Thank you. what's up, everybody?
Just waiting for more people to show up.
I know the music can be absolutely annoying.
But no, I appreciate you guys popping in.
I appreciate everybody showing up.
And I'm excited to talk about this. I really am.
I think it's going to be, I think it's going to be something really big. I really do.
It's one of those things that, you know, in this space, in the crypto and Web3 space,
everybody's looking to make money. Everybody's looking to make money.
And we know from experience when it comes to like meme coins and NFTs and, you know, all this stuff that in order for one person to lose one or more people, I mean, one person to win, one or more people have to lose.
And not everybody can win.
And with what I'm going to introduce today, everybody has a chance to win.
Because this is something that, this is something you guys can do everywhere, like internationally.
Anywhere in the world, you guys can do this.
So I'm really excited to break this out and start talking about it.
So let's try to get more people in here.
Please, you know, share the space.
You know, let people know that we are starting.
I don't want to go too very long um you know
i know other people have spaces going on and i want to respect everybody's time and you know
for me it's quarter past seven um on the east coast so for some people it's dinner time on
the west coast and some people are getting out of work. They're commuting and then in between.
So I want to respect everybody's time and I want to keep it, you know, short but informative because I want you guys to understand the opportunity that's being presented to everybody.
This is something that I could have just kept to myself.
I literally could have just kept to myself
and not shared with anybody and everything like that.
But that's not the person I am.
I want to see a lot of people succeed.
And I really think, let's bring Nick up.
I really think, let's bring Nick up.
And I really think that this is the space for it.
This is the space, you know, the Web3 and crypto space, you know,
like I've been talking about the past couple of days is everybody in this space has an
entrepreneurial spirit. Everybody in this
person, right? They don't want to
and working for somebody else.
So, so Nick got bounced. We'll bring Nick back up.
We'll bring cap up. We'll send cap an invite, but yeah, let's,
we'll go over them. We'll, we'll continue to go over this,
but share the space, tweet it out. Um, tag whoever in the purple pill at the bottom, and we'll get this going.
I'm excited to share this with you guys.
I really am, because this is, like I said, this is, the barrier to entry for this is so low.
It is so low. It is so low.
the growth of it is literally unlimited.
It's a very small niche market with it's underserved.
extremely underserved market.
and there's unlimited demand you know and the demand
is only going to increase every year and we'll go through some of those numbers um we'll go through
some of those numbers i pretty much have them um memorized at this point i have them memorized but
So that way I can share them with you guys.
But the room's filling up pretty quick.
I'm really, really excited to see everybody in here.
So, yeah, let's let's get some more people in here.
I mean, we started six, you know, five minutes ago.
Let's give everybody else a couple more minutes and we'll start diving into it. And then if anybody has any questions, feel free to request, you know, and I'll definitely
do my best to answer the questions. And then we'll get into how we're going to deliver this.
but yeah, let's get everybody, we'll give everybody
another minute or so, and then we'll start
for those that don't know, there's some
people in here that are familiar with
who I am, there's some people
that don't know who I am. There's some people, um, from, you know, that don't know who I am.
Um, but yeah, it's, um, what's it called? But yeah, that's, that's my name. I'm from Massachusetts.
Uh, I've been in the crypto and web three space for, well, I've been in the crypto space for over
10 years and I've been in the web three space like the nfts and meme coin space for um
for about seven years now um right just about you know 2019 20 2018 2019 um and now it's 2025 so
it's been a it's been a long time but i've been in the space a long time. I've been a community manager for multiple projects, Cool Cookies, which was a free mint. And the purpose of Cool Cookies was to raise awareness for suicide awareness. Their brother unfortunately lost a battle with depression and unalived himself.
And the mission with Cool Cookies was to raise as much money as possible to donate to suicide prevention, which we did.
And we ended up donating, I think, close to like $30,000 in total to that. And then I was the community manager for Ape Reunion, which was also another free mint.
Like they're building games and stuff like that.
Like a MMORPG game and you can play it.
Your NFT is a full body avatar that you can use in
the game. And it's very, very cool. Um, so I've been in the space a long time and I've built some
credibility, um, in the space. Um, I tried to derug a project called the outcast at one time.
Um, that did not go, uh, how I, how I wanted it to go, but it's hard to derug something. Um, so,
but my goal is to help people. That's how, you know, I've always been. That's how I will always
be. And what I have put together here, um, is going people. And it's no bullshit. You can make $500
a day. You can make $250 a day. You can make $750 a day. It really is up to you and what you want to put into it. And you don't have to, you don't have to work 10, 12 hours a day to
do it. So without further ado, let's get into the data of this, right? So what I'm proposing to you
guys is headlight restoration, right? And if you look around, if you look around at cars in the parking lot where you're at right now, maybe your home, maybe you look at, you know, if you live in an apartment complex or maybe you're at work and you can see outside and you can see.
If you look and just look around and you see yellow oxidized headlights, right?
you'll see yellow oxidized headlights, right?
Now, yellow oxidized headlights are a natural occurring phenomenon
with polycarbonate lenses.
When you get your car from the dealership,
there is a UV coating, ceramic,
there's a UV ceramic coating on your um on your headlights and as your car ages and is it is
exposed to uv light and it's exposed to environmental conditions sand salt uh stuff like that um what
happens is they start to oxidize right right? And they become yellow and they
become fogged up and they, they get really foggy. Well, most people will go and they'll replace the
headlights. Now I ended up going down this, this road because I have a 2015 Honda Accord.
2015 Honda Accord. Um, and I had oxidized headlights and for me to replace my headlights,
it was, uh, $250 a headlight. So you're talking $500 for the lights. Then it was like another
five or $600 to have them installed. Right? So now you're at a thousand to 1100. If I didn't live,
fortunately for me, I live with somebody like I have my wife
and everyone like that. And we have two vehicles, but if I didn't live with somebody, then I would
also have to rent a vehicle for the, you know, the two days, my car would be in the shop having
the headlights replaced. And that's another say $65 a day plus the gas I would have to put back
in that vehicle. So that's another 130 plus another
$30 in gas, right? So that's another 160. So for almost $1,300 is what it would have cost me
to replace my headlights. And I thought that was kind of unreasonable. And I'm sure if I
shopped around, like the headlights cost for the actual headlights, you know, that's the cost, right?
No matter where I looked, it was in the range of $215 to $249 per headlight for OEM headlights, right?
And then if you wanted to get aftermarket headlights with smoke, you know, like the smoke, uh, tint on them,
those are more expensive. Right. So I was like, how can I fix these headlights? How can I restore
them? And I went down the rabbit hole and, uh, tried a couple of different things, try to cut
a couple of different methods. And then I finally landed on one that worked and it worked phenomenal,
that worked and it worked phenomenal, phenomenally. Um, it brought my lights right back to basically
factory new, right. And, um, maybe we can get Kura up here and, uh, or cap or something like that.
And I can co-host them or they, I can put them on stage and they can pin, uh, the stuff to,
them on stage and they can pin the stuff to the top, the pictures that I did.
Let me go and get some of those.
But while I'm looking, while I'm getting this together, I wanted to, so I wanted to,
I'm going to pin this up to the top, pin that, and then pin this one, and then pin this one.
So I just pinned three posts to the top.
And then, oh, yeah, we'll do the one I did today.
I'll pin that one up there.
I did this Honda CRV today, and that's up there.
Thank you, Kat, for accepting the invite to speak, my guy.
I'm just making dinner, so my fault.
No, no, no. I didn't see it at first.
It's all right. No, it's all right. Like I you know it's dinner time for a lot of people and everything and i don't
want to take up too many people's time and i respect everybody for showing up and i i respect
everybody's time so um so i do want to i want to get into this and i want to get into why
this makes sense right so everybody hears oh you can start a business for a thousand bucks.
You can start a business for 500 bucks.
And that's usually not the case.
It's typically not the case.
There's always something else that you need to start that business, right?
So whether it be a license or, you know, a certification or something, there's always something else that you need, which brings the cost to something else.
And, you know, starting a business from scratch is not easy.
You know, you have to come up with you have to find a problem.
Right. Because in order to start a business, you have to solve a problem. So you have to find a problem. Then you have to find a problem, right? Because in order to start a business, you have to solve a problem.
So you have to find a problem, then you have to have a solution, and then you have to market
So I've done all the hard work.
I found the problem, I found the solution, and I've created all of the marketing that
you pretty much need to use. Right. And so business card templates, flyer templates, you know, scripts, you know, responses to rebuttals, how to get high value contracts, you know, as far as like used car dealerships or rental car rental places and, you know, places like fleet that have fleet services,
like a U-Haul or a Penske or something like that. So I've kind of all put this all together
because that's what I was doing for myself. And the response was amazing. It was amazing. Like
to the point where I have trouble keeping up with the request because I'm only one person.
a point where I have trouble keeping up with the request because I'm only one person. So if I can
do it, then you can do it, right? So in the United States market, we're going to use the United
States market because that's where I'm located. That's where a lot of people are located. But you
can do the data for yourself in your country if you're international. But in the United States market, there are approximately 284.6 million registered vehicles in all classes.
And that's data from 2023.
So it's two-year-old data.
So there's probably more registered vehicles now in the
united states than than that um approximately like i want to say approximately but about 170
million 170 million of those vehicles are older than six years um and then a lot of them are older
than like 12 years right and they have cloudy lenses they have hazy
headlights and everything like that hazy and cloudy lenses the worst like the the really really bad
ones they only emit about 20 to 22 percent of the light output that the lamp is giving. So you're only getting about 20 to 20% of the lumens that the light
emits, right? So you're solving a problem for people, right? We're in a very tight economy.
A lot of people don't have a lot of money. If they have to replace their headlights, you know, for me on a Honda Accord, it was $1,300. Um, on the BMW Z4
above in, in, in the second post over the BMW Z4 to replace those headlights was $1,800 is what
they were quoted. Um, they were quoted two prices, 1600 and 1800. Um, I, I perform this restoration service for anywhere between 125 to $180.
And then, um, that's, that's like super cheap, super cheap.
So there's unlimited demand, right?
There's tens of millions of vehicles on the road right now that could use your service, right? And then you have to think
like you're providing a safety service, right? You're creating clearer lenses, which create
brighter roads, which creates safer drives. Not only safer drives for the person driving that car,
right? So they can see an animal or a child or a person step out in front of them in the road,
but also so you can see them coming down the road. So that way, if you're driving,
you can see them coming, right? So it's safety for everybody. We've seen lights get brighter
and brighter and brighter in recent years. that's because people don't they're
replacing their lamps and not addressing the issue which is your your lenses suck your lenses are the
problem it's not the lamps it's the lenses right so there's 285 million registered vehicles 170 million of those older than six years polycarbonate lenses
start to deteriorate not the lenses themselves but the uv coating starts to deteriorate about
six years after being exposed to the elements sometimes faster and like places like the sun
belt down in you know um texas Florida, Arizona, New Mexico, Southern California.
And then even in the northern areas like Minnesota, Michigan, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, Washington, and stuff like that,
where they have snow and they use sodium calcium to clear the roads of of snow so it sticks to your lenses it eats at the at the at
the uv coating the that comes on the vehicle from the factory and after a while it will
start to eat it all away and you'll notice like people have like patchy lenses where you know
one patch you'll have like a bare patch it'll start to yellow
and then it's clear here and it's patchy there and that's the environmental factors eroding the uv so
you can turn that into a business by restoring the headlights and it takes literally about 45 minutes it takes 45 minutes to do an
entire car for two headlights and even the fog lights if you do the fog lights um it takes about
45 minutes today i did um a honda crv and it took me 21 minutes for each light. I timed it. I have a full video. Um, that's 20 something, 21 minutes
long. Um, I can post it, but nobody's going to watch a full 21 minute video, but that's the video
that's in the very first pin tweet up here. Uh, like the last one that I posted and says how to
make $125 in 45 minutes. And that's what I charge $125. It's 45 minutes, right? So with drive time and
everything else in the day, if you work five hours and you had five clients, five paying customers,
you can make, uh, four paying customers in five hours, you can make $500 a day, right? And if you
do that five days a week, then that's $2,500 a month.
It's a little bit more than $10,000 a month in a 30-day calendar month, right? You usually get
about 20 to 25 business days in a calendar month. So if you, you know, $2,500 a week,
multiply that by those, you know, those weeks. It works out to be about $130,000 a year if you don't
take any vacation, right? And that's just working five hours a day. So it's about $130,000 a year
if you don't take any time off, right? If you decide to take time off, then sure, you miss a
couple of days, you lose a couple of bucks, but you're your own boss. You run your own business. You don't have
to check with anybody or anything like that, uh, to do that. You can just block off your time
and schedule, you know, for yourself. So, um, let's get into how I want to do this, right?
So everybody comes to X Twitter looking for opportunity so what i did
is i created um some people might know like alex hormosi or whatever from from instagram um i seen
him talk about this school thing for a while and then i was looking at it and it's like all right
this is cool it's like a almost a, a discord type of thing where you
can set up, um, and set up, uh, like courses where you can teach people what you do so they
can do it themselves. Right. So I set up a, uh, a course on, um, on school and i'm gonna post that tweet now and then i'm gonna put it up top
so i'm gonna post that up there and what you get in there is complete training on the headlight
restoration it's really easy it it's not a lot at all so back to the thousand dollars, right? So the thousand dollars, it breaks down this way.
It's $400 for the school.
And everybody's going to be like, oh, why is it $400 for the school?
I did $400, but it's $397.
