We are an all-in-one platform for creators and brands to tokenize and manage their web 3 communities as well as an all-in-one
Sorry as well as a wallet no code NFT tooling and launchpad a big pillar of our ecosystem is education
Hence why we host these spaces every day. We do daily content
And we have our cabbular Academy v2 coming very soon this year. We're going to be focusing even more so on the educational side
I'm excited to be here today to educate myself on what all you guys are working on building
It's a great opportunity for anyone to introduce themselves to the community as well a few things that have been happening a few focus points
Maybe that's on my that have been on my radar that we can also touch on course today. We have the big HCS 20 Jubilee
Which is a big deal in my opinion. We can talk about that
We've got the HTS tokens that have been popping off in the last few days or a couple of weeks even
Been having a lot of fun with those and meme coins. We had the meme coin spaces over at the H bar foundation
I also feel that NFTs are heating up again. That's the sense. I've got I'd love to hear what you guys feel and think
What else do we have and personally? I just wanted to share as well that I've I've actually had a lot of cross-chain
Calls with different creators and projects and I'm getting the sense that Hedera is becoming more known outside of our little bubble
And that people are starting to see the potential of coming over and also positioning themselves
I'm not gonna explain what an open mic is I think
Maybe I'll touch on that a little bit a little bit later to reset the room before we dive in

But yeah, we've the thing is we've been building a lot of sceneries of course
For a long time and also programming some stuff in the background
But the thing is programming is not always

well, anyway, so but of course without the program doesn't work and and
Now we decided of course to show people more that we are actually a gamer not just an open world
so this is why we are now ramping up more on the
Animations as well because without animations the game is nothing
Of course, and it took me a long time to get these amazing animators and all of a sudden
The stars were aligned Jack and all and all of them came back from old contacts. They certainly had time or
Whatever doesn't matter. So we so we have some amazing animators now and next step is I think going forward
Between brackets weapons because an action, you know, is it a weapon what shoes acts over but let's call it weapons
Just to make it easy, but it's from family friendly weapons. So next step is also showing more
Particle effects they say
See as X effects. I'm always have to think is it FDX or fear thinks VFX effects
Doesn't mean anything to me
To say so I just say particle effects. So but that is
That is not so difficult actually to do but finding someone who can do your style. That is again a bit difficult
I don't mind buying some effects because someone just plain cool and that's that's not something that I am against
Buying props and houses because we really do want our own style
But eventually you need you need your own unique artist and I found one but I need to look a little bit further

Because I want the better one even so yeah
There's still some some work there to to again show even more but that that's that's gonna be there
That's not too hard. Actually the animators were the most difficult parts. I'm rambling on a bit too long now
Patrick that the scrutiny working for you must be incredible
The scrutiny that I would that anyone's under working for you know
Like the attention to detail I mean like when it comes to design like
Patrick's amazing, but I'll tell you what so, you know, he'll go to the design team and they'll build something out
You know, I'll see the the sketch that they start with that he's shown in the videos
And then it'll come to life and he'll send it to me
And I'll go on and on about how beautiful it looks and how I can't wait to see it
Integrated and and then you know 30 seconds later. He's like no. No this version is terrible
We've got to do this this this this this this this and this
And then I'll let you see it again tomorrow
So that's what makes me happy about working with Patrick is because the things that most people
Accept as a great product. He goes one step further to you know in his eye perfect it which is awesome
But you always agree the next day then you say
Yeah, because I don't have the eye for it and and most people don't but you can see these things and and you find them
And I'm like, I don't see it. And then you show me I'm like, oh man, I have no clue
And that's why you do paperwork and the boring stuff in the talks and talk about me
But that's that's your that's your decade
That's your decades of experience hey with design like that eye that you've developed for those attention to detail
Well, you guys that could be let do a great job as well because you also have a very good corporate man
He's Manny has a good eye Azoya. Yeah, that's what we lack a bit sometimes in this space
But more and more people are working on that. So I love to see that. So yeah, I'll share some stuff on top and
We're working in phases we first we because we have a big map and that still unfinished of course because 400 square kilometers
But we start with that starting to build props
Buildings to have your real old style your unique style then you make the cinematics
That's because I think that's the order to do it
So they don't spend 50 grand on on the cinematic because now we have all these items you have your own in game
In-house animators, and then it only costs a couple of thousands instead of like read some people
They pay well over 50k for a cinematic because they do it the other way around
So this is more cost-effective I think and next up is of course way more to gameplay
So we do it in the order that you build I guess so, okay

