DeLorean. I mean, shout out to the actors, but the DeLorean truly was the star of the show.

internet in suite I'm excited to co-host we have Kotaro up here but we're gonna bring up a bunch

The lore of DeLorean, which funnily enough, lore is in the name. And DeLorean has plenty of lore. The story behind the founder, insane. I mean, that's like an NFT collection.
You guys have all aped into an NFT collection.

I look at DeLoreans, I'm like, man, they just have class.
They truly have class.
It's like a snapshot of an era.
And we've seen DeLorean tease things left and right over the last couple months.
We obviously know what's coming.
Today we're talking about the airdrop race.

can you talk about this awesome partnership
between Studio Mirai, DeLorean,
and kind of what's coming here in the future?
Because I know everyone is asking, when DeLorean?
So tell us, when.
GMGM, great to be up here with so many legends
in both the Web3 and Web2 space.
When DeLorean, indeed.
We've been working together with a team for, I guess, like a bit over half a year.
We've been in contacts, but this specific collaboration,
we kind of took on the duty to create some of the art, some of the creative
aspects, some of the voucher mechanics. So we're really looking forward to people to
kind of seeing all the NFTs are going to be dropping into their wallets. You know, Mirai
means future in Japanese. So we're looking forward to working together with DeLorean for sure.
Back to the future. It feels appropriate that we have Studio Mirai, among many other awesome partners supporting DeLorean and really the whole community, the entire community
is backing DeLorean here. I think everyone wants to see DeLorean win. Again, this timeless brand
stepping into the future of the internet and truly this digitalized future. I mean, the essence of the brand, I think, speaks for itself, but it represents something bigger here, which is we have a, we have a, I don't want to say a Goliath because that maybe sounds a little, a little, a little too big and sometimes negative, but I think what we have is we have a company, a leadership group, a team.
And again, this brand that sets itself apart from so many others.
And they're coming into crypto.
And it's huge.
I think it's not only huge for DeLorean and SWE, etc., but it's huge for maybe other companies, maybe other teams, maybe other groups that are looking at some IP or their technology and saying, hey, how can we leverage the blockchain
to build our community, to service that community, et cetera. So I think everyone wants to see
how this launch goes. They're paying attention. And I've heard this from numerous people in Web3,
but really in Web2, when I tell people that DeLorean is making the greatest comeback of all time, they're curious and they want to
know what that's about.
So we're going to talk about that today.
DeLorean's brand has been around for decades.
And this is really, again, a step to solidify it as a perennial force, something that we
will all look back on and remember this moment, this space where we're like, wow, we have this opportunity to race this mega race, which
we're getting into.

It's great.
I can't believe this day is finally here,
that we get to share everything about this airdrop that the team has been working so hard on.
And, yeah, it's just goosebumps getting to, you know, that the time is here.
Today's the day.
And we're going to give you guys all the details if you can see in the nest or the jumbotron as some people say i've pinned two posts one is the
first one where they announced it and some of the partners there phantom okx wallet galaxy studio
mirai etc and then if you scroll down you can see a list of the awesome friends
so shout out to those people ika clano sui and s bonk i mean the list goes on and on there's
shib in there double up lofi carrier dunies i mean i mean guys delorean has spared nothing on this
they i mean they're going all out and it's so cool that, I mean, in my opinion,
I think it's really cool. Most people will agree. Well, we want to, we want to not just get an
airdrop and just be like, Oh, you know, we, you know, we got this airdrop, but DeLorean has
gamified it. They've kind of created, created this race. And so Evan and Kotaro, I kind of want to,
I want to turn it over to you guys and I want to talk about this.
We have traditional airdrops in crypto, which again, I think they create a lot of hype.
But when you're able to really create an experience with the airdrop and you guys have leaned into the DeLorean brand, so now we have this race.
Tell us a little bit about this.
Again, if you want to follow along, the X article pinned at the top has all the details, but I think it's good that we talk through this because there's a lot of
really cool things coming in the next 48 hours. Yeah, no, thank you. And yeah, thanks again for
hosting this. You're doing such a great job. And yeah, I think the way we've seen airdrops in the
past, people get their tokens dropped to them. They don't necessarily know anything about that project or what it is. So this really gives that incentive for people to take the time, engage in DeLorean, see what we're all about. they can then increase their airdrop allocation and really earn more, become a bigger part of this project.
And we have some amazing prizes.

