and LA.
So it's, it's truly a global, a global effort here.
So I have like 30 more questions for you.
Unfortunately, I won't be able to fill them, uh, fit them all in right now.
So, um, I'm probably going to annoy you in like, I don't know, a couple of weeks to,
to do another one of these shows in January.
In the meantime, in the meantime, I'll go ahead and pin the original project trailer, um,
to our, to the top of our, uh, our Twitter.
Uh, if anyone wants to go see the first, the 60 second kind of sizzle reel for the overall.
Pop it and you pin it, pin it to the space here as well.
Um, if you've been living under a rock like Patrick Starr for the last couple of weeks,
uh, this is one of the projects that have been dominating the conversation on the salon
And even in my East discords, people are talking about it.
So I know Stu's in there can attest to that.
So definitely go give them a follow.
Um, and yeah, the hoodies, the hoodies just dropped today at one 23 PM.
Um, I'll drop a link to those here as well.
Uh, and if everyone wants to hit kids of the apocalypse.com, we've built out like a really
immersive top flight, uh, web, web experience where you can click around.
It's kind of a point and click experiential and kind of get a bunch of Easter eggs and
pieces of content from the Cody universe.
And you can also access the hoodie drop, uh, from the main computer screen there.
So, um, highly recommend everyone check that out as well.
Uh, you want to, you want to stay.
So you might need a coat of hoodie.
And, uh, we'll be, uh, talking to you again soon.
Uh, apologies to underground society, alpha Pharaohs, bet three, we're, we're a little
behind schedule, but that's just because there's a lot of cool shit to talk about.
Um, we'll move on next to underground society.
This is Jake McCarthy behind the, uh, EGS account.
Whoa, dude, you'd sound like you're, you're, you're an intro to English in college doing
Let's do a little icebreaker about underground society for, for people who don't know what
is kind of the, you know, the, the ice marina in, you know, high school, you gotta do hometown
What, give us the, everything we need to know about underground society in like a minute.
I'd say that our team is, uh, base of people that have been in the blockchain space, uh,
Um, we have in-house developers.
Our team is really fully stacked.
Uh, UGS labs builds financial products and services as well as creator tools for the NFT
market, really bridging the divide between DeFi and NFT markets.
Um, underground society is our NFT collection that really has its utility derived from those
And, um, we also have a community token through our utility token, uh, called talent that really
helps further tether the collection to those products and services.
Um, yeah, stack team, uh, one of my homies, Yagami or, uh, Litecoin, uh, always, uh, somebody
I, I lean on to, um, yeah.
How did this kind of come together?
Cause some people might know Litecoin, uh, you mentioned the stack team.
How'd you kind of build the Avengers of web three?
Um, well, like I said, um, my co-founder and I, um, have been in the blockchain space for
over a decade, our other co-founder, Schaefer is really the one that kind of put the glue
together and brought us together.
Um, and so this idea for one of our products called cords, it's really the centerpiece of
UGS labs came because during this fast bull market, we've constantly hear, Oh, if I had
one more soul, if I had a little bit more soul, I'd do this.
Or, Oh, if I just don't know if this is worth the risk, but then a day later, the project
our NFT collection runs and, and you're kind of priced out.
Um, and so we wanted to find a way to really provide liquidity for these kinds of moments.
Um, at the same time, build the ability for people to earn a yield, um, in these kinds
Um, and so that's where the inception of core really began.
Um, and it's kind of snowballed into this, um, this, this company that really has a multitude
of products, um, and this NFT collection that really helps serve the other value propositions
that encompass this space outside of utility, which are, are in community.
The, the big meta everyone's talking about right now is, is, you know, Hey, don't, don't
even flip NFTs right now.
It's much better to be a liquidity provider.
You know, seeing top traders talk about this, does, does this affect you at all?
Is there a way for holders to benefit from people talking about this, this becoming a
I don't know if that cut out.
Cause we've, we've built a platform that whether you're the user of core looking to kind of
leverage trade NFTs or, uh, from a collector's perspective, kind of buy now pay later, um,
whether you're in that category or if you're in the liquidity providing category, um, you have
both abilities with core, I can kind of dive into that when we, when we kind of break down
Can I just say, it's really refreshing to talk to you because, uh, no, no shade to anyone
else, but people on spaces are very, very long winded and you're like pretty, so you're
keeping it a couple of sentences.
Allows me to ask more questions, get more alpha from you.
So one thing I am curious about, you know, uh, with like a utility dense project like
this, what's the community like for underground society?
Well, I mean, right now it's actually at a pretty precarious position as our, as it's
over the past, I don't know, I'd say probably week and a half.
Um, it's certainly gotten more and more hyped, um, in different communities.
And so typically I'd like a very high unique holder count.
Um, but there's something that we've built that whales are very peculiarly or particularly
Um, and so we've seen that come down, but what's interesting during that same time, the, uh,
the group of people that were here from mint day showing up to you the random live, uh,
sharing my screen, going live in the discord kind of events I would do are still here.
Um, and I can kind of break down how we have built and continue, uh, to build community
and kind of foster that environment, um, in a pretty unique way.
But, but the community so far, which again is very early, we minted December 1st.
Um, it's, it's really starting to flourish.
How do you think you kind of move into, to 2023, uh, uncertainty, NFTs, uncertainty, Solana,
How do you move forward in 2023?
Um, well, we're looking to deliver core, um, really our biggest product at the beginning
So I think that'll make quite a splash into, uh, the first quarter of 2023.
Um, but then really just kind of building upon that product itself.
Um, like I said, I can kind of break that down in a moment, but we plan to roll out in
a beta and then kind of really work with the community to kind of perfect core.
Um, but then as we kind of head into Q2, Q3, we'll be looking to go multi-chain with core
Um, the community itself though, just so everyone's very clear on this, we want to keep on Solana.
Like we're not going to bridge our NFTs or any nonsense like that.
Um, but when I described the product, it'll be pretty obvious why it has, um, pretty high
Any, any future alpha, any future collaborations, anything you want to let people know about
this project because, um, well, I think you guys have been doing a great job, you know,
we talk a lot about these PFP projects and probably don't give enough shine to projects
providing tangible utility like you guys.
So what, what, what's something else, a misconception or something else people should, should know
Well, I guess with that, I'll, um, I'll kind of like run through the little bit longer form,
uh, of what we've built here.
Um, so you guys can kind of have an all encompassed view of it.
