Hi everyone!
Let's wait for our participants and we can start.
[Birds chirping]
[Birds chirping]
I think I did a jump task left, so let's wait for them.
Alright, I think Jumptap is going to connect our SlayLator. They're having a bit of technical issues. So let's start in that case. We have Forward and we have Affin Network. Can you guys please introduce yourself, any project?
I'm very, very happy to be here. Thank you so much for inviting us. Forward is like WordPress for Web 3. So to give you a background, we have been in the blockchain space and
2013 for the last 10 years and we have helped a lot of businesses get to blockchain during the period. In 2017 we were on the forefront of this crypto revolution as well but we found that many businesses are unable to get their ideas to reality.
So we said, how can we fix this? What was the traditional world to a Web 2 revolution that happened in the past? And we modeled that. We found how WordPress came in and we said, OK, let's create something in the Web 3 where all the dreams can become reality in a matter of few months. So forward is like WordPress where
user looks at all the available templates chooses what they like clicks customizes on the front end drag drop deploy that's it so choose customize deploy takes two to three minutes and they can deploy it across 700 plus chains not only EVM but rust go Python
Haskell, Move, all the languages are compactible. They have all the available templates that they need out there. These templates are created by developers. So it's not really us, which readily means it's not limited to our ability and our resources.
It's an open ecosystem. And this is important. This is required in the space because we all guys can keep creating something among ourselves. But the real use case comes when a business owner in the web to world has an idea and they want to bring it to life if they can make it work.
And if they can do that without having to raise funds and go through all the barriers, then there are more innovations happening, more value moving to Web 3. So if you want blockchain as an industry to win, if you want the whole Web 3 space to take traction, we need to not only make it simple, but really
the barriers and invite the greater business community from outside who are not technical geeks who are not programmers and that's exactly what forward does and it is compactible and working with every party out there. So our team has experts from Facebook
work like our CTO to other qualified product and project managers and team technical team members who have worked on projects like Awe and many more and we have investors from Oxford and Cambridge blockchain societies and some of the most respectable web 2 and
three companies in the space. So I'm very happy to be here again once again and I'm happy to answer any questions that you guys might have about forward. All right, all right. Great here that we are going to definitely ask you a couple more questions during the SMA session.
This association is mainly about understanding your project and educating our current audience about the project as they cast their vote on the Magic Star. I would like to pass the mic to the Pinaki from Afinetwork. Could you please introduce yourself and your project?
Thanks very much. Hello everyone. It's nice to be on this AMA today. So what is Affi Network? Affi Network is a promote to earn platform that enables projects and creators to interact on a trustless basis to promote NFTs.
And so essentially how it works is, you know, we have advertisers that can come on and create campaigns similar to, you know, creating a Google ad or Facebook ad except the end of the journey, the launch their campaign is a smart contract and what that enables is publishers, so influencers, content creators to come on, pick up their referral
links and promoted across any channel that they like so they can put it on Twitter, YouTube and they will be earning on a commission basis. So in an upsell that's what AFI network is. We're on a mission to create an income stream for a million people through our platform and we were recently featured on the top 100
list of web resortops by Paris Blockchain Week. So once again, we're very happy to be here and looking forward to answering any questions that may arise later. Thanks. Thank you very much. We have not quite sure how to price them correctly. Is it Kim Tari?
Yes, it's good weather. Okay, great, great. Nice to see you here. Nice to see you joined. Can you please just follow up with the rest and introduce the jumpsask as well? Yes, of course. Thanks a lot for inviting us to be here in the space.
And yeah, I'm getting that from GemSask and I'm pretty sure quite many of people know what it is, but I'm still gonna say a little bit more about it. So it's actually a global gig marketplace that is connecting over 2 million at the moment micro flea.
freelancers to brands and advertisers. At the moment we are on our stage one, which is now we are having games to play, some brands are advertising brands like Binance, Uber, Revolo, Web2, and the three brands that are advertising and giving some earnings
learning possibilities for our users and users are earning in gem token so our native token which they can later on also stake on our platform and get some passive earnings on their already existing active earnings and gem test actually ultimate goal is to make the network completely decentralized and eliminate the new
need for any intermediaries by just using smart contracts, something similar to what App Network is also doing, and to simplifying the creation of the offer of the potential earning possibility via some templates, and to just open up for everyone, peer to peer, business
to peer business to business, anything you can imagine, which will also allow us to standardize all the communication between the jump-to-scusers and partners and of course verify the successful task completion. We've been around for a year now, super happy that we've been
revenue generating since day one as well. And you can see our token is holding strong too because of the external investor there we are getting attention from and you can read actually our recent product review on daily coin. And yeah, just happy to be here and answer any questions you might have.
