Thank you. Oh Oh my god, I see other side. I can't believe it. I see other side The GM, GM guys, what a crazy, crazy day.
Drop a GM into the comments, retweet the space.
We have so many topics to talk about.
I don't know if you saw it or not.
The other site, Infodam just happened.
It's absolutely crazy, guys.
I know I see Directive Creator here.
He probably saw most of it.
He's probably also part of ODK.
We're going to be talking about that.
But guys, retweet the space, drop a GM.
So that's why I picked this kind of song from Conan the Barbarian.
Because that's going to be my experienceian because that's gonna be my experience
That's gotta be my experience on the other side guys wheel of pain. Let's fucking go
You know today destroys a night
Try to run, try to hide, break on through to the other side.
Break on through to the other side. Break on through to the other side, yeah.
We chased our pleasures here, dug our treasures there.
But can't you still recall the time we cried?
Break on through to the other side.
Break on through to the other side. Let's go everybody I don't know if you saw the first trailer
But it was probably the best trailer
Oh my god such an incredible
Incredible video but guys
This is Grateful Show 380
GMGM, guys, what a crazy and wild day.
Not only did we get the other side info down,
So that means it's the end of ApeCoinDAO.
I think 99% of people voted for yes.
And another exciting start in this space. So ApeCoin, your turn.
Damn, it really reminds me 2021 vibes.
I just want to add one more thing before I circle around and say hi to everyone here on stage.
gonna make it but he's not gonna make it because he's hosting uh I would say really incredible
event uh he he sponsored guy one guy uh Kicho Johnson and the guy uh he unfortunately died
last year I think it was a it was a skateboarder and he died during the accident, I think, in NYC.
So they are doing like Memorial Skate Cup.
So he's there, he's organizing it.
So I'll be here with you alone for the first time since 2022, which is crazy.
And I wanted to announce my new co-host, which is supposed to be Rita.
So I don't know what's going on yeah he asked for like
20,000 ipcoins I was like bro like
come on man like yeah so I sent him
let me quickly circle around say hi to our
guests here on stage and we're gonna
start with our first topic so
you doing today hope all is going well GM GM you might you might hear some
people in the background they're they're actually playing pods on the street in
front of the staple store I wish I could hop on a video and say hello but you know
the vibes are immaculate as they say here on 21 mercer if you're
in uh new york listening right now you should come down and say what's up and all that so good
morning gm to everybody gmgm james oh my god i have such a fomo uh i i saw the video and everything
here you are having a great time get there so damn can't wait to talk to you um we we gonna we gonna be talking about nftnyc
and of course ape chain and um staple experience and of course pox and everything that's happening
in in new york city so can't wait directive creator welcome here you are such a OGK OG improbable M2 legend.
I don't know what else to add.
You've been cooking since I can't remember.
You probably have the best audio setup here, man.
A lot of stuff. Yeah, excited to good. Yeah, I'm excited. I saw the info dump, a lot of stuff.
Yeah, excited to talk about it. The crazy run thing happening as well.
So much stuff at the same time. Always good.
Yeah, it's absolutely crazy. It really reminds me 2021 when we got the announcement and I felt the excitement inside of me, right? Like I was like, holy shit, that's why I'm here in this space.
And yeah, today is absolutely wild.
So super happy to have you here.
Yeah, you've been cooking on Somnia quite well, man.
because I've been cooking on other part of Somnia,
On the leaderboards, you've been cooking inside.
You've been the main the main farmer
basically no i'm just educating bro i'm just educating educating educating yourself on top
of the leaderboard that's pretty much it with usdc right yeah i mean there's a lot of stuff going on
there um and so it goes really really quick there's there's a lot of stuff going on there. And so it goes really, really quick.
There's just like all these different things.
There's like different games that are launching.
And there is like obviously some big improvements in the chain itself.
And I try to just like kind of maneuver myself between everything
and just like try all the different stuff,
try the different games, the quests,
and all the stuff that's happening.
But for me, the big important part stays
and always will be their interoperability,
making sure that the chains work across together
and your assets and your apes and your
codas and all this stuff.
Basically working with Somnia as well as ApeChain and, yeah,
being able to connect the dots, basically.
I can't wait to actually use my ape in Crazy Run 2 and be there with my 3D avatar
because that's game changer 100%. Since the first trip that we were as Voyagers, like seeing your avatar
and not only yours, seeing your friends there, right? That's absolute game changer and can't wait to play the game.
Absolute game changer and can't wait to play the game.
I also watched Paul Thomas, the CEO of Somnia,
and he talked about gaming and how games evolved.
And I didn't know that actually that it took Roblox like one decade to actually break out.
And also the same with Fortnite, right?
Like 10 years of development, pivot between between um you know different uh different things before they succeeded and that's why i wrote that i
think with other side we need to find like something that works right and we will get the
tools and that's basically what garga tweeted like hour after my tweet and i'm i'm so hyped
i'm so high because i know we have so many builders in the community and they've been already cooking, right?
So can't wait to see the releases
and can't wait to see what's going to happen there
because I think it's huge.
And if you look back in 2021 on all the projects that launched,
like still being here with BYCPFP or, you know,
having other side and reading this tweet, it's big because most of projects are gone.
They have very similar roadmaps, if you remember, right?
It was token, metaverse, and I don't know what else.
And we are here building and having this exciting, exciting news.
I know Other Space will have a special episode about it
in like two hours, so I'll be there too
because guys have been hosting about Other Side
Also hyped to have you here.
We got to be talking also about Ape Chain
and what you guys cooking there.
Another exciting thing, right? Because Other Side is powered by Apechain. Let's go!
Yes sir, GM, GM, thanks for having me. Thanks for having us. And yeah, I'm super excited.
I have to read better because you know, the news is so fresh that I couldn't check everything. But yeah, I'm super excited.
And yeah, also because everything is powered by Ape Chain.
It's the whole ecosystem that will, you know, grow up.
And yeah, I'm super excited also because of the 3D asset and 3D things that we will do with our avatar, everything that we can build yeah i'm super
super super excited and of course i'm excited also for our project that we are launching so yeah
thanks for having us love it can't wait to learn more uh i know you are minting on 28 so uh
definitely uh can also wait how to get on on this, right? That's what everyone is always asking me.
Like when I invite guests that have a mint on Apechain,
everyone's like, hey, how to get on all this, right?
So that's probably most of the DMs that I get.
Oh, I'm doing good. I'm just drinking some tea, trying to wake up over here. What a nice G's. How are you doing today? Oh, I'm doing good. I'm just drinking some tea, trying to wake up over here on the West Coast.
Thank you so much for having us, though. Much love and much blessings to you, man.
Let's go. Love the G's. And I think, as Directive Creator mentioned, interoperability, right?
Like, you want to see your G's, you want to see your avatars in different games, different ecosystem. It will be very interesting because Garga mentioned
there's going to be XP for players or voyagers. Do you think we'll be able to actually transfer
those XPs between the experiences also on different chains? That would be interesting to see, right?
experiences also on different chains. That would be interesting to see, right?
other side to Crazy Run 2 and you will have the same avatar
or maybe you get the same experience. Who knows, right?
Well, I mean, as long as it's on chain, I guess the
interoperability has no limits, right? As long as you can store
that XP as a number on a chain,
whether that's ApeChain or Ethereum or Somnia,
then you can read it out between the different chains.
And then kind of the sky is the limit.
You can come up with all kinds of different things that you could do with it.
You could even like, oh, well, you need this many XP to do this.
Or like you can kind of be creative.
I think Jeeze has MML now as well, right,
but I think that means that they can also
play with their characters
in the crazy run then as well.
I mean, it should if it's just MML.
So yeah, I'll go try that out and make a video.
Like, the big thing is having everybody
be able to have their own avatars, other projects
to have their own avatars.
And even if there's a project that doesn't have avatars yet,
they can decide, you know what, let's create one or one for all
Just like you have a mutant ape and stuff like that.
Yeah, being able to do that, I think,
is super, super important.
So yeah, you will probably see me make some screenshots
with different avatars, forgotten runes, sappy seals,
gees, and basically like, hey, look,
this works for them as well.
I think that's very, very important.
And I mean, I've been telling that for years now.
I think that's also very important in the other side as well.
So I hope that we can really make sure that, yeah,
we can be creative there and let all these different avatars play around.
Because it's just so, like you said, it's so much fun
if you're in an experience and then you see an ape
and you recognize the ape.
You're like, oh, that's Nana or hey, that's Grateful.
Like you can see that that person is playing without even seeing the name tag.
You already know who it is.
I think that brings definitely like an extra level of experience to the game.
So yeah, I'm excited to see that happen.
