we have today a very special a fireside chat on an extremely hot topic obviously with AI tech and
we have both Paul who is I believe the CEO and founder as well as
Adrian who is also a founder or co-founder and head of
Technology and development so perhaps you guys can start off with a high-level
Introduction to your personal backgrounds how you guys decided to come together to found this and then what AI tech is all about
Any of you guys can go first Adrian why don't you start sure I'll start so I'm Adrian
Like you said I am the technical
part side of our project I
engineer I was often engineer as a background when I was younger I worked through
For a few large corporations, and then I decided to start my own
Custom software engineering and data center and infrastructure management
We operate our own data center. We have a
lot of talent available in our employees
Specialists from coming from both the hardware and the software industries and
Basically we created this this project as a result from our existing market demand

Yep, apologies, so yeah, my background is fundraising and marketing and I was introduced to Adrian back in
Adrian had the technical expertise that I didn't and
I had the fundraising capabilities that he didn't and we decided to join forces, and we actually started off mining aetherium
Adrien started in 2015 correct me if I'm wrong Adrien
Yes, we had an early start on the mining industry
2017 we built a huge aetherium mining farm and
we we understood that the
Roadmap for aetherium would be moving from proof of work to proof of stake at some point in the not too distant future
That's exactly why we started planning the kind of next steps which was HPC and
Amazing um can you perhaps give us a brief as well about the project Paul
Sure, so solid as AI tech we've built an 8,000 square foot data center in Bucharest Romania
we're also developing an AI marketplace and
GPU marketplace where our power can be rented from and we have our MVPs going live in June this year
Your side Adrien can you also explain sort of what that actually means in a little more detail like what is a
HPC data center. What is an AI marketplace?
Just how the audience can have your heads around it
HPC stands for high performance computing. We've been we've all have been
You know used using chat GPT and all sorts of AI based
Just for everyone to know all of these applications and any other
New system that will be available in the future requires HPC. It requires
GPU architecture in order to
Reach some sort of velocity sand standards. So there is no way to work around that
This a long time ago, this is why we we decided to go on this
Regarding the marketplace
That's the unique side of our business model. Is that not we know not only offer
Infrastructure services for anyone who wants to deploy their system into our network, but we also
The option to activate a certain software that to validate similar to the Apple App Store or
in a similar manner we allow
software developers of the engineering companies to publish their applications their projects that can run seamlessly into our
Can you guys just hone in on some of the the differences between you guys and traditional data centers
What benefits do you guys offer that the traditional data center? I'll answer that
We're talking about artificial intelligence, which
Expansive style in in our human history
It's the most expensive domain in the world we cannot keep track with it
So it's not so easy to wake up one day and decide to build a data center
We're building a data center takes time and it requires a lot of effort
We gotta we gotta be in lined with the latest
Therefore we decided to start our project solely with Nvidia technology
Mainly around GPU architecture as an opposite to a conventional data center
That is mainly focused for storage for application storage for transitional data such as emails or websites or
Conventional applications that we use on our day-to-day
Lifestyle now we are talking about a industrial revolution. We're talking about a
in regards to the demand of
computational power for artificial intelligence software
So whoever starts this journey
Is jumping on a multi-trillion dollar market?
We started this project earlier and we have a head start against our competitors
Got it and then in terms of you know, ensuring data security and protection against cyber threats
Can you hone in on that concept? And how are you guys sort of?
Either one of you guys can take this
Absolutely. I'll take it because it's under my direct supervision. So first of all one part of our as part of our
Advisory board in in our project. We have modeling who is the owner of
cyber smart defense company. They are specialized in cyber security
We have our own engineers that are
We created our own internal vulnerability monitoring tool
abnormal activity in our premise in our network starting from the IP level until the ports and
Monitoring against threats and we have multiple
Scenarios to mitigate those so not only that we have our own dedicated
cybersecurity operation center
Within our team core. We also have one of the best cyber security companies in the world
Cyber smart defense. They are part of our team as well on the advisory board

No, Adrienne's covered all the aspects of the cyber security
Perfect are there any I was just wondering guys is are there any numbers you guys can share in terms of
The progress you guys have made or any any sort of figures just to understand the scale that you guys are at right now
Mean in terms of the the crypto project or the our token or in terms of numbers in terms of real life
Just want to highlight some of the
Accomplishments and where you guys are at in the roadmap because I also want to know
you know, what's next for you guys as well in the 12th and
So I will let Paul talk about our token our listing our performance so far and then I will continue in regards to
The physical side of our project from the roadmap
So yeah, I mean this year we've grown significantly we listed in August 23
Probably wasn't the best time to list market conditions. We're not on our side
But we've grown significantly this year our market cap just to kind of give you an idea
Of how much we've grown the market cap was at 5 million in January. I believe we reached
240 million last week and then had a bit of a pullback and I think we're currently sitting at around
160 170 million market cap are on chain holders are growing on a daily basis. So we're currently just over
26,000 on chain holders and
our volumes are between 20 and 40 million per day across
22 sexes, I believe that we listed on now and
Three Texas, so that's grown also significantly
Yeah, I think in terms of the metrics that's kind of the most important numbers to disclose and
in regards to our roadmap
we have our MVPs for the AI marketplace and also the GPU marketplace scheduled for June this year and
Which will be in July this year
Adrian back to you anything to add from Iran in addition to
My vision from the the the technological point of view is to reach a
Servers that will offer us computing power. We're aiming to use
Nvidia DGX a 100 or the new models as an alternative
DGX as margin we will be the the largest HPC provider in Central and Eastern Europe