trying to bring something back to the community, so I
Have art based projects. I'll a foxy is my NFT brand but
With heli Fox. I'm really trying to build essentially a schoolhouse in the community
For new people coming in just new to crypto
Learning the basics learning what DeFi is learning about NFTs
And giving them resources to guide them along the way
So they aren't spending months during the next bull run trying to figure out, you know, where should I actually go for these things?
Obviously, you know utilizing her there as much as possible, but heli Fox is ultimately chain agnostic
Trying to find you know, the best places with the lowest fees and stuff to purchase your NFTs, etc
That's kind of on the base level and then there's also a schoolhouse attached and I'm working through that right now developing courseware
And I'm working on every shot to a few
People that I'm looking to you. Hopefully get on board as instructors
Bigger names in the space and hopefully they'll say yes, but we'll see
Started to develop a schoolhouse and the idea behind that being the next generation of
All the tools that they need to get started and get moving in the space without all the self research that I had to do
The most of us are probably all had to do
To just try and break into the whole web3 arena
All at the same time while teaching people how not to get absolutely wrecked at this
As far as coins and all that stuff is concerned
So that's the the general basis. There will also be a mastermind behind it
I want to try to get the you know, these instructors and
bring them together as instructors and as mentors and have them kind of attached to
That mastermind the idea there being that those guys are you're paying a little extra
You're going a bit of a deep dive if you're in that mastermind, but there's only a hundred seats and
You'll really have that like one-on-one
Connection experience and networking opportunity to really grow in the space and build what you're looking to build
So that's the the general big glossy picture of what I'm trying to do with heli fox
That sounds really really cool, I'm very much down for the first part the education
I'm seeing a tendency not just for web3 education, but people that are becoming more and more chain-agnostic
Understanding that we just need to move the whole web3 space forward and onboard people so they understand this the basic concepts
Right. What is an NFT? What does it mean non custodial wallet?
You know how all these little simple things that most of the general populated have no clue what are so I love both of those
But then you mentioned this whole mastermind thing
I'm super curious to learn more because it's something that I've it has crossed my mind in the past
So I think yeah what you're doing sounds super super interesting, man
Are you doing all of that in one go or you doing the education thing first and then the other thing a bit later on?
In one go as much as I can
However the the basic level education for people brand-new that's all gonna open up first I think that's gonna be
Really the the easiest courseware and stuff to design and to develop which I'm part way through it already
It's kind of the glossic glossy base level to what is defy? What is NFT?
Here's all these resources and you know, here's major news news feed on everything happening in the crypto world
you know, just kind of give them a one shop one spot shop to
To gather all that information and soak it all in so that'll open up first with the launch of the heli fox tokens sky
That will essentially token gate the next level earning a certain amount of fly
I'm not sure what that a specific amount is quite yet, but there are 100 million
Tokens total that were minted. No liquidity has been made yet for it
I'll announce of course the community when that happens
That will will token gate kind of the next step which will be a bit of a deeper dive. It'll also give people a
access to some more advanced analytics and
some some advanced tutorials on those advanced analytics and then

That paywall course basic or portion basically being the schoolhouse for people looking to develop and and
Really push their skill sets so that they can build businesses
Those also the very first course that anyone there will have to take will be a general
entrepreneurship course that will cover things like how to start your own LLC or you know incorporate if that's
something that's necessary for your brand
And really working through the like how to do it, right?
Not the I'm just gonna throw up this this brand and see how it goes

Really want to want to try to to help the next generation
Push things forward in the right way so that they don't get in trouble in the future as well