So yeah, I'm excited to see that happen.
The crazy run thing, it's just a very simple mini game, basically, because it was completely
So all of the code, all of the stuff is just one file, basically.
And the cool part with that code is that you can load that here in the web,
but you can also load that on another side.
You can load that in these different experiences,
and you can actually transfer between any MML-enabled world.
So Unreal Engine, web stuff, the Somnia Playgrounds, the whole game itself is also interoperable.
So I think, yeah, I mean, I would just like to experiment with that.
But I'm excited to see what happens.
Probably going to all break it.
But that's part of the fun as well.
And you mentioned Forgotten Runes Wizards, right?
They also have, I think, 3D files.
This will be very interesting for the other side
I can imagine also Chimpers,
of course, Gs, Forgotten Runes Wizards.
It would be cool to see Kulkas there.
I don't know if they have 3D files.
but it would be definitely cool to see cats there. I don't know if they have 3D files. I don't think so, but it would be definitely cool
The cool cats, I think there is like,
I don't know if they have a 3D file
for each different avatar or each different token.
But the cool part as well,
and I think that's very important,
is even if a collection does not have a 3D file
for every single token yet, right?
Like, it's a lot of work to create 10,000 or 5,000
But you can create one that kind of represents the collection.
So even collections on Apechain, you
can create one avatar, one 3D avatar that works,
and that is available to all of your holders
And then they get to play.
So then when you're in an experience,
then you can still see, oh, wow,
they're from that collection or they're from that project.
And I think that's a lot of fun as well, even just having the one 3D file
or one model for the whole collection.
I think that's definitely one of the first steps.
So yeah, I definitely recommend all collections to at least have one.
Let's go. That's so cool.
Bronchis, I saw your hand before, so go ahead.
And we're also going to get into what you guys cooking on Ape Chain.
Because I also got honorary, I have to
share it. I love those honoraries.
Damn, I got a Night Glider,
I don't know how they call the trade,
it's Robot Ice in BAYC language,
I think they call it Visor there.
Absolutely love it, so go ahead
damn, I don't know how to pronounce the name
but it's like a blue lion.
Yeah, so I just wanted to touch a bit on what, you know, DirectFill Creator was saying,
because we were helping also some Ape Chain project exactly on this, because we were doing some 3D models, 3D avatars for the collection
that were asking to make a 3D avatar. Because of course, making a wall collection, it's
an art task. You need time, you need money, you need a lot of things. But making one that
is representative for the wall collection, it's way easier,
way faster, way cheaper, and so on. So we made the charms, we made also the real lots, we made
some avatar for the Ape Chain project. because I think that, as we said,
it's really, really important to have a 3D avatar and to, you know,
being able to join all these kinds of experience games,
Also, for example, Nifty Island, that now it's as the integration with ApeChain.
So it's as the integration with the exchange.
So basically, if you have the avatar,
you can upload the avatar for all the holders.
So basically, they can claim and have the avatar
and play with the avatar.
So also, there will be more exposure
to the whole ecosystem, basically.
So yeah, it's really, really important to have a 3d avatar
and to be able to do all these stuffs yeah man and imagine ai agents so if even if you have more
nfts with 3d avatars i believe that i can have all my apes on my other dates running around and stealing your ape coin you MFers so yeah that's
what I'm planning to do guys let's get into what you are cooking before we do that please drop a
GM into the comments share your favorite other dates share how you feeling if you are in NYC
share the photos with us and please retweet the space so we have like over or 60 people here we
have 12 retweets so please push that retweet button so more people can join us.
And we have a big day on ApeCoin and ApeChain in general, I would say, because ApeCoin now ends and we have like a new beginnings.
And here we go, man, you guys bringing new mint, new project on ApeChain, GraphKids.
So can you share a little bit what is it about? What was the idea behind
the project? And yeah, can't wait to learn more. Yeah, we'll let Stoney, that it's the founder and
the artist of this crazy project that I really love. I will let him explain everything behind so go stony yeah yeah well you know i'm a i'm a multi like i'm an artist that works in all kinds
of mediums i love digital art i'm a stencil artist i do graffiti art i'm i do acrylic and
i'm also a music producer and my whole like my whole vibe is rooted in just like the graffiti
reggae kind of like pop art culture so really this collection is a culmination of like just
everything that's influenced me throughout the years of my life and and I got into the web three
space around I think when a lot of people did around when the whole lockdown and
that thing happened and i've honestly like always really wanted to do a generative project so this
is kind of just just a a long time coming for something for me and the graph kids just
you know they represent that like street art and graffiti culture which i've always loved and
i've always loved that like 90s aesthetic of graffiti when the guys were always doing characters
alongside their pieces so the graph kids is like my little character that i've i've kind of always
messed around with and and done with you know alongside my pieces so it's uh it's a collection of 300 and
3333 hand-drawn nfts and it's launching a course on ape chain it's it's all hand drawn by me the
artist and the founder and i'm i'm super proud of it and you know I've been in in the space and I'm fully doxxed and you know
I'm just proud to bring this collection to everybody it's packed with like a hundred
unique traits and like I said it's influenced by graffiti and 420 culture and street culture
and music there's a lot of music stuff in there And there's also throwbacks to just a bunch of projects that I've loved
and enjoyed throughout my time in the space.
You know, not only projects on ETH or Solana or, you know, Ape Chain
or really, you know, whatever, just projects that I've enjoyed.
So, you know, it's kind of a culmination of all that also throwback traits
Loom that man, I pinned my honorary so the style of PFP will be like my honorary
That's the style that the collection will look like?
Yeah, yeah definitely there it's um it's based on like this blockhead character that i've been
drawing for some years now he started off as a circle head character when i was really young and
somehow involved into a blockhead character but yeah that's the vibe they're all holding up their
hands and and there's different um different traits some are holding different there's all
different things they're holding and i thought it was fun to do the hand i think a lot of um
projects you know don't show the hand and then people always end up putting like gm cups or
just different things in their hands so i thought it was cool to to do something a
little different and and have the hands showing in in all of them
yeah i i don't know many pfps with hands actually so uh definitely definitely dope idea
bronchis actually mentioned that you are also working on 3d avatars is that correct
mentioned that you are also working on 3d avatars is that correct yeah well I'm I'm a huge
lover of the central land and the metaverse in general I've done a lot of stuff in hyperfi and
if the island and on cyber and but uh yeah my kind of where I've built my brand most is in the central and so I'm a DJ I did I did um
Weekly shows for about three years straight every single week
Just my own show just to like give to the community and on top of that, you know, I've DJed and done stuff for
samson and MTV and all kinds of
nft projects I've hosted events and you know some weeks i was doing three or four
events a week in decentraland dj and so i also have a wearable line in there so i've got into
making wearables through decentraland so and i've done a bunch of like drones and graffiti uh 3d
letters in nifty island and just for projects that I like,
I'll do like a dope graffiti piece, 3D letters
and give those out to the communities
along with drones and stuff just to,
whatever I'm involved in,
I always like to try to give back to the community
I think if everybody had that approach and just,
you know, something as simple as retweeting and liking and and just showing up to spaces and that type of thing
adds huge amount of value so i think if everybody you know takes a little bit of time out of their
day to try to add some value to whatever projects or whatever you know know, that they like. I think that goes a long way for sure.
Man, we started this space is talking with artists about what,
why they joined Web3, right?
What they've been doing here.
And I think I still believe that for artists,
Web3 is incredible space.
Blockchain makes so much sense, right?
And that's why I'm also so hyped that ApeChain did a mint in NYC, right?
Like with Derek and other artists, because I think it makes so much sense to bring art on blockchain, right?
So also you mentioned that you did some wearables and collectibles and that you are a graffiti artist. I think with other side, with the creator tools, there's got to be a new like the whole economy
for artists who will be, and
projects too, right, that you'll be able
holders and also outside of your holder
Garga mentioned in the tweet
creation tools for emotes,
and Voyager 2.0 content with royalty protection.
So I think that's the Alpha 100%.
Yeah, I, like you're saying, I think this whole web three space and NFTs for artists is, is huge.
Like I said, I saw my music producer and my main background is music. My dad's a musician, but musicians have always been able to get royalties for what they create
And artists have never been able to do that until now, which I think is a huge, huge thing
that people haven't even fully like realized yet you know because if you're an artist and you sell
that people haven't even fully realized yet.
a piece in a coffee shop for two hundred dollars and ten years later your pieces are worth a million
dollars that person who bought it's going to resell it and you don't get any percentage of that
in the digital web three space you can own a percentage of all the resales you know like x
copy did early on and that's one of the reasons
he he did so good i just think it's a it's a huge it's very powerful and i i also think that having
a project if you have a if you have a vision and you you want to like expand your art uh so more
people can join it's also great because you see what we did with Minto Towers, right? We had a great fun day fighting in the arena.
