All right, looks like both our guests are here. My name is Tim and for those who are not aware I'm head of social operations here at Coocoin and yeah, we have a deep dive with beware labs and the space today will be about
Beware Labs and the role of the InfraToken in revolutionizing the Web 3 infrastructure market. And here today we have Flavian, the CEO and co-founder as well as Rado, the co-founder and head of product. Welcome guys.
I'm going to be here. Thanks for inviting us. Awesome. So are you guys both going to be speaking through the project account or separately?
I think you should add the Brad West speaker as well. Let me join with my personal account as well. So we can see a differentiator between us one second. I will be.
Hey guys. Rado, can you unmute yourself? Because I think there were some issues earlier. So... Yes, can you unmute me? Yeah, yeah, I can hear you. Let's just get started. Because I don't want to keep the listeners waiting.
But if one of your team members can join with the project account and I can get them on as a speaker, but muted, that would be very helpful because that will notify your followers and community that you guys are in our Twitter space so they can also participate not only as a listener as a speaker. So that's actually a
much more helpful if that's possible. But let's jump straight into it. Can you guys first and foremost give an introduction to your backgrounds? What you guys do at Beware Labs as well as an introduction to Beware Labs and its mission?
So I'm kind of at the CEO of PureLabs. I have a software engineering background of more than 10 years and I've been in the crypto industry since 2018 and I've led Brat also making a small introduction about himself.
Hey everyone, happy to be here with you today. I'm Rado. I am one of the co-founders in the head of product development at Bewer Labs as Flavian as well as Flavian I have more than 10 years in the
software engineering working for tech companies in Web 2 and around 3 years of experience in the Web 3 space in product management and software development. Thank you.
Yeah, and can you guys address the second part of my question, which is an introduction to the viewer labs? Yeah, so we see viewer labs as an all-encompassing infrastructure and developer tooling platform. One step for boosting blockchain ecosystem adoption and we
We are doing that through multiple products. But just to highlight our most important ones, we have our validators and bridge operations where we participate in blockchain consensus and security partner networks. And we also have BLAST API or flagship product for
three developers. What we're trying to achieve with BLAST is to bring through reliability and high performance to the web prespace and support developers to their entire development lifecycle, from development to production, release and beyond. And one of our most important goals is to descend
centralized blockchain access without losing any performance compared to centralized providers. And right now it looks like we are succeeding in doing so with BLAST which is one of the fastest API providers in the world even after the main launch that we had in February this year.
Roddo, do you have anything to add to that? No, I think Flavian covered it all. Basically our main mission is to bring true performance reliability without sacrificing the
decentralization of blockchain access. And that's also the purpose of Infra is basically to help us fuel the decentralization of blast.
So I actually I just my next question as well, which is what problems does do or be where lads aims to solve I think we can go ahead and maybe address some of the higher
level overview of the product suite. Can you, can one of you maybe maybe Flavian, this is more suited for you, just go over the product suite of Beware Labs.
Yeah, so as mentioned earlier our first and flagship product is blast a decentralized blockchain API platform with a twist of being the fastest API platform on the market and even counting for centralized providers Blast main that went live in February this year and it was a big it
achievement for us because we were able to not lose any performance even after decentralization. As a small history, we started the product almost two years ago and we started in a centralized manner with our own infrastructure just to know how
how reliable a product should be and what industry standards should we have. Afterwards, we did a test network where we basically decentralized the infrastructure by keeping the same level of performance.
Right from last, Burelabs also has two other business units. Validator business where we currently manage close to half billion in TVL and DevTools and ecosystem enhancement business which includes one on one side building tools for different blockchain.
