Thank you. Thank you. Was there a technical issue? Yes, welcome back.
Yeah, happy to get back.
Let me share the link with other people as well.
Yes, please.
I feel like maybe tech-wise, everyone's feeling the end of the week too.
And X said it was tired as well.
So thanks for everyone who was over in that other space joining us over here.
Try number two.
Hopefully this is the last try.
But I always say that the best spaces get rugged.
So here we are.
I guess just doing a recap for this recording as well um at the beginning of the space we were talking about all the awesome events going on at the around youth denver focused on dsci
as well as uh within the orsi hub in particular um So, a ton of really fun, awesome things happening there.
So, if you'll be in ETH Denver, definitely come hang out, come connect. It should be a really fun time.
Cool. And the intention for this space is to share different updates on projects and
what they got done this week. So, Dr. Yu, happy to have you come back up to have it
be on this space if you'd like to share again. Otherwise, Orsi, welcome to kind of give the overview
again as well.
Hi, welcome back.
Yeah, I'm looking for the space.
Yeah, I'm always supporting you guys.
You know, on Wednesday, we have a space, right?
But I'm too tired. So, like, I just sleep, you know, and listening to this phase for three hours, maybe in my dream.
I don't know what happened.
Yeah, we really appreciate all of your ongoing support and especially everyone who is in Asian time zones.
Asian time zones. I know the timing is, is quite late. Uh, so really appreciate all the
I know the timing is quite late.
community engagement and, um, and just contributing and, and being part of the conversation or staying
up. Uh, it's hard to balance all the time zones. So, um, if you have other suggestions on timing to try out. This week we moved this one earlier
because last week it was super late.
So hopefully it's a little bit better at least.
It doesn't matter.
But I'm just wondering,
is only RSI and me are reporting the progress now?
are reporting the progress now.
Where are the builders, other builders, these builders?
I don't know.
They might be building right now.
Building right now, right?
But I think that actually for this kind of the report, the progress, that is very good because it will give everybody the peer pressure, right?
Oh, this guy is doing more in this week. I want to do more in next week.
This is for positive peer pressure. It's good, I think. Because I think a lot of the design projects, they just pretend to be, you know, resting or something.
The real builders fight every day.
Like you and Eva and Andrew, right?
Where's Andrew? Andrew's here?
He is on a flight right now, so he wasn't able to make it.
And Orisai wanted to share more about their events as well, so it actually worked perfectly.
Oh, so next week is East Denver, right? Next week?
Yeah, next week will be East Denver. So much cool stuff happening on.
Yeah, next week will be ETH Denver.
So much cool stuff happening on.
I know I'll be getting there on Sunday.
So if any people are there earlier on in the week, let's definitely hang out.
I think this is the reason because everybody is on the flight maybe, right?
Absolutely, yeah.
Me and Erica are going to fly this afternoon.
So everyone who arriving earlier, just feel free, join us in the co-working space.
Eva, are you in the U.S.?
Yes, I'm based in New York.
Oh, Akasha is in Hong Kong right now, right now.
I think, like, a lot of people, they are going to,
they were in a consensus Hong Kong.
And now, like, a lot of folks are already in
Oh, I see.
I met with Leon, met with Akasha for the H2 Prodigal after party.
That is very good.
The whole team. Yes, and maybe can I talk my feeling about the D-Sci feeling in Consensus Hong Kong here?
Yeah, yeah, of course. Go ahead.
It's a space people feel to share things.
Yes, on Monday, actually, the lab of the AI-101 hosted by Erling Yang from the WaterDrip Capital.
And she's actually invited a lot of the people to notice that the DSAI is the rising sectors
and invite the DSAI China, invite the Fada Network, and also Sci-Hub, and also other FatDAO.
And they are talking about some big questions.
I'm not interested, but they are actually building that.
And on Tuesday for Desai events is the Desai Hong Kong 2025.
