think is going to provide all of this stuff in the future like that's going to make this
make sense because it fuck what can i what did i say yesterday that really
made like i was just like oh my gosh this makes perfect sense so if you look at what
apple did uh just recently right they just killed the entire um industry for nfc chips right they
did the whole name drop or whatever on the phone now for all of us we're like yo like this shit is
been here forever but if you really think about it it takes a brand like apple and in the right timing
for them to to to drop this like chip because remember everyone was like yo tap this card
on your phone and you get all the information right like dude this was a a multi-billion dollar
industry like this was supposed to blow up like people using chips like bro there's a cupcake
protocol that millions of dollars that was invested even on solana for this shit right
where you just like tap a card and you get all this information and you get now apple just came
out with it so this was this was a 10 year old uh tech piece of technology that went on to become
now a big hit now currently today which means what i'm trying to lead to is that all this tech that
we're building right now like that we've been building and we spent all this fucking money building
is not even ready like the world isn't even ready for it yet and someday someone's going to come out
and build this down the line that all the shit that we've been building for web3 and it's going to hit
but it's not the market isn't ready for that yet so we need to be like how apple is and focus on what is
going to be big now right and what is going to help the community and help the the project out
now so that's what we're focusing on now is injecting liquidity and our revenues naturally
into our actual community and in a way that we reward our community in a way that the right people
in the community get rewarded because everyone is involved differently everyone is involved in
their own way it's it's either you're heavily involved or you're lightly involved and our goal is
to just reward you that's always been our goal is to reward you based on that so it's fair and it's
even um and the way that we do that is by love simple um love is our is our not only our governance
token it's our token it's been our token forever it's it's been something that we've been prided on
and we put a lot of energy on we've invested on and you've got to understand that we have learned so
when i say that this is probably one of the biggest uh focuses and and and and emphases that i keep
saying that is that we want to be able to show you guys that love is still very valuable and will
always be valuable and it's growing in its own unique way of value and as we grow uh financially
and as we grow in the developments of these in real life activations everything is going to be
based on the love governance the more love that you have the easier access that you get the more
access that you have the easier you know it is for you to get anywhere so like if there's going to
be only 100 people that we can get into uh this bad buddy concert right that we uh booked or whatever
that we can have hypothetically then it's going to be the first 100 people with the most amount of love
in their wallet that is going to be able to get first access and dibs now they can't make it then
the next person without love in their wallet will then uh will then be handed down that flow so like
if you want to go out to a you know if we have a a club that's going on it's for 500 people
and we have 10 000 people in the collection it'll be the first 500 people groovies that have the most
love in their wallets to have access to this activation because it's only fair like yo let's
be real like we're not going to be able to handle 10 000 people all the time every every time like
that you know so there's smaller activations that are going to go on every time we do this and
there's going to be based on if you were into it like if you're into golf right and you want like
golf clubs or you want to have the golf experience and that's your thing right
you're going to apply with your wallet and you're going to be a holder and it's based on your love
and if it's something that you can make on the on the dibs on this end then you're going to be able
to run it so i'm going to keep going after herc runs in and i can sidestep from here what's good
love is a rewards program legally um just emphasizing that that's a narrative i mean look now you guys are
seeing all this stuff about binance coinbase the sec all these regulations coming out about uh whether or
it's a security or commodity um and we started the narrative a few months ago because you know i
kind of saw this coming essentially and that's why we started the narrative and kind of like
rebranded love and called it you know a rewards program which it is right so it's it's obviously
just a program to reward members of our community that are active right so that is what love is but
now you guys seeing this in the news seeing everything unfold you probably are starting
to understand why we took that position and made that shift like a couple months back so just
emphasizing it go ahead man
yep and let's see i'm just making sure that we've gotten the messages here
okay cool no one so far on the twitter saying anything and yeah this is this is pretty much how
