Centurion, massive piece of the puzzle, too, behind the scenes of what we do, just like Ben.
Ben has been with me since way before Interlink. I want to say probably a year or two before interlink was even a thing or a thought
um we started we met we all we did was play video games became real life friends um he is out in the
uk so he can never get to our night spaces he can get to the morning ones but i want to give him a
lot of credit if it wasn't for him like Interlink wouldn't be where it is today.
He's helped out with the websites. I mean, he's stuck through so much drama and stress and
everything. And he's talked me through it. Like, and then we have like, he's doing this NFT line
now. And every time he does this NFT line, he's been dropping them. And I don't even know too
he just does that in the background. It feeds the ecosystem, pays somebody in poly. And now this
round went to human trafficking. So I want to just give him quite a bit of time. And then we
brought on Rudy. I mean, Rudy is a longtime friend as well, especially in the crypto space, probably four or five years around.
I mean, most of the people, Stardogs, Holly down there, Corey, Yolo, like Pa, like I see so many faces down there at Death Wish.
They're all becoming like lifetime, like great friends in this space.
So it's good to meet people like that and have faith and trust in what you're doing. Not a lot of projects can say that because they're just,
hey, we're a couple of guys that got together. We decided to make this token and then that's it.
Well, we have relationships that we built here, so we can't let this fail. We're always pushing
to make this better. So I definitely want to shout out to that crypto cracker too um he just decided to come
into space one day and it clicked like me and him the team everybody started clicking he's doing
he's like frank i'm gonna do videos for you i really love what you guys are doing and he's just
like messaging me every day he's a huge part of us too behind the scenes. It's just awesome.
And then you have the projects like Volt with Boss.
The entire Volt community is just amazing.
Same thing with Stardogs.
Now we're building an income island.
A lot of the relationships that we built was from Stardogs space.
Volt was built because of Stardogs and their space and talking
and just interacting. And I never thought I would have a chance to be able to build what Interlink
is or the relationships with Volt, like a massive community, if it wasn't for getting into spaces
and talking and just putting yourself out there. Same thing with 21. He reached out to me and was like,
hey, I have something you might be interested in.
He put me up with his whole team.
And you don't get that too often.
You don't get a whole team that's like,
hey, we have all of our devs.
How can we make this work?
So you got to put yourself out there,
And that's exactly what we started doing.
And now we have, if you look at the pin top now we have meta rides like i hope he can come up here pretty soon at some point i know he's probably crazy busy but now we are building with like
meta rides we have a vehicle like that's going to be part of meta rides like it's massive now a lot of people are
like oh you don't have like the grade of uh i don't want to say that grade of like a token or
like not a lot of people even know that we have a token because i don't really show the token too
much and we have that's a reason why we brought rudy on because i got a got sick of rudy just
yelling at me being someone in the background so now I brought her on the team. So now she can yell at me on a, on stage in front of everybody. But, uh, I mean,
it's just, it's fun having like a family feel, um, and being able to work with all of you guys
like that. Uh, so thank you all for, for coming up stage. Um, Rudy, I don't know if you have
anything to say, if you want to yell at me anymore or what. No, no, definitely don't need to yell at you.
I just kind of want to just give back what you said about us.
There were a lot of opportunities for me to help out with other projects where I would be considered, quote unquote, part of the team.
But I was tired of seeing the same people doing the same thing in this space all the time.
And I really wanted to associate myself with people that wanted to see others win,
whether they were thriving at the moment or not. They wanted to see others win. And that's what I
always saw about you. You never shilled interlink. You would hold all these spaces, spend hours and
hours in spaces, and you would always focus on talking up other people, other projects. And I'm like,
okay, this is a person who's not in it for himself. He's in it to see everybody else win.
And as these other people win and he continues to build, Interlink will win as well. You know,
I've said this in a lot of spaces lately. And I mean, maybe this sounds insensitive to people who
are holding the Interlink token, but I don't look at the chart.
I can care less because I don't feel that right now is the time for the token. I feel that right now is the time to be building in the metaverse, to be doing the meta rides car, to be, you know,
coming out with the other things that, that you've been building. And that to me is important.
The token comes later. The token's not going anywhere. There's no expiration date on it on the blockchain. So like I've said many times, first impressions are the best. Build the foundation. Token will thrive, especially with different things we've discussed about, you know, utilizing it in the metaverse. And that will just continue to grow.
And that will just continue to grow.
So what you were doing was just very appealing to me.
And then, you know, without getting into really the tokens that you were involved with in the past, you know, you made good to holders on a token that somebody else kind of messed up.
When Walter didn't do well, you reached out and you made sure that we all had eardrops. That wasn't
something that you had to do. And a lot of devs or founders don't do that. So these things just
really spoke volumes to me. The fact that you stuck around during all the BS that was going on
in this space, you know, I think we've all been saying this, the people who are still here through
some of the fiascos we went, you know, we went through and were able to take those situations and learn from them. Those are the people that I want to be
around. And I think that's what Interlink is doing. Well, I definitely appreciate it, Rudy.
I mean, I definitely wanted you aboard because you've always had a great heart in this space.
Your heart is always in the right place. You don't get in arguments with
people. You're all about education, especially the human trafficking stuff. You're all around
just a good person. So I wanted you to finally get that home that you should have had a long,
long time ago with all these projects that we've been in. Me, Rudy, Holly, like a ton of people down here
have been in hundreds of projects
and we've just seen the same thing over and over and over.
I mean, some of them around, some of them are still good.
Like, I'm not just saying everyone's bad.
Like, pause down there too.
Like, what I'm saying is I decided, you know what,
I'm taking it upon myself to sell all of the crypto I had, every
single dollar, and put it into a project to make it for the people like us that deserve better.
And I took the bits and pieces, the good and the bad, and just made a project for us.
There's no BS. Like, I would love to see this thing skyrocket, but you know what? We're building
different. We're building kind of backwards almost because instead of just building the hype, like
we're going to do, Hey, uh, we're, we're launching this decks. We're going to be doing this. We're
doing this. We're going to be the metaverse building. We just did it. It's not like the
first year, uh, we, we were just on the Hollywood Crypto Bro space and Josh
was saying, he's like, it's amazing what you guys have built in the first year.
And most of the spaces that we go on now, people don't even realize we have a token.
Another thing that was on me, and I'll say it right now, I said it in the space and
everything, is that we move so fast.
But the other thing is, too, more isn't always better. Like I was talking to Rudy, I was talking to the rest of the
team and stuff. I think we have to sit back and focus on what we have right now. My mindset,
you guys know, goes 100 miles an hour. I have 400 ideas that run through my brain constantly.
So if I'm sitting here and I'm just like, boom, I have an idea. You know 400 ideas that run through my brain constantly. So if I'm sitting
here and I'm just like, boom, I have an idea. You know what? I'm just going to do it. It's all like
impulse and I'm just going to make it happen. On a good note, that's why we have everything we do
have within this first year. But now I think it's a time to make it a actual structured business.
And instead of just keep doing things and losing people and we don't know what to follow,
we are taking a step back, seeing everything that we have built already, and just master
every single one of them until they're actually flowing, creating revenue.
Because all the revenue that's going to be created goes right back into the system, whether
it's buyback and burns, the staking platform. I mean,
the staking, I think we've given out over close to $3,500, even with low volume and the automated
system and everything like that. It's just, it's unbelievable. And you can see the system is
working. There's quirks that we have to figure out and work with like the metaverse building.
It's there. Now we have to figure out how to bring
people in and how to show them that this is going to work. It gives you that structure. It's going
to give you a possibility for these projects or artists to be in this metaverse. And then next
door, you have another artist or a recording studio or blockchain has the wallet. Like there's
so many different avenues
and there's endless possibilities.
So I think we have to sit back
and actually pull together what we have right now.