Um, and yeah, no, I appreciate the, uh, the, the compliments on the kind of short, quick
answers, but it's, it's only because I've gone, I've done the long winded answers.
And at this point I know better to just let people ask the questions.
Um, but we've arrived at the moment, everyone get ready.
So what we built, uh, over the last 11 months is really best explained top down.
Uh, there's three pieces of this.
There's UGS labs that, like I said, built financial products and services, as well as
creative tools for the NFT market.
Um, there's UGS labs, or I'm sorry, there's underground society, the NFT collection that,
like I said, drives its utility from those products and services.
And then there's our token talent earned via staking your NFT that, uh, I'll kind of break
down how that kind of ties into those products and services.
So UGS labs really delivers the, the appeal of utility.
Um, but as we're all aware, um, this space is pretty diverse.
And at the same time, you can categorize these interests into three categories.
Um, and that'd be utility, art and community.
And so UGS labs serves utility.
Our collection really helps us hit for those that are here for art and community.
Uh, first off our NFT collections itself is a, is a human based PFP collection, kind of, um,
dystopian blade runner ask in its style.
Um, it's kind of funny, we've seen mixed reviews, either people are like, what the fuck is this?
Um, and so it's funny, like our concept art has gotten more praise than the PFP.
So I think an art upgrade will, will be coming pretty soon.
Um, but yeah, our, our NFTs themselves are comprised of over 900 layers.
And for anyone that doesn't understand what that means, that means from like the very base,
just skin tone all the way to the very front of the NFT.
So most NFT collections are comprised of like 200 or less.
Um, as you can see, cool's is like one, two, three, four layers, right?
You have the background, you have the popsicle stick, you have the ice cream color, you have
the sticky note, I guess the eyes and mouth are also layers itself.
Um, and so again, very deep art there.
Um, we also have a lore that we've written out for this world that we've kind of built
with a prologue and, uh, seven chapters already written.
And we're talking multiple page chapters, not these kind of one-liners you've seen lore
projects try to get away with.
And the lore that we've written, we release at the beginning of the month and it actually
helps kind of build the bridge to community.
As at the end of each month, we have these chapter ending events.
These events, um, are kind of like an adventure book you might've read as a kid where it's
choose A, B, or C, uh, go to page five, 10, or 20.
These events allow our community to really decide how the chapter ends.
It progresses from there.
The way that they do this is through the three factions that make up our 5k collection.
Uh, there's also five classes per faction, um, so 15 in total, and inevitably we'll release
our kind of gamified staking with almost like a side quest line that each class will
run down, um, and increase in, in depth of story as well as reward.
Um, now these chapter ending events, they're not just, uh, simply for show.
They're actually engaged to earn mechanism for us.
Uh, we're all of those that participate in making these decisions, which could be, uh,
a faction war or possibly something that's more collaborative.
Again, all of those that engage will earn a reward for engaging in those events.
And then obviously those that might win a particular event or have the best outcome,
um, may be rewarded further and so on.
Um, and just as an example, uh, from the, the chapter that we've released this month,
we've already airdropped an, uh, NFT comic book that goes with it, um, for holders at
various different, um, qualifications, uh, because we haven't released the kind of engaged
So we wanted to make sure everyone's still getting something there.
Um, and now with the community itself in these factions to kind of build even deeper into
the, the lore behind them, we're actually, um, we've actually just begun our, uh, faction
council campaigns where essentially three people per faction will be elevated to represent their
faction in these faction councils where we'll actually set them up with a multi-sig, um, kind
of give them a sort of governance model and the members of the factions themselves can
put proposals forward to those councils.
Um, and then the councils will approve it.
It'll get sent essentially to us.
And then we'll be able to issue grants to each of these factions in this kind of official
sub-dao, uh, kind of way that we're changing the game, really breaking the meta of sub-daos.
So you see a lot of, uh, different communities or collections will have sub-daos naturally
created by their community members.
Um, and they don't really do anything for that, that often outside of maybe like what a discord
And so we want to have these kind of, again, quote unquote, official sub-daos, um, that
again, there'll be multiple elections.
You can vote someone out and whatnot.
Um, but it really helps again, really foster a grassroots community effort there while at
the same time being able to provide actual value to them.
So if a faction wants, uh, for example, Wise Whales, a good friend of ours, uh, with their
collection, if they wanted that tooling, they could put a proposal forward and we would issue
a grant for them to be able to purchase the, the utility or that, or that tool.
Um, and so again, that's, it's really our, our, our early rollout for kind of building community,
how we have this kind of engaged to earn model.
Um, but from there, I can really get into UGS labs and the products we have, but I'll pause
for, pause for questions.
Well, I love the overview and I'm glad you got into some of the details there because
there's so much to unpack when it comes to UGS and, uh, we could, we could probably spend
another 20 minutes here talking, but I want to have you on again, because we've got to
move on to a couple other projects now.
But I mean, this is just a testament to, again, everything that they've accomplished and everything
And I've been having this conversation with people all the time, like providing liquidity,
liquidity providers is like something very interesting to look into.
I'm not going to act like an expert on it or why the benefits that way.
Well, actually, um, if you'll, if you'll permit me like an extra, like two minutes, I can
run through the actual products.
Cause again, what I just described, there's literally just the NFT collection and the art
Um, so just to ensure that everyone at least hears what the truer value proposition of
So I want to make sure I touch on like what I pinned at the top.
Um, so there's really three products that we've built here.
There's core, our auction house and Cedar Cedar, uh, again, because we have so many layers,
such complex art, we had to build a AI mechanism and AI tool to actually generate that collection
We didn't have to do it manually.
So we built Cedar, which is, um, a conditional NFT generator, um, which really helps solve
the problem around colliding layers and increase efficiency.
And again, this machine learning capacity.
Um, so without diving too deep into that, that's going to be a SAS offering that studios
and launch pads have already begun requesting.
Um, core, uh, like I said, the beginning is really the centerpiece of UGS labs.
What core is it's salon is first automated liquidity provider in ALP.
Uh, it's important to understand we don't compete with marketplaces or AMMs in any way.
We more so kind of horizontally aligned and, and have this complimentary relationship with
The way that we're able to achieve that is because instead of creating a platform that
requires the user to kind of come to us and takes volume away from these different exchanges,
we elected to create a browser extension.
So you can go to the Chrome storage type and underground society can add it.
It's gated because we haven't released core yet.