we're we're laying this out moving forward into the next few weeks and into our mints and uh obviously
if you want to go over and cover some of the information there with the art and the you know
the artwork so we can just have this as our first kind of coverage and then if anyone has any questions
i can pull out from discord or not we can run from there and just anyone come up and vibe and uh we can
shoot the shit yeah um yeah i mean with the art you know like i said uh i mean not much has changed
from last week we're striving for perfection so obviously we've had multiple iterations of the art
i think we generated it since we talked last like two additional times the collection just because there
were some nft combination you know trait combinations we didn't like there were some colors we didn't like
so we had to you know we've been just working like really close with all the artists that are
involved just to make sure it's like really dialed down we got some additional one of one some
additional artists um that are going to be going up on the art page so you'll see that list has grown
and you know we're just really striving for perfection i feel uh we're not in a pressure you know from like
my perspective i'm like okay if we have to push the mitt back a little bit because we want the art to be
really long-standing i'm okay with that because it'll be worth it in the end when it actually
comes out right i don't want any hiccups uh you know like that we've experienced in the past so
cool so we got a question that they're like someone uh andy was like yeah what data do we have to show
that interlife activations are the way to go and the simplest way that we can go to run from that is
just by comparing all the best projects currently right now that are in the space crushing it
literally since nfts have come out and look at what they've built on web 3 verse look at what
they've done in in real life and what they've done in real life has been significantly more impactful
for themselves the brand and the communities and that has literally brought them together where
people don't want to sell their value of their friendship so that's what's more important right now
than just a quick flip is knowing that there's a community that's got your back that can resonate with
you and that you guys get along right that are people not within your first immediate circle
that don't get crypto like you guys do right you guys are fucking jpeg collectors and you guys made
friends based on fucking crypto so the whole understanding right now that we're doing in this
in this realm is to be able to do that is be as attractive and fun and be able to allow the
community to ignite themselves uh with within themselves by doing things that they like that we like
that we all like right and be able to do them in the real world all over the world especially at
places like solana hacker house and breakpoint which is a very pivotal place for you if you're
looking to actually be in crypto and understand the future of web 3 so we want to be able to be big
there right and attract the right eyes there which is very important because these are the people who
actually care about this space and that aren't going to leave when there's a bear market so
when able were able to be that attractive to other people that are big in those brands dj naves um
solana monkey business d gods and all of them in that realm we're in the hotels with them we're doing
party activations collabs with them the bleed off naturally of the the cross implementation of
people wanting to come into our community is huge so that's just the one of the biggest reasons why
um we are here so then people said that uh but what came first growth by inner life
uh activations or growth by x strength of community by activation so and then someone says are we not
all here to just make some money lol so yeah on this end uh making money making money is when your value
of your fucking jpeg is valued the best way for anything to happen right now just to be honest with
you and you you could study the market simple is when your numbers go up when the community values
their actual like holdings and the value goes up so what we're doing right now is we're creating
activations and values where people can see like holy fuck this is something that i can get being here
i could win 10 000 20 000 100 000 in a groove box you know what i'm saying for free spins or i can go out
and like go out to places in the real world and break point and stay at these hotels in tulum for free
like yo like let's be real let's let's open our eyes to how much we're actually building here
how much we've been building here and what we've been providing here what we're going to be doing
here for everyone on this end literally since we've been here and watch when you start to value
what we're doing here the floor price goes up right you could flip and exit when you want do as you
please and there's your bag as you got it so pre please as i'm just saying on this end if you're here
to all make some money then go value your bag like value what you have here value what we're doing
and value that literally how hard we've been grinding and see what's going to come in the
future like and if you don't someone's going to pick it up real soon i'm telling you this right now

