and Chris why don't you start off with
a brief intro to both your personal background
as well as what MoonApp is all about
it is great to be in this space today
hope we can have a great wonderful space

my name is Chris, CSO at MoonApp
our team actually consists of XBinance, Krikan
and other top crypto firms
I'm Korean but lived in New Zealand for about 20 years
I came into the crypto side
since late 2017 when the boom was happening in South Korea
started doing digital marketing and crypto
still doing at the moment
Dalmaker, one of the biggest IDEO platform
I was there for about 3 years
and also taking care of regional sides
and due diligence and research, market research
so I have a very big potential
on finding new unicorn gems
we've made a lot of good projects
in the last bull run as well
just to give a little brief
introduction of our project MoonApp
MoonApp is the new leading platform
that has made IDEO and ISOs
accessible inside and out
putting an IDEO platform inside and out
it is also combined with MEV tools
like sandwiching, sniping, limit orders
which are all widely available on web, iOS and Android
MoonApp product integrates a launchpad
primarily for injective projects
there are a lot of functions
just to give a little overview
on on-chain trading, placing on-chain limit orders
sniping pre-sales, sniping liquidity
and basically we were the first ones
actually to create sandwiching bot
which is also available for you guys now
it's on beta mode at the moment
in terms of the progress that you guys have made
web app as well as your IDEO
So yeah, we had very significant growth
since our launch of the app
alongside the whole injective ecosystem
and I really think that we hit the product market fit
the launchpad is already on
Apple Store, Google Play Store and web app
and we have reached over about
270,000 users in just 3 months
Pretty proud of the number that we've reached so far
Also we have 42,000 daily users
that use our trading bot with 30,000 trades a day
which is over about 10 million volumes
So it is getting there, we're getting pretty high
As a launchpad we have reached up to over 90,000 participants
in our first IDEO, APP token, our utility token
It's listed in Kucoin as well
And yeah, the participants that we had
they joined in IDEO in 2023 and 2024
And yeah, we have listed over
about 14 different exchanges at the moment
it is a launchpad that aims to empower the users
with MEV, Sandwich, Sniping and other trading tools
Apart from that, for the IDEO
we just launched our staking system
is going live from tomorrow

Alright, and as you mentioned already
you guys have launched all these different
iOS, Android as well as the web app
And I think you mentioned that you guys already have
270,000 users, which is super impressive
Can you go over a little bit
in more detail the MoonApp itself
I mean, you mentioned it's a launchpad
with several staking features, etc
as well as how you guys managed to grow so quickly
I'm sure there's some builders in the audience
who may be interested in learning
how you guys managed to grow from 0 to 270k
in such a short amount of time
Yes, so regarding the growth
I think, as I said, we hit the market, I guess
Trading board is very unique
and it's just coming out recently
I'm sure that you guys all know what Uniboard is
A very early stage trading board
which right now it's not exactly listed
in any centralized exchanges
which MoonApp is the first project that actually listed
So this is quite different from other trading bots
And also, because we chose
usually trading bots have been
only built in-house by market makers
or technically advanced traders with big budgets
But for MoonApp, it allows everyone to actually access these tools
within just 2-3 clicks in any smartphones
And also, without any advanced trading knowledge
like for other trading bots
you guys need to read a lot of doc files
with professional words that we couldn't actually understand
So basically, you guys need to study a lot
to actually use the trading bot
But for us, it's very simplistic
I know that the UI is a little bit off at the moment
We try to get the trading bot, the system
the functionality, everything to the audience
before actually making the UI design sexy
We've just listed, we're very new to the field
So give us some time to fix the UI
to be more looking good and professional
We are aware of that obviously
So yeah, in order to basically profit
from the same strategy as hedge funds
to train the market liquidity
This is one of the main reasons that we built this trading bot
So in our case, we call ourselves Trading SuperApp
because as we automate on-chain
yield opportunities within a single mobile app
As I mentioned, we have a lot of different functions
So all the people who actually download our app
they can actually use all those functionalities as well
Recently, we did an ISO called Initial Snipe Offering
is where we snipe the liquidity pool at TGE
when there's a hot token entering the market
The reason that it's caused Initial Snipe Offering
is because it's very similar to IDOs basically
So you can enter a position in the token
before other retail buyers do
So apart from this, we have also offered you tools
normally available only on centralized exchanges
You can choose to enter and exit positions on-chain
simply by choosing Take Profit and Stop Loss levels
Essentially, MoonApp has an automation
for every trade you want to make
So if you want to participate in an IDO, Snipe Presale
or participate in an Initial Snipe Offering
you can do all that on MoonApp
In fact, it's invented by MoonApp
As I said, all these kinds of functions
or the IDO actually in the app itself
It's the first in the scripted field
So it is quite unique at the moment
I'm sure that other projects will be following
But for now, we're the only project that actually has this kind of stuff
And you call yourself a super app
And I believe you guys are officially endorsed
by the Injective Blockchain
Why did you guys decide to build on Injective
versus all of the other competitors
and what attracted you specifically to Injective
and how did this partnership sort of come about
Can you dive deeper into that?
Yeah, that's a good question
So I'm sure that everyone knows that Injective is community
Injective themselves actually pushed up their chart
So high that everyone had fun about it
So yeah, first, as we've been building a trading bot
we thought that we needed a chain
that is actually community-based with a lot of traders
And as we can see from the database
Injective is growing rapidly
which we thought that it is the right choice for us
to actually get into Injective's ecosystem
and start working with them
So firstly, Injective has the fastest growing trade community
with transactions that only takes like 1-3 seconds to arrive
which is great for us because we are a trading bot
and we have built the most retail-friendly trading app
So which means that trading bot is essentially needed for Injective
as the community is rapidly growing with traders
and that was one of our main reasons to actually join the ecosystem
So also another thing is that we have shared Moondrop
which is Airdrop that recently finished on the 10th
So before the TGE was finished
and we reached over around 100,000 participants
It took us a lot of time to actually give the points
calculating the points and giving them the Airdrop
But I'm sure everyone were happy about it
because it did a good work
our Moondrop as a product is
the launchpad is primarily dedicated launchpad platform for Injective ecosystem
That means that we are the only launchpad
that actually does idea of Injective ecosystem
meaning that we work with several incubators in the space
to bring promising projects to Injective
and our community can actually get into these projects
by participating in our ideas before others do
We have a lot of programming pipeline
full of applications, games and other unique projects
that we'll be following right after our staking goes live
Our first idea is actually revealing very soon
It has been building for over 3.5 years now
It has a lot of different functionalities
I cannot exactly disclose this project
but it is coming up very soon

