So guys, let's just start our AMA.
So my first question from Ashis is, tell us a little bit about yourself, Ash, and how
you came up in an AI sector, and what are you guys building in Leica AI?
Thanks, Philakone, for giving me an opportunity to host, sorry, talk about my experience.
So my experience is working in web two companies, companies like Microsoft, companies like Bank
of America, where it is an amalgamation of both technology and a lot of finance stuff.
So that is where I learned the ropes of this particular area.
And slowly, gradually, in the last three, four years, I wanted to learn more about robotics
And when the field of AI was getting bigger, that's where we also got an idea of integrating
And at Leica, what we've done is we've really built a product that can be useful specifically
for web three purposes, specifically for web three natives, people who are into cryptocurrencies.
And our idea is how can we help people in the web three space to utilize this beautiful
technology to get ahead of the game?
That's something really exciting to hear, Ashish.
So before moving on, I just wanted to ask, and I'm always very curious to learn about
What's your views on latest trends in AI and web three?
So there's so much happening here.
I mean, everyone knows about OpenAI's Sora, the new product that they've come out with,
which can convert text to such beautiful videos.
The way I see future progressing, it's nothing less than scary and exciting at the same time.
In a world where people are producing movies just by writing good forms, what will happen
What will happen to people who work there?
Actor, actresses, directors, screenplay writers, they're all their jobs are now looks very
difficult that they will retain their jobs.
So the world of AI is moving at a scary pace, but that doesn't mean we have to be left behind.
We need to make sure that we understand this technology, utilize this technology to make
It's another wheel, invention of wheel moment.
It's another, it's a moment where Wilbur Wright Brothers invented aeroplane.
It's a moment where Alexander Gramble invented phone, right?
So these are the technologies that change the world forever.
And we are at the cusp of two such technologies.
One is AI, other is web three.
And at Leica, we are combining both technologies together to create something beautiful for
Wow, that's, that's really an amazing answer.
And I also feel that it's scary and exciting at the same time.
So how do you see both AI and web three in future?
So what are the intersection between these two technologies and how these are changing
our landscape of technology?
Well, that's something difficult to answer in a short span of time, but I'll make a stab
The way I see, as I mentioned earlier also, both AI and web three are probably one of
the most important invention of the last couple of centuries.
And this invention is going to completely change the 21st century forever for everyone.
And the speed at which it is moving, it's going to completely change many, many things.
And I'll start with few things that comes to my mind.
First is the whole labor market.
Every country is dependent on their population for the GDP growth, because the more hands
at work means more GDP for the country.
Now first time ever in the history of the civilization, country size cannot determine
It's completely dependent on how quickly they embrace the AI technology and is not dependent
on the people living in that country.
That has a potential to change the physical borders that we have built around our countries.
That has a potential to change how we do commerce with each other as countries.
That has a potential to completely change the geopolitics of the world.
You may very well see USA dominating in this field for a long time, as they have been doing
for the past, but you will see some smaller countries emerging as leaders because of this
technology, because they don't need a big human power to become big like other big countries
So that's one of the scary features that I see in the physical realm.
When it comes to the space of Web2 and Web3, the internet world, I see many jobs being
lost and many new jobs being created, just like at the advent of every new technology.
But the jobs of knowledge workers is going to get destroyed, and the creative workforce
is going to get created in the next few years.
And this is going to be very fast-paced, it is not going to happen in decades, it probably
is going to happen in the next few years.
So that's another thing that I see changing.
But the interesting thing that I foresee happening in this world is, imagine you are getting
driven by a self-driven car, and you have your phone, which has its own smart agent
built in the phone, and you sit in the car, you don't tell the car where you have to go.
Your phone is talking to the car itself, where they have to go, and the stop where you have
to reach, and then your phone makes a payment to the car.
It's called machine-to-machine payment, where your intervention is not required.
And for such payment methods, where AI combines the traditional finance, that's where the
Web3 comes into picture, that's where cryptocurrencies come into picture, because only then using
cryptocurrencies you can make such payments.
No other platform is so comprehensive that such machine-to-machine payments can be managed.
So imagine that kind of future where AI is helping you to such an extent, where your
phone AI knows where you have to go, and it talks to the machine itself and makes payment
And now imagine such scenarios in your real life.
People often ask whether Bitcoin be used for buying a coffee.
It will be used with the help of AI, when you will be going to a machine counter buying
a coffee without saying anything.
And the payment will be done on your behalf by the AI agent, who is managing your finance
So I see such beautiful convergence of this AI and Web3 technology in the future.
When it comes to our product, what we are building, and how we are contributing to space,
we are trying to build on-chain AI, where we want to read every smart contract that
has existed in the Web3 space, and put that into a format so that our LLMs, our algorithms
can read that data, and give you meaningful answers.
What we are trying to create an institutional level dashboard, institutional level, so to
say, Bloomberg terminal, that is available to every Web3 user, where they can reduce
the gap between themselves, right?
Okay, that is something very amazingly present to everyone.