as faucets, snapshot services, explorers, custom indexing, while on the other side we actually do ecosystem improvements at the protocol level. The latest achievement in that area is actually building the delegated stake-in functionality for the APTOs team. And now all the APTOs community
actually can delegate their app to Stokens using our solution that we've built for them. Got it. Rado, I think Blast looks like a very interesting product. Maybe you can dive deeper into what makes it unique as a blockchain
in API platform and how does the decentralized approach set apart from competitors and how does it add value to the product? Since our early days in the infrastructure space in Web 3, we noticed that there are two
main issues. One of them was related to performance and reliability, which we felt that sometimes is a little bit over-look because it was too commonly accepted for companies to have failing products or to have
products that were lagging and you have to have multiple retries in order to do an operation. And the other one was that we noticed the trend in doing infrastructure centralized. So basically it doesn't matter if you have a centralized
decentralized blockchain and decentralized application if you are access to the blockchain is centralized. So our main mission was to bring a solution to both these issues to the Web3 space and we tried to do to create a platform that
is decentralized and at the same time offering one of the best performances in the space. And that's how Blas Kima. We actually did extreme benchmarking through all the levels of the development, even when we're
centralized and then after decentralization to make sure that the performance of the platform is at least equal to its centralized competitors. And right now we are one of the faster, I would say even the fastest, but in either case we are top three in terms of
centralized providers overall and we are the fastest decentralized provider. On the other hand, one thing that sets us apart from the competitors is that due to the decentralized nature of the product, we can provide a way better pricing model
than the centralized competitors. And basically, Infra is the way to do that. Our staking protocol is also very interesting in the sense that it encourages the creation of as many node operators
and sticking to this possible, but in the same time we have a way of correlating the requests, the number of requests done from the consumer side with the number of nodes slots that are open so that we don't, the infrastructure is not overloaded
but also that we don't have more nodes that are necessary. So basically these are the things that makes blast unique. How we do that is by some technological innovations that our engineering team did. One of them is our Integrity Protocol which Benchman
and verifies all nodes in blast against a set of KPIs. They have to match latency standards, quality standards. They always have to be in sync and serve correct data. Based on this, we nodes get jailed or get a better performance score, which
translates into bigger or smaller rewards at the end of each epoch. So basically, in trying to incentivize these not only creations of notes but performance on the part of each note. The more performance you have, the more rewards you get.
So what was some key results from the stress testing period and test nets and how do you translate those results into the expected performance of BlastMain at launch? Yeah, well the main objective of the stress testing was
was to ensure that the platforms performance will not change after decentralization. And some of the key results that we were tracking during the stress test were that our integrity protocol that I was mentioning earlier identifies any misbehavior correctly.
under high load and this means that there aren't any false positives that we catch any data integrity violation that we verify, sync status or latency breach and so on. This is one of the objectives for the stress testing. Then we will closely monitor
the participants of the rate and we were able to make a fair selection of the ones that would receive test net incentives at the end of the program based on their performance during stress test. And last but not least, we wanted to see how the entire system behaves
under production condition conditions and discover any potential bugs and issues. So basically have the main it ready for launch. Thank you. Yeah, so I'd like to shift the focus a little bit to
to the, sorry, please, please mute, this is just an echo. I like to shift the focus to the token. So, in a throw, we'll go live on May 30th. Can you tell us a bit more about the token as well as the utility? Flavin, do you want to take this? Yes, first of all.
So for Blast to be decentralized, it needs a mechanism of incentivization for operators between the protocol. With their blockchain nodes so that they can sustain their infrastructure costs. The infrastructure can solve that issue. For Blast to keep or even improve its current level of performance.
performance, it needs a way to reward the best performances on the part of the operators while automatically taking measures against the misbehaving ones. This is done through the infratulcan because blast integrity protocol and scoring algorithm do just that increase the API of best performance
nodes and JLs, the ones that don't respect the platform's quality and the integrity requirements. For the BLAST platform to scale and expand, it's taking protocols was designed to encourage the creation of new staking pools, but to make it really appealing for operators to join the network token holders are needed to stake
with Blast operators thus improving the platforms performance while earning between 8% and 12% APY. So the idea is if you are not technical, so this is also oriented towards community, they can help
maintain the security of the protocol by delegating their tokens. So the community can participate by delegating to their favorite operators or validators within the network based on their reputation. So they would have plenty of them to choose from.
So that would be the main utility of the infrastructure. Got it. And I'd like to dive deeper into the partnerships that you guys have made. I read that you guys have had several partnerships with different industry leaders such as Pauli
on av launch, app toes, etc. How do these partnerships support the company's mission? I can tell you a bit of history. We've got in touch with them since 2021. So we've been working closely with
them on that part on the validator side and the API side and now with super nets as well. So it's been quite a long journey and we are the type of project or company that
you know, has a long-term vision. So with our products, we are actually helping each one's ecosystem. So in terms of development, avalanche or polygon developers or aptos or multiverse X,
have been using our APIs for building their products and to build on those blockchains as it is. And at the same time, with the validators, we've been securing their chains.
It was like a win-win situation. They would get from us a one-stop shop for their ecosystem boosting. So that's kind of the vision we have and that's how we involve at the ecosystem level when we engage with any blockchain.