Um, so you'll have to wait for that, of course.
But what I pin to the top, we'll actually give you guys quick examples of what using
core actually looks like.
So you add it like phantom or metamask, pin it, you'll connect your wallet to it.
And then whenever you go to, let's say magic Eden without having to do anything, like
I say, you don't have to go to our platform, you'll see an overlay on approved collections.
So the same way you'll go to D gods and you'll see how rare at the bottom, right?
Well, at the top right now, you'll see our UGS logo.
And the second, uh, tweet I pinned to the top is the buy screen.
This gets pulled up on the screen.
It doesn't take you to a third party, just another overlay.
So you have to be able to purchase, again, using core on whatever exchange you already
Um, and core itself allows you to buy the NFT, uh, with as little as 33% of its value, as
And so, like I said earlier, there's two ways of looking at core, either you're a trader
and it's essentially leverage trading.
Um, and I'll kind of pause there cause I know we're, we're running short on time.
So the third tweet is the video kind of demoing the, the actual plugin itself and the two
tweets, you can see what it actually looks like, um, inside of core, but I'll, I'll,
I'll wait till another space to actually break down all of, uh, the nuanced information there.
Um, yeah, there there's, look, we might have to book out a completely separate day to go
through everything that, uh, UGS has to offer.
Um, shout out to them, go make sure to follow them.
Uh, thanks for, for detailing everything for us, man.
Thanks for giving me the extra time.
I want to make sure we just got the products in.
You know why I appreciate you?
Because I DM founders and they don't even respond to me, let alone do they come on and
are really passionate and articulate about, uh, what they're building.
So good things, good things.
Um, all right, we're going to move on really quickly cause we're, we're running, uh, way
behind, but I want to talk to my guy, NFT, Tim, NF Tim from alpha pharaohs.
We want to get to the alpha pharaohs real quick right now.
We've got tons of pharaohs in the crowd.
Um, and if Tim, what's up?
Yeah, man, I'm doing fantastic.
Hey, what the hell is going on with alpha pharaohs?
You guys are building one of the craziest communities I've ever seen.
Um, yeah, thanks first of all, for having me on here.
It's great to get to, uh, chat with you all and, um, share a little bit, but yeah, alpha
pharaohs, man, it's been wild.
So, uh, lots of people might not even know who we are or where we've come from, but we minted
six months ago or just over six months ago.
So 10th of June, um, and we minted for 0.169 soul.
So we're like a degenment price, um, sort of amount.
And, um, we've just been building nonstop since then.
So we've been sort of three times at least mint since, uh, we minted, but we, um, just
this week we've hit 10 soul, um, which has been pretty bullish.
It's 55 times up from, uh, mint price.
And it's kind of stemmed from us just really building an incredible community.
Um, and also the platform that we've been building, which is called tomb raid dot app,
um, which is a raid to earn, um, app, which has just absolutely blown up, um, mainly because
of the ROI for pharaohs, I guess, um, is, is one of the main reasons in terms of, uh, pharaohs
Um, but on top of that, um, the fact that actually we are having a growing amount of clients who
are choosing to use tomb raid to help, um, spread the word about their, um, their projects
Um, when we first started this, we had loads of people saying raid to earn, it doesn't ever
work because projects, they run out of funds, they run out of mint funds, whatever it may
And then, uh, the project dies, raid to earn dies.
And then we move on to the next fad.
The difference with tomb raid is we aren't, um, we aren't paying raiders clients, projects
are paying us to have our holders raid them as a service.
Um, we only took in 650 solid mint funds when we minted.
I didn't even know that was a thing that was happening.
So projects pay you to raid.
You didn't raise that much from the mint.
Do holders get a piece of the pie?
So where that came too much, we took in 650 sold from mint.
We've already paid out to holders, 1,550 sold just through tomb raid.
Um, but actually we were doing it in the discord without tomb raid before that.
And we paid out over 300 sold just through the discord.
Um, so it's pretty bullish.
Tomb raid is a, uh, it's a marketplace.
You can go there right now, tombraid.app.
Um, we raided your tweet.
We paid 1.5 sold yesterday to raid the announcement about this spaces.
And within 10 minutes, there were over a hundred holders who raided.
And each of those holders got paid 0.01875 sold.
Each alpha pharaoh can earn, that can raid up to three times a day.
Each alpha pharaoh, uh, can earn 0.39 sold per week just by retweeting, liking, and commenting
Um, and it is fully sustainable because we don't pay the bills.
So we have projects, we have clients who book tweets through our platform, tombraid.app,
Um, and it pushes the word out about what they're doing.
It shares it, it, um, allows real people to be raiding.
So it's not any sort of botting.
You have to be an NFT holder in order to raid.
We've got five, um, of our holders who are on the audit team.
They audit every single raid that we do.
They seek out any sort of bot-like replies or just crap replies.
And their accounts get suspended from being able to raid until they change the way that
Um, we provide a service where you get real NFT holders who actually care about
NFTs, raiding your projects, learning about what you're doing, sharing it, increasing
the reach of your projects.
And you can do that for as little as 1.5 soul.
Um, and you will get over 100 interactions for 1.5 soul.
So that, that, that, that's part of what has kind of shot us to where we are now.
And I know I don't have loads of time to speak.
There's loads of other stuff as well, but that's like part of it.
On top of that, we then decided we had lots of projects coming to us and saying, we love
We want a version of this for ourselves.
Can we pay you to build this for us?
And initially we were really protective of it because we were like, well, it's our utility.
And if we give it to you, what's the value for Pharaohs?
But then we started to realize that there were more and more copycats coming along.
There were more and more things happening.
And then we realized, you know what?
You can't copy us if we give it away for free.
So we decided to open the doors and say that any Solana NFT project in the whole of Seoul
can contact us and we will set them up with their own tomb raid absolutely free.
They will be able to token gate it to their NFT holders.
Only their NFT holders can raid through it.
And then they can take in revenue themselves as well.
They can take in clients.
They can push the word out.
Really following that Degen coin flip model of basically giving you a white label version,
We will take our fee from it, but we'll also let you take a fee from it as well.
So basically, we're offering you an incredible raid to earn service, a way for your holders
to earn up to 0.39 Sol per week.
And on top of that, you can take a cut from it.
So any clients, any volume that you put through it, you get 2.5% of all the volume.
2.5% of that 7.5% gets paid out to AlphaFerra's holders on revenue share.