Great here that, great here that we are going to have definitely more questions that especially I would like to also give our community some space for the questions and the end because the idea of us talking right now is about exploring the benefits of your project to
the Web2X system, the Web2 community, and in general the benefits of your project on, I would say, blockchain economy as a whole because if we have newcomers on this same map, I would love to also briefly elaborate on
what the project validation is about on the magic store. So as a magic store, we are a Web3 App Store where we currently contain more than 400 different validated applications which are communicated by our incredible members. And our main goal is
is to simplify the process of the discovery or the web3 users. And for the internet users in general, because web3 contains out of the blockers, challenges, and bottlenecks, it's very hard nowadays to just go and list to any project, to join any project, whether it's play-touring game,
whether it's a DeFi platform or whether you want to invest in some kind of new protocol. So we are here to simplify the discovery and we are here to really make sure that the web3 is not so much complicated as it used to be before
So as a web3upstorm, we are interviewing those incredible projects for one jump task enough network today to discover whether you should cast. You vote as a no or whether you should cast yes on the magic storm. I believe those projects are personally
researched all of you guys through the magic store obviously and also through your own website and socials and I'm really excited to see how the validation process goes till the end. Right now I have two, I would say all we use questions
for our audience to know and at the end we're going to have some space as I said before for the current community on this M8 to also hit you up with some unexpected questions so be ready and my next question for all of you starting from forward
going to be what are the benefits for users and the community? Perfect. So many members here we have over 500 listeners here at some point or other
you always had a dream of making your web 3 application web 3.tapp for different business cases in your own life as an individual or your business. But then you knew that okay you need to go find a developer and it's not easy. You have to either find the money or find the time to learn or
network to find someone, it's just not practical at all times. But if you ever wanted to make a website, you would just go to what present do it. But if you want to make a tab, there is nothing of that kind to bring your ideas to life. So that's where ForwardFitzen, it is helping accelerate that process where
you just see the available templates, customize and go live on any chain of your choice, not just one, two, five chains, but over 700 chains. And why is this important? If the barrier is not removed, many ideas would just die there, which is not good for the growth of
of the Web3 ecosystem. The more experiments that happen, more businesses that are able to bring their ideas to life, more entrepreneurs' creativity that can be channeled into the space, the better it is for everyone, the members, the community, and there's going to be more healthy competition and more qualitative projects.
in the industry. So it's not really far from what magic square is doing as a store themselves by bringing that visibility. In our instance, we are making more and more dapp implementation possible so that we are making the space better and qualitative place. So I hope that answers your question.
I'm really glad to hear that I also have a project on the way to ease out the adoption of the webtoon general. I think in order to achieve the most adoption in order to fulfill the growth
for all of us, we should also try at some point to simplify any particular process. Whether it's building for the web3 app and thepreneurs, whether it's creating, I don't know, a conduct creation platform for the web2 creators or whether it's just making a very
simplified user experience of your project for users to be onboarded because the main time this initial barrier is break through one particular project like in the Philippines.
Infinity shoot out and had massive royalty because people were making a good amount of money with the Play-Tone gaming and because of the success of X-Infinity back in the day it went the crypto itself went quite viral
in the Philippines. So therefore I believe that if each project swipes for simplifying the process and unboarding of Filsen having a very clear value proposition among the community, it's going to be beneficial for all of us. So that's why I really see that product comes first.
But we should never forget about how hard it is for the regular interned users also to understand your project from the ready perspective. So I completely agree with you. And I would pass microphone to Pinaki, a Finetwork.
