Thanks so much to both of our guests for joining us.
Let's kick off the interactive part.
I will cue you in order on my end.
When you hear your name, just unmute and jump in.
First up, Danny, can you hear me?
DANNY KANANI- I can.
I hear you very well.
OK, thank you.
Say hi to our audience and give us
an introduction about yourself.
DANNY KANANI- Hey, everyone.
Happy to join today with MGBX, one of the best exchange I know and I use.
So a little bit about me, you know, I started crypto back in 2017, so more than eight years ago already and being very active in web 2 and then web 3
from like four or five years building my socials on x and telegram and building my community
and telegram and building my community going to conferences sometimes uh said i'm not gonna be
able to visit turkey in 2049 but i know mgbx will have nice boot there so if you guys go definitely
stop by their boot and this is it with me
And this is it with me.
Thanks, Deb, for that intro, Danny.
And you can tell that he has real hands-on experience
since he had like five years of training.
And since he has started training at 2017
and have five years building his community.
And also, Dex, can you hear me?
Dex, are you there? Bebu? Yeah, I can hear you.
Please make a brief introduction about yourself.
First of all, I would like to thank you for giving me a chance to speak here.
My name is Salim and I am manager of Bitbull, likely known as Bitgur in Web3.
So I have been in crypto like three to five years and it's been a good experience
for me and I'm glad to be part of this cryptocurrency journey and I am doing trading spot and following the
narratives from the group up I try to keep things simple like conviction patience and
knowing when to take risk and when to exit the market. That's my point of view and my crypto journey.
That's all.
All right, great.
Now that we've met both of you, let's get into today's topic.
Firstly, we mentioned earlier that MGPX is really leaning into a spot right now.
Let's talk about the way you actually trade spot.
What trains or signals do you usually watch?
Give us a couple that you really drive your decisions.
Bipu, can you do it first?
Yeah, let me come to this point.
Yeah, let me come to this point.
Actually fast port trading you need to watch main thing.
There are two main things like exchanges inflow and outflows and the other thing you need
to watch is narrative it means that you need to check what
projects are you getting in and how it will deliver for you in future if you are doing spot
trading you need to do research on the project you need to read white papers you need to visit their official websites and check their
roadmap these are the things you need to keep in mind before getting in any project first part and
it depends like how moderation you want to get in for that projects if supplies
draining from exchanging and social chatters picks up at the
same that's my green green light for the project did you get it yeah yeah of course thank you
thank you people that makes sense like influence and outflows and of course the white paper and official materials for the program is very important. And Danny, how about you? What signal do you watch?
Thank you for the question.
Bitbo, go ahead. You wanted to add something maybe?
No, no, you can keep going.
Okay, so the first actually I'm going to repeat Big Bull because when I trade spot I also watch the current trend which is very important.
watch the current trend, which is very important.
You guys need to identify the overall trend.
And if it's uptrend, to buy the dips, to watch and to buy the dips.
If it's downtrend, to avoid or sell the top moving tokens,
because in most of the cases, these top moving tokens,
they dump shortly after you get in, and the experience is not good.
Then the other thing you have to pay attention is DCA which means dollar cost averaging. How
it works guys it's like you need to invest fixed amount I mean you choose
amount you like at regular intervals like you can do it daily you can do it weekly you can do it even monthly
and you have to do this regardless of the price which is important because you know this is
actually the best for the long-term investors who don't worry about short-term volatility, and you guys know market is very volatile lately.
I do trade long-term most of the time,
maybe probably around 90% of the time,
so I do use this and it's very helpful
because it reduces risk of entering at the top
and smooths out the volatility.
It's important.
The other thing which I want to mention is the breakout trading.
It's here.
You have to wait for the price to consolidate,
then enter when it breaks above resistance with strong volume
the volume is very important when you trade because a lot of people that enter
web3 and crypto now they go into low volume tokens and they they are disappointed because they are not moving.
So always watch for high volume ones.
Then the most important thing actually is when you trade on spot, don't put any emotions.
Just watch the chart, maybe read some news of the token you're trading, but don't put any emotions because if you put emotions, you'll be finished. Thank you.
Right. Thank you, Danny. That's very practical for every trader. It's like don't put emotions and watch high values and some breakout trainings.