Human nature, if you did it, if I did it for twenty dollars a month right that's what four hundred and
forty dollars a year if you did it for 12 months if i did it for fifty dollars a month it's seven
hundred dollars a year for 12 months human nature most people are going to quit right they're going
to start it they're going to get frustrated they're going to quit and then you know a few
weeks later they're going to you know they're going to be like. They're going to quit. And then, you know, a few weeks later, they're going to, you know, they're going to be like,
shit, you know, I shouldn't have done that.
You know, I kind of want to go back and look at it, but now I don't have access.
Well, I'm giving you lifetime access to this.
You get it for $397 and you can have it for life, right?
So you never have to worry about canceling your subscription.
You never have to worry about getting locked out. You never have to get any of that, any of that, right? So you never have to worry about canceling your subscription. You never have to worry about getting locked out. You never have to get any of that, right? And it's reasonably
priced. So there's $397 of the thousand, right? Then the materials that you need to perform the service to do 50 cars, it's $266 for the materials. I don't sell
them. There's a list of all the materials inside the school community. There's a list in there,
and it has links to all of the products. And I'm constantly going to be updating the links
because I'm constantly searching like Amazon, Walmart, or like other online retailers to make sure that we're getting the best price on the materials.
Right. And the materials aren't crazy. It's literally like sandpaper, glass cleaner, rags, and then a couple other uh like uh like oxidized oxidation remover um and
the uv clear coat that you need to finish the job right so you put that you put that on that's what
makes the um that's what makes the the uh headlights come out super crystal clear. It's the very last step. You put that UV,
uh, sun, what I call sunscreen, UV, uh, ceramic coating. You put that on there and that's what
it does. So now it's three 97, there's two 66. Then you're going to take the templates for
the business cards and the flyers, and you're going to upload them to like Vistaprint or
whatever service that you use to make business cards and flyers, right? So you just take it,
it's already templated out, and then you just put your local number on it, just your phone number,
right? And you can get creative, you can be like, if it's your cell phone number, you can get creative. Like I do, I do text lights to
my phone number. So I'll do like text the lights to 781-913-7012. And then when somebody sends me
a message like that, I will offer a discount because they texted me, right? So I'll offer a
discount. Now, profit margins. Right. So,
you know, so that's like a thought that's a thousand dollars right there. Probably less
than that because business cards aren't expensive and the flyers aren't very expensive either. I
think when you order 500, it works out to like 17 cents a piece. Um, and I think it's like the
same for the business cards. So it's like less than a thousand bucks to get started.
So you'll have all the information you need.
You'll have a list of all the materials.
And then we'll do every week, we'll do live Q&As.
We'll have like a Google Meet or a Zoom call, right?
So that way you guys can ask questions.
If you ever ran into any issues, you know, doing this or, you know, hey, I got a request to do that or, you know, stuff like that.
Or if you, you know, marketing questions and stuff like that.
The first 20 cars that you do are either going to be free or highly, highly, like heavily discounted,
right? Because you want, what you want to do is you want to get as many five-star Google reviews
as possible in your local, in your local area, right? So you want to set up, and this is why I
like the Headlight hero thing because everybody
can be a headlight hero there's an affiliate there's an affiliate program that you'll get
that you'll be able to um join after you complete the school uh thing and there's an affiliate
program that you can join which unlocks all the headlight hero marketing materials and everything like that
and then you can use the headlight hero name and branding and marketing and everything like
and all of that stuff and what i like about that is headlight hero is a premium name it's a premium
name i bought the premium domain name headlighthero.com. So as long as somebody knows the name,
then all they have to do is add .com to the end.
I put a location finder on the website the other night
So basically every time somebody signs up to be an affiliate
and they join to be an affiliate,
I take their information and we put it into the
map blocks. And then if somebody in Milwaukee, Wisconsin needs headlight restoration and they
search it and they find Headlight Hero Milwaukee, right? They can go to the Headlight Hero website
and they can type in their zip code and it'll pop up the Headlight Hero Milwaukee, the branch there, right? Like
the affiliate, the franchise, if you will, right? So I broke it down this way. If we wanted to cover
the entire country, we need 650 affiliates is what we need to cover the entire country. We need 650 affiliates is what we need to cover the entire country. Like from Los Angeles,
Long Beach, Anaheim, California, that area, you need 32 to cover the amount of cars and people.
Dallas, Fort Worth, Texas, 20. Houston, Texas, 19. Miami, Florida, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach,
Coasters area, you need 16 affiliates to cover the amount of cars.
Phoenix, Mesa, Chandler, Arizona, 12 to 13.
Riverside, San Bernardino, California, you need about 12 affiliates to cover that area.
New York, Newark, Newark, New Jersey, in that area, you need about 28 affiliates.
Boston Market demands 10.
Tampa Bay, St. Petersburg, Florida area
demands eight affiliates.
San Diego demands eight affiliates.
Orlando demands eight affiliates.
So there's so much opportunity out there that you can literally make $500 a day in as little as five hours.
You just need to know how to do it, right?
So that's what the school is for.
And then the goal is to launch, basically soft launch, right?
Everybody here is getting in on the ground floor. You're
getting in on the ground floor because if you think about franchises and what it costs to start
a franchise, um, like McDonald's, right? Like if you wanted to be a McDonald's owner, you need a
million to $2 million in capital, you know, um, you need, you know, impeccable credit. You need a million to $2 million in capital. You need impeccable credit.
You need to go to the McDonald's University.
You get a 250K for the license.
Yeah, you need to get licensed.
Then you need to get safe.
Everybody that works in there has to be safe certified so they can handle food.
Then you have to outfit a place, right?
You have to find someplace.
You have to lease it. You have to outfit a place, right? You have to find someplace, you have to
lease it, you have to outfit it. So you are literally in the hole, millions and millions
of dollars before you make one basket of fries, right? Same thing with a 7-Eleven or a gas station,
right? Like you're going to buy the gas station, you're going to sign the franchise agreement,
you're going to pay the franchise fees, you're going to sign the franchise agreement. You're going to pay the franchise fees.
You're going to outfit it with all the branding.
You're going to get set up with the local vendors for the candy bars, the Gatorades, the Pepsi, the Coke and the chips, the Doritos and, you know, the Marlboros, the Newports, you know, all of the cigarettes and all that stuff.
the cigarettes and all that stuff, you're going to get set up with them. And a lot of the times
You're going to get set up with them.
with vendors, the way it works is you pay for the first order in full, and then everything else is
on consignment, right? So that first order of, you know, to fill your drink coolers, you're going
to pay that in full. And then when the guy comes out the next time to do a restock, you only pay for, you know, you only pay for what has been sold.
So it's millions and millions of dollars.
What we can do as a community is we can start a nationally recognizable brand and bootstrap it ourselves for less than a thousand dollars a person. And then you own
your territory, right? When you become an affiliate, you own your territory. Now those
territories are going to go up in value, right? They're going to go up in value. Now think of it
like this, kind of like a, like an NFT or, or a meme coin or Bitcoin. Think of it like Bitcoin,
or a meme coin or Bitcoin.
Think of it like Bitcoin, right?
Like you're buying Headlight Hero at a very, very cheap price.
And then as a community, we're going to grow the brand.
We're going to build up the brand recognition for it.
And then you might be able to sell your territory to somebody for a million dollars.
You might be able to sell your, because you can sell it based
on your EBITDA, right? And these are things that you'll learn. This is why a lot of people in,
in web three, they, they have the spirit and they have the drive and they want to do it,
but they don't understand the financials. So if you're generating $130,000 a year consistently in your market, and you do that for, you know, three years and you grow it, right?
So the first year, you know, $100,000, say, right?
So you don't get to $130,000.
The next year, you get to $160,000.
The next year, you get to $200,000.
And now you kind of, like have, you own your backyard. That's what we say in sales, right? You want to own your backyard
first and then branch out. So you start close to home and then branch out. So you want to own your
backyard. So now five years down the road, Headlight Hero is now a nationally recognized brand and leader in headlight restoration,
saving people thousands of dollars on replacing their headlights. And you're like, you know,
and somebody is like, hey, I will buy your Headlight Hero affiliation or your franchise,
right? You can sell that for eight to 10 X your EBITDA. So if you're bringing in,
you know, $250,000 a year and you can sell that territory for like 1.7 to $2.5 million,
right? You're getting in on the ground floor. Like I said, this is something I could have just kept
to myself. Didn't have to tell anybody about or anything like that. But I want people that have supported me,
I want to be able to like give something back, right? And I know I say the word give and you're
like, oh, you say give, but you're charging $397. Yeah, well, I have to be able to monetize my time
to justify being able to be available, you know, every week to do calls,
every week to do one-on-ones, every week to, you know, troubleshoot with people.
If you're out in the field and you have my personal direct cell phone number and you call me,
I answer that phone and we talk about what you're, what you're dealing with right then and there.
Right. And so like, that's how I monetize my time because I'm not going to be able to do as
much as I want to do, right?
So I'm going to be able to monetize my time by doing that, being able to support you guys,
being able to mentor you guys, being able to coach you guys, being able to train you
be able to train you guys and provide all that stuff. Plus the, the fees for the affiliation,
guys and provide all that stuff.
right? Which is, you know, the other thing, like the franchise fees, they're going to be dirt
cheap. It's $2,500 a year for your franchise fees. That's what it is. It breaks down to,
I think $197 a month, which is basically one vehicle, two vehicles a month. So if you're doing,
you know, five, what, four a day, you're doing 20 a week, two of those vehicles pay your franchise
fees. What those franchise fees go to is eventually we're going to have, we'll have like a, a 24 seven
answering service, a U S based. I've already researched it.
Human, no AI, no press one for fucking this language or anything like that.
You call the number, you get somebody.
Because that's the goal is like we have a centralized intake where people just call a number and then they get sent out to the nearest person,
except for like if somebody looks you up online and finds you independently, right?
And then, you know, all the website stuff, the mapping and everything like that,
I'm paying for that out of my pocket right now.
for that out of my pocket right now. You know, I'm absorbing that cost, you know, just from just me
absorbing that cost, web hosting, the mapping, and all that stuff. I pay for that right now. So
what that does is it helps support all of the franchises and the franchise owners. And that's the goal,
is to support the franchise and the franchise owners. Now, I think this is a great opportunity
for everybody in here. Because like I said, this is like buying Bitcoin in 2009. You get in, you establish your territory, you establish yourself as a
leader in the space, you join together with everybody else that does it, and we build
something really fucking cool, right? So I want to hear what people think, and i want to answer some questions so if you have questions if you want
to come on up and ask i'm more than happy to answer them and we can we can talk this out
and then we can start talking about how we're going to go about building the brand so does
anybody want to come up cap do you have any questions coco is immediately up i love it
up cap do you have any questions coco is immediately up i love it
i mean it sounds pretty straightforward you take care of a lot of the back end stuff you know what
i mean people you know pay for the web service and having the name and all that and all they
have to do is perform the task that's really it right like all i i wanted to take all the hard
work out because the hardest thing for a small
business to do is to come up with a really good name, then to come up with a website,
then to come up with marketing, to come up with everything that you need to do.
There's so much stuff on the back end.
I've already figured that out, right?
So I wanted to make it turnkey for everybody where you just learn how to do it and just go out and do it.
Right. So Coco, what's up?
Yo, Graham. Morning. It's 1 a.m. out here, man.
So this is really like a cool business idea.
So I was just saying like, like I was thinking, what do you think about like these car wash?
I don't know if you guys have it there, but we'll have stuff like car wash here.
I think this would be like a good idea to like pitch to them, like going to car wash and telling them.
So that's part of the high value contracts, right?
That's part of building the – so there's two sides to the business.
There's customer facing side, and then there's B2B, right? So you have your B2B, which is like
used car dealerships, car washes, uh, making friends with people that do mobile detailing
and stuff like that, because the overhead to do this is very very little like i said it's 266 dollars
to buy all the materials to do up to 50 cars right so you now 50 cars at 125 dollars a piece
is 6 250 dollars that's that's what you so so you're investing 266 dollars you do 50 cars, you make $6,250. So really, your gross profit is like $5,980,
right? So the profit margin is 96%. Then you can offer bulk services to local used car dealerships, right? You're not going to charge them $125 a car,
but you're going to charge them probably $40, $45 a car and do 10 to 20 cars a month for them,
or maybe more if they have higher volume, right? And you're going to get them on a service agreement. There's going to be contracts
that you can take right from the affiliate page that you can print out, that you can bring with
you, and you can have those dealerships and those fleet service organizations, they can all sign and
become, you know, under contract with you, that you have that service agreement with them. And then when they bring in 10 cars from the auction, you can go and service those 10 cars.
Right. And then if they're doing really high volume every month, you might want to offer them
a flat rate of like, all right, listen, you're bringing in 40 cars a month. So I'm going to charge you $900. And then anything past the $40 is like anything
past the 40 cars is $35 a car or $40 a car, whatever it is you want to, you, you want to
price it. Right. So yeah. Um, I actually had a phone call from a guy that his headlight got
busted in a car wash. Um, and he asked if I replaced lights, I don't do the
replacing stuff because now you need a different type of business insurance, right? When you're
doing, when you're doing headlight restoration, like you're not going to ruin somebody's car
by doing headlight restoration. You're going to tape everything off. You're going to, you know,
do the headlight and that's it. You're not taking any of the fenders off.
You're not taking bumpers off.
You're not taking parts out of the car.
You're not performing any physical, actual alterations of service to the car.
You're just re you're just restoring the headlight lenses.