Yep, so the benefits, you know, for users on AppFingertWork is first of all, is the opportunities to monetize. So I think monetization is like a big driving force for us. You know, we really serious about trying to create
create an income stream for more people around the world. So part of this we are running a more traditional agency. We worked with brands like Decathlon, Happy Fresh, Tabillo, primarily in Asia. And we ended up creating 2,500 jobs.
It's relative, right? That some would find that less, some would find it as a lot. But we're trying to hit our goal of a million. And we found that through leveraging blockchain technologies, as for both a database and a payment mechanism, it would enable us to achieve that. So the first benefit is opportunities to monetize globally.
And users would earn in stablecoins. So we're focused a lot on making users feel like the money that the earn is tangible, less volatile. Another benefit is increased transparency. So because we work on a conversion mechanism, essentially an
advertising or publisher would be able to see the proof of conversion as well. So upon every single dollar spent, they would have exposure to the transparency. All the relationships on Affey Network at the moment are trustless. So everything is driven by smart contracts. It's completely decentralized.
The payments are instant, so influencers don't need to wait to receive their funds. For publishers, you also have a place to come and discover new projects to promote. And for advertisers, you know, this was a place where they can come and engage publishers with lower risk. They would pay on a
version basis and they would have it access to a large network of publishers. We're also building out an NFT project and this is a community driven thing for our community of creators and so through owning this NFT, creators would have access to closed community
and also access to tips and education that we're going to be putting out so that creators can perform better and ultimately earn more. So those are some of the benefits of being an affinate work user. Great. Thank you for aberration and that.
and passing the microphone to guitarist.
Thank you. So Chamsask has two sides, right, of the network. It's the brands, of course, from that we are bridging from Web 2 to Web 3 and for them to be able to access a whole new user base that will enjoy their brands.
And there are of course our lovely users, which for them actually we are the very very first touchpoint in crypto. We can proudly say that about 90% of our user base is like super crypto novice, who
we educate, who we hold their hands, our community also holds their hands, you know, our active users and helps them go through that whole journey, through that whole process of creating a first wallet,
to earning first crypto, to swapping trading it on DX, EX, whatever you name it. And yeah, we are really proud of that. I mean, as I mentioned, as a moment, we have over 3 million new beast in crypto who are awarded and
And they are holding the token or they are staking it. And we saw so many success cases that people are earning their whole net income in developing countries especially. So also, Jamsa said to like,
bridge all the how to see all the walls as well of the global world and be able to open it up, you know, developing countries to earning possibilities to because in some of these, you know, PayPal does not work, other possibilities of payment does not work, and
crypto does. So we are kind of in alignment with the whole web 3 space as well and you know we're just going to bridge those gaps and making it as friendly and as painless of onboarding as possible. So that's what our team is about and we will still be about that.
incredible. I like to mention the incentivization of users in developing countries making more than they can possibly make within their local economy because this is the icing on the most
important part in the Web3 and CryptoX system. I mean, due to the way we are incentivizing users and the way we are rewarding users, it goes from, I think everyone on this MA, I think every project on this MA is kind of
using incentivization rewards for their community for multiple proposals. In our case, we have a used to earn model where we work users for literally any positive activity on the magic store. Now anyone
I'm not going to go right now on the medics or see what we recently released, we released like Karma Points which is basically a reward mechanism. So whenever somebody goes to your up page, whenever somebody goes to the forward up page, goes to Affine Network or goes to the
jump task and whenever you guys decide to participate or if you are ready in the process of participating in casting your vote, you will be rewarded. And I think it's not too much about buying attention or the community but it's more about
spreading out the education at some point. The title of this M.A. is Learn, World and Earn.
And the reason for that is because for many many users around the world, WebPri is still a very new thing. And we are happy to incentivize everyone to
proceed with some kind of operations, whether it's complicated or simplified operations like connecting your wallet
going to the snapshot, custom URL, sign of the transactions on the MetaMask, because at the end of the day, from a global marketing perspective, right, the education is within the same category as connection with the audience and comes right out to the awareness.
