Hello everyone, welcome to a fixed talk. 108, 108. Good morning, good evening, good afternoon from all the time zones everyone is running in from.
I think we'll wait a minute or two more to have more fanatics join us here and then we'll get started.
We have a lot of, it's an exciting space, not just a week, not just for people.
In Cosmos we've got around 60k, Bitcoin is cost 60k, there is ETH Denver going on. I'm pretty sure a lot of Cosmos projects are wrapping their teams at ETH Denver.
And a lot of projects are doing great which is a good host to Cosmos as an ecosystem.
All the creators who have pulled through a difficult bear market. And of course the Flixverse is also going great.
We have some very interesting campaigns coming up. Flix Friday's March is just a day away.
I think that for those who, I mean of course Super will be coming and talking more about it.
But if you have not yet or like you know not recently visited on Flix TV and interacted with a few videos and this thing, here is your time for 48 hours to participate, be incentivized for creating and for interactive.
I think we've got a few more people joining in. I see Snails, Sandy of course, Abraham, Joseph. Great.
A few more listeners with the anniversary Flix profile picture, that's really nice.
Hi Super, how are you doing?
I'm doing good. Thank you Jatin and welcome everyone to Flix Talk 108 where we will be sharing some updates from the Flixverse.
And I can assure you that even from the sub-dows end this is going to be a very interesting space.
Those who are going to be here are already here or going to join very soon.
We'll be having access to a lot of alphas about what sub-dows is up to in the next few days. This week itself, a lot of Flix to be won, a lot of activities to happen.
And I will be giving you a very interesting task about how to clean this week's proof of participation NFT2.
I think, yeah, the proof of participation NFT this time is a really cool thing. I think Super, do you want to tell about that now? So that's a few people who have joined us get the verb and then...
Let's do it. Okay guys, so here it is. If you would have seen our Twitter account, Flix Analytics, we are almost at 5,000 followers.
So just to make sure that we are crossing it while we're on the space.
There is a very interesting concept here of what I have done for this week.
You have to come to our Twitter account, Flix analytics. You will also see Flix analytics account has joined the space. So I suppose this is easier.
But make sure that you see the PFP we have used and that is going to be the image what you have to select among all the options given in the interactive video for this week.
That will be some of those which we have used in the past. There are some of those we have just recently used.
But what you have to select is our current PFP on our Twitter account.
And when you do that, also share us your experience about how the image based file interactions has been.
Because the Flix Friday for the creators, there will be something special who are ready to create their image based interactions and share with others.
If you guys would remember, we had done a whole Flix Friday on that.
But this time, we are going to include this for claiming your group of participation NFP.
So make sure that you come on our Twitter account, see the PFP which Flix analytics are using right now.
And when you come to the interactive video, this is highly recommended. View the whole video.
It's about what OmniFlix Hub has been doing in the last one year and what some alpha is about what we are going to be doing in the next one year.
And then end of the end of the video, it will ask you to just follow the instructions given here.
And the instructions, as I have already mentioned, is very simple.
Select the image, which is a current PFP of Flix analytics.
Hope you guys will be able to select the right one. That is not live yet for the people who are going right now.
It's not live yet. It will be live in the next eight minutes.
And we will be selecting the participants who would be selecting the right image in the next three hours from the time the video goes live.
And everyone will get a Flix from a batch.
And I suppose this becomes very important because for those who have been here for a while knows that every first of every month there is a campaign with thousands of Flix where you can claim those Flix if you are holding a Flix from a batch.
So this is again one of the alphas I have shared. There will be a lot more coming up.
Make sure that you attend the whole space today because there will be a lot of activities happening and it's going to happen this week itself.
Yeah, I think that's the first reminder for the space for cleaning your proof of participation in FT in a new image interactive style.
I think absolute time is a need to begin. So of course, this has been a very exciting week.
So a lot more collections coming on Omelet's Market.
We've got some pixel art. Of course, there's a new collection called Cats and Therapeutics, a lot of cat collections there.
And yeah, I think there are a few creators. There's another cat artwork. A few of our Genesis creators like Motown, I think Dawn Landis-Tannen, of course have been playing around with different collections.
Of course, giving a shout out to Sandy also in the space for her Cats collection as well. I think it's fantastic Cats, if I remember correctly.
Of course, she'll be telling us more about it. But yeah, so of course, very glad to see that.
Do check out. There is some great artwork. There's a new music collection also called Dang, which is Dang. It's called Crypto terminology.
And I think there's another new AI and photography based collection by Tabassum, which is after a long time. I remember she did Crime and Punishment.
I think one of the first 50 collections that went live on Omelet's Market. And I think she has a flair for, of course, great photography.
And the next time it's back with, I think it's a collection about the underworld gangs of Tokyo. So do check it out for those people who are, especially into photography collections and into like, you know, like, you know, AI photography blind art, is that.
But for Omnifix TV, it's got a lot of projects using this for announcements and campaigns. So you had F-MOS joining in a lot of stick tutorial for staking coming from Stakely.
Protocol recently put an announcement for minting IST with StakeDosmo. And of course, there was some of our creators have also put out, so there is RILRTV, which is RIL's Omnifix TV account.
She had put an interactive video. We have, I think, two to three new videos by Crypto Canvas Chronicles.
I think we have Sandy here, but it's about claiming a badge. Sandy, do you like to expand on that? And also, hi, how are you doing?