you know we've been here like if you guys can't understand the consistency and resiliency that we have

the things that i've shared in discord just recently then you guys are going to see
what's coming like straight up you guys are going to see the activation straight up fucking happen you
guys are going to see what happens at breakpoint and at hacker house and at these activations as we move
uh later on towards the end of the year like it's going to show you guys are going to be like damn
like they're really we're really up here with them and at that time whether you're with us or you're not
right you're going to hear about it it's it's just something that's going to be finite so that's pretty
much where what i have in this end and um someone says how will the only fans business and the
acquisition of the tulum property directly benefit the groovy holders so only fans is my revenue generating
business that actually allows us to fund all of our activations it's pretty clear and simple on
that it allows us to pay for this entire community to have anything that they want to have based on
what we want to do right together and secondly on this end um for the tulum property it's part of our
activation so meaning that we're going to have retreats there for our holders we'll be able to cycle
in people in and out based off love and people who own cozy corners will be able to stay there
for free every year so there's a lot of utility that we've always utilized and always said that
we're going to do that we're committed to to always do it's something that we've always been able to
to follow up on and follow through it's just things have slightly changed through our journey but we've
always just stayed uh focused on the end result so
i'm just reading through right now and it says i talked to some people that i know took an exit
here and they all came for the airbnb revenue affiliate and such and had the feeling nothing
much is moving forward and yes so airbnbs they're doing okay they're making money right but they're
not doing enough let's be real like a company that's making 1.5 million dollars in a whole year
can't support a business doing anything from five like can't support a business i'm sorry can't
support a project or community of 5 000 to 10 000 people doing anything like that is here to actually
that that has to actually keep up the actual the business in itself to make that right so what we
had to realize is we needed to create more exponential growth in revenue away from what we were doing so we
can actually do shit that actually makes sense because if not then we're gonna have to extract
more liquidity from the community it's it's it's that's what this space is yo like let's be real
solana is a place full of a bunch of broke people that's why everyone is trying to make money instead
of just be happy about building a community together and activating each other so we have to do that
we have to in we have to inject capital through everything that we're doing instead of take more
liquidity because we've already we've already like had you guys's support right so this is why the
mint is free and we're still here building and adding utility and activations as we go through
so pretty much the the the airbnb money is is is good it's just that what we're doing right now in the
numbers that i've shared to some of you who already know it's just completely night and day like
what we're going to be bringing in and what we're bringing in is just way fucking different so
uh yes realis app is still on schedule to be launched when groovies come out groovies will
roll out and the uh realis app will roll out literally right after that it'll come out right
after the um pretty much a few weeks right after your status of the groovies are released so like when
the artwork is actually out so there'll be that review that reveal period and realis will be out and
you'll be able to you know book at some of our book at all of our places that are available
in love and also pay for it in in different caches so when our tulum villa is up you'll be able to use
realis as well um there i could uh i can give my two cents about the airbnb stuff so i think like maybe
what your what that question was getting at was just like you know you came in as an investor and
you saw a business that was generating revenues from airbnb properties and it's probably really
digestible you know obviously real estate is always king um so i could i could totally understand why
from like an investor point of view that was good and that's never going to go away to meta's point
like we're still going to continue to acquire properties and build out that real estate portfolio
over time the reality is that that market you know for the things that we have planned and the
things that we want to do for you guys like you know those revenues just don't support it you know
in real estate you know margins of like 10 to 20 percent are pretty good right now um you know that and
considering what the kind of community that we want to grow the amount of people that are going to be
in this community we need margins way higher and and if you look at the facts and this is all data
because i know andy knows data so ad spend and marketing is the number one expense for pretty much
any company right i've seen millions of financial statements and you could check
your favorite company and it's usually one of two things it's marketing or stock-based compensation if
they're a startup company right so marketing is obviously something that companies will always
continue to use obviously our approach to it is unique i would say that with the only fans but
it's an obvious pivot into the kind of where the revenues should be coming from what market is the most
attractive and just in the same light of like the real estate i don't see that being something will
stop it's just going to continue to build out another revenue stream for us so yeah to just to
reiterate the kind of you know we want to grow this community we want to introduce new people we want
to reward the people that are here and in order to do that we need much bigger revenues than you could
acquire in web3 or in real estate in general so i could talk more about that but i just wanted to clear that out
what is good light what's cracking lacking yeah thank you guys for the questions and answers it's just
hard for me to read and uh speak at the same time i'm holding one phone from one end and writing so
honestly i would appreciate people coming up and just speaking um i know that everyone's busy and whatnot but
it's just hard to like moderate the uh the gen chat and speak at the same time with efficacy so uh
please bear with us and me as we do that but it would be cool to just have an actual conversation
and you know we can all vibe out that's something that i really want to bring out moving forward it's
like dude like i i get it like we're we're the founders and we're we're building this shit and we're
we're you know we're here creating and creating and supporting the community but like we're really not
not really not here to just fucking talk forever and be like this the only person that is literally
speaking so you guys have great questions i love it but like let's let's have you guys you know come
up and and ask them like for real like these are these are solid these are these are valid but like i
would love for you guys to just come up and be like yo like what's good so we can have an actual
dialogue and we can create an actual conversation instead of just like addressing it from here so
that's some of the stuff that i'm asking you guys moving forward it's like dude like
we're showing up every week show up every week and we will always show up and i'm just asking for
the community who is still here and is really happy to be here which there's there's there's 3 000 of
you and shit so it's like it we we just really want to be able to have you guys understand that we
are we are going to be one of the there's just no way that we can't be it's whether we or everyone
that's here is going to help make that happen or the new people who come in throughout mint and see
the value of this make that happen this project will be the top one of the top projects on solana
and we know exactly how to put our footing in correctly now and we've learned a lot from
just the flow of things so i'm bringing on light and so that's where we're at right now is why we're
coming out and starting to really come out and share with you guys everything is that once things start
to hit this thing's going to spread like wildfire and i'm not i'm not even here to like crazy like i don't
even want to hype anyone do like i don't even i literally don't even care about that literally
it's just that this is where we are this is the stance that we've been in and what we've been
building has been able to give us confidence in the focus of our future for our community

