Hello to each of every one of you down there.
First one's in the building, Darula.
I see Hedera Alien, Blockchain Homies, Crapped.
I see Rebecca down there.
And yeah, great to see you.
The room is filling up very nicely.
Happy New Year, everyone.
If I haven't said that already.
We host these spaces every Thursday with the community for the community to explore an array of Web3 topics and to continue learning and growing together within this ecosystem.
Once a month, however, we open up the mic and I thought, what better way to start the year, opening up the mic, you know, taking it slow, not going too deep into any specific topics.
We'll start with that next week.
I thought it would be nice to do some goal setting to share maybe, you know, how we look to do things differently this year.
And if we maybe have some New Year's resolutions, but more like project or Web3 community focused or just for our journey this year on Hedera or any other chain.
For those of you who don't know, behind the Kabula PFP, I take care of the content and marketing here at Kabula, aka spend a lot of time on Twitter X with everyone here, which I really enjoy.
And for those of you who do not know, Kabula, we're building an ecosystem to support the tokenized brands and communities out there and all in one platform where creators can create mint and manage the NFTs on Hedera with ease.
And a big pillar of this ecosystem is education.
And this is actually one of our New Year's resolutions is to double, triple down on creating educational content and more so in video format.
So you're going to see my face on more videos in this new year, going to be doing a lot of YouTube videos and just educational content all around to educate people on Web3, Hedera and onboard as many as you can.
Right. And empower them with with the tools that we have.
So just to kind of I know it's an open mic, but just to set the tone a little bit, because I think it would it would be good to focus on, you know, on the New Year's resolution and what our goals are for 2024.
You know, whether you're a founder or a community member, we all have goals or we should.
No pressure. So let's let's share those goals here today and what we plan on doing differently.
So then maybe we can inspire one another to have the best possible 2024. Right.
I think that's what we all want. So before we get started, obviously, start requesting to speak.
We'll bring you up. Everybody's welcome from the get go.
So let's give the space of some love. If you're up for that bottom right bubble, give it a like, give it a retweet or simply leave a comment with a fun gif with an H bar gif, you know, whatever, whatever, whatever you like.
Just leave it in the comments. Leave some of your own content. All of this boosts the space and is much appreciated.
Patrick, welcome back to Cabby Plaza. First episode of the year. How are you doing? How are you feeling?
I'm feeling well. You know, that's a dangerous question.
Well, I'm going to get grumpy here, complaining. Well, anyway, today's a good day. Today's a good day.
And the room is a bit empty compared to what we usually have. What's what's going on?
People still sleeping late from New Year's Eve party, I guess.
I tell you what, I've felt, I've felt the people in general this first week of the year, I hit the ground running because I didn't really, you know, go out and go too crazy, you know, New Year's Eve.
So I was quite fresh, but I've definitely noticed that people are slowly coming back into the rhythm.
Well, I've got the same idea. Indeed, it's a bit quiet the first, especially the first few days after New Year.
I was also just working. I went to bed early.
And well, the thing is, my work is my hobby and my addiction.
I really need to be careful to not neglect my family, actually.
So I don't want to be that daddy that the kids grow up with saying, who's that guy always working on Earthlings?
But anyway, so, but New Year's Eve is not my thing because it's too late for me.
Come on, I'm 46, I think, and going to bed after 12, man, that kills me.
So I did an early New Year's Eve as well, working the next day, and it was so quiet everywhere on the board online.
So I'm hoping things will pick up again.
But yeah, I'm happy to discuss what's going to happen all this year, but not for us only.
But I'm wondering what other projects have to say and what they expect for this year.
I think it's going to be a very, very interesting year all over the board with crypto being integrated in everyday life now.
Maybe 25, I'm not sure, but I think we see more integration of blockchain in 2024.
And that's going to be so exciting.
This might indeed be the build room that a lot of people have been waiting for.
But I do have a very good feeling about this year.
I see a lot of familiar faces down there, and I don't see many requests.
Got Hedera Aliens down there.
We're talking about what we want to do differently in 2024.
You know, it's also our monthly open mic.
So, if there's something you're working on that you want to share with the community, come up.
I just want to welcome Syked Ekwa to the stage.
I've been having kind of like a rollercoaster day.
So, I've been in my feelings.
As always, happy to be here.
This is a very interesting topic.
And, my current state of mind also makes me quite prepared to open up and talk a lot, you know.
Well, there's only four of us on the panel.
So, it's great that we've got people that are ready to open up.
Welcome back to Cabipelage.
I feel like it's been a while since we've had you up here.
Because of the time zones, right?
The time is not always convenient for you.
I don't know if that's just me or...
No, I can't hear them either.
You're either rugging or mic's not working, brother.
We've got Hedera Aliens in the building.
You've been super active lately.
I love to see, you know, new projects coming out and getting really creative and being really active within the community.
You're definitely being that.
I just love the interactions with the community.
And the response to the project has been, as well, great.
So, I'm loving it and enjoying it.
I see new faces coming in.
He just did his first mint on Kabula to learn how it works.
He just set up a launchpad for 10 NFTs at 15HBAR and kind of shared the process.
And it was just for that, just to learn.
I think we should all be doing that.
If anyone believes Web3 is the future and you don't have a project, even if you're a community member, I think it's just really interesting.
And this is how New worded it.
It's like, if you're investing in NFTs or buying NFTs, understand how they work, right?
How they're created, what goes into setting up a launchpad and all these different things, right?
It's a lot of fun as well.
I'm happy to check one, too.
It's fun to be here, man.
And yeah, I heard you just before.
Yeah, for sure it's the time zones.
Usually, I'm fiat mining right now.
But I'm blessed, you know, to be full-time here for the month.
Let's go for the full month.
Yeah, so I've been grinding.
So, yeah, it's been really cool.
If you're going to have the full month off, aren't you going to get used to it?
How are you going to go back?
Yeah, it's going to be terrible.
I don't even have an exact strategy in terms of how I'm going to go back to fiat mining
And I've been contemplating this, manifesting it also.
We'll see because this process has been accelerating.
This is my third time now that I'm having those kind of stretches.
But, yeah, it's fun for now.
Well, I have my fingers and my toes crossed, brother.
Because we need people like yourself full-time over here.
I see more faces down there.
I see Khalifa's in the building.
A nice ABFT punk from Ipex.
I'm loving that new art as well, Ipex, that you've got there on your PFP.
I think that's coming as well.
But, yeah, maybe we'll just go around the panel, shall we?
I'll start with you, Patrick.
How's it looking for 2024?
What do you think you're going to do differently this year?
Do you have any New Year's resolutions for Earthings?
No, I just work by the month.