At some point you need to incentivize users in the web through right now to make sure that you are growing in a stable manner. You don't want to incentivize them too much. It's my personal opinion because otherwise your project that becomes bound as memecoins where everybody is about air drums but nobody is ruling
about the product, but the system of incentivization and the infrastructure allows you to really build marketing funnels that have beneficiary for you and also beneficiary for users because they are learning at the same time they are participants.
at the same time they are earning so it's like it's more than just consuming the product but it's more like of really being the part of the community that is what I believe. I would like to also hear your opinion by the end of my questions and I
have only one last question to all of you guys. Why should the validators of the Magic Square vote yes for your project starting from the forward? OK, that's another question.
good question there. The end of the day for a project to be good, to be successful for it to be true. The most important thing is the consistency. Just go check out our medium for the last two years, almost two years.
We have been publishing both technically and business wise everything that we have done. There are monthly reports, quarterly reports, annual reports and even weekly. You can see that there has been a constant never-ending progress. And that is a sign of, to me, trust and credibility there.
And second, we have a lot of serious companies working with us. We have about $5 billion worth of assets being tokenized through our ecosystem by companies building around us. We have over 100 plus Web 2 companies that are in the
the process of building, launching around our ecosystem. So what we are building is just not for us. It's not a centralized platform. It's a decentralized protocol. It's a place where even if we don't exist and we don't function, it will continue running automatically on the network forever.
So it is something that we are creating, contributing to the community here. So go check it out, read about it, even sign up at forwardfactory.net. It's a live application. Register yourself, play around, check to see if you like it. If you really like it, if you see it makes sense and of a history of all these years of our work, there's
logical then there you go there is an S but if none of those or any of those don't check out you're not happy then you can always deny the approval but the best step here is really to big deep dive in spend some time read and learn about what is going on in our ecosystem over the period of time and why guys like
Oxford and Cambridge blockchain societies work with us and then make your choice and if you are on the side of yes, we would welcome you on the other side and if not, we would love to hear your feedback so we can improvise and win your hearts in the next chance. Thank you so much guys.
Amazing, amazing. Definitely check out Forward on the Magic Store with about the project you research and decide as you cast your own whether the Forward is for to attention and the word to attention I don't mean that we in allow projects
coming on the MA and we'll allow projects to be prevalidated and be able to participate in the validation because we do our diligence beforehand. We also do our hand picking of the project and we also do our research before
So showing you the project that you should pass your order, right? So on that note, I would like to pass the mic to Pinak. So why vote for Affi Network?
We put our heart and soul into building this product all the way from inception, validation, design, product. We tried our best to follow all the best practices in terms of public testing on our testnet and then we did a private testing
before that we got our smart contract audited before going to market. So just really following best practices you can have a look at our ecosystem. There's Colony X we have a nice help center there's actually a lot that we've built and just really ready you know to
to go. And so we really love to invite you to come, you know, to follow After Now Work on Twitter, say to you on our activities. We have so many activities coming up. We'd also like to invite you, you know, to have a look at our app. So it's app.affee.network. You can try playing around. You can
you can join a campaign. You can get your referral link within just three seconds, so definitely just try that out. And we'd love to invite you to look at ColonyX as well, which is our NFT project on cx.affy.network. Also open to Explore Synodys and Partnerships. We've seen
that we've had quite a positive feedback on Magic Store so far, so we're really happy about that. We're very thankful to the community, to the Magic Store community for that and we'd love for you guys to follow our journey as well and see what we can do together. So thanks a lot once again.
Great and passing my to Gintare. Thanks. So there are several things and I'm going to try to mention them as quickly as possible. So of course it's the opportunity or money to earn crypto and we believe it should brought to everyone. It doesn't matter where you're living.
at, doesn't matter, ethnicity or gender. You can just play a game, you can discover new applications. This is your source of, not one true source, but this is your source of exploring new things. Also, of course, experiencing novelties of that three for sure.
We were one of the first ones to offer the Floyd Staking API. If you don't know what it is, you're welcome to check it out on our website. Of course, we also have some locked staking that's no more stable, but the API, but the Floyd API of course brings you more benefit.
And then of course there are other things that bridging the web 2 with web 3, educating the users if you are unsure if the web 3 is for you or the cryptos for you comes our communities, we will gladly show you the way and sure that it's nothing to be scared of.