Well, greetings. Hello, Omnifix family. Hello, Flix fanatics. And I'd like to welcome all the amazing new artists who've joined the Flix family.
As you mentioned, we've got quite a few. First of all, we have the OGs who are making new collections like Tabasome with her Yakuza. Oh, my God, it is awesome.
And I'm sorry, go ahead. I was just saying, I just forgot the word about Yakuza. So I was just calling it Andover Gangs and I just remembered that it's called Yakuza. Thank you for that. Please go.
Yes, it is the Yakuza collection she's got going on. They are one on one. Tabasome recently finished an AI course through hugs and stability AI, as I did I.
And so we both got our certifications, we learned some new skills, and I really encouraged her to come out and do the AI.
I don't know, a lot of people, you know, there's stigma against AI art. And, and so we've definitely broken that barrier. And we have Nazita, a newest edition, we created campaigns.
Oh, my gosh, just so much happened since last week, because first of all, again, congratulations for the two year anniversary, this, the mainnet, it was exciting.
The tech is smooth. The updates are fabulous. And one thing you probably noticed is it's a pretty big population of the Persian community. Now why is that? Why, why, why do Iranians love OmniFlix?
Number one, freedom. Number two, practically no gas fees. Number three, thank you, OmniFlix for gifting us the ability to help these artists establish their collections.
We were able to get their first collection fees covered. That really made a huge difference because a lot of these new artists coming into, well, they're not new artists, they're just new to this ecosystem.
They may not be familiar with the tokenomics, how to get these flicks, how to do Adam and all that. And so, you know, 30 flicks is a huge deal for someone to be able to get that and you know, it's less than 10 bucks, but it makes all the difference.
And so the word has gotten out these beautiful new collections and we've got everything. We've got art, we've got a pixel there. So flicks, fanatics, do check out these new artists.
And I hope the fantastical holders went and scooped up their special stamp that Nazita helped design. So that was a campaign that was also running and it's finishing up tonight, as well as my own personal collection for the punk cats.
So that has not been claimed as much. Maybe people forgot. So if you're a holder of a punk cat, you get another, you get a special art piece that I made. Okay. Now this thing, I did a one on one and it went on auction, easy 22 Tezos.
I tried out this new design and the Tezos community loved it. So here I am giving you a free gift telling you I love you because the punk cat collection, that was the flicks celebration. I did that collection when the flicks token dropped.
There's a lot of story here. I'm not going to take up your time getting into the stories. I'm mostly here to welcome the new artists and say congratulations and thank you flicks fanatics for supporting them.
And tune in every other Friday with Chris and I. Oh, by the way, Fight Farm, he might not be here today, but he's got a fabulous new collaboration with Charlyen, her fabulous artwork.
This collection is already selling out. So I'm really grateful that Fight Farms, Fight Farms team is teaming up with all the artists that are coming in and helping them.
And you know what? It's like crash course. These people coming in here, I've got a telegram group set up on helping them how to mint, how to get on their TV channel.
We've got a crash course in Cosmos, Adam, Omni flicks, how to mint.
Everybody's coming. They're in a rush, but one by one, each individual person that is coming in, we are making sure the questions are answered and assisting them through this minting process that they do.
So thank you, Sisla. Thank you, Daya. Thank you, Omni flicks. Thank you, Super Era. Thank you, Joseph.
And thank you to the team who's helped us build our success so far because now I can point to my success and Tabasome and Fight Farm and everybody.
I'm like, hey, you guys, it's going on over here. I don't know about this bear market thing over there, but we're good. We're building. And thank you so much. Back to you.
Thank you, Sandy. I think, first of all, more than happy to get like great creators joining us, especially from Iran.
I think we have Sepas also in the space. Welcome, Nazita. And I think I know some of them, of course, they spread out.
But so many of so many of them who have like recently put their collections always, I think, a marketplace is as good as the number of artists who feel like, you know, that they are they can experiment.
They can put their work out easily. So here's to growing the ecosystem. And these are, I think, very major steps that we need to take so that people can feel as confident and safe to put their work in this space as well.
Other than the fact that Iran has maybe one of the most ancient collection of art and handicraft. So I don't think it's new to expect that there will be talented artists coming from there.
Of course, welcome to the space. And please, if you if any of you are publishing your collections on Omnifix Market, here's just a small thing to tag your Twitter in the in the bios.
This way, whenever we can, we can give a shout out from our handle to the creator. It will help get more visibility to for the collection and for people to reach out to you for, you know, whenever we are pushing the art from our side.
So do that just for those who are who have published who are planning to publish their collection.
It really helps a lot because otherwise it becomes a small hunt in terms of finding the handle and we don't want to lose momentum.
And by the way, I'm sorry to interrupt you. I completely forgot to congratulate Arielle on that amazing video she made for Crypto Canvas for our Learn Channel.
So she's really talented. Her and I have already done our collection manic. And please take a look at that video up there.
And also, please tip us if you look at I know you all have flicks in your wallets. So please, all these new artists, Maria is coming up.
She's got her collection going. And so please do tip them when you go on these channels.
They've worked really hard to combat non connectivity. Three million VPNs jump in to jump in just so they can get their collection to you. And that's how they get to Omni flicks and they don't give up.
Hi, Maria. Welcome up. How are you today?
Hi, hi, how are you? I'm good. I'm good. Thank you so much.
And Maria, would you like to talk about your new collection that has come up?