For me, it's always funny to say from December to January we party, you know, because why not from May, January, February, from February to March, for instance.
Yeah, I was counting the months in Dutch.
Anyway, but it always feels lit by a little bit like closing a year and it gives me this down feeling.
I'm just like, let's go to January like we always do from another month.
But isn't that because people quit their New Year's resolution after a month?
But the New Year's resolution is for the year, right?
There's just something in the air that makes me feel sad to say goodbye to another year.
So I just pretend it didn't happen.
But anyway, so for this year, yeah, what we're doing now, if you want to call it resolutions, I'm focusing big time now on these gaming traders.
So what we did first is build all the scenes because we've got a massive lens.
People have been asking, coincidentally today, by the way, in our general chat, how big is the lens, actually?
So just the map of Europe, for instance, is 64 times bigger than the largest Fortnite map.
Because if I'm not mistaking, and that's actually quite hard to find, but most of the Fortnite maps are 6.25 square kilometers.
And our Europe map alone is 400 square kilometers.
So I figured, let's first build a lot of scenery.
And from there, with the advertising we built as well, and all the animals, from there we built the cinematic trailers.
Because people know us to also show what you see is what you get.
So we don't do, of course, for the cinematic trailers, you do a little more facial expressions and stuff like that.
So the animations do take a little bit more work there.
But we only use the in-game sceneries.
So it's still what you see is what you get, except for a bit extended animations.
But that makes sense, of course.
So that's what I'm focusing hard on now.
Because I think that's going to accelerate the community growth even more.
And also outside of Hedera.
Because it will be amazing if we can show more gameplay-related sceneries and show what we are building on Hedera.
So that's what I'm focusing on.
Another thing that I'm focusing on strongly is the add-on games.
Already working out the second one.
And actually trying to get the concept ready for the third one.
But that's going to be a long way out still.
And we still need to battle in a team what the next game will be first.
Because I'm having several concepts worked out.
So yeah, that's something that we are focusing on strongly.
Because we want to also aim more for the mobile market.
But especially for the Web2 gamers.
So the website's always also getting a restyle.
Because there also we are going to pull away, pull out some Web3 wording.
Because the community and a lot of Web3 users already know that we're building a Web3 game.
But if you want to go for really the Web2 gaming community.
And the first thing they see on your website are crypto and Web3 related words.
They tend to go away immediately.
We want them to see the game first.
And then see the possibilities that blockchain has to offer to enhance your gameplay.
And then also for the mobile games.
We're not going to focus on a mobile game.
And then when you open up your phone, you open up the game.
First thing you see is connect your wallet.
You need to, well, not really search for it.
But it will be hidden somewhere in the options, of course.
There you can connect the wallet.
Not really hidden, but you know what I mean.
But it's not the first thing you see.
So this year will be more even towards gamers.
And attracting Web2 gamers to the Web3 space as well.
Without neglecting, of course, our Web3 community.
Because that is still where we are building.
That was a long answer, right?
I'm actually taking notes today.
Because I've got a few for myself personally.
And also for Kabila, which I'll share later.
But I think it's really important, right?
It's not even rebranding.
You said using different words to say the same thing.
So you can reach more people.
So you can reach more people, right?
Yeah, we're not going anywhere.
We're going to stay on Hedera.
I also want to focus more on educating people about gaming and metaverses, actually.
Because there's still a lot of misconception, I feel, in the space.
For instance, if you look at metaverses, I've said this before.
But gamers invented metaverse.
Because it's a place where you meet and greet.
And you're in a 3D environment together.
But in my arrogant opinion, it's the gaming industry that can really make a success out of these smaller metaverses.
I think if Apple or Facebook would start a metaverse, yeah, of course, they have so many users.
Yeah, they will onboard so many.
But think to yourself, if any of these smaller metaverses on any chain, doesn't matter what chain, even the bigger chain, Solana, they have a lot of people there, of course.
If you build a metaverse there, ask yourself, who's going to populate that?
Because people usually jump in on expected return on investment.
They sit back, hope the project will be a hype, of course, and they can sell the land later on.
But we'll try to educate people to look further down the road.
Because what if the hype disappears?
You see Decentraland, for instance.
They have 700 users, daily users max.
And they have the number one game slash metaverse.
But only they were worth 8.5 billion at their all-time high.
So can you imagine if you bring gaming, Web2 gaming together to metaverse and to Web3 gaming?
But you really need to onboard these gamers.
So that's where our focus lies.
And, yeah, so we're restyling the website, adding some blog articles as well,
trying to educate people how to look at these games.
So am I saying I'm all-wise and all-knowing?
I'm just an imperfect human.
I can make, well, I make errors every day, of course.
And I say more stupid things than most people on a day.
But at least having built for more than a year now in the Web3 space did learn me a lot,
teach me a lot about how to look at gaming and metaverses.
Because if you build yourself, you need to really look at the market closely.
And by doing that, because you want to deliver a good product, of course.
And by doing that, you learn so much, especially because you're working on it almost 24 hours a day.
So we like to share some thoughts about that as well.
So really going for gaming, trying to inform people, going for the web, for the mobile games as well.
Yeah, I think my takeaway for that, and I think it serves us all, is that when you start,
especially when you're Web3 native, right, you're building your core community is Web3.
So naturally, you focus more on Web3 and talking Web3.
But as you grow and you have that core community, you then want to bring an influx of Web2 people,
especially in your case with gaming, right?
And then that benefits the core community at the same time.
Well, you have to, actually, because what I said, if you only focus with metaversial gaming on your Web3 audience,
it's so, so small in comparison to the Web2 audience.
So I mentioned Decentraland, for instance, 700 peak daily uses might sound a lot.
But if you compare it to the number 100 ranked game on Steam store,
Steam is the Web2 biggest game store.
It's like Epic Games, but bigger.
They had, so this was one or two months ago, because I did some research then,
they had 13,500 peak players daily.
And that was the number 100 ranked game on the Steam store.
So it shows to me that the Web3 space is quite overhyped.
You know, you can't argue with the numbers.
If Decentraland has $8.5 billion value compared to,
and that's the number one ranking game slash metaverse,
compared to the number 100 ranked in the Web2,
it shows how much still this space can grow.
And of course, we do see mass adoption coming over the years.
Epic Games announced that they are now embracing blockchain games.
Blizzard, Ubisoft, they are already building blockchain games.
So seeing these industry giants already moving towards the space,
And to me, it's inevitable,
because there's this new technology, blockchain.
Everyone's going to use it anyway.
It's like staying behind.
It's like, yeah, when we got these mobile smartphones,
you could have said, no, no, no, I'll stick to my wired phone.
