Hey guys, GMGM. Hope you can hear me. Thumbs up. Can you hear me?
Okay, awesome, awesome. Yeah, we're gonna start in a couple of more minutes. So take your time, grab a cup of coffee or a tea, and then we're gonna start in four minutes. Okay, see you in a sec. Thanks guys.
Hey guys, GMGM. I see you join the Twitter space. Thanks for joining. I see you, Lunko, Rob, you requested.
and bring your stage here. Also, shout out to our audience. If you want to jump us on stage, please feel free to request the mic.
And yeah, let's see. I think we are we're waiting also for some other friends to join us today for the combo. I hope you can hear me loud and clear. Welcome to our Twitter space. Focus it on regenerative finance. We find
We have some amazing people in here and we want to discuss your projects. Around ReFi, if you're in the GitCon belt around, please feel free to jump on and stage and share your project. So this is your stage today. And throughout this Twitter space, like I said,
We'll be discussing how we can use Refine, Principles, Inter-Relive Solutions to create awareness. And it just interconnect everyone, everyone. So every project that you have on your table right now, we want to see you here and think about how we can also bridge the gap.
have between the different ecosystems altogether. So to everyone in here, please join me on stage. I'm going to send an invitation to you, you know, I see Lunkur in here, agroforest.
Let's go. And yeah, the generous structure of today is like, please feel free to present your project. We also have some great, great questions for you. And I also want to tell you some more about what we do here at Green Pearl, Germany. So we also actively
actively raising through the get coin better round minus manual and one of my friends Joshua is the main lead behind Green Picture and our mission is to bring the benefits of decentralized communities as well as crypto into the reward and education.
the people on National Chapter and to spread awareness about Reef Eye and social movements. And for sure we want to, you know, not only educate our folks, but also engage them in a way that they are empowered to start their own projects. He in Germany was the focus on biodiversity
climate change for example. And the reason why we all do this is that here in Germany we got a pretty huge general climate awareness. Many people know about the climate crisis and want to change either the lifestyle or with the two choose of the product or so.
how they how they how how it's impacting their current footprint, but overall we also got like a really good foundation for climate justice movements, also impact investing so the whole finance market is really it gauging this, but we need to improve we need to improve and this is the reason why we're pushing this whole education
initiatives forward here. We're looking to create mentorship, like workshops where we invite speakers to tell about their success stories and for sure also the fuck ups when building their own communities and creating their impact in their local communities. And this is in general why we're here. So for now, I want
to give you the stage. It's yours. So maybe, you know, I will also invite more people on here to present your project. But for now, I want to give you the words, you know, so please be free to kick this off together with me, your environment. Oh, well, thank you very much. Thank you, everybody, for being
here right now this is the Gith corne radio show. The only radio show actually up today I want to give a big shout out to the solar punk guild because there's no other spaces than the ones we're doing and I think that you know the work that everybody has put into this is absolutely
Amazing it means that we're not only here for the money We're only here to bring value and I think this is also in a very important time for us to reflect who is here who is not Who's doing the marketing and who's doing the work? I want to give also a big big shout out to web3. I know he's not here, but yesterday perhaps I can
start the talk by just saying that I started realizing that in this Gitcoin grants sometimes we have two weeks to raise money and a lot of the people only do projects, they only do impact only for these two weeks and I found this very, very sad and I
I've been seeing his work and every day I see this guy Carlos just working with people and he was saying hey you know what I'm gonna open wallets with you I am going to open your kid coin passport with you but there's one thing I do not want you guys to invest in my project and I think this is important guys we need to be careful with
region washing because it's happening. It's happening in front of our eyes and we need to start bringing those vibes in. If you're going to teach something to someone, you don't need to put your logo. You're doing it because you want to and because you're trying to make more people in this community. So from today on, I've decided that I pledge, you know,
My time also to help others without having to say "impactopia" or "regions unite" if you need help from me I will help you because I see no one to help this ecosystem. My new metric today for "gitcoin" is that I want 5% of the whole world to actually be into "gitcoin"
And I want 5% of the world to be just with regions like you. Because if we can get 5% of the world for that, the world will be a better place. Today we're only 0.01%. I want to be in the 5% and the big goal. Let's get the world into this. I love you all. Just wanted to share some of these vibes. You can check in back to me if you want more information.