And we've got 20 plus clients signed up for white labels already that are going to start
And suddenly, you're going to have all these projects who we're giving free utility to
and we're saying, look, we will provide a way for your holders to earn free raiding and
this is what it's going to look like.
Yeah, you guys are doing too much.
You guys are building and there's too much and we're going to end the space right now
I'm talking about the Alpha.
By the way, every time you say Tomb Raid, I think of like Laura Croft, Tomb Raider.
And I used to always play that on like PS2.
She had the biggest tits in the video game.
And then they fucking have Angelina Jolie in the movie who's beautiful, obviously.
No, she's like a fucking A-Cup.
Let's talk about Alpha because the project name is AlphaFerra.
Look, Solana is down bad right now.
There's not crazy whitelists to get anymore or few and far between, not as many plays.
So luckily, you guys are building out different mechanics that benefit holders.
But where are we at in terms of Alpha when it comes to AlphaFerra's in the Solana ecosystem?
So where we started, the idea from the start was always to be Alpha and Raiders.
So we have this idea of two factions that would operate within AlphaFerra's.
You would have the Alpha Callers who would be growing in their education of being an Alpha
That's where I've come from is finding undervalued projects and speaking about them.
And that was a whole part of the vision was that we would grow educated people who know
what to look for in projects.
But at the same time, we would have these two factions.
Not everyone is a researcher.
Not everyone is looking into projects and seeing what's happening.
But we'd have the raid inside as well.
So the idea was we'd always have these two kind of factions.
And when we first launched, we put most of our focus onto the Alpha side of things.
We built an amazing Alpha community.
We've got over 20 Alpha Callers within the Discord.
We signed up for every tool you could think of to stock out the Discord in order to help
our holders, volume trackers, wallet trackers, Alpha Callers, charters.
All of that sort of stuff is available in the Discord and still is available in the Discord.
As well as having some of the best Alpha Callers in the space in there as well.
And we were trying to build this home of Alpha, which was basically going to be a social media
It was going to be like Reddit.
But for Solana, it was going to have all of that sort of stuff on it.
We started building that.
The platform was coming together.
But it just wasn't quite there, which was at the point where as we were trying to build
that, we then pivoted slightly.
I think that's really important for any project that's going to be successful.
If you are not able to pivot, then you're going to die.
You've got to be able to see what's happening in the space, see what's going down.
So we took the brakes off of building the platform in terms of the website, the home
of Alpha, and instead put our energy and our finances into building Tomb Raid and the
Raid inside of things, but keeping that Alpha and everything that comes with that within
We have some incredible Alpha Callers.
We have some incredible tools within the Discord.
But what we're really keen on is not just growing a legion of followers who just wait for
a call, don't even read what's happening, go and buy it, and that's it.
Because that's not what we're about.
We're about educating people on how to seek out their own Alpha, how to know when to sell.
We have a rule in our Discord.
We don't give exit prices.
So if there's any Alpha Caller that's given by any of our Alpha Callers, they're not allowed
They're not allowed to give a sell price because we try and educate people on how and when
Because what we're finding is the second an Alpha Caller puts an exit price, people buy,
people list for 0.01 sold below whatever the exit price is, and everyone else does
the same thing, and you create a wall that kills a project.
But instead, trying to say, look, look into the project, you decide what you think the
best exit is, and then we try and equip people and train them in how to look for that themselves.
So there's a whole load of Alpha within Alpha Pharaohs.
You've got these two kind of sides that are working alongside each other, and they actually
really benefit each other.
Because actually, our raiders, when they've been going out and doing Team Raid with all
of these different projects, they've been finding out about these projects.
And what we then find is that the projects they're raiding are then the talk in the Discord.
And there's those conversations that are happening about what projects are doing, what they're
building, what's the benefit as a holder?
Why would I want to hold this project?
Why would other people want to hold this project?
One of the biggest things to think about is why is anyone else going to buy this?
It's great for you to invest in things that you like, but you need to think as well about
what do other people like?
What are they going to be buying?
So we do all of that as well.
When I said I don't have time to talk about everything, we do a lot.
We want to be the home of Alpha.
We want to be that kind of that place where everything is there.
That's always been the vision.
We want to invest in our business.
I want to make a bold statement right now.
Because there's a lot of people out there who've said raiding isn't good.
Now, they might have valid reasons for that, but me personally, I like to be a part of a fun
I like to be a part of an active, vibrant community, and that's one of the reasons why
I brought Alpha Pharaohs on my space.
I just hit you guys up out of the blue.
I hit up my guy Snooze out of the blue just because I was like, holy shit, everywhere I
go on my Twitter feed, every day I'm always seeing Alpha Pharaoh stuff.
I follow Snooze, and he's a homie, so I know that that's a lot from him, but it's like,
you know, whether it's Genuine Undead on Ethereum or Alpha Pharaohs on Solana, I see these projects
a lot, and Twitter is free advertising.
Twitter is literally like fucking, you know, the Las Vegas Strip.
It's literally Times Square.
So the more I see Alpha Pharaohs, the more I know the brand.
So that's just a quick rant.
I wanted to ask you about something completely separate because I think we can both agree
that there are merits to rating and having a very loud community.
But look, we've got a lot of pharaohs in the crowd right now.
Shout out to you guys for showing up.
What's something you could tell us about the project, either upcoming or something already
in place that you're proud of that even one of the more loyal pharaohs wouldn't really
Something that we've got coming up that I'm super proud of is Alpha Pharaohs renting.
That doesn't sound that exciting off of the bat.
But one of the things that has been a key for me is enabling people to earn.
It's been a key for us as a project in general, enabling anyone to be able to earn through whatever
I think it's really important that we provide ways where people can make income without having
to sell NFTs or without having to flip.
I think flipping is great.
But if we can find ways where we can give value to something just by holding, then that's
We've got lots of whales with like 10, 20 plus Alpha Pharaohs.
Now, in terms of what we have as an earning stream, they can't raid with all of their
There's not enough time in the day.
There's not enough raids available for them to raid and to earn fully from those.
And then on the other side, you've got a load of people who are new to the space, who
maybe don't have a massive portfolio, who don't have a lot of access to capital, but would
love to find ways where they could earn, would love to find ways where they can raid.
Well, we've just built into Tomb Raid, which goes live tomorrow, the ability to rent Alpha
So when you go to the homepage of Tomb Raid, you'll be able to click Rent a Pharaoh and
you'll be able to start raiding there and then without even spending nine or 10 sol on
So right now we're just under 10 sol.