So no, you're, that's a great thing. You know, even just dropping your cards off at at a car wash or asking if they have a spot like a bill, like a billboard where you can leave a flyer that has a pouch with cards in it.
So that way you can put a flyer up with a pouch that has cards in it.
But, yeah, that's that's that's part of the B2B.
Well, that's kind of part of the B2C, right? Like you can do that. And then you can offer discounts to people. You can use like unique discount codes where, you know, you do a service with somebody and you tell them, hey, if you refer somebody to me, I'll give you 10% or I'll give you 20%, whatever it is, right?
you 10% or I'll give you 20%, whatever it is. Right. So you have, you, you just, you know,
you, you come up with a unique service code for them or, you know, unique code and you write it
on the back of the card and you say, anybody that you send to me, I'll give you 20%. It's $125. So
you're going to give that person 25 bucks. Right. And you're going to keep a hundred.
right and you're going to keep a hundred it literally costs you the cost to do one car is
five dollars and 32 cents it's less than six dollars right so you're not giving up a huge
chunk of money when you say hey i'll give you twelve dollars and fifty cents per per person
you send me or i'll give you you know twenty percent you, per vehicle that you send me, um, because you're still making a
huge profit margin and you don't have to do that for everybody, right?
You can have different, different levels of different discount codes and stuff like that.
And you can determine what you want to give somebody, right?
Like, Hey, if you refer five friends to me, I'll give you a hundred bucks, right?
So you can get creative with it and everything like that.
The text lights to the phone number works like crazy.
Like, that works so good.
When you put it on a flyer and you put text lights to this phone number,
I get texts all the time, lights, lights, lights.
And then I just have the, the automated reply
that I have. I have it in my notes and I just copy paste. I send it right. And then I call
that person and Hey, thank you for contacting headlight hero. My name's Anthony. How can I
help you today? Right. And really all you want to get from them is what time they're available, what year make and model their car is, and then book them, right?
And the beauty of this is, like, you can do it on your own time.
If you're a morning person and the customer doesn't care that you come early in the morning and you can do it before they go to work,
and you can do it before they go to work,
and you want to get up at 6 o'clock in the morning
and do your first service at 6.30,
your second service at 7.30,
and be done by 10.30 in the morning
and have the entire rest of the day to yourself,
Or if you're a DGEN, right,
and you're here in Web3 and you like to be up late and you're in DGEN hours with Rome and Kura and Nick and all those guys, and you want
to be able to do this on your own time, you can book people for 1030, 1130, 1230, right? So it's
all on your own time. It's all on your own time.'s all on your own time so for less than a thousand dollars
you can start a local business that earns you 130 grand a year right you can make 500 a day you can
make 250 a day you can make 750 a day it's really what you put into it and it's a low cost event
it's like a low barrier of entry and like i said with all of us working together
to build the headlight hero brand you can literally own your territory for 2500 a year
you can own that territory that franchise and if you grow it to 250 000 a year that you're you're
making 250 grand and then five years down the road, somebody
says, hey, I want to buy your franchise from you, you can sell it for 10x the EBITDA, which
So you can sell it potentially $2.5 million, 8x, $1.7 million, right? But it's up to you what that territory becomes worth because you got to go out there and you got to do the work.
And it's super easy work, right?
Like everywhere you go, you're going to see potential customers.
customers you're going to go to walmart before you go into walmart just take a stack of flyers
You're going to go to Walmart.
and walk around the parking lot and every car that has shitty ugly faded oxidized headlights
you leave leave it on their windshield you don't leave it on the tesla you don't leave it on the
port the brand new porsche you don't leave it on you know on the mercedes that's brand new that
doesn't need your service because you're just throwing 17 cents away.
You're just throwing money away when you do that.
You look for the cars that actually need the service.
So you put that there and then you go into Walmart, you do your shopping, you come back out.
Maybe you do one more loop, right?
And it works out to about this for every hundred flyers
that you put out you'll get about 10 paying customers right so a hundred flyers is going
to cost you 17 because they have about 17 cents a piece when you order them off of vista print
decent one six mil high gloss really nice looking ones it's gonna cost you about 17 bucks for every
100 flyers and then you're gonna get 10 paying customers so you 10 customers at 125 that's
1250 for a 17 investment in just walking around the the parking. What's up, Coco?
Yeah, yeah. I wanted to ask again, like, how long does it last? Like, say, for example,
I clean books, headlights. How long before it calls me back to do it again?
Yeah. So, there's two services you can offer, right? There's two things that you can do. There's one service that you can guarantee for 12 months.
So there's one product that you can use that you can say, hey, this is guaranteed for 12 months.
I honor it for 12 months.
If anything happens within 12 months, I'll come back and do it.
You're not going to have to do it. If you do the prep, the surface prep, right, and everything, and you apply the UV clear to it, you're not going to have to come back and do it. And then there's another product that you get access to, like a link to
in the school community, that you can charge a premium because you can give them a three to five year guarantee. So it's a much harder acrylic,
a much harder ceramic, um, and it has much, um, more lasting power to UV ultraviolet light and
environmental deterioration. So you can give those people a three to five year warranty and you can charge, you can charge like $250 a car for that.
So I usually start everybody off with the one 25 cause one 25 is really low hanging fruit.
Everybody's got $125 and everything like that.
And then it's awesome because like I'm set up with Stripe, right?
Like I'm set up with Stripe, right?
So I have Stripe on my phone.
Everything that I do, people can like, if I go and do books as headlights, books can just tap his, you know, heavy duty metal American Express $250 million credit balance on my phone.
And it'll act just like a card reader, right?
So you can get set up with that
and you can have it hold the taxes
and then you can have it pay out,
Like mine is set to pay me out weekly on Thursdays.
Stripe gets deposited into my account
and that's everything that I earned for that one week right
so everybody that paid me and then when you do that it sends an email automatically to the to
the customer because you put their name you put the amount of the service was you put their email
address and then you hit you know the transaction they tap their phone their their card to your
phone it does that and then boom an email goes
to them with branded um with a branded invoice with your information your phone number and
everything like that so they have a receipt and you have a way to take mobile payments you can
also take cash and you can give discounts for cash if you wanted to but i like doing the tap
because a lot of people don't have cash.
So they'll just use their credit card or their debit card and they'll just tap their card
So say final question I want to ask.
I want to start this right now. How much do I have to have to start this? Like,
so like, so like I said, the school, the, the, the school program is $397. You get lifetime access.
I did that for a reason because human nature is you're going to sign up and it's going to be 20
bucks a month. You're going to go through it for two months and then you're going to quit. Right. And then two months later, you're going
to be like, fuck, I wish I still had access to that headlight thing. I really want to give it
a better shot. I didn't do it the way, you know, I didn't really give it the attention I wanted to
give it or I should have given it and everything like that. Um, so now I got to go and sign back up, right? So now you're going to sign
back up and pay 20 bucks and pay 20 bucks. $20 times 12 is $420 a year, $440 a year, right?
So you're actually getting $397. You're getting access for life. So you have access for life to it. You have access to me for life.
So, you know, every week when we do the Zoom calls, you have access to it.
Every, you know, every event we do, a Q&A event, you know, online, you have access to it.
So it's like one time you pay the $397 and you're in.
I went through and added everything up.
It's $266 for the material to do 50 cars.
You know, if you want to set up to do 100 cars, it's like 500 and something dollars.
So now you're at less than a thousand bucks right what
i recommend is you do the school you get enough material to do 50 cars and then you buy your
business cards and your flyers that's going to be less than a thousand dollars it's going to be like
850 bucks all together and you can literally get started in like three days. You can get started.
Like it, it only takes about a day and a half, two days to go through the school thing.
It really only does that.
And then the, like I said, your goal, your goal is to get as many five star Google reviews
you can on your local headlight hero. Like, so like I said, like
the branding is on point. The branding is on point because you can do Headlight Hero underscore
DTX. That's Dallas, Texas. You can do Headlight Hero underscore LV. That's Las Vegas, Nevada.
You can do Headlight Hero underscore 212. That's Manhattan, New York, right? You can do Headlight Hero underscore 617. That's the Boston area. Headlight Hero LA, Los Angeles. Headlight Hero underscore SD, San Diego, underscore SF, San Francisco, underscore, you know, SFL, South Florida. So the Headlight Hero name goes perfectly with every city and state and country in the world.
So the branding is on point.
And then all people have to remember is the name Headlight Hero and just add a .com to the end of it.
And when we go to the website, there's a hero locator.
So they use the hero locator to find the closest hero to them, right?
So that's the way it works.
And that's why I love this so much,
because anybody can do it for very low barrier entry.
Like, you know, the cost of entry is very low.
And there's cars everywhere.
And there's cars everywhere.
Like I said, in the United States alone, there's 258, right, hold on,
let me just make sure I get the numbers right.
As of 2003, yeah, 2023, there's 285 million registered vehicles in the United States.
170 million of those vehicles are older than six
years old. And that's only going to increase, right? And that's just in the United States.
That's only going to increase. That number is going to get larger. Those cars are going to get
older, right? So it's literally a niche market in an underserved market.
And the demand is unlimited.
It's just going to continue to grow.
The demand is going to continue to grow, right?
So for less than $1,000, you can get started today.
started today. You can literally get started today. The first 20 vehicles you're going to do,
You can literally get started today.
you're going to do is your car, your girlfriend's car, your mother's car, family, you're going to do
all your family, your friends, right? And you know, you might not want to do them all for free,
but it only costs you $6 to do the car. So tell them, Hey, give me 20 bucks. Give me 20 bucks.
That, that, that's my time. You know, that, that, that's 20 bucks. Give me 20 bucks. That's my time. That's enough of my time
and the materials. Give me 20 bucks. Leave me a five-star Google review, right? $20 on a five-star
Google review. You get $125 to $180 service for free. You know what I mean?
Graham, something that you said on the last space that you said is you do the first one, you do the first headlight, and then you have them do the reviews after that.
I believe that was like a gem.
Thank you for saying that.
So, that's how I do it, right? So when I do somebody's for free or if I do it for super discounted price, I do the first headlight and then I have them come out and look at it.
And I have them do the Google review right then and there.
Because if you do both headlights and then you drive away, they're not leaving you a $5.
It's not even like bad intentions
but people have places to go people but if they come out and see the work i thought that was key
what you said the other day on the space for sure and you keep the link you keep the link to your
google business list like that's in that's in the school thing like in the school thing we go over
how to set up your google business listing we set up go over how to set up your Google business listing. We go over how to set up Facebook ads, a Facebook business page.
We go over how to set up, you know, all of that stuff.
So that way you can drive traffic, right?
So we go over all that and you save that link in your notes and you immediately send it to the customer, whether it's your, you know, your girlfriend, your, your mom, your grandmom, your uncle, you know, your, your boy that you
work with, your, your girlfriend, you know, your girl that you work with, whoever it is,
you do the one headlight, you send them the link, they do the, they do the five-star Google review,
and then you do the next headlight for them right and that's that's a prerequisite to
get the discount that's a prerequisite to get the discount right so that's that's what i do
where'd books go motherfucker no it's not it's time come up now he just dropped now he'll be
back up probably he probably took a phone call but um what's it called uh but yeah so let's go to somebody else let's go to
grimace has had his hand up for a minute grimace what's up what's up y'all uh thanks for uh sharing
this with us um i i have two questions one question is you know, I know you were saying, you know, maybe first year's 100, then 130, but you got up to like 250.
And I'm curious if that number is like, is that all based off of like a single person's, you know, effort?
Yeah, it's based off your own effort. It's what you want to put into it, right?
So like you can block off what you want to put into it. Right. So like you can block off what you want
to do. You could be like, Hey, I'm only like, I'm only going to take X amount of clients a day.
But if you grow it to the point where you can like, you can hire somebody else, right? Like
think about it like this. You get yourself to 130, $140,000 a year, right? Now you have some coin in your pocket.
Now you can go and, you know, you can hire somebody and you can pay somebody literally
20 bucks an hour to go and work for you and book the appointments for them.
What is the difference between a decade and a century?
A decade's 10 years, a century's 100.
So why are you still talking confissory?
You know men were here first.
So why are you acting like a bitch?
Just get rid of her, bro.
So that's kind of what I was wondering.
She's been trolling. She's a troller bro it's all
good mommy if you if you needed your headlights fit uh like clean just let us know you could just
let us know you scared the eyes because you illegal oh i'm illegal right that's why i have
my green car come here i'll give you my address anyways, let's stick to the topic. We ain't gonna do that. She's removed
Yeah, so that's that's kind of what I was wondering was like, you know, so I
Currently I work in an auto mall. I sell cars. Yep. There's like 18 different dealerships, you know our dealerships
We've got like five dealerships in there. I see these headlights every single day
I sell cars with these headlights every single day i sell cars with these headlights every single day so you know i'm i'm curious like you mentioned that there's like in each uh you know city or
area there's like you know 18 affiliates for you know tamper or whatever you said right yeah
based on the data based on the volume miami fort lauderdale there's a lot of uh traffic down here for sure are each one of those affiliates are those
uh the individual franchises and then each one has like their own you know employees or whatever
own contracts and things like that really you would need like so basically it works out to like
for a lot long los angeles long beach and anah you need like 32 techs. So if one person wanted to buy that territory and they grew it to have 32 techs, then you don't need 32 franchises.
You just need one franchise with 32 techs.
And then I'm going to police everybody's like,
everybody's territory, right? Like if you, if Costa buys the South Florida territory,
and he wants my, you know, he gets like Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Pompano beach, that area,
then he owns that area. And if he can't keep up with the demand and he can't keep up with,
If he can't keep up with the demand and he can't keep up with, you know, he can't hire more people because he's just doing it on his own.