Thank you so much. Now that we've covered what signal you watch,
let's talk about where you actually looking next. Things like RWA, AI, Mimi are a lot of kids.
Which narrative do you watch most in sports and which direction do you think could turn to the next hot spot and danny your turn
so this is easy for me because you know i'm tol so i always read the last news and watch
the hot ones currently i mean the one hot ones all the time is meme tokens i know a lot of people
trade memes but guys with memes you have to be very careful because you know a lot of them they
launch they list and then they die so this is not good when you trade memes i want to mention
something just trade the well-known memes maybe like uh bonk like floki or this do i dodge
trade these tokens don't trade any uh newborn tokens uh then the other meta i currently see
newborn tokens.
Then the other meta I currently see, it's AI.
And again, actually, AI agent tokens, they again
are getting popular because AI agent tokens,
they were popular a little bit last December for a bit.
And then now again picking up, I see some good performance from them lately.
AI, you know, always will be a hot meta and it's just starting.
we are in the very beginning of ai i mean a lot more to come uh the other narrative which is hot
We are in the very beginning of AI.
I mean, a lot more to come.
at the moment is uh real world assets tokenization rwa short name it's uh you know for the people
who are not familiar this is like tokenizing stuff like real estates, bonds, commodities, even invoices.
So this is hot and there are a lot of good projects in this narrative.
And then the last one for me, which has good potential, is Deppin projects, like the projects working
on edge computing, networks, sensors, like the Internet of Things, infrastructure and
blockchain.
So these ones are also good ones ones these are for me the current methods
who how is your name juliana the right one yeah yeah yeah yeah good thanks for sharing that
um can i make that what specific program that you are watching right now
what specific program that you are watching right now?
Why are you asking me for any specific?
Like what your specific project you are watching?
Yes, specific projects.
You know, if we talk about AI agencies,
it's a whole world tie, actually.
It's a good one who got listed recently.
Whole about meme tokens, I always watch Bonk and Doge.
Like, I can mention these two.
And yeah, actually, I can mention a lot of them.
But let's stay with those with these three
all right i got you okay so let's move to um people what about you
like what you are watching right now
you are watching right now
yeah I agree with Danny
Danny is his name
yeah my name is Danny
okay thank you thank you
I agree with my bro Danny
as we can see
meme queens trend is almost getting over and people are getting lost from their
previous bags so for me meme trend is not for the most focused projects right now RWA because
institutions are finally getting in for long term and AI because it's the bridge
between web 2 and web 3 adoption so for me real estate and artificial intelligence projects are quite impressive.
So I'm definitely in for AI projects like TAU, Render, Zig and we have SPECT.
I hope you guys know about these projects.
So I'm holding all of these AI projects
and I hope in the upcoming months,
like as we enter in Q4 and we can see all season.
So there will be a massive rally for these projects,
like I mentioned about AI projects.
So I am in for AI and RWA.
Great, great. I heard a big overlap with your two guys.
And of course, AI and RWA are very
hit and they're like higher potential for us.
So we will take your reads and fold them into how we screen
higher potential spots for users on MGB X.
Great. For our next question,
we all know that feeling you read the narrative right,
but the tree still goes sideways.
Have you ever been burned chasing a hot theme?
What's your anti-FOMO checklist?
Please walk us through one
quick example and what went wrong and what you changed. And Bipo, your turn please.
And Danny, would you like to speak? Yes. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
I'll take this.
Actually, I love this question.
Let me, guys, let you know my anti-FOMO checklist.
So every time before I touch the buy button,
I run through a few questions,
and I'll share them with you.
The first one is narrative strength.
You know, I'm always asking myself,
is this just Twitter hype?
Because a lot of QLs, a lot of people,
they post for some targets on Twitter.
They bring hype.
But is it just the hype?
Or I ask myself, or is there on chain volume,
death activity, partnerships, new listings?
Always have to ask yourself this before you buy.
And then another thing when it comes to narrative strength,
I check Google Trends and Messari reports.
I suggest you guys, I advise you to check Messari reports.
I mean, he's doing very good ones and with a lot of knowledge, so it's always good to read them.
with a lot of knowledge, so it's always good to read them.
Then we move into the second part from my anti-FOMO checklist,
is chart setup, which is important if you can read the charts.
Actually, I know for some people it takes some time to learn how to do it.