A lot of people don't have access to that, but we have a lot of holders who have a lot
of pharaohs that the only way they're going to make money from them is if they sell them.
Now, we don't have a problem with them selling them.
If they want to sell them, that's great.
But what if we could provide a vessel where they can earn from those pharaohs?
And the way we've done that is through renting.
If you hold 10 plus Alpha Pharaohs, then you can rent out Alpha Pharaohs through Tomb Raid
People will be able to click on it and raid.
And say you could earn 0.39 a week from holding an Alpha Pharaoh, from raiding with an Alpha
Let's say those whales rent them out at 50% of that.
So 0.19 or 0.18 or 0.2 sol a week.
Doesn't sound like a lot, but actually for someone with no capital, they could come in
on the homepage straight away, click Rent a Pharaoh.
They could have a pharaoh in their wallet straight away for, say, 0.18 sol a week.
They could then go and earn 0.39 sol that week, taking away profit of 0.19 sol off of
And they could just rinse and repeat, providing us with more raiders for the platform, providing
an income stream for someone who maybe doesn't have the capital to be investing in expensive
JPEGs or whatever, but could start to build that up.
I'm talking like countries in the world where actually that sort of amount of money per week
could be supplementary massively to whatever income they can raise.
I'm passionate about that and about equipping people in that sense.
But then on the flip side, our whales suddenly, if I can list 20 Alpha Pharaohs for
0.2 sol each one, then I'm bringing myself in, say, four sol a week.
That is passive income that I don't have to raid.
I can rent those out and they can be done.
Pharaohs, our holders, our early investors, we've got people who've been holding 50 from
If we can provide a way that we can say, look, we'll help you make money.
You don't even have to sell.
You can hold on to these.
You can make yourself passive per Pharaoh, 0.2 sol per week, whilst providing a new raider
to the ecosystem, whilst providing income to someone else in the ecosystem.
That's a partnership I'm bullish about.
And it means money for raiders.
It means money for holders.
It means passive income for bigger holders of Pharaohs.
And it means active income for those who are willing to work for it and grind for it.
And I think that's exciting.
I think renting is bullish or not, but renting, people want to buy things so they can rent
That's why people invest in a real estate market.
I think I might have cut out there for a second.
People buy things, property, real estate, so they can rent them out.
Why can't we do this with our NFT?
So I think you guys are really innovating.
Look, I know you guys are really active, the Alpha Pharaohs community, in your own
Discord, but we got a lot of Pharaohs in here right now.
Just wanted to give you like a minute to just kind of address them, pump them up.
You know, we're closing out 2022, which, you know, you guys minted out in 2022.
Like, you know, how fucking proud are you of the community and the boys for sticking
together and allowing you guys to, because you need, you know, the community to execute
So how proud are you of the community?
We have the best community on Seoul.
I'm not even just saying that.
Like, these guys stuck with us through thick and thin.
We've had ups and downs, but I've seen the same names.
And I'm looking down this list right now, people who are live in the space, and I'm
seeing the same people who were sat with us at 0.3 Seoul that are still sat here with
I'm seeing people who brought in along the way, who are big supporters, who have always
And we have such a supportive Discord.
Like, we put out a lot of announcements, and they are just bullish.
And when we get things wrong, which we do, we're human.
We sometimes get things wrong.
They are not afraid to give feedback, but it's not like in a negative sense.
We've got supportive holders.
We've got people who are giving us advice as founders.
And for us, that's bullish, because we're just like, wow, actually, these holders care
about growing this community, growing about where we are.
And yeah, shout out to all of you.
We appreciate you and all that you do.
So yeah, I can see all the hearts and love, but I'm sending all that love straight back.
Let me do some more hearts myself as well.
Yeah, if that doesn't make you guys want to run through a brick wall or just hug somebody,
I feel the love right now.
Shout out to my guy, NF Tim, for hopping on today, representing Alpha Pharoahs.
Next time, we'll try to get my guy Snooze on, but I think he's actually snoozing, because
he's on the other side of the world.
But shout out to the Pharoahs in the crowd.
And let's do this again sometime soon, man.
I'm in the line at Filet right now.
Well, I guess we'll move on.
For some reason, I can't hear Stu.
Stu, try to say something again.
I can't hear him for some reason.
Elon Musk, can you fucking stop?
Stop doing polls and get to fucking work.
We're going to talk to Bet3 run by one of my favorite people in Web3, Cody.
But we're going to talk Bet3 today, which there's been a lot of fucking crazy betting
First off, can you hear me?
Because it's important that you can.
Well, you've got to start by saying that I've got a bone to pick with you.
I mean, it's a matter of time.
You ever, like, get invited somewhere?
You don't really know that many people there.
You see them across the hallway talking to people.
But, you know, the least they can do when you're there waiting for an hour and a half is say,
oh, yo, by the way, what's up, Cody?
Appreciate you stopping by.
So, most Web3 people get on a Twitter space.
They just put it on mute.
They go jerk off for 15 minutes, then come back.
So, I thought, you know, I told you around 4 o'clock we're running behind here.
Some people had to jump off.
I'm saying now, hey, Cody, how are you doing?
One of my good Web3 friends.
It is nice to have you on here.
That is a little bit better.
No, I'm just happy to be here.
Yeah, no, I admit my mistakes, too.
But let's just get right into it, bro.
We've never officially talked Bet3, but this is everything you're great at.
You have a great understanding of NFTs.
We've talked a little sports in the past.
Yo, fucking World Cup was insane.
Talk to me a little bit about Bet3 and the World Cup.
Were there winners, losers?
Did everything run smoothly?
What were people hitting?
Give me the World Cup Bet3 recap.
First off, the whole, like, point of Bet3, I might have done this backwards, right?
First off, what I did was I built a betting trends tool for people to have more information
Like, hey, here's some cool trends.
This is going to help you make more money as a sports bettor.
Then, we hired a bunch of sports alpha callers, strictly saying, hey, this is the team I like
Here's why there's value.
But then we decided, here's our own sports book.
Why don't we give you more information, give you bets we like, and then bet on our sports
So, we got, we were, like, minus 1,600 sold on Sunday for the World Cup.
I think that we have literally the best sports bettors of all time.