just i saw it was a birthday and i wanted to make sure i stopped in and showed my support and shared
my love for the project for trucker for yourself and for everyone that you know that's just behind
the scenes building an interlink i'm super i can't believe it's been a year damn that's why that's
what that's my my amazement is just like, wow, a fricking year. It's been that long. You know, like I remember it, like it was yesterday.
I think we linked up in Barbara and Barbara and you space.
And it was just, we just kind of had conversations and we talked and we,
we met there at that. We met there in that same space continuously for,
for, for, for weeks to pass on, but you're talking on a Saturday night,
you know, when crypto Twitter is booming,
there may have been like eight of us in this little bitty space. And we, it was really,
really cool. And I remember those early days on, and it was really just, it helped us really build
a great relationship. So, and absolutely after that, Chuck and myself have been building together
and just doing what we can to help each other out. I'm a big fan of Interlink promotions,
whatever, you know, whatever I can always do to help out. And of course, of course we built together,
you know, Interlink's a part of the Paul Shane family.
So we were definitely going to take advantage and be a part of the,
the metaverse family once that comes out. So yeah, I absolutely love it.

today. So we launched on the BSC chain, 100 million supply.
I think we're down to about 98 million because we had a burn.
It was a burn in our taxes for a little bit, and then we just switched it to staking.

it was legal in some states, not in others. But I think it's definitely going to be a go-to.
I mean, more and more dispensaries now.

So the idea of being able to go into a metaverse
and see it, I think that's definitely going to be the way.

