We will start in two minutes.
So, greetings and welcome and good day to all the ladies to all various time zones.
Happy International Women's Day.
Hi, my name is Vivian and I'm from CoinX Global, just a short intro about CoinX, a global crypto
exchange that was founded in 2017 and offers various trading services to users all over
the world, and we're in the world, and we're in the world, and we're in the world, and we're in
the world, and we regularly host online and on ground campaigns and provide daily updates on the crypto industry. So be sure to follow our social channels, CoinX Global, Twitter, CoinX.com.
And finally, and finally, and finally, and finally, and finally, and finally, we'll be rewarding 15 random listeners to share the 4,500 CET. So make sure you guys sign up with our accounts to claim it.
All right. Enough of my speaking now. I want to introduce, because I'm really excited by our guest speakers here.
Okay, I'm going to start with Ilo Candenas, a doctor in financial engineering and CEO at Montenegue Personal Exchange, and also it's a private digital exchange regulated by the Central Bank of El Salvador,
offering personalized services to all Central America. We have Cyber Shakti, a Glitch artist and founder of
LensSpots XYZ, the Web3 canvas powered by NFTs. Exciting things. And Muskan Jen, our business development manager at Tsunami, a Web3 venture builder.
Sima Bhaktas, IT lawyer, very experienced, and co-founder at Uplace, an AI-powered provider of
co-working space and events. And also very touching to the theme, a co-founder at
Crypto Female, a Turkish Web3 community.
And the final one of our exciting guests is Unis Diwong, a crypto trader, influencer, and growth marketing advisor for our Web3 projects.
All right. That was a long mouthful, but let's let the guests introduce themselves.
Hi, Ilo. Do you want to introduce yourself?
Yes. Thank you very much. First of all, I want to thank HiNex for this invitation, and I am very pleased to be able to be with this enormous group of women who we surely have very interesting things to share on this day.
On this day, I'm Eloisa, Elo Cadenas, and I'm from Mexico, but I am working in El Salvador.
I have a financial, I have a PhD in financial engineering, and I have around 10 years in the crypto world.
Amazing. Thank you. And is, okay, shall we have a guest with Mascan Jan for now?
Hey, everyone. Happy Women's Day to all of you who are girls here, and thank you so much for hosting me, Vivian.
My name is Mascan Jan, and I am fresher in college right now, and probably younger than most of y'all here.
And I started my Web3 journey eight or seven to eight months ago, and I've worked with two companies.
One is Matcha, and one is Tsunami, and I've worked as developer relations intern, and now I'm as business developer manager at Tsunami.
And yeah, I've been loving the Web3 space until now and continuously learning everything.
That would be my introduction.
Thank you. Lovely. Lovely to have some new young blows here.
Okay, let's go with Sima Bakhtas. Do you want to talk, introduce yourself to us?
Hi, Vivian. Thank you so much. Invite me to this great day and wonderful little ladies.
Hi, everyone. Hi, everyone again. My name is Sima Bakhtas, and I'm from Turkey, Istanbul, the city of the cats.
So actually, since 2017, I'm in crypto space, and my professional area is Web3 legal.
But at the same time, we have communities called Crypto Freemail. I'm the one of the co-founder.
And also, now we have our own startup. It's Web 2.5. It's called U-Place.
So legal side, and also consulting project, and also community.
And also, I'm a master student of Barcelona University's blockchain technology.
Yeah, yeah, I'm happy to be here. Let's talk.
Amazing. So later with many hats, too.
And while we're waiting for Sima Bakhtas, can we invite Eunice to do a little brief introduction of yourself, too?
Yeah, no worries. Hi, everyone. I'm Eunice.
Everyone knows me as Crypto Unicorn on Twitter, also on Instagram, Juni Wong.
People know me as Crypto Trader, also ventured out to Project Advising as well.
And people also know me as a lifestyle travel blogger, so it's a bunch of other things.
I've been in crypto since COVID.
It all started unexpectedly, just because I was at home, and I was bored, and I started doing that.
No financial background, and now everything is history.
A lot of people actually do pick up new habits slash interest, and this one is now booming.
All right, okay, so Sabish actually is still on the way, still reaching out to you guys, excitingly.
So just waiting for them for the time being.
But we'll always have a chance for her to introduce herself and talk a little bit more.
So now I'm just going to start with some questions to individuals, to our industry heroines and female leaders.
Okay, and can I just start with Elo?
Elo, just please share your experience as a doctorate in financial engineering and being in the Web3 industry as a decision-maker of a private digital exchange.
Could you provide more insight into your background in financial engineering and its relevance to your role as a CEO at Montanay?
How does your expertise in financial engineering influence your approach to leading Montanay?
Well, in the first question, studying engineering already implies a challenge because in my country, which is Mexico, the participation of women is this type of career is still low.
In the PhD, the challenge was not being a woman.
The challenge was being waiting to do a PhD using Bitcoin as a research topic.