I wanted to talk about somebody else today and I wanted to say that please when you do something good don't do it just because it's get coin do it because it's really you and do it continuously after the get coin grants if you like those vibes we can work together on any project you want and I will give you all of my energy love you all
Awesome, awesome, you know. Yeah, thank you very much for your speech, very inspiring. And yeah, you're totally right. It's always community first, give first, always community support. And yeah, let's see that.
that we do our best and based on what I saw, it's always if you give something valuable into your community, there will always be people who recognize your work and this is the
thought that I also strongly believe in. So for now, I also want to give other community members in here this stage to you know share what you have in mind. Present your project if you want to. And yeah, I see your hands up, Rod and
everybody is invited everyone you know just come on stage and I would love to see you here to discuss everything that you have in mind so right yeah thank you so much Manila I just have a few organizations I'm really sorry but I want
be able to be to the end of the hours for I have to give. Maybe you'll make a Jimmy co-host or just you know in case space will be right or Zino but just yeah that's the first organization not the second one is that let's
spread the world like let's everyone retweet the link to this space is actually it's really easy click in the right bottom corner the link to comment and then just retweet the tweet so thanks so much I do not want to steal more time
Really deeply sorry that I won't be able to be here to that and just one other thing huge shout out we have here I brought today projects from Copenhagen is a small island in Thailand and now like it's a part of a region movement so black
We are spreading the world globally and for everyone if you are going to visit Thailand or Copenhagen, feel free to reach me, follow the black hair, Dow $9.99 NFT or Vincent V and we will be happy to meet you here and just you know, hang out, sorry, hang together sometime.
Where you have 999 NFT as a phone number?
No, no, no, no, we have we have like a project at the bottom is called nine nine nine Oh, oh, okay, I think just don't nine nine nine NFT you reach me. No, okay, I see down nine nine nine Oh, Dow is what you said. I think it dial okay, my bad
Yeah, sorry, sorry, sorry, sorry. In real life events on PungGuyon, so pushing forward basically that's really fine and so on. And I choose, you know, those guys actually do the work, they started to do the work even before Gitcoin. I mean,
Basically here on Pangang they had no idea about refight but they already educated people about Web 3 and now we are doing that together. So that's already happening maybe sometimes you do not see the results. It's just a lot of things has to happen but after all
And we have Vincent from Copenhagen and he is part of the small community here. And now Copenhagen is connected to the global Refinery Web 3 community. Ok, now I am excited enough. Thanks for your time for that. I will be listening.
Oh, Vincent, go ahead buddy. Yeah, hi guys. Hi guys. I just want to say hi and thanks for the space and yeah, I'm I live in Copenhagen and I represent the company. It's called use taken so we to to to make a sure long story short I briefly tell you about the project
So it's just like a platform where you can stake and we build like a whole ecosystem. So it's going to be also Academy, Gamify, the marketplace for NFT, you property the platform where everyone will be able to buy a land using crypto.
and many many other things. So yeah, and we live in Copenhagen, thanks to Road, thanks to everyone. I'm really happy to use this this Twitter technology to talk and to listen
about projects. Also I love Gitcoin, platform really nice. It gives chance to just with the good idea to make people follow you, like to make people help you and support your project. That's really amazing, that's really great. Thank you guys.
Thank you, brother. Thanks for coming up. All right. I want to try to kick off a challenge, which is the shit another project challenge, not the shortest name, but we're working on it. So, of course. Okay. So in this challenge, yeah. So try to come up here and chill someone else's project.
We're doing this for 11 days straight. We're just starting day three and we've got to learn about each other's projects a pretty significant amount. So I see Kawagumba village project in the audience much love a tree gen friend he's doing a
Generating yourself take you spend some time in nature touch some tree But yeah, he's he's a is a really genuine person I see my lot of spaces and he's actually in there with his hands in the in the soils get doing the good stuff We also got fighters gang. I see you in the audience fighters gang
So check out fight against game this amazing human Sina is an artist who is doing a thousand one of ones Completely by hand so no generative art no a eyes literally all by hand super talented as you can see from his pfp. It's pretty fire. He's literally fighting climate change 50% of
is going to funding Mangrove Trees, which Fort Trees Club is implementing over any Staphyrica, and Trees Gens is making sure that they get non-fungible updates, airdrop to them, so you actually get a second NFT, which is the video and the tree counter. That's all a part of Fighters gang and the audience.