over the place but we are all over the place it doesn't even seem like it because we don't talk about it.
But just like Boss was saying, and I talk about like Volt, we are part of Volt, but we're also we use their tools like they have eight different utilities.
But instead of just saying, hey, we're part of Volt, like we use the tools from the other projects that we help like we use we're we're linked with
so they have the foldy change decks that is available on our tools website and our widgets
so you can buy interlink right from the volte change and it actually puts a burn on our it
puts a burn on our token and it puts a burn on vault at the same time so we're helping each other each
other's project grow um so i mean yeah it's like sitting here thinking about it it's just like
amazing because we are a ton of different places to be able to purchase and trade interlink but
no one even knows it that's on me but that's about to change like we are focusing
on what we have right now and every single piece of the puzzle that we have go ahead bert
yeah so let me jump in here on that because because as much as i love frank this is not
his strong suit in explaining this part so that was a that was a specific design element how frank
wanted to kind of release this.
And I'll give you a little backstory.
I know he touched on this a little bit, but a lot of us met.
A lot of you guys know my story.
I've been around since 2011.
I've been in crypto forever.
But a lot of us met in and around SafeMoon, right?
And a lot of the projects that came out of that, good or bad. There's no value here. I'm not
saying good or bad of any of those. I'm just saying a lot of the projects that came out of that
tended to be really, really big pop in the beginning. And then you would get this again,
not the rug stuff, but more like this, how the longterm, maybe a stagnation, but just
quietness, right? Like a, like, you know,
spaces are going on, things are happening, but there's no real movement for the project.
And then all of a sudden about six, seven months go by and you slowly start to see this trickle
of the coin value or the NFT value or the utility value even just slowly start to drop.
And, and what the biggest piece for that, for a lot of us was, it wasn't necessarily
the association with a dollar amount or revenue generation. We're all kind of used to that.
It was really where we got excited about the output, right? The utility, what was coming out
of it, whatever they were delivering, whatever it was happening. And then that didn't happen,
whatever they were delivering, whatever it was happening. And then that didn't happen,
or it didn't happen like it was supposed to. And so in sitting back and really looking at those
things, you kind of start to kind of see what is it? Is it an endemic thing with Web3? Is this,
you know, something psychologically that we have to deal with? And again, not saying right or wrong,
We have to deal with, and again, not saying right or wrong, but what we kind of found was there's a foundational issue a lot of times when it comes to Web3, right?
We all get started and we'll build something really cool, but it's almost like it's propped up on stilts.
And as soon as one of those stilts gets knocked away, the project kind of tends to slowly crumble.
kind of tends to slowly crumble. And so what, what the, the, the point was, or the thought was,
was look, what if instead of all the hype, hype, hype, hype, hype, hype, what if we make connections,
build relationships, do all the things we're really good at. And I don't want to say build
in silence because that's not really what the thought was. It was just build, right? Just not
build in silence. Cause we're out, we're talking, we're doing stuff. Rudy is yelling at at Frank every space to talk about the token more. And Frank is talking about how he's, you know, going to do that eventually. And then he goes off for 20 minutes, about 44,000 other, you know, utilities that he just thought of in 20 seconds. And so we did all those things for the last year, but it was not to push everything. It was more to build that foundation, a really strong foundation.
And in our opinion, and here's maybe the secret sauce here, it's not just the utilities. It's not
just the output. It was the foundational piece of connection and relationships and strengthening
those bonds so that in the tough times, when we do what we all
tend to do, which is lock arms, we're not locking arms with 10 people. We're locking arms with 10
projects or 10 communities that have thousands and thousands of people in them. And if you really
want to break it down, the biggest piece, love it, hate it, like it, get angry about it, you know,
think negative about it. You know, we'll see a Netflix story in five, 10 years about safe moon, whatever you want to say about safe moon.
The best part about it was the community that drove the project, obviously toxic some yes,
and not toxic others. All that's true. But the community that drove the project was extremely
strong and tight, of course, little culty sometimes, but still it strong and tight. Of course, a little culty sometimes, but
still it was very tight. And so, so that piece was, how did that happen? And when you really
break it down and look at it, it was because of the foundational strength of the relationship
building that was done by the community and then done by obviously some key people within the
project. They really strengthened those bonds. They built those strong relationships and then done by obviously some key people within the project. They really strengthened
those bonds. They built those strong relationships and then they built on top of that. Now, obviously
it may be a bad example for what was built, but the point was still solid as far as if you can
build it, if you can strengthen the community, if you can have those foundational relationships
and have the foundational project pieces, utility projects,
community, you know, all of those things, you'll do a lot better than if you just launch a project
and cross your fingers and hope everything is good. That was kind of the thought, whether that
was going to be true or not was something, you know, really obviously Frank and a lot of people
we hadn't really seen in web three. And that. And that was a risk. But in my opinion,
I think that's obviously going to pay off in the long run.
you create these strong relationships,
you build these strong bonds.
as we're starting to talk more and more
about tokens and utility and revenue generation
and all of these other things,
it's done with more emotional connection to a community rather than emotional connection
to a dollar amount. And if you really want to break it down, that's what has to stop in web
three, right? This, this tie to making money, this tie to everything is a dollar about revenue.
If, if a company, if a company take, I'm in Walmart right now. If Walmart was only about revenue generation, all they cared about was making money.
It wasn't about customer experience.
It wasn't about customer success.
It wasn't about any of these other things.
They would not be successful if they didn't have a team that handled all their logistics,
They wouldn't have been able to create trucks and a postal service that Walmart has.
All of these things work hand in hand. And to me, that's the next step iteration for Web3 is
get away from the revenue generation. That's only one part of it. There's a million other things
that we really need to get excited about. And by building like this, by strengthening the
foundation, strengthening the communities, then focusing on the output.
I think you work the right way. You're going down the right road instead of working backwards,
which is how do we make money first and then build all the cool stuff later? Let's build all
the cool stuff in the community and then slowly make money or revenue generation together. So
long diatribe to kind of say what Frank was kind of trying to say there, but that was really the thought process. Go ahead, Rudy. You came in
late because you actually said a lot of what I said before, because that is something that I've
been really saying about Interlink for quite some time, which is why I was proud and am proud to be
on the team is just that the token has no expiration date. It's not going to vanish from the blockchain.
Don't worry about the token. You know, I have been saying probably for three years now, ever since the first quote unquote exploit we saw, you know, three years ago, that talking about your own chart,
talking about your own price, tweeting your chart, in my opinion, is the death of your
project. Crypto isn't like stocks. It is a it can be very personal. And when people don't like
people in the community, when people don't like the dev, when people don't like the founders,
people will intentionally buy low on those dips with the intention of selling to hurt a project
by Frank. And and you know,
when you said I yell at Frank, yes, I yell at Frank about not shilling interlink,
but not so much the token. Like I said, the token means nothing right now. Let's get the
utilities, let's get the, you know, relationships with other projects, let's help see other projects
like Cod Chain and Vault Vault grow because as they grow,
we grow along with them. So I think the way we've been doing things is right. And not only that,
you know, think about it. When have you ever, or when have I ever, or when have you, Bert or Frank,
ever gotten a DM from a panicked holder being like, oh my God, your chart, I'm about to lose all the money that I put in. We don't get that
because we never had that huge pump where people really overextended and bought in on that big
green candle. And now they're panicked because they see cells. The market sucks all the way
around right now. And I think everyone realizes that when XRP and Solana and Polygon and all those coins
drop in price, it's the memes that get hurt because people want to sell their memes to
buy those blue chips because those are the ones that are going to come back up.
And then typically people roll those profits back in the memes as well.
But Frank has never tried to push the chart.
And I think that's what's really helped him thrive for the last year.
Yeah, I was just going to kind of, you know,
obviously say similar thing is just in the sense of that to me is the biggest
piece, right. Is, you know, is the focus on, and again,
I don't want to lose the message here.
Obviously everyone wants to make money and all that stuff. I get it. I'm not, I'm not in any way, shape or form
trying to, trying to say that. But what I'm saying is, is that if, is that if you look at it and try
and, you know, really break down, how do you go about like changing the narrative? There's a few different ways to me
that you can do that. Way number one is obviously, you know, go out and market and do all those kinds
of things. But the other way to go do that is to build, grab the receipt. A lot of stuff is to build
a lot of different pieces and then share those pieces out. And slowly what happens is,
is that instead of focusing on revenue, people start focusing on the output. So give you an
example. We have a metaverse, we have a Dex coming out, we have a game, we have all the connections
with the different chains, which by the way, is very important to interlink, get the name right
interlink, those connections to all those chains. that's a huge utility for us because that's the connection
and the relationship to to other people so what happens is you start focusing and talking more
about that about the metaverse and what we can do with the blockchain bunch and meta rides and all
these other things and then you start talking about the decks and you start talking about the game and you start talking about all these different
pieces show them sorry you talk about you start talk about all these different pieces
and then it becomes a branding piece and this is what i kind of tell tony are you know on one of
the other teams i work at the the multi-chain man, this is what I tell Tony all the time. If you can get a company to, or a project or a community or whatever, to look
at you as the, the, the action figures that you sell and the beanie babies and the comics and the
cards, and then all of the different utility of going out and, and, and doing social impact
projects with the troglodytes and billionaire fox and all of
these other projects in africa helping people and you do all these different pieces and oh by the
way you have a token and oh by the way you have this other stuff now people are going to see those
things and they see the blockchain bunch name over and over and over again similar to interlink right
now they start going and they want to be involved
and connect with interlink. They want to be involved and connect with anything that they do
because there's so many different pieces to that. That's really, to me, the key is to get out of
this revenue only generation is focus on how can we, you know, brand the business in several different areas with all those foundational
pieces and then focus on the revenue after. Now people are trying to get involved with the brand
and an output is income. It's not getting involved with income and then the output happens to be the
connection with the brand. That's backwards. You want to be involved with the brand first
and then anything that happens, making money might be one of those things
That's secondary and I think that's one of the great things that that we've really tried to focus on with interlink
Obviously, like I was saying with with with the crypto crew and the blockchain bunch
That's something we focused on as well as
What are our various outputs and connections to different communities and things that we can provide, give free value
to other people, other communities, free connection, different things that we give out
that then people want to be involved with, connected with. That's branding so that they
want to be involved with the company and not money. That to me is a key factor.
I just want to touch on one quick thing. And then I know that we have a couple of other speakers
that just came up. When you were talking about SafeMoon, I think one of the things that really helped SafeMoon, you know, there will never be another community
like SafeMoon. I just don't believe it will happen. And again, much of it was toxic,
but a lot of it wasn't. Look at the ones that have still really stuck together.
And some of them who kind of disappeared, but are back now. But one of the things I think that
really made SafeMoon what it was, was it wasn't SafeMoon running spaces. It was the barbershop. It was the water cooler. It was
the Rudy and House show. It was SafeMoon Sunday with Ape and Meg. It was Koura's twice a week
spaces. That is what strengthened SafeMoon to become what it was,
is that we didn't have, we didn't deal with the team. The team wasn't part of it. It was space
hosts. It was multiple different spaces that were running. And then, you know, you had Holly,
you had Nisi, you had Mr. Crypto. They all had their own following around them, now coming into different spaces hearing about SafeMoon.
Then you had Hennessy, Holly, and everybody with the barbershop.
So these are the things that really help
because the different space hosts were affiliated with other projects as well.
And people want to come into a space and they want to hear from the
community. They want to hear what the community thinks of a project. They don't, I don't want to
say they don't want to hear from the team because of course it was great when SafeMoon would do,
you know, whether it was a voice call for everybody on Discord or was doing spaces,
but overall people want to hear from the holders and the community. And I think that is what really made SafeMoon become addictive. And again, yes, some of it was toxic, but overall, the community was a great community. And I think a lot of good came out of it because the people who stuck around saw what worked and saw what didn't work. And that's really important. I see how it is.

