Hey guys, GMGM.
Hey everyone, I just want to I've learned one interesting trick how to get more people on spaces. Let's ask everyone to to repeat so
it's really easy to open in the bottom right corner of your screen. Please click on the messages button and repeat the link to this Twitter spaces.
Definitely, definitely. Yeah, I also see Cliff and even here in the audience. So maybe you want to join us on stage here. I also see a Fisher Space Chain account in here perfect. We are right now waiting for you guys and also
So for Logan to join with logistics and grant of Copernick space will join then later on if we are already when we are already in the discussion. So yeah, for now I want to welcome you all to our Twitter space live stream on decentralized space exploration.
My name is Manuel Lario and I'm one of the founder of D Venture. I also call member of Moondown and I'm excited to have you all here with me together today as we explore the potential of decentralized space exploration as a subniche within World 3. And I'm going to give you
some more context. So at MoonDow we believe that by democratizing access to space technologies and resources we can provide anyone anywhere with the community and organizational support they need to get their space project off the ground. And with MoonDow's governance mechanism we are also able to give members the ability to vote on proposals
and decide on the direction of the down on our projects. Today we'll be exploring various use cases for decentralized space. We'll also be touching on the risk and challenges associated with these space, including legal and regulatory holds, technological limitations and the possibility of fraud or misuse of the ecosystem.
But overall, we are here to share our passion for these space and to discuss how we can work together on a global scale to drive innovation forward and create new opportunities for collaboration and technological progress. So let's get started. You can imagine with MoonDowne, we got different working groups.
We call it GILTS. And this one of the founding members of the space guild, we are mainly responsible for onboarding space scientists, engineers, prototyping experts and futurists into our community. Right now we are really engaged in communities for open science and open hardware. And this is also the reason why we are pushing this.
right now running decentralized science funding round with Gitcoin on the other protocol to distribute funds to promising projects in decentralized science as well. So this is really the direction we're heading forward with open innovation, grants, prices and hackathons.
I'm going to give you an overview about our structure for today. We're going to start off with a small presentation. I'm going to put in some impulses in here and then we're going to open up the discussion also not only to highlight all the promising and leading projects in D space right now right here.
But also for the audience to ask questions and draft this conversation forward. So with no further explanation, I'm going to tell you a little bit about design, why it's important. Decentralize science is all about incentivizing the right people at the very beginning of the value chain. And so all about color grading.
on a larger scale with your peers from all around the globe and then for sure to make collective funding decisions where funds flows. It's also all about building decentralized prototyping and testing facilities for hardware development, academic publishing on chain and then for sure peer reviewing and fractionalizing of
IP. So we have for some very early use cases of design space, it's linked to IP NFTs and also to IPFS. But right now I want to give you guys the stage to present your projects. So please don't be shy, jump on stage.
Maybe Lucas, you can also make me a co-host so I can also send out the invitations here to get our panel on stage and then I'm happy to have you all here. Thanks for joining us today. Thanks to Logan, thanks to Ivan, thanks to Cliff. Yeah, and let's get the conversation started.
Okay, let's wait for a couple of minutes. Lucas, can you make me a course? I will also send out the invitations here. And just a brief reminder, please read me the link to the spaces. Let's promote the spaces
Let's get more people on board and your help just by retreating the link to the spaces would really help us to In my case, close the settlement on the moon, so please please please make a retreat
Okay, I see Ivan on stage.
Rod, please continue.
No, I just want to say that we have a lot of amazing folks here. It's up to you, Manuel, Lisa Conversation.
Yeah, totally. Like I said, I want to give first base chain the stage to prevent that project.