And you need the project to do that, right?
And with OtherSide, you'll be able to build custom experiences for your holders.
You can bring your vision to life there.
So I think that's very interesting and it opens so many new possibilities there.
Yeah, I'm super excited to see and really get to play around
and do some events on the other side for sure.
I can't wait till the first time I can throw a Graf Kids party in there
Yeah, and this is another interesting thing, right?
As musicians, will you be able to host
events djing i don't know singing whatever i think you will right and that's another
possibility maybe for your holders you can they will have a free entry others will be able
to pay i don't know but very like i think it's so exciting. It's absolutely crazy. So yeah, love to hear that. Last time we talked with the pilot from Gliders
about how he approached the mint,
And the mint, I would say, was a success.
It minted out quite quickly.
So what is your approach, guys?
I saw you are minting on Blavor,
which somehow, I don't know how guys did that,
but it's probably the golden
standard standard for Apechain right now you know it's always smooth it works
well it's easy you see if you are low listed or not so what was your approach
yeah I mean there was no question when we me and Brongus you know took it to the
next step and really decided that okay we, we're going to move forward and the mint's going to be in like a month.
There was no question of where it was going to be minted at.
It was, you know, 100% going to be on Bliver, which I think, like you're saying, is such an amazing launch pad and such a smooth experience for the creators and the mentors alike.
Did you give away some kind of...
How can people join the Mint?
That's probably the most common question
that I always get in my DMs.
Yeah, we'll let Brongus take this one yeah sure yeah this was my my main focus basically
uh yeah basically we we did uh a lot of collaboration uh with almost all the hc
projects so like for example jeeds for example uh i don't know, designer Toshiro, Allopass.
We had basically almost all the big projects.
FoxyFem, Aetheria, Night Gliders also,
because we support each other since the zero, basically.
And of course, I have a lot of friends in this space,
and especially on ApeChain.
So it was really, really smooth.
I had a lot of, you know, help from them.
We made all this collaboration.
Some of the communities will be also all in the first come, first serve phase.
in the first come first serve phase so like for example jeeds for example uh the allopass for
example uh foxfm uh and all the the big projects um and we also add uh some collaboration with
some asian alpha groups uh doodles azuki and all these projects. So we closed this collaboration. We also made some posts.
We are going to, let's say, launch from Stonehaye Page,
because he's a really well-known DJ.
So we thought that it's better for the moment to launch from his page
because he was already, you know, followed by a lot of people.
So it was the best thing to do.
And we made some posts about the collaboration from my page and his page.
So we closed this kind of collaboration.
We are closing all the details because, of course, the minute is in two days.
So we are just, you know, I mean uh putting all together the the wallets and sending
to blether and as sony said yeah blether it's you know uh you don't have neither to think about
the mint because it's super um well uh managed by them so you just need to talk with them and it's super smooth.
It works really, really well.
You know everything, price, date,
if you are whitelist, in which phase you are and so on.
So it's basically, you know, a must on Ape Chain.
We had a great conversation with them.
Of course, we had collaboration with them and all the
the bladder pass, all there will be on First Come, First Ser.
And we gave also guaranteed
Yeah, I mean, we closed a lot of collaboration.
So basically, this was the best way to get on the guaranteed space.
But of course we can give out some whitely spot
because of course, you know, grateful, we are grateful for you.
So of course it's mandatory to give you some spot
for the audience, for your friends and for everyone that is here.
We can give out five guaranteed and ten first come first serve.
Okay, guys, so I'll pick from retweets.
So retweet the space and I'll pick 15, right?
First five will get guaranteed and the ten will get first come first serve love it love it thank you so much I also
want to say quickly hi to the blue lion here on stage because I saw he or she
had a hand up maybe she or he has some questions too so blue lion I don't know
how to pronounce your name so I better better call you Blue Lion. Yeah, it's Jashaka.
So GM, GM, happy to be here.
I'm Jamaican, so hopefully Stoney with the Stoner vibes, you get the Jamaican vibes.
I was just more on the beginning part.
So Brangis told me about the Mint I'm going to support.
I'm at my son's graduation he's
graduating in school of animation and 3d technology and my my lion hired hired hired for the other
side man hired send him my way and i'm actually a 3d software developer so my lion is my project
it's just shocker if you look it up um jishaka.com i've been writing
open source software for the past 10 15 years and what's happening with other side and 3d for me is
like a dream come true um so i'm rushing to the graduation i ran out of time but i wanted to say
we are building an ai tool um that will help to scan your collections and convert them into assets with unique.
So basically brings all the metadata and puts it on the model
because we are building a game, my project, using the technology we've been building.
So if anybody is a builder and you need help, we're also like five, six years as our team in Unreal.
We got lots of skills. we're happy to share.
I gave Bunges a cool animation.
So you can kind of see the stuff we're doing.
But I think this tool is going to help a lot of other projects
who want to bring their characters into 3D.
And it's kind of like, I think, respectful use of AI.
So if you already have the assets then
we can create the 3d models super hard to do but hopefully um you know we want
to share everything that we're doing and just so love what you guys are doing
with other side with HM I'm a huge supporter. Man that's awesome I believe
there there'll be a lot of collections collections that will try or want to turn their PFPs into 3D avatars, right?
Talking also about 3D avatars, I see BoredFM, they switch PFP.
And I think it's twerking from the other side.
Bronchis, let's say you mint out.
What are the first steps that you guys are planning to do?
Any short-term roadmap or what's your goal that we should look forward to?
Yeah, so I think I will let the word to Sony, but I will say that of course this is not, you know, barely a PSP collection, of course, as the perks, as some utilities,
also in real life utilities. And there's a lot of things behind the scene that we are cooking,
that we are aiming to do, of course, with the in the future, let's say. of course, for example, One Utility, it's some in real life painting that Sone, as he said, is doing.
So he will do for, let's say, some lucky minter,
because we will reveal who will be eligible for this.
And of course, he's, as he said a dj so of course this community will
be also focused on music and all this stuff how to make music or these kind of things so i will
let the the word to him please don't go ahead yeah so one of the one of the utilities I'm super excited
for is to do some physical paintings as I mentioned before I'm a stencil artist
and I've been in a bunch of galleries all around Southern California where I'm
from here and I've done murals for you know big businesses and and a lot
of just different companies and places so there'd be a couple ways for you there's 10 one of ones in
the collection so the first way will be if you meant a one of one i'm going to raffle between
the 10 one of ones two places for you to win a physical stencil painting of any nft that you hold from any
collection so you know say you own a mutant ape and you win that i'll do a physical stencil painting
of your mutant ape and that'll be sent out to you and you'll have a dope like physical hand cut hand sprayed
painting that you can sport in your office or in your home so yeah there's two of those and then
there's there'll be two other ways to do it i think we're gonna do it for like the top mentor
and then we'll do it for like whoever holds the most after the market opens or whoever swept the
most something like that well so that that one i'm super excited about also the other
the other remaining eight one-on-one holders are going to get a custom digital
graffiti piece of their name and i will also turn that graffiti piece into a 3d file and give that to
you so you'll be able to use that and other side or you know nifty island or whatever whatever
application you could possibly want to use it in so yeah and as Brongus mentioned we're gonna have some music stuff some DJ shows some I do producing
so I do production shows so some like custom songs and a bunch of cool stuff
for sure involving music and art let's go guys Definitely good luck with the mint. My approach to mints on Apechain is if I know you, you are minting something and we know each other, just hit me up.
If we don't know each other, it doesn't mean that I'm not going to mint, right?
But I just need to do more research because I take the mints as a support to you guys.
You know, 9ApeCoin here, I don't know, you mint few, you support builders in this space because it's not easy.
Like, having your collection is not easy, you know, with royalties and everything because it's not easy like having your collection is not easy uh you know with royalties and everything it's not easy so yeah here to here to support
100 i think apechain is so good for nfts it's so much fun for me to collect i have so many i
i have so many nfts i don't know i don't even know where uh even know in which wallets they are. I need to do some research or how to call it
and reorganize them because it's a mess.
I love collecting NFTs on Apechain.
I can't wait to see if there's going to be any use cases
That's going to be very interesting.