2025 is actually hosted by Hong Kong University Hong Kong City University and
the by protocol and they actually talking a lot of Dino policy part and
also some academia perspective towards the design and also they have some real builders
have the project right by protocol her tool protocol and also the size 16z
they share some industrial insight simultaneously and at Wednesday they And on Wednesday, they have a H2 protocol has an event of this side for talking about what kind of things that H2 protocol want to do.
Yeah, that's the Wednesday, right?
And on Thursday, there's not so much.
Yes, I noticed that there's an event called OpenDSI by Mr. Wong,
but I'm not attending that, so it's so busy.
and also in the same time in thursday i remember that elisa os elisa os and the ai16z
And also in the same time on Thursday,
uh cooperating with the size 16z to talk about the these these ai sectors so how to build these sectors that is the private panel yeah and on a
Friday no no such these are events I think I think there are there is maybe
five 500 events in this in this week you can see that each of the DSAI events I attended,
it's just five, right?
Five or six.
It's just one percentage of DSAI
compared with the entire of the events.
So DSAI is still very early.
Still very early.
We actually are creating a... we need to insist on this
new sexy narratives nobody cares then pump right everybody will formal it that
is the principle of crypto so many thanks to Erling and also Eva. Andrew is now here, right? Thank you. Thank you guys for, you know, you actually build a very public space for out of the design projects to build this ecosystem together. This is very good. This is very candidly work, you know.
very good. This is very candidly work. Hey, Causality Network, maybe you can talk about
your progress this week and your plan for next week. Yeah, please go on.
I'm just logged in at that account as well, just trying to get some more reach on that side. So trying to keep
it from echoing today. I kept messing that up on Wednesday. But some updates on the causality side
are, we'll be bringing some of the devices like the Pyreactor out to Denver. So if you're interested in seeing what like the gold standard of fully verified on chain science looks like that we can touch beyond just like the software data
component of it. So that's, I guess, one thing to look forward to. And we'll be hanging out at a lot
of the different DSI spaces. I'll be giving a talk at the East Denver venue on Monday. So if you wanna hear more about like,
kind of connecting the underlying ethos
of don't trust verify into science,
building trustless environments in blockchain
within the scientific sector,
that will be Monday morning, I think like 1025.
So would love to come hang out there
and then I'll definitely be hanging around
a bunch of the ORSI events
throughout the rest of the week as well.
Yeah, that's awesome.
Thanks for sharing, Erie.
Yeah, for me, I'm a core member from RSI.
My name is Erica.
And for me personally, yeah, I'm getting ready to be hosting one of the panel discussion
that we are going to host in intersubjective DSI conferences. So I'll go into a little bit more details about what's going to happen during our conferences.
So for the panel discussion that I'm going to hosting is named
Building Sustainable Ecosystems in DSI with Dr. John Fletcher,
who is a chief scientist from the innovation game, and also a lot of other CEO and co-founder from Hairdoll and Genomics.io.
Also, Eleanor from Say will join the panel as well.
The last panel speaker is Dr. Max Lee,
who is the CEO from Oort.
So yeah, I'm very excited
for that panel discussion specifically
because it's a very fundamental topic
of how this side,
all of us can collaborating
and making the ecosystems developing longer
and also more sustainable in the future.
The speakers will also share their personal experiences
about what worked in the past,
what are they looking forward to do better
in the future as well
so um yeah if you wanted to hear more about um uh ceo's perspective and funders perspective
also the future of how these side uh these possibilities in the future. Welcome to join us. Yeah, I saw Francisca, also Katya, you wanted to join us as
speakers before. Feel free to jump in if you have anything wanted to share with us.
Yeah, that's great. So Eva and Erling, how many design events in East Denver you have already known? How many?
have like a series of open science topic events
from February 23rd to the February 25th.
And also correct me if I'm wrong.
And then like for the Outerverse Design Hub,
which is the coworking space I mentioned earlier,
for that one we're open from 23rd to the March 2nd,
and we have series of workshops,
events happening around in that space.
So I can give some of example.
