Which is really exciting because they went through the whole a coin down
process and got the funding to try to help distribute this a coin to
Their lovely listeners and for the rest of the ecosystem outside of her outside of just the boarded Yacht Club

There's a lot going on in this ecosystem

Maybe the first time I think when you came on our show you guys are just getting ready to put your proposal in

I have no clue. I'm so unprepared and then after I realized that we didn't have a number yet because it was just

like there is like a lot of steps that you have to go through to actually get to the final point when you go to vote so
Time passed by and then we made it like it was like three weeks ago for maybe a month ago more or less
It has been an incredible

Like a lot of emotions up ups and downs
But at the end, yeah, the community rescued us from our you know
we were losing at the beginning so I feel like I feel like it's good to say that the committee rescued us and
made our proposal go through and
yeah, that was like pretty recent and
We have no time to waste so
Work hard on our first game show
So that we could launch it as soon as possible
Like we really really wanted this this grant in order to do what we want to do
It was not that we got the grant and now okay. Yeah, let's wait. Listen. No, we want to go live with our shows

Um, so to get started with kind of a quick intro for those of you for those of us in the
In the audience that don't really know what the damn show is about. Can you just give us a quick overview?
Intro how you guys started? What are you guys focused on that kind of stuff?
All right. So we started in July 2022
when we felt the need to create visual content for our
Number one community which was 10 ktf. I don't know if you guys know
10 ktf but for the people that don't know it's a project that is
Deeply involved in storytelling and they have like a weekly episode that comes out on Thursday. So every Thursday the story
continues and there are some tweets and stuff happens on discord and
sometimes in other different in many different platforms, so so
We started like with our recorded episodes trying to you know, sum it up like sum up what happened
On 10 ktf that we can give more information to the people that were just joining
We had also a lot of you know future plans because we were like, okay
We're gonna start with 10 ktf and then we're gonna branch out to other projects because I was like very involved in a world of women
You know Atari was already in the board API club because it has a mutant ape and all this stuff
So we were like let's start from what we know and what we care about the most and then we grow this channel
Going also on other topics and other projects
What happened is that after like about a month that we were doing recorded episodes
The something happened with 10 ktf that they dropped the combat crates
Which were like the new NFTs that you had to burn the crate in order to reveal
What's inside the crate and it felt like that was an amazing opportunity for us to?
To go live with community members and open our crates together. So, you know, like
the mutant serum that you know your your board ape drinks and mutant serums and there is this transformation and they
The reveal of your new NFT a similar thing was happening with this and we were like, this is such an amazing
Visual this such amazing with visual content that we can actually
Do like and and get people on our YouTube to show so
when that happened we started doing
live streams on Thursday and
These live streams initially were covering the the crates openings
But then we found out that it was very beneficial for people that didn't know about 10 ktf
And weren't able to actually follow the story that many times as I said before happens on different platforms at the same time
And be a little bit like, you know, the guides that will show you look guys. There is a tweet
Let's read the tweet. Let's let's see what what's happening with work miss on this week. Oh, there is this other thing happening on discord
Let's go on discord and see how the story is progressing. So we started to do that
And the community gave us a very very strong
Response like they really really loved it to the point that 10 ktf gave us the captaincy
So we were named captains. That's why I have this PFP. My PFP is an official drawing by
Saboteur which is head of design at yuga labs right now
And we were officially included in the 10 ktf
Storyline as three captains. So it's gonna it was me Atari and diamond hands
And nothing like from there. We just continued and we didn't miss some Monday and we didn't miss a Thursday
between recorded episodes and
And live streams we interviewed a lot of
founders we interviewed Luca nets we interviewed the only founders we interviewed forgotten ruins founders like we got a lot of
that a lot of content about other projects as well and
10 ktf was acquired by yuga labs and
When that happened, it wasn't a huge huge moment for us
Like the 10 ktf community we were like, oh wow, what's happening? This is crazy and
When that happened the general, I don't know. I think everybody knows the general
Of the other side the general decided to give away three
Other deeds on the damn show just like that. This is said guys
I'm giving away three other deeds and this is gonna happen on the damn show like we didn't talk about it at all
It just came out like this and we were like, okay. We got these amazing prizes. What should we do? And
And that was the first like the time that we decided to actually
spend a little bit more time and effort and
Make a show that was similar to a game show and give away these prizes
In a way that was like more engaging for the for the audience to have fun with with the whole community
And that worked pretty well
We kind of started to think maybe this game shows could be actually a way to
engage even more people in the in the space in you know
Then like with the NFT projects that we love and obviously with a coin as well