Actually, I know for some people, it takes some time to learn how to do it.
So when it comes to chart setup, I always ask myself,
am I buying at support or chasing a breakout candle, which is important?
And then formal trades usually mean you are buying green candles at resistance.
you are buying green candles at resistance.
Then the other, the next checkpoint from my checklist
is liquidity and volume, very important ones.
So here the questions that come to my mind,
and I'm looking for an answer,
is like for every token I want to buy i'm asking does does this token
here is actually enough debt that i can exit without uh looking my position because you know
many tokens they have they don't have good liquidity and when you sell uh it's not good and you first the chart is getting bad after that
then it's you're not taking good money for it because it is very important the liquidity and you know thin liquidity it's a huge slippage when you when
you are wrong so guys avoid tokens with in liquidity always invest in ones with fat liquidity The next one from my anti-FOMO checklist is I watch, I look the risk and reward ratio.
How I do this?
So, yeah, like I am asking myself, can I clearly define a stop loss?
like if you
do futures
for example
for newbies in crypto, for new people
in crypto I never advise them to do futures
because most of the time
they lose, spot is always safe
on spot you can
stop loss for you, just watch where the token will go and where
if it's dipping too much where to sell to don't lose a lot of money it's so like
for myself I'm I'm asking you know question, like, am I risking 10%
downside for only
20% upside,
bad, of course, because you're
making way less money this way,
you are risking 5% downside
upside, which is
good if it's happened next one from my checklist is the
position size discipline also an important one when it comes to Antiformer
checklist here I always ask myself if this trade is sized as a moonshot like small
percent or a core conviction bet like a larger percent you know because FOMO often is uh is oversizing and I already speak about that because like for example in
socials when you see FOMO most of the people they post because I mean a lot
of them they just get paid to post.
They don't post because they are believers.
And they drive fake FOMO, I can say.
And then the last one from my anti-FOMO checklist is the exit plan.
You always have to have one exit plan for you.
Where do I take profits? Very important question.
I know a lot of you are asking, like,
we always have to put target.
Where do you need to take profits?
And what invalidates my thesis?
Also, here is interesting like to ask yourself when you watch the token
you invested already for news dies volume fades narrative rotators and so on and so on
And I can give actually one example here because I was...
Actually, I can give many examples which turned it bad to me, but I'll stick just with one.
You know, back in 2021, I'm sure a lot of you guys remember that Facebook was rebranded to Meta.
And then there was one token, actually two of them,
mana and sand, sand coming from sandbox.
Both of them were sending.
Their narratives were extremely hot,
they were shilling everywhere.
What I did wrong here, I want to share this because it's important.
I mean, I discovered the FOMO right because the tokens, they were pumping, everyone were talking for them everywhere.
But my biggest mistake and my major mistake was that I entered late and lately a lot of people do this.
I entered late when it comes to sand on the third or
fourth big green candle
which is like classic FOMO
and I was you know
keep believing that it will keep
pumping and pumping
but no it didn't
happen like this because
I was late and then
actually I'm to give another example
from this year, which is fresh.
And a lot of people, they lost money because of it.
It's a Trump token.
You know, many people, they enter a Trump token very late,
and they lost money, like maybe 80% of the people.
A lot of people only insiders and early ones who invested in Trump actually
make some money.
Then most of the people were late.
Thank you, Juliana.
Hopefully this was a good answer.
Yeah, that was very, very good.
And I heard a lot.
And it's a very great reminder
for all of us.
Like I heard to recharge and read Google trends.
Like we have to pay attention to the liquidity and volume
and also the risk and ratio and discipline
and when to excite.
And also he gave us a very good example
of talking about meta.
Also, now let's move to Wipu.
How about you? Do you have any stories?
Also, do you have any special checklist for us?
Yeah. I would like to add something as my brother Danny said.
We need to check multiple things before
getting enter into any project so I would like to share my personal
experience on FOMO back in December 2024 there was a lot of hype about
VOO token I hope you everyone knows about it there's an exchange named as
WooX and they have native token Woo so there was a lot of hype of Woo that is
going to be on $1 and $2 and likely I have bought almost 10k dollars of Wo.
At that time BTC was at 60k.