Then we would allow another franchise owner to, you know, occupy that same space.
But we would never we would never blow it up to the point where there's like 50 people, you know, operating headlight heroes
in a space where there's only, you only need like 12. Right. So we would police that. And then as it
grows, as it grows, I can upgrade the map to like literally like border out like counties or towns. So that way, when somebody goes to the service locator and they go,
they go to the hero locator,
their zip code and it pops up the franchise that owns that territory that is
that's how we're going to do it,
to keep it fair for everybody.
Because that's the whole point.
Like, I want this to be something that the average guy
who has $1,000 and the work ethic and the ambition
and the spirit to do, I want them to be able to do it.
Grim, I'm thinking bigger i'm thinking
cruise ships i'm thinking like boats that are like at night like in the middle of the sea that need
to see like lighting like like i'm thinking about yachts i'm thinking about jet skis it's it's not
only cars you know anything anything with lights, right?
Like you have to think of it as visibility, right?
And not just cars, it's visibility.
So lights are visibility.
So like, if you have boats, like you live in, you live in Miami, you live in South Florida.
So you can advertise to boat owners.
And not only that, like they're on salt water like so
they're gonna have more more more oxidation more yeah yeah for sure yeah i mean so it's like the
possibilities are endless like when we just talk about headlights like we're talking about cars
but you could literally go and do boats safety it's it comes down to safety that's what it is
it's a hundred percent safety um grimace you have any more questions no i appreciate it man this is
sweet um yeah no you answered everything i appreciate it but i just i i want to i want to
build something here that like all of us can all do something with.
I can't do cars in California.
I can't do cars in Florida.
I can't do cars in Georgia.
Somebody else has to do them.
Instead of just opening franchises on my own and hiring people down there,
I'd rather give other people the opportunity to
buy, to, to do it like Costa, like yourself, like cap, like JT, like I'd rather give you guys the
opportunity to grow it. I would love to see somebody do this, start their own affiliate
franchise, whatever you want to call it and grow it, and become a millionaire. A lot of people focus on being a
millionaire. But if you think about it like this, a million dollars in the bank yields $5,000 a month
in interest. So if you have a business that yields you $5,000 a month in profit, you're a virtual millionaire. You're basically making the
same money that a millionaire would make by just letting their money sit in the bank.
So being a virtual millionaire is crucial because that's going to get you to being an actual
millionaire. And that's what I want. Everybody in this space is like, I'm going to create
millionaires out of my community and it never fucking happens right it never happens because it's you know let's let's
be real like crypto and stuff like that a lot of it is vaporware there's a very short period of time
where you can capitalize and make a profit and then that's gone right yeezy money perfect example that shit went to three billion dollars
and now it's below a billion people made a lot of money and a lot of people lost a lot of money
right like i saw somebody lost yeah five hundred five hundred thousand dollars on on yeezy money
that's crazy that five hundred thousand dollars they could have took $1,000 of that, invested it into Headlight Hero, learned how to do headlights, and then took the other $499,000 and invested it in infrastructure, in vehicles, leased vehicles, hired staff and everything.
And they would have made millions of dollars on their market. Right? They would have made millions of dollars.
made millions of dollars on their market, right? They would have made millions of dollars.
Oh yeah. So, um, that's what, uh, grandma have, I have one question. Um, let's say after you're
done with the school, um, you get a certificate or you get like a certification saying you're,
you completed the program that way, that way you can train other people as well.
Yes, exactly. So like you can train other people.
You'll be able to train your staff and stuff like that.
Is there any way I can be like, okay, well, you guys got to take the score course.
I and then like maybe you can get like a certain percentage of it so they can yeah so there's so there is an affiliate there's a there's
an affiliate affiliate uh thing for school that i am going to set up for everybody that will
once you complete it the more people that you drive to school you'll earn uh uh 20 percent
of the enrollment fees so you'll get like 80 bucks for the you know every person that you
drive toward towards the school so 397 so 39 39.70 is 10 percent you say what's that 78
70 79.40 so for every person you send to the headlight hero Community School, you'll get 80 bucks.
Oh, they'll make it back in a day.
Like, that's the whole goal, right?
Like, that's why I wanted to make it $397 because it's less than what you can make in
So if you do this, you buy the materials and everything like that, the startup cost is literally two fully booked days.
It's two fully booked days.
If you can book eight cars in the first week, you made back your money.
You made back your money that you invested into it, and you made a little bit of profit.
Now, every car after the 8 is all profit for you.
And that's why I did it, because I want this to be low barrier of entry for people.
I want people to join it.
I want people to do it, I want people to do it.
And I want to see everybody succeed at it.
His hands being up for a while.
I don't see JT's hands up.
I thought it was up earlier.
Yeah, he had his hand up for a while.
I felt bad because I was asking questions. And other people have been raising their hands. JT, what, he had his hand up for a while. I felt bad because
I was asking questions and other people
have been raising their hand.
On my screen, it's Kryptonik with his hand up.
So let's go to Kryptonik.
Kryptonik, or I don't know how to say it.
Kryptonik, can you hear me?
Yeah, sometimes it's the space tripping.
So you might have to, like, reconnect, like, go back to listening and then, like, request back up.
And then it should be good.
I don't think Kryptonik can hear me.
Well, let me take this chance to ask a question um uh grim
when are we planning on taking these classes you can um just start the classes today so
right at the very top pin tweet there's a link there that'll take you to um that'll that will
take you to it and you can just sign up you can sign up and go through it and then this upcoming
monday we're gonna have our first like q a we're gonna have our first q a and everything like that
the video the video i did today the one that i shared up there that's like yeah it was five
minutes and 50 something seconds and i watched every single second of it bro so that actual video is going to be the training video it's actually 21 minutes long
right i have the full video and that's going to be the video that i use to teach everybody
right that's going to be the video that's going to be the video that i use to teach everybody
um how to do it. And so like I edited
that video down and took out some stuff like, because I didn't, you know, cause it, you know,
it's proprietary, right? It's for the school. Yeah. So proprietary JT, well, of course,
welcome back to the space. What's up JT. Hey, can you hear me now, brother? What's up?
Hey, can you hear me now?
I can hear you now, brother. What's up?
Alright, so you didn't mention Maine
in those territories. Does that mean
If my girlfriend was sitting right here,
she would laugh her balls off. My girlfriend's
I know, dude. That's why I said it.
Damn. He's been doing that research on you look grim already bro you see but yeah i mean it means huge like maine's a very big maine's a very big
state right and there's a lot of farmers up there there's trucks there's logging vehicles there's
all types of stuff up there and i know that yamaha is uh down listening when you guys were talking about boats
and i was like oh yeah boats okay here we go because yes that's that's my uh that's my main
trade as well and he uh he knows that but yeah 100 boats and everything like there's not any
place in the world that this doesn't work it like i don't care if you're on the front lines of the ukrainian war
right now you can find headlights that need restoration holy shit fire we're gonna be
cleaning the drones bro from like like for real type shit like we're gonna be cleaning the lenses
of the drones type shit all right my bad so yeah but yeah so grim so dude this is super cool i've
actually been uh following you on this uh since you kind of like leaped it a little bit and we're talking about it on the timeline.
And I've thought about it myself a little tiny bit like a year ago because there's like some minor places around here that do it like gas stations and stuff, but not to the level that you're that you're talking about and uh when you
were showing like the the receipts and you're like yeah we're doing this and i'm making this much
money and the coordination i was like oh damn i'm like okay this is this is bigger than i thought
yeah and i mean it's a huge it's a very underserved market it's very niche market right but it's a
gigantic market it's huge all my cars right now
need it it's huge i can tell you that right yeah it's huge like that's how i ended up going around
because i had yellow headlights and i needed to figure was i going to spend 1300 to replace my
headlights right and then the beauty of it is you just said like there's gas stations that do it
there's auto body shops that do it but you have have to call them. They have to have, they have
to book an appointment. They have to have time for you to do it. It's, it's, it's, you know,
it's high profit margin, but it's very low cost. Like, so they're going to try and sell you on a
bunch of other shit. And yeah, they're pretty ambitionless in this area too, for that type of
stuff. And you're going to be mobile right like you're going to go to
somebody's house you're going to go to somebody's job while they're while they're at work and do
their car in the parking lot you can do their car while they're they're doing their one hour
workout at planet fitness or whatever it is like you can literally go to these people everything
you need to do a service you can fit in a backpack you don't need a like a van you don't
need a truck you don't need a pressure washer you don't need anything all you need is a backpack
and the supplies and you're good to go defy and some an ambition for damn you're gonna have
ambition and defy cm and kryptonite both had their hands up. DeFi, Sam, if you can hear me.
We'll get to you in a second.
Okay, my question is how can I get the link so that I can start up the class?
So the link is in the top, up top, in the pin tweet that says,
join the Headlight Hero community on school, right?
So if you click on that post, at the very bottom, there's a link,
What's really cool is school has an app, so you can do it on a computer,
you can do it on your phone, you can do it anywhere.
So it's really cool that they have an app that you can download, and you can do it on your phone you can do it anywhere so it's really cool that they have an app that
you can download and you can do it you know from anywhere hell yeah what are the chances of losing
like is there any chance of what of like like like let's say let's look at the negative side
like okay is there any chance of losing the only only way you lose is if you don't get up and
do the work like that's really it yeah that's the only way you lose right like you yeah you spend
the 397 and then you're you're just lazy right which people in this space are not lazy right
everybody's here they're grinding every day i see the same people here
every day right so people show up every day and they grind and they grind and they grind
i don't see anybody in this space losing i like i just don't right you won't if you do then you
just call it the headlight hero coin and you got run yeah yeah or grim also grim grim it's also very important to know like if there's a like
a headlight that it's cracked or something that you are even if you do your best it's gonna still
be cracked or something yeah you gotta kind of know when to turn down jobs and be like yo listen
i probably like i cannot fix this and then you might want to give them some options and then who knows maybe you could pick up that headlight or something from a from a local car shop and they make make you a little money on the side and then you know that but that that might come on you know with the your the school and everything that you guys got set up because I don't want to get ahead of myself.
and everything that you guys got set up because i don't want to get ahead of myself that's the only
way that you lose money if a cracked headlight you can't fix that touching on that right like
you always want to inspect the headlight when you show up yeah you want to inspect it you want to
make sure that there's no like if there is a micro cracking you take a you know a flashlight or
whatever and you go over it and you just look at it and you point out those imperfections to the customer.
And you can tell them, hey, listen, I can get this clean and I can get it deoxidized and I can shine it up.
But you do have some micro cracking and this, that and the other thing.
It's not going to come out perfect.
Do you still want to go through with it?
Now, if you are mechanically inclined, right? Like JT,
he's mechanically inclined. You don't even have to buy a new headlight. If you can find that
headlight at a junkyard, you can resell that headlight. You can be like, you know what?
I'll replace the headlight for you. You go to the junkyard, you pull the part yourself. They charge
you what? Five, $10 for the headlight, right? You you pull the part yourself you take it home you restore it at your kitchen table or at your countertop or at your coffee table where you're
sitting on your couch and then you go and you install that headlight into their car and it's
like a brand new light and you can charge for the light and the service all in yep the labor
yeah you know what i mean so you can do all you can do all that. If that's
something you feel comfortable offering, like I don't do that. You know, me personally, I don't,
I don't do that. I don't want to, I don't want to be taking people's bumpers off and trying to get
the screws underneath and, and all that stuff. But if you're the type of person that has that skill
and you're already in the auto industry and you're
adding this tool to your bag, fucking do it because it's just, it's another, it's another
way to generate more income for your business, for your franchise. You can offer that.
Yep. And like, like I said, this is the last thing i'm going to say you want to be honest to the customer too you know you want to be honest and as possible and you want to give them a good deal
you know and that's it like but if you can't fix something don't don't lie to them and be like oh
at the end of the day it's gonna come back to hell i hero it'd be like oh these under promise
over deliver under promise yes like i do that in my regular job all the time.
And yes, you want to protect the brand, not only for yourself, but for everybody else.
And you want to be known as, you know, for integrity.
Like, you know, as a business owner, you want to have integrity.
You are not you're not just you know like i mean you could
do this and not become an affiliate and just start up your own little side business if you want and
just do it on the weekends or do it at night if you want right and not become a headlight hero
affiliate right which i'm not against you just because you do the school doesn't mean you have
to become a headlight hero affiliate right i know c wanted to say something, so let's go over to Corey real quick
and see what Corey has to say and then let him ask his questions.
I think it's interesting that you're pitching the business idea here on X to people,
I just think it's interesting.
I think that there's definitely an opportunity to scale a business like this and do affiliate marketing and do
territory and stuff like that I think anybody you know that wanted to take it
on could take it on if they wanted to just get into gear and action around
business like this now I wanted to ask, how many cars have you done so far?
How long have you been doing it for? How much money have you made doing it?
Yeah, so I started doing it a month and a half, what's the 21st? So yeah, about a month and a
half ago, I started doing it like full time, like pretty much full time. I started doing it like just on Saturdays because my girlfriend and my son, they'll
sleep till like 1130 in the, you know, in the morning on a Saturday.
I'm the type of person, like I wake up at 630 in the morning every day and I have to
Like after I, I painted on top grim, by the way.