Want to know just about the community growth and engagement side of things as well
You know, what have you guys done that has made you guys such a success in this space especially
For the builders and the in the community that might be listening right now. I'm sure they'd be interested in knowing more
Yeah, so I mean look we've been building the community from November 21
So we're not necessarily new we're fairly new listing just listed last August, but we had been building from 2021 and
You know, it's tough to build a community. We do have a very good community now very big and
We did that by a number of different kind of campaigns
And nowadays we do a lot of promotions across different platforms one thing that we have done quite a lot of
Since we've listed is partnering with different companies in the space that have their communities and you know co-marketing partnerships
And partnering with companies and projects that have intentions of using our compute power when we're ready to provide it in july
And that that's kind of how we've grown the community
Got it and you kind of touched on my question, which is the partnerships and collaboration that you guys have secured
Can you share more detail about that?
Yeah, I mean look we're very active in the space
You know lots of different companies reach out to us that want to have partnerships with our project
Not necessarily just for the compute power
Some projects have you know vision to work with us on the AI side of things as well
We recently partnered with Trondow
We're currently sponsoring their hackertron as a diamond tier sponsor
So that's one of our more notable partnerships that we made recently. We're also partnered with
Which we did quite quite close to our listing and we continue to announce partnerships
I think we're targeting two or three per week not all necessarily projects that will use our services
You know someone apart with a partner with us for different reasons. We also have our launch pad
Which is focusing predominantly on AI projects and game five projects that also have a demand for compute power
But I think we'll probably get to that in a little while
Awesome and I want to shift the focus a bit to the AI tech pad as well
Can you go over what that is and how the pipelines looking?
So yeah, AI tech pad is fairly new. I think we launched at the end of November or early December
We haven't launched too many projects yet. We go for more quality than quantity. I think we've done six raises
The pipeline is looking very strong
From August onwards the race sizes are going to be going up
We've kept them quite small up until now as I said just a moment ago. We are focusing on
Projects predominantly that have requirement for our services
So we're helping to incubate or accelerate and launch projects that will have
Demand for either compute power or AI as a service and then of course these
Projects that we're launching are then going to become a customer
So it kind of works for both sides
We're helping projects and founders raise the funds that they require to assist them in launching and
Obviously, we're gaining a potential customer client for our services and
Lastly our community gain exposure and access to high-level projects, you know that hopefully they can capitalize on
Providing that form well when they enter the market
Adrian do you have anything to add to that to that as well?
Well, we our message is that is that we're open to any kind of
For the time being we're we're using the the launchpad, but in the future our marketplace will have
Where you can publish your own projects as startups as freelancers, even as small and medium
Companies we can submit that we have project if you guys have a good idea
We will finance that we raise the capital for it. We will
Come up the services often no, but I get
Is connected we will offer
Incentives to use our services and so on
So we're going to create a launchpad through our marketplace as well
Into the details of this marketplace. I'm sorry of this launchpad. How does one participate in?
AI tech pad and is there any strategies in the user base for example?
Yeah, yeah, okay. Great. So yeah, AI tech pad.io. There's an application page where you can apply
To become part of our launchpad. We then go through a strict due diligence process
After checking out the project is something that we would like to potentially have on the launchpad
We have a referral system in place. So if you join the launchpad, you know
You have to sign up using
Yeah, your email and creating a password then you have to complete kyc
verify your your wallet address and
of course, if you don't already have AI tech tokens, you can buy tokens from the market stake them and
Then you'll gain a tier based on how many tokens you've staked and that tier determines the allocation size that you'll get on the on the project
And that is calculated by how many?
Individuals register for that particular project and of course how much we're raising for that project
So we can never really say for sure exactly the amount that the individuals will gain
Because we don't we can't predict how many individuals are going to register for that particular
So once they have you know, got their referral code they can share it with their friends or family members or community and
And if that person then does the same process signs up kycs registers, etc
And and then participates
The referrer will then get a a reward
Every time they they use the platform
Got it, um and just final question, um before we wrap this up guys
um, do you do you guys think there's anything that I miss or you'd like to share about either your token itself or

Um, you can also stake tokens to earn additional rewards and and you would need to do that to be able to participate in
AI tech pad if you don't want to participate in AI tech
Pad then you can just simply stake tokens to earn rewards. We have different pools with different time frames and different apy rates
Um, secondly, we have the AI and GPU marketplace
Where you can use AI tech tokens to access our services
And then we have the deflationary token economy, um in a way that
Each time users use tokens on AI tech
Marketplaces they will be burnt out of the supply. So we're going to be using a percentage of our profits
Once the transaction has gone through
To then burn tokens out the supply. So basically the more
Attraction the platform gains that the more tokens will be burning over time. So we have deflationary token economy
