Hey, Ilya from Tegache pleasure to have you on for today's
Twitter space about future social gaming on telegram and ton we'll just give a couple minutes for more folks to jump on We're really excited about today's Twitter space because Tungotji is one of my favorite games on telegram and one of the first
Tom projects that we partnered with and interacted with and we've learned a lot over the past six months building on Tom. So excited for him to share with everybody what Tom Gachi is doing and the future.
of telegram social gaming. So with that I'll let Tom Ganchi Ilya to introduce himself Ilya. Hi Jeff thank you so much for inviting me here. Hello guys I should say
before I started that English is not my first language so I speak very good Portuguese but it doesn't help me a lot in crypto spaces so I will try my best
No problem. Honestly, English is really good. Much better than the other people I've talked to, for sure. So I'm glad you made the time today. So go ahead.
Yeah, thank you very much. Well, you want to know about the game or you want me to introduce myself, what I'm doing. Yeah, come on, introduce yourself. I'm gaming. And then, I'm Taji and Ton.
Okay, thank you. Well, I came to turn one year ago. I started as a fan of NFT collections. I betcha doesn't belong to me.
But I like it the community I started firstly with Tom Panks I liked the guys how they approach the work in community like people were doing a lot of stuff for
this enough to a collection it's a community and I'm such a guy that I don't want to wait for when floor will start going up I need to do something by myself for
this result. So I started doing the game. Firstly it was developed for Tompanks community. It should be only bought again. That would help
bring more value to this collection. But after two months of working we realized that this project could be by itself and we could create a good
game, maybe the best in tonkommune. So we decided to create own game, which is tongue-gauge. You just open the bot, grab your pet and start take care of it, like go to the toilet.
go to sleep but if the health drops to zero you lose your bet. After I don't know maybe three months of game play we also understood
that the players want something more active and we created the web app game which is you can see like a browser game where you can run with your pet see other players because this is multiplayer game
You can see other people, Zepads too. And kill zombies and farm some chest to improve items of your pet. Make it stronger.
So yeah, I I just want to say something very quickly. I I love the you know the concept obviously Inspired by Yamaguchi from many years ago. I'm old enough to have one of those
I put my backpack and playing at the school, growing up with friends. I think the cool thing about what you've done is the social elements of it and just making it very easy on Telegram, right? Just like
Like when I used to go to school, I had the device hooked on my backpack. The ease of taking care of your pet is very, very important. And there are other competitors, but they don't have it on Telegram. And I think that's really the secret sauce.
Then on top of that is also the fact that you have like a public arena for all your friends to kill zombies together, do the things together, socialize. It's a metaverse. You have a metaverse for the tongue-gad cheese. I think that's very cool and important as well to social elements of it.
very very brilliant and yeah I encourage everybody in the community to check out some gaunchy go ahead and you know there is another thing that make this telegram games
just a little bit better. I don't know, I would call it by another name, but I will use the word better right now. When you use some application, some device to play,
This project can send you some messages. The team behind the game can speak with you.
In terms of Tungochi, we not only speak with our users in Telegram channel, we also can send messages via Telegram bot.
So it helps us to engage more with our users. Right now we are having about 1,100 players. There's people who play DIGGY.
game every day and in the BUB we are having about 200 people who place every day. That's great. So let's welcome back to Tung
But let's talk about maybe telegram and ton blockchain. Obviously you've been in the space and the ecosystem for a year, over a year now. What do you think about ton and telegram and for the future of gaming? Right now, obviously, ton
prices are down a lot, but the market is just really bad, not just ton, and then, and telegram continues to grow, at least in the United States, on the Western, you know, Europe. Everyone I talk to, telegram is probably the number one communication
App to connect with people. So I think Eastern Europe is not the case, but it's growing and then Asia as well as growing. So just overall thoughts, you know, what do you think about Todd and telegrams growth look like and yeah, where do you see the play out?
Look, this is very important to note that it's very easy to build up on Telegram. I don't need to build any application. I don't want to spend the money. I'm not going
to lose my game because of the non-up store saying that crypto is bad so we are going to delete it from our stores. So in Telegram you can build up on Telegram you can use
bots and communicate with your customers which help you a lot in terms right now we are having 1000 players this is more than I would say 3k players
in a game from application. Because application game to speak with the customers need to send push-ups which are almost not visible for people right now.
because you receive it a lot. I usually disconnect all the push-ups because I don't like it. So, in Telegram this is a different story. Also, I would say that Telegram is able
to create new crypto. It's like if you look to our services like GoodJemps, Donkkan, Donkipper, it's very
user friendly, very friendly for new customers, for new people who are first time in crypto. And in turn, we have a lot of people who came to crypto first time using
So what else? Ton is able to engage more new people to crypto because when we speak about
games you don't need to play the game. It's still an NFT game, it's still a crypto game, but to start you don't need a wallet. If you look to some
Polygon games or other blockchain. Try to see it like when the person comes the first time to crypto and he wants to play the game.
