Hey everyone, thanks for coming. We'll go ahead and get started. I know we moved this from yesterday Saturday to today. Short notice, but we'll just go ahead and touch on a few updates. There's a longer medium update. We'll go ahead and drop as well today.
But more concerned with just getting, you know, not a big turnout. Just want to get the most important things out of the way. And then we'll go ahead and have everything else on the update on medium. But yeah, the biggest thing, you know, wanted to talk about was PNF team migration, you know, we were supposed to have the staking issues fixed last week.
Unfortunately, there was some more issues that kind of popped up. This is simply due to the way that the NFTs are frozen whenever they're held in a user's wallet because of this. It just isn't compatible with how we approach staking. So right now, we're currently looking at a new
to Metaplex command, they just dropped. It should hopefully help us with the workaround, the freeze issue. Hopefully this is something that we can have done this week. So we saw the Dev Team working on that. With the whole PNFT thing, it's so new that this whole command
they kind of put out there in order for us to utilize is you know no one else is doing it yet so there's not really any any kind of example that we can kind of follow suit we just kind of have to find out how it works with with our own staking solution and get it working through that kind of that route as I mentioned the last week and we don't really utilize any kind of out of the box staking
There's no like we don't just use open source staking the staking system. So it's a little bit of complexity that Connor is attached to getting this working. Again, you know, hopefully this week will be when that's actually addressed and fixed. Hopefully we'll have, you know, some more news this week from what we've heard and
with our meeting with the dev team. I mean, something that should be addressed beginning of week, but that's kind of what we heard last week. So again, hopefully, you know, we'll have these updates as soon as we get them on that same related note. We have those trait designs, you know, being dropped this week, the sneak peeks as well are essentially what I mean.
I mean, you know, our creative team is just super, super packed right now with everything with Apes Across Worlds, working on the design, working on the assets for the site, working on the actual art, finishing up the art for the, you know, the worlds. As I mentioned, there's last week, there's about 200, one of ones that will exist as part of this
So a lot of this stuff is meticulous. It's unique and yeah, it just takes a lot of time on top of that. You know, we also have a lot of those worlds for the marketing. Those illustrations being drafted as well. So once you know, once those are finished, we'll be start to drop those. A lot of those will also be animated. So
A lot of creative work that goes into just that, the sites, you know, a lot of the traits that will be dropping as consolation for the, you know, the way that we've had with the staking being fixed. Other than that, you know, in terms of creative, creative updates as well, this week we'll be getting back our finalized versions of the
the 3d app renders that we will be using for the animations. We got some sneak peeks last week and they're really really good. Just you know the detail that you can see on the fur of the apes. Super incredible stuff. Again, you know, one of the one that some of the animations of the studio that we're working on that's put out has been just phenomenal.
So super excited to again have that high quality that high kind of a premium look of you know what we're putting out there in terms of the the high videos for season two and then kind of just the ape storyline in general right? You know the bonus of using these using these the studio for
for sorry, I just got an update from the dev team. Okay, so now yeah, there's there's quick update on that. Yeah, it looks like there was some success today. So again, hopefully that will be done this week, but I'm you know, circling back to the animation updates, you know, the benefit of using the studio for the first kind of animation.
We want to continue to use animations. So as we've done in the past, we've used illustrations that are animated, but we really want to level up with 3D animations. It's basically a really great way to utilize the IP in terms of using animations.
showing the capability and telling the story, getting people interested. But yeah, continuing on with that same theme. I mentioned a couple of weeks we've been looking for a big S South by Southwest event, which is for those who don't know. It's a big festival here in Austin. There's over about 400 K people that come to Austin just for the big festival.
It centers around music film in the tech industry as well. We just nailed down one of our first events and probably the only event we'll be doing is South by Southwest. There's some pretty big partners including team mobile that are already signed on to this event. Being able to increase that brand awareness and also bring great
visibility not only you know just ape also over products is something that we'll be doing part of the the sponsorship package allows us to have our own activation space that's out by Southwest at this big event and then the venue that it's at is actually a pretty big venue that's downtown right near all the festival area so it'll be some great exposure for people from
from tech people, from film and people from music. Along with just those three industries, there's so much to ties into that in terms of brand development and brand awareness at Southwest. So it'll be a good event for us. We'll be showcasing, as I mentioned, our venture packs, a lot of our other tangible products like our hoodies, our fashion apparel,
And our coffee as well, right? We really want to just kind of utilize these events to cross-pawn it as much as we can to Ethereum communities into various DeFi communities that exist here in Austin. It's just a big texting in general and one that, you know, we don't want to miss. I've been at South by Southwest for multiple years in a row now being an Austin native.
and it's just so great for all the awareness that will bring around everything that we're doing. But yeah, I'm super excited to kind of drop details on that. We should have the contract signed this week and for the details on that event. And if you're in Austin, again, you're more than welcome to come out to these events, this is where you'll have an
opportunity to meet some of the team who have an opportunity to really look at our in-person presence, especially if you haven't been to one of our world-reactivations as far. Continuing on with that, the last big update that I wanted to go ahead and touch on, I think it's very, very important to realize that this is happening. I know some people still don't realize that season one ended.