So, so yeah. So um so i started doing it i live in one of those like mega apartment complexes cory where there's uh over 400
apartments right so i started doing my car and then people's because you see everybody's car all
the time when people saw me sitting out there doing my headlights they will they would
stop and they would ask and i would be like yeah i can do yours yeah i can do yours yeah i can do
yours um so a lot of them i did for like you know uh short money just because i was i was just getting
it going and i wanted referrals and and all that stuff and then I started taking appointments and like I built the website and made a Google
business profile and, and all of that. So in that time, I've done about 30 cars, right? About 30
cars. I'm not really keeping track of how many, but like roughly about 30 cars. Um, and I've made,
I I've made a substantial amount of money for myself. I made over $5,000 doing 30 cars. Um, and I've made, I I've made a substantial amount of money for myself. I made
over $5,000 doing 30 cars. How long did it take? Uh, it like a month and a half doing it part time,
like a month and a half doing it part time over five grand.
Got it. And so the next question is, are you going to be helping anybody with marketing materials or you're expecting people to self-fund their marketing? you know, and everything like that. So we, what I'm doing is I'm having an entire brand identity
rebuilt because I do want to take this nationwide. So I'm having an entire brand identity rebuilt.
And what I'm going to do is you're going to have access to all the templates, right? So all you
have to do is just download the template onto your computer, save it to a folder, just call it
Headlight Hero Assets or whatever.
And like, there'll be a flyer, there'll be business cards, there'll be banners, like
horizontal banners, stand up banners, stuff like that.
And then you can just go to, you go to Vistaprint and you just upload the template.
And then you just all, the only thing you have to do is put your phone number on it.
So it'll say Headlight Hero. You can
put, um, you can put like your town or your city. So you can put Headlight Hero underneath. You
could do, you know, uh, Chicago, Illinois, and then whatever the phone number is, you want them
to call. And, but that whole template is already branded and all set up for you. So you don't have
to do anything. You just got to order
stuff off of like Vistaprint. That's it. Got it. And I think another angle to take here might be
to do the affiliate marketing because I think that's really what you're selling, like you just
mentioned, is the brand identity because there's nothing stopping me from going onto YouTube and
ChatGPT and creating a business plan and like figuring out how to, you know, best practices
for headlight restoration, et cetera, et cetera.
So yeah, you totally could.
But the whole goal is for us to create a nationally recognized brand, right?
That's the goal is for us to create a nationally recognized brand and then create territories
that, like I said, you could grow that territory and then in
like five years somebody says hey i want to buy this business from you and you can say all right
well here's all my financials for the last five years this here's all the states yeah that we are
servicing not all the states but just his his just his market so he okay he can take all his financials right cory you can take all of that
and then somebody wants to buy it from you the average is eight to ten x your ebita so whatever
your ebita is is like your earnings before uh interest taxation appreciation and debt so if in debt. So if you made $200,000 on average over those five years, you can charge anywhere from
8X to 10X for your territory, right? So $200,000 times eight is $1.6 million, times 10, it's 2
million. So you can be like, all right, yeah, no problem. I'll sell this for 2 million, right? And
I'll go and buy three triple deckers and become a landlord and collect rent, right? If you wanted to,
or you can grow your business and make it even more profitable. And by hiring more techs and by
getting, you know, all of that stuff, and then make it even bigger and then get more for the territory, right? Like say you grew it to five techs underneath you, right?
If just you can earn $130,000 a year, then you should be able to take five techs and
multiply that by, you know, say $100,000 for easy, just for easy.
So now that business is earning $600,000 a year, right? Cause you have
five techs and plus yourself, you're an owner operator. You're not just a business manager.
You're actually out there doing the work too. So you're bringing in money as well.
So you can now, now it's $600,000 a year. And, uh, you know, the first year was one 30, the next year was, you know,
one 50, the next year was one 30. And then you grew it, you hired another tech, you grew it to
like 250 grand. The next year you hired another tech, you grew it to $300,000. The next year you
hired another tech, right. And so on and so on. And then you can sell it for that eight to 10 X
EBITDA. Right. So you could do it like, and I, and I'm all for it for that 8 to 10x ebita right so you could do it like and i and
i'm all for it like if somebody wants to go and try to do this on their own but i'm literally
taking all of the hard work out out of it for you yeah i'm giving you no for sure and you're
definitely just giving it us like as a platter pretty much like you already did the hard work for us
And like all we got to do is execute
That's it all you're gonna do is
I swear man, I really I feel like hogging green right now. Look at my country where I'm from we got a lot of cars like this
Like like imported cars. They are headlights are mostly like these and they're like this is really really
Yeah, a big business idea is really really cool man like
thanks yeah just put it on the platter yeah i want a turn key for everybody i want i don't want you
to have to do what cory was just saying like have like go through and like best practices and trial
and error and what works what doesn't work and all of that. Like I've pretty much done that all for you.
And then as a group, we will grow it together and we'll, you know,
what like we'll expand on everybody's ideas in the community.
When we have the, when we have the weekly Q and a, somebody can, you know,
Hey, I was thinking about this. All right. Yo, I like that.
Anybody else like that? Let's talk about it. Stuff like that.
I want to give DeFi Sam a chance to talk real quick.
DeFi Sam, I see your hands up again.
Do you have another question?
Thank you so much for giving me this opportunity again.
So please, how much does it take to start up this business?
And then how long is it going to take for me to build it?
So how long it takes for you to build it is entirely up to you, right? It's entirely up to you.
If you sign up, you learn how to do it, you buy the materials, right? Like I said, I'm not selling
you the materials. The materials are readily available at pretty much every store that you
can go to. You can go to Walmart,
you can go to Home Depot, you can go to Lowe's, you can go, you know, anywhere that they sell it.
I look for like deals on like Amazon and stuff like that. And if you buy everything through
Amazon and then you buy the UV clear from the manufacturer that makes the UV clear,
it's $266, and that will do 50 cars.
So for $266, you have enough materials to do 50 cars.
So if you charge all 50 cars at the base rate of $125, use $6,225,
just say $270 for your cost, right? So $270 for your cost. Now your gross profit is $5,970.
So for a very small investment,
you can make over $5,000.
Hey, Graham, I got to hop out of here,
but I think what you got is really interesting.
I support the ambition and the entrepreneurship.
I have some feedback for you, and I'll hit you in the DMs.
Alright, let's bring up...
Yeah, CryptoNik, he's been trying to...
Yo, CryptoNik, are you there? Can you hear me?
He did have his hand up and I've been trying to
Crypto Nick, Crypto Nick,
Crypto Nick, Crypto Nick, Crypto Nick.
what you're really doing,
everyone can go to YouTube
and start doing it, but why,
you're in the library already.
Why stress yourself when there's someone who knows where the book you're looking for is right there? I like to get out of the garden instead of getting out of the model, you know?
You literally created the garden.
You know, some people want to do it on their own and I get it.
It's one of those things.
That's fine and all of that.
Like, I think it's a great idea.
And, you know, if you wanted to go and just try and do it on your own and create your own name and create your own branding and all of that, all the power to you.
Create your own branding and all of that.
But I think the key to success, and the reason I am, like Corey made a good point,
is like I think it's interesting that you're pitching it on X.
Well, X is a great way to reach people across borders, right?
Like in different states, in different countries.
And X is very much like-minded.
Like the Web3 space crypto space
is very like-minded. Everybody's looking for either a side hustle or a business idea that
they can get off the ground with low, low investment. And this is one of those things
that it could be anything you want. It could be a side hustle. It could be a full-time thing.
It could be whatever you want. You don't have to become a Headlight Hero affiliate to do this.
You could just go through the school and then you could just do it on your own on the side if you wanted.
Or if you wanted to really be part of, like, something big and try and really, you know, bring something together, then you could be a Headlight Hero affiliate and do that.
And then, like I said, the barrier to entry right now is really low. And the reason I'm doing that
is because I want to onboard as many people as possible. But as the community grows, we're going
to have to increase that barrier of entry to more money, right? So, like, you guys are getting first dibs at it, right?
I'm bringing this to everybody in this community on X, you know,
the Web3 community where I spent a lot of my time.
I'm bringing it to you guys first because that's what, you know,
I respect the hustlers and the grinders and
these are the everyday average
Yeah, I like the business
I've been planning on starting something like this, like a mobile car wash too, but I wasn't really specific on maybe something like headlights, headlights retouching, as you said.
But the thing I want to know is this business model.
No, it's this business model.
The thing is, you made mention of making around $100 or so, if I'm not mistaken, doing one car.
Yeah, so it really depends on, like, your economy, right?
Like, I don't know where you are.
And I can guarantee you it's not really possible to make that much.
So in the United States, the numbers that I use are more geared to your your economy. Like, you know what I mean? So, like, if it's a if it's not a strong economy, like the United States is a very strong economy.
You can get like the minimum is one hundred and twenty five dollars. Right. That's the minimum.
And that's, I mean, 96.7% gross profit on that.
So for every dollar that you charge, you get to keep 96 cents of that after the cost of doing the car, right?
Because it costs $5.32 to do the car.
So for you, even, you know, it's $5.32 to do the car.
You could charge $35, $40, $5 and 32 cents to do the car. You could charge 35, 40, $50, right.
You could charge $25 to do a car and you're making, you're still making, um, a crazy amount
You're, you're making $20 per car.
Now it's time investment, right?
So like, I want you to get the money out of it that you deserve for the time that you're investing into it. It's going to take you like 45 minutes to do most cars. Some cars are quicker. Some cars, their headlights aren't as foggy. You don't have to do every step of the process.
step of the process you can start off in the middle of the process of the of the wet sanding
process and you can start off there and and that would be fine some cars are going to be really
heavily soiled and really heavily oxidized and you're going to have to spend a little bit more
time on those right so i want you to get the most like the most money for your time.
And so, yeah, you'll definitely have to adjust pricing for your market to your
local economy. But in the United States,
from coast to coast, east to west, north to south, it's
$125 in the United States.
Thanks for clearing that out.
I think the problem over here is really going to be the pricing.
Well, thanks for clearing that out.
You would definitely have to price it to your economy, right?
I'm based in the U.S., so everything that I'm talking about is U.S. dollars-wise.
And same thing like in France, in Great Britain, in Italy.
Those are strong economies.
In Greece, strong economies.
You know, there are going to be people in countries like yours like Nigeria and like Angola, right?
Like my buddy Ryder, he's from Angola, like, you know, right outside the Republic of the Congo.
Like for him to do that there, like, you know, he lives here now, obviously.
But for him to do that there, it would definitely have to, he'd have to price it to that economy.
So, yes, when you're talking about international, yes, the pricing will change.
But, you know, in Japanapan strong economy in china strong strong
economy india strong economy you know france you know most of europe strong economies uh
you know you know unfortunately there will be some economies that aren't as strong where you
have to adjust the pricing down um but you'll still be able to, because of
that economy is the way it is, you'll still be able to earn yourself a good living based off
of that economy, right? Like you'll still be able to earn yourself a good living. Even if you were
only charging $40 per car, you're still like, you know, how many people here make $40 an hour? I'm guessing
not many, right? So if it takes you 45 minutes to do it and you charge 40 bucks or even $30 an hour,
like even $30 an hour, a lot of people aren't making $30 an hour. So if you charge $35 to do it, you made $29 in profit in less than an hour.
So you're doing better than most people in the United States at that rate, because $29 an hour
and you do, you know, 40 cars a week, that's 40 hours, $29 times 40. You know, I'm not doing the
math, you know, but like, let's, let's just do the math.
Let's just do the math. Right. So we break open the calculator and you know, you're going to
charge $35. It's going to cost you six. So it's 26 and you do 40 cars in a week, you know, say
that's still a thousand dollars, but still 1000 USD, right? A week. Um, if you
only do 20 cars, it's $520 a week and 20 cars is four cars a day. That's all it is. So it's five
hours of work to make $520 doing about $35, $35 a car. And, uh,, I would think that $520 a week in Nigeria is, you know,
USD in terms of United States dollars is probably really good money.
You'd probably be doing really well compared to your friends in Nigeria.
Oh, thanks for playing that out.
Yeah, man. Crypto Nick nick are you there man i really
want you to be able to ask you questions i feel bad that like your your mic i don't know if it's
your mic or what's going on but really would like to have you uh ask your questions if there's
anybody else down there that wants to ask some questions, that wants to come up,
please request. I'll bring you up.
We got Coaster back with his headlight
here of South Florida. I'm going to follow him and bring him up.
Agree, it's 2am here, so I stayed up
all night just to listen to this. Man, I appreciate you so's 2 a.m. here, so I stayed up all night just to listen to this.
Man, I appreciate you so much, brother.
So I'll see you in school.
All right, Crypto Nick, what's up?
Well, Kryptonik trying to figure it out.
Coaster is never short on words.
You already know I had to get the Headlight Hero south florida because i i'm on my grind right now
baby i'm already getting customers i already told i already got a customer to be honest with you
i told them i don't even have my kit yet or nothing i told them that i'm gonna i told them
i was like yo i'm gonna clean your car for free and then your and then your wife's car i'm gonna do it you know i got a charger
you feel me but they got two cars if you think about it at least there's at least two cars like
per house and that's money right there bro if i if if i spend bro like two like what two hours and i make what like 120 bucks or even if it's 50 bucks i'm
making 25 an hour bro are you dumb or stupid just i'm sorry i'm flipping it with meme coin like beetle
or the leverage trade yeah and it's a brand it's a brand that's another thing you see and that's what
And that's one of the things that I really like about it, right,
is like it gives you the freedom to go and make money,
Like if you want to participate in this space, you can.