So like we have the Boring TEE event is hosting on the 26th,
and we also have the Outlawless Design Public Goods, which is hosting on the 26th. And we also have the All-Overs Design Public Goods,
which is hosting on the 27th.
And we have the branch by MicroBioDAO,
which I think KTL will share more details later on,
that is hosting on the March 1st.
And we have the last All-Overs VC pitch night
is on the same day, but it's like night time.
So beyond those workshops and gathering events hosting in the DSiHub, we also have the
let's call it the conference type, which we have the 27 for the inter subject DSi and'll have the 27 for the inter-subject design, and we have the March 2nd for
the AI-powered data economic driving longevity conference,
which I think, Francesca,
if you have time, you can share more details.
So those are some of the event I know.
And Erin, if you know more events, feel free to share.
Yeah, those are a lot of the main ones. There are a couple others that I think have some overlap on the data side.
I know VANA, which has some different science data on their platform.
They have like an AI data day. And I'm also super excited for the innovation game
and John Fletcher to be there. So, so many cool things. And then the longevity event as well.
Francesca, I think you were about to dive into that.
Yes. Good morning, everyone. Well, good morning from San Francisco. We are super excited to bring Longevity Tech to
Denver. I do think this is the first time we bring specifically this theme to Denver, if I'm not
mistaken. And it was interesting. Of course, this was able and supported, event that was supported by our side and the the interesting part is that i was
talking with a few devs as i was inviting and they were sharing with me like oh but i come to
denver for crypto and i was like well this is crypto design is crypto and i was like no no i'm
actually really uh focusing on infrastructure and i was like, well, D-Sci and longevity tech is infrastructure.
So I find it interesting how for perhaps some devs that still are not really familiar with this space,
the D-Sci longevity tech space feels like it's more focused maybe on research, biology, on other aspects,
and not necessarily on infrastructure.
But it's completely wrong. Actually, this is one of the biggest reasons why DSAI longevity tech
is really catching on is because the Web3 infrastructure and AI is enhancing the ability to have a data management infrastructure that empowers users and allows
us to launch and focus on the data economy, which I think is honestly, I think is if we're
able to scale and drive adoption through our infrastructure,
I think is going to be as big as Bitcoin in the future
because we will be able to be,
each user is going to be able to incentivize
to share their health data on a daily basis
and be rewarded for it.
So I wonder if you guys have any thoughts on this
or if you found yourself also to have these kind of conversations with others
and what was the result?
Yeah, I know this was a big part of the conversation last year at Denver.
There was kind of a whole debate right on stage of like,
D-Sci, we're just talking to ourselves.
How do we get new people in here?
Especially if this is such a Web3 developer focused opportunity.
And I think there's a lot more education that needs to be done.
Hopefully we're able to keep pushing that forward with some spaces like this,
just inviting different people from other ecosystems into the conversation as well.
But yeah, definitely see that.
Also, I do believe this might be the first longevity-focused event at Eat Denver.
So that's super exciting as well.
100% and we will, if anyone, I will drop in the link to the event below as we've been doing and
if anybody is interested, I, as people RSVPp one of the questions that i asked is what is
longevity for you so before the event get started we're going to have a bit of overview of what is
longevity uh since everyone has their different kind of uh idea and it's super interesting to see
how this question is being answered and very unique.
I get very unique answers.
So I definitely will share it with the public.
And yeah, and it could be very interesting
maybe to do a little bit more research on understanding
what is the perception of people
when they say the word longevity.
Definitely, definitely.
It looks like we might have a couple more speakers up here.
So I want to hop over to them,
hear different updates of what did you get done this week or if you have any upcoming events
that should be on people's radars.
Those are kind of the two main themes.
Curetopia, I know you also have a token launch going on right now, so I would love to hear updates on that side of things. But
Katya, I think you were the first one up here, so let's kick it off with you.
Thank you so much Erin. Happy to be here. Thank you for organizing this interesting type of
Happy to be here. Thank you for organizing this interesting type of spaces. I think it's really important for all of us to get each other updated on what has happened in a week. So super cool initiative. I love the topic of longevity in terms of like how people see it.