Bitcoin was very difficult for me to explain with the academic and the school, with all the people.
Nobody knows about Bitcoin and no one wanted to help me.
But fortunately, I found a woman, an actuary, who helped me to carry out my studies.
And this was in 2013 when Bitcoin was a little known and much less known in Latin America.
So it was very difficult because the doctors and the universities know nothing about Bitcoin.
So regarding my position as director of a private exchange, I have many challenges.
First, making yourself hair with your partners and teams, for example, legal, technology, finance, etc.
And on another hand, gaining the trust of your clients, the latter is most important because you must convey to them all times that you know what you are talking about and that you know the topic.
So the digital asset industry is constantly subject to fraud of money laundering and that causes great uncertainty.
Therefore, you must be very confident when you talk to your clients because you have their money in your hands.
So in this business, as a woman, I have to be assertive, especially because many people underestimate you for being a woman.
And this is not very, very easy because you need to be very, very smart and you need to be very, you need to have, like, I don't know, how can I say, but like a hard profile.
All right, definitely, definitely, definitely needs to be sound and confident because, you know, clients are trusting you with their money, their finances in your hands.
So definitely, totally agree.
And then how does Monetate contribute into advancing digital exchanges in Central America, particularly regarding regulatory compliance and share?
Can you please share with us in detail about it?
So the regulatory compliance.
The compliance is very important for us, really, really important for us, because in Latin America, there are strong money laundering problems, particularly in my country, Mexico.
So do this situation, countries have strong regulations in that part, for example, in El Salvador, we have two compliance officers who must know the FF or GAFI, the compliance institution regulations.
That is, practically all countries, they need to report to the Financial Intelligence Unit, and we, as a company, have the obligation to request from all our clients the document that supports the origin of the funds.
So the practice in the compliance or security, or, yeah, compliance or analysis for the origin of the funds is very important, because it's dangerous in Central America, in Latin America, basically.
So, Saibha Shakti has actually joined us.
Thank you for joining us when you just get off the flight.
But, yeah, I would also like you to introduce yourself a little, and then I'll join with some of your questions.
My ears haven't popped yet, actually.
But, yeah, I wanted to, I wanted to be here and, you know, talk to all the wonderful ladies on the panel and the audience.
You know, this is such an exciting space that everybody has been looking forward to, so a brief introduction to who I am.
So, I started out in this space as an artist and I, today, am a founder of two companies in this space.
One of them is, one of them is on-chain Canva.
We enable content creators to make content better.
We enable permissionless for labs.
And we are enabling micropayments across six chains.
So, essentially, in one line, it means that you can remix your NFTs, you can turn them into memes, and you can share them to your favorite web-free social platforms like Lens, Parcaster.
And you can, you can, you know, split revenue.
So, essentially, you know, never in the history of content creation has the meme template creator been ever actually, you know, edited on-chain.
So, we are enabling people to share their creations, make secondary incomes on them, and earn fair rev share on them, across any chain, actually.
And I'm also the founder of Quack.
Quack is a social layer on top of Solana.
So, essentially, we are bringing the full social experience to Solana in a more soul-native way.
Because, you know, you have Lens that is Polygon, and then you have Parcaster, which is heavily, you know, E10, L2-driven.
So, you know, why should Solana miss out on all the fun?
So, think of Quack as a way where Solana creators, Solana builders can actually now engage and find more distribution in a very soul-native way.
You don't have to have, like, an EVM wallet to experience frames now.
So, for example, any dApp can create, like, a frame-and-find distribution with social media, with Quack.fun.
I'm going to follow up with your questions to run with the flow.
So, there's some background noise over there.
So, for yourself, then, in the rapidly evolving world of NFTs, what absolute unique features or innovations does Lance Post bring to the table?
And how do you envision it shaping the future of digital art and content creation on the Web3 platform?
Great question, actually.
You know, till now, we always keep saying that, hey, you know, you bought the JPEG, right?
You bought it for the JPEG.
What do you do with the JPEG now?
You know, now anybody can expand their IP.
Anybody can make memes out of the NFTs.
Anybody can remix the NFTs in one click.
And, yes, you do not need to know art or design skills to use this platform.
Because the beauty of this is, this is made for people who do not have design skills but still want to make great content and share it on-chain.
So, we also sort of help you monetize your creations as templates.
So, essentially, this is finding new ways to, you know, collaborate, permissionless with people.
And anybody whose asset that you use in your creation is actually getting paid out.
So, to put it in, say, like, simple words, anybody can permissionlessly collaborate.
Anybody can, you know, use anybody's assets and then give them a fair share.
You know, in college projects, somebody does the work but somebody misses out on the credit.
You're not just getting shout-outs credit but you're also getting paid if your asset is used.
And you do not even need to be an active collaborator for that.
So, everybody can actually be part of the fun.
With or without NFTs, we're making NFTs fun for the whole world.