Oh, yes. Yes, thank you. Thank you so much. I'm so happy to be here. I'm a Felix family.
So what let's let me I introduce myself. And then I'll talk about my art.
I'm Maria. I'm a graphic designer, painter and potter.
And my favorite hobby is pottery. I have passion with the colors. And my motto is art is my soul and heart.
I'm also able to design both by hand and digital introduced concepts. And sometimes I say poems.
I have 15 years of artistic experience. And two days ago, I create on Omni flicks.
This collection name glory.
This collection name glory. This collection digital painting on iPad.
And I know I painted beautiful girls.
And I want to say I think it's a little and you are good human.
And you your son did you missing co-occurring?
Oh, wonderful. Let me translate that while I have that in my mind.
Maria wanted to say thank you so much. She's never had an easier time with minting with the technology being so smooth.
Because before any other platform, she has to go through all these exchanges to be able to get the token and figure out the tech.
And it's been really difficult. So Omni flicks has been a wonderful experience.
Maria is saving up to finish her art studies in Germany. And we're very grateful. And her collection has already had someone collect from it.
We're very happy. And so let me let me give her a chance to finish to see what is the rest of her message.
Maria, do you have anything to add to that?
Oh, please let me translate that.
So one of the things is people that I've not met before that I don't know, like Reza was a recommendation from Maria.
He has already minted his work on Omni flicks. So now I mean, we'll also be coming.
So all the artists that she knows she's letting them know this was her experience.
And quickly, that is the best way word of mouth where artists have the real deal.
They're like, okay, it works here. So that's what's going on. Omni flicks is growing rapidly. Expect to see a lot more artists using this ecosystem.
And as they sell their work, we're also making an effort to provide education about what these tokenomics are, what is staking and what are DAOs and how to make the best use of this platform.
What are these campaigns? How to gift your collectors? There's a lot to learn.
We're not in a hurry. And we know that Omni flicks has our back. Maria June.
Thank you so much for allowing us to share with Maria success. And this journey, I'm going to give back the mic to the host. Thank you.
Thank you so much for sharing that Maria, by the way.
Love the fact that we have launched a new collection. And thank you for sharing experience with me a lot. Thank you, Sandy, for, of course, translating it.
I think your project and looking forward to more and more people discovering the article and please publish as you learn as you finish your studies.
Whenever you do come across and work on a project, do bring it on things and publish it. I think we'll be more than happy to have a collection and have the community explore your art along when you study it as well.
And maybe more pottery projects.
So thank you, Sandy, for translating that. I think it really helps. I think.
And we also have Chris here. He's just talking about Chris has added, of course, new NFTs to the fight sound bites collection.
Not only, I think there's the Shopify condition and there are six new players who are added. Chris, would you like to come up and share more about that?
Yes, good morning. Thank you for having me. Good morning, Sandy. Good morning to the hosts and good morning, Maria. Good to see all of you.
Hope you're all having a wonderful Wednesday. And yes, I just want to come up and let you guys know we have a fight coming up on March the 9th, which is next Saturday.
And there are some new NFTs up. We have the collaboration with Derpys. We also have the collaboration with Shaq and I definitely want to plug that one in particular.
We also had a collection of two fighters, a series of two fighters that we did with a new artist named Rasmar.
So definitely check those out. You can find the link to Shaq and Rasmar's Twitter and Derpys Twitter in the description of the NFT.
So make sure you go follow these artists on Twitter and check out their respective projects and their other artwork.
Just so you know, we had Eric from Astro Vault on recently. And one of the things I'm doing in particular with the sales that we get off of the Derpys collection and Shaq's collection on the Painted Fighters is we're actually beginning to build up our reserve of the AXV token.
The AXV token was something that Eric was speaking about and with the partnership that we see between OmniFlix and Astro Vault, I think that's a good token that we should have as far as the Fight Farm game to earn rewards and be able to pay out in the future.
So guys, if you want to support us on that, definitely go collect those NFTs and know that every time that you buy an NFT, we do have a percentage going to the artists themselves.
We do make sure we compensate them fairly and then we have a percentage that goes into the game where we buy either Flix or Archway or AXV or other tokens and we use that as rewards to pay you out every time your fighter wins the UFC fight.
So thank you for support. If you guys have questions, feel free to DM me. Definitely check out Sandy and I coming up. We have some really good lineup of guests and be sure to check out all of these artists that Sandy and I have been recruiting.
We want to support them. We want to help them grow because that word of mouth is what's going to spread and help OmniFlix grow and fill OmniFlix up with very good art from good artists. Thank you guys.
Hi, Chris, of course, kudos to you for being so consistently, like, you know, bringing in the fights, launching new artwork with collaboration.
I have a few questions. So I actually have two questions. So one is when you add new artwork to a collection, usually it's for fights and you name them, you give each player a title.
So if, say, for example, I'm not fighting, like, if I'm not aware of UFC so much, how can I choose between? I think you mentioned the player that it's after, but for someone who's like complete novice and just want to get started, how can we like sort of know more as to which player should be better on?
Are you planning to add like, like some sort of like an HP stats sort of thing to each collection or like, what's the plan?
Yeah, I think as we go forward, we'll begin to host more content on OmniFlix TV. I have my partner, Omer, and he's had some struggles lately with internet due to the hurricane that hit Acapulco a few months ago in Mexico.