I see also agroforest down in the audience. They're doing food farms, food forests. Not only is that helping regenerate nature, but also I had a really great in depth call when we're talking about how this can be used as conservation.
Right, because actually like over, I might take a while, but spending that time to change the understanding of, of local populations about the forests and how it can be this source just from its living, right? We want to, we want to make nature valued for
for it's, you know, for it living and not dying and being seeing the value only as chopped wood, right? And so slowly shifting that culture can really be a great way to do conservation efforts. And that's what Agro Forest Dal has been doing as well. So go ahead. Rod from Lung Co.
I'll try to cheat and I'll throw Jimmy and his project. Jimmy is a super energetic person like he had the most energy I've heard when I've ever met sorry when he comes to the stage like he blows it off. Jimmy had a word record he planted the most trees in the world.
world in 24 hours. It was really hard but he did and his project dedicated to at 3 planting, they are planning to to mean NFTs, to say myself bound NFTs. So basically
that those NFTs would evolve or depend on your activity in several ways. Yeah, and the activity is related to either can donate to plant trees or you either can plant trees and depend on your activities, your NFT would evolve. You'll be able
to sell the art and the person of the money or all the relatives from the sale in the art would be used to plant mortars. So like with the other initiatives like carbon creding something, I forgot to say, you can buy for $6
a carbon, pre-carbon credits meaning that they will like it costs ten cents to plant one tree meaning that by failing that like it one order of magnitude they get one order of magnitude more from from selling the
one, then it goes to plan the trees, meaning that they can actually exponentially plan to more trees. So they do a lot of great things. Maybe I've met them sooner and tell you the truth, but yeah. Also, I want to show my friend Manuel.
And I hope it's okay to fill projects beyond this place because you know we didn't mention what project's to show here. So manual, he's amazing person, he's super active, he delivers a lot and we met with a manual on a founder circle by a river.
by the manual. Not just your, but something like Stuart, I forgot the exact name. So basically he like he pushed forward and that. And after that we joined Mondao and now we are active members of Mondao. Like everybody knows about us at Mondao and we pushed
with manual like a window response in this side world, this side around this time and manual has a project deep ventures you can see the project on the screen basically the project deals
with the NFTs for things, sorry, with the IP related to space exploration. So basically any scientist, any engineer could issue the Tink IP NFT on his platform.
And yeah, get kind of an impact certificate and then make some pros. I'm sorry, I don't know all the details. And at this point in time, I'm sorry, I want to stop because it was a bit hard
Yo, did you nail that man? Oh my god. I can't believe you remembered all those details like even the numbers and the stuff is clearly actually like read through the grant as well as what I've been shilling because I don't necessarily go into all the numbers but man Thank you so much for showing I do have to crack one slight little thing you said all the
know, when I did 280 plus episodes of Max Impact, a lot of the people that I engage with also have their own impactful projects. So I want us all to be involved in allocating those and growing the treasury as we do impact investments together. So that's what the other 50% goes towards. But other than that, man, you freaking nailed it, son. Thank you so much, dude. I
appreciate you. Yeah awesome. Rotman also from my side you did a great job. Thanks for sharing our projects man great. Cool cool activity right. We do more of this everyone should come up and shield something that isn't yours and and everyone should
Hopefully you show everyone here maybe But like yeah, no, it's just a really cool thing to do do here someone else show your project Wow that like I'm smiling from ear to ear right now, dude. Thank you so much like that was that was fucking cool Wasn't expecting that go ahead fighters gang. How you doing fam?
We are fighters game. I'm telling you gotta get a voice actor bro. Gotta make that happen.