In terms of your unique value proposition
I think you mentioned several times
that you guys are the only launchpad
within that Injective ecosystem
Are you guys the only launchpad
or are you guys just like the first
or how do you guys sort of think about competitors
or differentiation in your space
like MojoSwap or Mitre, Mitre Finance
but they are a little bit different from us
Some of them are more focused
on the community-based launch
Idea also is a community-based
But officially, back in 2-3 years ago
there has been a lot of ideas
which probably only as a launchpad
But the others, they have different
such as like Mojo has the AMM platform
which they are more focused into it
But for us, we are trying to make it
a dual system as a launchpad
We try to incentivise users
by making a lot of transactions
in our Moonet trading bot
So that later on they could actually
get more incentivised rewards
So we say that there are no other competitors
because we are a dedicated launchpad
just for Injective ecosystem
That means working with a lot of different incubators
also Injective themselves actually supporting us
and actually introducing a lot of Injective ecosystem
to get the due diligence done
and try to get them on board
So I guess we say that we don't have competitors
because especially Injective ecosystem
because Injective team, the hub
and also the ecosystem people
we actually do connect a lot of time
Yesterday we had a Helix and Ninji Wallet
That's how we are very close with each other
So we don't have any competitors
because as I said Injective themselves
and other Injective ecosystem actually comes to us
and looking forward to do the idea
And just as a follow-up question to that
After your app token got listed
I'm sure a lot of people in the audience
are waiting for the next IDOs that may be upcoming
especially because you guys are a launchpad
Can you explain how you guys onboard these projects
onto MoonApp and what are the major factors
you guys are actually looking to?
Yes, so as I mentioned on my introduction
I was actually in a research team in Dalmeka as well
looking through all the projects
thousands of projects and getting them on board
So I have the experience of that
also taking care of the research and market analysis
With that experience we usually look into different things
but especially we look for a project that has the potential of
a lot of projects usually say what they want to say
but actually doesn't in their future
they don't actually make this kind of product at the end
So we want to see is this project reality?
Is it workable kind of thing?
Is it going to help users to actually use this kind of platform in their future?
And we would like to see a lot of projects that actually have been building
not just saying what they want to build
but we need to see the ground break
how they actually started building with their own money
or with fundraising that they got
but that is very important for us
and also is a team legit enough to actually be in public?
We are not trying to take any anonymous team
because it is very dangerous I believe
Team doesn't need to be decentralized I guess
So we look at every team KYC is done or not
and also we see the token metrics
Is it fair to the public?
Because Launchpad is a community based Launchpad
which we believe public sale needs to be very fair
to then seed investors or private investors or VCs etc
That is why for MoonF as well we didn't onboard any VCs
because we wanted to be community based Launchpad as well
So due diligence is very important
We try to have a call about 2 to 3 weeks before onboarding them
and with dozens of projects that are behind
we have actually onboarded about 12 different projects right now
It took us a very long time
but eventually we see a lot of potential in this injective
bringing those projects into injective ecosystem
Awesome, Chris I'd like to shift the focus a little bit
because obviously I think every project
especially in 2024 needs to prioritize security
as one of the most vital factors for the success
and longevity or sustainability of these projects
So how do you guys think about security
and how is MoonApp security being handled?
Security is the most important part
We usually use latest security for the best practices
and get regular audits done on all parts of the system
So for now we got our token smart contract audited from Hakken
We just listed just 5 days ago or 6 days ago
So we'll be having one more maybe in next quarter I guess
but eventually when new functionalities come up
we will be getting audits done for that as well
and especially we really focused to get the audit for our app as well
and we got a full security check from Harbin
which is one of the biggest security audit company
that also did Solana, Polygon, Appcoin, Bancou, etc
So from there on their audit pages like 168 pages long
It took us a very long time
but they were very supportive
and we fixed a lot of things
We made security part very strong
So we are not very scared or cautious about it
because we've been doing all the audits
It took us a very long time to get the app one done especially
So we are very excited to bring in more functionalities
and also get audits done every term of each quarter

and that is about your roadmap and the future for MoonApp
I know you guys just recently listed you said I think 6 days ago
What are you guys working on?
I know there are some things you can't share as well
So for the things that you can share to the listeners
I'm sure a lot of the KuCoin community is interested in knowing more
about what's coming up for your project in 2024
So first of all, upcoming, we have some events ongoing in KuCoin

And for us, we have a pipeline of top-tier injected ecosystems obviously in our RDO
As I said, 12 in our pipeline out of dozens of projects that have failed to be onboarded

So we don't hold your assets
Basically, you connect your wallet into your app
Or you can actually make your own wallet inside an app
So, you know, it's decentralized
So, like, if MoonApp gets hacked, which it won't
And if you guys are not connected, then you know, you guys are not involved in the hack