So I've also got another partner, Josh, who is a huge UFC fan. So he and I have been discussing hosting a weekly show that we would put up on OmniFlix TV to help the audience know about the fighters.
What I will say is this, if you look at the price points, some of the collaborations cost a little bit more. But typically speaking, the entry-level NFTs, you might have the same fighter and the derpies version costs 15 US or 15 IST, right?
Well, you can get the same fighter. It's not the collab derpies version for usually five IST or sometimes as low to three to $4. We'll have these marked down. So what I would say is, is if you're indecisive,
it's never a bad idea to hedge your bet and buy both sides of the fight, especially on those more affordable price points, because not only would you win when one of those fighters win, now you have two NFTs that could potentially give you future wins instead of one NFT for future wins.
So hedging your bet, especially on the more affordable versions is not a bad strategy. The other thing to consider is when you buy multiples like that, you have the different versions of the same fighter.
And from a collectability standpoint, the more you collect of every version, the bigger your payout will be. So I would say you don't necessarily have to care about who wins the fight.
There's a strategy game to collect from a NFT collector standpoint and use that on the secondary market. So we're going to discuss this in more detail coming up. We'll have it once the DOWs are released.
That's really been the biggest hang up on us is we wanted to be sure exactly how the OmniFlix version of the DOWs would work before we started like cementing the rule set and really putting out a lot of content.
But we do want to answer those questions and make it easier for people like you who may not know about UFC or care about UFC. And we want to show the collector and the people here on OmniFlix that you don't have to be a UFC fan to enjoy the game because really there's a strategy game and a market, a NFT market game underneath that you don't necessarily have to care about who wins the fight and that payout because there's other incentives there for you to collect and flip on the open market or collect to burn and then create.
A legend NFT down the road. There's going to be a lot of things to do with the DOWs and the legends that we're going to release that might give you a better understanding of why you had collected NFT and not care whether they win the fight or not.
So we'll have more info on that. One last thing I do want to throw in. I didn't mention this is a lot of people were commenting to us about how they like the idea of the game.
But they did not think that our NFTs made good profile pictures. They said, Chris, sure, your NFT looks cool. The arts kind of cool, especially on the collab versions.
But when you see like the character, then behind it, you have like the Fight Farm logo, maybe the collaborators logo. You have information on the NFT regarding which UFC number, what version number. They said it looked messy.
So one thing that we've decided to do and you can tell by my profile picture right now is when you buy the Fight Farm version of the NFT that you use in the game, many of these collab versions are also going to air drop you a cleaner version that doesn't have all the Fight Farm logos and the card information.
That'll be in a separate collection. It won't cost you anything. It will have a royalty on it. So should you decide to trade it?
So it's going to be kind of like, hey, you can buy the NFT so that you can earn in the game. And then in many cases on the collab versions of these special characters that would make cool PFPs will make it so you get a cleaner PFP version.
So that's something new. So be on the lookout for that. We'll spin up that collection and get a curated so it'll be noticeable and you'll begin to see some of these more cleaner PFP styles that you might want to actually rock this profile picture.
Hopefully that answered your question, host. Let me know if you have any more questions about the game and I'm always open and we'll have more content coming soon to kind of clarify a lot of these things for you.
That does answer my question. The thing is, I think I picked up an NFT for the upcoming fight. So that's why I had the same question actually about the PFP event.
And I think one cool thing would be that you can also drop an interactive claim campaign for those people who have for a fight.
Once they, if they want to make a PFP or the thing, you can drop the article through interactive claim. That could be one option as well.
Second question was that you put some of these special edition content like the, you have the NFTs with Shaihek and I think the one you have as your profile picture is the Archway NFT, the Derpies or some collection, which is the collab.
If I forgot the name around, do correct me. But yeah, so similarly there was one with the dragon.
There was like a dragon icon NFT that, and there was like only one piece or something that came. So by the way, for those who are in the space, if you are collecting and hunting down pieces, you got to be really fast because some of these collaboration ones come and then they'll vanish and they're very limited edition.
They're like four or five. So if, if you have followed Shaihek's work on Omelette's market, she does some great artwork, these rare pieces will go off and then you'll find them as someone's profile picture.
That's it. The opportunity is gone. And then this, because I saw someone put the dragon one and then I lost the opportunity. I think I commented somewhere also, but I want you to answer that.
Yeah. So you'll, you'll see like on the collaboration versions, usually the first edition, the dash one might be a special character. So like in this case, like my profile picture, you'll see the derpies and it's only the derpies character or like the one you were speaking of the Mr.
Minded versions. It was only the dragon and that's a one of one, right? And they do cost more, you know, some of those costs anywhere from $30 and we sold them for as high, I believe it's $70.
So the prices and the demand for those are going up. Now here's the kicker. A lot of people are like, well, why would I pay $70 or $50 for the same fighter? And yeah, you get the special artwork, but from an earnings standpoint, it doesn't earn you any more or less in the game.
Well, from the fight perspective, you are getting that one of one that, that ultra rare one that you'll probably make more money down the road. If you flip it, if people like it, like you said, I think I've had more comments on the dragons and the steers and the derpies fighters.
But one thing I will say is, is we do have some things planned for the people that do spend that additional money and buy the one of ones. So the people that buy the dragons, they buy the derpies characters.
Don't feel like just because you don't earn more winning in the fight that you won't have something down the road. Because once we have the dows and the tokens and some other stuff in place, we do have some special plans for those limited editions.