because I know he doesn't have too much time, but it is a big piece of the puzzle. So if you guys

It's such a great relationship and a friendship.
We talk to each other on a daily basis,

deal to me it should be a big deal to you guys as investors and like people that support like you
don't even have to be an interlink holder to participate in this um And I will let MetaRides take the stage and explain why.
All right. So first of all, I hit request and I came up as a speaker and I was waiting for the
mic, but Uncle Elon sent me down to listeners and I didn't notice. I was just kind of hanging out
waiting for the mic. Didn't happen. Checked out my phone, realized that I was a listener. So there's that. Okay, Frank, so I'm going to start with this. First of all, you don't have a race car. You
have a race team and it's for your community. So anybody that supports Interlink will have
an opportunity to race for Interlink in addition to each of our other brands that we're partnered
with. But it was easy for us. You know, when we're trying to cherry pick the
brands that make the most sense to start with, Interlink is an up and coming brand, in my opinion.
Frank has made comment before, like he wants to be as big as MetaRides or Stardog someday. I would
argue that he already is. What they have accomplished in one year blows me away. We're
at three years now. And I feel like in many ways,
they've surpassed us in quite a few different aspects of Web3. But I just want to say this,
the concept of having branded vehicles inside multiple games, right? That's what we're building
around with music and brands. It's a perfect fit for Interlink. It's a perfect fit for PAW. It's a perfect fit for Interlink. It's a perfect fit for Paw. It's a perfect fit for
Quakey, Stardogs, Income Islands, so many of the brands in this space, Coins, DigiJoints.
Sorry if I'm missing anybody, but a day's down there. We're talking. I feel like,
and again, I apologize if I missed somebody. I probably did. I feel like the ability to bring people together, similar to Income Island.
Income Island is bringing a lot of brands together. The Interlink building will bring a lot of brands together.
It's important. You know, there's the phrase rising tides.
I think that that is more important than ever in today's landscape with Web3.
Just make sure that you're surrounding yourself the best you can with people you can trust.

And I think that it's super important if you're building this year to set
weekly goals, to set daily goals, you know, not just have a task list, but actually set those
goals and knock them out. If you don't, you're going to end up looking up in November, December
and be like, where did 2025 go? Just make sure that you're hitting those goals every single week,
every single month, et cetera. Fill out the calendar, make those calls, get on, you know, do what you have to do to take the next steps and ultimately put in the work.
And I think that that will help as well. But last year, I would argue that we were hyper-focused on
the raise and partially the build and a lot less about sales. And, you know, when we spoke to
investors, we weren't showing revenue. This year, That's changing. And I think that it's important for, you know, discover what you're doing well and not doing
well and fix it if you need to and move forward. And that's what we're doing this year. So again,
appreciate you guys. I just love this stuff. It's one year, man. Congratulations. And, you know, big props. Awesome.