But, you know, you can't change it.
There's this digital revolution going on.
And then it's only a matter of time before games,
big gaming companies will also use it for the advantage of games.
But that means more than just play to earn.
And we like to say play and earn.
But there's so much more that you can do with blockchain.
And I think we see this being used in the gaming industry as well.
So I filled up some time.
Let's give it to someone else.
I'm going to welcome H-Bot Joe to the first episode of Cali Plaza.
He was on the last and the first.
I knew you were going to make me follow Patrick.
Well, it's only because you were the last one to join the stage, brother.
And we've been talking to a lot of people lately.
And it's that excitement that gets everybody excited.
I do want to point out just a little humble brag.
Like, Earthlings has the top five slots on Syntex right now.
Number one, two, three, four, and five are all in Earthlings.
But Patrick, if you want to get a snapshot of that, it's pretty cool.
And just to point out that it's been that way since the last five days.
Because I check it every time.
And that's been the case.
So, yeah, props to you guys.
Joey, someone said, hey, guys, someone of the team buying.
But I know someone told me, no, it's someone with over one million HBAR.
I think it's just we have one new will in there.
Yeah, there's some really good interest.
And it's always nice when new people come in and do the research on the product and then jump in.
Because especially somebody like that and a couple of other new people, when they go in feet first, they're here to stay typically.
And they understand what we're doing with the build.
But anyway, New Year's resolution, no fried foods.
And I live in the southeast United States.
So that's a lot easier said than done.
So when the show started, I was stuffing my face with a tuna sandwich instead of a cheeseburger because I'm on the road working.
But I got in a few minutes late.
The goal is to get back to the weight when I was actively playing sports.
So I've got a couple of bowling balls worth of weight to lose.
I think, yeah, personal health, whether it's food or fitness, we need that, right?
That needs to be the foundation.
If we're going to be carving out the future here in Web3, we need all of that, all that good stuff.
So, yeah, it's a great point.
What's your 2024 personal or Web3 New Year's resolutions?
I don't usually make those.
I have – I don't know if I told you that in many encounters we had in shows or whatever.
I have those five goals that's right in front of me that I never stop looking at.
It's both personal and, like, professional, if I can say that way.
You know, it's family-based and whatever, but it's always the same thing.
It's based upon wealth, health, and, of course, and growth all the time through all the friends that I'm making in any ecosystems.
So, just keep on – it's not necessarily the do's but the be's and the way that keep having that fire that we both have, that all of us have right here, actually.
And just keep on pushing myself in a way that I put my mind in a great opportunity where I can always have a glass that is half full or, you know, half empty, depending on how you want to see it.
So, I mean, there's so much to see and so much to learn.
It's – I mean, it's insane if you – yeah, just keep in that mindset, man, and just keep on tackling and hustling and one brick at a time, really.
So, yeah, Patrick was going out for gaming.
It's been my key motivation in the last, I'd say, two years because it's so interesting.
There's so much to be developed.
I've attended a couple of, I would say, IRL events, you know, in Web3 and gaming for on-chain, and it was really, really, really interesting to see how they're building and how they're crafting, how they're seeing the whole ecosystem of gaming, you know, outside of EVMs and the whole integrations.
And how we are so well-positioned already there just to scoop and when the mass adoption is going to be coming in.
I mean, with the ease of use that we have, Ashgate, you know, with tips and whatever.
I mean, it's there to see.
So, just keep on being motivated, seeing people up.
So, yeah, that mindset is what is my soul, if I can say it, like a resolution for 2024.
It's like sustaining that mindset over long periods of time is, it's no easy task, right?
Like, you can have it today and it's gone tomorrow.
So, like, finding a way to sustain that mindset and that motivation, I think is a, it's a great goal.
But that consistency, right?
Consistency is so important.
You mentioned IRL events.
That's one of my New Year's resolutions.
I'm not saying I'm going to travel the world, but maybe Europe or Spain.
I'm going to really try and attend, even if it's just in the local city, you know, if it's just a little networking event in a local bar and it's like 10 people that are, you know, meeting to talk about crypto, I want to be there.
I want to really try and make that effort.
I think it's so easy to network online that we easily forget the impact of meeting people in real life.
So, that's one of my very important 2024 goals.
But I see Joe that, sorry, Phil.
I was just about to say Joe was, I'll go after you, no problem.
Yeah, Phil, that's a great, great point with the positioning of Hedera for gaming.
Patrick will attest to, we've had to spend some of our conversations with people, investors, you know, typically when you meet an investor for the first time, it's 20, 30 minute conversation.
And then you get information for them.
They get more questions together.
But the first half hour of several of our conversations are explaining to them why Hedera is going to position itself to possibly completely dominate the gaming space.
And we're so, and we hear it in every space, we're so early and people still are so ill-informed on Hedera.
But these people that want to be in gaming or other things that need high throughput transactions for a set cost so you can budget, not just enterprise, but retail, we're so excited to be on Hedera for that reason, if not a bunch of others.
But that's a great point.
Why is it that it's not well known yet?
Is it because there's only 700 people in Central Land?
Like we don't have the throughput of users yet, but when that time comes, that's when Hedera rises, right?
It's so, it's like we talked about, or they talked about on the HBAR Foundation space yesterday.
A lot of it was the devs were only familiar with other chains, so they weren't building on Hedera yet.
A lot of it is hype driven.
So, you know, some of these investors say, oh, well, you can make a million dollars by dumping your tokens after a token sale on Solana.
So, let's do everything we can in Solana or another chain.
But now that they're seeing, when you talk to people that really want to be part of gaming and they're not just trying to dump tokens back on the people that they're buying with, Hedera just makes perfect sense.
Absolutely. I just want to throw it back to Phil and then we'll throw it to Patrick.
Actually, you've got your hand up there.
Yeah, yeah. I mean, we can go over the real life events later on, but you have to go on the topic that Joe was going.
I mean, it just makes sense.
I think, you know, once we, because right now it's still a bit of the far west where everyone's trying stuff and it's the attention economy that everyone's driving.
Of course, you've got huge plays being played over at BTC, at Sol and whatever, all those mean coins.
So, for now, you know, it's money driven.
But once the everyday lives come into play where you just want to play a game, have fun, for it to be safe in a way, ease of use, you don't feel it.
You see the Web3 when you want to see it, integration, especially timing of it, but you don't know, you don't have to, you know, insert, you know, wallet and the rest or whatever.
And you just do exactly what you're doing right now.
Man, I mean, it just makes sense.
It's just a clear path, you know, predictable fees.
And, I mean, gaming and Hedera, it's hand in hand, man.
I mean, it just makes pure sense.