You're still muted there buddy. You're muted for a second. You went back to mute right away. Oh, there he goes. Oh, not you back to mute bro. Go on now. I'm mute myself. Oh, I'm running. Yeah. Dude, we've had so many rugs today. It's been ridiculous. But you know what? We are here. We are here. Showing up. We are
pushing through, you know, I literally played the "I Get Knocked Down" song earlier. It's like, "I get rocked down!" But I get it again! You never gonna keep us rocked because like, no matter how many times space is rugged us, we come back because this is like such an incredible thing, like us connecting with each other. So many different potential collab
are going down. I really hope to use LUNCO's open source platform for industrial robotics engineering to do a hackathon around tree planting robots. I really want to make that idea happen then and like, dude, if it wasn't for Twitter spaces and this amazing platform, we would not have been making
serious plans to make it happen, dude. But we're gonna freaking do it. And hopefully I won't have to die from planting trees in your alligators anymore because I was really gonna do that shit, bro. I was gonna go buy the coconut and summon my in a Steve Irwin. And there's actually a lot of crocodile in northern Australia. But it's where all the
The main groves have gone away and so it's a good place to do it. But bro, we can get Robos to do that much better. I'm trying to get Fighters game to come up here. Come up. Shimoan up here, Fighters game. We also got green sticks in the audience. Much love to green sticks. Sendents of good vibes. Green sticks also. Plants and main groves. I hope you've got
your updates man. I've been following up with my brother who's running the four trees club side of those things. But yeah, I know his project has been funded the main groves. Dude, I'm so blessed. I didn't actually ask for these people to fund maingroves with four trees club, but I just show up and people are really supporting and I'm like,
really heartwarming by it. So thank you, thank you, thank you, lots of love to everyone who's doing regenerative efforts out here on the ground. We got refi logos. Shimon up here. Don't be shy. If you got a project, get up here on the stage. We want to hear from you. How you doing, green sticks? What is going on, Jimmy?
me my guy I freaking love you always gotta show my love to this guy and now I know dude I like I'm looking out for the dates but I know like you know planting over two a two thousand main growth trees isn't gonna happen overnight so I'm just looking out for the updates and definitely making more contribute okay
your legend bro your legend did you do it through crypto was a web 2 way of course I did it through crypto gotta keep it on the crypto moment okay yeah that might be why it's taking slightly longer but it should have been done actually on earth day we did 50,000 trees and I'm pretty sure yours are included in that so I'm followed with my brother
and make sure it's it's air drop to you. We're launching the automation to try to do NFUs automated, but yeah right now it's just kind of manual in the crypto. My brothers got that crypto while it was the four trees dot club. Four she's club. Eat. Go ahead, Rod. Just to quick note, we have a lot of speakers.
I'm really sorry, I really would like to stay with you, but I'm a bit tired and as Mita says, it's a marathon, so I think now is the great time to go and get some rest. So thanks everyone, keep going guys, you are the best.
Bye, oh Thank you, thank you, Rod. Yeah, see you man. Yeah, you're totally right. I mean, I also see a lot of great people on here. I think EGLY you are also here from from the very beginning. So maybe you know you also want to share some thoughts.
I don't want to interrupt the flow of what was already happening. But when we're going to you man, low, low, low, low, low, low and eagerly.
Okay, well, yeah, we're not here to chill. We're just here to chill and I do have a project in the Web3 community category. It's called Fractal Visions, but really just loving the
vibe here with the regen, re-fi, categories, speaking about all their projects and listening in as Cino mentioned. This is not a race, this is a marathon, so we've got to pace ourselves here. And yeah, we're trying to hold space for everybody.
out what are kind of places here in Web 3 and looking for project to donate to. So that's what we're here for. We're here for you. Awesome. Awesome. Thank you.
And I will respectfully step down so other people can talk about their projects. Thank you for having me. Thanks for joining us. Appreciate it.
Cool, so yeah, fighter sking your hands up so you want to continue? Yeah, can you hear me now? And then refi Lagos and then refi Lagos I also saw your hands up so fighter sking and then refi Lagos, please. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah,#
Everyone. Oh, yes. Okay. Then it's okay. You know, I'm you know, I do like to share and introduce one of project from friend Charmoneck. Work. You know, they're I think they are in the M.L.Y.V. solution. They're working on
on a project, DIAM or RV in Africa, monitoring and reporting verification. Area, you know, email RV is so good and in the REFA area because make it this measuring and reporting and verification, affordable,
experience and inclusion and I love their project because they are working in Africa make the make this agriculture more efficient there I just I'm here just give them an opportunity They're not here. I think the time is there is so different
I'm here to give them a spotlight. And thank you so much. You can check, please, their project, their GitConBeton page. And if you can, you can donate to them and in this way support them.