What I'm going to do from now on is just whatever people bet, if they're a holder, if
they bet it on my site, I'm just going to bet it on, like, DraftKings or something.
So, even though they're going to kill us, at least I'm going to make my own money.
But the World Cup was awesome.
Talked to a ton of projects.
Got a lot of other people.
Got their communities involved.
But, no, World Cup was a blast.
I mean, having kind of an alpha call in Discord for gambling and daily fantasy, which is
And then you build the platform.
Tell us a little bit about the Bet3 platform.
That's fucking massive, bro.
We got every gaming provider you can think of.
We've got literally every league you can think of.
If you want to bet on, like, middle school Russian ping pong, there's a good chance we got a bet
Like, literally every league, everything you can think of.
So, partnered with a huge Web2 cryptocurrency platform that is really the back end.
And, you know, there's like a team of like 13, 14 support staff, like full-time live chat, 24 hours on the site.
Tried to go legit, legit with this.
And we're talking to a big partnership right now to basically not just take Solana, take USDC, ETH, NFTs, literally everything.
But that's a little bit of alpha because I had to drop the alpha before the alpha for cool times.
Yeah, the A before the A.
Well, one thing I actually did want to address with you.
You had a bone to pick with me for making you wait so long.
Like, with Bet3 and everything, I mean, is this the end of Cody on Chain YouTube videos?
Am I still going to get my content?
Like, where the fuck have you been, bro?
I mean, you've been around here and there, but, like, are we still going to be getting content?
So, you're a creator, right?
I don't know how you can go from seeing 10,000, 15,000, 20,000 views of video to going to 1,100 and still being just motivated to create a video.
But number two, I'm curious if you think the same way.
I think YouTube is more for, like, bull market.
People are casually interested in it.
And in a bear market, we should kind of be hanging out on Twitter more because this is more of the DGens that really will stick here through anything.
Oh, you're not even on Twitter that much.
Start replying to my tweets, asshole.
I want GMs every morning.
We're getting away from what people are here for.
They're here for the Bet3 Alpha.
They're not here to listen to Cool Times talk about how, you know, Cody has been an absentee Web3 friend.
Bet3, what's the community like?
Because, I mean, you kind of put together Web3 degenerates with gambling degenerates.
I mean, how fucking nuts is it in the Bet3 community?
Yeah, you hit the nail on the head.
We got everything from people winning 10Gs in a weekend.
We got people saying, hey, just mortgaged my house for the fourth time this month.
You know, I'm going to take this NFT.
Hopefully, I can 2X my NFT.
And then I'm going to put it on the Mets, right?
Like, we kind of got the whole spectrum.
It kind of started off more so just like the Cody on Chain community, people that weren't
They wanted to make some money, whatever.
But it has seemed like finally, which is the whole goal, is getting more sports focused.
Like, hey, this is where you go to talk your DGEN bets.
Like you said, your DFS lineups, your favorite matchup in the morning, your NBA totals.
And it feels like every single week, we get more and more to that where it's like, hey,
if you love sports and you're in Web3, you should be in this community.
I feel like it's a ticking time bomb before Daily Fantasy and NFTs all fucking make this
Like, it feels like we haven't really, like no one's even attempted to really do what
And I think we're fucking, I was about to say we're fucking early.
But like, I mean, I mean, in the sense of like, yeah, I guess we're not early.
But we're early in the sense of the crossover from Daily Fantasy and sports betting, which
has obviously become way more prevalent in the United States over the past couple of years
as things become more and more legal, more sports books opening up, mobile apps.
How fucking big could, you know, Daily Fantasy and sports gambling be in a Web3 context?
Dude, so like to give some behind the scenes numbers, it's it's one of those things where
not only are we small chunk of Solana, but Solana is a small chunk of NFTs.
And then like crypto and Web3 is like a small chunk of sports betting.
And just to see how much people bet in a single day on our little really fucking tiny sliver
It's one of those things where I think that just like almost everything else in the world,
it's going to it's going to become a media play.
And, you know, it's all about who do you like, right?
People that bet on FanDuel is because they like Pat McAfee.
People that, you know, that on DraftKings is because they saw some fucking commercials.
At the end of the day, I think it's going to be one of those things where the overall
space is so fucking massive.
There's so many DGens that spend so much money on betting.
And if it's, you know, if it's easier on Web3, if it's, you know, more accessible with
all these different types of currencies, if it's more offerings, if it's, hey, here's
this community of people that are also DGens like me.
So, you know, do you get that we're at a bar, sweating a bet together type feel?
I think that's just a huge play.
I was stuck in the Chick-fil-A drive-thru and then my cell phone service rogged me.
So, I had a quick question on Bet3.
Do you have like a platform for like also like game betting, like video games or like
I just got about 14 phone calls in a row as soon as you were talking.
So, I had to throw that thing on.
The only question I heard was video games, Bet3, or a tournament.
So, my question was that, because I haven't been on Bet3 enough.
I've been on it a couple times.
But, again, my cell phone service outside the house just rugs me.
But, do you have plans, if they're not, to incorporate?
Like, I know there's a bunch of gamers as well.
So, like, I watch a lot of Twitch games, for example, like on Valorant.
I'd say League of Legends a little bit.
But, like, do you have plans on implementing that if it is not?
We actually, before the site relaunched, we had a lot of League of Legends games.
We noticed that they did get a lot less volume.
So, it stopped being as big of a focus.
But, it's one of those things, like you said, it's really easy to create events where you kind of watch a stream while, you know.
So, I can either stream myself, like, watching people in the community can be playing, whatever.
I kind of like any event that has that kind of crossover between people interacting live in the stream.
And there can be, you know, stakes at play.
It's like, hey, I got money in the line.
And I want the team on the left to win.
And everyone's talking in the chat, whatever.
So, it's something that I have to figure out a better job of, you know, like, targeting the people that really care about that type of stuff.
And then putting it on the events.
But, it's definitely been something I've been trying to do.
And, like, CoolTimes has been saying for the past, like, half a year.
He's like, gaming NFTs will see their time to shine.
Like, so, maybe we haven't even hit that yet.
You know, where maybe if gaming NFTs pop off, that's just another.
Way to look at, like, hey, that's something we can incorporate.
Yeah, especially because, like, the community.
I can't even think of a good project.
But we'll call it, like, PandraDogs, right?
Say there was a gaming project that popped off.
And, like, had a great community.
It was a really fun game.
Not only would that be good content to stream.