Yeah, I'll go, I'll continue on what Joey said as well and actually what Phil's saying as well.
But it's not like we're super hidden or something.
There are some even smaller YouTubers who do see the sense of building on Hedera for gaming.
I think one or two weeks ago, my brother sent me a link.
I forgot the name of the YouTuber, but it was a small YouTuber discussing old chains.
And he was saying that Hedera is the place to be to build your game for all the obvious reasons that we know, of course.
Thing is that if you build on Solana or one of the other chains that are much bigger, especially with all the retail eyes on there.
But, yeah, it might be way easier to make a lot of money faster.
I guess that's the reason for a lot of projects trying to start there.
But you're also drowning, of course, between so many other projects.
So, and being one of the first builders here on Hedera, I think it's amazing.
It's not easy, especially if you talk to VC investors.
And then they are telling you, well, why aren't you building on Solana?
I'll give you a million tomorrow if you build on the Solana.
Yeah, that's so annoying.
And then, indeed, we have these talks and what Joey said already.
We need to explain to them why we build on Hedera.
Not because we want to make a million over a day.
No, because we are building a long-term project.
And then, as Phil already said, then, you know, Joey mentioned it months ago already as well.
Then these fixed fees make a lot of sense because if you are really building a long-term play
and you expect to onboard thousands of people, then you want to know your roadmap
and you want to know when it concerns tokenomics, you want to know what to expect.
If your token is packed to the value, if the fees are packed to the value of your token,
well, your fees, your transaction costs can, you know, go at 10, maybe even 100x
if the bull market is back and everyone is investing.
And there goes your tokenomics in the in-game economy.
So, and I think Joey wants to take over this conversation.
That goes right along with why we're seeing this surge in Hedera token service tokens.
It's because SaucerSwap is growing like gangbusters because there's a tension coming.
But also, you don't have to spend a crazy amount of gas fees to use their product.
Karate Combat couldn't do up-only gaming and issue the tokens like they do to 11,000 wallets
if there were crazy gas fees.
People are starting to realize that, you know, it's been the whole lack of retail focus is awareness
and it's these HTS tokens that are starting to get mainstream
and people are like, oh man, Hedera really is the future.
You know, I'm a fan of Karate Combat and I've probably coached 15 people in the last two weeks
how to convert their youth-based karate into Hedera karate so that they can use it for up-only gaming
and not pay crazy gas fees to cash out their winnings.
So it's just going to get bigger and catch on.
So I think we're right on time and right in line with that.
Not just Earthlings, but everybody that's building here for retail.
I just want to reset the space briefly before I hand it to the next person.
This is the first, as some of you know, we do a monthly topic for our Cabby Plaza spaces,
but once a month we open up the mic for the community.
So this is an H-bar open mic with a focus on New Year's resolutions.
What do we want to do differently in 2024 as a project, as an individual?
How do we want to attack 2024 and make the best year, right?
Here on Hedera or in Web3 in general.
So feel free to request to speak.
I see some new faces in here.
It's always great to see Jack Diamond.
Who else we got down there?
Khalifas, I think I mentioned you earlier.
But yeah, I just wanted to reset the room and encourage everyone to request to speak.
We're starting the year soft and we're just inspiring each other on what our goals are for the year.
So with that being said, I'm going to go to...
Well, I'm going to welcome Ipex to the space.
It's great to have you, brother.
How's 2024 looking for you?
Appreciate you guys having me up.
I was just eating breakfast, so I didn't come up a little earlier.
I hope you guys are all well in this new year, 2024.
A lot of prosperity and good vibes, if you know what I mean.
I mean, it's going to be the year a lot of us are looking forward to.
Even if a bull run doesn't happen this year, maybe next year, all that good stuff.
You guys are talking about tokens and HTS and all that kind of stuff.
For me, honestly, just HTS tokens and other ecosystems in general, I always looked at them as meme coins or shit coins.
I never really took it seriously.
I always thought, oh, I'm cool, right?
I'm good to go, all that kind of stuff.
So in terms of HBAR specifically, there are tokens that aren't necessarily shit coins or meme coins, and there's nothing wrong with meme coins inherently.
But when you have tokenomics and founders that are, you know, essentially down the road that it will be a pump and dump, whether it's the first week, first month from launch, or maybe a year later, and it's a rug, like 99% of all tokens essentially follow that pattern.
So on Hedera, though, I do believe it's a little different that we have some quality use cases going live, being tested, experimented on, on the social side.
And that's really exciting.
So those are going to be the ones that I'm going to look deeper into.
I'm not going to shield my project or any of that kind of stuff, but the people that I'm working with right now.
I want to congratulate you for the sellout the other day and the big, big event that you guys had, right?
You did that live sweep event, 10,000 HBAR.
Like, it's no joke what you pulled off.
Oh, appreciate it, brother.
Yeah, we're going to do, I'll throw it back a little bit to that as well.
But yeah, me and my holders, I have two different main collections now.
We're going to talk about different tokens.
I think this, every Tuesday moving forward, we're going to do something like tokenization Tuesdays or something and really dive into what is going on in this space in terms of tokens, right?
Fungibles specifically, because it isn't shit coins only anymore or meme coins for that matter.
And meme coins aren't inherently bad either.
They can become a cultural phenomenon that people can find value in.
And I think that that's important to be aware of, right?
I faded Shiba, a bunch of stuff on other chains because I thought it was stupid.
I thought I was like, what's the point in doing any of this stuff?
And sure, it could tank and the tokenomics might suck and they might be super inflationary and all that kind of stuff.
But at least in the short term, within under five years or less, there were gains to be had, right?
And I think that goes just that that's just the clear.
That's just the evidence, right?
And sure, whenever someone makes money, typically someone else is losing money.
So I get all that as well.
I mean, I don't want to say I'm like this morally superior person.
Everyone here is trying to make gains in some capacity.
But now for 2024, I'm going to take the space a lot more seriously on the tokenomics side, not just NFTs.
I spent most of my time here on understanding the tokenomics side of NFTs.
Now it's time to really dive deeper, mainly for my holders and for myself, for the long-term gains, if you will,
and the long-term understanding of how these use cases are going to operate.
Because the tokenomics are going to play a massive role.
Are they fully distributed?
Does the founder hold 99%?
Those are questions that most people are still learning about, even including myself.
And so we're going to start diving deeper into that.
I'm thinking every Tuesday moving forward in our spaces.
I don't want to be showing what we're doing.
And just that's what I'm going to be doing in 2024, really ironing down, like, which use cases are really solid here and what should we be looking for, right?
Going back into the events, basically every 25 episodes, we're going to do a bunch of HBAR giveaways, a bunch of NFT giveaways as well.