But that's ultimately what you're paying for right now. And what you'll see is, is you'll see a fighter's name. The first edition, the dash one will be the special character and then the dash two and later, three, four, five, six, seven, however many we meant.
Those will be a mixture of that artist's work plus the fighter that we give them to layer into it. So it's kind of a weird collection. I know a lot of this for you guys has been me talking on stage or word of mouth or me talking on spaces.
But don't worry, once the dows are up and we see exactly how that's going to work from a gameplay standpoint, we'll start to roll out like written form and video form. So you guys have a better understanding of all the rules, all the nuances, all the details.
Because right now, most of you, you've heard me say this stuff since July of last year. So a lot of you know it by heart because you've heard me talk about it over and over and over. But if you're new and you're coming in and you see the collection, you're like, well, the collection looks cool.
But I have all these questions and I can't find the answers anywhere. So don't worry. We hear you. We feel you. Some of that was my design until we knew exactly what we were going to do and where we were going with the dows.
And all the details will be easy to find and easy to digest. Thank you.
I mean, you do have the NFT collection of the channel on OMSIX TV where you do cover the basics for someone who's new. I think that does help.
Yeah, we do try to like talk about it and we have tried to put some content out. You know, the biggest thing for us is we didn't know for certain when we saw that the dowels were coming, we didn't know if all the dow-dow functionality would be there, if they would scale back or strip away functionality.
There were certain things we knew that we needed based on our testing of Dow-dow and Juno and we didn't know for certain what OMSIX would look like. So from a rule standpoint and instruction standpoint, we've really had to kind of wing it and really just float by this last six months.
But we should be able to nail this down and have a concrete layout for you guys in the near future.
That sounds pretty cool. I think really hoping that materializes soon for people to get the whole experience.
But yeah, for those who are sticking around and right now are betting or want to get their hands dirty on getting in one of these fights, do check out, especially the collab collections. I think those are great.
I don't think you get to see, especially to creators from very different art styles, put something together for a sports base, NFT collections. Yeah, Chris.
I'll throw in one last detail, especially because Sandy has recruited some of these really good artists who are more than just PFP or AI artists.
You know, they really bring their craft and their skill set. So Shaq was one of those people that when I saw her artwork over on Tezos on object, I really liked what I saw in her timeline.
And before I even knew her, I reached out to Sandy and said, hey, Sandy, I really want to work with this artist. But I was going to say, don't forget that when you buy the piece from Fight Farm, you will get her actual painting airdrop to you from her collection.
It won't be on the Fight Farm collection. So you get two for one, basically, when you spend that 11 IST, you're not just getting the Fight Farm, the playable game that will keep you earning. You do get that.
But you also get the actual artwork from her. And whether you keep that or you flip it or whatever you do, just realize that what we're building with her is not just these two paintings.
These first two fighter paintings are the first two in a collection that she's going to have. And I think the direction we're going, you're going to be very happy to see.
It kind of gives you extra incentive on saying, hey, I could buy any version, but let me buy her version because I'm getting these cool paintings that she does.
Her work ethic, her artwork is very, very cool. I think her resale value is going to go up as she grows in the space and as her artwork becomes more in demand.
So yeah, definitely support her and know that you're not just supporting me when you buy these collab versions. You're supporting that other artist and usually you get additional benefits such as NFTs from their collections directly.
Chris, thank you, Chris. I want to just jump in there and thank you so much for including fine art and pointing out that while this is a game and you have a chance to win and all the crypto bros love the fighting and the winning.
They're also going to get a chance of having fine art because Shahoyed and all these other fine artists, you know, they're established in other blockchains and people definitely love their art.
And I just want to give a shout out to a lot of the people in the audience who are going to become soon to be artists.
And I want to give a shout out to a friend of mine who is a musician. If you look at his profile, this person has 86,000 followers in the Middle East and around the world that are following this amazing musician.
So we're going to have a new caliber of international artists come over here and everybody's going to turn their heads and go, what is going on?
And yeah, and you know what? You're lucky because I'm advising these artists to keep their art affordable because up until now, yeah, 100 flicks, 50 flicks.
No, these guys sell their art for hundreds of dollars. So they're coming in here, giving us a chance at this low price.
And anyway, I sound like I get a good deal for you today.
And I'll tell you what, I do have a good deal. Seppi did, Sawhip did. She is huge.
Yeah, she's going to be dropping her collection. And I'll give you a hint. It has to do with textile arts.
OK, we have Nazita up here who made this stamp. And I'd like to please give her, let her say hello, because she is one of our newest addition to the artist community.
And she's the one who designed these beautiful stamps. And guess what else?
I blew my mind away myself when I found out she makes Persian rugs. Nazita lives in Qashan, Iran.
It is one of the most rare, beautiful places and one of the most expensive, gorgeous designs of Persian style art, Qashan.
And I found out, whoa. And you know what? Her art stood out to me because I saw her work on Tezos.
And there was just something about it because I love Persian rugs. I was born on Persian rugs.
And so her sense of color and design because she makes Persian rugs. So anyway, I'm going on and on. Nazita June, welcome to our space.
If you can speak English, that would be great. So the audience will hear you. Please go ahead.
Yeah, it's a little bit glitchy.
Oh, wait, wait, I think we got her.
No, we don't have her voice. I'm sorry, Nazita.
I guess we can't hear you today, but we definitely appreciate that you're here.