NFT started with, you know, like, very random art and it went boom in 2022, I remember.
And then it's kind of come back with another storm.
You know, NFTs might, you know, the term might change but the concept of owning your data, owning your asset and then being able to do fun things with it is just beginning.
Could you also share more about Quacksman's role as a social layer for Solana for your second project?
How does it integrate with Solana ecosystem and what opportunities does it offer to the community engagement and interaction within the rapidly growing Solana community?
Solana community is one of the most robust creative communities out there.
And like I was mentioning, right, we are trying to bring, like, a very seamless social layer to Solana so more and more people can connect, find their own tribe.
And, you know, for not just content creators, but we are bringing, like, interesting ways in which any person building on Solana can actually have a token extension which enables endless possibilities.
Imagine any DAB that exists can use this extension and enable, you know, interesting experiences similar to open actions or frames.
So, for example, there's Qubic on Solana, right, which is, like, a quadratic funding platform.
They can enable, like, a quick frame on our platform and people can, like, you know, contribute to their favorite campaigns directly from the feed without leaving the feed.
Or creators, for example, you know, why do sort of so many people have trouble selling because, hey, you need to chill yourself on Twitter, you need to take them to another link, you need to take them to another platform, maybe they don't have wallet connectivity, etc., etc., right?
And you miss out on a potential sale.
Imagine that you're, like, scrolling your quack feed, you're seeing amazing NFTs, and you like it, and you buy directly from the feed without leaving the feed.
It's bringing the fun to your feed right in front of, like, the audience that you want to build.
Okay, moving on to Muskan Jain.
As a developer relations slash a business developer professional at Tsunami, how do you foster collaboration within the Web3 Venture Builder ecosystem?
So, it's like, I am roughly one month in Tsunami, and what does Tsunami do?
It's like an early-stage venture builder.
We do integrated hackathon, and then we also fund projects.
So, first of all, we give out bounties to projects from AI, ML domain, AI, ML, and Web3 domain.
And then the best 20 projects go to the IC, which is the investment committee of Tsunami.
And investors are from Europe, USA, and a lot of other regions.
And Tsunami also co-invests.
And this is how the Tsunami ecosystem works.
We also have a platform called Foundants, where these people can do on-chain agreements.
And how I am fostering collaboration is that we needed a lot of participants right now.
We needed a lot of applications.
So, I'm just collaborating on a deeper level with a lot of communities in India.
It was easy for me to collaborate in India because I already have connections.
But outside, it's very new for me.
And being in a Berlin-based startup, where everybody is from Berlin, and I am the only one in India, it's very fun.
The learning curve is very steep here.
I talk to all the people from Europe every day, and it's such a good experience for me.
Plus, I'm also being involved in a lot of DAOs and communities and working deeply with them on how to just increase the visibility of Tsunami
and get in more applicants and share a word about Tsunami more and more.
And also, it seems like you're the main decision maker of India, it seems like.
That must be a very exciting journey as one month into the company.
The second question for you will be, how do you actually balance your role as a developer relations expert with your continuous learning and growth in the Web3 industry?
What kind of advice would you give to the young listeners aspiring to follow a similar path in their career?
So just after my high school, I started hustling like it was a very good period of time that I had in my life in which I started doing a lot of courses.
I took a lot of courses for marketing.
I started doing front-end development.
And I used to build my personal brand over Twitter.
And I used to get a lot of opportunities.
So due to that, I was not able to just focus on my college more.
So I had to drop out from there.
And I also enrolled myself into a degree where I don't need to go to college anymore.
I just go for giving examinations.
So getting influenced by me, some people also think about like dropping out and all of this stuff.
But I want to say that if you are very firm with your decisions, if you have very good backup plans, and if you know you're going to be consistent at it, only then take very goated decisions in your life.
Because these might have very bad consequences in your life afterwards.
And I just want to say to every young person that follows me, that just choose your domain and work hard towards it.
And just like how I did it, I started with coding.
And then I realized slowly that I am more of a business development person.
I don't like to code a lot.
So that's why I switched my path.
And now I'm doing business development in Tsunami.
You know, it's also a very brave shot because, you know, it's scary to change career.
It's also, you know, really scary to also change a bit of direction in life as well.
Thank you so much for sharing.
Let's move on to Sima Bhaktas.
For you, as an IT lawyer and a co-founder of YouPlace and Crypto Female, how do you navigate legal complexities in the Web3 landscape?
Do you hear me right now?
So, basically, this is a very complex, you know, topic.
It depends which field we should talk about.
As you know, blockchain is a very huge scala, as you know.
So, not only one project I can describe.
There is mostly recently, as Ello, right?
She mentioned about so much compliance issue, AMR issue in their country.
So, this is the same thing in also blockchain area.
And as you know, first of all, when the blockchain was established, it was mostly anonymous and the regulatory side doesn't really understand so much blockchain.
And it's, like, last, not last, like, first five and ten years, it was in on the process.