And, you know, a good option to let people bet on.
I think it's more interesting because people in the space would also know Bet3.
And you can't really bet on a fucking NFT project gaming tournament anywhere else, right?
So, it's like you can kind of differentiate yourself in that way.
So, like, I would love one of these games to pop the fuck off and make that happen.
But I think that would be cool.
But it was funny because he was talking.
But, like, I saw people doing, like, the laughing emojis.
I saw my guy Mickey in the crowd doing the shocked face emoji.
And I was like, is he saying something bad about me?
But, no, it sounds like he was asking about SPF or some sort of League of Legends question.
One fun fact about that is he loves Caroline.
He just really kind of had a big crush on Caroline throughout this whole process.
We'll talk about that a little later on, guys.
We can kind of unpack that.
But, Cody, you seem like a fucking pig and shit right now.
Like, you're running a sports book.
You're able to unlock some of these NFT, degen, side quests as well.
Like, how fucking happy are you, bro?
Seems like you're doing exactly what you're doing.
I mean, I remember one time I asked you to come on a Twitter space.
And you're like, nah, I'm going on the horse track today to gamble on some ponies.
Cool times you guys start paying your bills again.
Dude, first of all, I just love the fact that, like, you're mid-question.
And Stu just keeps popping up to talk in the middle of it.
You guys cannot hear each other at all.
This is very dysfunctional.
I'm going to try to mediate a little bit.
Let me answer your cool times question.
I mean, it's like I said before we launched.
It's my two favorite things in the world.
But, sports betting, that's like, I mean, when I was a dealer at a casino from, like, age 18 to 22.
All I've met, like, my 18th birthday, because of the state I live in.
Instead of going, hanging out with my friends, my mom and dad took me to play blackjack at the local poker room.
Anything degen is what I love to do.
It's, I figured if I was going to launch a project, I learned about the space for, you know, over a year before I decided to do anything.
Might as well start something that is literally, you know, my favorite thing to do.
Okay, then you decided to take your dick out and fuck.
Web3 meets gambling equals Bet3.
Any of you fuckers aren't already following Bet3?
I honestly think, just from an exposure standpoint, like, I still check in on, like, certain play-to-earn projects.
Like, I've been all over this Wolf game pump recently.
I know this is, like, a Solana space, but on the east side of things, like, I still check in on these play-to-earn gaming projects.
Because I think at some point, blockchain gaming is going to be massive.
I think the same thing for daily fantasy and sports betting in a Web3 context.
So, just go follow Bet3 because I'm just long on them.
I'm long on, like, them being kind of one of the first movers in that market.
Cody, what the hell, man?
We haven't seen each other since New York.
You weren't at Art Basel.
I mean, what do we got to do to hang out, man?
When are you coming down to Miami and hanging out with your boy, Bradley?
Dude, I mean, you kind of just live a little bit too close to some other D-gens that I don't really like.
Or else I would be down there, like, every weekend.
Also, have you not seen the – like, it's like what?
Like, 50 Sol for a plane ticket at this point?
Yeah, that's why I can't come to see you.
But I live in, like, kind of a desirable area.
So, I mean, and I have, like, a couch.
And I have, like, a blanket that might have, like, a cum stain or two on it that you could probably use.
And, you know, we got everything you need here, bro.
We got Gulfstream great horse track down here.
Like, fucking send a Hard Rock one of the nights?
You know that wolf game is probably 80% of the reason I started creating content?
To this day, my favorite – like, if I could go back, I'd rather have been buying, you know, wolves and sheep than fucking board apes.
I know it might not make sense, like, money buying.
Dude, I don't fucking care.
I was – that hooked me, being like – I watched a few people being like, oh, yeah, I got this sheep.
And then I got more sheep.
And then I got a wolf, and I started stealing sheep.
And I sold these sheep that I sold for, like, $1,500.
And I said, yeah, fuck everything else.
NFTs are the place to be.
I don't know where it comes from, but I need to get my hands on it.
That was the greatest, like, week, I think.
I'm with you as far as, like, if you can, like –
You know when, like, girls on Instagram are always posting, like, their pictures of a vacation from, like, two years ago?
And it's like, take me back to this one time I looked this good and this – like, I want to go back to a wolf game because that was so much fun.
Like, that was one of the craziest pumps.
I think that went from, like, 0.5 ETH to, like, 10 ETH, like, in a blink of an eye.
Like, you had the Gary Vee, like, tweeting about it.
That's – man, remember Gary Vee actually, like, tweeting about a project?
And I remember there was those, like, crazy projections where it's like, this amount of wool that I produce each day is going to eventually cost $300,000.
And it's like, that's not going to happen.
We actually were like, we are going to make it.
Dude, that was the epitome of fucking wagging me.
It was like, oh, I just got this one wolf and on average he eats fuck – or he steals, you know, two sheep a week.
I can make $2,500 a week for the rest of my life off these fucking wolves.
No, you can't, but I fucking love that.
Yeah, I think – like, what are the great periods?
Like, everyone talks about August 2021.
That might be a little before – when did you get in this – when did you start degening?
My OpenSea account was last March.
So, I've been around, but I didn't start creating content until Thanksgiving, like, November last year.
Yeah, Wolf – I mean, like, August was fun.
January of this year was fun.
Obviously, Solana Summer on your side of things must have been a ball.
But, yeah, that Wolfgang November phase, man.
I mean, I missed the content, but I feel you, man.
It's kind of a, you know, ego de-boost.
Me – I remember – I was doing content early, bro.
I was doing content when I used to get, like, 50 views on a video, like, back in August.
Like, I was, like – so, I used to not get any views at all.
So, it's, like, it's coming full circle, bro.
So, I'm a little bit more okay with it.
You were immediately, like –
I think that's the problem is literally, like, my fourth video, it's like, oh, from now on,
you're going to get 800 views in the first hour.
Like, I'm like, oh, dude, YouTube is fucking easy.
Like, just literally upload one – three videos a week.
I gain 1,000 subscribers a day.
Like, that's what I'm doing for the rest of my life.
So, I got a little spoiled there when I started.
I'm going to retire as the greatest NFT YouTuber of all time.
Well, hopefully there's a bull market, and I think, you know, Web3 will definitely benefit.
And, you know, the YouTubers.
We'll start to get the YouTubers.
Can we get some whitelist giveaways going?
Can we get some like plus comment for whitelist giveaways?
I'm going to pick one comment down below.