And so just lots of incentives there to keep people engaged and participating in
this race. Well, that's really cool. And how did you guys come up with this idea? Were you guys
in the lab, you know, talking with Kotaro and the Studio Mirai team, which you guys don't know,
Studio Mirai never fails to bring the creativity. So how did you guys come up with this idea and some of the partnerships and the rollout?
Because for the last several months, I mean, we've all been like, hey, when DeLorean, when DeLorean, when DeLorean has been teased.
We talked a little bit about the lore of the company today.
And now we're seeing, you know, again, in the next 48 hours, everyone on this space, everyone in crypto, people on Web2 are going to be able to get a piece of this.
And I don't mean just a financial piece of this.
I mean, get a piece of DeLorean's future.
They're going to be able to step into the future with us.
So how did this idea come to life?
Can you guys just explain it or share where this crazy cool concept came from?
And again, if you're new to SWE, if you're tuning in and you're like, hey, what's going on here?
What's DeLorean? What's SWE?
You're in the right place at the right time.
SWE is the most bullish network to be on.
We just saw how awesome it was to have Klino come over and do their mint.
And now we're seeing DeLorean bringing to life truly a classic brand on chain.
So how did this go?
And what do you guys, yeah, just share your insights.
I think everyone on this space,
we got like 700 people in here.
You have to give us the alpha
on how you guys came up with this awesome race idea.
Yeah, for sure.
I can take this one.
So, you know, you look at traditional airdrops
that have happened on Sui before.
Usually it's a voucher for a series of things that you may or may not know if you did it right
and you get a drop. So in this case, we wanted to kind of do that, but kind of fill in the holes
for people to know exactly how much they can get. And they have the own power to want to get more involved
to commit more time and have that opportunity to earn more so with the lab system there's gonna be
eight labs in total as you know probably with DeLorean everything runs in eights when you do
get your voucher drops to your wallet it will also be in the form of eights
and kind of depending on your community depending on if you're one of the core partners depending
on where you're coming from you're going to get a different number that matches that so in terms of
the lapse so how it how it's going to work is basically you're going to be able to um claim the voucher
on galaxy uh the link is in the um article pinned above um and um once the race starts you can do
the quests so some of these quests might be like you know follow delorean um follow these people
um you know post about this like do this and that. And these quests will kind of equate to points,
which will add to your overall DeLorean amount, DMC amount.
So basically when you redeem the tokens,
which you have the opportunity to either redeem after each lap,
or you can kind of continue the race.
Of course, you don't really have any downsides into continuing,
except for, you know, if you want to talk about speculation or whatever, but that's totally up to you.
So basically, if I'm doing lap one and I'm like, okay, I'm done.
I can't put any more time to this. I can claim it.
And then basically, you know, you will have the voucher,
the airdrop voucher amount plus the amount of points that you earned during lap one.
If you want to choose to continue, you can choose to continue all the way to lap eight.
If you're joining in late, let's say you missed out on lap one, two, and three,
and you're coming in at four, you're only going to be able to complete the current lap,
which is four. So you're going to be coming in late. So make sure you set a reminder.
Make sure you set a reminder for DeLorean
because they are going to make a post when the race launches. And then the final thing is the
top 100 people on the leaderboard. So you're going to be competing with, if you're going for that
number one spot, you're going to be competing with 99 other people. And within that 99, within the 100 top people, you're going to be able to
have the chance to win the grand prize. And those will be probably announced. I think they're
announced. I don't know if I can talk about it. I think maybe...

Yeah. So there's a lot of prizes in store. And again, it's totally up to the holder and the voucher holder
for how committed you want to be.