Not everybody understands what's going on exactly in this blockchain sector.
So, it was much more freedom, but at the same time, it was much more a problem.
As you know, like, so many scam projects around, at the last report of China, this says that 78% of the blockchain are totally was scammed.
So, only just 25% of our project are serious projects.
And just for this 25% project, only 10% can get success.
So, as you see, it's a huge, huge problem we are faced.
And how, you know, like, everybody talking about, like, blockchains, animals, and freedom, and transparency.
But at the same time, there is also a huge problem for the investor.
You know, like, most of investors are losing money if the project owners are not reliable and if they are not following the rules.
So, as you know, right now, everybody talk about blockchain law, and now Mika, European Union regulations are, right now, it will be officially in June.
We are expecting in June.
And also, Turkey have their, we are also talking in new regulation, and we are on this stage.
And then, as you know, now, this year, and following this year, it will be more, we will talk about law.
We have to talk about that, to be honest.
And because, as you know, 70%, more than 70% of our project are, if totally scam and try to scam people,
So, we should protect investors, right?
So, at that point, it will be more, more, more important.
So, I believe that it should be more a lawyer and more regulatory.
It will be on this stage.
So, this is basically, I am doing this legal advisory for the blockchain project.
This is the scope of the project, as I see.
And my other observation is, like, you know, when we, at the beginning, when I was talking about crypto and law, nobody liked it, to be honest.
And they, yeah, they say, oh, FEMA, that's why we don't want, we are blockchain, we don't care about that.
But the same people, when they are scammed, when they, someone steals their money, they just immediately come and ask me how I can take my money.
So, I say, you want to be anonymous, you don't want to connect it with any governmental bodies.
But when they are hurt, when they need to do something, then they want to regulation side.
So, this is the, yeah, and also about our project also, it's my observation, by the way, somebody can reject.
I don't believe totally Web3 project can be established and can be perfect fit for the future, you know, because we should contact with, yes, from my observation, it should be any way we need to contact with centralized systems, you know.
My observation, it's much more Web 2.5, it's more realistic project.
So, Web 2.5, it's, of course, token metrics and like payment system.
But at the end of the project, we have to collaboration with centralized system.
So, 100% blockchain is not for, I don't think it's realistic.
That's why so many projects cannot be sustainability and cannot be survived.
So, they should focus on also how they can build the project with the centralized system, how they can have connection with this.
So, this is a very long, you know, conversation.
As a lawyer, we like to talk so much.
No, you please interrupt me and then if you want to ask any other question, I'd love to answer.
Obviously, when it's talking about crypto, everyone wants that freedom and when it comes to lawyer, that means rules and regulations.
That might be the reason, one of the reasons why they probably want to brush it off, right?
And also, the next thing.
The next thing would be, it's kind of like always to be fascinating to explore emerging applications of AI too.
Could you also provide insights into how AI shapes co-working spaces and events and its significance within web through community and traditional space, especially like you place?
Yeah, I'm super excited about this project because, you know, like, as you know, blockchain and not only after COVID, everybody become working remotely.
And so, there is a new generation working style established all around the world.
So, but, for example, when I travel around, when I travel, last time I was in, I couldn't find, like, suitable workplace, like coffee and, like, silent place and plugging place and then to working, you know?
And I was working in a pizza place in Milano because there's no place to work.
So, you place is, is actually, we open our coffee shop in Beşiktaş, Istanbul for working area.
And most of coffee shops are right now so crowded, so much music.
And we, as I said, we find, we have this place for working style coffee shop, you know, like, upgrade of Starbucks, I can say.
So, so we, we want to have mobile application, people connected to each other and then also finding suitable coffee shop or work area and they can find easily the places.
Not only, this seems like Web 2, but we have also Web 3 solution, like, they can have their own token and they can subscribe in token and utility token.
They can use drinking coffee and subscribe of the application.
So, this is not launched yet.
One month later, it will be App Store and they can use it.
And it will be listed all the co-working spaces in our application and it's free.
If they want to pay, there will be membership in the future.
So, it will be like kind of working, new generation, future working places for global vision.
So, it will be also powered for AI.
We have AI is, of course, this AI will be cats and its name is Yuppie.
And this AI will help the people how they can find the workplaces and then scheduling their program, you know.
So, it will be like kind of friends of the work person, you know, work assistant.
We want to be global project.
But first of all, we will start in Istanbul for the membership method.
But when you download the project, you can at least you can list it to your workplaces area and which one is close by, how you can go there.
And you can comment, you can reference your friends.
So, yeah, they can find more information in the mail or website.
Also, just a little bit news of chipping in.
Bitcoin has reached 70K, guys.
Just a little bit of a celebration for everybody.
All-time high is coming, right?
We should have party with this.
And it's reaching on International Women's Day.
How much of a blessing to us it is.
And then, also the final question for you then, Semma.
As a founder of Crypto Female, what kind of roles did it play within the female community?