So yeah, guys, anything that you would like to share about the Mint? How can people join? use cases on uh on the or in the other side that's gonna be very interesting so yeah guys anything
that you would like to share about the mint how can people join what they should do right now
before we get into the nyc experience and maybe playing pox yeah i mean it's on blever it's gonna be noon Eastern time 9 a.m. Pacific Standard Time I should know
the UTC time but I don't and yeah it blubber makes the whole experience so
simple so I'm sure most of the ape chain fam in here is somewhat familiar with it
so yeah just head on over there and check
out the craft kids page you can just click on it and you'll see what list you're on i don't
i think we're going to update the list tomorrow or the next day um so you'll be able to to see
which which list you're on yeah i'm just you know finishing all the lists so basically
between today and tomorrow we will start to update everything so you can check
starting from tomorrow yeah if you are on and in which phase you are on of course for whatever
whichever problem just reach me out or reach sonaya out and we will help you out figuring out every problem.
If you are not in the whitelist and you should be, we will fix everything.
Of course, thanks a lot for having us.
We are so happy that we were here and it's always a pleasure to talk with you and all
the audience and the people on the stage so thank you so much of course reach me out with the wallets
when the space is ended and yeah of course i have to run because we have a lot of things to do so
thanks for having us love you all see you yes thank you grateful so much for giving us
this platform and having us up and letting us speak i i truly appreciate your time and your
energy and all your efforts you're putting in to the chain i just want to big up josh chaka
real quick congratulations on your son i'm sure you're a proud dad and Yeah, I'll I'll see you guys peace and love peace and love
Guys if you want to pin I I see one tweet pinned if you have some tweet with a link or something
Pointing to blubber pin it up so people can see it. Good luck with a mint
Last time we had the night gliders. It was a success. It disappeared and Pilot was really happy and they've been cooking.
So yeah, good luck with the mint.
And again, guys, if you are minting something, hit me up in DMs and we can talk about it.
Guys, I will quickly refresh the space.
We're going to be talking about NYC experience.
What's happening there with ApeCoin.
And then we have a directive creator.
And we got to be talking, of course, about building indie metaverse.
And the new game that's coming on Somnia.
It's going to be really, really great. We also
touch ODK a little bit, so retweet the space. If you have any questions, drop them into the
comments. Damn, what a day, what a day. I also saw an announcement that in other space there'll
be Gargoyle and some other people and Figgy, so we will have a lot of info today. Absolutely love
that. So yeah, let me quickly rename the space give
me 20 seconds i i will play the song that's another thing that i want to build on other side
and that's something like a kill bill church that uh me and and rita we will have a wedding there
and you can come go there and kill us so i don't know if it's a good idea or bad, but you see. and let's go nft nyc and staple x ape chain with james so hyped to have you again man i hope
everything's going great in new york uh where are you at right now where are you at right there
i'm actually at the staples uh the staple store right now watching Wabam and Wan Kim of Ape Chain battle it off
You'll probably see videos. I'll see a lot of people
videoing it right now. It looks like a best of
three game. We're right here on the street
in front of it. They're just slamming pogs
on the street for bragging rights.
You know, inside the Staples Store
food, some accoutrements. We've got some drinks. we've got some some food some accoutrements
we got some drinks we got music playing and we got the exhibitions of a bunch of ape chain
creators we also have a couple of art mints that were that have gone live over the past
uh couple days here um that were on blever really good stuff the artists were here doing that um
it's just a really really fun time i got to meet a ton of the people from the community and it's just
really really good you know i see the uh a ton of the people from the community and it's just really really good. You know, I see the, you know, all the Ape Chain teams out here really really rocking it and you know, it's just a really good time.
Man, I love to hear the background atmosphere.
It's always great. We always do, whenever we go to some kind of IRL event, we do warm up and then we do wrap up, right?
So yeah, that's right. How is the energy there? If you could explain it to people
that couldn't make it. It's like a family reunion. I was talking to
McFly, I think I was talking to earlier from the G's community. It's like, you
know, we all talk to each other online and then when you meet each other in
person, it's just so exciting, right? like you just get to see everyone you're so excited to
see everybody and you're just like oh shit what's really funny is like you know uh another another
space host uh amp you know amp's voice right like you know and then when you like you see the body
that it's coming from i don't know it sounds weird but it's just so great right you get so excited
and you know yesterday i had a couple of folks that like i knew from spaces and stuff like kind
of like mess with me a little bit and i was like excuse me then i heard them talk and
stuff so it's just it's really exciting getting to meet everyone and see everyone in person and
like you know i think it's just like it's really good man i mean i'm gonna sound super cordy it
sounds it feels a little like 2021 vibes but just like how excited everyone is going to be here and
just like happy and chatting with each other. It's just a good time, man
Man, I I hear it. It's amazing. I I'm having such a photo. It's insane, man
But I'm going to Vegas guys. I'm going to Vegas. Hold on someone once someone wants to say hello real quick
I don't know you want to say hello to grateful and all them. Is that the one with that aqua background?
Is that the one with that aqua background?
I can't hear anything he's saying.
Oh, yeah, that's what he would say.
You know, aquamarine ape still can't swim.
I'm out here in New York.
I haven't seen one swimming anywhere.
The whole ocean out here.
Not one aqua ape in the water.
So, yeah, it's good, man.
It's good. You know, like, it's really, really fun. Like, you know, these staple shirts. I know him. That's right. So yeah, it's good, man. It's good.
It's really, really fun. These staple shirts,
I think you saw the video posted.
I think there's like six or seven stumbles you can get hot
transferred onto it. So we're going to get your own kind of custom
On the back it says ape in,
and then below it says pigeon.
There's a hat with a bunch of different patches you can get
sewn on from different communities.
There's like a Zard's patch, a Gob's patch, a G's patch.
Like all these different communities and everything.
It's really, really cool.
It's just a good time, man.
Man, and you can get this only in store on location, right?
And please don't DM me asking me to pick you one up.
Because I've already got like seven people who have already DMed me asking me for that.
And I can't do all that. I don't have enough room in my bag to take on one.
10 ape coin to everyone who DMs.
No, no, no, no, no, no. Don't do that. Don't do that. Don't do that.
One thing, I did want to touch on something that Directive was talking about earlier.
I almost interrupted him, but I didn't want to break, you know, the rules.
You know, he was talking. Oh, God, here comes a fucking truck. Hold on, let me move
down the street a second. There are no rules,
James, here. There are no rules.
I know, I know. Everything's pure chaos.
I know, man. Holy shit. No, but you know,
I've told this story before, and I'll do a
real quick version, but when we did
Apes Come Home, and actually
you see Garga's character
twerking in the bathroom, or you see Spin's character on the bar, it's so wild, because it's just like he said, it's like, like, you know, you see Garga's character twerking in the bathroom, or you see Spin's character out on the bar.
It's like, it's so wild, because it's just like he said, it's like, oh, I know that's
that person, because he's the only person who can actually have that avatar, and it's
such an unlocker, and I think it's such a fun, great thing that we're going to see with
everyone, especially with all these other models and stuff like that.
You're going to see, like, small little codas running around with, like, you know, then
you're going to see the apes running around and all the other stuff.
I'm glad to see such a positive reaction from the folks on Timeline from today's Infodump.
Please hop on those other spaces today if you can listen.
We're all really excited to share all this stuff.
So yeah, I'm just super bullish on all that as well.
I expect Grills and G's and all the other things to run around as well, just so you know.
I didn't want to comment on that because I have to state right now.
I'm not sure where they say that.
So I'm like, I'm just like a skirt around that one.
You know what I'm saying?
I know I always joke about it.
For me, it's important not only that there is like avatars within the ecosystem but like
basically kind of doing it
unannounced and trying out
like Garga mentioned himself like modding
and stuff like having a shape from
the shapes community in there.
It's not an avatar. It's like a shape.
But that whole community can then rile up
because that avatar is in there
and they can have their bubble spaces.
So I think that's so much fun.
much fun i i can't wait to see all the g's on ape in there and um yeah i mean having having these
I can't wait to see all the G's on Ape in there.
recognizable things is is so cool obviously i'm biased when it comes to the the grills i think
it's just really funny as well um but yeah i'm excited to see to see that evolve further and
yeah um have all kinds of crazy stuff in there.
I mean, I was a vending machine
Yeah, I was going to mention that. I know I see
every once in a while, if we have an event, I see some random
ass object running by. I'm like, oh, that must be directive.
holder of grills. I bought grills.
the multiplier for Somnia, right?
top number one leaderboard spot
on Somnia, so you're probably
Yeah, I like I deliberately did not focus on creating a token
just for the sake of creating a token.
For me, interoperability is the most important part.
making sure that you can go with your grills in Nifty Island
and you can go into other side and you can go to Somnia
and you do the crazy run.
That, to me, is the most important part.
And it's the same with my ape, right?
I have my pink bored ape and I play like Spider-Man with the ape
or I go and play the Star Wars game,
but instead of the main character,
Because it's hard to pinpoint,
but it's like there is something to it
and you play with your own character
that only you have and only you play with.