I feel like they're starting to do some some really great things and they haven't gotten the attention they deserve

NFTs, it's not going to be sadly a successful launch
That's why we always give our best feedback in the sense that we also want to help projects succeed
It's not only about the amount of work that we have but if a project has a meet that doesn't go
So well, and then a second mean that doesn't go so well and then the third meet that doesn't go so well
The community will stop supporting said project and we don't want that to happen when it's a solid project
That wants to build something solid for the ecosystem. So just to add that feedback as well

So yeah, but so we try to get in it's about community because as we know
The biggest committee right now is it's area mensolana as normal
but we we prefer it's about community because you know the fees and

building community and building up demand
Just turning up somewhere and trying to mean I'm not saying anyone here is doing that
But I do come across people that you know want to just come men and that just doesn't work
Small tight-knit community people want to get to know you first. They want to they want to vibe with you on spaces
They want to learn about your project and you know, after duck social club is another great example
They were on spaces week in week out week in week out for months
All right, they did that and that's how they minted out nearly 4,000 NFTs
Which was amazing, you know, and that was was at the beginning

So, um, it doesn't matter how you start in the you know, Hedera community
I think as long as you be consistent and keep working on it keep growing, you know, you'll you'll find your success and
The community is growing and I think we're bringing a lot of people from other networks and just seeing the value here
So maybe it might not pick up with the people who are here
But maybe the new people who might be coming in so just keep building keep being consistent and I'm sure you've definitely find success

But like it is very hard to predict defy trading like even the most expert traders get burned
So it's like i'm not putting that person down by saying that i'm just saying like props them if they've got
Um some skills to be able to navigate defy
It's so risky and so hard to determine what people are going to do
And people are hopping around, you know in defy right now
So the person you talk about is actually right next to you on my screen
So who is that because they're not on the crypto my veins gotcha

It should say like hcs 20 points or something to my knowledge
You can't transfer them yet from your hash pack that maybe that's true and and i'm wrong about that
So maybe you can now, uh, but if you can't think you're still gonna have to use like the toolkit or maybe nftr
You could do it. I haven't tried it over there
Um, but you can see your balances, uh, and it looks like they're correct in your hash pack wallet now
But it's not under like your main assets tab. It will be under that settings the advanced settings tab
So I mean I wasn't even expecting this patches wasn't expecting until later today. So hash pack just went ahead and