that goes all good all good yeah and in the car driving home now so uh just uh wanted to check in
and ask a question i've been uh out for for a few weeks at least i just wanted to see the the timeline
do you have any idea when uh things will start rolling or uh will get going yeah so we have the
partnerships that we have right i mean that could be with uh when i mean there's two different things
when it comes to rolling so we all we we plan all of our activations to be after mint and our our biggest
one that is actually in the works right now is already breakpoint in solana hacker house so it's
it's it's in amsterdam and it's in it's in it's yeah so like we we have we have something special being
worked on there first and then we're gonna fill in uh everything beforehand and things after as well
but we just really want to get this one right because it takes a lot of planning a lot of the a lot
of the companies a lot of the projects uh salon of monkey business and and um like djan apes and
all them they've they've been planning for the last month already so it's you know it's it's just we
have to really make this a focus if we want this to be something cool and special and um and that's
what we're doing right now so we we want to say that the the timeline comes into after everything
happens with our mint with groovies and our partnership and our launch and our artists and our
artwork is simply like all we're doing right now is we just don't want to have art corrections after
we've learned a lot on that obviously you can you've seen that happen with almost any collection
that we've had so right now we are literally refining the the generation and once we just are
very happy with our artists and um that we have what 22 artists or whatever and once we're happy with
just everything that's being generated correctly in the flow we'll we'll we'll be able to really just
lay things out on a two-week span and get mint launched and going from there but i don't want
to step too much because hercules can say and speak on that and then i'll uh i'll bring up someone else
as we go so um perk you can bring that up on the timeline yeah yeah so i mean look what i've learned
is like it's so much more expensive to make an nft collection and then after the fact go and try to fix
it if you don't like something right like if art gets flooded because it doesn't you know some layers
are off or some treats look goofy or some colors don't mesh well like when it they put it as a
profile picture on twitter like it's so much more expensive to go back and have to like redo that art
you know update the metadata like all that crap it just is way easier to just spend a little bit more
up front to like get it right and spend more time and money up front to get it right as opposed to
like fixing it later so that's why i like the art has taken like a little bit of time
like self-admittedly it has it has gone on for a couple months but like to me like just based on
my experience like it's it's just more worth it because it'll just cost us so much more money and
time later like i don't want any feedback on the art later the only feedback i want is like
this is it this is what we were waiting for so yeah that and yeah timeline wise i mean look i'm
trying to get the art done the collection itself done this week we already have our dev building
out you know the metadata we already understand what that's gonna look like we already have
a draft site for like the conversion from curse labs into groovies like we already have the ui built
out for that so it's just like you know making sure that we love what we see

portfolio p yeah what's good guys besides that quick question like going off what meta was saying and then
to her just a minute ago in regards to you know airbnb real estate revenue and everything of that
you know i understand about web3 not being able you know not being the most viable you know option to
create revenue upon a company like this so but with that being said now what about in the future of you
know really going with it if offering you know with people coming in with real money to like you know buy
in with business ventures or like in terms of like you know partner up and stuff like that you know
obviously would have to be something viable but like you know like invest within you know there's
no better way to show to show and to keep people's to invest you know if they're gonna put their whole
bag into something you know or at least providing that opportunity yeah like no i love that you feel
what i'm saying with that because like like i'm talking it has to be real money now i'm not talking you
know someone coming in with like 20k and just okay no i'm talking like someone come in and was
like a real qualified investor no for sure for sure yeah no i get you so so i actually it's funny i don't
know if andy was going to come here and ask the same thing but um i i would like to if i like this
i'd like to say that we we naturally have a unique way now of vetting out in data of who is going to be
be able to be qualified for that right so um real quick like in this sense you know uh p can you put
on mute real quick yeah yeah yeah um and and then um so basically like what i would like to say is
that like we there's two ways that we're going to invite the right qualified people to want to be
in on these investments with real estate because we are opening up a lot more places in tulum like
we're opening up a lot more places in tulum like we have another villa that we have eyes on right now
that we want to open up on but it would just be very irresponsible to go out and just acquire
this other villa because we have so many other things that we want to do outside of this so you
know there's just and then there's like a lot of uh stuff in spain like there's there's a lot of
stuff going on but the way that we're going to gauge is simple you're either a whale so you hold a
majority uh lot of the percentage of our of the collection of groovies here or you hold a lot of
love and you're a love whale so those two ways are the best way to qualify you for these investments
to get in and own property or own pieces of you know um villas in in in tulum and get a piece of
the pie have literally true ownership like viable true ownership documented all of that pretty much
like a syndicate of investments of things going on all around the world so that is something that we we
are already working on and implementing after groovies is rolled out that is definitely something
that we've been excited to do because we have so many fucking investments and so many plays that we
could be making right now but everything costs money and we don't even we don't have infinite money
but uh one of our businesses is on track to be doing you know uh in the next six to seven months
a million a month so like that's just that's just a little hint in alpha and so yeah like we will we
will have a little more capital to have some fun but even then we want to bring in more people
bring in the right community to create a really cool like it's not like a timeshare it's literally like
a syndicate it's like damn we all own this fire ass property together we all have a few months
you know that we could stay out here or rent out and make money on and stay there like
that's that's something that we've been always wanting to do anyways but we always had to walk
before we run right we had to get the right properties to create some sustainable revenue
we had to get our feet in the door with the right uh landlords to show our worth now people see how much
property we do own and how much property we operate so it's easy into loom and other places in the
world to get property and and win ownership and trust of these landlords that we're selling that
are selling to us right so it's getting easier and we are going to be opening up um the uh the
investment rounds uh for for syndicate and just after mint like we we want we want to just knock
this out correctly and we'll open up the forms and the only way that you can be qualified to get in
involved in these investments is to own as many groovies and become a whale of groovies or to um own as
much love and be a love whale as well so um any other questions portfolio p before i go to andy