Awesome man. Please put all your donation links in the comment section so that all our Anchage friends here can find your promising projects. Awesome man, thanks for joining us. Jim, you want to add something?
Oh, no, I was just going to say that they're in the climate round. Sometimes it's good to specify which round people are looking through the rounds to kind of search for these. But yeah, sometimes like searching on Twitter is not the best function. But we also got datalate.
serving up a data chino. How you doing fam?
Yo, do Jimmy, thanks a lot for calling out. I was actually having a mango and I was hearing you refi dudes planting mango trees and yeah, so that was basically why I didn't come up initially and
So much energy from you guys really like since yesterday I didn't come to spaces and I'm seeing like this kid coin radio like on all the time and Jimmy you are like a rock star like you're on all the spaces, you know, you've got talent for this
Thank you, fam. I appreciate that. Yeah, we haven't stopped them. We haven't stopped. We have been rogue. We have had slight delays, but we are going nonstop for 11 days because that is that is the passion that we have at the guilt and
I'm determined to be in as many of these as humanly possible, but it comes down to everyone at the solar punk guild making this thing happen and I'm super blessed that we were able to coordinate over 20 different hosts to make this thing happen. Like that is phenomenal that we pull this off and everyone makes this
We're actually doing mango roe. It sounds very similar. I love mangoes. Don't get me wrong. I freaking love mangoes. That's more I think agro forest style is doing mangoes But we're doing mangroves slightly different slightly different but all good Yeah Replay logo
Noahala, welcome brother. I love the great job you did Jimmy. I super super super shit. Good evening everybody from Lagos. My name is Simon Eze. I'm from the Ninja Dota region of Nigeria. I'm a touch
generation farmer based in Lagos. So our project is a twin project. First we are empowering smallholder farmers. So since the past one year we have been doing research, my team and I trying to understand the problem of smallholder farmers.
food producers. So we are focusing on rice farmers, coconut farmers, oil palm farmers. So we're trying to understand how we could help them make sales and ensure fair trade. So we came up with helping them market and process their food.
It's kind of a Web 2 project, not only Web 3, but we are trying to include food traceability using some Web 3 or blockchain content. So essentially, we are connecting food producers to distributors in Africa and we are starting with Nigeria. Now we hope this will ensure fair
and remove all the home middlemen, complex, clean supply-chain, constraint-affecting small producers. And we also hope to decarbonize the agriculture value chain. I mean here in Africa is a big problem because agriculture also constitutes
the whole global warming and the whole greenhouse emissions. So we intend to plant it for every 1000 tons of food sold on our platform. So this way we think we can assist smallholder farmers make some money by tree planting and also
ensure that they sell their agricultural commodities. So essentially that is what we are doing on refiling us and we hope to get support from the refi community to support our projects and powering farmers. Thanks a lot, sincerely appreciate.
Amazing them. So refi nodes have their own round, right? Then if I refi nodes round Right, right. So we have refi node wrong. We are all
also apply for the meta crisis for the three planting. Yes, we dropped the links on the comment section. All right, amazing. Go ahead, Dabba Latte. You had your hand raised?
So good, yeah I thought like now that I come on stage I should also a little bit about data latte and like a survey that we just released today. So yeah maybe I just introduce myself I'm Amir, founder of data latte based in Berlin and if
If I would say what data latte is, is basically decentralized application that anonymized, tokenized, and monetized personal data, and we have one mission that is for people to earn money from their own data. And it doesn't come as a surprise for us that like
Our data is being cultivated harvested used by big tech companies and they got big because they have all our data. And nowadays we see that companies like Reddit and others, they're asking AI model companies to pay them for our data.
And what we see that is with WebTree, we can have this power of ownership. And we can finally make it happen for people to earn from their own data. So how we do it actually in our platform is that you can answer to surveys as easy as that is.
is clicking. So there are different types of surveys that we are releasing and today we will release the survey that is directly targeted at the Gitcoin community, specifically Gitcoin donors. And the objective of this survey is to find out
how to build this strong relation between the projects and the donors so that when donors come aboard the Nature Project, why not to join your community, why not to use your product or contribute to it in anything that they like to do.
it because in WebTree we are all about communities not just about a product and that's what we want to do with this survey. We also put some bounties so the respondents will earn to die and it is also gated with the Gitcoin passport so
Participant need to have like a score of 10 and yeah, that's what I want to show I would be really happy if you guys take a look at our survey is also pinned top in our Twitter and it would be happy if I could also share it here Yeah, that's what we do man
Awesome, awesome, thank you for joining us on stage. And yeah, please, please put in your link in the comment section here.