Again, I'm not trying to show my space, but we do NFT and Fungible Token giveaways every day, Monday through Friday, 5 p.m. EST.
But basically every 25 episodes.
So we just had episode 75 last Friday.
We launched it on Atlantis.
This episode 100 will be on February 2nd.
And me and Jack of Ray discussed, we will be launching on Kabila.
So I'll just announce it here.
I wasn't going to announce it yet.
Yeah, so it'll be on Kabila.
I just want to show multiple platforms some love.
We're going to give away at least 25,000 HBAR this time.
So more details will come.
I know when I was eating, I heard my name a couple of times.
So my PFP will be the art style for that drop.
But again, I don't want to take the time to be shilling all the details.
I haven't officially announced anything just yet outside of the launchpad.
So, yeah, I'll leave it at that.
But 2024 is going to be really special.
So if you guys aren't looking into HTS tokens, NFTs, now's the time, basically, right?
You've had a lot of time during the bear market to do research, take the time without the hype and mania and FOMO.
But it's going to be coming.
And when you see those 10Xs, 1,000X, whatever, you're going to be like, wow, I really should have bought some of these and held just a little bit.
Even if it's like $10, $100, whatever you can just put in a little bit on the side.
There's some really solid use case on Hedera.
And I do believe 2024, we're going to see so many come live.
And I'm just excited for it.
So that's what I'm looking forward to in 2024, brother.
Just to let you know, and anyone in the space, like for these open mics, I know today I've kind of focused it on, you know, 2024 goals and New Year's resolutions just because of the time period.
But ultimately, it's an open mic.
Like we're here to share what we're all working on.
Obviously, don't take the mic for the whole spaces, but you're welcome to shill or share what you're working on, what you're building.
One thing you mentioned, which I really love, and it's something I think about myself, is NFT tokenomics.
Because tokenomics is normally talked about when you talk about a token, right, a fungible token.
But NFT tokenomics are real.
And getting, like, getting the right supply at that time that you launch, you know, looking at the community you have and the market and how you're going to release them.
There's so many things to consider, and I don't think it's considered enough.
I love that 2024 resolution.
I think it's a great one for everyone.
Anyone who's looking to release more supply into the market or start releasing, I think, yeah, more time should be spent on NFT tokenomics 2024.
Mello, welcome to the stage, brother.
They do look good as a PFP, I must say.
Happy Year of the Dragon.
Yeah, man, I agree with that.
Yeah, I think, like, the main goal, like, after hearing everybody, and for Tate and I specifically, is, like, bring more eyes to Hedera in, like, an organic way.
And we've been curating the content and changing it up, but we're really going to, like, focus that throughout this year.
Like, tweaking, freshening things up.
Yeah, like, new chains, more, like, videos focused on coins or, yeah, you know what I mean.
And then, on the NFT side, just quality projects and businesses, you know, like U2 Renegades, for example.
And that'll help bring eyes to Hedera.
And beyond that, just our, like, personal goals of, you know, completing the holder portal for U2, first payouts, and renegade treasury allocations for the community fund.
That's kind of what we've got going on.
Yeah, I've been seeing from Tate or from the Alt Kings account.
I don't know if it's always him or it's both of you sometimes behind that account, but I've seen you guys, like, rethinking is, I don't know if that's the word, but, like, doing, looking at different kinds of content and experimenting.
And I really love that because, you know, one of those formats will pop, right?
And that'll bring more eyes, like you say, to Hedera, to the space in general.
But I don't know if that's the intention and if you are experimenting, but that's the perception I'm getting from some of the posts that I've seen, and I really love that.
I mean, Tate's on the Alt Kings account mainly, but we're together focusing on just kind of figuring out what works, curating new stuff, and, like, tapping into new markets.
It's basically what we're trying to do.
Hedera Aliens, what's your 2024 goals, New Year's resolutions?
What are you looking forward to?
Thanks for having me today.
As of, you know, resolutions, I don't usually do these because I usually always break them in the first week.
So that's not how it works for me.
But in general, since I have started the project that I'm working on, it's been quite a ride, I have to say.
Because I'm starting to discover what's behind running a project and doing that free stuff and stuff.
It's been a massive learning journey for me.
It's been a massive learning journey for me.
I'm absolutely loving it.
And it is, you know, it is slowly trickling into the collection itself.
So it started as a, you know, just doing pictures and stuff and now I'm actually developing things and I'm absolutely loving it.
And I intend to keep doing that, you know, in the following year or actually this one, it's 2023 or 2024 already.
So I will keep on doing that.
But I have actually just today started developing a Discord board.
So there may be a Header Aliens Discord launch soon.
And also for those who are interested, I'm running a contest because I will be releasing some of the aliens this year and actually in February.
And I have given the community a chance to name the aliens.
So if you want to see an alien named after you, feel free to click on my profile and suggest a name and it may actually be included in the collection.
Yeah, so that's what I've been up to and will be up to probably for most of 2024.
I'm absolutely loving, you know, the community interactions and the people in the Header space are super nice.
And I just love it talking to all of you and, you know, talking to on spaces with you.
That's just amazing to me.
Yeah, so that's it pretty much.
I must say, like, was it two or three months ago when you spoke on Cabby Plaza for the first time?
And now I see you on every HBAR spaces out there.
Yeah, it can get addicting quite quickly, I have to say, especially when people are so nice.
So I just, you know, I usually just check on Twitter.
And whenever I see a new space come up, I will just hop in and, you know, talk to people.
I don't know what's happening today with the spaces.
I'm trying to pin things to the top and it's not pinning anything.
We can see the Jumbotron, Jack.
So there's not just one thing up there?
Oh, there's like six things up there.
What's the last thing supposed to be, Jack?
I only see the first one that I ever post, I ever pin.
There's just one up there.
So I probably pin the same thing multiple times.
Yeah, sometimes if you close the app and then open it, that works for me.
Yeah, sometimes it happens to me.
I don't know why that does that.
Yeah, you get them now and again.
But yeah, just to reset the space briefly, because we're coming up to the hour.
This is our monthly open mic to start off the year.
And we're just talking about 2024 resolutions or goals.
I know, you know, I've heard a lot of people say on the spaces and then, you know, on X,
it's like, I don't do that.
You know, set your goals any time of the year.
I'm like, yeah, you can set goals any time of the year.
We can also set them here today.
I don't, I don't, I don't.
It's not really a thing for me either.
Like this new year's resolutions.
I just thought it was, you know, a good title for the show.
Anyone is welcome to come up to grab the mic, to share what you're working on.