Please, can I just share a little bit about your community too?
Yeah, you know, as I mentioned, since 2017, I'm in crypto space.
But when I, what I realized at that period, it's written report, not my observation, 95% of crypto people are mad.
And when I attend events and everywhere, it was full of mad, you know?
And I say, what's going on here?
You know, like, we should do something.
And still, you know, like, when there is a speech or panel, and everybody's mad.
Most of them are mad, you know?
And before, like, a couple years, it was super normal for them.
And we would criticize, say, it shouldn't be like that, you know?
Like, at least they say, oh, well, there is not so much women in technical side.
This is the day of excuse.
Okay, what about marketing side?
What about finance side, okay?
And your project not only based on technique, right?
So, blockchain project is, like, whole, whole, whole.
And we established crypto female in, starting in Istanbul.
Now, we are in around seven countries.
So, we want to collect all the crypto women all around the world and do something together.
Now, we was in, even India, we was in one of the partner of India blockchain.
So, now, we are in Berlin.
It will be a Lisbon, sorry, back to Women's Summit.
And we are very, very active right now.
We start, first of all, locally.
Then it becomes globally.
And after that, if you observe, like, last two years, it's more women are on the stage.
I think this is not, this is not something, like, just happening.
Like, all women are on the right, right?
And we, all the women get their rights.
They are fighting for this.
It's not like something they give us, you know?
So, like, look, like, all the women's rights, we are fighting for historical.
Of course, we will fight for this also.
You know, I am, as you feel, as you feel, I'm super feminist about that.
So, we should always, like, we say that the, the, the, the, if you don't fight, nobody
care about your rights, right?
So, and this is the one of two, one of two big, uh, uh, fighting method to have collaboration,
to have community, to be all together, and then to fight all together, you know?
You, as you know, one person cannot do anything.
That's why we are, right now, we, all women, uh, uh, doing event and show ourselves.
Whereas, now they are criticized, trying to criticize, oh, well, we should have women
They should think about that.
You know, you know, my principle, if the book project, full of men, I am not concerned,
even legally, even in their fame, I don't care.
I say, please, go find some women in your, in your project, then come to me.
Otherwise, you are, because, because I think this is very huge mentality problem, you know,
if they don't have women.
Even if they don't think this is a problem, I think because we are, we are thinking, we
are talking about future of, future of technology, but for women aspect, they are, they are like
middle-aged, uh, uh, thinking, you know, come on, we should think everything, everything
globally, not only future of technology or blockchain.
Let's talk about also human rights, human rights, right?
This is, uh, uh, yeah, so this is, you know, one of my topics.
I don't think I want to talk.
It does match with the, uh, International Women's Day, um, and, you know, always welcome,
uh, more females going into the blockchain industry.
All right, Eunice, thank you for everything.
Please, please, please, please, last, last, last, last, uh, last sentence.
Uh, I, I actually don't like, like, just only one day is woman day.
This is, I don't like it.
The woman, woman rights should be all the time, should be one of the topic.
Why we, uh, why they remember one day?
You know, the company are sharing, oh, happy woman's day.
What are you doing for woman all the time?
This is, I want to also, uh, point that.
Um, thank you very much for your sharing and, you know, you're passionate about ladies
having their stance within the industry.
Eunice, uh, thank you for the wait.
Um, also just a bit of question for you then.
How was your experience as a crypto trader and influencer and how was the, you know,
the, your approach to managing panic selling situations, um, often prevalence into, in
the crypto space, please.
I never panic because the thing is, it's like, you know, when you trade in the market, it's
So the first thing to do to be a good trader is to have really good emotions, which is
You just need to be calm.
Um, because everyone is battling between the fear and greed situation, right?
So you need to know which one's your problem.
So, um, when it comes to panic selling, no, I never, I never had that experience because
And secondly, um, I got risk management.
So when you have risk management, you know how to put stop losses, you know, where to
When we have correction, there's no problem.
People only panic because they have no preparation.
So if you have a plan, you have preparation, everything's fine.
There's always plan B for everything.
And that's when you stop, uh, that kind of risk, uh, management and obviously being
stopped yourself being panicking.
Um, additionally, um, can you please also share your process for selecting new projects for
investments and the criteria that you may consider, uh, before investing or trading?
Well, the thing is, is this, right?
Like the way I see majority of the projects in the space, unfortunately, um, I would say
80% of it is just garbage, right?
But it depends what you want, right?
So are you here really for the tech or are you here to make money?
So you need to define what your agenda is.
So when it comes to investments, for me, I'm here to make money.
And in the meantime, I also enjoy the tech, but I'm very, I'll be very, very a hundred
So it's all about a narrative and it's about the speculation of what people may think.
This is going to be a good project and you're going to make money out of it.
It's going to 10 X, 20 X to a hundred X, right?
So obviously when it comes to that, um, I look into the team, I look into the narrative,
So the trends constantly changing in the space all the time.