But you know, it's season one there was a bunch of unclaimed prizes. I think there was over like 10 came prizes that were unclaimed. So, you know, we recently went over all the the raffles and everything all the walls that were chosen. We did some cross referencing in terms of making sure these holders were still state. They were still holding their apes and whatnot. And once we, you know,
whoever wasn't really meeting those criteria, read through the winners, read through those wallets. And you can go ahead and see that updated documents and our announcements on Discord. But with that being said, we looked at all the rewards around Claimed and we distributed tokens to each particular wallets. So if you have one of those winning
wallets, you should find a token in your wall that kind of it tells you in terms of on the metadata, it will tell you what reward you're eligible for, and when you can claim it, how you can claim it, just go ahead and submit a ticket on Discord, and then we'll go ahead and open up that redemption process with there's a huge
giant decore rug, there's normal decore rug, I think some travel vouchers, it's having been redeemed. I think a few other things as well, but yeah, definitely check your wallets just to check again on that. You can also check the spreadsheet that has all the wall, the winning wallets. For those tokens, those are valid to redeem for 60 days.
from today. We'll again reiterate this on our on our medium article. We just want to make sure to kind of weave ample time, you know, to redeem these rewards. It's been around three, four months since season one ended and we don't want to kind of just keep drawing winners, hoping that someone kind of redeems these rewards, right? So, you know, we've
Given three months already we're giving another 60 days for these wallets if you still have your eight stake you're you're you're still holding your eights and you're you're still still still be eligible to redeem these rewards check those check those tokens that you get in your in your wallets. Again these tokens are also you know if you don't want to redeem say like the giant decore what are you going to do with giant decore
I mean, I know what I would do with giant decore rug, but you might have room for giant decore rug because the giant decore rugs are actually pretty huge. I think they're like six feet diameter. That's just some small rug like the smaller rugs which are about I think about two and a half feet. But regardless if you don't want those rewards,
are all of these tokens are also tradable under the just rewards collection on magic eaten prior the son of eight tokens were redeemable or tradable on that section but seen as redemption ends for those those tokens were removed from the hash list now you'll see just the unclaimed tokens from season one most for those prizes.
So, those are the book majority of our updates. I'll go ahead and circle back to what I didn't really cover. New tires I mentioned last week. We were looking at bringing on some new tires. So we just brought on Auditty as a US-based moderator. He's a long time holder, a long time member of the community. So, super excited for him to come on.
Other than that, we brought on Cara who's been brought on as our new social vibe representative. She's already, you know, started working on our socials. She's been putting out content every day on Instagram. So I highly recommend to go follow us on Instagram to kind of, you know, see the content that she's coming up with also, you know, if you have any feedback into
terms of how you see that outward facing just a book. We're always open to suggestions, always open to community feedback. We mentioned when we were looking at when we recently let go our chief vibes, we wanted to redefine the role into really working on fostering that positive and motivation
brand thing that we've had since we've launched, you know, whatever, what it means to be A-Bish. And with that mind, you know, we really want to kind of adapt our socials to that kind of theme and that kind of idea. So super excited to have CAR on, you know, as that position, I think it's going to do well. We've seen a lot of other good projects on
Ethereum kind of go this route and it's done over overwhelmingly positive for them in terms of social reception, the Web 2 presence and that reception there. So super excited for how that will help and continue to go on. Aside from that, we kind of stopped actively searching for new
We're still currently, we have a role open as a community manager, but we're not actively hunting for that. We're accepting applications. Those kind of roles usually take a lot longer for us to fill as we want to make sure that the person that we put in that role is a good fit. There's someone who's been with us for a while and yeah, they're just
overall support of what we're trying to build here. But aside from that, you know, those are most of the updates. Thanks again for joining today. Our normal schedule will resume next week on Saturday as opposed to Sunday. I know again, this was short notice. Other than that, expect to find these updates on medium. And thanks again for joining us on this weekend. Have a good one.