So now we can see BTC hits all time high of 124k dollars and my bags are 90% down I bought my Woo token at $0.6 and now it's trading around $0.07 so it's a lesson
for me that you don't need to do FOMO on every single token you need to check before entering that whether it has future or not or it's a good for long term or not so
i learned a lot of things from that that you just don't need to chase green candles
you need to do risk management and your size positions whether you can invest small amount or a big amount and build conviction
in a few narrative instead of chasing any cheap or hype tokens.
Most of the calls are just chilling it because they are getting paid for it.
So you don't need to enter on their calls
you need to check and do your own research before entering and doing in any form and
like and because and the other thing like anti-formo so i have one rule for that i don't i don't chase green candles
i just wait for retest and see if it's come into my radar i enter otherwise i don't if i missed it
i missed it i will not run for it and do f that it will give me a profit. So that's all from
Appreciate it. And yeah, do your search is indeed important. Okay, so before we move
to our last question, we've covered a lot tonight.
Let's land this with something practical. Could each of you give us some of your
do's and don'ts for beginners in sport training? And Danny, can you do first?
Thank you. So let's start with do's. I hope people who maybe will write somewhere or will remember my dos, which are, you know, I have experience and I learned that they are important.
Guys, like, you know, keep size tiny until you have built discipline.
If you enter Web3 now, if you enter crypto now,
the best is to start with less capital.
Don't start big.
No, no, no.
Start small because then comes the second do, actually,
is to learn basic charting, which is important when you trade.
Like identity support, resistance, moving average,
and volume trends before pulling the trigger.
It is important.
So you have to learn this.
From where to learn, maybe you ask.
A lot of information on Google, even on YouTube.
There are also books for reading charts.
So it's easy.
It's easy to
read and learn uh the next do is when you start and you are a beginner is to keep a
note for you like note why you enter it this trade why you bought this token, your plan and how at the end play it out because
patterns in your behavior matter more than charts at first. So you have to actually study yourself in the beginning and what you do so it's important the other do which is
extremely important is to use risk limits like risk max one or two percent of your portfolio per trade. And if your trade doesn't look good and start to dip very quick, just cut
it. Just sell and cut the loss because if you hold and you hope that the token will
come back, I'll tell you something. In most of the cases, the token don't come back actually keep dipping and the feeling
is not good the other important do for me is to be to have different portfolio and it's important because actually, I'm going to share one example with me.
A few years back, I put everything in WUNA.
And I know a lot of people, they know what's happened with WUNA.
And I lost everything.
And it was quite a lot.
So guys, don't invest in only one token. Never do that. Don't do it. Just do maybe four or five. And from this four or five, always do at least two to be boot chips.
which tokens are the blue chips of course the major ones like Bitcoin like
Ethereum for this too you can be sure that long-term investing will do
will do well I can say and if we go in the past we will see where Ethereum and
Bitcoin was years back and where are they now.
The other important thing for me is do think in time frames. Like decide for yourself if this will be a day trade,
if this will be a swing or will be a long-term halt.
For every token you buy, you have to keep this in mind.
Because, for example, if it's a day trade
if I day trading something
I'll be watching
actually most of the time
I'll be watching the chart
but if it's long term
I'll buy and I'll not
even look the price
I'll just check it out maybe
every few days.
And then the last do, which is important,
and I advise you guys to do it, is to stay liquid.
Always to have some stable coins on the side for opportunities
because in crypto, you know, opportunities, they always come
and you always have to be prepared when the opportunities come.
So always keep some stable tokens on the site,
maybe like 10, 20% of your capital, just keep it on the site.
So now we move to don'ts, which are also important.
We already talked about the first one i'll mention don't chase green candles because this is never finished well for nobody if you chase green candles so
don't do it the other thing if you do futures don't trade without a stop loss because the chance you'll be
liquidated it's very very high so always put stop loss always don't over leverage narratives, which is important because, you know, I want to mention like, you know, hype tokens, FOMO tokens, they move fast both ways sometimes. quickly and then after that they dump quickly and they pump again and it's not good
for you because you have to
size small until you have got proof of staying
power. Most important don't
for me over these years, over all these years
is don't over trade
never over trade because
the quality of your trades
will get bad
a lot of people think
more trades
it's more profits
no no no it's not working like this
wait for good like this wait for
good setups
guys wait for good
charts to enter
and this is
where you make money I mean
not just trading
trading trading
not working this way
important don't I already talked about it,
is don't let emotions lead, because many people still
let their emotions do their trades, which is very wrong.
