on solana and they just keep going back to solana every time right but there's like so many

That's when all the pump fun hype was starting.
It was getting huge.
And I said, man, I got a nervous feeling about this
because there's going to be some good that comes out of it.
People are going to make money.
I said, man, this thing could die out in the next six months
because it could just get oversaturated.
Too much shit could flow in it could be just it ramped up so crazy man like from the beginning like you said when we got into it to where it's at now it's just like the inflow of
craziness has just gone you know parabolic so but yeah a lot of people made money yeah i think
one thing that you were saying, Gravano,
that like is super important,
which I think people need to understand is like you said,
like you follow the money, right?
And the problem is with when you just do one thing too much,
it's real hard to break that habit, right?
It's like muscle memory,

for months and then you decide,

stuck in in your ways with solana it's like you got to be able to be agile and dynamic in the
space man to make the real money and you got to be quick it's not it's a speed thing though yeah
yeah you can't be casual in there yeah like you can't just show up every once in a while and think
that you're gonna to hit like,

or like some kind of big cook on there.
Cause you gotta be super early.

just like the right people who are in early and follow those wallets.

but you gotta have like different tools that you can use
to be like super early if you're not one of those people then you got to be you got to be agile and
be able to to bounce between chains and kind of find like trends not like the 24-hour trend but
like the cooks that are going to take weeks to to grow on yeah base base and suey plays
kind of follow that narrative a little bit more,
especially base right now, right?
Like, they may take weeks, but there's a lot of solid plays
that you can jump on if you don't have that mentality.
Like, if you get – like, kind of shake that Solana mentality of, you know,
I'm going to grab something and I'm going to sell it tomorrow.
Like, that's not necessarily the way to win on some of the other chains so do you think do you do you think that's like uh that has a lot to do
with just that it's just eat people from last cycle that are a lot of them are on base now and
that's kind of like the mentality it was last cycle where you had to actually let things build
and uh probably a little more utility plays things that are mixed with utility uh that and it's just
the demographic over there or do you think it's something to do with the chain?
Do you think it's something to do with the way that you can do contracts?
What do you think it is?
Yeah, a little of both.
There's a lot of people who only play with like $100, $200, $300, right?
And they don't want to pay the heavy gas fees.
So Salam is perfect for that, right?
Base is kind of
somewhat in the middle right it's it's cheap to to transact on but people not everybody knows how to
trade on base or like how simple it actually is right they've been they've been going through
like an adoption period just same way solana did a few years ago right but base is going through
that period where they're onboarding people onto the chain
and they're showing how easy it is to build on that chain.
There's a mixture of like good fundamental coins, utility tokens on there,
and memes growing on that chain.
It's just a matter of people finding out like, oh man, Coinbase smart wallets,
like really easy to download and start using and,
you know, and start trading on. So yeah, I think it's like, yeah,
the demographic plays into it because there's,
there's a lot of people who are new or newer to trading and not trading with a
lot. They just want that, that really fast, you know, that fast pump,
get in, get out type of thing. And they all have, like, this false hope that they're going to 100x everything every time they jump in.
And then they're pissed off, obviously, when they don't, which most of them don't hit that.
But, yeah, I think there's a lot of the ETH people who appreciate, like, Bass,
and people are starting to learn a little more about SWE,
which I think is going to be an up-and-coming chain over the next 12 months.
Yeah, I've been hearing a lot about SWE,
and I've actually spoken with, like, the dev of, like, Lofi, really cool guy.
I feel like also, too, I don i don't think like base is leaning as hard
into just meme coins right i feel like they really want to build a little bit of everything
right they want they want a lot of different things being built there it's not just like
solana's they've leaned into meme coins that's pretty much all you're going to get on solana
in my opinion like you're not getting anything else is like a tool to to work with meme coins
it's not like nobody's really trying to build anything other than that on Solana.
With base, you have a ton of other things that people are trying to do.
And it seems like from the start, even when they had that little run where they were doing all the pre-sales and stuff for memes on base about a year ago.
Or was it about a year? About a year, right?
It's like even then, base wasn't leaning into it as much as they could have.
Like focusing and
really driving just the meme attention there it seems like they kind of backed off and let people
do that and they're they're kind of leaning into like trying to build more utility and and just
bigger projects in my opinion that's what it seems like at least yeah i think so yeah yeah so what

like what makes you real bullish on sui
for the same reason that that base got me bullish easy easy to use um to get in integrations like
like a couple months ago phantom integrated uh sweet so it comes down to like how easy
is it to use how easy is it to trade on um are they building on it are they building like legit
projects on the chain are they taking advantage of the um the meme coin demographic i think they
are just starting to build yeah you said lofi
um i've had some other ones like blob and axel and a few others on there and they actually some
of them really took off at first and then you know when uh when meme coins took a hit everything
took a hit right sweet sweet yeah but um so let me let me ask you let me ask you something then