Right, so I think we have some time for some audience questions if you guys don't mind Before we move on though, I'd like to ask Maybe Rado do you guys have any tips to share with upcoming builders in this space? Well, I got the couple of do
One of them is related to the most of the dual labs in the Kuwait community. And I wanted to basically give a reminder that we will, on the first of June, we will actually launch a staking competition that we'll be called the Race to One Million.
that basically allows the holders to participate in more than six raffles and giving them a chance to even triple their holdings during the two-month competition that will have. On the other side, on the moral
road map level. I wanted to share something for the builders. Basically, blast development is barely at the beginning. We are currently working with the research and development team to create one of the most complete
historical data APIs on the market and this will be live somewhere in Q3 and it will allow people to have to query for some of the longest ranges of blocks and have
have archived data available in one of the most performant ways possible. Actually, it will be a completely new way in which people can query historical data that will use some very high technological concepts involving big data and
centralized warehousing and so on. So if you're a builder and you need historical data, you should keep an eye on Blast as we're coming with a lot of surprises. Thank you. Awesome. OK, so we have our first audience member up here, Jimmy. Go ahead and unmute yourself.
Thank you for giving me opportunity. My question is can you please tell me what are the marketing strategies you are implementing for the rest of the year. Thank you.
Let me make sure I understood the question. Other marketing strategies was the question. Yeah, I think he's just talking about any marketing strategies, any initiatives coming up for the rest of the year from you guys. Yeah, sure aside from the staking competition that is going
live on June 1st, we will also have, we are also having a couple of partnership announcements that were put on hold because we wanted to focus on the listing campaign for the last three weeks and after the listing they were going to be kind
We will announce all of them. There is going to be some conference participation. So if you are going to any of its CC token 2049, IVS crypto permissionless or at least
We are going to be there and we would be happy to have a chat and discuss in person and there's also going to be a lot of marketing and based that will be focused on both blast and validators but right now those
are not public yet because we are just setting up the positioning. So basically they're coming but you'll have to keep an eye out. I cannot disclose more about that. All right, next up we'll have Krishna. Go ahead.
Thank you sir. So my question is how are you making your platform more additive for a node provider and those who want to become your level editor and become a node provider. What kind of a requirement we have to fulfill?
So the first requirement is you need to hold 5,000 infratokans. So those are requirement for one note. Basically, those will be used to initiate a stake impulse.
So that would be the first requirement. Then there are requirements regarding performance. So our integrity protocol actually sees if you are in the same region as the node that was registered, it tracks the latency and performance and if you pass
those then you're you're good to go we actually have a very comprehensive documentation in that regard that can give more details on how a node should perform in order to receive rewards. All right next up we have
Hello, Kanyami. Yes, I can. Okay, so I just wanted to know, can you tell me like what plans do you actually have to actually attract more users into using the way labs product?
I just wanted to know if you have like an ambassador program to actually make this much more easier to achieve. We definitely have a very nice ambassador program. If you check out Discord, there's a lot of activities involved for the ambassador and there's a very active
community there helping both viewer labs and blasts in terms of awareness. That's one of our main focuses, get as much help as we can from the community because we think that's what WebTree is about and that's what we love about it.
So yeah, just to check the discord, there are a couple of ambassador programs running. There's also some community campaigns that are currently running, so you can just find more information there. We'd be happy to have as many ambassadors as possible.
Awesome, so that wraps it up for the audience section. Before we wrap up guys, I'd like to give you guys the final word. Anything you'd like to share with the audience, any upcoming campaigns or any other information you'd like to disclose before we end the spaces. Flavin, do you want to start?
Aside from the delegation program that will start on 1st of June, we will also have for the community members some more ways in which they could
getting involved by onboarding DAPS or projects to use our product. Maybe Rado has some more details on the upcoming things as well.
No, I think the most important one will be the Staging Competition, which is actually split into parts. One is reaching 1 million infrastructures as a community and there are multiple milestones at the end of which
there will be raffles and people who have the chance to earn more in ratocons depending on the price call they are currently on and there is a parallel competition that rewards top 10
contributors and those are guaranteed rewards for each rank between one and ten. So that would be very interesting and there would be a lot of opportunities
for people to increase their holding of infra. And this way, support the protocol in his mission to decentralize web 3 access.
Awesome. Thank you very much guys for joining and as always this is not financial advice. I'm only educational and entertainment content only and best of luck guys and I hope to see you guys next time. Bye bye.