If you don't have any new year's resolutions, to share what you're working on, what you're
And I think Ekwa, I didn't get, I didn't get to you yet.
What's, what's your goals?
What do you have on your mind?
I usually don't do new year resolutions either, but this time around, I actually did it because
like you said, yeah, you can set goals at any time.
And it had been a while since I reset a few behaviors, a few habits.
So on a personal level, I definitely set some resolutions.
But before I go into that, on the project level, I think last year was really, really
We were able to build a strong community, a strong bond with a lot of friends.
And yeah, now I feel like Hedera is home.
I feel like this is where we're supposed to be.
And yeah, 2024 is looking great because I think we have been one of the slowest rollouts the
NFT ecosystem has ever seen because we have been sitting on artwork for a while and just
organically and slowly building communities, not pressuring our friends in the bear market and
But as of now, we are sitting on two completely ready collections.
The Era of Women First Generation that's going to be split into two drops.
The artwork is completely like it's done.
There's another collection that is totally complete.
Unrelated to the Era of Women, it's a different art style, a different artist as well.
And yeah, so we have a lot of things to roll out.
So as a project and as a team, we're definitely going to focus on penetrating the market, getting
people the NFTs they love, making sure there's enough fun to go around for everyone.
So yeah, we're definitely going to ramp up and push the pedal to the floor and just go really
hard as a project on Hedera.
And as always, we're going to take the vibes cross chain as well.
We're going to keep onboarding more and more people onto our chain, into our communities.
We're going to keep making sure that there's enough positivity to go around for everyone,
that we never run out of the gas, we never run out of fuel, and we never run out of happiness
in whatever we are doing and whatever we are giving out to the community.
So yeah, really excited as a team to let stuff finally start rolling out.
And more than me, the artists who have made the NFTs, the designs, they are super excited
for the world to see what they've been working on for such a long time.
So yeah, that's what we got in the books for our project as PsychTerra.
Definitely going to push our hands deep and make sure that we touch as many people as possible
in this space, because a lot of you have touched our hearts.
A lot of you have created more value and more things for us than you can even imagine.
So definitely going to give back to the community with amazing vibes and a lot of strong feelings.
Like, how did you word it?
I think you've probably broken records cross-chain.
But I really appreciate it, because you're just out here building community, right?
Not in a rush to release supply.
And I think that just speaks volumes.
So yeah, I'm breaking records at the same time.
Yeah, maybe I should really approach somebody, you know?
Like Guinness or something, to see if this record exists.
Because everybody else, a lot of other chains, a lot of other projects, they get into NFTs to get rich quick.
So they're like, how fast can we roll this out?
How fast can we mint out?
How fast can we get those results and get those funds in?
And we took the exact opposite approach.
But yeah, time will tell how it works out.
But yeah, it's been super organic.
And since it's also my first Web3 project ever, it did make sense to me to take time.
And in this time, I've been able to learn a lot, pivot a lot, and also adjust our rollout routine to the needs and wants of the specific people in the HBAR community.
And I hope it ends up making a lot of sense for everyone else who's involved, as supporters, as holders in the future.
So yeah, really excited on that front for the project, definitely.
And on a personal level, I think right around December of last year, I was going through like a mental and spiritual journey where I was kind of teaching myself how to stay calm through all the chaos,
how to stay happy and always keep looking up through no matter what happens in my life, no matter how hard it is, no matter how easy it is, no matter how boring it is sometimes.
I just created a habit of always looking up, always keeping it positive and making sure that I'm having fun through the process, you know, not letting all the negativity get to me,
not letting it consume me and just keep looking up.
So leading into this year, on top of that, I was able to add some discipline into my life, wherein I was trying to replace some sort of unhealthy habits and incorporate a lot more healthy habits into my daily routine.
And I've started this year strong.
I started this year really strong, I'd say.
And yeah, just going to just going to keep going, just going to stay disciplined, just going to keep doing the right stuff and making sure that I'm doing whatever it takes to live a healthy and a more balanced life.
Loving both the project and the personal goals, Ekwa.
And all of those, you know, I've actually made a little list here of my favorite ones from the panel.
And I think this is what the space was all about today.
Leaving inspired and also inspire each other, you know, with different goals and different ideas that we may have for the year ahead.
I'd love to invite anyone else down there who'd like to come up and share.
We're coming up to the hour and I think we'll probably wrap it up soon after.
In the meantime, there's a couple of things that I'd love to share personally.
We mentioned earlier with Phil the attending more in real life events.
Like that's me personally.
Obviously, I'll be repping Kabila.
But me personally, I want to meet more Web3 people and network and learn.
But I think in real life networking is underrated.
And then something, I mean, I came across a concept in the last couple of months, but it's something that I already understood.
But now it's kind of I've got this name or concept, which is the founder funnel.
And Phil is actually a great example.
And there's other people in the space as well that do a really good job using the founder funnel.
And it doesn't have to necessarily be the founder.
It could be team members or people associated with the project.
But sometimes, you know, people are on X to connect with other people, right?
Humans want to connect with humans.
I try and make the content from Kabila really, really personal and really, you know, try and connect with people.
But when you're looking at a logo of a brand, like an entity, it's not as easy to connect with that as it is with another individual, right?
So leveraging your personal brand and feeding that into the project and vice versa is something you may have realized.
I've been putting a bit more energy into my personal account the last couple of months.
And I can really see how it feeds into Kabila and how Kabila feeds in.
It's kind of like this really healthy cycle.
And, you know, you've got people like Luca Nets who does it for Pudgy Penguins.
You've got a lot of big founders out there that really leverage the founder funnel.
They really understand that that's where they need to spend a lot of their time, right?
And feed that into the project.
So that's one of my 2024 goals is to really double, triple down on that founder funnel.
But I see we've got you on stage.
Welcome and congrats on your first sellout.
Yeah, it was a lot of fun.
Yeah, I just I thought, well, how much do I know about NFTs and, you know, technically and, well, I realized that I didn't know a lot about it.
And I had no clue about how to make one.
So I decided, you know, to run through the tutorial that you made for Kabila in the Kabila Academy and just, you know, make some NFTs just to know how it works.
And then I finished them and I was like, well, I can keep them in my wallet.
But, you know, I want to know what it's like to build a launchpad.
So I created a launchpad and those 10 NFTs, they sold and I made like $12 and creating the launchpad cost me $20.
So, but it was, it was nice to, yeah, to learn how to do it.
And as in New Year's resolutions, yeah, I'd like to comment on that.
I don't have a really big ones, but I think last year I learned a lot about how to improve myself and what, what aspects of life I need to focus on to make the best out of me.
And this year I really need to get that in routine and structurize it.
And, you know, in Web3, I would like to focus more on getting to know more people.