And then there's like a story and there's
like cut scenes so all of the stuff looks really nice looks really cool and and you constantly
see your own your own ape or your own avatar and that that makes it a little bit more special and
that that i think like i'm really hoping that that first in some
day in the future that gets embraced more and more um in in like triple a games as well like
where they can use the chain where they can store these assets so you you like you can prove that you own it and just play with it
and be able to maneuver with these avatars,
even if it's maybe in a game
where it doesn't really fit.
I mean, one of the things with the ape,
it's often really, really funny
to watch those videos as well.
So yeah, we'll see where that goes.
I mean, I know that Epic and Unreal,
they're making big steps towards that.
So yeah, we'll see where that gets us.
It's such an exciting time to be in Web3 right now.
It's really, really great i i love it man we've been waiting for this but i can't wait to actually be in the other side as
my ape and running around with you guys there it's gonna be it's gonna be huge so yeah i know
it's gonna happen very soon and i I cannot wait because as you mentioned,
it's so special to be there as, I would say, like as me, as my ape.
So it's always, always great.
I would love to ask also James about the art drops that happen on Ape Chain.
Could you tell us how that work?
Yeah, I saw that Derek, which is amazing artist we met in Hong Kong on that on that tram like Double Decker and he's amazing artist with amazing story so yes could
you share a little bit how did it work if everyone could mint because I'm
playing to buy on secondary but if everyone could mint and how did work?
Yeah, so the artists, I mean,
basically there was three artists here
who were doing art drops on Blevver.
And so I think all of them may have minted out
except for the one that's currently,
I think it's on a 24-hour,
trying to get its GTD list out right now.
You can go check Blevver for those.
but I'm sure ape chain has
posted them out but you know i i think it's great to start to see like some art and stuff getting
uh minted on the chain you know we we have we have the nfts and the pfps but i've always been
a big fan of of art and you know uh derrick's i i think is an image or as a video uh we had
terrell who had an image as a 1155 and then the one that's happening right now is actually a generative piece so every piece that gets minted is different
and you know it's just really really great stuff so I mean yeah look for him
I'm sorry I don't have the links with me right now I'm just like kind of on my
phone but but yeah it's been super great the artists have been here to talk about
it and what's really cool about Derek's mint is like if you mint it out and have
like the the transaction receipt that there's a shirt that's also available
I don't know the specifics of how it works, but it's a really cool looking shirt that you can get
Again, don't ask me to pick it up for you because I won't ship it to you
But I think they're gonna try to figure out how to get it to all the folks
But it's just really really cool activation to have going on here
And what's the plan for today actually in that space more vibes more t-shirts more uh more of
everything you know i think it's just everyone's kind of using it's great i saw this happening in
paris as well actually it's like you know it's a spot where everyone can kind of come and and
congregate you know grab a couple of drinks hang out and then either hop to another event and come
back over here because it runs all day it's from uh it's from 11 to 7 and and come back over here. Because it runs all day. It's from 11 to 7.
And so, you know, it's like I've definitely seen people swing by here in the morning,
say hello, come back later in the day and stuff like that.
So it's just, you know, everyone coming and hanging out.
It's crazy how time flies. I think J-Bond, he tweeted today that it's been three years
since Eminem and Snoop Dogg performing on ape fest 2022 right so the vibes
were top back in the day i think and you know i i think we see very similar vibes these days
to be honest right like people are really excited i think so you know and i'm really excited for
for for vegas and for all of that as well to get everyone together there and and it's just
it's gonna be really good.
I mentioned I might have to drop Ellie.
But thanks for having me on.
Like I said, if you're in New York,
please swing by 21 Mercer and say hello to everybody.
And, you know, just I appreciate everyone.
And, you know, like if you love good art and stuff like that,
check out Blev for for not only
For the graph kids but for for the artists who are here
Ape chain on top. I'll leave it at that. I'll talk to you later. Okay, let's go a channel top. Thank you so much for joining man Good luck. Enjoy the experience. It looks amazing. I wish I I was there, but yeah, Las Vegas it is guys Las Vegas it is
Yeah, Las Vegas it is, guys.
Guys, I'll quickly again rename the space.
But now it's going to be amazing
because there is a new game by Directive Creator.
And I know I mentioned it before
that he's been cooking, cooking, cooking on Somnia everywhere.
Probably also on DK, right?
Do you also have ODK for other side?
It is recorded. I can see's okay. It's not recorded. So it's all cool, man. He doesn't hear that. It is recorded.
No, I wanted to say that I want the ODK to be available for everyone.
Like that, like, I'm always hesitant talking about DODK
because I think they're creative tools, right?
And they had the info dump and you had the AI tools
and all this stuff and all this stuff that's coming.
And I know that that's not gonna like release
like right away, it has to be like kind of staged out
and you wanna make sure that everything works.
But the basis of the tools,
I really want other people to be able out and you want to make sure that everything works but the basis of the tools i'm i'm i really
want other people to be able um so my biggest pet peeve basically with the odk is that i
to be able to access it and to be able to build with it.
Because the more people that have it,
the more creativity you will see, the more bugs.
Because if there's like a thousand people trying something,
then you're going to find a whole different bug than if there's only like 10.
So yeah, if they're listening to the recording,
that will be my one thing.
But I'm super excited about the AI functions
and the stuff that's coming.
Yeah, I mean, and then when it comes to the crazy run,
like I don't really like to call it like a game
because it's like a mini micro game, basically.
The game itself is like...
I think it's like one megabyte or something like that.
It's like there's nothing...
The whole point is that it's all in one text document.
Plus, I also vibe-coded my way with certain things like leaderboards and stuff, making that work.
But it's super exciting that you can create these kind of mini experiences with MML
because you can then do the same obstacle course in other side you can do
it on the Somnia Playgrounds you can do it in Construct and it should all work in the same way
and I think that's really really cool like you saw that now as well with like some previous things in the past where they had some kind of squid game type games.
Yeah, I think it's going to be really fun
when everybody can just come up with creative ideas
of like, oh, let me create a shooting game
or let me create a racing game or an obstacle course
or whatever you can come up with.
And you can do it on your own deed
and you can do it on your own metaverse,
but you can also move those things across.
So I think that's super, super fun.
So we'll see how that goes.
And then the other big part is concurrency, right?
Like seeing how many people can play the same experience
That's going to be very interesting if we will be able to actually have hundreds of
players on these tests, right?
And I remember that you started like series of videos where you created, you know, objects and basically you documented
So could you just share when you started that and how did you improve since you started?
Because I haven't seen it recently, but I remember that you did so many videos, man,
teaching and educating people how to actually build
the first time we ever heard of MML,
it wasn't really called MML yet.
It was in the other side, like Light Paper.
And there it talked about being able to add metadata
to different objects in the metaverse
and being able to identify, like, if it's a chair,
Or if it's like, this is a block, and if you add throwable to identify, like, if it's a chair, then you can sit on it. Or if it's, like, this is a block, and if you add, like, throwable to it,
now you can throw it, now it's a weapon, or stuff like that.
You add little bits of metadata or little bits of information to an object
to describe what the object can do.
So I was really excited about that.
I was excited about that as well for the grills, of course,
because we talked about having kind of like a pet,
almost like an addition so that you can have an avatar
with something walking alongside it,
whether that's your board kennel
or grills or another thing.
That seemed very fun to me and seemed very interesting.
And then, yeah, MML got released.
And then it's very simple.
It's just HTML and JavaScript.
And I know that, like I say, it's simple.
I mean, it's the same type of stuff that you create like
people are a little bit hesitant to try to use
it or to try to do it because it's like oh well
I don't know how any programming
I don't know how this works right
and this was easy enough to kind of like it's like, oh, well, I don't know any programming. I don't know how this works.
And this was easy enough to kind of like, it's kind of like Lego.
You have these different building blocks,
and you can just create different things, like animations or a button or something that flies.
So I tried to kind of test the limits of what you can do
with just those blocks, because everybody can then recreate it.
And you can share this stuff as well, which is also important.
You can give someone the little piece of code.
And then they can have the whole thing running on their end.
And then also, that obviously also helped
And then I can bug M squared and say,
hey, you guys need to add this function.
You needed to add this or this.
And so I was like, you know what?
I might as well just make a little video
every single time I do it so that you can see the potential.
I had the Forgotten Runes.
I converted it to MML Avatar
before they announced that you could also actually have
Forgotten Runes in there.
It's because there's almost no borders when it comes to like the
the creative stuff and that's why the grills are in there as well and then one thing that i did with
the grills and i think other collections could or should do too like one problem problem is that if you have 5,555 NFTs or avatars, you need to create 5,555 models.