We love your art and hopefully you'll have a better connection and soon and maybe later in the space.
Back to you, host. Thank you so much for allowing us to share this beauty with you today.
And Nazita, if you do get, if you like to get out of this space and join again, maybe that might work. So do let me know.
She won't be part plane, but double or a bag at a speaker. I don't really do it.
So we can't hear you today.
So we did get Nazita with us.
Basically, Nazita says joining OmniFlix has been an incredibly new, wonderful experience
that she just did not imagine would happen.
So she's really thrilled to be here among us, and it's been a wild ride, and she's
super happy to join us in the creative sector of OmniFlix.
Nazita, okay, I'm going to start with you, and I'm going to start with you.
Okay, she says, I think you all hear the word OmniFlix.
I don't need to translate OmniFlix.
So OmniFlix is one of the most wonderful places she's experienced, and she knows that together
we're going to build this ecosystem, and everyone's going to have success, and she's very happy
Thank you so much, host, for putting up with that, and for allowing us to translate back
I appreciate you coming here and sharing your thoughts, Nazita.
Thank you again, Sandy, for the translation.
We really hope more and more of your artwork finds its way on OmniFlix, and you get to
discover if you have any questions, any doubts.
I think there's a, you can of course reach out to Phanetics, all via Sandy as well, would
be super happy to help out.
Also great to have another person as a Flix creator who has such an amazing talent for
I think if you do have any work like that, would be super happy if you could share it
with the community, and maybe you and Becca could launch a collection together, I think
Actually, she's going to make videos, so this is, okay, I'm going to give you the alpha.
I've asked Nazita to please make videos.
She will soon have her own channel.
Will you receive making of this ancient Persian rug?
Oh yeah, there's going to be treats for OmniFlix coming up, so sorry, I just had to let that
If you do have any questions about TV, OmniFlix TV, do let us know, we'd be happy to help
I think there's another person who has a interest.
Of course, if there are any other creators who would like to come and share their thoughts,
any updates on the collections they're working on, do let us know.
Amir is down in the listener section, and he will be bringing his artwork as well.
So I see Art Nausea down there, Nazani, we see you, come on.
We know you got beautiful watercolor.
Do a campaign, and give us some of your beautiful art, and seppas, oh my gosh, there's a lot
of people in the audience today, and thank you Dizzle.
I'm going to have a special space, and just talk about Dizzle, and what they got going
on, because you know what, NFT aggregator, I got to find a good translation for that
in Farsi, because people don't even know what that means.
All right, back to you, host.
I'm getting excited seeing all the listeners here today.
Yeah, any of you are there who'd like to come and share updates.
Of course, the very talented Sandy's here, so if you have a little bit of a translation
to help me read, she'll definitely help us out, and I think, yeah, haven't heard from
Finotex in a while, and we have Flix Fridays coming up, so please share your updates.
I mean, this has been really an exciting space.
I remember, we used to have a special space.
By the way, where's TerraSpaces?
I think there was a little bit of an overlap.
I'm sorry, I didn't hear what you said, Sandy.
I'm sorry, I just didn't see TerraSpaces today.
Yeah, yeah, that's weird.
Okay, let's probably check on them.
Yeah, I think we all missed out listening to all the wonderful creators.
We actually forgot about most of the things we even wanted to share.
Maybe after the space, we will also try and reach out to Financy where he is, and thank
you, Sandy, for bringing all these wonderful creators here and translating.
This has been, what I was saying was that this has been a really good space because
I remember we used to previously have a special space dedicated to creators in the marketplace
on Fridays, so this seemed very much like the old days when you used to speak about
our creators and the art and the people behind art, so this has been really good listening
to all different people here, and thank you, Sandy, for making this such a vibrant community
right from the start when the Omniflex market began, so thank you.
Now about some updates, and for people who were not there at the start of the space when
I mentioned about the secret phase, you claim your proof of participation in NFT.
I'll give you the updates, but before I'll just share quickly some of the creators and
partners who had reached out to Flix fanatics to promote giveaways or to promote the
giveaway Flix tokens or NFTs, so we had Sentinel Grode DAO who just ended the campaign
on Omniflex TV and have selected five winners and 33,300 DVPN tokens was given by Sentinel Grode DAO,
and it was matched by Flix fanatics with 125 Flix,
which was distributed to five winners selected by them. We have an image page interactive video
by Tardi Grades, and there will be 100 Flix tokens as a giveaway to one of the winners.
We have three NFTs which were sponsored by a creator, More Pound, and that was done to support
the initiatives of the Flix fanatics, and that campaign is live too, it's been pinned,
and it's going to end tomorrow. We even have some Flix giveaways by Honeycomb NFT Collections,
and he had a YouTube video which also would be posted on Omniflex TV, and that's where he
selects the winners randomly through a wheel, and this is something he's going to be doing
every week, so thank you. Now before I also move ahead with the specific sub-DAO update which
is going to be a lot of giveaways and activities, I would also like to mention that one of our
validators has put up a discussion idea on our Discord about listing Flix on a centralized
exchange, and I would probably as a community sub-DAO member want to invite all the community
members to share their ideas and probably have the validators talk about it so we can discuss
and understand about the feasibility of the idea and what our community of validators want from us.