And that's like this is like a story for the for the long talk, but this sums it up
This sums up like what happened and how we got to the point that we actually
Applied for for the for the grant from a coin down
let me just say that because it just really shows how dedicated you guys were with this from the beginning and you just stuck to it and
Just making just creating and contributing to the space without really
Expecting anything first and then good thing just came your way the universe just came and said, okay
these people are building they're true builders we want to work with them and
testament to your hard work maybe Atari Atari and
Diamond hands right? He's not with us today
But three of you guys have been just killing it and you deserve all the yeah diamond hands
He has been with us for about 10 months. I would say
But he got an amazing opportunity with Ranga is now the CMO at Ranga
So unfortunately he had to leave us to to go and pursue
Dream in his career and we're super super happy for him
Like really that was an amazing opportunity. So
We're just gonna support each other
With what we do. We always support diamond hands and the same is is from him, but that was the right decision for him
Like the great things are happening to the to the dam either is either if it's in the dam because it was the same exact week
So, you know, the dam show
It was it wasn't even the same week. It was literally the same day where they announced
Same hour where they announced we got the grant that the voting closed that diamond hands was announced at CMO
So it was very like serendipitous in that way. Oh
My god, it's like what are those situations where the stars were aligned and mercury was in retrograde and all that stuff
Everything came into place and it was meant to be for the dam show
Um, maybe can you tell can you guys tell us a little bit about the people show and like how you you were
There as kind of a spokesperson showing showing the show like a live feed of that. I thought that was really cool
the opening of people's studios
That's how I want to say something you can go if you want. Oh
I was I was gonna clarify that as well, but go ahead. Maybe it was a star of that show
Like the thing is that that was crazy
Also, how that happened because I didn't have a ticket until like I don't know maybe five days before like I
I I didn't know if I was gonna go or not
Then at one point or I was like a fit. I want to go. It's a great opportunity
I was able to get like a ticket from one person that they had a like a plus one. I was like, okay
Let's go. Let's let's see what this this thing is and then obviously talking with
with Atari and diamond we were like I
Think it would be pretty cool if we tried to stream from there because it was a very very
Event so many people wanted to go but they didn't have the ticket
So and it was obviously that the opening so no one had ever seen the the studios before
So it was like the first look inside people's studios
So yeah, what happened is that we decided to do to the stream
We got in contact with the people's studios team asked them if they had some kind of reliable
Connection for me to connect so without using the Wi-Fi that everybody was using. Hey, yeah
Of course, I put up a pinned up a tweet. We we kind of did the thing where
You ask in public I guess and we were gonna do this whether we got the official support or not
But we put out a clip from our show and I just pinned it up up top tagging people and saying hey
What if we do like a damn IRL at people's studios?
Cuz this was maybe three weeks after the one we did at the tank ATF event in LA and people was there
and so he came on and we interviewed him and
Seal of approval from him because he quote tweeted it with like a bunch of thinking emojis and then the heart and so I go
Okay, that's the that's the yes
And then we worked through and got the that Wi-Fi connection so that we could have a reliable reliable stream
It wasn't even I totally remember that I totally remember you were you guys were in LA and did that like amazing
I didn't even know what the situation was
I remember you were mentioning that like people might be interested in doing this and I think that's what drew me to it so much
And when you actually made it to the people's opening and you guys were live streaming out
My mind was blown to be honest you guys pull that and like I guess that's just like kind of what we preach all the time
Shoot your shot. This is what three. It's what it's about, right? Yeah
Yeah, we actually like really we just decided to do it before having any
Contact with the team there like it was like this is just like we're gonna do
what we can to make this happen and
And we did it was an amazing night. I met so many people and
The stream was not perfect because even though I got this better connection. It was it was still
Cutting me off some sometimes
But I'm very happy that we were able to stream in a very good quality
The the show of the different artists
Because there was like a good part of the evening
I think it was an hour or so where there were other artists that were featured inside the biggest room the room that had like
screens and all different walls and we were able to actually stream that and
make people see that beauty because it was like
Amazing it has been an amazing experience. We had a lot of people watching because it was really really exclusive
And people enjoyed it. They were just like saying thank you. There is a picture of me
I don't know. I don't know where it is
But like there were people going around the space and and and they see me
Even figgy took a picture of me because it was so crazy. I was there sitting on the floor
For the whole evening trying to get the best angle for people to see
Uh the featured artists and everything and everybody was drunk. Everybody was having fun and I was just there sitting on the floor
When I was seeing the chat because I see the chat on the live stream and people were like, thank you for doing this