Like you can replace the money that you spend in this space by going out
and doing two cars two cars you go out
and you do two make yourself 250 bucks you want to drop 100 bucks on a meme coin that beetle calls
in the discord or somebody calls then drop that hundred drop that thousand soul on there it it
didn't cost you it didn't really cost you anything it cost cost you $6 to make that. Right? So now if Beetle calls a banger and you drop $100 on it and that shit 10x,
now you made $1,000 off a $6 investment.
Beetle dropped a fucking ticker.
Now you're up $ thousand bucks now you're
now you're a real headlight hero they you gotta you gotta you gotta respect that h on my neck
though you see that i do see that h okay then all right i gotta represent you feel me so but i'm
gonna make sure i represent this account real professional and everything, bro. But I had to get that South Florida because there's a big market down here.
And I know that with my, you know, just like my ambition.
Like the market is crazy.
If you do it right and you plan to grow it, like you can like you could be a legit success story you could be
a real success story but let's go to flash flash just came up let's show let's crypto crypto nick
can you unmute your mic can you talk now can you talk one two three pinned like Rick Flip. Yo, Flash, what's up, man? How are you?
Hey, what's up, man? I was just
wondering how I missed the whole, because I work nights
and I just woke up. You don't got to
apologize, brother. You're good. For sure.
I just wanted to know how i would get started on this right
like i'm really interested in it so so the way i said it's a one-time fee for the school right
because a lot of these school things a lot of these things they're like monthly i i human nature
is like somebody's gonna try it they're not to succeed at first because they didn't put the effort in that they should have.
And then they're going to unsubscribe because they're getting charged 20 bucks a month.
And then, you know, three weeks is going to go by.
They're going to hate their damn job again.
And they're going to be like, I'm going to do that headlight, that headlight thing again.
So you get lifetime access for $397, lifetime access to the school.
Pick it up, drop it, pick it up, drop it.
As many times as you want, you never lose access to it.
Even if you're not actively doing headlights or actively trying to run the business at the time,
you still get access to everything in the school.
You get access to the weekly Q&As and stuff like that.
You get access to me. You can ask me questions, access to all of that stuff. So for the rest of
your life, for $397, you get access to everything you ever needed. Whether you want to start the
business tomorrow, next week, or next year, you will have access to it. And that's really all you need.
All you need is access to the school.
Inside there is everything you need to know how to restore headlights.
There's a list of all the materials you need.
The list of the materials you'll need to do 50 cars is $266, right?
So that's why I was saying, like, start a business for less than a thousand
dollars. It's $397. You get lifetime access to the school community. You never have to worry
about losing access or anything like that. And then for $266, you get all the materials. I don't
sell them. I'm not selling people like Headlight Hero packages or anything like that. It's all like, you know, regular everyday materials that you can buy at like Lowe's, Walmart, Home Depot, stuff like that.
I put a I put a list of links together for like all for Amazon, because that's where a lot of people shop is like Amazon.
And you can get like the best prices for this stuff on Amazon. I know for a fact that when
I went and I bought some materials at Lowe's compared to Amazon, like it was more to buy it
at Lowe's than it was to buy it at Amazon for some of the materials I needed when I ran out
and I was doing cars and I couldn't wait for two days for Amazon to ship it to me.
I had to go and buy it at Lowe's.
It cost me more money to buy it at Lowe's.
So there's links there and everything like that for you.
You can buy everything you need.
The UV solution, the ceramic coating that goes on the headlights to finish it off
and make it clear and nice and glossy, there's a link to that company. That's not me. It's another company
that that's what I use. And that's what I recommend everybody else uses. Um, so there's
a link to them. So for two, for $266, you can do 50 cars, 50 cars at $125. A car is 6,250 bucks.
So like since I have the calculator open, let's do $6,250 minus say $270, right?
That's $5,980 in profit from the $266 that you spent. Now, minus the one time that you paid for the schooling, that's still $5,583 in profit.
So let's just add it up. Let's just add it up. $266 plus $397 is $663. So for $663, you get lifetime access to the school. You have enough materials to do 50 cars.
That $663 is going to bring you in $5,000. That's what it's going to bring you in. And you could do
that in one month. Like that's literally two weeks worth of work, guys. If you do it, if you do it like you hit the ground running balls
to the wall and you start going out there and hustling, that's only two weeks worth of work,
right? Because if you figure it this way, right? You go $125 a car, four cars a day,
that's 500 bucks times five days, five days a week, that's 2,500 times two weeks, that's five Gs, right?
When you're figuring anything out when it comes to money and monthlies, if you're doing it by the month, you multiply it by 4.33 because there's not exactly four weeks in every month.
It's like four and a half weeks, five weeks, that's that.
It's like four and a half weeks, five weeks, that's that.
So you do 125 times four cars times five days a week times 4.33.
You'll make $10,825 a month in five hours a day.
And working 25 hours a week, working 25 hours a week, you'll make $10,825. Like that's, that's the goal,
right? Now multiply that by 12 months. That's $129,900 a year. Say you took off a fucking,
say you took off one week every quarter, right? So every three months that you
go on vacation for a week. So now you go, all right, well, I'm going to lose $10,000 a year
because I'm going to go on vacation minus 10 grand, because I'm going to take four weeks vacation
because it's $2,500 a week. You're still going to make $119,900 a year minus the $662 that it took you to get
started, right? You're at $119,238. And then it's just every 50 cars, it's $266. And some of those materials are going to be left over.
Like you're not going to use every piece of material that, you know, you might not have to spend $266 every time you need to re-up on materials.
You might just need to buy more UV solution, right?
You might just need to buy that because you have enough
of the other materials that you don't need the rags and stuff like that. You don't need to buy
new rags all the time. You just wash them with your laundry at your home. So you just wash them,
fold them. You don't have to buy, you know, $20 in rags every time you buy new, new materials,
you know, same thing with like, you know, um, like, you know, with, I'm trying to think of what else is in there,
but the sandpaper, the different grits of sandpaper.
You might not have to buy every grit of sandpaper you need
You might only need to buy more of one grit.
You know what I mean? And you're not using them. You give them all our more of one grit. You know what I mean?
And you're not using them.
You give them all our tools already.
Well, you still need to know what grits.
You still need to know all this stuff.
You still have to know the process, right?
You still have to know how to do it, what you're looking for when you're treating a lens.
And that's what the schooling is for.
Like, I could tell you what you need, but you're just going to and that's what the schooling is for like I could tell you what
you need but you're just gonna go and fuck up somebody let somebody's lenses because you don't
know the process right so like that's where the that that's where I come in is to teach you the
process so that way you don't screw up somebody's lenses so that way you don't have to do it twice
or three times to get it right so that way you just have to do it once and you can be confident that you know exactly what you're doing because you saw me do it.
You saw Mr. Darius do it.
You saw Dan O Roman Nick.
You saw everybody else do it.
And you're like, oh, if they can do it, I can do it.
It's not hard yeah it's not hard
it's not hard i'm not a fucking genius i'm not a rocket science scientist right like i'm not the
smartest guy in the fucking room if i can do it you guys can do it and that's why i'm bringing
it to you guys because i've been in this space for so fucking long and i've seen everybody here
show up every fucking day trying to make money
every fucking day and they make money they lose money they make money they lose money they make
money these guys like Rome who you know he'll be fucking grinding his ass off at work and still be
in spaces right because he's trying to hustle I want to make life easier for everybody that's in this space right now.
I want life to be easy for you. Life is hard enough. Right. Life is hard enough.
I want life to be easy for everybody. And that's why I'm doing this, because I like I can't.
Like I said, I'm in the Boston market. I own my market. I'm not going to do headlights in New York, New Jersey, Maine, New Hampshire, Connecticut.
I'm not going to do all of New England, right?
So, like, there's other people out there that can take this system and they can own those markets.
They can, you know, work in those markets.
And together, we can create a nationally maybe even internationally recognizable
brand where every we we together we make headlight hero a real fucking thing and that's the that's
that's my goal like in my head already headlight hero is already a thing You know what I mean? It's not You know, it's not not a thing
I'm already doing it already
An empire literally waiting to
Explode. That's all it is
It's just about onboarding the right people
And all of that and getting
Everybody getting everybody on
And all of that and getting everybody on board and all of that.
So I'm excited to do this with everybody.
I'm very excited to do it with everybody.
I'm very excited to share this with people.
I'm excited to grow it with everybody.
I know it's going to be fun. I know it's not.
It's going to be a grind for me.
I don't even feel like I have to convince people.
On the crypto side, Future just dropped a meme coin.
Future just dropped a meme coin on his Instagram.
So, what's it called? I'm just saying Future just dropped a mean coin on his Instagram So So
Yeah I just I want to see it grow
I want to help everybody else
Think this is the way to do it right
And I want to see everybody
Do it as a side hustle or whether
grow the brand, I want to see
you succeed. Whether it makes you $500
first off, where would I spend my payment for this goal to Hey, so First off
My payment for the school to
Send my payment to the school to
Yeah, just go to his link
Up in the top right here The third over, it says join the Headlight Heroes community on school in that post.
There's a link in that link is the link that you need to get to school.
Once you go there, you just sign up and you're good to go okay and then uh second like
so i'm from like right now i i i travel the u.s uh remodeling like walmarts and targets and stuff
so like uh would i have to like would i have to be in one market?
Would I have to open any LLC or anything for it or anything?
I mean, you don't have to, right? Somebody like you would be more of the freelance kind of guy like if you're traveling around
you wouldn't have like a territory but it would be something like you could just make your own
flyers right like you probably wouldn't be a headlight hero affiliate because you're not
staying in one place right the affiliations are kind of like, I don't call them franchises. I call them affiliations.
So it's kind of like a chapter, right?
Like a headlight hero chapter.
So like you're not staying in one location, but you could do like your own, like, you know, flashes, headlight restoration.
You can make your own, your own flyers and stuff like that.
can make your own um your own flyers and stuff like that and when you go to like because you
said you're you outfit like walmarts and targets and like commercial spaces yeah so when you're
there right like you're you're literally in a prime spot to do it because you could go out to
the parking lot you know i don't know like know, like smoke break, vape break, fucking pot break, whatever it is.
You can go out in the parking lot.
You take a couple of your personalized flyers out of your bag and you just find cars that have really oxidized headlights or foggy headlights.
And you just put the flyers on them, right?
And like my favorite thing is, text lights to this number.
So you put your phone number on it, and you text lights, and then somebody's going to text you.
Yo, Grim, you know the crazy part is that the company, if they text the boss, be like, yo, my headlights need...
The company will pay for it.
Like, it's not even not even like especially if he's
dealing with like corporate people you know like they need that like especially if that you know
if the headlights need cleaning corporate like businesses are businesses are good like i have
i did um there's a there's a company a a local company called Clean Freak. And I linked up with him because he actually lives where I live.
And he saw me doing my headlights and I talked to him.
And we were talking and he was like, I have 17 vehicles.
I was like, well, I can definitely, you know, take a look at your vehicles and tell you which ones need to be done and which ones don't need to be done.
And I looked at all his vehicles and only eight of ones need to be done and which ones don't need to be done and everything like that. And I looked at all his vehicles and only eight of them needed to be
done. And he was like, nah, just do them all. Just do them all. Do all 17. And he paid me a hundred
dollars a vehicle. So he paid tax right off. Yeah, exactly. Cause he owns a business. So it's,
it's, it's, it's service for his vehicles. And because I have an L, so like I own Headlight Hero LLC, right?
And I have the trademark for Headlight Hero with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
So it's like it's, you know, I have the branding down and everything like that.
And I have the stripe set up.
So that way it's like he gets an invoice from Headlight Hero. So he has a legit invoice that he can give his accountant
and says, I spent $1,700 on auto, on auto maintenance for my vehicles. Right. And here's
the, here's the, here's the receipt for it. Right. And I own an LLC. So I'm paying taxes on, on,
on everything that I do. So I'm set up legitimately,
but you don't have to be, that's the beauty of headlight hero. A lot of like the school,
like the headlight hero school, a lot of people that join the school might not set up an LLC
and do business as like, so like, for example, Costa, right? So Costa goes and he wants to be headlight hero of South Florida.
Well, Costa is going to set up an LLC for 500 bucks and it's going to be his name, right?
Costa LLC, DBA, headlight hero of South Florida, right?
So now he has a legit business, right?
So now he has a legit business, right?
So now his gas that he has to use to go to and from appointments, his cell phone bill, the materials that he has to buy, all the materials to do the jobs and stuff, those become tax write-offs.
Those offset your tax burden, right?
burden, right? Now, if you're just doing this as a side hustle, and you're not reporting the income,
and you're doing it for cash or Venmo or PayPal or whatever it is, like, then you're good, right?
Like, it's just a side hustle for you. But if you want to set up a legit business and set up a
Headlight Hero affiliate, then that's the way to go. Because like I said, if you grow your territory to a certain size and you can employ others and then you could have a five year exit strategy, you can have a 10 year exit strategy, you can have a seven year exit strategy and you could sell your territory to somebody else for a million bucks, for $2 million. And then they just take over your franchise fees, your affiliate fees, right?
So, you know, and that's it.
And then, like I said, as this gets bigger, we're going to have to increase the barrier to entry.
We're going to have to increase how much those territories cost.
territories cost. So that's why I wanted to bring it here first, because these are regular people
looking to create financial freedom for themselves. And that's what I want to do. I want to give
everybody here a chance to create financial freedom for yourself and then capitalize on
somebody else that didn't take the leap when you did, right? They didn't come here
today and they didn't hear about Headlight Hero and they didn't start the business. But then five
years down the road, some dude that has money, that owns a bunch of real estate, maybe owns a
couple of local businesses, maybe owns an auto dealership or whatever, sees that you have
this business and says, hey, would you be interested in selling this business? Well,
yeah, I would. I spent five years growing it. My EBITDA is $250,000 a year. I want 10X my EBITDA.