loom but that's that's huge but thank you bro i appreciate it yeah my partners are very very
very happy they've been grinding really hard for this and um it's been a whirlwind of just you know
how that must you know how that goes yeah like yeah you know it's it's cool that we were able to
push through on that and we have um we've got six months to pull in on the other one so it's cool so
like that's why we're not stressed out like i i we were really we were just like fuck like
we want to take both right off top you know i'm saying it was a large lump sum to do so but the
agreement now is like we don't have to worry for six months about the property being pulled off
um so you get what i'm saying there's an investment play there you get what i'm saying so like
so um it it's it's it's cool like i'm excited for you guys to see it one um we're gonna go out we'll
be going out there so i am moving a little bit over so i'm moving with uh the the investment like
the my partners that are that we got in on with tulum so i'm moving with them for a month getting
everything acclimated then they're moving out to mexico to clean everything up and get everything
launched and i think by uh end of august i would say mid august end of august will it be on airbnb to make
money and then we'll start activations on it probably right after um uh right after hacker
house and breakpoint uh and then it'll be a really good season so like it gets really shitty uh in
october or it gets really shitty in august so like we just want it because it's like the seaweed and
stuff so we just want to be able to like flesh everything out get just people there to stay and
then we'll start really honestly i may invite people out like sooner than i think but i just don't
want to you know walk i don't want to run before we walk but yeah we're going to be activating fairly
soon this year so the villa will be operating and we'll have people out there uh grooving with us
this year and then um by the end of this year obviously we'll have the right investment team to
pull off on the other villa uh right next to us that we've been working on and it'll be a full-on
compound together and it's game on wonderful sounds good sounds good now the next question was uh are we
still looking at are you still looking at the will it be still the love um the love activations and
stuff that you're planning on doing and also with the launch of groovies like the level ones and stuff
because uh a few people were just asking about when we released the mint and the free mint etc
once you get that what happens to your level one or do you just buy up into like the other levels that
have utility it's level one the one just to get eyes on us etc or how does that work i got that one um
level one is the free so yeah so there is no level one yet after the people that have whitelist
mint they'll receive a level one which is like a base groovy right
and your question so yeah yeah so that one is just to get people's eyes and into the community
and then from there they will need to be purchasing like utility groovies i don't know how else to word
that yeah that's the best that's probably an accurate way to depict like the higher level groovies
all have different utilities you know different love yields um yeah so but the level one doesn't
it's just a really high quality piece of art which right okay which to your point is is a marketing
tactic right because they're receiving for free yeah okay gotcha gotcha yeah because uh i just wanted to
clarify that for a few members that that had and star weren't too clear on it oh for sure
keep in common and then the next thing is for the activations and stuff like that will there be like
and i i heard meta saying there will be like cozy corners first then the next people next do you guys have
any estimated time on how long you like keep that window open for someone like for example
let's say you you put out the event and say okay cozy holders can come out do they have like a timer in
the discord or something along that line to say okay if they don't answer within that time then
the next person which will be like obviously the the person with the most love etc and then that timer
starts just because of the fact that people might want to plan around coming or whatever
but aren't sure if they're gonna get in if you if you understand where i'm coming from with that question
yeah yeah i get that yeah this is a technical answer so i mean meta i'll i'll defer to you because
you mentioned it but essentially the question is once if somebody is a top love holder and they're
entitled to go to tulum but they can't what's their like how long do they have before they can determine
yes or no before it goes to the next person well i think we're going to open it up probably like
three months ahead in advance and qualify people probably for like a month and be just create a
system from there i think after we handle all of this stuff going right now i'll create a system
i don't know if it's going to be in realis or if it's going to be in like a separate site app to do
that for us but um yeah we're we're we're definitely gonna have to like that's that's being ironed out as
we go and it'll perfect it as we flow because it's just something that we it's like these
there's definitely metrics is that we can't foresee yet until we kind of get to that moment um and and
kind of uh figure it out from there but we we do um we do say that we want to be able to give you guys
a time period and a time period you can claim it right and then if not the right person is able to
claim it in that in that in that realm who's qualified for it yeah exactly yeah because that's
that's was the other thing i was thinking about i was like okay yes cozies are first we we know that
okay they're the most valued but they might be cozy people that you know just don't want to go or can't
make it or whatever so if there's like a countdown window or a time window just like how how like that
window closes and then another one opens for love holders or whatever something along that line
yeah that's far yeah that's exactly what what we would be doing it's pretty much in a way that we're
going to be we're just making shit fair dude and it's it's based on really it's based off love
governance uh how much love you have is your overall value and and strength right and then obviously
there's already side perks that come into holdership of ownership of nfts here so there's like a double
value but then also one does slightly trump the other when it comes into how things are given in
rewards in that in that sense yeah totally get it totally get it but wonderful all right i'll give