This is amazing. Thank you. We're so happy that someone is showing us this
That was enough for me. That's what I needed to hear and I didn't care about the rest
And to add to that there were there were some artists that were in the stream as well
Because they didn't get a chance to go to the event and so for them they wanted to see their art
Somewhere and because it was going to be featured on the big screens and it was a cool moment to see that
People being like oh, that's really cool because they're one of the featured artists and to see
It was kind of just like a it was a place for people to gather that were interested in this
My experience very briefly was I I was in Madrid at the time
And so I was in a we work from 3 a.m. Till 7 a.m
like for the pre and post and the during
Just doing doing the production and helping out with all that and so it was a crazy Saturday or Sunday morning
Um that day, but just I think it's all kind of like
To me. I just see it as like we're super committed and and it's not like uh
It's not like oh i'm too lazy. I don't want to do it or no. That's too inconvenient
It's more like let's make that happen
I I was with a friend today and and I asked her i'm like
Do I work too much because it's it was you know 7 p.m. And I was still working and um
I enjoy it. I have so much fun with it. So it doesn't feel like work
It's very cliche, but I think it's very very true that it doesn't um, if it doesn't feel like work then it then it won't be work
It's like I can't reveal what what this is, but I I sent somebody a message saying hey
Is hits the toad face too strongly. Can you reduce the collision?
And um, and then I pause for a second and i'm like what the hell like
Is that even a sentence like what am I doing here?
How did I get here not on a battery and just like oh, this is ridiculous, but I love it. This is my job
I I can totally just hear the passion in your voices right now as you're talking about this project and it's just really
Inspirational like you guys are just doing it right because
I'm not sure about you at heart, but meby your backgrounds in
in medical right not even like
Like a content that's not your original calling right?
Well, like I had many years to actually go through a big transition. So
Yes, I have a medical degree
Uh, and um, I started my own company, which is in medical education when I was in last year of my
So I was graduating medical school running my company at the same time
Graduated, uh, I had to choose am I doing the residency now that is going to take every
Second of my day and all my energy or am am I going to invest in myself and my and my company my business?
Yeah, the choice for me was pretty obvious back then I was like
I love to do this. This is something that I created by myself and you know, uh with my partner
I just want to continue to do this. So I transitioned from
Like from being a doctor to be an entrepreneur in a medical related business company
Uh, and I had to learn a lot about marketing about media obviously about social media because
I'm selling products. So I have customers and I have to market everything everything I sell
Uh, so it was like a weird transition
But it's anyway was like the transition brought me to do more and more
Uh media to to connect with more and more people and then obviously when I found the nft space
I felt the same way. I felt when I first started my company
So it's that like that fire that you feel like I don't want to do this. I want to do that
So I don't like to do this anymore
Uh, or I feel like this it's more in tune with how I am right now and who I want to be later
So that's who I am. I just jumped into it. Um
Just like if I want to do something I just do it
I've always been like that. So I think that this is why also the me and atara
We really get along because we both are the kind of person that if we want to do something we do it
Less and less reasons to not do it and just go for it
So yeah, that's like that was my background and uh, i'm actually still running my company, but fortunately I have
collaborators and employees that
To work on it all day and all hours and I can use my time to do other things as well
as a scientist, um, I was doing molecular science research and
debating the transition between that and uh,
It's like debating the transition of going into a phd or not
Decided not to and I went into tech
And so I did I did tech for a few years maybe like three four or five years and you know rose up the ranks
Uh, I was the last role that I had in web2 was head of product for a software startup that was
Creating so we helped we created software that
Stores medical records compliantly connects pharmacies to customers so they can go direct to consumer and we started that
I think or I joined two months before the you know, the pandemic and the lockdown started and so it was very
Timely, I guess in a sense of of what the world needed and
I moved on from that after just, you know realizing that I I
I think i've i'm in science in my background in science, but i've always
Had a passion for creativity. I think any city I go to there's two museums
There's the science museums on the left and the art museums on the right and since a kid
I would always gravitate towards and spend hours in the art museum more than the science museum. It would really
That's where I really felt something and so
That it's like for me to now I think being in web3
I started writing twitter threads and that's when I joined in ktf and so for me to now be able to
Just do something creative for a living. That's honestly i'm i'm so blessed to be able to do that
And uh, like my background is pakistani. And so my older my brother. He's one year older than me. He's a doctor and so
It's a it's a funny. It's a funny, you know
Contrast between uh to explain to my my parents and were immigrants that oh, yeah
He went on to become a doctor and uh, you're what are you doing again?