So I'll sell it to you for $2.5 million. And then you spent you know five years right let's like let's
let's just do it let's just do it right it's say uh for the it's twenty three hundred and sixty
four dollars is what the affiliation costs a year it's 197 a month right so for so and like I said that's literally like a
day and a half of cars so you do like not it's not even a day and a half cars
it's what it 197 it's it's literally one and a half cars so once you do two
cars for the month your your your affiliate dues are already paid, right?
And so now that costs you that.
Now let's do that over five years.
So over the course of five years,
you're gonna pay $11,802 in affiliate fees,
but you grew that business to $250,000 a year
Now you can sell that business for $2.5 million and it only cost you, okay,
$11,820 to do for the five years of the fees. Say you, you know, over the course of the year,
um, you know, you had to buy 10 times you had to buy material, right? So that's another $2,700,
times you had to buy material, right? So that's another $2,700, right? So you have the 11. So,
so that's $2,700. So say $2,700 a year in materials times five. So there you go. That's
$1,300 plus the $11,890. There's that plus the $397 that you paid to join the school to learn. So in, in five years, your total expense for materials,
um, for materials and everything like that was $25,787. That's what it was for your affiliate
fees, for your materials and for your for your school, your lifetime access to
school is less than 26 grand. You're going to sell your business, if you can grow it to $250,000 a
year, you can sell it for 10x your EBITDA, which is $2.5 million. So for $26,000 over the course of five years, you could potentially turn it into a
$2.5 million exit strategy for yourself. Like that's what I'm trying to explain to you guys.
It's not so much that like, oh, it's a side hustle. You can make $125 a car. Like, no,
if you legit put your balls on the table and go out there and grind and and earn
the business right and get the business and then employ people or even just yourself right and you
you just fucking grind seven hours eight hours a day and you can charge like because the base the
base price is 125 right no matter where you are in the country. But in certain areas in this country where the economy is stronger, you can get more.
So like I charge $180 a vehicle in Massachusetts and nobody even fucking blinks at it because
it's $1,800 to replace your fucking headlights.
So it's literally 10% of the cost to replace your headlights to just have them restored. Right? So I charge $180. I charge $180 in my market, right? In Costa's market, he could probably charge 200, $220. He's in Miami, right? So he could charge more money. It's a stronger economy, a stronger market, but the base price should never be lower than $125 should never be lower than that.
It should never be lower than 125 bucks. And it depended on where you are. If you're in Southern
California or in San Diego County, where the median household income is, you know, 000 a year you can charge 200 bucks you can charge 180 you can charge 225
right easy so it it so like the pricing because like if you think about like when you go different
places the the prices of things are different because the the economy dictates that price, right? But the base price should never be below $125.
So depending on your market,
you might be in a better market
where you can get more money for the service.
And that's only going to increase
your exit strategy or your growth,
whatever you want to do, right?
If you want to have an exit strategy after five years
and you can get $200 a car,
now, like I said, let's just do it out.
Say where I'm at, it's $180 a car
That's $720 a day times five days a week.
That's $3,600 a week times 4.33.
That's $3,600 a week times 4.33.
That's $15,588 in the Massachusetts market is what the business is worth.
Just look at Zillow houses and see what the most expensive houses are.
And then just go there because I'm sure they're going to have expensive cars out there.
And you know what they do they they for a living they just get their car clean and they go to
chick-fil-a and they come back home and they probably buy crypto who knows you know like
you gotta know where to fish you know what i mean you gotta know where where to catch catch good
fish you know you're not gonna go to a you know you gotta
know and not only that like in the beginning it's not gonna be easy and i understand that
it's gonna be a hustle which is fine you know that happens in every business but if you know
how to do great customer service and not only that just you know put, put in the work. Like, I can't see how this can't go
like, how this can go wrong.
As long as you give good customer service
and even, you're gonna get those
assholes sometimes that are gonna bitch at you
and you're gonna have to bite your tongue
And you know what? It is what it is.
Most of the time, you're not gonna get
too many assholes, right?
Because even a minor improvement on somebody's headlights is a major improvement, right?
You look at the one I did today that I posted, and it was like five minutes or something,
His headlights weren't that bad. I didn't even have to do the full process on his headlights because they
but the improvement like,
like from one headlight to the other,
And even he said it like,
He's like, I didn't think my headlights were that bad.
And I was like, that's how much of an improvement that small amount of time and just, like, cleaning them up will do it.
And, like, there's other things you can add to it.
So, like, you can add on things.
Like, air fresheners. And you can add to it. Like, okay, so like you can add on things like air fresheners and you can add on, you know, fog lights and you can add on.
There's all these other things.
It's not just the headlights, right?
So like the headlights is the main thing.
But then there's upsells, right?
Like here's a cheat code, right?
For anybody that wants to do this and is going to sign up for the school and everything you go to dollar general you go to
dollar tree you go to any dollar store they have the pine cone like the the pine cone trees that
the air freshener yeah it's like a tree they're two for a dollar grab as many boxes as you can
i think there's like 20 in a box it's 20 for the box at the dollar store so you grab a you grab a
box of each like there's five different cents and there's 20 the dollar store. So you grab a box of each, like there's five different scents,
and there's 20 in each one of them.
You spend $100, you grab five boxes.
Each one of those is $3 to your next customer.
In the gas stations, they go for more than $3 sometimes.
So you can charge more maybe.
You can charge $4 or $5, whatever it is,
right. You can charge, but either way, you're going to make two to three X on the air freshener
alone. Right. So those are just little things that you could include in your service that you do.
Okay. So like, it's not just headlights. It's, oh, I can do your I can do your fog lights for an extra 25 bucks. Now you turned $125 job into $150 job. Oh, hey, I noticed you don't have an air freshener. I have I have air fresheners. I have five different scents. What scent do you like the best? Let me know. It's only $3. Now you turned it from $125 service to headlights, air freshener, fog lights.
Know what the best part about this is?
Is if you set up an actual business and you use Stripe to transact and have people tap their card to you, guess what pops up?
Do you want to leave a tip?
Oh, hey, do you want to leave a tip?
Most people might not leave a tip, big deal.
But if somebody tips you five bucks, 10 bucks, there's an extra five, $10.
Hell yeah. It's, it's like all of that little stuff that you don't think about that comes into
play as you're doing it. And we're going to go over all of this in the school thing. We're going
to go over all of it. It's going to be awesome.
I'm looking forward to it.
I'm really looking forward to it.
And it's going to be a lot of fun.
It's going to be a lot of fun.
I'm looking forward to teaching everybody about it.
I'm looking forward to...
I want to see everybody do it.
Bro, Grim, you know what my goal is bro
like for real it's to quit my job then quit my job and just do this like that's what i want to do
make my own schedule and not only that like like hire people to work for me and then like but you know that's gonna take that takes time but it yeah
take you it might only take you six months coaster you're right it might only take you six months to
get to that point where people are starting to call you where you can put an ad out that you're
looking for a headlight restoration tech and then you right you like you can teach them how to do it like you could teach
them or you could tell them hey it's you have to pay for the training or whatever and stuff like
that which i wouldn't do if you're if it's your if it's your business yeah you train them right
exactly you went through the school you're the expert you already went through the school. You're the expert. You already went to the school. Train your guys, train your guys.
You train one tech and then he goes out and he does his thing. Right. And you book him appointments
and you can pay that dude, $20, $25 an hour. And you know, and that's really good money.
And that employee, hell yeah, that's good money. They're going to work their balls off for you because it's so hard to make $25 an hour.
If you treat your employee right, they're going to work their ass off for you.
You're making more than a teacher at that point.
Which is the craziest part.
But yo, you're right, right bro like people are willing to pay
if they have a car that's worth a certain amount of money you better believe they're gonna take
care of that car and they're gonna pay for you know whatever it takes you do the math right it's
266 dollars to get like all the material that you need to do the job, right? To do 50 cars. So 266 divided by
50 is $5 and 32 cents. That's how much it costs you to do each car. So now you go, okay, it's $125
minus my cost, $5 and 32 cents. Now your gross profit is $119.68. Now minus the $20 an hour that you paid the guy to
do it, you made $99.68 to do nothing except for answer the phone and book the appointment and
send somebody to it. You made $99.68 to do minimal work, to take a phone call.
You can't make this up, man.
But yeah, man, I'm actually getting home right now, bro. And I already know I already got like five cars lined up because I got a big ass family.
So you already know I got, I got a bunch of cars to do, but I'm going to make sure I sign up to that course.
And, um, I want to learn the right way.
I don't want to do this, like, just like wing it and like fuck something up and then it's
not gonna be good but i'm gonna i want to do it the right way bro and i appreciate you for this
opportunity bro because uh man i work my ass off man and it's man i don't make more than 25 an hour
i'll tell you that much and um and i work my ass off and i get home and i'm exhausted man
costa costa said he's got five cars lined up and you know they're all honda civics because he's
he's no i got lexus mercedes i got a lexus mercedes i got a i do have a Hyundai, another Hyundai, and I do got a Toyota Camry.
And then my sister got a Bronco.
One of those Bronco. What do you call those Broncos?
It looks like a Hummer, but it's not a Hummer.
I don't know what they call it.
So, like, and that's the thing, like, you know, like, you, like, we're going to talk gonna talk more about this like when people do the school
thing in inside the inside the q a's i'm gonna tell you what cars you should be targeting looking
for yeah no i'm just saying in my head that's what i would like i haven't told them anything
but i'm just thinking in my head like all right but i could clean this car this car this car this
car but you're right yeah definitely bro this makes there's certain cars like certain
brands of cars that are like the lowest hanging fruit hondas for one hondas hondas all the time
like every honda like you can you can guarantee any honda that was like that's like a 2014, 2015.
They value it because it's been so long, too.
It's just the headlights start to oxidize quick.
They start to oxidize quick because they're like, you know, I'm not saying they're budget cars, but they're not premium cars.
No, but I'm not going to lie.
Those cars are legendary.
I'm sorry, but those cars are legit.
Certain cars have really good headlights.
A lot of Audis you're going to see, 20 years later, they don't need their headlights done.
The Audis, they have really good polycarbonate lenses.
Audi does a good job of putting good headlights in their cars.
Tesla does a good job of putting really good headlights in their cars.
So there's going to be cars that you never even really service,
but then there's going to be a million other cars,
tens of millions, which we know of by the data,
but tens of millions of other cars that you're going to have the opportunity to service at 125 or more per vehicle.
It's a privilege to meet this great platform.
Well, my biggest question is because we're from Nigerian,
how are we going to get these materials?
So you should be able to say, I don't know what's in Nigeria,
but like you should be able to get the materials, right?
Like it's not anything that is, out of this world, right? Like the materials that you need are,
you know, and we'll go over them in the school, but it's literally, it's literally materials that
you could buy. Like you could buy it at a dollar store. Some of these materials you can get at a
dollar store. Some of these materials you can get at a home depot or a a construction supply
uh uh store someplace that sells construction supplies because it's literally everyday product
that you're going to use to do this yeah um the the i'm not you know obviously like i'm in the u.s
so i'm not very familiar with like the, the Nigerian landscape over there so much.
But I'm sure you can get the materials that you need.
It's nothing out of the ordinary that you'd need.
There's really nothing out of the ordinary that you need.
that you need. And I know that the, the supplier for the UV liquid that you, you use in the aerosol
sprays for, for, um, for to do like the premium, uh, for the three to five year, um, guarantees,
like they ship internationally. So like you should be able to get them. It might take a
little bit longer to get them to Nigeria, but you'll be able to get them. It might take a little bit longer to get them to Nigeria, but you'll be able to get them.
Yeah, and actually, that's a good question that you asked
because I'm actually thinking of even expanding this
to my cousins in Colombia.
I got people in Colombia that are...
It's crazy the amount of money you could really make
if you really put, if you really have a structured, uh, business and a mindset, you know, and a good
team behind it, it's really, we could do something really powerful. Yeah. It's like I said,
this isn't out of the reach for anybody to do anywhere.
Like anybody can do this anywhere.
And everybody has a car to like,
or everybody needs a car to get somewhere.
say a foreign country that a lot of people have mopeds.
That's what I was saying for sure.
You're not going to charge $125 for a moped.
But it's only going to cost you half of what it costs you to do a car, right?
So if it's $5.30 to do a car, it's going to cost you $2.65 to do a moped, and you could charge
35, 40 bucks, 50 bucks to do a moped light, right? Like a motorcycle even, you can do those,
and stuff like that. Anything that has a light on it, it's anything that has a light, a boat,
a moped, a scooter, a car, you know, anything that has a light.
And we're not just talking about headlights.
We're talking about like, you know, say, for example, you get a contract with an ambulance company, light bars, right?
Bro, the police, the police departments that have the headlights on the top.
You got to clean that to everything.
So you can get those, you know, Department of Public Works, like city vehicles, right?
You can get a city contract, right?
And like city contracts, those motherfuckers pay.
So like, you know, you get a city contract and you could do all of their cars, the little
yellow light that's on top and the headlights and the fog lights.
And you can, you know, buff out the taillights which you
know taillights never get you know oxidized because the car is going forward not backwards
right like that's how what happens is like you know the car your cars are mostly facing you know
forward all the time and that's why they get you know ultraviolet rays plus you're driving forward
so you have you know all the natural environment you have sand you. So you have, you know, all the natural environment. You have sand.