They're leveraging the smart nodes, I believe for some kind of points

um, yes, so let me have a little look at that we have a
We had an announcement come out. Um with regards to that
Um, so i'm just going through all the different channels here that it was in. Yeah, so it's
It's I think it's tonight. I think it's this evening if i'm not mistaken
Yeah, I think it's just before it's just before um ipex the spaces
We made sure that I think I think it's the hour before ipex the spaces
It's just more i'm not really the one to speak too much about what exactly is going to be going on with it
I know there's going to be other hate suite members there along with myself
Um, but it is just about that collab between them. It is it is really their spaces
They wanted us there as guests. So I think it's going to be a case of um, them leading the way
And you know us asking them a few questions about
You know their their experience with h suite, you know, obviously they're they're they're a third party. So
Um, if if you've got a project like us and you've got another third party who's who's made use of your services
And worked alongside your devs
It's always good exposure when you can when you can ask them about how that experience went, you know
like was that a smooth experience how is it working with smart nodes that sort of thing because
Um, there's a lot more projects out there that are based upon smart contracts that there are than there are currently
Adopting or looking at uh smart nodes when you've got a new
I think I think smart nodes is a disruptive technology definitely just like a dare is a disruptive technology in dlt
But that also brings apprehension with people, you know, it's something new
How you know they might be how do you develop you know?
A lot of developers come to us and sometimes the very first thing they say is you know
Is this difficult to develop on you know?
What hoops am I going to have to jump through to make this work with my project?
And so that's where tamachi and tapachi have to kind of like whoa, whoa, whoa chill sit sit back down in your seat relax
You know, um, it's it's really easy. It's not as complicated as you think at all
It it so turns out that our developers often end up doing
Um, it's one of the reasons they're so busy behind the scenes that hsuite holders don't realize
Is that you know our guys?
Um often end up doing a lot of the heavy lifting for these other projects, you know
They they come in and they say well we we we want to
uh, we want to do this with our project how what would we need to do and how would smartnotes allow us to do that
So it just it's inevitable that our devs end up a lot of the time backwards and forwards
You know, we've got a lot of channels there our support tickets, but we've got these channels dedicated to each separate
Each separate project basically that they can just come straight into our discord
And they can just drop information and code in between the devs backwards and forwards daily
And and although I don't take any part in that I I can see that happening if you know what I mean
Um, obviously, I don't know what's going on with all the coding language
I'm I'm not a dev but I can see that interaction between the developers and um, and and the hsuite team
So I know that they're constantly working with them
Um people like udini can vouch for that. He's obviously got his own projects
He's got his own channel and he's constantly backwards and forwards them
But he can't see all the other projects and all the other developers that are constantly communicating with with the hsuite team
So that that's basically what you can look forward to in that spaces is really them
Um going into detail about you know their own project looking for that bit of um exposure
But also we're looking to gain that little bit of extra
Uh, what's the right word?
Giving credit to the hsuite team just that extra bit of credibility every every every project that we help
Um, you know come to market every project that we put our services into and help build
Is that little bit of extra credibility that that the community and the wider hedera space can see that that you know, we're not just some
Undoxed, you know bunch of developers or whatever even though they are docs to many many enterprises
They're just not publicly docs and a lot of people don't realize that that these guys go around signing deals
With with large larger businesses and companies and you know, so they're well known
To to to to these entities. They're just not known to the community in terms of names and and faces if you see where i'm coming from
So hopefully that's not too much of a rant. I'm sorry

But sergeant major has a great project out there because I actually minted a token live on a stream
on a space and it was uh, it was glorious

What was that about he lost me that uh, that was another spaces and you had a mint yeah

And I was like wondering should I be going to bed yet or whatever?
And I just like you know, I was chilling kind of in the zone
Just like wondering what I was going to do
I was a bit tired and I looked to my right and I saw there was a spaces with medivision hosting it
And I clicked on it and there was like one sole listener in there
And and they were set to speak but i'm like hold on a minute medivision doesn't talk
So who the hell is this person talking to you know, how are they talking about?
You know, is this person just talking to medivision and then like, you know, then no replies
So I was like, okay. I have to I have to click on this just out of curiosity's sake, you know
and uh, and then it just went all down the rabbit hole with you know, everyone kind of
You know insinuating that medivision is just like
telepathically like feeding in linked into everyone's brain that they don't need to
Speak and this nonsense and then other people started joining the channel and it just all went from there and actually got into some
interesting conversations with a few other medivisions
Friends and and followers and whatever and you know, I met a few interesting people in there
So yeah, anyway this guy he decided to start playing around with the uh
H-suite token token creation service
And then yeah, he he just it just it kind of went all downhill from there
He was trying to create a we were trying to take over like creating the next bitcoin or or something like that
I'm not sure how successful it was. No, we finished it
We actually went all the way and minted it it worked
right and it was so it was a whole test of
So I just want to say that on that space
the guy that was actually but you know by
Uh his loan zone with that was medivision was me. I was like, you know, so
and but right before right before I was
I was like, you know what? Medivision you listen really well
You know, I would just I would just talk and you know, it's like when you know, somebody really listens
it's like a bartender that you know that just
But you can just kick it with and so I was hanging out there and actually
Sergeant major just so you know, it was to show that it was the first time that I had set up a uh
Properly actually the whole hashback baller, right? I set up the actual
We had created a token contract
We had issued a token contract. We had transferred tokens immediately. We had put it on the saucer swap the decks
And we had initiated a value for it and did a couple of swaps
So that was all done in the space even though the first part was like really choppy. Was it really working?
So in so in between then it was sergeant major
And his other guys just basically complaining about everything wrong with the world. So it also worked that well
Sounds like it was fun guys