You know, like example, like FOMO and revenge trading,
which actually I do sometimes even now revenge trading
when you lose on some trade and you want to revenge
and you want to trade, the same token again, and you lost again.
So don't do this.
Don't do this because it's revenge trading almost never
work and the last uh don't i want to mention is to don't skip the fundamentals they are very important
like even in crypto in web 3 you know liquidity team tokenomics listings they always matter so
you always have to check all of this and actually here i want to mention always look if the team is active in the community chats, if the socials
are active and they are posting quite often.
This is important.
And yeah, this is it from me, Juliana.
Yeah, thank you, Danny.
It was good to hear you.
So I would like to add something that I would like to add something in short that we need
to check two major things for my advice for new traders that don't take any financial advice
from anyone always do your own research before entering into any project and the other one is don't trade small caps only invest in big caps because small caps i don't see any long-term
vision long-term planning for small projects and for the big caps like btc ethereum bnb solana xrp
and all top 20 tokens on Queen Market Cap.
I would like to suggest you that you should check these
because most of the tokens didn't make any all-time high these days.
So there's a lot of chances that soon we can see an alt season in Q4 and I hope they will give you a good returns like 2x, 3x and there's a token like ADA and ALGO and some other tokens that are in top 20.
So you should keep in mind that and these are the good ones to
make a good gains so one thing that I wanna repeat don't take financial
advices just make your own research and stick to your plan thank you
thank you so much for both of you guys.
And the highlights I'm catching are deals for like we start more and stay liquidy and always do your own research.
And don't like we should not invest one token and don't invest small caps and don't over trade and be emotional.
And those are very good tips thanks for that
and let's keep those principles in mind when we are trading so for our final question back to the
platform how has your experience on mgbx been so far and what is your favorite part about MGBX and what is the one optimization direction you'd like us to tackle next?
Yeah, good question. First of all, MGBX is a good and very popular exchanges in crypto journey.
My experience with MGBX has been smooth so far. The research tools and listing discipline really stand out and it comes on top.
One thing I would love to optimize is more real time allows for spot opportunities.
As it makes execution far more faster and more precise and I have seen a good volume and liquidity on MGBX so my experience was
my experience is very good till now let's see how it works in future thank you
thank you so much.
And Danny, please.
Yeah, I'm using MGBX quite a long time already.
What I like is the liquidity and depth on key pairs, like, combined with the analytics
layer, which is important most of the pairs pairs
they have strong order book uh says to clean data which is good for me and i can i can trade on MGBX with confidence, which is, you know, I don't do it on many exchanges.
So this is a very important thing to trade with confidence.
Some suggestions from me, maybe in the future, is to maybe do something like narrative tracker dashboard, something that will show
which sector are getting flows, like depping, airways, the sectors we have talked.
I mean, this will be helpful for the traders to see where the money are going.
Thank you, Juliana.
Thank you, appreciate it.
We will put all of this into our product roadmap and share the progress with you through our official channels.
And now let's move to the Q&A sessions.
Does any of our audience have any questions?
Like pharmacists?
Yeah, Gem, Gem everyone.
Gem to the host, Juliana jim to crypto um bitbow and judith um
yeah i'm pharmacist um i'm also actually um affiliated with um mgbx as i'm one of the
manager and yeah i don't know i know maybe we haven't talked in person but i believe um judith
have been we have been chatting on the tg group so um nothing much i i just came into the space i
i was on another space when this place was going on so i'm sorry for actually coming late
um then i also want to um give a big shout out to mgbx for the amazing work um i mean
i'm gonna see the post notifications that um new coins have been listed on the exchange
it's actually an amazing thing it's um it's it makes it makes sense and i really enjoy what you
guys are doing so so i just wanna i just wanna say a big shout out to you guys and I really really appreciate them. I also want to contribute some few things to what they have said so far about trading and investing in projects, in coins, in tokens.