So that being said, let's move ahead with some updates. Let's start. We had our second
anniversary of the chain, and definitely the sub-DAO couldn't let it go without making some
noise, so we had a PFP activity where we had requested our community members to update their
Twitter PF profile picture with a hashtag 222 to Flix, and you would actually see some of them are
still in the space with those PFP. Thank you everyone who participated there. We had a meme
contest, and that was a one-day meme contest on the 22nd. We had a lot of entries, and we selected
three winners. It was done by the Flix fanatics, and each of them got 50 Flix tokens and a Flix
fan batch. There was a Twitter contest where you had to tweet about your favorite OmniFlix feature,
and that ended on the 25th. The winners would be announced tomorrow because we had some more
activities to be planned today, so unfortunately the plan was to do it today, but we'll be
announcing it tomorrow, and those three winners will again get 50 Flix and Flix fan batch.
Then we are going to start with our month with a bang. It will be Flix Friday March,
and this is an alpha for everyone who is here. A head start for all of you.
What we will be basically looking at this time is
viewers. This will be exclusively for participants, for watchers. Even the creators have been part of
our viewers on the OmniFlix TV. Interact with as many interactions as possible.
Interact with as many videos as possible. The top five participants will be getting 500,
400, 300, 200, and 100 Flix tokens, and the next 10 participants in the leadership board will get
50 Flix tokens each. The creators who are going to put up image-based interactions during Flix
Friday will also be rewarded. The rewards will be announced once the Flix Friday ends,
but they will not be forgotten. Each and everyone who interacts with a minimum of 100
interactions, that's not a lot. Ideally you will see around about three to four interactions,
so this is basically 25 to 30 videos. Everyone will be given a Flix fan batch,
and this Flix fan batch will make you eligible for even claiming our Flix fan batch campaign,
which goes out on the first of every month. We have a visually contest, which was probably one
of the most successful we had since the time we started, around about 200, and let me get the
numbers. So we have 243 participants this time, and almost 87 of them have done all the quests.
They've completed all the quests, got the maximum points. The last quest will be going out
after this space in an hour. So this is again an alpha for those who have not yet in the top 50.
Top 50 will be getting 50 Flix tokens each, and everyone who participated mostly will be getting
a Flix fan batch. But if you're not in the top 15 you want to be, you are being in the space,
this is an extra alpha for you. The last quest will be going out an hour after this space ends.
And then we have AMA, which will be happening on the first Friday, and it will be hosted by
our one of our new Flix fanatics who have joined us, Wendy, whom you guys would be knowing. She
tweets a lot of air drop alphas, and now is part of the Flix fam sub-dao, and she will be hosting
that AMA. And you ask the questions, if you are asking a valid question, and our guest selects
the question and answers, every question will be getting 20 Flix tokens and an NFT, not a Flix
fan back, but an NFT from our NFT giveaway back. So there is a quiz on Sunday, make sure you also
participate on the telegram. We are having a lot of fun. We give top three plus five random
participants, each 50 Flix tokens and a Flix fan batch, and we have a lot of fun on Sundays at 2pm
UTC. So these are some of them which have been planned, but I can assure you there is something
very, very interesting planned for March, mid of March, and it's going to be probably huge. Huge
if in case you have missed out on the Flix air drop, maybe this might be a second chance.
That's how big it would be, but that's all the alphas I'm going to give you about that today.
Keep an eye and make sure that you are joining us on all our spaces to get to know more.
This is me. These are the updates, and I will hand over the mic back to the host.
Chuck in now. Thank you. Hi Super, yeah. So first of all, great updates there.
Super excited for having new members join Flix Fanatecs. I think you'll be seeing a lot of
different types of hosts of the creators. The AMAs, if you have recently launched a collection
and would like to be part of the AMA, do each other the Fanatecs team so that they can
put you on the schedule somewhere and you can of course interact with them in a small giveaway
or a campaign and also talk about artwork and inspiration and as a creator, it's always great
to have conversations going on. Hi Sandy, yeah. Secret word. Did I miss the secret word and get
all caught up? The best secret image, and if you go there on the video and you have to basically
identify or choose the right Flix Fanatecs profile picture, handle profile picture from Twitter.
So there's no secret word. It's a secret image. You know what? These tests are getting harder and
harder. Pretty soon you're gonna need a PhD to pass these now. I'm just kidding. Okay, so basically
we got to make sure we pick the right Flix Fanatecs image when it's time to answer that, right? Yep.
Absolutely. The Flix Fanatecs account is even joining the space. I think it's very easy for
people who are in the space right now to see the correct PFP of the Flix Fanatecs, our Twitter
account and select that image. It's super easy if you're in the space, but maybe later on when you
will go there, you might be confused if you're not in the space. So yeah, that's a super easy one.
But yeah, they will get difficult and so the easiest ways to go and participate now. Okay,
and second is if you do participate and get the answer correct, which is super obvious,
do check out and try to use image based interaction in the coming 48 hours.
Means starting tomorrow to give UTC, Flix side in March is going to start and that means if you make
an interactive video using image based interaction, the tutorial of it is already live.
Go check out Twitter. Of course, we'll publish it on the Telegram chats as well and I think
you'll find it on TV as well, publishing a link. You can get your entry in. Your first interactive
video can become an entry into the contest and you can own Flix for that. So that's an easy way
for you to experiment with something. Try image based interactions. It's no code. It's super
simple. So do check it out. I think also, Sandy mentioned a point about tipping. So for those of
you, of course, who participate and collect art work to support artists here and have been doing
that for months or have just started, thank you for that. But you'll also be seeing that a lot
of these creators are also experimenting and publishing their content on Omnix TV, like Sandy,
like RackFM, Articulate, I think Tardigrade also. So yeah, there is Dawn, Langstonian, so many of them
in this space. I'm just reading our names here, but yes, even Flix fanatics. So I know right now,
you don't have anything to collect there, but you can tip them and here is an interesting statistic.