So we need to know, my job is to understand what the sentiment is and what people really
So for example, I got both different audience, like, so on crypto is mainly, crypto Twitter
is mainly Twitter and the people who actually know and be in this space for a while.
And on Instagram, whereas Instagram is more normies, we call it normies, yeah?
So people who haven't really got into the space, but they want and curious to make money and
want to get into the space.
So people on Instagram tend to be much more inclined to invest or buy into meme coins.
And that's why I'm very, very certain that, um, the gateway for people to flood into this
space to create more liquidity is true meme coins and then to gaming.
So, um, right now that's why, um, that's everything that I call, um, that I post on my Twitter is
all real time and it's free and, um, people see that, you know, it's also for the, for
Um, and, um, Shiba, that's what they all speak to me all the time.
And then after that, right now, uh, we've got Pepe, which we call that all the time.
Um, it, it's been, um, you know, uh, a thousand X so far since the last time I entered and now
So, um, in terms for, you want to talk about women and things, and I think that, you know,
um, anyone can do anything they want in this space, um, regardless of gender.
I'm not into the whole, oh, today's women's day.
Well, no, we should be celebrated anytime, any day.
And, um, yeah, regardless of gender.
And I think anyone can do this regardless of gender.
So, uh, I'm not very biased on this.
Obviously, um, you know, we just want to make sure, you know, females are also encouraged
to come into the space of violence, the male, but obviously the male kind of, it did have
a, you know, lower percentage, hence we want to kind of encourage more ladies to join.
And, you know, the thing is this, it's not because female cannot do much, right?
Because we just been, we just been portrayed in the way that we can't do it, but actually
And also it's not about, we have this, people have this perception that we tend to be weaker.
And that's why a lot of women started to believe that we are weaker, but we're not.
Like, as soon as it, when you take the stand of wanting to get in an action and prove yourself
that you can do it, whether you're male or female, you can make it in this space.
And then, um, additionally, can you also share the process of selecting, um, oh no, a
crypto trader and an influencer.
What is there that you want to advise or suggest to newbies, to communities who want to follow
I wouldn't say follow my path, right?
Because everyone is different because the thing is this, like you need to figure out
what your personality is.
Number one, like, are you, are you a risk taker?
Are you courageous enough?
Or do you know, if you are, then you go to the front and do what I do, right?
Because it's risky things and you need to have a lot of courage to do this.
If you tend to be a bit more shy and you like to be not around people, maybe introverted,
maybe you should be in the backend.
Maybe you can do some marketing in the backend, work in projects, um, you know, be a developer,
whatever you want, right?
So figure out what your personality is, what you're much more inclined and be more comfortable
doing than you head on that direction.
So the most important thing is about not figuring which direction as well is actually just go
Once you start doing it, opportunities will come.
If you don't like this, jump into something else and they just come because being in crypto
in one year is the equivalence of five years of experience.
So, and things just keep changing all the time, right?
I don't care if you're a woman, you're a female or male.
Um, if you do well, no one would say, oh my gosh, she's a woman.
No, you would say because you did it regardless of gender.
So what you advise is that know who you are and, um, start doing it.
Because the thing is that you can't just think, sit down there and go, I want to be rich,
But not having any action.
Regardless, um, you know, do something.
And then if it isn't for you, change.
As a growth, um, uh, slash marketing advisor for web three projects, what kind of strategies
do you employ to stay ahead of trends and development in rapidly grow, um, growing, evolving
So you need to know and follow, for example, on crypto Twitter.
I think like on Twitter, you get the most information and the latest updates.
Also, eventually, if you want to be even more earlier, um, knowing what's going on is going
through telegram as well, being like different groups and see what people are talking about.
But for me, as a trader, I look at trends, um, through looking at charts and I've got
different categories because the money flow and the momentum goes with different sectors.
For example, I already, I already mentioned before, it starts with the meme coin for the
So bull cycle always starts with a meme coin and which we're already in right now.
So meme coin will go first and then money will flow into gaming and then gaming go to
That's usually the, that's usually how it works, but, um, sometimes it may change, but
we will see, but currently we are on par on what's happening, um, in, in, in the history
because history always repeats.
So get into Brett, get into Pepe, you know, I mean, it's a bit too late now, but other
meme coins are actually working, for example, on base chain.
And I'll tell you what, this is real alpha for everyone.
So in 2021, Binance, before it blew up, uh, it was, it was like the, the, the best exchange
And then they created the first chain called BSC.
So it's on the BNB chain.
So everything on that chain blow up.
So now coin base just announced they want to bring 1 billion users into the space.
So a lot of Americans, anyone who can actually use coin base will be on it.
And the first thing they would do is to buy the coins on base chain.
It will be exactly the same boom in 2021 for Binance, but this time on coin base.
So yeah, everyone should look into coin base and, you know, mean coins, number one, not
giving any alphas or do your own research, but I'm bullish on bread.