So thank you for the teaser.
I think I'm super excited to hear more about it.
And I've been hearing some conversations, the spaces here, like how different and how unusual and how like just mind blowing some of the people's perception on longevity could be.
perception and longevity could be um yeah speaking about denver and what have i done this week um i'm
speaking for microbiome dow we are preparing for the launch um so we're part of the bioincubator
and hoping to get um some engagement during denver um during eve den. So I'm going to be there.
I'm hosting a brunch.
It's going to be a fermented brunch.
And everyone is welcome to join.
I don't know if I can link the invite here,
but it's going to be at Orasi Hub, at the Sci Hub.
And super excited to partner with Eva and everyone from RSI team for that.
I'll be also speaking at some of the panels, public goods,
DCI public goods, and then pitching microbiome DAO as well.
So this is for microbiome DAO is going to be like an entrance for us,
so to say, as we just kicked things off a few months ago,
and now we are pretty much ready to uh for the
launch um we've done already a bunch of stuff uh my co-founder kishore he's now in india he just
wrapped up our first citizen science study it was um aimed at the short dietary intervention
that was conducted during zoo grammar a pop-up village,
of a period of two months.
And we have some cool data and we'll be sharing more and more updates going forward.
We are also working with some of the professors at the University of Dublin for our first IP NFT. It's going to be focused on
pre-industrial diet. So stay tuned. It will be based on the MicrobiomeDAO account, X account.
And as for other things, I mean, there's so much happening. Honestly,'m also uh working on the website and the design for the microbiome
which is kind of like an interesting um angle for me as i've never been involved in this type of
work like in this type of activity before so this has been my focus this week and i think
we have an incredible progress so far so So yeah, just stay tuned, follow MicrobiomeDAO.
We're posting a bunch of stuff.
We'll be doing more of those type of what have we done so far
because I think that we are sharing so little with the public,
with all of our community members.
And we should do more as a lot of things are just like behind the curtains.
And those spaces inspired me to come up on stage and actually share with you all.
And yeah, we'll be following up on our page.
So thank you.
Thank you, Erin.
Thank you, Orosai.
I'm excited to meet with a bunch of folks in Denver.
I'm flying on Sunday.
So really looking forward to meet old friends,
meet new friends and make meaningful connections.
Yes, it should be amazing.
I feel like you have an opportunity with this brunch
to collect everyone's poop afterwards and do some analyses
on it. So maybe those are the terms of if you come to brunch, you have to contribute some data.
Yeah, it's an interesting angle, I'd say. I'd love to jam on it a little bit more. I think
I'd love to jam on it a little bit more.
I think it's a little bit short, on the short notice, though.
But I envision this branch to be more like a community gathering, honestly.
We've just conducted this citizen science study in India,
and we have so much more in the pipeline.
So this should be more chill chill more on the chill side
just for people to get to know each other definitely okay thank you for you
yeah thanks so much katya super excited to hang with you all next week uh and everyone else who will be in Denver.
I think up next was Curetopia.
If you want to share some updates from your side,
I know you have some opportunities for people to be able to engage right now as well.
Hey, everybody.
This is Ethan over here at Curetopia.
What did we get done this week?
Well, on Tuesdayuesday we launched uh
cures uh on solana the first biodauto launch it's auction on solana and things are slow and steady
moving along it's it's a 20-day 20-day auction so it ends on march 11th so obviously um people
will probably um kind of sit back for a while, but I've got planned a bunch of spaces and kind of a media campaign through the next two weeks to just pitch and answer questions.
And I'll be actually, I unfortunately won't be in Denver for the conference.
I'll be actually in D.C. for Rare Disease Week.
It's sort of more on topic for me.
I think I have more,
more to do in that world than hanging out with ETH developers necessarily right now.
No offense to ETH, but, but yeah, I'm super excited to be in DC next week and hopefully talk to some movers and shakers in the administration, talk to folks at HHS, FDA,
NIH, and just kind of promote the rare disease cause. And then the halfway point for
the auction will be rare disease day, which is this coming Friday, the last day of February.
