We'll record and let's go! Welcome to Twitter's first Explore the Wonderverse. We've already been doing these on Discord, but you know Twitter is where it's at.
I wonder if it's still going to be worth that with all the recent Twitter news, but I mean I think that crypto crypto Twitter is probably going to be here to stay so I'm excited to bring explore the wonderverse to Twitter
We took a break. We were on hiatus while we transitioned from orbit 1 to orbit 2. And now that we're officially in orbit 2, off of Kim and I being sick last week, we're finally getting to more consistent orbit use content.
for community activities. So yeah, I'm excited that we're getting the ball rolling again. And I'm hoping that we get a lot of valuable content and conversations to the wonder community or to the wonders. How are you doing today, Cam? And Jennifer, if you want to come up and vibe with us.
Hey, I'm doing well. Yeah, I just wanted to give anybody who might be listening a sink a little update if you're not familiar Where in order to as we've mentioned we're doing these explore the wonderverse sessions where we're talking about web three things were or just by
I've been talking about the space, whatever floats the boat. We're having office hours on Twitter. We are having build-in public sessions. Those are still happening in Discord because we can't do those on Twitter. And of course, we're doing community and governance calls.
We got a lot of good content set up for everybody. Yes, and we're having a lot of exciting conversations internally about really giving folks more insight into the product, insight into how things are going there, and also giving some more relevant
content for Web 3 Builders, whether you're an operator, a Dow contributor, a Dow founder, just a more intermediate level content with our Book Club edition of Over the Moon. So we're hoping that people
get a lot of usage out of that to hear just like other experts in web 3 talking about What does it mean to be a doubt? But not just what is it out right what is it really on the ground practice look like what are other sources that we can draw inspiration from so you don't have to read
create the wheel in Web 3 because there's tons of research on organizational competence and I'm excited that we're going to be doing that book club. So yeah, look out for that. Yeah, talking about reading and venting the wheel, we have this book we're reading.
the for our book club or what's called the operating manual for spaceship earth. It's a mouthful which the author is not. He's pretty verbose. So he's verbose in his title and in his content. So were you gonna say in? Relatable.
But we have, we're talking about all about building and not reinventing the wheel and we have this book that was published in 1960 that's superpoignant and you know, we've had these ideas for a long time. It's just you know, when are we going to finally practice them? Yeah, exactly.
And I think that's kind of, you know, I've been in Web 3 now. Oh, we're coming up on three years. And I think what I've learned is that most of the issues with Dow's that we're running into are human issues, right?
Maybe there's a time where there are technical issues like high gas fees and that type of stuff. But now we're starting to enter a phase of Web 3 where it's like we have to upgrade our human social tech. We've upgraded how we talk to each other, how we coordinate with each other. And I think we all believe a wonder that our platform is a piece
of that, but I think a bigger piece of that is really reimagining how we interact with each other digitally in physical space and how we build organizations or Dows which are organizations, but how we build organizations that really
do our society and our peers justice, not just like a laser focus on most profit, right? Well, where does that profit go to? So I think that we're just in the phase of like we need to level up as a species, as
and really think more critically. And I hope over two will provide Web3 intermediate folks and also beginners if you want to start on the more theoretical conceptual space, but hopefully provides people more of like a
More meaningful content that can further how you think about DAO's, how you think about Web 3 as a tool to make something happen. And hopefully use Wunder to make it happen from the project management and technical side.