Yeah, just thank you and happy birthday to you. To make it a year on the meme spaces is definitely an incredible accomplishment, considering the average one lasts about three minutes now.

You sound old enough to have remembered maybe the late 90s in the internet. You could have a cool
domain name and a business plan, and you could raise two or three million bucks if you had the
right dev team behind it. You could be public within 90 days, either doing a reverse merger or an S1.
And next thing you know, your company was worth a hundred million bucks and you didn't even have
a website built and you didn't even have a revenue model. In fact, if you had a revenue model,
nobody would even give you money. And then pets.com came in 99 with $175 million raise. They blew through it
in nine months and that ended the entire business model of premium to premium type business models.
Then the crash of 2000 came, Y2K came. By 2001, if you didn't have a revenue model, you couldn't raise money,
if you weren't a business person, if you didn't have some skills, if you didn't have, like Google
had to hire Eric Schmidt for them to get their money raised to become successful, the game changed. And I kind of feel like that's where
we are in this space. It's the 13%, the visionaries, the DGens, they've proven out a $90 billion
space. It's pretty at its peak, figure about 90 billion. And I think the early majority is looking
at this space and going, this isn't just a meme space.
This isn't just about a butthole coin or something like this.
It's about it's about artists and creators being able to come build a community and fund their projects.
It's about consumers becoming aligned with corporate brands, becoming financially aligned with corporate
brands. It's a much bigger space than what I think people understand. I see it as a multi-trillion
dollar space because it's borderless. It's private. It's decentralized. It's like a decentralized NASDAQ of culture, if you will. And I've been through three incubators
in Silicon Valley. And the first thing they focus on is they focus on brand. They go,
what's your brand? And they run you through a whole bunch of brand tests. And then they say,
okay, what value are you going to provide? What value is your brand going to provide?
the legal and IP and they say, okay, great idea, great brand. Can it be protected? And then they
start looking at that. And then they get into the value of your product and service. Is it a problem
or solution? Or is it a big vision pitch? Or is it a zero to one product, something that's never
And then they jump into marketing and then they say, OK, marketing, great.
What's the size of your market?
And then you've got to go through this whole study of Tam, Sam, some.
And you've got to figure out, you know, how big is your market share?
You know, how how many customers are there actually that you can get after?
And then, of course, they break down and they go into your financials and then, and they figure out one of the most important things. What's your customer
acquisition cost? I'll bet if you ask the majority of meme projects or web three projects,
they couldn't tell you what their CAC is within 25 to $50. They don't know how much it costs to
create a holder. And I'm not talking about just doing an
airdrop and creating a bunch of holders that way. I'm talking about grinding, getting impressions,
getting engagements. Engagements lead to followers. Followers convert into holders. I mean, I know my
numbers inside and out. We convert 8.4% of our ex-followers into holders. I know if I'm going to get to 1,600 holders,
I got to have 21,000 followers on my ex-account. How do I improve that 8.4% conversion rate?
There's all these metrics that you have to go through to build a successful business. Then
they go through, finally, market risk, market opera, who's going to crush you if your business model is successful?
Where are the market opportunities that if it is successful, who can you partnership with and get momentum by doing partnerships and growing your brand even faster?
And then the final thing they do with you is they work on your pitch, you know, after you've gotten that all done.
And I think what happens in our space
is kind of a pre 2000. Oh, I got I got an image. I got a pitch. I'm just going to put it out there
and see if it if it grabs hold. And if it does, great. You know, next thing you know, Jed's a
millionaire. But I think we're entering a stage where companies like yours, you know, your people,
some of these people aren't thinking about setting up a corporation,
raising capital through a safe agreement, putting fast agreements in place for their founders and
advisors and really building a corporate structure. That's what I'm doing with Bougie.
I've been in the tech business for 35 years. I started in 91 or 90 and a half. I got in and started pitching
email and websites and browsers and e-commerce. And I went through the whole six disruptions
before crypto came along. And that was the seventh disruption, which was the book I wrote,
The Seventh Disruption, The Rise of the Digital Currency Billionaire in 2015. And I just think we look at this space.
I posted an article on the Purple Pill about from Fartcoin to BrandFi. Some of y'all might
find it an interesting read. I put out a couple articles a week on my X page, but I just see this
as a multi-trillion dollar industry. The people that are taking it serious that,
kind of, I hate to say it,
get away from the degenerate mentality
and get more to the regenerate mentality
where we have a little bit of a reclamation of moral
and spiritual values and principles.
And it's not as much PVP as it is,
or right now it's PVD, but nothing wrong with PVP,
but partnering with other organizations,
figuring out how you can leverage, figuring out how you can become more interoperable,
figuring out how you can lower your customer acquisition costs, driving more revenue streams.
Folks, this is real business that we're in. It's not this casino of pump fun. I just hope it dies because we have a
really, really awesome space that we're in. I hope you all look at it a little bit differently
after hearing what I've said. I appreciate what you all are talking about. I feel like I'm in the
twilight zone right now listening to you all because most of the spaces don't talk,
you know, about some of the things
you all are talking about, but it's a big time.
You know, folks, we've got green lights everywhere right now.
You know, there's 300 billion sitting in dry powder
on the sidelines right now, just in the United States.
There's 3 trillion sitting in dry powder
around the world. They're all just sucking up these 5% Fed fund rates. They're making 8%
pre-tax, after tax, because it's a tax-free instrument. And they're sitting back. But the
minute those rates drop to 3%, folks, that money is going to be coming flooding into Bitcoin. The damn Bitcoin white
papers hanging in the White House, for God's sake. They've dropped all the lawsuits.
They've given means the blessing. They've given NFTs the blessing. We've got a crypto-friendly
SEC commissioner, green lights at every part of the intersection,
every walk sign is says walk on it right now. And I got to tell you, is as these gas prices
come down in the United States and discretionary income starts rising, we are going to have and
I'm telling you right now, we're going to have the biggest bull run in crypto that we've ever seen
from September to the end of the year and
through the next three years if Trump pulls off everything he's trying to pull off right now.
So I just hope everybody's excited, dialed in, grinding as hard as Interlink is and Rudy. It's
just a fabulous time for us all to be involved and don't listen to the naysayers. They're stupid.