tokens um yeah a quick one i just want to say that um um at first i think someone said that
you shouldn't take um any financial advice from anyone yeah that's actually um amazing thing
because um i i i took a financial advice from a guy on um a guy on i think on telegram and
he messed me up yeah so um that's actually one key thing and i also want to tell you guys that
um when you're actually investing on tokens um if you actually look at them the utility um what
what what is actually providing liquidity for these um projects um let's say maybe listen at
the long run um mgbx actually launched um their own native token yeah for me it's actually um it would
be an amazing thing because um i'll i'll go all in why because um i know that these guys actually
have um have something that is actually providing a liquidity for the project so it would be it would
be a long-term project and um let's look at the life of bnb and the bid get open they're actually doing well on the crypto space so when you're actually
investing don't look at the utility you look at what is providing liquidity for this project look
at the supporters the investors do a lot of research go through the white paper read everything
about the project line by line and lastly um why you
are as a trader because i'm i'm also a trader i trade crypto and forex as well so yeah we also
need to trade with your stop loss yeah whenever you hit your stop loss for the day just go home
just go on for that day um be a disciplined trader don't trade with the emotions, don't trade to revenge your loss at the market.
The market most times bounces back and it might go against you, it might go in your favor but whatever you see that, just take it.
Don't trade under pressure. So without wasting much of our time, I really really appreciate what you guys are doing and i give a big shout out to you guys
thank you for always and hosting the space and sorry for coming thank you guys
thank you so much for sharing your stories and any other questions judy
Yeah. Hi guys. Good evening.
I've just heard and I think you are so brilliant.
I have a question for you.
I've been so interested in this field
and I can see every single transaction
I make with crystal clear details.
So as an expert, do you have any advice for new traders?
Could you please repeat the question, Judith?
I think I've been so interested in this field.
So as an expert, do you have any otherwise for new trader
absolutely a new trader
so i don't know if i get this right like uh do i have any tools like like a trader to use or something like that? Are you sure this is the question?
yeah, maybe you can
maybe you have some good suggestions
for some new
traders, I think.
Yeah, actually, you know when it comes to tools because actually we didn't talk about the tools for trading which are important and i think this
information will be good for everyone uh you know when it comes to charting and technical analysis
comes to charting and technical analysis, the best I use and the best most of the people use
is TradingView. I know a lot of people using it. I'm using it. So, you know, TradingView is the
standard for charting, indicators, alerts, and community scripts. So, most of the people in crypto are using trading views.
Then if you are trading memes or even some other projects,
I often use DexTools and DexScreener.
I know a lot of you also using it.
Mostly when I trade memes, I use Dextools and Dexteriner.
They are good ones because they are showing the holders, the chart,
and you can get good information from there.
About the market data and research, when it comes to this, the best platform to use, of course,
CoinGecko and CoinMarketCap, because for every token there,
you have quick market overview, you have token info info you have socials you pretty much have everything
and you can check easy I also mentioned already in the city it's he has very good analysis so
always good to read him but yeah the majority and for newbies i believe coin market cup and coin
getco are the best when it comes to risk management which is important when we trade
to manage the risk so we don't lose a lot or we make more money.
You know, for spot trading,
these are the stop limit,
and one cancels the other orders,
which you can read about in Google,
so I don't need to explain them here because
we will take many hours then for port for portfolio trackers you can use uh
zirion or coin stats actually coin stats it is a good one when it comes to portfolio trackers.
And then for the narrative tracking, you know, and sentiment,
the other guy, Bitbull, says to don't take any financial advices i'll join this but still when it comes to narrative always check socials uh like twitter telegram it's important to see what's going on there about the
talking you're trading then the other thing i check personally is winner crush giving you
good social sentiment analysis like how often people talk about this project
how how often is mentioned on socials and so on. It's a good information to have. Google Trends, I mentioned them.
And of course, the news, to read the news.
The best places where you can read news and I can advise,
of course, is a coin desk.
One of them, the other one, of course,
you can read news also next because there are a lot of news
over there but you have to be sure that you are reading actually true news because sometimes they
are fake news and it's important to know which ones are fake and which ones are true and then when it comes to discipline
i already talked about it also
like if you uh if you love working on the laptop or computer or tablet there are good trading
journal applications like uh i'm gonna mention the one we all know excel i mean it's i know many
people is have to work with excel but, a lot of people know it.
And then there is Notion, Trader Sync.
I mean, you can always search on Google for those applications
and find the one you can work with.
And alerts, I already said, TradingView.
TradingView is the best tool for traders.
Thank you so much.