some time but we got her on there and yeah i mean if you guys have any questions for her about her

uh yeah it's uh i'm i'm in this space uh uh since a year till now and uh i'm i'm actually from india
and i'm a chartered accountant actually not properly a chartered accountant i'm studying for it for now
and uh i would like to uh i would like to continue as an artist in the space i've already made many fan
art for many projects but not worked as an artist properly for any project but i would love to do so

you describe your art style

a half on this all right so um yeah i mean it's a it's a character that is uh i feel inclusive i feel
relatable um it's inspired by dr seuss originally uh with her own spin on it it is the final version
is like our 10th iteration of it um you know something we've been working on
quite some time quite a few months um it's just a relatable character i would describe it as like an
imaginary friend almost a companion and just like a really cool relatable piece of art i feel like
it's kind of unrepresentative uh it's not in a specific animal per se like it's not like a bear
or a rabbit or anything like that it's its own creation and yeah and unique in that sense
yeah it's simple it's simple and it looks sweet simple and sweet i like the character
there you go from an artist
so what is the the the goal is to be like an art community
not necessarily um i think i just acknowledge the fact that art is foundational in nfts
um in the same sense of like community right like to be a real blue chip project you have to check all
the boxes right you have to have utility that people get excited about you have to have art that is
high quality and you know lasting you have to have a community that feels rewarded and you know
vibes with each other right um so i feel like art in in the past has been something that we like
kind of like shrugged off we were like you're the tech that we build is so slamming like who cares
what the art looks like like the shit that we're building is amazing and then you know we kind of like
took a step back and we're like you know what like this time we're actually going to invest the most
money and time into the art because that is going to be something that we want to kind of last a little
longer and we want to just kind of like build out the brand and representation of who we are
i think like most people most nft like traders when they go look at like a collection art is the
first thing they look at before like you know everybody will will preach about community and
stuff but like for a new trader somebody who's just looking at a project for the first time
i can almost guarantee you the first thing they're going on is just magic eat and to look at the art
right like they're they'll do their due diligence into what the utility is and stuff like that but
like really like if the art doesn't check a box for them like they might not pull that trigger
and i wanted to pull that trigger for them so but it's not an art focused project i would say
by no means it's just something we understand is important

story of this just i guess fictional character for the blockchain

thank you that the thing about what we're focusing on is yes we're an art community naturally but we are
also you know a a place that is built behind entrepreneurs who are funding this space and

the community that we're here for we're actually looking to inject and see what we can do
with each other for each other in the real world and online uh you study some of the great
greatest uh collections today and you know they pretty much have built something cool or something
special but what made them overall the best or something the greatest was through their actual
in real life community activations where there was memories to be shared and valued on that no one
wanted to trade or sell so our biggest thing is we want to create those memories we want to create
the activations we want to create that makes people want to be a part of us and by doing so
um create a very special value to the community and it just comes with actually investing into that
right and not extracting it's more injecting and that's what we're doing so our first start was to
inject into the art because we believe that we really um we we we didn't do our community uh the best
service of just doing art that was just passable to move on to the next phase so we made a very big
change we wanted to invest our energy into amazing artists like all of you and all the other artists
that aren't on this call right now on the space so we can actually create something of value because
you guys are valuable the salon artist community is valuable and the artwork that you guys create is
valuable so we believe that those are very memorable moments where you're going to open up and reveal
something that is from an artist that you're going to fall in love with or you already know
and you're going to want to keep that as your pfp or you're going to keep that in your wallet
and that's like phase one of value trading and making sure that you don't want to sell this at
a low cost right and so there's so much psychology that's coming into how we're looking about what
we're doing moving forward that we want to create values at every level of this for every holder of
this and every person involved in this and that's pretty much um where we're at with that you know and
this is why we are doing from groovies is we are actually an experienced um group of individuals who
have been here since day one in solana and are looking to still be here for the future of solana
so what we're doing is we're just adjusting and we're like it's like the end result has never changed
but what we have to do to get there has which is so okay we're so chill with that that's like
life in the world of building businesses and business ownership and we now see something
clear as fucking day when it comes into what we need to do to execute something so cool for
everyone who's here to support us and that's why we're here doing that so that's pretty much it and