You have all this stuff that is constantly hitting the front of your car.
That is what deteriorates the coating on your headlights. That's why taillights last forever and headlights have to be replaced or restored.
or restore. So, you know, there's, it's endless. The amount of, the amount of opportunity that's
So, you know, it's endless.
out there is absolutely endless. That's why it's a niche market, right? Like anybody you talk to
about, Oh, I want to start a business. They're like, find a small market, like a small niche,
right? Not a small market, but a small niche, find a problem and then offer a solution right so
we have a niche market headlight restoration it's a gigantic market of in the united states over
170 million vehicles nationwide and the barrier to entry the cost of entry is super, super low. And the profit margins are huge.
Not, and not only that, you can literally, you're putting other people on and they're making money.
They're, they're not only are they making money, you know, they can make other people money and it's just like, uh, it's a, it's like a snowball effect almost. And, and we're, this is just the beginning. Like if we think about this in five years, we're going to all be in yachts, just chilling and people are going to be working for us in a way, you know, but, uh, definitely we got to get, you know, we got to grind and we got to, you know, uh definitely we gotta get you know we gotta grind and we gotta you know have faith
and not only that um um grim has shown us bro like the proof is in the pudding
like literally like right now i'm i'm watching uh a ford f-150 just pull up right now he's pulling
up backwards too i see his headlights and everything
and like bro like it just makes me think like man like all these cars and all these people out here
bro like they love to take care of their cars going to car shows going to car meetings things
like that be like yo you know what bro like i love your car i want to clean it bro like let me clean the headlights for
you for you know for the things like that just like getting out there and just putting the name
out there might go farther than just pushing something on people you know it's it's dope
and you can make friends right like you can make friends with you know mechanic shops you can make
friends with mobile detailers, right?
And you like a mobile detailer, they might like, their bread and butter is waxing and washing and
detailing the car, right? And you could be like, yo, you get called to do this. How about this?
I charge $125 for the service. If you refer me to your customers, I'll give you 50 bucks, right? So you make $75
for every referral that they give you. And you're kicking back 50 bucks to the mobile detail guy.
He's going to love you. That's $50 that he made just by giving somebody your business card or
your phone number, right? So when they call you, you go, yep, hey, yeah, I love you.
Were you referred by anybody?
Oh, Joe's mobile detailer referred me.
On the back of that card Joe gave you, there should be a code.
Can you give me that code?
They give you that unique code that you gave Joe, right?
You come up with, you know, you go, there's websites.
You can come up with codes. You give you go, there's, there's websites, you come up with codes,
you give them a unique code and you write it down. So then, you know, you put it in your
appointment calendar, you know, 111, any street, you know, uh, main street, any town USA referred
to by Joe at Joe's mobile detailing. And then when you complete that service, you send Joe
mobile detailing. And then when you complete that service, you send Joe 50 bucks via PayPal or Venmo
or whatever it is. Right. And you pay him for the referrals. Right. So like there's a million
different ways that you can grow this business for yourself. There's a million different ways.
And we're going to go over those in the school thing. And I'll do mentorships and phone calls and live question and answer sessions.
And if you need to get a hold of me, like my phone number will be listed. My phone number is listed
on the Headlight Hero, you know, Google list. And that's my personal phone number. Like I use my
personal phone number for business. So like you could call me anytime during business hours and
I'll answer. And you have a question and I'll answer and you have a question.
I'll answer your question.
If you're having trouble working something out or, hey, I have this opportunity to do multiple vehicles.
What should I charge them?
All right, let's talk about it.
Let's make sure you win this contract.
I'm, you know, I've already made my money, you know, by selling the school thing and, you know, the affiliate of the affiliates and stuff.
I've already made my money.
I want to see you make money.
I want to see you succeed.
I want to see you quit your fucking job and work five hours a day and make one hundred and thirty thousand dollars a year.
That's what I want to see.
want to see right so and that's what i want to see what's up defi sam okay um my question is
So that's what I want to see.
how long does this washing last for a vehicle was what can i assure them like how many how long does
it last yes so you give them a 12 month guarantee one year guarantee right and it's gonna last longer
than that but you give them a 12 month guarantee and that's for the basic package and there's two
there's two things you can use on the headlights there's the basic which you give them a 12 month
guarantee for and then there's a premium one that you could charge more for and it's it doesn't actually cost
you any more money but because it lasts longer and it's a harder uh ceramic um you could charge
more for it so you can charge you know uh in the u.s market i'm always going to use u.s market
dollars so facts the the i think that's important for them to know too
yeah yeah you have to adjust it and like that's the thing we'll come up with like
you know like i have to understand like your economy so we can come up with a hell yeah
with pricing models that that reflect your economy so that way you have maximize their
to bring in revenue for yourself without making it too
expensive to the point where people in your, in your area can't afford it. Right. So, so, um,
so, so yeah, so, uh, that, you know, that's what you would have to do.
Thank you so much. Thank you so much.
Yeah, nobody feel shy now.
I see a lot of people down here.
I see Roman, Nick, Corey, I say,ory i say bro hey oh man still can learn my
boy i love you bro gears brown i see everybody down here i love everybody that's here man god
bless you guys you guys are amazing bro grimace thank you for coming up with that lakers jersey
oh rest in peace to the mambo bro the best The best to ever do it, in my opinion.
I even see some Doginals and Doginals, my bad.
And Skrilla, Cap, legends in the space, bro.
So I just want to go over this a little bit more.
You know, a couple more minutes here.
We've been going since 7.15. So it's almost been like three hours and stuff. And I didn't even want to go over this a little bit more, you know, a couple more minutes here. We've been going since 7.15, so it's almost been like three hours and stuff.
And I didn't even want to go this long, but because we're going to do more spaces.
This isn't the last space, right?
Because we want to onboard as many people as we possibly can.
Crypto Nick, I'm going to call on you one more time, fam.
Crypto Nick, paging Crypto Nick, paging going to call on you one more time, fam. Crypto Nick.
I swear he's just trolling me right now.
Nah, I mean, he probably forgot he's had his hand up so long. We've called on him so many times.
Yeah, G5CM, what do you got?
I really want to learn more about this business, but the question is, don't be offended.
My question is, how long does it take to watch or to finish a cap?
45 minutes, usually about 45 to 50 minutes.
It takes about 25 minutes to do one headlight.
You're welcome. Damn, I you so much. You're welcome
Damn, I wish I could you know what I mean about I did that I I make less than 20 an hour bro for an hour
so you're telling me I gotta clean two headlights and
Even more than double than what i sold yeah man like that's
sold that's you feel me like get people to understand like do you know how hard it is to
make more than 20 an hour in the united states of america like a lot of people think like you
just because it's the united states of america everybody's rich like no like that is not the
case like a lot of people struggle
in this country. They work for $16 an hour,
$17 an hour. They work for
work for per deal, which is
like... Bro, I deadass, I work at,
Yep. Out here grinding, dog.
And you don't get to keep all that.
And you don't get to keep all that.
Because then you have to pay taxes.
So really, you're making like $14 an hour after taxes, right?
And I'm ashamed to say that.
Like when an opportunity comes like this, it's just like, bro, I got to either tighten up or I'm just missing an opportunity again.
So it's like, no, bro, this is not going to happen again.
Well, that's why I thought it was important to bring it to the Web3 space because I see people invest like $500, $600, $1,000 into a coin.
And then they get back like 400 bucks
right they get back 500 bucks like they don't they they know they take a loss and everything
like that and i'm like all right these people obviously are you know the people in the space
obviously keep on searching for that win and they're willing to pay for that win well here here's a product that you
only have to buy once and if you put your if you put just a little bit of effort behind it
you can make a ton of money you can make enough money to you know just pay your you know like
you can do whatever you want with it is what I'm
trying to say is like, it could be a side hustle. It could be a full-time thing. You could become
a headlight hero affiliate. You can try and start your own thing with your own brand and
everything like that. I want to teach you that because, you know, I want to see the people in
the space that are always trying to hustle and grind. I want to see them win. I want to see the people in this space that are always trying to hustle and grind.
This is where we should launch it.
This is where we should, you know, build the community and everything like that.
Because everybody in crypto, everybody in Web3 is a hustler.
Everybody has the work ethic.
They show up every single day. and they work their asses off
they work their asses off so that's why i wanted to bring it here and not just like
you know anywhere else right like yeah you're not gatekeeping at all bro that's exactly what it is
you're not gatekeeping anything bro you're trying to make everybody win bro and that's what we're doing that's what we're gonna do but i i appreciate everybody i'm gonna end the space now
uh i'm gonna go and enjoy the rest of my night and everything like that but you know engage with
the posts you know let's link up i'm gonna i'll schedule another space um for maybe this weekend
um maybe i'll do a live you know this weekend where like
i'll do a live space with video while i do a car and then like you know you guys can see me do it
in action and stuff like that and just you know oh yeah you know we'll do it we can do that
i'm down bro and maybe next time uh hopefully people come up and speak I feel like I just like
I feel like I'm just being annoying and I apologize about that but I just want to learn you know I
just want to I love to learn about um how to make more money bro like my parents came from Colombia
and like uh I'm here in the states now you know and it's I've been here for 20 plus years and I've been just still grinding my ass off.
And it just feels like, damn, like the American dream, you know, you know, was this thing, you know, but but it's still there.
I just got to, like, keep searching and keep having that ambition.
I'm not going to give up.
This is something that you could create the American dream for yourself.
Not too many people can say they earn $100,000 a year.
You could take this and you could earn yourself $100,000 a year.
So I believe in everybody in this space. year you could you could do it so i believe in everybody
in this space i believe that everybody can do it it doesn't take it's not hard it's not a very hard
thing to do it's very easy it takes less than an hour to do one car so i'm telling you this is
something that everybody should give some serious thought to and let's build something really cool together let's let's turn headlight hero
into a nationally recognizable brand and then you know who knows maybe we'll have a headlight
hero convention in vegas or miami or new york or something like that at you know next year around
this time and we grew it to you know it's gonna branch off to some crazy auto like detailing yeah we could
we could do booths at you know at at conventions auto conventions across the country you know down
in miami and california and texas and you know massachusetts new york you know we could set up
boots and you know all that stuff we could have you know all types up boots and, you know, all that stuff. We could have, you know, all types of stuff, right?
And, you know, I would love to do that.
A year from now, we grow this to 300, 400, 500, 1,000 people.
And, you know, we all have the opportunity to get together and do events and networking events and all that stuff.
So that's what I'm really in it for is to, you know,
grow a national company, a brand,
and put money in people's pockets.
I mean, I want to see everybody be successful,
and I want to see everybody be able to make money,
and I don't want to see people struggling come the holiday time.
They want to buy Christmas gifts.
I want them to be able to buy Christmas gifts for their kids,
their wedding anniversaries.
I don't want them, you know, to, you know,
not be able to take their wife out for the wedding anniversary
I want them to be able to take their wife out to a nice dinner
and buy her a dress or buy her a necklace or a bracelet
and, you know, make her feel special.
Same thing for you, right? Like, you know, about you, make her feel special. Same thing for you, right?
Like, you know, about you too. I don't want you to want for nothing. I want you to have the means
to buy something for yourself and that you worked for and you earned. You want to take a vacation.
I want you to be able to take that vacation. You want to go visit family. I want you to be able
to go visit family. This is, be able to go visit family this is
this has nothing to do with me this isn't you know about making me money it's about me bringing
knowledge to you so that way you can make money and you can have that freedom that everybody in
this web 3 crypto space wants that's what i want want. That's exactly what I want. I want happy kids
during the holidays. I want to see smiling faces during birthdays. I want to see happy spouses
during anniversaries. I want to see vacation pictures. That's what that's, that's what I
want from this. I want to see everybody live their best fucking life. And I believe that this can do this.
So let's fucking build it together.
You know, and everything like that.
And I'll see you motherfuckers on a beach somewhere under a palm tree drinking a margarita.
Everybody have a great night.
Everybody, thank you for showing up.
Make sure you send this space to all your friends and their DMs and tell them to listen to it.
They don't have to listen to every single second, but, you know, send it to them.
Tell them, like, yo, you should really pay attention to this.
So, you know, let's build something really fun together.
Thank you very much, Kosta, Flash, DeFi, Sam, T, Mr. Darius, Roman, Nick, Corey.
I say like everybody, Cap, Gears, Brown, Sworn,
everybody that showed up.
I saw Dev was in here earlier.
Grimace for coming up, man.
You know, JT was in here earlier.
He had really some good stuff.
Lens, I see you down there.
There's so many people just, like, thank.
Bro, the only thing you got to do, bro, is put that damn reminder on that next space, bro.
Because I'm sure a lot of people got a lot more questions.
And we all want to learn.
And we all want to learn from you.
And we're here with you, bro.
Like, we're a team. We're literally an army, you and um we're here with you bro like we're a team
we're literally an army bro and we're here bro and at the end of the day man if you want to make
money you got to surround yourself with the right people and you got to grow the right way and yeah
man i'm just happy to be here bro i. I appreciate everything you do, Grim. And, bro, there's nobody like you, bro. Keep being yourself, man.
And don't conform to nothing in this world but you, bro.
And, you know, you just keep being you.
And I appreciate everybody here, bro.
I wish people could have... I feel like more people could have came up here to say more questions.
But I know they're curious.
So drop that reminder for the next space because I know that they're
definitely curious by then.
I'll have at least 10 cars already.
everybody have a great night.
the rest of your night with your families and everything like that.
And we'll link up again soon.
Everybody have a great night.
Thank you very much for coming in.
