But in launching this protocol and Dow, the idea of curating the people that will be part of doing good now started with reaching out to other communities that we think
the best align with our values and will basically form the right group of good humans within the doubt and that's where her doubt definitely came top of mind and super important to us in the sense of sure I think a good community for the doing good down and with these community memberships we decided to
to do four different tiers to allow for different levels of collaboration with different levels of perks and starting with a tier that we're calling the Impact and Diversity tier, which is by invite only to other Impact or Diversity focused hours in the space. I'm happy to say this
This is actually the tier of the group that we have more members than any. I think we're close to 40 confirmed members in total with upwards of 25 that are kind of in this impact and diversity tier. The other three tiers are all paid with the impact and diversity one. We're not asking for any funds.

Yeah, for sure I can dive into that more. So as part of the allow list, one of the main perks of being a community member for her now is that all of the members of her now also get access to this allow list and at the steepest count from what the regular price of the membership.

to the communities, the individuals, the mosty communities that we've resonated with. And who are those people? I mean, we just brought on, it's almost like he's had about 40 different communities, bankless, getcoin, shapeshift. Well, you guys, of course, heard our cortex.
Jernadow. So we've been one by one kind of getting all these different communities onboarded to being members of our Dow. And it's all been on the private side. Andrew, you can maybe talk a little bit about like what's what's looking like here in the next couple of weeks up to the next month and further furthermore.
Yeah, for sure. Just like Sammy said right now where we are in the phase is the final closing of these community partnerships. Next is coming the actual good souls individual memberships which come with
the receipt of a soulbound token. I think many in the space are kind of interested in how this is kind of a new form to show yourself as like an early adopter of something and an early part of the community that can't be transferred.
can't be bought. This is your legacy or an individual's choice to obtain this at the spot and not necessarily in the future. So that reputation, right?
We're thinking this like a reputation reputation Exactly exactly the reputation is strong with this so-bound token concept and we're taking taking that as as keys we don't want numbers

in-person events, the exposure to all the female entrepreneurs, business coders, developers that you guys all have, and giving them also the opportunity to utilize all their learnings to do some form of good utilizing this technology.
I'd say I'd love to hear your ideas as well. I think what's going to be really cool with this mesh network of communities and projects in the space that are here to build for good with intention. It's not just going to be like us as we are now. It's going to be this network of other communities and projects that are looking to find ways of
collaboration, whether that's building, whether that's culture events, it's really like pretty wide open and that's like the beauty, I think of this, this Dow principle in the space and kind of collaboration as the main form to I grew together.

is just remembering the why. Why do we do what we do? Why is it important for inclusivity? Why is it important to elevate women? Why is it important to also change the narrative that doing good isn't meant to be profitable? Or it's not meant to be sustainable or like that sustainability is improfutable. These narratives need to change.
And also giving access to everybody around the world. If you have the internet and you want to do something, you have the opportunity today. And so like now it's just kind of like about education. It's about opening up those doors and cutting down those barriers to people that are afraid of participating in what would be what three technologies
And understand that there's a lot bigger things going on than just the profile pictures and the cool projects that exist. Again, like I said before in many different spaces, I'm an avid participant. I'm an avid collector. I love the space, but I also see that there's a lot that can be
can be done and it's much bigger than what is often talked about. And so, you know, some of us have the opportunity to experience, you know, a bit of that energy in Barcelona, which is beyond thrilled and so happy that some of you guys were able to be there with us, but ultimately it's to bring forth that
people and understand that we've got something really special cooking here and we want you to be a part of it. So definitely read the manifesto, sign it, get your gift and start there. Yeah, for sure. Great question. And I think what we're so excited about and I kind of just barely scratched the surface and the intro of really, of really expanding the impact and the good that we're trying to do is the release of this protocol, which
which can be described at most general level as just trying to create this infrastructure for decentralized social impact. As we believe that really the future of impact work and nonprofits is going to be doused. And this open transparent form of raising funds for
impact but also delivering that impact and seeing that the money is currently going towards impact. In this sense, that's really what we're looking to do with this protocol, which will make it open and easy for anybody to form a community or a guild around some type of impact product or impact community or topic.
raise funds and then distribute those funds to verified impact organizations whether they're nonprofits or HITUALA groups or whatever a group that is actually delivering the profit of the impact and then having some form of impact reporting or impact stories that are shared back to this community.
community back to this guild that's focused on this topic to make the right decisions where those funds should be going. So in this sense, the idea is that this really can expand to anybody that's in this impact space and having it open source and modular in the sense
that anybody can also build and also contribute towards this. Other marketplaces can plug in and stream funds to gender equality, for instance, or natural disasters that occur, or all of these different impact topics that are focused on, and kind of the beauty of the technology, this Web 3.
The fact that it makes it easy for more people to join, and that's kind of the whole principle of the style in bringing other communities, is that it really expands the possibility to scale and bring others along to build on top of this. Because we do believe that the space is filled with people that want to do good, that want to