Yeah, totally found that perfect. Who wants to join us next? Maybe Acroforest down, you want to present your project?
Yes, yes, thanks a lot guys. Thank you for hosting this. Always, always very vibrant, always good to connect with the energy of so many regions out there.
I know I get really happy to hear about projects in the agricultural field using Web 3. You know, this is so important.
In other words, we don't give it the attention it deserves, but we could be doing much better in agriculture if we only support them.
Now folks on the ground, we are pretty much abandoned, you know, pretty much with no support. It's each on your own. And come on, we can support, we can build the trails that we will deliver.
support, not just for one moment, but for life. We have the agafrallst, now we are thinking of many ways to recognize people's contribution, people's engagement.
with their local communities, with the culture of agriculture in their local communities and in the global community. So, you know, it's not enough anymore that we just keep it for ourselves in our community.
and survive, you know, sub exist like some say, but now we need to we need to act and engage in the digital realm and make it use this power in our favor and you know we need these people we need folks
on the ground and we need to make it appealing again for the young generations that are in the city and looking for work, looking for a career, you know, why not? Why not produce food, quality food for
forever actually, you know, that's, that's think perennials, let's think long term intergenerational
It's not just market oriented agriculture, it's community oriented. We are here, we are Web 3 community, we are solar punk community, and let's try to get rid of this market oriented.
and start reasoning as a community. So we are on the round, we are third round and we will be like really pleased if anyone
One could donate every little bit helps and some of our actions are now connecting a local agricultural agenda with the global network. What it means is that we are planting.
We started planting in this one land of a local family and they've been there for generations but you know for market reasons they moved to milk production and
not really food production. It's not valued. There's no markets. So milk, they come pick up in front of your door, but the food to produce, there's nobody to pick it up and you have to deliver, you have to market, you have to, you know,
I'll communicate and do all this process when people are just agriculturists. They're not sellers. And what we're doing, we're planting, we started showing all the process from the start, from the
organizing the organic matter and planting and now we are following the growth of these bees, setting NFTs so people can have a share of this harvest or the equivalent if they are far away.
way we want to try to send, see how it goes to deliver, but yeah, but they can also get a discount for the spring plantation. We are now cultivating for the autumn and winter.
And then during spring, we will start a foot forest, a syntropic foot forest, which will be very complex and long term.
So I invite you, everyone, to be part of it. And it's not just the product in the end, but it's being in contact, it's following, it's getting this information, this report, you are responsible for, you are
co-producing, you know, you are close to wording, so you know, make us feel good. It gives us mental health and if we can make it possible to happen not just here, but in Africa, in the US, in Europe, and
all over. You know, it's possible. I would love to follow on my phone the progress of many different agricultural areas and perennials, especially perennials because it's for the next generations. It's for seven generations. It's not just for us. It's not just for
market. So that's what we are doing. I hope I was able to present it a little and it's been great to be here with you guys. Keep it up and
Don't forget to improve your passports, get the stamps and donate. You know, just before I leave, I'd love the point that Sino brought on the last...
radio which was to pledge a percentage to pledge something. And on the last round, we agreed, some of us here agreed to pledge a percentage for sharing with the other projects.
And I love that. And I think we could do the same for the next round. So, you know, I'm pledging now in the name of Hagar First out to hold 5% to be donated on next round. You know, these rounds we donated 6% from the previous round.
views around two folks and the same will happen on the next round. So we know if we do this 5-6% thing I think we can go a long way. So thanks a lot I'll leave the links on the chat. Cool guys.
You're awesome. You're awesome, man. You're a great, great story. I really like your community oriented agriculture approach and you have pretty interesting stuff also with these implementation of NFTs and fraternalization of harvesting.
I like it man, great, cool. I have a look on our time now and I also want to give you the stage to more people who joined us today as big as so. And I see your hands up, culture, blogs, men. Please feel free also to share your project.