Since I think four, I think it's going to be fifth, but yeah, we have finished four months
since launch. We launched in September. So yeah, since five months, we have had 8.8k,
which is 8,800 unique participants or users of Omnix TV. And 5% of that, almost 5%, which is
around 480 people have tipped other accounts. You have to start. I think that's not only for
the fact that it's an interesting feature, and you can also do IBC tipping, which is like in a
swap from another token, so you don't have to do that. Shout out to Leap Wallet for that. But
I think we need to also start. It's a very easy way for you to show support. And so many people
have already done that. We did a campaign once, but post that, people continue to show up. So here
is, and I know that video NFTs take a separate effort. It's a different medium. So a lot of
these artists who have been like entertained in different arts have experimenting and they're
putting out content. So really appreciate that. And this just works as a great way of sending
a note of thanks or a kudos for them to continue to do that. Because the platform is getting a lot
of good rep as an alternate to a decentralized version of YouTube for people to not lose
their life's work just because of random changes in policy and not being able to do that. That has
happened to so many creators and continues to happen to creators that in the crypto blockchain
space because of changing regulations. But this is a great way for us to thank those people who
are trying something new and putting the work out there. So yes, we are at the 480 mark. Here is to
you guys to continue to push it and to support these creators. And yeah, I think I got the start.
Yeah, so far 7500 flicks have been dimmed. I think current market value that makes it around
2k or something. Yeah, give or take or anything. So that's pretty cool. That's pretty cool for
people to show up and do that. And we hope more and more of you do that. If there are any creators
in the space who would like to come up and talk about the collection or mention anything,
do let us know. On the engineering side, I think last week, Abhishek did a great space in terms of
talking about the upcoming campaign for a feature that we are all psyched about. If you want to
hear it in his voice, which is the best way to experience it, you can go to on flicks TV,
go to flicks analytics channel or check out flicks top 107 and you'll find the snippets so you can
hear out what all he's talking about. And if you want to go into the whole space,
you can also go to flickspaces.com and here flicks top 107. But yes, you're super psyched
about that campaign coming up. And it's for a feature about basically getting drops slash or
an easier word additions of content, which will really make a huge difference in terms of
distribution of video content. So in other news from the engineering side, we have had
the integration of MetaMask snaps on Akashi.du. So if you've not gone and still checked out Akashi.du,
it's a platform for you to learn about decentralized cloud computing. Super easy content,
to be honest. Having learned it, it's a great precursor to diving onto those things.
As you all know, Akash is one of the projects that is really in the highlights.
And you're still early. So if you do want to check out and find a way that you can either
interact with the token or with the technology or the platforms building on top of it,
do check out Akashi.du. We also have, I think, a few more courses that will be coming on the
platform. So it's your time to become like one of the OG learners on the platform.
I really hope that the community sort of finds a way to reward.
I think, yeah, that's about it for engineering updates from my side. Of course, once we have
the rest of the team, I hope it's in calls. I think they can come and share more updates about
the upcoming campaigns. Meanwhile, don't forget to take part in fix Friday. Super, any last words
from you? Any updates? I think, yeah, I think only thing I would like to recommend here is,
guys, make sure that you do participate in all the activities that fixed analytics are doing.
And we are available for any thoughts or suggestions of feedback. Even if it's not
as positive, we are always welcoming that. I can assure you that all the ideas are given to the
team. All the relevant ideas are passed on to the team. I cannot assure you that all the
feedbacks could be implemented this month itself, but I can assure you that every feedback is taken
very seriously. That's the reason we are here as a community sub-doubt. The team has always been
very supportive in terms of what they hear from the community or from the sub-doubt. I can even
see that there are some people who are now worried about the prize action of the Flicks Open.
It has done the 25X. It's probably doing some correction now, but it's definitely going to go
only one way over a period. And with the staking rewards that you will be getting,
if you are staking your Flicks tokens, I can assure you that if you are with the Flicks
for a few months, the prize wouldn't matter as much. Just keep your Flicks tokens, keep some of
those staked. You will be getting some Atom Osmo Juno 2. Make sure that you participate in
our activities. Earn some more Flicks. Tip those to the creators you like. Have their NFTs.
Trade some of the NFTs. Use our LP on Astropolt now. It's been listed on Astropolt. Use it on
Osmosis. Let us know about all the experiences, any changes. There is going to be some more
non-rewarded activities too by the Flicks fanatics. But I would like to share those probably next
week when we'll be in March about some new activities we are going to be bringing in
from our new Flicks fanatics. But keep an eye and stay tuned.
Amazing. Thank you everyone for tuning in. Shout out to all the creators who did take
all the time to also listen in and couldn't join to talk as well. But we see the work and
we love it. Excited for all the new content, collections that you bring in. And if you do
have time, please let us know if you'd like to come and talk about something special in the next
Flicks Talk episode. We will definitely make the time for it. I think that's about it for my side.
Thanks for tuning in again and I'll be ending this phase in three, two, and one.