I've been, yeah, I started in Web3 in 23, basically, late 22.
And I've been mostly focused on the boom community.
But that's, yeah, that's just how that went.
But I would like to have a little bit broader connections and just connect with a lot more people, learn a lot more about, about NFTs, about Kabila.
And also attend some in real life events if that's possible.
So, yeah, just some, just grinding on, I guess.
Yeah, I'm all about immersing myself in different communities, just meeting people.
It's all about the people, right?
I think that that leads to everything else.
We've got more is more on stage.
How's your 2024 going so far?
And what, what do you have planned?
I apologize for my voice.
I'm kind of sick right now.
So if it sounds all like, you know, Morgan Freeman sultry, that's why.
No, when I'm looking at 2024 and Web3, I mean, I'm just, I'm just a, you know, a musician.
I'm not like a developer or like anything.
Like, I don't, I don't know much about that, but something that I would definitely love
to see on Web3 a lot more is just the building out of music and entertainment.
Like, you know, like karate combat is, is huge.
That's going to be something.
I mean, it's already becoming like a household, you know, something that everybody knows about.
You know, it's not as big as UFC, but, you know, it's getting there.
It's getting there pretty fast.
And, you know, I'm looking, as a musician, I'm looking to platforms like, you know, TuneFM.
And so far there hasn't been any music platforms that have really kind of stepped up.
And, and I give TuneFM a lot of, a lot of crap.
But that's only because I, I genuinely liked the platform and I think it has like massive
potential if, if they could just get it to be more user-friendly.
But, you know, the, the payment on there is so easy.
It's so much, but I mean, I don't know if, how much anybody knows about the music industry,
but it is like impossible to make money unless you are selling out stadiums and, and such.
But, you know, just say, take TuneFM.
It's a way that, you know, artists that aren't well-known, they can sell collectibles.
And all this stuff like that.
But even like right now, like you can go and mint a, an NFT on TuneFM, but you can't really
Their, their, their user interface is just kind of, it won't let you transfer NFTs off platform.
Like you can do it, but it won't, it's hard to explain.
It won't let you select a series number.
So you can only transfer number one off of your account.
It's, it's hard to explain, but it's, it's, I would just, I would love to see some of these
platforms step up because I just, I just see like the way the music and entertainment industry
It's, it's horrible and it's losing so much money.
And web three is a way to just bring new stuff.
You know, you're only going to hear the same cookie cutter music on the radio because that's
all record labels are going to take a chance on.
You go and see movies that are formulaic and again, cookie cutter because they just, they
just want to sell, they just want to put something out to sell tickets.
And, um, and even now that's starting to fail because people are getting kind of tired of
the, you know, the rehashing and the sequels and the reboots.
Um, but yeah, that's, that's kind of, my goal is to one, build my catalog and to try and find
a way to, um, I guess, help facilitate any one of these platforms to be more music and entertainment
oriented, you know, like, uh, NFTs in their current, in their current form, you know, you
Nothing, I have no issue with that.
It's just the potential of it that an NFT could be a music video, songs, an album, all
It's just, it could completely change the game.
And that's what I'm excited to see.
And that's, yeah, that's kind of all I have.
That's, that's, that's what this is.
I absolutely gave you a follow.
And everything of value will be tokenized.
And it's true for music, man.
Thanks for taking over there, Phil.
I had to pop to the toilet.
I'm just being transparent here because I went silent.
Pick, pick toilet break another time.
Um, I really, I really enjoyed everything you said there.
We've got blockchain homies coming up.
Uh, I've got a nice full panel now.
Um, I don't know if Patrick, are you still there?
I know that on the hour you have to go sometimes.
So you probably messaged me already.
Hey, but yeah, I think we'll start wrapping up.
Anyone who, who wants to, you know, share any final thoughts, uh, in the meantime, you
know, just put, pop your hand up and I'll throw you the mic.
In the meantime, I'm going to throw the mic to blockchain homies.
Uh, welcome back to Calbee Plaza.
How are you seeing the year unfold?
And to you, Jack, it's, uh, Ash behind homies tonight.
Um, to, to be honest, I just wanted to come on to wish everyone on the, you know, a happy
2024 and a very successful one.
You know, Thursdays, unfortunately, is my, uh, I suppose in real life, uh, day with the
wife where I actually remind her, you know, what my name is and put my phone down a little
Uh, uh, and, you know, I just wanted to agree with you about the in real life events.
Um, you know, I know a couple of the team are out in LA.
Maybe next month and I'll be going back to the UK and, uh, I think it's March when,
uh, the climate events on with, um, the hive down, uh, that they're putting on.
Um, but sat here listening and unfortunately I'm sort of got my earbud in.
I was eating my dinner with the wife, but I just wanted to say, you know, happy new year
Um, yeah, I'm, I'm looking forward to attending that one, actually the climate fest.
I'm hoping I can make that one cause it's in the UK, not too far for me.
So that, that should be a good one.
I spoke to Winston a few times cause we are a member of the hive.
I'm from the UK myself from Birmingham, but I now live in Cyprus.
So, um, again, I will be, uh, flying back to the UK to, uh, catch that because Winston
was actually a neighbor of mine, probably, uh, less than half a mile away.
We, uh, lived apart having spoken for months and months.
And then it turns out obviously we're that close to each other.
So, you know, it was a chance for a few Guinness and stuff, but, uh, yeah, I will be, uh, flying
back, uh, representing me at home as in, uh, the climate fest event, but, uh, just wanted
to wish everyone and, you know, a successful building year in 2024.
And yeah, I just want to ask, I've got a few topics already planned.
I do have one already locked in for next week, but if there's any topics, um, that you think
we should talk about on Cabby Plaza weekly that you're interested in, uh, even maybe even
topics that we've already done that I think we can repeat because, you know, you can pick
apart a topic from so many different angles.
You can go on for hours, right?
Especially if you go sideways as, uh, Patrick likes to say.
Um, so yeah, if you have any, any thoughts, any suggestions for topics for this year, uh,
drop us a DM, uh, really appreciate that.
Um, and yeah, any, any closing thoughts for anyone on the panel?
Um, otherwise we'll, I'll wrap this spaces up, um, by leave inspired and motivated, um,
for the, for the, for the year ahead with an amazing community.
I appreciate everyone who's come up here today and those of you, uh, listening in down
there, I see IPEX take it away.
Appreciate you hosting these spaces every week.
Uh, you're up to episode 51, which is absolutely phenomenal.
Uh, in terms of bathroom breaks.
If you guys ever hear me, if you're ever in our spaces that I'm pausing, I throw it to
the co-host chances are I'm probably stepping away.