So I believe what you are saying is we got the access to trade institutions by getting
a lot deeper understanding of crypto through AI extension.
And I believe that back in 1900, three technologies were evolving at the same time that were
telephone, electricity, and automobile.
And that's what lead us here.
And now in 2023, because of AI, five technologies are evolving at the same time, that are public
blockchains, energy storage, robotics, multi-omic sequencing, and AI.
So I believe that what it will take us in the next 20 or 30 years, that is really amazing.
And we are expecting a CIGI growth of 40%.
So I believe there is very strong convention and intersection between public blockchains
So how is like a combining AI and Web3?
So I think what we've done is we have looked at a problem that we wanted to solve.
And we wanted to see if that problem can be solved with the help of AI.
So the biggest problem that we see in the Web3 space right now is the data is completely
It is scattered across blockchains.
It is scattered across EVM chains.
It is scattered across different L1s.
And there is hardly anything that combines everything.
So if you were to find out what's happening on Solana, you have to go to complete different
To find out what is happening on Arbitrum, you have to go to a different RB scan, which
is probably very similar to Etherscan, but still a completely different platform.
And the data scattered across these platforms is so dissipated that it is very difficult
for a normal user to understand what's happening.
So what we thought of is that if we can combine this data together at one platform, and then
with the help of AI, it can give you meaningful insights, that is going to really solve a
What we have done in Leica AI is we have amalgamated 17 EVM chains.
We have read through or scanned through at least 500,000 smart contracts.
We are indexing all of this data to feed to our LLMs.
And what it does is it gives you beautiful answers when you ask the AI about what you
In the next phase, in the next version, what you will see is you can ask questions like,
so what are the top 10 chain link holders are buying or selling today?
Now that question is not difficult to answer.
But imagine that question getting answered by AI itself, where AI analyzes the trends
of these top 10, 15, 20 wallets and understands where the money is moving, where the sentiments
And you get that answer instantaneously at your fingertips with typing some quotes or
Now that reduces the gap between the information that a normal Web3 user have versus the institutional
investors or the very sophisticated investors.
And that's what we want to create.
We want to make a level playing field for the retail investors in crypto and in people
who really runs crypto for that matter.
And that's where we thought there's a big problem to be solved with the help of AI.
And this problem can't be solved without AI.
It has to be solved with AI itself.
That has the power to combine and churn such scattered data in one go.
And that's what we're trying to aim.
And this is all live today.
You can go to our extension and experience it yourself.
Some features will come in the future, but some features are already live for you to
Okay, that is something Silicon Valley level stuff you guys are creating.
I'm very excited to test all the versions of this.
And now currently you guys in version 5 and I had to set a version 4 and V5 is very much
So that is really something I'm seeing it in a very positive direction going.
So I had like before moving on to the community section, I understand that there's been a
lot of hype around your product and there's a lot of hype around your TG also and roadmap
So before discussing that, Ashish, can you tell us what your guys are planning to build
in the upcoming two quarters or three quarters?
What's your plans in your mind and which direction you guys are moving ahead?
So it's a very loaded question and I would like to answer in two ways.
One is our extension version 5 is still getting completed.
We are working very hard to make sure that you get access to internet through AI directly
on the extension and we are making a lot of chains live where we want you to be able
to swap between different chains and multi-chain and to be able to scan any smart contract
What we want to move on to next is we want to make sure that we build the analytics dashboard
in a way that you can customize for yourself so that you see what you want to see instead
of what we want to show you so that you can customize the dashboard for your convenience
and for your expectations.
Then what we want to do is we want to make sure that we come up with a mobile app.
So the extension, the power of the extension can be moved to a mobile app on your phone.
That will be our target for Q2.
So that's what we're aiming at.
But before that, of course, we want to make sure we launch our tokens, which is coming
We can't disclose any dates as of now, but it is much sooner than later.
We can expect some amazing news in the next few days, probably.
And in Q3, once we have built the extension, the mobile app, we want to create a web app
also so that any user anywhere with any device can access us.
And I think with this kind of speed, if you keep moving, an addressable market to the
cryptocurrency world is going to be in millions.
And that's what the aim is.
We want to have more and more users coming in and experiencing it, because the more user
asks the questions on our extension, the better RL is going to become.
So it's in our interest to get more and more access to customers to ask questions or the
So that's the roadmap, a very high level roadmap, but that's a roadmap that we're moving to.
I understand most of the part, and you guys are building mobile app and the web app.
Yeah, because I understand that it's currently not supporting the mobile app, and I was just
checking in the community and many of the people were questioning when it's coming to
So I got the answer, like you guys are planning to do it in the Q3 and Q4.
But now I'm going to ask a very important question that every community member is anticipating
or speculating from like many days, because I know it's been an year since you guys are
building this AI product.
So don't let me down by telling it it's going to launch soon.
Just tell me when you guys are launching the token.

We are launching a token in March.
And so, yeah, as I said, we are much closer and much sooner than later.