But since I was getting familiar with MML, I decided, you know what, I can make an MML code for all of these individual avatars
and just build it back together based on the code.
So instead of modeling 5,555 individual avatars,
the grills, when they load in MML, they are loaded in pieces.
They're loaded in the individual traits
a lot of other future potential.
Because you have the base NFT
with all these different traits,
you can also do really crazy stuff.
Some grills have knives and cigarettes and blunts and stuff like that,
but maybe we jump in Roblox or in a kid's game or whatever,
and then I can say, okay, cool, let's not do the knives this time.
There is a whole MML version of the Krills
that is the exact same avatars.
There's no duplicates or anything,
but that is censored, that removes the weapons.
But the other big thing is you can also add stuff.
But the other big thing is you can also add stuff.
So you can, in the future, buy wearables or buy objects or buy assets
and put that on your avatar and add the NFT to the NFT, basically.
And I think that's going to happen.
I don't have any secret alpha or anything,
but I think that's going to happen with apes and stuff as well.
That's what I've been trying to do a lot as well.
It's like you have an ape and there's no pants and there's no shirt.
There's like running around in his underwear,
but you can add a pair of pants.
So imagine that you can go like on a Shopify page
and you buy like a shirt and you get a shirt shipped to your house,
but you also have that same shirt digitally
and you can put it on your Ape and it belongs to you.
So I think there's a lot of potential there.
And I think one of the things is that
M-squared just announced a special system for that
And I don't think I've seen that posted a lot yet.
So I might have to share that right after this.
And this is exactly how I see it, right?
That you will have digital and physical products,
you will be able to wear it IRL in the metaverse
which is great and also talking about M2
there was a test on mobile, right?
So I downloaded iOS app msquared there was a there was a test on a mobile right so i downloaded ios app and i think this is
going to be possible also for other side i know herman talked about it i don't know a few months
maybe a year ago that you'll be able to send a link to your friends they click it and they they'll
be on the same location as you maybe in the other other side, right? He talked about M2, but I really hope it's going to work
and you'll be with your friends
in the other side on mobile app.
But that's speculation right now,
but the mobile app M2 one is live
Yeah, I mean, kind of sky's the limit, right?
So you could just be really, really creative.
So I think there's going to be
other mobile experiences that are coming.
And I think maybe eventually
even users, holders themselves,
can create an app that is their own app
that uses the space as the back end.
Imagine that you have a grateful app,
and then you open that, and then you end up on your other deed.
And it is definitely possible.
So yeah, we'll see how that goes.
It opens so many possibilities
especially for content creators here.
I see Gene, he works with so many brands.
I believe he'll be able to bring A bring a board brewing into the metaverse 100%.
I see Captain here, Board FM, of course, Nana, Showbiz, right?
They've been hosting spaces for such a long time.
Man, what you can build for your audience there, right?
Like you can build custom whatever.
You can host spaces from bubbles.
You can do experiences that it will be very imagine that we we are hosting yeah gene's like i don't know what
you're talking about man i know gene you already talk or you already built something in the other
side for a water and board brewing don't pretend that you don't know what i'm talking about
yeah he's doing like he's not here but it it's gonna be very cool trick here, right?
It's gonna be very interesting to see.
And I can imagine having something like a space for like 40 minutes
and then go and play for like 10 minutes a shooter game.
That we shoot each other, we can play for Apecoin
and then we keep going with spaces.
So it's gonna be a lot of fun.
But you mentioned something with M squared and I forgot the name of that.
Well, so I think one of the things that I always... I haven't done that lately,
but basically a lot of the M2 stuff is very open.
There's documentation about it.
There's documentation about the world builder
and all the tools that get created.
So if you want to learn about other side
and you want to learn about ODK and stuff like that,
a good idea is to look at those tools
because a lot of the things are very similar.
things are very similar, right?
If there's a new function that gets announced there,
If there's like a new function that gets announced there,
that probably also ties into other side and ODK,
And one thing that I saw them post,
I think it was like two days ago,
when I was talking about this,
like adding the metadata and censoring and knowing when an ape has a cigarette or not, right?
I think they recently announced this system that does that,
that has that built in into the Morpheus,
into the system, basically,
But it's often kind of lost in release documentation
and blog posts and stuff like that.
But it is public, so I'll try to make a post about it,
probably after the crazy run and all that stuff.
But yeah, I think those type of things are very important,
and they're often overlooked.
It's like everybody's like, oh, when can I have a car on the other side,
or when can I do this, And when can I do that? And then meanwhile, there's already a video
where there's a car being tested in the Morpheus M-squared
So then you're like, OK, well, if it's possible there,
then you can understand what might be possible
for other side later down the line.
And the same, you mentioned it yourself.
Like, we just did a demo.
There was just a demo where you play the whole world
But that was a Morpheus M2 demo.
But obviously, if you can read between the lines,
then you can see like okay that means
that maybe and again i'm not i don't have any secret information i have the same information
that you have um but then theoretically that means that then you can also run other side
on your mobile phone later down the line um i don't know, maybe they don't want to,
but the important part is that it's all possible.
And yeah, that's what I keep saying,
interoperability, being able to be on different platforms,
being able to be on different chains,
being able to load different avatars,
being able to have spaces. I, being able to load different avatars, being able to have spaces.
I saw even now, if you read, again,
if you read between the lines
and you look at the announcement with the info dump,
they talk a little bit about the bubbles,
but they also mention really briefly
that it has like a stream link now.
So that means that you can get the sound
in and out of the bubble.
So then if you, for example,
want to link it to other stuff,
like link it to a Spaces or link it to a live stream,
I'm waiting for July to happen,
and we can go try it and go play in the bubbles.
But I think those type of tools are very, very important.
Even though they're super, super small functions,
super small fixes and additions,
they have a big implication
because it allows you to be very interoperable
and be able to have spaces connected to bubbles and stuff like
I think that's going to be super, super important.
So maybe next time I talk to you, we'll talk in a bubble space hybrid setup.
That was my question 100%, right?
How we can stream outside of the bubble
so this will solve it also with other page, right?
Maybe you join bubbles and you'll be able to collect badge
or NFT or I don't know, maybe even Apecoin.
It might change the Twitter space landscape.
How are we going to host those spaces and experiences, right?
So it will be really cool to see how creative people are
and what they are doing with that.
I would 100% love to talk.
Speaking of other page, sorry to interrupt.
Speaking of other page, this is not official.
It's like, holy shit, I'm sweating right now.
I know, I know, it's important.
So I have to say it's not official before I say it
other page profile after as well
definitely want to get into crazy run
but one more question before we get
there are so many creators
in the space right space hosts brands how would you approach other side building right would you
hire someone or would you try to do it by yourself is it possible to to actually build something
meaning meaningful by yourself if you have zero skills. I know vibe coding is getting so much better.
So maybe for basic experiences, it's possible.
But how would you approach that?
I would just approach it in the way
that you'd like to do things best.
So if you're like really, really good at making videos,
you're making good at art or being good at 3D modeling,
or you're just good at coming up with ideas.
The cool part is, is that there's so many different parts.
There's so many different tools.
And then with vibe coding,
you can definitely get really, really far.
But don't hesitate to just come up with a plan
and come up with like, okay, this is what I want to create.
And then kind of figure out like, okay,
what tools do I have that I can use,
but also what other people, other friends,
other people in the community,
Maybe you're not an amazing 3D modeler,
but then you do ask an amazing 3D modeler
to help you create those assets
so that then you can create your own experience.
Because you don't necessarily have to only create a game.
You can create an experience.
You can create a movie if you want to.
The tools are really, really powerful.
And then with the vibe coding, all of that,
what it does, it just makes the barrier of entry
It makes it easier to kind of like start drafting stuff,
start coming up with stuff.
And you saw it now, and I think in that video,
Biggie mentioned as well,
you see him kind of use the AI to change the environment,
and then it's like, okay, here you kind of block out
It's not like the trees don't look as good as they can
Because those you can then replace with the actual files
And I think if you're creating your own stuff,
it's this very, the same approach.
You work with what your expertise is in,
and then kind of try to fill in the gaps.
And that could be like both AI and real artists
I think that's super, super powerful.
For me, the AI stuff is super fun,
but it's because it's an additional tool.
It's like a tool to make things easier
in collaboration with other people.
I think, yeah, anything you want to create,
just come up with a plan and round up some friends and go
and go build it and and also the important part if even if you think like oh i can't do this this
is too difficult i don't know how to do 3d waddling i don't know how to do unreal i don't
know how to do scripting just go try just go go try some stuff because often you're like trying
it and you're like oh oh, you know what?
That was actually kind of easy.