Uh, you guys, you guys, you guys have definitely got more, you know, uh, money in their pockets
Thank you so much, ladies.
Um, now I'm kind of opening up some general questions for you all guests.
How can we foster greater diversity and inclusivity, um, within the web through a community, particularly
in leadership roles, decision-making positions?
Hilo, do you guys want to have a chat?
Um, well, well, um, I'm happy for Bitcoin.
Celebrating that heaven decay.
Um, I think, uh, we need more education.
And for all the women who are, uh, ready to call on, on, on, on, on, on, on, on more.
You've got to make your own opportunities.
Um, like, for example, I was helping other founders.
But, you know, they would only see them.
I don't know what happened.
I am really in bad reception area.
I'm sorry if I cut somebody off.
So, uh, I just wanted to share that, uh, you know, people will keep you limited, but
the idea of blockchain is that you make your own story.
Like, you know, uh, you find your own opportunities and if you don't see any opportunities, make them
for yourself because, you know, there is money to be made, there's knowledge to be learned,
there's tech to be learned about.
So if you're hungry, you make your own opportunities.
Like a lot of people wanted to keep me, you know, limited to being an artist.
They, they had no regard for the fact that I have 15 years of experience running India's
top two media companies, right?
And they would just see me as an artist.
They would just offer me marketing or community roles because those are feminine roles.
And, uh, I was like, okay, okay.
So you do want to hire me, but you still want to keep me as a trophy influencer marketer.
How about I start my own company?
And how about I get a hundred times more users than you?
And how about my valuation is higher than your company?
So, uh, I did exactly that.
I was like, I don't want your job.
So it took time, it took time, um, it took like a year of sacrifice and building, but
now the bulla is here and the product is ready and, you know, and, uh, it's mean points
even, like you said, and social mean points are booming.
So it's my time right now.
Elo, do you want to continue?
Elo, do you want to continue a little?
Yeah, I think just, uh, uh, a few, uh, um, some ideas.
Um, I think we need more education and for all the women who are already eating to call
on more women and show them all the possibilities that the industry offers.
So I think, um, um, um, I also think it's very important that if, if, if we, we want equity,
we have to participate in more events, not just, uh, women's talks or, or special sections.
For example, being, being, uh, being able, uh, to be a conference or, or, on trading, or I
love trading, for example, or venture capital or development, um, organizers should, should
change the way they hold the events and creative conversations.
We are conference and, and balance are, uh, and, and, and not just, uh, a panel for, for
like, uh, a blockchain for women.
Uh, uh, uh, uh, I, I, I mean, I mean, um, um, um, I think, uh, we, we, we, we need to,
to, to, to, to be, uh, in conference about, uh, uh, other topics, not just, uh, uh, a special
And, and, and, and, and, and now, uh, at Monetize, Monetize is my company, we are creating
a financial universe, a world that is, uh, committed to revolution of stock, of, of stock
markets that have been obsolete for, for, for decades and just, uh, uh, um, uh, as years
ago and, and, and, and basically my, my, my greatest hope was to be one of the first
woman, uh, to do research in my country on Bitcoin.
Now I have the dream of revolution, of, of, of, of creative revolution of the stock, the,
the, the stock markets in, in Latin America.
And I will be proved if I can achieve it, I'd be an example for other women in the financial
industry that is still denominated by.
By, by, by then dominated by, by men.
So basically this is, this is, this is the point.
I think we, we need to, to do more, more education, but to, to, but to be, uh, an, an example
for another, uh, women's.
Make, may your, may your dream come true.
Sabah Shakti, do you want to have a share?
Um, I, I, I, I just did, uh, that was me actually, that was Seema.
But, uh, you know, just to, just to, uh, you know, add to what I earlier said, you know,
this space is once in a lifetime opportunity.
You know, the way early internet was in the nineties, we have that generation coming up
And, you know, the beauty of blockchain is that everything that you do is, is immutable.
So all your learnings, all your mistakes and all your contributions to this space will be
So write your own story on the stage and, you know, do not let other limitations hold
Just turn deaf, just turn deaf, put your blinders on and, you know, this time will never come
back again, but bull markets are few and rare and this probably might just be like the
last unregulated one if I'm not, uh, you know, don't go by Merzburg, they are, uh, you
know, but, uh, now is a great time, social, uh, and meme coin is a great combination, build
your audience, get your coins and just, just go for it.
And do not like, you know, people, uh, definition of your limits.
I mean, a lot of times, yeah, a lot of times, you know, I, I, when I started approaching
incubators, explorators, et cetera, with my project ideas, um, they were like, Oh, she's
a girl and, Oh, she's an artist.
I don't think they'll be, you know, she'll be able to build it, but you know what?
My team that started building with me since day one, it's been 16 months.
They're building with me since day one, because they believe in the project.
They're getting better job offers, but no, they like me as a leader.
