Hello everyone, we will get right back to you. We're just waiting for people to join in and so yeah sit tight and we'll get started.
I can see Valoria has joined and also Griffin. Welcome Griffin. I'll just invite you to speak. So let me know if you're receiving the invite.
Actually, you can't let me know. I guess we just have to stay put. Valeria, let me know also. If you need me to invite you.
I can see Griffin, you're a speaker now. Great, thank you. Just give me a second here to set up. No worries. Welcome. Yeah, thank you. I do, unfortunately, I'm sure some of the team does do a hard stop at the half an hour break. I hope that's okay.
We would just have to be efficient. So you go all the time we can get.
and well received well re-improved.
So while we wait for Griffin to just get his setup in order, we created a threat on Archway today actually. So if anyone who is not totally aware of what Archway is building
you can go and check that out either now or after this space. So there's a pretty good nuggets there. But the exciting stuff for sure. So I really look forward to getting into this once Griffin is ready.
Okay, I think I'm in there. Can everybody hear me okay? Loud and clear. Okay, I assume that goes for everyone. Awesome. Well, welcome everyone to the customers club, where we talk
of all things Cosmos we tweet daily about what's going on and then we invite super interesting guests who is building the Cosmos ecosystem. And so there we got you Griffin, welcome to the Cosmos Club. Yeah, thank you so much for having me.
So given that we have a hard stuff, I just want to dive straight in for anyone who doesn't know what is archway and why do people need to pay attention here.
Yeah, that's great. And so today just for clarity, I'm speaking on behalf of Fire Labs, a contributor to the archway community and the protocol. My beliefs are my own, but just wanted to kind of make that clear here. Going forward. Yeah, so archway is a.
It's a smart contracting platform designed to allow any third party developers to build dApps, permissions on tapo the network. What's really cool about this layer
We've been working on for a couple years, but we designed a reward system, programmatically within the network where we basically make it very easy for the developers that are actually building on top of the network to also earn
the need of token similar to how like a validator or a minor would earn a token for performing functions in invalidating blocks. Same thing happens here, but the developers earn it based on the amount of transactions that actually they bring to the chain through their smart contracts.
So I think we're kind of the first ones experimenting in this area and really focusing on making sure that all stakeholders that participate in the network and the protocol receive tokens for their contributions to the ecosystem and the network itself.
Fantastic and yeah, that's exactly what at least catches the attention when when diving into archway