So don't call back on me, but yeah, Jack, you're not the only one that, that deals with
So much stuff to you on that.
There's no shame in that for sure.
You being honest with that.
And yeah, it was a great space.
2024 is looking very strong.
What a great way to start the new year and yeah, much up to everyone that's, uh, grinding,
moving and shaking in this space.
I'm really excited for what 24, 2024 and H bar and web three as a whole is yet to bring
I'll tell you what, because I've taken notes, I'll do a little recapture.
I have like the highlights or at least my takeaways from everyone here today.
Um, and then I'll, I'll close it out with the CWIS song as I, as I usually do.
Uh, so the first one that was mentioned is rewording or like rephrasing our communication
when we, when we market our projects or, you know, whether it's on the website, you
know, copy the copy in general, whether it's content or in discord or on website or whatever
is going to reach new eyes, uh, obviously depending on your project, but like, so we
can, uh, approach or build that bridge more so to, to, to web two audience and people that
don't really want to read necessarily NFT and every other sentence.
I know we love it, but, uh, they don't so much.
And I think we can reach more people.
I think it's a great, a great goal for 2024 is to be more web two orientated when we communicate
So that was one, uh, really great one today.
Uh, a simple one, but not as simple is, you know, food, health, uh, fitness, like looking
after our physical body, right?
Cause we, we, we can easily forget about it when we spend so much time online.
Uh, that we actually have one, we're just sitting here and we're kind of, we get absorbed
or sucked into the screen.
Um, we're like, Oh, have a body here, you know?
Um, and I, I really try to at least, you know, take a break, go for a walk or do some
exercise and it really takes discipline.
So I think that's, that's a simple one, but really important, um, sustaining a mindset,
which has to do with the previous, but that mindset of, you know, and that motivation to
keep learning and keep pushing and keep showing up regardless of how we, maybe how we feel
Um, but I haven't, having that hunger mindset and main and sustaining that over time, right?
To keep learning and keep carving out, um, in real life events, we have, well, I'm going
to state they're underrated.
That's my, that's my conclusion that we need to attend more and network in real life just
as much as we do, or maybe not as much.
Cause I know like resources wise, when you're a startup, um, they're not infinite and it
does cost to fly to places and pay for tickets and attend certain events.
But even if it's in your local town, local city, uh, scout out, you know, maybe there's
some meetups, some crypto meetups, and, uh, you can go out and meet some people.
Um, I'm going to be trying to do that myself.
Um, NFT tokenomics is not something that's talked about very often.
We talk about tokenomics when it comes to fungible tokens, but releasing supply, uh, or determining
a supply and then releasing it.
Um, when you release it to who, like what community do you have?
So NFT tokenomics, I think is, is something that I really want to do a thread on or something,
I think, because it's something that I think it's a, it's a great, a great, um, insight
that IPEC shared today, um, for 2024, for anyone out there building a project, uh, content
Um, you don't always know what works, especially if you want to do something new.
And I think it's always good to innovate on the format of content that you're putting
Uh, you know, think of SEO when it comes to when it, you know, in two, three, four,
five years down the, down the road, when there's so many new eyeballs searching in Google
or YouTube or whatever, wherever you're creating your content or an X, they're searching these
What's an NFT, you know, what's Hedera, um, like these keywords, right?
Are you, are you producing content?
So when those people search in five years, find your content, you might only get 30 likes
now, uh, but most likely, um, people will see it in the future.
Um, and experimenting with different, different formats until you realize which one sticks.
Um, I think that's something I do a lot at Kabula and I think, um, this year I'm going
to double down on formats that worked in 2023, but I always, always want to keep that experimentation
To see what, what else could be better.
Um, make sure I'm enjoying the process.
I think that was Equa, um, like we're grinding, we're building, we're putting in a lot of hours,
but let's not forget to enjoy the ride, right?
Um, it's, I'm appreciating the quietness of the bear, uh, how you can really, uh, network
and, uh, engage with people in a, in a space that's not chaotic yet.
Like it's not chaotic yet.
Uh, for those of you who have been, have been in the previous ball, it gets crazy and you
can't have this, you know, the, the networking that you can do now in the seas that you can
plant now will be harder in the ball.
Um, so this appreciating the good and the bad, um, of the now, and then we mentioned
the founder funnel, uh, which is leveraging your personal account or personal brand, um,
to grow your project account because people like to connect with people.
Um, so there's a few, there's a recap of, of today's new year's resolution spaces.
Uh, hope, hopefully you found some value.
You got some inspiration, some motivation to really, uh, start the year running.
I really appreciate everyone who came up on stage, Phil, new, IPEX, EQUA, HBAD, Joe,
more is more blockchain homies and Mello.
And of course, Patrick, uh, my amazing co-host, uh, I look forward to, to starting the topics
from next week with you all.
We'll be back the usual time on Thursday at 11 a.m.
Um, and I see new with your hand up, Mike is yours.
One last, uh, one last thing.
I just, like you said, I just realized that there was the first Cali Plaza of 2024 and
it's just, um, very curious to, to see how things have been, uh, how things will be, um,
when we do the first Cali Plaza of 25, you know, a year from now.
Uh, and, uh, things might've changed a lot.
That might be a good, uh, topic for, uh, for another Cali Plaza.
So, like, how to prepare yourself for success.
Like, what if, what if you achieve your goals?
Um, what if we all achieve our goals and, um, how to prepare for that?
Have you thought about, did you think about, uh, why you want to achieve your goals and, uh,
how you will continue and how you will, how, uh, you will put your funds to, to work if you
have them, um, because it can be dangerous as well.
You know, what if, uh, 24 is absolutely everything that we, uh, thought it will be.
And we're all, uh, you know, stacked in 25, you know, um, there's a lot of, uh, danger
Can be a good topic for, uh, for another, uh, Cali Plaza.
So I think that's, I think that's a really great topic and it reminds me of the bull
market when there were projects raising millions and then they did nothing with it.
Like, do you have a plan for when you take off?
I think that's a great topic.
We'll fill an hour or an hour and a half on that topic for sure.
All right, guys, uh, have, have an amazing rest of the day, wherever you are in the world
and I'll see you next week on Thursday, as usual at 11 AM EST with the first topic of
the year and an amazing panel of guests, uh, take care everyone.
And yeah, just to, to remind those of you out there, our DMs are always open, whether
it's to ask a question about NFTs, Hedera, you want to jump on a call, uh, to look at the
tools we have, you want to, you know, we're here, we're here, we're always here.
Um, appreciate you all, uh, and take care.
Those of you down there in the audience, appreciate you for tuning in and, uh, see you on the timeline,