a project for two years um so we we definitely know that markets aren't like the greatest markets are
never going to be like the greatest and we can't time it right but the thing is is that markets like
you time out markets when you need to extract liquidity for a mint so you could create like
cool stuff right or do whatever that you promise for your community but we're not doing that we're
free mints um we're here to serve our original holders at first but also open up the doors to new
people who see what we're doing here right and we are now investing our own liquidity so it doesn't
matter what the market is because our money the market doesn't affect our revenue and it doesn't affect
our bottom line um because we are heavily um being liquidated by myself and my companies outside of
web three so that's why all we really want to do is allow this uh evolution of the brand from our from
day one to to now adjust itself so people can rock the pfps clearly be happy about what what what we're
putting out and then when we go out to solana hacker house and breakpoint when you're coming out to
your hotel and you're getting your merchandise and we're we're partnered up with you know magic eden and
a few other places to have free drinks free alcohol free you know free food for our holders and
you know tournaments and golf tournaments and shit like that like that's what we're doing with groovies
that we aren't looking for the community to like help us fund at all like we're doing that ourselves
so the whole goal is to allow the brand to establish itself and then just to roll out everything that we
promised our communities and everything that we've been doing with our community since day one regardless of
the market trends that's going on right now and i mean it's cool that you say that but will there be
a point in the business where people decide well i mean we're not really getting anything from this and
i mean you may be rotating web two or whatever one web one or whatever other businesses that you built out
into into this project but there's also going to be a point for you where you think well you know i could
be capitalized on this and actually monetizing from this and making uh another revenue stream for myself
and for the business so will there ever be a point of like well we're going to move into like sort of
um uh a platform where you know uh you know we we start to monetize certain aspects of our utility or
you know uh because yeah like i know a lot of projects try to give it like well we're going to be free and
everything we provide is going to be free and but it's not it's not sustainable for for you know a
long amount of time yeah well the thing is all those projects just don't have what we have you know
some of those projects one thing that they some of them do have though shady i'll tell you that is
probably originally better hype and marketing than us i'll tell you that but when it comes into
sustainability and revenues none of them have what we have so that's the thing like we have real estate we
have uh agency like we run a large only fans agency one of the largest ones in in in america
and we just we we have funding that we are we're passionate about this so it is an investment it's
it's creating value for our holders because overall the collection value is what we value is what i
value and if our holders are happy about where their value of their nfts are right then i'm happy about
it so for us that's where the value comes in monetizing isn't something that we actually want to do
for our holders and it's not about this whole free free free shit bro like i'm an i'm an investor i'm
an entrepreneur i've i've helped generate over 700 million dollars in the last 10 years and i've made
millions myself but that's not what i'm here to like obviously impress upon it's it's to show that
we aren't trying to do that uh here we've always wanted to activate really cool stuff like even when we
had our first mint we took a majority of the original mint and just put them into uh into real
estate investments and into airbnbs to create sustainable revenue and obviously it's sustained
us it's creating it made us like 1.5 million last year but it didn't do something exponential it didn't
make us 10.5 million right and for me that's how you that's what is needed to really take care of a
community of 5 000 people or 10 000 people when it comes into an activation and that's something that
we're positioning ourselves to do right now already like that's just what we're what our companies and
our businesses are pulling in and we're we're just founders that are passionate about it like
our cmo is a has a as a master's in finance and in nyu right and i i've owned multiple restaurants
real estate properties and over 10 businesses generating a ton of revenue and so all we want
to do is we're cracked out web 3 crypto fucking like like passionate people and we want to be able to
actually be a place where those who supported us from day one will get rewarded at days at the end
of the day or whatever the case may be because they supported us and a lot of these projects have
not been able to fulfill that um that void because they are here to extract like overall or monetize
great but dude study everything i brought this up earlier about uh the iphone and it's like a lot of
these people even us bro we're we're actually to fucking we're we're we're to blame for doing this
we're not perfect but we're to blame to do this we spent a lot of our capital building out
shit that we thought was going to be legendary and like fucking meta changing and everyone was going to
use it and and then only to find out that it's not even time yet for it and if you look at like the
nfc chip uh comp industry where everyone was doing like the tap to your phone to get your information and
tapped your phone to get your business bro apple just finally came out with their own
shit on their own phone the name drop right and it's been technology out here for 10 years
which just proves that someone's going to come out and just literally build the same wireframe
of everything we built over the last two years in a few years and it's going to be like legendary
to everyone but it's because the time was ready for it so right now we're not even tripping on like
what is the technology is going to be the new meta because that shit changes every day
we want to focus on refining and and and uh revaluing our holders our community and those
who are here supporting us since day one because a lot of people in this call have been here since
day one a lot of people minted literally a year and a half ago and that's why we are committed
to supporting and injecting right and not extracting because the injection side is like dude the money side
is we're good like we're chilling the founders are chilling like so the focus is how can we support
our holders like how can we make this something extremely extremely valuable for them where they
don't want to give up their nft for no less than a hundred so that's always been our focus and for
that that that's monetizing in that sense

