Greetings, everybody. Happy morning or afternoon or evening wherever you are. I cat and need Jim. And I don't know if I say Doga.
early guests. It's like Ishmael's join the party, Timo. Welcome Timo. Timo's are our guests today. I'm gonna see if I can bring him up.
See Mike out there good to see Mike
I tried to bring you up, hopefully that got to you.
All right, well, Timo's getting sorted looks like he's connecting and there he is Good morning Timo Good morning, Dave. Good morning everyone else All right Timo, do we only get to meet now on Twitter spaces? Why are we gonna hang Seems like it when you're busy sailing around the world
That's hard to meet up. Tough life. Well it's good to see you. I'm just going to give a little brief welcome and in Trolley everyone give me a little emoji. Can you hear everything fine? Are you doing okay? Let us know that you're all good out there.
Sweet Awesome, well, let me get started. This is the weekly first state Twitter space today. We're going to be talking to Timmo from Basin Dow talking about unlocking value in real estate Through tokenization of natural
ecological assets, how TEMO's wealth of experience in the real estate business is showing up in Web 3 and then we've generated finance which should be an interesting topic. Navisies is nice to get together with some of y'all. We haven't been with you for
a little bit but we're back. It's obviously I think everyone can appreciate it's been quite yeah just been a wild time I think we're all still navigating and do these choppy waters together you know and finding our way but always appreciate that at least we're doing it together
and taking care of each other whenever possible. So thanks everybody for your support of Ixo and your support of all the other great projects and regenerative finance. So anyhow, well why don't we jump in? So everyone know what you're going to meet Timo. Timo's, I'd say definitely want to be
really just wonderful ambassadors in regenerative finance, you know, as much as anything. He's really shows up in such a great way for really all the projects and I think gets the bigger picture of seeing the success of the regenerative finance movement as
success for really all of us and clearly is putting his time and resources and money where his mouth is when it comes to living that life and reorienting his own business and his daily activities to support this. So I think we're going to unpack
with that, how that has shown up. But why don't we start by just saying or hearing a little bit more, you know, just, you know, you just, you came to the space, not, I don't know, you know, at least as far as I understood, you had a
quite a successful real estate business as far as I understand in our conversations you've helped move something close to a billion dollars worth of real estate assets, you know, or transacted, help transact that on behalf of your clients and projects over the years. And that's not a small
number and frankly I assume that's a little bit more safe and potentially more lucrative than figuring out how to regenerate the planet in a startup Dow and business. But here you are, maybe you can just kind of give us a little reflection on
You know, what your history was like, you know, leading to this point. And I can also be curious to hear a little bit more about your kind of Genesis founder story. Was there a moment? Was it a series of moments with what when did you take the green pill and maybe we can start there?
The green pill. I love it. Yeah, thanks Dave for having me appreciate it. You really appreciate our personal relationship that we've had over the last couple of years. In all the work you're doing with with Loa and in region and Ixo.
And I see Ishmael and the call and Jan and JP. I'd like to meet all the rest of you as well. Sodium star. I've had interactions with a lot of people on this call. So the feeling is mutual Dave. The people right in ReFive.