Hey, awesome, thank you. I just want to say shout out to AgroForest who'd have been following you for, I don't know, those like 10 years, but probably only like here and a half. - Do we get rugged or what? Or is everybody alive? - Oh no, we're alive, bro. I think it's you. Can you not hear?
I can hear you. Okay, yeah, this is a classic cohost rug. I'm actually Jimmy as well. Jimmy got rugged and I could I they quit the app and joined from another another account. I'm surprised I got to up here. So yeah, cohosts often get rugged in spaces. So you might want to just
jump down as listener and come back. It happens as you were. Oh, I'm I'm wait, are we in the matrix or something? Is this going on but only me and you know, we all took the green bill. I can also you can you
Yeah, yeah, we can hear you fam. Oh, you can't hear either Wait, see no talk to Greenville tell them everything will be all right I think everything's gonna be all right guys I can
Okay, okay
locks you want to continue man sorry about that yeah but sometimes Twitter spaces are just yeah a little technical complicated sorry about that but yeah I hope with our technical issues we can now continue man
Somebody speaking I'll just jump down to listener and then come back up a speaker
Yeah, so I've been organizing in the space for a few years and kind of noticed like with networking with other projects.
objects and stuff that everyone spends a lot of time on tools and trying to figure out how to build a community and how to do all these like really bottom levels things and it takes a lot of energy away from actually doing the cool shit that we're trying to do. So hopping through
I worked on a few different projects and I've kind of come up with an idea for how the process can be abstracted and generalized. We all talk about culture, how important it is.
It's the first thing that happened for society, right? Like we started painting on cave walls, making jewelry, that kind of stuff, and then, and storytelling, and then all of these structures sort of emerged out of that. So culture blocks is
like an attempt to, um, we're building a bunch of different tools that help people co-create that culture, uh, to
start the process of oak.
building connections and getting your your.
collective narrative down and getting everyone aligned before you actually start trying to build stuff. And then out of that alignment already, naturally actions emerge and behaviors happen that are already intrinsically aligned to the mission and the purpose of the goal.
So, yeah, this is like our, we just started our, our release our first bot and it's live in the discord and basically anyone's open to check it out. We've got around going tonight and basically what it is is just a facilitated conversation and then
And the discord bot prompts you to give input based on like what the discussion is. So you set some context for it run through it and then at the end it's summering the bot summarizes the text into a block that prints and that block is like it serves as like a culture
So that as the box build the narrative sort of continues and everyone has participated in and remembers like the conversation that was had and what was elicited from it. Yeah, so that's kind of it is.
A lot simpler in practice than I think it sounds trying to explain it, but if anyone has questions, I'm happy to dive into it. Like I said, we're running onboarding circles, so if anyone's interested, you can come check it out.
Cool, thanks for joining us on stage. Yeah, great, great project. Cool, thanks for chilling here. I also see the your hands up, uh, Gripel Global. You also want to join us on stage with us today. Yes. Hi. Uh, thank you so much.
for having me and great work you guys. I mean you're just crushing it. I love the fact that I open Twitter, it's there and it just feels like it's so good to see and so encouraging to see people are just giving their best. So good host to you.
you, props to you. Thank you so much. And yes, so I'm here to share a little bit about, you know, why green-clothal over exist? What are we trying to do? And why do we need everyone's support? Right? So if you actually, you know, I'm going to drop the link to the proposal and if you actually read the
you will see that the proposal is about how we wanted to create an ecosystem of green pill where we bring all the different projects in the space and where we look so that one pillar will be bringing all the projects together so that we can we a network and make the
efforts directed. The second pillar was that we will create content which will help people who might also not be in the space to see that you know how they can get involved and how to actually build a meaningful career in the space right and then our third was of course the
setting up local chapters, right? So we started with local chapters and then we wanted to move to these two pillars which will help us or enable us to build a ecosystem which can sustain itself, right? But as we all know, you know, what happened was that our local chapters applications got rejected.
which was sad because of course you know for whatever reason right and now what we have decided is that all the funds that we will you know will be able to generate and will be able to raise will will be directed to local communities the local chapters you know that are already there they are working our meetups are
happening so that they can bring the concept of Greenville and the whole thing to the local communities. So I just want to say that if you think that this is something that is important, it's important that we bring this layer of education and awareness to people. For example, I just
just to give you an example. Today I was going to call with David and Imann, they are from, you know, Commons for Humanity, Invest Africa. And they said that, you know, we would love to understand, we want to know more about what does Greenville mean, what are impact dolls, you know, different things. But the fact that the book is not in French.