I'm sure it was all marked on your calendars. But yeah, definitely excited that we got something
done this week. And next week, just we'll continue to promote the Curetopia cause and definitely
love this space and love the practicality of it and
just sharing what we're building. So thanks for the chance to do that.
Yeah, thanks so much for joining in. I know this isn't a competition of who got the most done this
week, but launching Cures is super exciting. So congrats on making that happen. And like you said, it's still open. So a lot of opportunity for all of us to engage there.
Also, good luck in DC. Definitely a great opportunity to be able to keep pushing the core mission forward.
So super excited for updates next week or if you're tied up the week after that.
Cool. Thank you so much.
Awesome. I think next on the list is Jim. If you have some updates of what you got done this week,
that's the intention of the space, or if you have any other events coming up to get on people's radar.
Yes. Hey, Aaron.
Yeah, firstly, pleasantly surprised me.
I just saw it and saw you guys were having a call.
So, yeah, it's great to regroup.
So, yeah, next week I am in Denver, and so is the team.
There's an event before Eat Denver called Hedericon.
I'm there, I'm speaking on the AI panel, and we'll be talking about some of the design work we're doing,
and in particular, the kind of the decentralized data, we call it cryptographic data mesh,
and the kind of the convergence of that and the opioid work. So that's on our radar. And then we'll be at Eat Denver and exhibiting
with the Hedera folks. And we have several meetings there as well.
In terms of accomplishment,
I guess the thing we're most excited about for this week
is for a while now, for probably,
I would say six weeks or so, we've been working on
this kind of agentic AI that takes toxicology data from our kind of opioid data sources
and basically creates fire bundles and make it interoperable.
And we're doing like a discovery basically on it.
So, yeah, we just kind of roll that out in like a full stack.
So that's exciting to us.
It's a little bit, maybe a little bit esoteric, but it plays into the other things we're doing with an OPR space.
That's amazing.
That's super exciting.
And I feel like it has such meaningful, like, real-world impact with it, which, like, that's
so cool you're able to pop in today and share that.
I think that's a really great example and inspiring for a lot of the other projects of just, Hey, here's the types of challenges or opportunities we might be able to address
from a D site.
Yeah. Thank you. I appreciate that. And I will be like I mentioned,
I'm happy more than happy to connect with any of you guys who are in Denver
next week. So yeah, let me know Katia. I just, I think I hopped on right as you were speaking. So let me know, Katya.
I think I hopped on right as you were speaking.
So I'm happy to connect with you.
Likewise with you, Aaron.
So yeah, it would be great to meet in person.
Also the things I described, the production system.
So happy to show you those things.
If that's possibly helpful to other folks
or maybe as platforms that you guys can
accelerate your things on, that would be great too. Definitely. Yeah, that'd be super cool to
dive into kind of that platform side of things. Also with your note on speaking at the HederaCon,
if anyone is speaking at another event or on another panel, you'll be touching on
DSI topics. I would love to invite you to like create an event for that on the DSI calendar,
which is pinned up above. And then other people, maybe they were planning to stop by there earlier,
that then it can just get other writers
and we can have this comprehensive,
hey, this is actually everything going on DSci-wise.
Because I know a lot of people here are speaking
on other panels, other events,
beyond just the super core DSci-only focus thing.
So personally, this might just be a personal selfish request of like,
go put it in there so then I can show up, but hopefully it's useful to other people too.
Awesome. Orisai, are there any other events that you kind of want to do deep dive on,
share about, to have people have on their radar for next week, as well as anyone in the audience,
if you have any updates of progress you've made this week, come request the mic.
I know sometimes those requests don't always go through,
so keep requesting or DM us and we'll get you up here.
Yeah, thank you, Erling, for sharing.
And I think, yeah, you definitely have good ideas, for example, like doing interviews for other people
like during the East Denver session.