And I hear this story that

This was the party in miami and you were trying to get in there's a huge long line
and then figgy right came and saw you and diamond and just like
Like grabbed you guys and said hey come with me and brought you into the party
And you were like sitting there staring at maybe and you said
If you like sitting in the line, she's still sitting in the line
That's exactly what I said. That's exactly how it went
Maybe i'm sorry, but you're you're not the two me and diamond
That's that's not what happened one night I was there that that is not what happened. Um, well you got you got most of it
right, so yeah figgy came out and
Uh, he like waved at me. So I walk over and he's like i'll go grab diamond and i'm like, okay
Go grab diamond and he has two wristbands and he had more than two but tails was also with him
And so we put on the wristbands and maybe was in line, but we weren't together. She was you know, maybe 10 15 people back
Um with some other friends and we were we just went, you know
We walked in we were pretty close to the beginning of the line already
Or the start of the line. So I wasn't too worried
But um, but yeah, we we went into the side and then people gets out of the car at the exact same time
And people's already I think drunk
And so it was like hey, hey people and he's like, oh, what's up guys? How's it going? I'm in the people voice and then
Um, we just got in the party and like it felt pretty cool. I'm not gonna lie. It felt cool
But I think we uh, I think we we said that the next time
Next time it'll be maybe first so we agreed on that it's uh, it's fair
It was just a circumstantial thing figgy saw me first and so he was like hey atari come with me
So that's what happened one nine. It wasn't like i'd look maybe right in the eye and said sorry, maybe
I like my story better. It's it makes me more of the villain so I could yeah
But but then when maybe was at people's event
She was there and you guys were just watching from the sidelines from a stream. That was not great, but
You did what you could it was a great
Um, it was a great stream overall, but the the actual streaming part was choppy
And you guys just had to on look and not be able to experience it all and maybe was able to be there
And so I was happy about that. I was and I said finally maybe got you
Uh, the universe is balanced now. We can we can put it all to bed
Yeah, I got the ticket first
Someone reached out to to me. Maybe you want to go to the people event. I was like, yes
Yeah, it turned out great
Did they ask if you they like were like would you like to bring atari and diamond and you were like no