And now my, I started out with just one idea and I have two companies and, uh, you know,
I have about 45K visitors in February, so, uh, in the 16 months, this, this space, this
space helped me, you know, from being like an employee, it turned me into a boss, it turned
me into an entrepreneur and I'm not even a decade.
What an exciting journey.
Um, okay, let's move on to the next question as we don't have how much time left.
Um, how do you guys perceive the role of mentorship and networking and advancing careers in
web three, particularly for women?
Um, Mascan, do you want to share?
So right now when I go to events, I hardly see any woman today also.
So I went to Solana ecosystem call and I did not see any other women other than me.
So I think that a lot of exposure has to go, uh, in the community, in the web two community
also, that there's a lot of opportunity in web three also.
And like seeing leaders like cyber Shakti, I seen her in the giving pitch in, uh, an event.
And it was very motivational for me because getting on the stage, being so confident about
yourself and just rocking the stage.
And I feel like we should have more programs and more communities like crypto female and
like she, if I is doing the cohort right now, and it's like a really good learning curve for
me there also, because I'm learning every day, like from every session of this.
And, uh, there are a lot of women learning at the same time and getting exposure.
There's a superwoman DAO in India that is going, and they are also envisioning on and onboarding
a lot of women into web three.
And I feel like just like web two has a lot of opportunities for women.
They have separate programs for women just for hiring them.
Web three should also introduce and crypto should also introduce some, uh, opportunities just
for women so that they can have more exposure to it and we can have inclusivity.
Thank you very much for your, um, for your sharing.
And yes, we've also heard of superwoman DAO within India trying to, you know, um, accomplish
late or ladies, um, to be their, their superwomens.
And also, um, I will just kind of end it, um, because everyone's been sharing absolutely
Um, but we also love to, you know, how you guys saw some perspective of future of web three
and how women can be part of it.
Um, you know, Hilo, do you want to share a little?
Uh, just, um, um, maybe, maybe, uh, um, in, in Latin America, it's very complex because
there is not much education about it.
And what does exist are some courses or simple people learn on day on, uh, the actions that
can be taken and have worked well for us in the company are to relate to, to the associations
and make collaborations and, uh, uh, also participate in events and network.
But I want to say it, uh, loud and clear.
I think, uh, we must not force institution to include more women.
We must work to generate interest because something I must say is that we must, uh, highlight our
equity by asserting our knowledge, our experience.
Uh, for example, they didn't give me a PhD because I was a woman.
I did do a master degree and engineering degree because I was a woman.
I did it because of my effort and because I was always interested in it, uh, uh, and, and
that, that was thanks to my interest, not to my status as a woman.
So having character, uh, and, and knowing how to impose ourselves will help us move, move
So, so basically we must aim to generate greater interest, not, not only in those who are in,
in, in, in a career, it must start with, with girls, with, with, with the, with the girls.
I think, I think that basically.
I'm going to open up, like choose kind of two, um, listeners, um, to kind of ask the
speakers, um, of tonight, some questions, um, and some comments, and then I'll be wrapping
I'm going to choose, uh, blindly choose a few.
Doesn't seem to be working in it.
Do you want to, do you want to, um, ask our speakers here some questions?
Uh, so my question is, uh, do we have any plan burning CD token in the future to reduce
to supply of CD token and increase its investment attractiveness?
Um, what is the percentage of CD token used will be burned?
Ladies, do you want to answer these, answer, uh, Mahmoud's question?
Can you repeat your question once more?
Uh, do we have any plan burning CD token?
Oh yeah, of course we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll be, that will be running the CD token within
our, um, our account soon.
We'll be wrapping up very soon.
Teen girls in blockchain.
Do you want to, um, you know, ask us any questions that you may have?
Um, super excited, uh, for the history making, I would say very big kudos to our women.
You guys are the future because you made this, you made us proud today.
You made the history on international women's day.
It's, uh, a big, uh, history that is there in record.
So I will say very big, uh, thank you to everyone who has been supporting the women, including
me as a guy, um, Kenny, I'm the founder of teen girls in blockchain.
Um, like the last speaker said, we don't need to force our females.
We don't need to force them, but we need to make them see need to join the web three.
We need to make, uh, make them see the need.
What is important for every woman to join the web three ecosystem?
I love what everyone, the speakers are actually doing kudos to coin is global kudos to this
moderator super, uh, she's amazing as well.
I just came in to say, um, a very big thank you to everyone supporting the women.
I'm a big advocate of women inclusiveness in tech and block three, in web three, and also
in blockchain in general.
So that's why we came up with our project.
Let's do more and let's do more.
Thank you, teen girls in blockchain.
All right, guys, uh, we are six minutes past.
So I'm just kind of wrapping up.
Um, thank you for your time and sharing your wonderful experiences or, uh, to our heroines
Um, um, all the best with all your projects or your, um, communities or the things, all
the dreams that you guys may have and happy international woman's day, everybody.
Thank you very much and have a great, great, great evening and day ahead of you.