guys and girls um who really know how to read the chart on a macro level um and a couple people that
i really really pay attention to um they look at when they look at bitcoin when they look at Bitcoin, they look more at like,
not just the trend, not the short-term stuff,
but where the liquidation events are,
where the heat clusters are,
where the market makers are going to make their money, right?
So if you see a bunch of contracts on the lows,
forming down on the lows,
market makers want to make their money, right?
Yeah.
So they're going to eventually, you might have a day where Bitcoin pumps like 2%, 3%, right?
And everybody gets hyped up.
Everybody on Twitter goes wild saying we're back, like the bull market's on full blast.
The reality is that they're going to
eat up some of those contracts up
here. They're eventually going to drag
it down to eat up those
nine-figure contracts down below.
On the short term,
they're in no rush.
They're going to make money.
I still think
on a macro level, it's still going to follow
the cycle. I do think that we're going to hit that like 170k to 200k that's what i wanted to hear
there we go there's the price predictions that's what we're looking for i think you're right man
everything else is emotion right on the short term yeah yeah it's one of those things like
your your time horizon people are so uh like nowadays it's like everybody's so short-sighted.
It's like you got to, if you're in this game and you're here for the somewhat long haul,
at least for the, at least this cycle, you got to look at things.
You got to take a step back and you got to understand like, you know,
on like a six month time horizon where we're going to be, right?
Like you don't look at like what's happening today, tomorrow, next week.
It doesn't really matter unless you're just a day trader that's trying to trade garbage shit coins all
day which is a big majority of the market but you know like if you're actually here for for what
this cycle can do you gotta you gotta expand that time horizon a little bit you know yeah

I was in the the it unified communications industry
and finance um for years right and and i used to get up and it was for a paycheck right i didn't
really enjoy what i did i enjoyed like the people aspect i like like i like being around people and
unfortunately in like this industry a lot of it a lot of the time you're working alone right yeah
what you start to appreciate the longer you're in this business is like your opportunity to connect with other good people, like other really cool, cool people, like like-minded people that, and your focus kind of shifts a little bit to, it's not just about making money.
It's about building brands, about connecting with the right people it's about enjoying like the work that you do with other people and building something and you know
making something that like after you've been out of the industry for a while like people are either
using it or talking about it or talking about you that you made some kind of change in the industry
so you just want to do other cool things other than listen if, if you had success in this, in this industry, yeah, you, you, you made, you could,
you probably made some good money. Right. But it gives you,
it gives you that up, like that opportunity to have some perspective and,
and realize that there's, you know, there's more than just making money.
That's not, you know,
that's not the be all end all for happiness and what you do every day.
So yeah, I wake up and I'm looking to reconnect with other people that I, you know, that I met at one point or start going to more events, which I used to not do.
Like, I was always like kind of like behind a PFP in the shadows for years.
Just doing my thing is like, you know, posting my stuff on X. But I've started to really enjoy like connecting with people
and, you know, and building stuff and realizing that like memes,
if you talk about memes in particular,
that's really about building brands.

I've spoken with them on the show a few times and they, they don't care, bro. They just keep
going forward. They keep adding people at the grocery store, at the bar, like they're, they're
going after the normies and like they've, they've executed almost flawlessly. But at the same time,
you see how this industry works, man.
You have 90% drops on the best of the best products.
And they're going to probably come back roaring, right?
So it's like, it's not, it's just the way the cycles work.
It's the way the industry moves.
And the good ones stick through, grind through it, and they meet new heights over and over again, right?

And then, you know, also too, when you've been in the space, as long as we have, you, you've probably made some money, like you
said. And then I think the one thing that you, you can do moving forward, if you've been lucky
enough to make money in an industry and be become wealthy, right? Like it's taking care of my
friends, my family, my extended family, crypto has given me everything. So the best thing you can do
is try to give back to the industry in whatever you you can. Like for instance, why I like doing the stream
with the Omega thing and the lineage. I'm not trying to make money on that. I'm sure we will
make money on it, but like, that's not my goal initially. It's to build something cool
to like show people there's other ways to do things. And there's really cool communities
you can be a part of that aren't just about finding the next shit coin every 10 seconds and then dumping on each other. Like there's,
like you said, the value in making friendships, like partnerships, meeting, like me and you have
never, we met one time, you know what I mean? Out in Nashville, but I feel like you're my homie.
Like we've spoken a million times. Like we, you know, we share things back and forth. We're going
to link up in Vegas and I'm sure we'll work together on shit in the future. Right. And that's like so valuable in this industry. And the best way to do that is by
being a part of good communities and start, start working together on things, you know, sharing
information. And I think people are getting a little bit stuck in this kind of rat race of,
um, like, like mice brain. Right. And it's, it's understandable because that's just the way the
industry is going. But I think the more shit shit like what i'm trying to build happens i think
people will follow suit people will look at it and say because i i wanted to go back a little
bit to that where you actually have to build community you have to build networks i feel like
it's better for memes right like real memes i think there's a place for both in my opinion.

there's no reason why we shouldn't fall back on that you know we kind of got kind of strayed a
little bit from it just by being you know naturally being dgens yeah and wanting chase you know shit
um but yeah like you build a network of people you build a community and then listen, then, then
you find the right project to get behind and everybody kind of rallies around it and you
build something huge that way.
But yeah, that's by doing shit like this, like talking to people and getting people
on your show or connecting with different people.
