to Brandon who is our co-founder. Yeah, one of the co-founders here, Quick Background Center, my career in Trisha Finance, worked at a firm called Acquely Partners. It's a large alternative as a manager. I helped them build and scale their crypto practice and then left about a year and a half ago to co-found layer three with my co-founder, Daria. Over to you, Matt.
Yep, and Tom Mats here, one of the co-founders of Cryptex Finance. I have been involved in the crypto space ever since 2013 and have progressively gotten more and more interested in it. And really, Cryptex was the tipping point for me.
to go from someone who is just kind of participating passively in the space to actually getting involved and building here. So, yeah, super excited to be here, being the Web3 ecosystem and really just build cool things that people are going to use for years to come.

But maybe Matt to be creative, you could spend a little more time on like the crypto ecosystem in the back story. So when was it founded? How do you view the core value profit mission and maybe talk a little bit about the
current state of the team? Yeah, absolutely. So, so Cryptex really was started or the idea for you know for Cryptex, you know really started around 2018, 2019, Joe, one of the other co-founders here, you know our visionary really had a vision for like how
How can we bring data or broad exposure to markets within the crypto ecosystem to two people? Really at the time, total crypto market cap was something that people can only reference and look at. We thought it was a very interesting
problem to try to solve and bring two people. We were able to collaborate with and bring on Preston Vanloom, who is also one of the co-founders here at Cryptex to help us think through and build out what the protocol would look like and how it would really function.
So we took some time, you know, about a year or two to really think through it, you know, build it out. And we launched Cryptex on Ethereum, Maynet, in April of 2021. When we launched there, it was with our first products, that was T-CAP, which is a total crypto market cap token. And just recently, actually,
Last week we announced the launch of JPEGs, which is a NFT market cap index token. It includes 10 different collections that are in it. And again, it's our second product that we have created. Also, Cryptex is a DAO. It also was a fair launch. So there's no VC fund
building, no ICO, no IEO, you know, the day we launched in April was the day that anyone was able to come in, you know, and participate. And it's been an incredible experience, you know, operating the Dow and really getting people involved, you know, from all over all over the world, from the core value