to touch really quickly. You know, we focus a lot and I'm glad you pointed that out. We focus a lot
on education. Education in our opinion has to be the most important in this space. If we can't
educate new people or existing people on how to be safe or how to do your own research.
We joke about this a lot that for years you hear people say constantly,
not financial advice, do your own research, but nobody actually tells anybody how to do their own research.
So by us focusing on that and not necessarily shilling our token or shilling the metaverse,
we can't keep recycling what's
there about six seven percent mass adoption right now we can't keep recycling that same money it's
not going to happen and the only way to bring new money in is to make the space appealing
so you know we do spaces and take part in spaces you know that talk about mental health physical
health you know exercise nutrition we focus focus because I do a lot of advocacy
with sex trafficking. And granted, it's not crypto. It's not necessarily helping the price of
anybody's token. But it's showing people, you know, when we first donated to Shepard's Watch,
one of the first things it was like, oh, no, you know, we can't be involved in crypto,
you do realize that crypto is used in trafficking people. Okay, I understand
that they have that opinion. But then they saw the crypto community come together and raise over
$2,000 for them several months back. So by getting involved in real world stuff and not always
focusing on crypto and focusing on education, you're putting new eyes not just on Interlink,
or on Pawchain, or DigiJoints, or any of the projects that come up, you know, bougie.
We're focusing on bringing new people in that are going to see crypto in a different light.
And I think that has to be important in these spaces also.
Rudy, I'm sending you a link I actually work with a sex trafficking charity in in Atlanta and basically what their goal is to to bring the like the adult entertainers out of the business
and we have the whole fire department works with it I can't tell you how many I think we've
intervened on almost 380 uh cases and it's uh really i'd love to do i'd love to get you into
one of our spaces for our website yeah please do send it to me and i'd love to get you into one of
our spaces when we focus on that and since you're you know looking at the adult industry you might
want to look at the um flight attendant industry as well but we can definitely hook up for a space. I've heard about it. My son who's flying
up, working to fly F-18s, dates a Delta flight attendant. So we've heard all about that.
Really? Yeah. I'd love to, love to do a space. I always, you know, always want to learn more
about what other people learn. You know, when that goes with anything, it's not just about
sex trafficking. We say this in all the spaces. If you have a platform, use it to educate people about what you're passionate about.
You know, we make change one person at a time.
And I know it sounds so cliche and I never believed it.

Good. Bert, you have anything uh you have anything for bougie no man I mean I I just was gonna say I mean everything bougie said was the stuff I've been
saying forever so it's and the the piece that you know that you guys have heard me say that forever
the the the correlations to you know the late 90 90s and where we are and where the Internet was.
And I mentioned pet.com more times and bark and all those things and spaces than I can even count.
So to me, like we do really well on, you know, a lot of the education pieces or at least we're better.
Right. Then on a lot of the education pieces that we that we focus on, on security and some of those things now. Obviously, we can still do better,
but I do feel like the one piece that would be helpful for people would be that entire process
that, you know, I've mentioned that Bougie's just went over and what all of that
actually means, right? Like, and when I say things like, if you have XYZ project, utility,
NFT, whatever it is, if you have that, do you have the ability to go out and talk to XYZ Corporation?
Can you have those conversations?
Are you able to, as a business, have those conversations, right?
Like I never mentioned investor because obviously that can be a weird word here in Web3, which
is something I think we need to change.
But that to me is the other side of it.
And exactly what Bougie was saying is what I think we need to change. But that to me is the other side of it. And exactly
what Bougie was saying is what I've said, the education piece on what is your business. And I
hate to say it like that because it sounds rude, but is it a viable business or is it a hobby?
And there's nothing wrong with that. You can turn a hobby into a business, but do you know how to do
that? Do you have people that understand what that is?
Because I'm going to sit right here and say, like, if you listen to everything that Bougie said,
just, you know, 10 minutes ago, and you understood about 10% of it, you know, you probably need to
do a little bit of, of research and education on what all that stuff is, because that's where,
I mean, I don't care if it's web three,
Like any new emerging industry is going to go through that same process in some way.
And so it's, I think it's imperative that that piece of education improves in this space
because there is a lot of really smart people and there's a lot of really, you know, great
lot of really smart people and there's a lot of really great people in this space. But again,
I've said this so many times, it is an entirely different conversation when you were talking
about running a business. And I wouldn't necessarily go out and think that I could do
something that I couldn't do or that I haven't done just without researching it, understanding
what that means and stuff.
And that means every piece of a company, right?
The, the suite, the C suite of any company is there and we know all the names and we
know all the positions, but there's actual pieces of, of a company of, of an actual output
and company that, that exists, that those positions manage.
They're not just titles. And it's such a good breakdown of what it
takes to go out and raise money and build and scale and grow, man. Again, I would second
everything he said. If you get a chance, go read everything that he does. That kind of stuff is so
invaluable in this space, that information on what it takes to actually have a business. And I think to me, and I do this all
the time as a coach, um, you know, like there's nothing wrong with being wrong, right? There's
nothing wrong with that. If you're not self-aware, I am, I'm, I'm, I feel I'm one of the biggest,
most self-aware people ever. I want people to tell me when I'm messing up, when I'm screwing
up, when I'm wrong, because then I can't get better. How am I ever going to improve if I don't know if I'm not doing
something correctly? And so to me, like the ability to be self-aware and say, Hey, yeah,
I want to improve X, Y, Z, or I want to do this for the world, or I just want to create this NFT
line and scale this company and grow it and whatever. But man, I really don't know what
company as we start to bring in money. And what happens is again, the best laid plans of mice and
men, but if you don't have a business plan, if you don't understand what all that is and you
launch a token and all of a sudden one of your team members is staring at, you know, $972,000
two days later, like that's where stuff happens. The breakdowns, because you've never been
in and around that. And you didn't have a business plan. You launched a project and you had no real
idea what we were doing. And, and to me, like, like you said, like Bougie said, the whole pump
fun thing and all that stuff, like education around what it actually takes, I think starts
to solve a lot of that. So I mean, I second