If you want to be here for the long run and earn as much points as you can,

But to simplify it, you're going to get this sweet voucher. And the voucher itself has these points
and they come in eights, right? So they come in eights, which is kind of cool.
It plays into the lore of DeLorean, which for those of you guys that don't know, 88 miles per
hour, that was the speed that was required to time travel. So that's where the lore comes from. So
DeLorean has built that in to these vouchers. You get a voucher and you can get started racing around these laps per se. So you can either
cash the voucher in or you can continue to race. And what you're saying is that the further that
you race, the more that you go through these laps, it kind of benefits you, right? It kind
of benefits you for the DMC airdrop. DeLorean isn't making anyone do that. So if you're in one
of these communities that's
listed in the post, you're kind of already off on a good place to start. But if you're not,
right, you can also enter in, right? You can still participate in this experience. And so
DeLorean has created that as well. So that sounds amazing. And then you actually brought up a good
point too, which is if you enter the race late
you can start on lap four or five or six or whatever it is and compete through the end of
the laps but ultimately delorean it sounds like has created an experience where if you got a
voucher you can start from lap one go all the way to eight to maximize airdrop or you can just keep
the voucher get a little airdrop. You can also come in late,
and there's ways for everyone to win, whether you're in a part one of these communities,
or if you're just a part of crypto in general. Did I summarize that all right? I feel like it makes sense. Yeah, I think it's very, very clear. And I think important to note that vouchers are
going to be dropping in the next 48 hours. So look out for those. And there's multiple ways to get these

What do you guys think about this?

But I would say it's it's bringing a
whole new experience to uh you know getting involved or getting engaged with uh campaigns
or airdrop campaigns uh makes it more fun and makes it more engaging for the community so
I really see this as a trend I get picked up by you know other communities. And I would say it's a really, really good thing for the DeLorean team.
Because at the end of the day, if this gets picked up or this method gets picked up by other projects,
it's going to be, oh yeah, a DeLorean team.
It was the DeLorean that started.
They basically brought all of this from the future.
And now you have other projects implemented.
So yeah, 100% love to see this. all of this from the future and now you know you have other projects implemented and so
yeah 100 love to see this

what's happening here it's not just like an airdrop, like what Nafari was saying and what
has been really proven on SWE is that projects are coming here, doing something and setting a
blueprint. So this blueprint is going to show how to actually move people into Web3 and not just attract them. Moving them meaning they're going to be hands-on.
They're not just going to be farming by posts on a Web2 application. So it's very exciting because
not only is it gamified, it's really attracting people, Web2 people, into web three through something that's so important here for all of us
which is gaming and gaming is what's going to bring adoption everybody keeps saying it and I
truly believe it so it is not really um something small it's so important because this is built for
scale and what real adoption is going to look like is going
to be people being in motion and taking partaking in the activities and showing what it is to be
part of Web3 without it being related or attached to cryptocurrency or whatever. So Web3 is now getting a whole new PR for Web2,
which is, I'm so excited about it.

I think the brand is very iconic. it's going to be seen I think
everywhere in in web 2 I'm sure it's also going to be seen everywhere in web 3 as well and you
know when token launches come in we always talk about listing so Evan is there any I know this
like a very you know sensitive topic is there any alpha you can share about listings?
So I have to be very careful.
I don't want to get in trouble by leaking the name of any exchanges that will be listing
the token, but I can say that it is happening next week.
And we're very excited for that.
And of course, that's why we're here doing this whole airdrop campaign is the very, very imminent launch of the DMC token.

Yeah, I mean, I'm a little bit familiar with the Web3 space. And honestly, I was talking to the team a little, you know, like last week.
And, you know, we've been wanting to sort of like dive into the Web3 space.
Obviously, with T-Bo t boom 2020 we were like
paying attention and watching and a bunch of people approached us but none of it felt like
authentic or real it all just felt like you know in the words of dmc you know it just felt like why
why would people buy this nft of me and they don't get anything physical or anything like what do
they get out of it um and nobody was able to really explain that to him in a way that made sense uh so then when i seen you guys were doing this and and i forget which
account tweeted you know tweeted and added us and it put us put it on our radar and we were like
what the delorean's doing this all right we let's how can we be a part of it or how can we be involved
so i quote tweeted uh that tweet and it went nuts that's probably like one of our most viral tweets, I think.
Like it went nuts. Your community reacted in a crazy way. So we're just excited to learn more,
you know, get involved in the space. And like I said, just do it in an authentic way, man.
Like everything has to be authentic. The brand stands for, you know, legacy, love,
kind of bringing that beat to the street, putting it on TV. So
we kind of carry that around everywhere we go. And we, you know, excited to be here with you
guys, man. Well, we're excited to have you. And you said something pretty funny. I might,
I might make this the next, you know, we're in this when DeLorean phase and sadly that's coming