It's such a challenge. We can't even read. We can't understand what it is. So the first step is translation and then creating an audiobook and then getting these people together so that we can have meaningful discussions. Understand, just to know that are we even able to understand?
understand what it is. So do all of that to support these communities and enable them to do this and bring it to the roots, we need support. So I urge everyone here, whatever it is, even just a dollar, if you feel that yes this is something.
that you know should be brought to people and you know make sense. So I request to you know please consider donating. Yeah thank you so much and I'm happy to answer any questions if there's anything you would like to ask. So yeah
Thank you for joining us today to say you're really killer also in organizing all these initiatives and bringing support and also guiding our projects in more engagement and collaboration. I love it. I love it. Really great work that you
doing for for ecosystem also to grow. I want to mention one one one thing and you know please if you have more questions reach out to Sayar and I want to add we have like right now for the Gitcoin better radio another Twitter space that I want to announce
because they are starting right now in a couple of minutes at Urbarnika. I connected their tweet about the Twitter space here in the comment section. I still did not figure out to use this jumbo-throng thing that you're talking about the whole time.
Let me give a little one oh one to everyone how to use the jumbo China go ahead, yeah, yeah, everyone okay everyone needs
to know this. Alright, because as you're chilling, it is linked up to the jumbo tron much better. Okay, so follow along with me. Alright, so take your finger. Now, just above the title, you can just swipe down, right? So just make the space go down without quitting it. Boom, now you should be somewhere in your newsfeed.
or see posts. If you're not a notification section just go to your newsfeed find a post okay. Now when you see a post you'll see all the things at the bottom. First you see comments then you see retweet, heart, views and finally share. So the share looks like three circles with a line go through them. You all see this?
I hope you follow in the long, you see the share button, it's at the bottom of a tweet. Now, once you click that three circles with the line through the share button, you're going to see some options. And if you're in, if you're a speaker,
Then the top option will look like the little spaces icon and you'll see the title of your space right there. So that is how you pin to the tippy top. Did you get that, Green Pill?
I don't see it on my device. Sorry. Sorry. Do you see a post? Okay. Well, well, you're trying to go to a rebanika, right? Yeah. Can you hear me? Yeah. Okay. Yeah. I can hear you. Yeah. Yeah. I cannot see it on my device. Okay. Do you see it? Okay. Good rebanika. Okay. So you get. See you again.
from my from my side. Yeah, you should you need to learn how to do this, right? Yeah, but it's not available on my on my phone. It's not I cannot click the the button to put it up. Oh, Jimmy, sorry to interrupt, but I think the next piece is up. Yeah.
Yeah, we need to move everyone to the next space. So let's keep this open till everyone moves to the next space. The next space is pinned on top of this Twitter space. The thing that you can do. My space is rugged right now. Oh, I'm back.
Thanks guys. In the meantime, I mean, you know, guys, like we said, jump on into the next Twitter space of Obani Camp. Really great people. I also want to thank Greenville Global Sayal for joining us.
do to do like some of the closing remarks I would say and it's a contactness and I also want to give again for small debrief the opportunity to some folks to share your thoughts before we close this up so if you want to share how you feel about space and
also about all the other projects that you saw today, please feel free to do this now. And thanks to everyone who joined us today, thanks to the audience, thanks to the speakers who joined us and for sure to our amazing co-hosts, you guys, you're very, you know, you're awesome Jimmy, you get

And if not, it's also totally fine, then we can... yeah.
close it up or wait for some more minutes. Yeah, what do you want to say? Let's ask if Jimmy's already wrapped.
Sorry, what was it? It looks like Jimmy is already rocked. We can keep the space up till the rest of them trickle out of here. Exitly.
Exactly, so we just gonna shell here.
Okay, awesome. Again, thanks to everyone who joined us.

on to the next one or pretty much everyone. Okay, so all right, Urbanica's up there to the top. I'm going to the next one. Everybody go to Urbanica. Swipe right on the tippy top, all right? Swipe right on the tippy top all the way to the left. Urbanica, let's freaking grow.
Well done, well done, great transition. See you there.