interlink. We love to educate. There's so many different avenues that come with like web two

interlink as well so um our first asset really is just to
onboard people into cannabis but we grew into so much more had a chance again to collaborate
with many projects coming into this space i do a show every day monday through sunday

crypto using solana and also purchasing you know cannabis with coins uh so we try to full circle
it bring it back into our ecosystem uh pretty much with our brands and what we do so uh we do
stuff with like meta rides as well like we got cars coming into an interlink we're gonna do some
stuff here so really how do
we involve uh the tech that's right in front of us uh to our real world and crypto businesses that
are out here um so when we're doing this out here oh kiddo's calling me i'll be right there i'll be
right there so i'll be right there but you know i got the kiddo here this weekend but uh yeah man
our show is really based on uh onboarding into the blockchain every day.
We're on Solana as well, our tickers coins.

So really, we just try to find any use case for IRL and how to bring them into the blockchain on a daily basis and make gains out here.

So we're building into like actual dispensaries,
not just online dispensaries, also hemp farms. We do a lot of big things with like Tav Canna.
He does global stuff with the cannabis industry at conventions and, you know, regulations of
cannabis and states. So we're really just trying to destigmatize the whole brand of cannabis. The
two hardest things for me is to
actually brand with companies because I am a cannabis brand uh so really just trying to break
the walls down to show people that we can't involve cannabis with the brand uh just on a matter of how
we approach it I guess in in many ways and styles so um you know outside of my cannabis brand that's
why I made my ticker coins uh this way it could be a general thing where I can actually get a little more, I guess, into spots.
So it's not just a cannabis brand.
It's more of a generalized brand for us.
So, you know, really, that's really what I try to do out here every day.
And now, you know, now that the metaverses are coming,
I'm a heavy promoter as well. So a lot of the people I do brand with, I promote for them too.
Like Interlink's saying right now, we're getting our DigiJoints monetized. So anybody who's a
DigiJoint, we're going to get them monetized. Anybody who feels wants to, and it does take a
couple of weeks. So we really just, again, it's about bringing money back into the space, not trying to rip it out.
And really just onboard people to many levels, to a $2 music track, to a $50 NFT, to, you know, whatever they want to invest into out here.
So, yeah, we're going to be doing a lot of promotion for Interlink now, as well as we do a collaboration with you guys and how we bring digi
joints in the morning show into uh and you know an environment so again another goal of mine is
how do we bring people from twitter to other spaces that are actually being built out here
so we do a lot of spatial hopping metaverse jumping so we'll bring our show with 200 people
in it over to a metaverse and try to bring as many people from the show

Well, why don't you give us the rundown of on-chain
and how it's going to help the ecosystem?
I mean, it's not even just our ecosystem.
It's all of crypto in a whole.
But being able to be a part of it as Interlink is a massive, massive piece of the puzzle that I think is definitely going to help the project and the overall crypto community.
I've just literally gone through your listeners and it's quite amazing.
A lot of them, obviously um they obviously got different names
on telegram uh or they've got different projects but the ones i can see there's quite a few here
um there's like vault bird dog sharks yourself and also kenji there's pretty quite a few of them
in here have already signed up and uh yeah we've got a crazy amount of projects signed up to the
platform already we'll be launching in well we'll be releasing should we say
the first product in two weeks and it will pretty much revolutionize the whole
space but I won't go too much into the whole ecosystem because we'll do that on
the show afterwards and it's actually done by StreamYard
so we'll actually have visuals so we can actually show you the projects instead of just talking
about it we can actually go in depth what it's going to look like but on chain we've been building
for many years now and we are trying to build a platform that brings web two into web three, all the newbies

seconds swap it in seconds and sell it in seconds uh it's pretty incredible uh one last thing and i'll
because we've got to show i'll go through everything is we do have a clearing protocol
uh so it's really important to understand that we don't accept every single token um the only
tokens we accept are safe tokens or safe as can be in the crypto space so a token when they sign up to us they'll get 16
point check instantly and if they clear the clearing protocol they'll come into our ecosystem
it just means that it's a safe place so the tokens that we take they're as safe as can be they've got
a lot liquidity or burn liquidity they don't have high buy and sell tax they don't have aggressive
There is no pump and dumps in our ecosystem. That's what I'm trying to get at. There's no scams or anything. And yeah, it's pretty unique. It's the first of its kind. And we've been very
lucky that we've had the waitlist three and a half, four months now. And we've been very,