And for RSI, we are about to host another major event
throughout the East Denver session that is called the Rverse Design Hub.
As Katia mentioned a little bit before so here is like a long-term space and room for all the design
people to hang out with it's like a space for us to building connection and collaborate and create
something new together and the roto is here feel free to share any highlights if you have
and I'll give like a brief introduction of this space.
So here is like a space
we encourage all the people to join us
throughout February 23rd to March 2nd. We're going to have this space opening from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. every
day. And we are mostly focusing on doing things that relates to biohacking and longevity, also wellness and regenerative science.
Also, we welcome to discuss anything related to open source design
and AI data integration, etc.
For all the people who are interested in like co-working together or join any events that is happening in Desai,
we also have like some workshops such as exploring programmatic evaluator in Desai.
We have like such like little workshops throughout those time period.
And you can check all the details
in our event Luma page as well.
And I'm going to post the link
after under this space
if you wanted to check the details.
And I saw Max joined us as one of the speakers.
So if you have anything, welcome to go next to share with the rest of the audiences.
Max, if you're available, I would love to hear updates from you on what did you get done this week from a DSPY perspective or any cool events you might know about either at East Denver or upcoming spaces. It's kind of broad on the event side of things.
All right, well, maybe he can hop in later. I feel like we've gotten through kind of everyone up on stage, but if anyone up here able to
speak right now has any additional maybe side comments, maybe small wins that you'd love
to share with the community too, feel free
to speak up. Also, thanks Rodrigo for posting one of the event links down below in the comments.
Let's get that pinned up above as well. I'm personally super looking forward to all the events next week. Francesca, yeah.
Sorry, I just got frozen for a moment.
I just wanted to also share with the group that we will do another event on February 28th with Supermoon Camp.
And this is the first time that we're bringing DSi longevity tech themes
to Supermoon Camp community.
Supermoon is a crypto professional group membership
that has been in the crypto space for over four years.
And I'm one of the OG members and I have been pushing them to bring
DSi on the map of their campus. So this is the first time.
And I would love to support them even more if you like to, if you have interest maybe in the future to create
more design event, longevity tech event with their crew.
They're also preparing really cool ski events post the conference and that will definitely be in Argentina, which is perhaps a cool connection
that we could utilize for Crescimiento or other events coming up for the Desai space.
So just wanted to put out there and to make sure that if you are in the Desai space, that
you keep evangelizing and bringing more and more and more
crypto Web3 communities into Desai world and explain to them how they can be onboarded,
how they can be supportive, or also how we can share with them just the excitement of this space.
just the excitement of the space.
That's amazing.
Can't wait to see more kind of broader crypto communities
leaning harder and harder into longevity and de-size.
So thanks for leading the charge on that front.
Levy, welcome up to the stage. We'd love to hear updates on what you got done this week
or if you'll be in denver as well oh hello um i got a lot done this week i programmed a lot
uh but if i described it it would be extremely arcane and unintelligible to most people. But yeah, I'll be in Denver.
I actually turned down, I'm not really speaking,
I turned down several speaking opportunities
because I just have other priorities.
But if anybody is going to be in Denver
and is interested in scientific computing primarily,
but also interested in the intersection
of decentralized AI, DSi and ZPIN.
Yeah, please feel free to reach out.
I might be hosting some stuff with small groups
and otherwise just meeting people here and there.
So yeah, I'd love to see you all.
Yeah, you're doing super cool, complex, amazing stuff
that is probably gonna power everything all the rest of us are doing.
So I appreciate the work you're doing on the programming side, even if it might be above at least my head.
Yeah, I guess you brought up another good tip.
I guess you brought up another good tip.
I usually find at different crypto conferences, some of the best connections come from the
events that are kind of under the radar, a bit more kind of niched down into a side
topic area.
And that's really where I find the people who are on the same wavelength, cool other
partnerships and things like that, or in those smaller group settings.
So if anyone is going to East Denver for the first time,
I would recommend checking out some of those
in addition to kind of the big main events as well.
