That was a weird sound effect. That's a new one. I've never heard that. It's a picture of a robot. I thought it'd be more like beep, beep, beep. Yeah. Some of the soundboard sounds are pretty unexpected. I was laughing.
the other day when Johnna put one off on the my del space. Same thing is happening many times. What's going on everybody? Happy Friday. Happy Friday. Happy Friday. Everyone's super excited to have you all up today.
We're going to get started in a couple minutes. If everyone can just tweet out the space, there's a little icon on the bottom right side of your screen. If everyone could just tweet this out and let your network know that we're here today, they'd be really appreciated. And yeah, happy Friday, everyone. Really excited to be here.
Happy Friday. Is everyone over in the States? Am I the only one in Europe?
Well, I am over in SoCal. I can't speak for other speakers today, but yeah, I'm in California, so I don't know about anybody else. I think Jarrett is New York.
Yeah, I'm in Connecticut actually. The GM in the States to I was out to it was so origami. It's always GM time. Always. Yeah, I'm in California too. Also Southern California. Oh nice. Oh origami just requested a mic.
(door slams)
So I know Andrew from origami will yes some other things going on right now so he might come up as a speaker later on the space but super happy to have origami here. Andrew is a master coordinator for spaces.
I'm excited to be a part of this and I want to chime in and say I'm in Austin, Texas. Where it's been beautiful today. Hi, sir. Are you are you going to consensus next month? I am. Yes. So got some plans for consensus.
Okay, okay, cool. Yeah, maybe towards the end of the space we can talk about upcoming events and if anybody plans on going to consensus, I'm trying to weigh out if I should or not. I've never gone, but it seems like a lot of high quality speakers and projects are going so I'm considering it.
Alright, so I haven't done this in a while, but I think a really good way to start off these spaces is just taking a couple intentional breaths, really setting an intention today for why you're here, what you want to get out of this and what you want to deliver to attendees coming today.
So if everyone just wants to take a couple deep breaths, just release anything that's not serving you, just clear the air, just be here, be in your authentic truth, speak your truth, and release anything that's no longer serving you. I invite you all to take a couple deep breaths right now.
Okay, and with that we can go ahead and jump in. So I'll start with an introduction. My name is Rachel. I'm a coalition success stewarded opolis. My job is to lead our Web 3 partnership initiative. So I look for different impactful projects to highlight and basically aim to encourage ecosystem growth for opolis.
while empowering individuals to become their own boss and to be self-sovereign through OPLIS. And yeah, I'm really excited to be here today. We host these spaces every week and we'll be doing some spaces next week as well that I'll share. And without further ado, I'll pass the mic over to our speakers to give some introductions. We can start with Adam.
All right, hi everyone. My name is Adam Miller. I go by the thriller in the world of crypto and I am a Dow enthusiast to say the least I would say my mission in life has become to help bring down to the world and the way I do that
is I'm a co-founder of a company called MyDow, which the short version for now is we provide legal entities, they're Dow LLCs for Dows, and they're based in the Marshall Islands. And I'm sure we'll get to get into more later.
But just a quick preview is, you know, a lot of people like to say that code is law from our perspective code is not law until you put it into some kind of legal framework, whether it's a contract or a law or regulation. And that's what we want to help everybody do.
Awesome. Thanks so much for sharing Adam and next we have Jarrah James who is working with Bankless Dow and a little bit with Lido. So Jarrah's feel free to give an introduction. Hey, what's up everybody? Well, I started off
I was like, before getting into crypto, I got into the wash v best community and got into gm e pretty early and a mc and then once I noticed that