The way we look at it is Amazon has the perfect flow. They've got designed it absolutely amazing.
You can go to Amazon and buy a product on Amazon and it's pretty much instant. At the moment in
crypto, this is the flow. You have to buy Amazon coin, wait 20 minutes on this
app or this website. And then once you've got it through the ramps of the exchange or go for a
ramp itself, like a Moonpay, then you then can go over into Amazon and buy your Amazon product.
If that was the flow of Amazon, it would go bust. You don't need to buy Amazon coin.
If you walk into McDonald's and they tell you to go over there into another shop, wait 20 minutes and collect McDonald's coin, people just would walk out the store.
So unfortunately, in crypto, that's how we do it.
We always need to know what chain we're on.
You don't need to change should
be irrelevant to the customer when i go into coinbase or if i go into binance it's irrelevant
what chain the tokens on i can just buy it and i can swap it and i can sell it um so it this will
be like that where you can literally you'll go into our domain and or our app or whatever and you'll just buy swap and sell
chains would be irrelevant now um there'll be no need for a project ever to mention what chain
they're on it's just irrelevant um i get it all the time like we had a base token yesterday and
it was like some people struggle to get over to base um and i'm like why and they're like yeah
because you've got to go to uniswap and you've got to do a couple of clicks and get it over to your base.
I'm like, why can't they just press two, literally type their credit card details in and literally press buy?
And they're like, there's nothing out there.
And now I said to them, imagine the world where that is the world, the new world.
There's all these new chains. There's all these new chains there's all these new
exchanges there's all this there's all this so many new stuff and then it's just so complicated
for new people to come in all crypto people in general they just want to buy swap and sell and
hold and but yeah they've over complicated yeah, it'll be the first wallet
that has a one-click instant buy.
We also give data points to all the projects.
They get their own dashboard
where you can literally see
what countries people are buying from.
The payment links that we give out,
how much money is coming through those payment links.
You can give these payment links out to influencers.
And then if you pay them two, three grand to chill your token, you can actually see the traffic that
comes through that payment link. So you can actually call them out. They bring in zero.
If your community members have these payment links, you can actually see how they're performing
and then reward them. But again, data points, you can have a payment link on your website,
your Telegram and on your Twitter, and you can actually see where your traffic is coming from.
So it's pretty cool. And yeah, there's so many data points in the dashboard.
But again, power to the projects. Now they can get a coffee in the morning.
First thing they do is look at their dashboard and see everything, how many real holders they have, how much money they've taken per day, how many holders they've collected that day. They'll get all the data points they could ever dream of. And again, data is king.
And unfortunately, no one really supplies these data points, like what countries people are coming
from. But because we're a ramp, we get all that. So it's pretty cool. Sweet, man. Well,

showing them what we're capable of doing
and how they can expand their brand
into a digital environment
where, you know, you're able to go in and socialize and, you know, go see a movie with your friends in the movie theater in the metaverse
and, you know, talk to each other, laugh, joke, you know, your avatar is sitting side by side,
sitting side by side, you know, just like if you were sitting in a movie theater in real life,
going in the Interlink building, you know, going in there. Eventually, they'll have their arcade
in there. You'll be able to play different games, go up to the penthouse and, you know, be able to,
you know, watch a stream, everybody together, like, you know, know fight night and you're part of that um
that family they're enjoying that um there's so many things really like frank said he's come to
me he's like can we do this and i'm like yep we can do that hey can we do this yep we can do that
i mean really the possibilities are endless We're in conversations with universities around the world wanting to potentially, you know, put their facilities in the metaverse so that people from all over the world can, you know, go and take courses.
Maybe they can't afford to, you know, travel to the U.S. to take classes, but they want to. And they can do it
through the metaverse. You know, maybe they want an idea of what a campus looks like. Well, instead
of watching a video or looking at photos, now they could do a full walk through the campus
inside the metaverse. You know, you can sell whatever products, physical or digital, and then have it
delivered to your home. You know, we've had people who have ordered food from within our metaverse,
and then, you know, been able to, you know, have that for dinner, you know, it's been delivered to
their home. And they've had, you know, well, for that person, they had ordered Burger King using Deliveroo, which is your delivery service over in the UK. But anything is possible. And it's amazing,
you know, what people are, you know, bringing to the table, they're like, hey, you know,
we want to do this, this and this, and we're bringing it to life. And it's still early,
you know, there's so much that's going to be done, so much that's going to be built.
You know, by 2026, they're saying that there's going to be over $50 billion in that industry for the metaverse.
By 2030, they're expecting it to be a multi-trillion dollar industry.
So this is early. People who are getting in,
building now, they're really getting in on the ground floor, whether it's with, you know,
our metaverse income island or, you know, another digital world that's, you know, being created.
These are all going to be connected at some point, just like the internet where you can travel from,
you know, website to website, browser to browser. You know, it's the same thing is going to happen with these digital environments. You'll be able to walk through a portal from Decentraland to Income Island or to Sandbox or Roblox or, you know, any one of these digital platforms. And it's exciting to see where it's going.
So that is what we are doing.

So, I mean, it's awesome what Stardogs and Income Island and MetaRise and all these guys are doing in this metaverse.
Like, they started talking about it and it was one of those things that I was just like, the metaverse is going to be the future at some point.
Like, if you take out even just the metaverse, but like virtual reality stuff, like's it's going to start being a part of us
um and just like he's saying like universities like doing classes online but imagine being in
like a classroom a virtual reality classroom or like a metaverse where but right now like how our
building is set up like a mall, he was talking about the arcade.
So if you guys down there have a game, you don't even have to be a project.
If you're a game developer, you can get a hold of us and say, hey, I have a game.
I don't have a project or anything like that, but I want to make it.
I want to bring it to life.
We have room in the arcade just for that reason.
Someone can walk around and just play your game,
and then it'll open up a conversation or they'll start following you on X.
But that's what that whole arcade is for.
Bring people together and showcase your thing.
And then, I mean, like the art galleries,
you can put your art around it.
We have different advertisement opportunities
We have a huge billboard that wraps around the top of the building which it was soon as you go into
income island that's like one of the main attractions that like you see is this huge
interlink building all the way at the top of the mountain they have this income island sign
that says i mean it just says income island but it looks like the Hollywood sign. Our building is on top of that mountain that overlooks absolutely everything. And I always tell everybody that it's like you get these metaverses that they kind of look like blocky and video game-ish and stuff. joints is is all about it all about the metaverse we're going to get them in there um and anybody
else if you guys have any idea like like, Paulchain, your wallet.
If you guys want to figure out a way to do, like, just tossing out ideas.
You guys want to figure out how to do, like, a Paulchain bank or something like that.

Like, he can put little robots all around his little room or something like that