Like I created this little mini thing myself.
And like definitely do that.
Definitely just try not to doubt yourself basically
And there's probably going to be cool tutorials
from other artists that explain how to do it,
and just follow along and try that.
But do what makes you happy.
So if graphic, 3D modeling, scripting,
there's something for everybody.
And definitely look into Unreal in general
because it's kind of the same thing.
You can do so many things with the Unreal engine.
People make whole movies with it, animations, games, experiences.
So yeah, that would be my advice.
Yeah, it makes 100% sense, man.
I think there are so many creators that someone will come with something
that will be really like a killer app, killer use case,
and we will learn from each other what works, what doesn't work,
I'm actually really excited that we are not waiting for like crazy hype event like back in 2021.
But I see this more like incremental improvements over time, figuring out what works and what doesn't.
So yeah, man, really bullish.
It's going to be great summer.
I can't wait to see more and to play those games.
I do miss sometimes the hype where you're like...
You don't know what's coming and all of a sudden there's this trailer dropping and it's like, whoa, what's going on?
Yeah, those were crazy times.
Those were crazy times for sure.
I would love to get into the crazy run
because this is the second version of the game.
I didn't play the first one,
so could you share what is it about
and how can we participate?
Maybe they launched it like during the spaces.
But yeah, basically what it was,
it's that they created a,
it's a very simple mini experience
and it was like a's that they created a very simple mini experience.
And it was kind of an obstacle course.
You try to get to the end as quick as possible.
And that completes your quests on Insomnia.
That was an MML example or playground example.
And basically, this is the second version of that. So the obstacle course is a little bit more tricky
and a little bit more polished.
But in general, it's still very much like,
very much like, hey, this is what's possible with MML.
hey, this is what's possible with MML.
And the big thing for me for the crazy run too
was to make sure that all avatars can join
and that it's very easy to load your stuff.
So you can load your Ape, you can load your Coda,
the grills as well. The big thing is that you can connect your wallet, so then you can select your avatar, especially if you have your
grills. They will just show up right away. You don't have to do anything. And then you can play.
And then it's going to be very interesting because I haven't seen it with a lot of people yet, right?
Maybe it's going to break right away.
Maybe everything's going to go fine.
And it's going to be really fun because you're going to see these other avatars run around as well.
And then, yeah, I mean, it's an obstacle course.
And it's made out of a bunch of 3D objects.
And like I said, I think the whole game itself
is like under one megabyte.
but you can run it in Unreal as well.
It's a small game experience.
And I think you, if I recall correctly,
you get points for just playing, just loading it up
And then you get additional points
for actually completing it.
There is a leaderboard as well.
So you can also compete for the fastest time and stuff
And yeah, it's going to be interesting to see how
this is going to play out.
But the important part is that this is accessible for everybody.
So even if you're not in Insomnia,
even if you don't have an MML avatar or whatever,
everybody can play and can just try that out. Just as a fun mini
game, basically, mini experience.
Guys, I pinned it up so you can check it out.
available. I think it should be available
going to be available soon. I can't say exactly
but definitely keep an eye out on the Somnia channels.
But yeah, it will be soon,
and all you have to do is just click the link and play and tell me what you would like to see in Crazy Run 3.
Another big thing, because it's running all on MML,
the other potential part there
is that every single move,
every single thing that happens,
like if you jump, if you fall,
if you go left and right,
all of that stuff can be stored on chain directly
That's also really, really cool.
In the future, we might create, I don't really, really cool. Like every, like, in the future,
we might like create like, I don't know,
Crazy Run 5 or something.
And then you can like replay the moves that someone did.
like, you know, when you did like the time games where you see like the ghost of the character
that was the fastest, like stuff like that is possible, but then that's
stored on-chain, so you can always compete with whoever is the fastest
and stuff like that. And then there's also Chunked,
mine and build and all of the stuff, all of the things that you can mine and build.
And all of the stuff, all of the things that you do
are happening on chain as well.
And I think that's really interesting
because that opens so much opportunities for trading,
trading assets, trading resources.
And I think that's also now with other side, XP, and all that stuff.
Everything kind of blends together when it comes to those parts.
And for me, like I said, it's just important that it works across the board.
I want everybody to basically just get along.
It's like multiple chains working with each other, multiple projects
being able to share files and assets
minigames and stuff like that.
So yeah, maybe in the future
branded, crazy run, right?
And then it's like very, like,
because you can change the objects,
you can change the branding,
you can change the graphics,
but still have these same underlying kind of template.
And this is also like where, okay, if this works, it's
So you can just share it.
I can just post it and be like, all right, cool.
Here's the whole crazy run game.
with that. And then you can.
You can make a different course, different directions.
I think that's going to be very, very interesting.
I'm really curious about other side
and what will be saved on Chain.
Because I know in Chunk, they actually saved,
I think they also saved the direction
in which you are looking at, right?
like crazy amount of data. And Paul mentioned that, you know, having these data on chain,
actually, it enables betting, for example, or anti-cheat mechanism, right? Or leaderboard,
or something you mentioned before that you see like that ghost, and you can follow it and see in racing games.
So it will be very interesting to see how other side will look like,
what will be safe on chain.
And does ApeChain have the capacity to actually hold all the data there, right?
And how it's going to work? We'll see.
It's going to be very interesting.
Well, that's why I think it's important that multi-chain and omni-chain
is such a... You don't have to
have one chain be able to
do everything, right? The cool part is that you can use
Ethereum, you can use ApeChain, you can use Somnia
or even Abstract and all these different things
that all have their own little expertise,
and combine them together, and it still works.
I think that's also very, very cool.
You can have these backends that are just focused on that. One of the things that happened with
Chunked that I thought was pretty interesting is that
cheat, if there were people mining
blocks, but they were not, you could see the position
of the player on chain, but the blocks that they were not like you could see the position of the player on chain but the
blocks that they were mining were
further away they were like not
person itself so then you know
that they're using some sort of script or some
be able to do that and then you
can just say okay cool you can no longer
mine any blocks like that's. And then you can just say, okay, cool, you can no longer mine any blocks.
That's pretty interesting.
You can make sure that everything stays fair.
You can make a thing where like,
oh, how many blocks get mined today?
And then have a whole market based on that.
And you can have trading of assets
and you can have like bathroom blitz and be like how many headshots does grateful make and
there's just so many different opportunities there when you have all that information i mean
especially now with ai and the stuff that we're going with,
the Vibe coding and the LLMs, a lot of the stuff has to do with,
okay, what's the quality of your data that you have?
How much data do you have available about this specific thing?
So imagine that one game just generates an insane amount of data,
but then you can also make a summary of the game,
kind of like a football match almost.
Like, okay, what happens?
Like, you know, in NFL, the baseball,
and they have these cameras,
and they basically track every single move and every single thing.
Now it's just happening on-chainchain and it's in a digital game.
So for me, it just makes a lot of sense that that's the next step.
Yeah, I'm excited to see even those type of things
switching to on-chain as well.
That'd be interesting to watch.
a very interesting use case.
The betting, we see Clutch
Markets, they've been killing it,
you'll be able to bet, for example,
during the game, right? And you'll be able to bet
on it, and the data will be on-chain.
Maybe, I don't know with the other side how it's going to work, but in Somnia
it's possible. So this is going to be crazy.
And I know and I saw that betting is getting more and more popular.
People are gambling more and more, right? So this is going to be
100% one of the use cases. It's so cool to be part of all of this,
to be part of something new
they don't even know that it exists.
I think if I ask a few of my friends
if they know about OtherSide or Somnia,
they won't have any idea.
But we are progressing a lot
I would say so it's great to talk about
it, it's great to see the progress
it's extremely bullish time right now
to be involved in all of these so yeah man
just quickly announce because
there's other space guys, Garga and Figgy will be there
Garga will join guys there
join those spaces because there
probably will be more alpha
and one more thing if you wanna
allow list we have 15 spots
5 guaranteed and 10 first come first serve for graph kits want to get on our list, we have 15 spots,
5 guaranteed and 10 first come
first serve for graph kits.
Retweet the space and after
we wrap it up, I'll pick 15
of you guys. So this is last chance.
And yeah, Directive Creator, what
a great chat today. Do you have anything
else that you would like to add that I
or something that you are really bullish these days,
something that you want to share with the audience?
Well, you all need to have a grills, that's for sure.
Yeah, no, I don't really have that much to share
except for that everybody should try all the different tools.
Like go try the things that you can do now with OtherSide, with ApeChain, with Somnia, with Nifty Island, The Grills, YourApe.
There's so many bits and pieces like downloading your 3D model and loading up an MML character or trying Dashbow.