and uh leader of sorcery i'm the founder and uh developer of d5 district and we have groovies
here with us right now basically fusing in together to make one community we are family
and will all these nfts all these other nfts be burned

that over he can explain everything that's definitely down his line but yeah we have a
whole process and a whole flow for this and uh everyone is rewarded and taken care of and is a
part of everything that we're doing uh moving forward and that's the fun part of this entire
like the reason for this shady is that that's why i brought that up uh when i was speaking to you ahead
of time is that we aren't you're like why now why do this now is because we don't care for i mean we
care for obviously a lot of new people to come in two thousand three thousand new holders and and
people wanting to support the community that we're in but we really care about the people that have
been here since day one and that's what we've been saying that's always been our motto and our mission
and is exactly why we've invested so much into this uh evolution and so they can be happy about rocking
their pfps be happy about where the project is going and how how we're developing in the in the
midst forward and the unity between the the two collections that were launched to create one
collection pretty much in that sense one more thing i'd like to add you guys also teach us unknowings
the no you guys the knowing teach those of us who don't know and i appreciate the knowledge i really do
yeah no worries i mean speaking of teaching we've also taught a few people how to you know run their
own airbnbs we have holders you know operating their own airbnbs right now successfully and making
really good money with them their wives and their you know their kids that we've definitely helped in
that and that's a small thing that we've done in this realm here uh because we obviously do have a
really awesome airbnb course and flow um that has has done fairly well in the very in the past uh and
we've scaled out obviously our operations down into tulum and everything else on that end but
right now our biggest thing is to just get everyone under one roof always has been since
the last six months of all of this that has been going on and then get everyone activated together
in one community and then allow everyone to value each other based on what they perceive and how they
see it because realistically as long as we could create the opportunities for the community to create
value for each other it's based on the community to uplift themselves and price themselves at whatever
value because realistically like if me and shady become really good friends in the real world like
he likes poker or blackjack or he likes wrestling jiu-jitsu he likes basketball like he has a thing that i
like right and we meet up in person um based on a project that put us there it's going to be hard for
me to want to sell my friendship right like i don't want to sell my nft unless it's value very very very high
and that's basically the metrics of how nfts are being done right now in the top collections these
top collections are because these people don't want to leave the community because they value the
community more than the price of the nft it's it's it's logic it's very simple when you look at it from
that way so uh yeah this guy's gonna be a troll nice all right i kind of want to see what he's gonna
do and now i actually remember you heklys um now i actually remember sorcery and this now sorcery's uh
it was the the the i remember having like warm with like a a box of like goggles and it was going
around the world but um yeah that was a cool project that's the one that's backed by love token

your thing yeah i used to yeah really the the the i think the the love token was built out pretty well
so yeah no and it's actually starting to welcome back now
yeah love is still around we built the fidgetal market with that project
meta could get into that but that's still around it's just going to be redone and re-released
to groovies essentially so that we didn't lose any of that tech it was just not the right time for
a fidgetal marketplace i feel like but meta could get into all that and i just i just basically said
it it's just like we we created all this tech that was like i think like so uh ahead of the time right
now like yeah when there's a bunch of kids with like you know crypto wallets and they can get their
mom to buy them online like it's going to work better um you can only see how many people are
trading nfts let alone wanting to like connect their wallet to a physical market marketplace so
there's a lot of stuff that we've learned that we invested into that we thought was going to bring
value to our holders right like that's that's the thing of business and investments and and we just we
realized that that wasn't the way so we're going to create and adjust and pivot and find a better
way shady to create sustainable value for our holders and that's always been our motto or always
been our mission like that has never changed so when i say like the end result has never changed but
what we had to do to get there has that's what we mean you know like everything i'm saying is
transparent everything we're saying is open like we're docs people you could find me in the real in
the real world you can google my name like you could see the things that i've done and and our things for
that is because now my reputation is on the line it's such a net positive um place to be in because
i have i want to deliver i'm like i'm forced to deliver but i want to deliver and we are going to
do so just we've had to pivot and that pivot is now putting us in a better position a better position