Actually, we're going to give away five whitelists in this episode.
First thing you got to do is you got to like.
You got to comment down below.
Yeah, try to get Cody to 10K subscribers.
Yeah, those were the fucking days hitting 10K.
Man, we sound like a bunch of old like war vets right now.
But thanks for coming on, bro.
Sorry I wasted your time.
I thought you were going to hop on like a lot later.
Like, I honestly thought you were going to be the guy who shows up late,
and you were like one of the first people to join.
I'm like – no, I'm just kidding.
Speaking of being supportive, I don't even know if you shill on your own space at all.
But, dude, this would be a good time for you to tell me a little bit more about that fishy thing.
Are you sure you want to hear about this?
I mean, this is a recorded space.
So, yeah, I can drop a little bit of alpha, you know, January, next month, something's fishy, small collection supply, access pass.
Here's my whole thing, bro.
We're in a fucking bear market right now.
We can't launch a bear market project.
What is something that does well in bear markets?
I was literally reading the newspaper today, and Christie's, the biggest auction house in the world,
set a Christie's auction record this past week on Andy Warhol painting.
So we're actually peaking when it comes to art.
And when you look at OpenSea, when you look at the top, it's a little bit different for Solana.
So a lot of you guys are probably like, what the fuck is this dinosaur talking about?
But on the east side of things, it's art blocks.
We kind of want to be like the lyrical lemonade of Web3 art drops.
Partner up with big Web2 artists.
The first two artists we've partnered with, huge fucking Web2 followings.
Go check out some of the previews on our page.
We're doing fucking fish tanks, bro.
The first drop, like, as our access passed.
I've always just like, I mean, I have enough PFPs that look like a fucking 10-year-old drew them.
You know, I'm really tired of bringing a girl over to my place, and I have, like, my fucking cool cat in my wall,
and they're like, sick, is that a Hello Kitty thing?
You know, let me get a fucking NFT that'll actually look good in my place.
We're doing fish tanks, fully animated 4K resolution fish tanks.
And I could go on and on about this, but, yeah, you're going to want a fucking fish tank.
I might have to come back to YouTube literally just to cover this project and give away whitelist spots in the comments.
You're going to be so sad, though, and you're going to think it's my fault when it says, like, 9 out of 10, 10 out of 10.
You're going to be like, fuck cool times.
That was literally, like, May and June when it felt like a little volume was coming back,
and, like, we had already stopped uploading.
Well, not you, but, like, the rest of the Salon DGents had stopped uploading for a little bit.
No matter what you did, the first 10 videos are 10 out of 10, 10 out of 10, 10 out of 10.
And then they got out of the system, and then NuNu was, oh, shit, you got 1,300 views.
Oh, yeah, there was a while there.
Every video is 1 out of 10.
Some people probably have no idea what the fuck we're doing.
It's a YouTube ranking system.
I want to shout out one of your homies, Jersey, though.
I honestly, I haven't checked out his content in the last couple weeks, but he was going hard on, like,
he was still doing, like, 100X upcoming, like, 100X thumbnails.
He was still hammering that pretty hard, and so salute to him for just still hammering.
He was, like, from his YouTube page, you have no idea there's a bull market or a bear market.
He might be live streaming right now just ripping two.
But I saw a tweet, like, 30 minutes.
He was, like, oh, should we?
Who's undervalued under two soul?
Like, shout out to the bull market.
Motherfucker still thinks it's the bull market.
Bro thinks it's May 2022.
Maybe we should all migrate over to Jersey's live stream right now and ask him for the next 100X project.
Shout out to Jersey, by the way.
Shout out to all the Solana MFers.
Probably one of my first ones I ever, like, content-wise, I saw making content on Solana.
I know that sounds crazy.
Like, I remember, like, obviously Function, I think, is an OG when it comes to Solana.
Like, I remember him, like, September of last year going hard on Solana.
But from, I don't know, besides that, I never really saw people take Solana seriously.
And then I saw my guy, Cody Onchain, come through.
Go give him a follow on his personal Twitter.
Go give Bet3 a follow on their Twitter.
We should do this more, bro.
Dude, I literally showed you my to-do list from last year.
Well, like, January, February.
And on it was, cool times asked me to do a Twitter space.
Bro, I've been around for a minute.
I'm not even going to lie.
Like, I'm going to, like, toot my own horn for a second.
But, like, I've been in this shit for a minute.
Like, I said it the other day in a tweet.
I'm going down as a legend.
Now, a legend to maybe two people.
But whoever gives a fuck about Web3, bro.
Me and him have had a couple beers or took some tequila shots before and hung out.
Sometimes he has a bit of an attitude if you don't talk to him often.
But, we appreciate you, bro.
Well, that was pretty impressive.
Cody was able to do a Twitter space from the horse track.
Wasn't, you know, wasn't too distracting or anything, I guess, for him.
But, salute to him on that.
But, yeah, guys, that's pretty much it.
Usually, these things are like an hour and a half.
Shout out to everyone on here.
Shout out Mindfolk for staying on the stage.
Shout out my guy, NF2, for just holding it down.
Stu, the ever-venerable co-host.
Couldn't hear him at all.
Stu, yo, can I hear you now?
I don't know what happened.
I don't know what happened, bro.
Just kidding, but not really.
Yo, I got my boy Glasses on the stage.
Glasses, we're going to hit you next time, but you want to say what's up to the crowd real quick?
I think my boy Joe G is doing what I said earlier.
Kind of just walk away from the stage real quick.
Maybe an engagement farm, some followers.
Shout out to him for rocking the Something's Fishy PFP.
Shout out my guy, Mickey, in the crowd.
Shout out Ahmed, always showing love.
If you guys are out there and you want just like a solid-ass person in your network, Cren,
Brown Hoodie showing love as always.
All these beautiful pharaohs.
All these beautiful mind folks in the crowd.
All you sexy Solana motherfuckers.
Shoot me a follow if we're not already connected.
Twitter Spaces show coming again tomorrow.
Tweet coming out in a little bit.
Fucking stacked show tomorrow.
We got pawns from the plague.
We got milk bags from Compi Pandas.
We got, bro, it's going to be fucking, we really have a crazy show.
I kind of unloaded the chamber because I might take like, I don't know, a week break off
spaces for Christmas to have some, you know, spiked eggnog with the fam.
Have a great rest of your day.
Just remember as always to say, gay, gay.