How his roadmap looks like. Firstly, she needs to download application or go to sometimes this is browser game. Then she needs to create a wallet.
seed rays, after it, he goes to exchange by some crypto and transfer it to the wallet. So there are a lot of steps which he will make
first time and the game will lose this person because he doesn't want this kind of drop. This is too much for him for first time. When I speak about Don games, for example,
I'm going to speak about the games right now. You just need your Telegram account. You start, for example, bot, yes. And you can play the game and you don't need even a wallet because sometimes we use
In telegram bot wallets like wallet and there are another one ton rocket bot. I use usually ton rocket bot. For example in April we had
and even in the game where people could receive rewards by playing and these rewards were tokens from other ton projects. So when even
When we finish, even people just need to send a comment to the board, claim comment and they would receive the stockings to the wallet of the Unrocketbot.
So it's very easy to engage new people.
Well, when we speak about other Black chains, they can't just do that.
So that's why I believe on IntelliGram.
Thank you. Yeah, I think that's a great breakdown of the user journey. Right. Ultimately, if the game is not that complex, right? I think onboarding
users and reducing friction should be prioritized. And yeah, so if we look at this current market and the next cycle, many of us think gaming will be crucial for converting new users and you
capital into Web 3. As we see right now, Genervii is siphoning a lot of the capital and attention right now from Web 3. But I think there's going to be synergistic
relationships within the next year. At that point in time, I think gaming will be a catalyst for helping us get out of this bear market and getting us a lot of users. As we see in gaming, there's a lot of innovation
right now with autonomous worlds, on-chain gaming essentially. I think Telegram as a form factor is going to be very, very instrumental in pushing that narrative forward. So all great points, Ilya.
So maybe we go back to a Tunggachi to wrap it up. You know, we can do these Twitter spaces a lot more. I wanted to focus on this one more for introducing you and Tunggachi to our community.
a lot more who will listen to this after the Twitter space. I think it's because it's Friday. But yeah, for Tom Kahnchee, what's your roadmap? You know, your game is very functional. It's probably
one of the better bug free. I feel like there's no issues on your game. Whenever I play it, there's never been an issue. What other features or components do you want to build for Tunggachi for the rest of 2023?
Well, thank you for saying that we don't have a lot of issues because as for me they have a lot of bugs to be done. Well, right now we are working on our in-game market
So our players will be able to sell and buy items in the game using our pet token, which is only one token in our game.
It was released a week ago, but we need to make it a little bit better. Then right now we are having an event where people can like
by some items in the game with gold, gold, it's an item that players can receive by making quests in the game. So you don't need to spend any money
money to receive the gold and then you can spend this money on the gold on coupons. And every week we will distribute 25 NFTs among all
players who has such coupons. After during this event we are working on optimization of the game because we have some back
bugs and lags. This is fine because firstly we were focused on go-to-market strategy so we haven't done a lot of job in the
So, we want to make allow our users to open a chest from the game so they would be able to get
items for making their pet stronger like weapons, defender items and this will change
pets, hertyristics. What else? We are working on engaging people from South America, behaving a server
in Brazil right now for Spanish Portuguese community. They're having a lot of people from Asia and some Arabian countries that they also
would love to play the game, but our third is located in Moscow, so the game for the kind of like it. When you said that it's very good for you
I thought it's very strange because in terms of this distance you are very far away from the Moscow right now. Maybe not too much.
What else? Yeah, on the note. That's a great point. I think South America, Latin America is going to be very growing very quickly. I think I read the other day that there's a new venture capital fund called Bicycle that just raised
I think half a billion for South American Web 3 projects. I have a few friends who built SnapClub, they are publishers and media companies for Web 3 gaming.
I think Ilya, the South American market will be important for us and we should definitely spend more time marketing to that even for our community. I think we need to do that. That's a great point. And then Southeast Asia,
I think you mentioned Thailand, Philippines, because they're mostly, they're all pretty much English speaking. I think your game should do pretty well in those countries as well. But yeah, keep going.