Thanks for sharing, Erling.
I'm also wondering, like, for those people who is, like, first time joining East Denver,
do you have any, like, suggestions for them to be aware of or, like, a reminder or highlights?
For example, what to bring, how to maybe take the best out of it i'll go real quick uh bring chapstick bring
chapstick um it's really really dry up here um you might get a bit of altitude sickness probably
not but especially if you go to breck afterwards you might get altitude sickness so just be aware
of that um and also everything in denver all the events are really
really widespread so you're almost certainly going to need to take either ubers and or bikes
um i got here a few days ago and it was minus 20 celsius when i got here but next week looks
pretty good it's going to be between 10 and 20 degrees celsius so it's not going to be super bad
but yeah but just to keep aware it gets really cold at night so it also brings warm clothing
oh thank you for the suggestions, Lavi.
I'm looking forward to seeing you there.
Yeah, Dr. Yu?
Yeah, my suggestion is that if you can meet Vitalik on East Denver,
please tell him do not hang out with the girls.
Please call the D site on Twitter.
If you meet Vitalik, okay?
Keep in mind.
D-Site is the future.
Do not tell with girls what the fuck he's doing.
Good tip for any of us.
If we cross paths with Vitalik, he's been a huge supporter of the DeSight ecosystem
since very early days.
So also shout out to him for supporting the space overall
and just the advancement of science in general.
Lovey, those are fantastic points as well.
I would say if you do go up to Breckenridge after,
if you're feeling altitude sickness, you can get, um, like portable oxygen canisters, which
is super helpful for people managing that. Uh, so definitely pick one of those up just at like
the grocery store. If you're feeling that Stay hydrated as well just due to how dry
everything is. Just stay hydrated and that can help on those fronts as well. I think the other
tip would be a lot of people might be sick there so you might also get sick. So boost up on vitamin C's and everything you can do to try and
protect yourself as much as possible, which is a question I was actually curious about. If anybody
here, especially those much deeper into different longevity things, if you have any suggestions on
how to not get sick at East Denver Denver because I would really love to know.
Thank you, Erin. Those are really helpful tips. Levy, I see you raised your hand before. Do you
have anything you wanted to add on? No, that was an accident. I was trying to press 100 to like
underscore what Erin was saying because all of that was on point. Then I accidentally clicked that button.
Yes, Francisca.
I do have some tips.
We are going to be meeting a lot of people, talking and, you know, make sure you get some
proper sleep.
Make sure you don't drink too much.
Make sure you get some good nutrients.
And if you are not going to be able to, you know, you'll be running and from one event
to the next, make sure you get some more supplements and like Erin said, lots and lots of liquids.
So, you know, we know that these kinds of events are a tour de force, but let's give us, you know, the proper building blocks to be able to, you know, surf the wave and not be trampled by these events.
So make sure you take care of yourself and you make smart choices.
Awesome, awesome.
Such great advice in general.
I feel like we can extend that beyond just Denver, too.
But, yeah, super neat to focus on taking care of ourselves so we can keep pushing all these missions and visions forward as well.
Now we're at the top of the hour.
Now we're at the top of the hour.
Brief last opportunity, if anyone has any last minute thoughts, either on events next week or anything else you might have forgotten to share as well before we wrap up.
Katya, did you have something?
Yeah, I just wanted to say that I loved how people are so caring.
And I love the way that we just look after each other.
And let's do this not only on spaces, but in real life.
And be humans and be friends and be just honest about how we feel.
And be our truest selves.
And this is what will create those meaningful connections for
for long term so amazing i'm really excited to see you all there
yeah i love it thanks for sharing katya i love um the way you express and also share all those
carings around um thank you all rings thank you, everyone, for sharing your perspective and what
you've done in the past week and also your expectations on East Denver. It's been a really
wonderful space. Yes, so looking forward to seeing everyone in Denver. And Katya, what a great way to
wrap up the space today.
Let's go hang out at all the Orsi events next week.
Thanks, everyone.