And I feel like often those are kind of siloed away,
so not enough people are actually trying this stuff.
So if anything, try to make a little list for yourself.
And it's like, okay, cool.
When I go this week, I'm going to go try
ape. I think that's going to be
very, very fun. So definitely do
anything that you would like to see.
of DMs like, hey, is this
possible or could I theoretically do this? I get a lot of DMs like, hey, is this possible?
Or could I theoretically do this?
And often the answer is actually yes.
It's like, yeah, you can.
I also recommend everybody to just prepare, basically.
Even if the final, final thing is not there yet, that doesn't mean that you can't
make the files and make the stuff and make the
bits and pieces so that you're ready to go
when the ODK gets released or when
the other side bubbles turns on. It's nice
to have the MML character
and the MML links ready to go beforehand.
So then when they announce it, you're like,
oh, cool, I can use this link
and I can load my avatar right now.
So that's what I would recommend.
And then if you have any questions, just tweet.
I think learning by doing is the best
that's why I'm exploring Somnia
and that's why I'm trying to be active in everything that's happening
because when you are on hands it's always the best
and I think guys if you need help
just tweet or DM people or go to discords
you'll find someone who can help you
with what you are building in this space so really
exciting times i'm really happy that i can host these spaces and learn from from you legends here
it's it's gonna be like i'm so hyped it's it's crazy so can't wait can't wait also to listen
to garga in other space in like 19 minutes because i believe there will be more alpha and also Garga mentioned that he's going to be in the
EST so if you have any questions you can go there and ask
so yeah really hyped. Go ahead man.
No no I'm just playing with my buttons
here. I thought you want to add anything so
we're detonating the alpha warheads in t-minus 90 seconds
oh shit that's what i call soundboard i love that i love that i need to upgrade mine too
and guys i really hope we'll be able to host these spaces or these shows from
bubbles that's gonna be another another thing uh yeah that's gonna be a lot of fun can't wait man
imagine that we're talking in the spaces and then i can see your ape you can see mine you can see me
changing into a grills and then when i talk about other avatars you can see me change to those other
avatars i think that's to be a lot of fun.
It's going to be great. And talking about soundboards, we've hosted so many projects through the years.
We also hosted, I don't know, you might know that project. It was called Game of Thrones.
I don't know if you know that or not, but I still have a memory in my soundboard. Winter is coming.
So I hope winter is definitely not coming.
Thank you so much everyone who joined us here on stage.
Guys, check the pinned tweets uh you'll learn
more about crazy run you'll learn more about uh the mint graph kits on ape chain about what
happened in nyc i see the vibes are coming back it's so good to see that we've been in this space
for such a long time and big shout to everyone who kept building kept showing up
it was it it wasn't easy at one point right during the ftx crash and everything that was happening
but you guys still here and i think we are still warming up because damn it's gonna be it's gonna
be hyped hyped end of the year so big shout out you. Big shout out to all the listeners again that
supported us since the day one. And let's fucking go, guys. Get ready for other space.
Our main sponsor here, they have been sending us zero ETH, then they switched to zero Apecoin.
And now I think it's going to zero other deed so let's fucking go everybody
this was grateful show 380
and as you know we gotta be oh Nana's like I don't know what you're talking about bro send
those other deeds I need acid one so if you have one, send it. Send it my way, bro.
Guys, other space in 15 minutes. Let's go there. Let's request. Let's get on stage. Let's ask Garga.
Let's fucking hype it. Pump it. I don't know what else. And let's clap our hands.
Holy shit, Nada's here. Nada, come on. i invited you to chill the space people didn't know probably most of them left but for all people still here chill it do it i need to hear it what's
what's going on what's happening in like 15 minutes it's tune into the grateful show every tuesday and thursday weekly
oh dude hey uh great show today obviously fucking news. Huge dump on us with info.
It's like the Jurassic Park movie, right?
Where there's like a huge pile of shit.
Man, we didn't get shit, but we got a huge pile of info, bro.
Yeah, we got a huge pile of info.
We're going to have to dig our ways out and,
stoke that figgy and Garga are going to be joining us on other space FM,
just before they hop into the other side discord.
Baron put out a really great post where just kind of showcases some of the
different connection points with the team.
They're going to be on Coffee with Captain tomorrow morning as well.
So you're going to want to set your reminders.
I think we're in for some really great discussions.
You know how it is, Grateful, when we get a good amount of info
and then people's ideas and inspiration starts to really kick in.
Things were mentioned in the info dump from Next Generation Creator Tooling,
which he mentions AI tooling and Coda Agents and want to unpack more on what that's all about.
They shared a little bit more on like biomes,
this whole kind of Voyager 2.0 system.
So there's definitely some things that are cooking,
and want to make the time that anyone spends
in Other Space FM for the next hour really valuable.
Of course, we'll have a badge.
And yeah, thank you, Grateful.
Appreciate you kind of letting people know.
And great show today, man.
GraphKids, Sony, been cooking.
Directive creator, been cooking uh directive creator been cooking since ages like stone edge
right it's it's crazy man it's crazy i actually uh was talking to stone uh stony yesterday
and just hearing his story seeing seeing his metaverse experiences
and what he's done to activate the community
and how a lot of that transitioned into his time and energy
that ended up freeing up into this project.
So super talented dude, genuine artist, genuine person
who's building and connecting the dots and uh look
forward to graph kids and just him him and the uh brongus and and the graph kids crew community
um so yeah it's uh super dope to see and then of course fucking dc you know uh always cooking
He's about to break Somnia and I'm looking forward to it.
It didn't work for a few hours today, but I want to add one more thing because I know you, you probably have to prepare for the space, but man, I remember when you guys started
hosting other space, man.
And what, what a crazy journey.
And I remember at one point I was like, damn, I'm almost sorry for you because there were no announcements, right?
There were nothing to talk about.
I was like, damn, guys, really pushing hard.
And now you're hosting Gargoyle with Figgy.
You're going to be talking about this crazy launch.
And we are going to celebrate in the other side.
We have to do some space host deathmatch or something.
Like celebrated deathmatch, man.
Yeah, a little bubble battle.
You know what I'm saying?
Speaking of bubbles, they talked about external
platform streaming from bubbles. So like, man, how cool would it be for people to just tap a link,
listen into a bubble conversation that's actually happening on the other side, but still
having the ability to listen in passively for others.
So some cool game-changing things, I think,
that we're on the precipice of.
And I look forward to just seeing where they're at
with all of this stuff because there's so much potential.
And I promise you, we're gotta do uh me versus nana
red battles baby yo so it's gonna be crazy in the other side guys thank you so much for listening
nana anything else uh or we we are going slowly to to other space fm
Dude, I know StoneyEye and the GraphKids crew
are on other pages as well.
They got a community spun up.
You know, I don't want to share any of the alpha.
But, yeah, I'll let Stoney kind of take it from there.
But, yeah, definitely pull up to their community page and make sure to join it.
You helped me so much yesterday, and I appreciate your time and your kind words.
But yeah, definitely, GraphKids, we got a community page over there on OtherPage.
got a community page over there on um other page and there's already early supporters badge to go
claim so i would definitely go check that out and go check out all the amazing badges and
and communities that are over there on other page and yeah much love to nana for sure big
blessing tommy oh yeah. Same to you, man.
Yeah, join the GraphKids crew community.
And then just once you do, hit that check eligibility button to refresh eligibility on their badge.
And you should be able to claim it.
Super stoked to kind of just be on this ride with you, man.
We were just reminiscing on all this stuff.
And, yeah, man, there's lots of times throughout the bear,
throughout the dead times, when times are slow,
where our heads are still down
and we're continuing to find ways to push forward.
And yeah, I'm hoping with some of these new announcements,
there's just a lot for us to kind of build off of because it's also
going to be up to us to use these tools to create these dope experiences.
At the end of the day, it's a platform and it's meant to enable creators just like ourselves.
So let's look forward to seeing how we can really push this thing.
I can't wait to start building on our side and join those experiences.
Finally, man, after those years.
It's been a crazy, crazy ride, man.
I also have a video that I sent to Nana during the bear market.
I'll show you the snippet
and you probably know what's going on.
And then we wrap up and go to other space.
It's a very mean and nasty place.
And I don't care how tough you are.
It will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it.
You, me, or nobody is going to hit as hard as life.
Yeah, but we still here, guys.
Join other space in like five minutes. We got to have as hard as life. Yeah, but we still here, guys. We still killing it. Join other space in like five minutes.
We got to have so much fun there.
Thank you so much for listening.
Follow all the people on stage here.
Follow everyone here in the audience.
And I'll announce the winners in like 30 minutes.
And I can't wait to listen to Garga and you guys to learn more.