When we want to go to another region to engage in new
people to our game, we focus firstly on a number of telegram users in this country. Because if you want to grow your community in any country that doesn't use telegram to match,
you are going to waste your money on marketing. So yes, right now we are focusing on Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, what else. We have some people from Iran.
South Korea. Yesterday I was talking with guys from Korea. They play Tonkore right now and they like in the game too. This is because of Megaton. I think it's
The team is a Korean, so we have a lot of Korean community too. This is a big project, one of the biggest from DEX, yes, them, I can DEX.
Speaking about what we are going to make in the future in this year, we also wanted to create some dangers in the game. So the BVA aspect
will change a lot because right now we are having only daily and weekly quests. It's very easy to pass it. Then we will
We will add skills to the game and make builds fights between 30 to 30 or 50 users.
Yeah, I think that's a great point you made earlier. The country needs to use telegram. Right. That's a requirement. And I don't think, you know, telegram.
is being used as much in Southeast Asia and South America. So hopefully, telegram continues to grow and grow into those different regions, as you mentioned. Cool.
Yeah, just a little bit about where Sonic can help Tungachi. We're still building out our governance product features. Obviously, Tungachi is not a Dow yet, but in the future, I think,
you can definitely use the Dow governance products. Other than that, we're also building a AI text to imaging feature. So directly on Telegram, private group chats. So for example, Tunggachis group chats,
you will be able to prompt mid-journey essentially, stable diffusion mid-journey, other AI products that allow your community to create images from just text directly on Telegram through our bot. So stay tuned for that
I think that would be a fun product for anybody to use to try out. So we're excited to continue to build that and share it with all of our partners and friends and hopefully bring a
I'd like to tell a grand more. Right, that's the goal. And yeah, I think, you know, Elliott, you know, thanks for making this time today. Let's continue to do these. And, you know, I'll have other gaming
partners on, I'm having get gems on next week actually. I had tonarchy on last week, thanks to you. And yeah, just continue to get more people on and continue the conversation because
Because in this bear market, we definitely need to help each other and help each other grow throughout the bad times, right? So thank you. Any final words from you, Elia? Before we close out.
It depends who people from your community, if they are founders or they are crypto customers. Oh yeah, that's a good point. We'll open up to questions.
If anyone has a question, please request for permission to speak. But yes, most of our community is our builders and a lot of them are not on
ton yet. You know, we just got into ton the past six months. So we're trying to influence and encourage more builders to build on ton. We have builders building simple NFT projects to
you know, very complex infrastructure stuff. So, so yeah, doesn't look like anybody is raising their hands. So, I think
I think if people have questions, I think they'll definitely, you know, everybody follow Tungcachi's Twitter. You have it in front of you. Follow him. Don't be afraid to send, try out, obviously try out Tungcachi game and then send Tungcachi Twitter a direct message.
If you have any questions about the game or collaborations and stuff like that. So, okay. Well, if your community mostly consists of builders, I want to say that just don't be afraid
of a tone it's very yes fancy it's difficult language to build on but you don't need to know fancy to work with the tone program it's very easy to build up
on this messenger. If you build and you know how to build the kind of project that is, I don't know, gives some emotions to people.
you will have your community growing fast like in maybe some thousand customers you will receive very fast because right now this is a very open space and we don't have a lot
lot of projects yet in this one. So yes, come here, build up on the program and you will see community coming into your...
Yep, and what I've been encouraging people to do is let's Make sure to build the telegram game or just whatever telegram app first using creating a bot first and then build on and then just integrate on taunt afterwards because you know
Ultimately, even if you don't believe in TAN, you should believe in Telegram as another distribution channel. Just another way for you to get more users in a way for you to sell your product or your NFT or your game, whatever it is.
you should definitely look into telegram. And then once they're in telegram, they realize, "Ton is number one on telegram." And so a lot of people just get into "Ton naturally, organically after." So, yeah, I think let's keep doing this.
Let's keep it shorter. It's just better. I find more people listen to the recordings when they're shorter. So, so thanks for your time, Ilya. Maybe we can, you know, I reached out, I'm gonna reach out to Crypt, Crypt, Ton punks, George. I'm gonna reach out to like,
animal red list just everyone that I've talked to fandom and see if we can get them on and then and then you can join the next ones whenever you're free okay thank you yeah thank you thank you guys thanks everyone okay bye