I don't worry about other projects that might be not that true to themselves, but I'm sure all of the brands that are pre-validated and magic square and get validated on Magic Store are definitely the ones to go and you can trust. And of course, check it out.
our trust, trustiness at the moment. I'll trust pilot later on. I'm sure Magic Store as well of the reviews of the users. You can check out of their exclusive experience on the JamTask and how much they they enjoyed it. So yeah, and super excited to see you know JamTask on the Magic Store.
Great, thank you very much. Thank you very much. All right, are you guys open to receive a few questions from our community? Yes, yes, yes. Great, great. So if anyone has any questions, please
raise your hand and put your other speaker. If now then we will just continue discussion about the benefits and use case of project and maybe just a little
off top discussion regarding the web 3 in general. So let me know guys just raise your hands or we can also request to speak.
I'm not really getting too many requests, but I would like to also address a couple questions in general because we have a bit time left, right? So what do you guys think about the current perspective of the web tree? Let's keep it a bit open and
And what do you guys think in general about where the web 3 sitting and what's the main pillar that every web 3.0 or founder or web 2 project as a team should focus in order to establish a good and qualified product project?
That's a great question at a great time. I believe what is really needed is to focus on the fundamentals. If we can build a business which has clients, revenues, something that can sustain or even if it's a protocol decentralized, the sustainability is a key
We are definitely brazing for impact with the very challenging market in the coming period. It's not going to be easy and there are going to be less and less reasons for a business or protocol to survive. Apart from the passion, commitment, excitement, interest from the
and the team, it needs to have a sustainable business model. A business model that works, a business model that works and break and mortar times to now is ability to generate revenue, ability to pay for its expenses and live through the good and bad times.
And that comes with creation of intradable value, a value that is respected, values that are value that someone likes to consume someone likes to part their money with. If that can be done and focused by every founder, products would come out great and they would have the right
priority in mind, it is not to just create some random hype around there. It's not just to make some noise out there, but it is to build the proper user experience, to build the proper user journey, to understand the needs, to establish a product market fit. And if those are focused
just like any other Web2 company, but in the Web3 world, then you're in a better position to sustain innovation is a constant and never-ending process. There is always a new competition, new feature, new change. And we can see that much faster than ever before
especially in both the blockchain and AI space. So with that happening, it is incredibly important to have that process that enables a business to get to the other side of the dark times. So yeah, I think it gets back to the basics.
I think for us, I think community is one area that I think we're focusing on right now. I think that's something that's extremely important. And I think initially we were spending a lot of our time building
And we were focused more on making sure that the technology was to the standard that we needed to be. And I think now that we've kind of gone out into market, we've realized the importance of building community.
the best product in the world, but without community, you can have a tough time. And I think that stands true for every single product or project that's building in this space. So that's one area I think that's important to focus on. And I think to echo on what
The previous speaker was talking about in regards to just really creating value. If you can create value for your users, you can become more sustainable as a business. That's extremely important to not be
fully dependent on external funding to actually be sustainable yourself. So yeah, those are some of the things that I think are extremely important. It's really just back to basics. When the hype dies down, it's very important to just focus on the things that matter at value creation.
I think I had my mic on. Thank you. Thank you, Pinakki for your thoughts as well. Let's hear it can turn it. Yeah, so I totally agree with the other speakers we're saying as well and maybe just to add not to be repetitive but
much is what I mentioned before the crossing of the borders right that the web tree is and crypto whole industry is offering it's that you know there are no more like
obstacles, you know, for the payments to flow through, for the people to be able to earn money as well. So I believe what John Task is about, as I mentioned before, and yeah, just to add to the other speakers.
Great, thank you for your answer. All right, and probably the last one I'm really curious about since you guys right now undervalidation and obviously would like to present as a magic square in our community even deeper once. But thanks for the
to have more close relationship on the three-term close relationship on the social media. Right now you are in the voting stage. I completely, I'm in a completely confidentiality, then a pass it. Now I'm really curious what do you do for your community on a
daily basis to make sure it is growing and you have a high satisfaction rate between your project and how do you break this barrier to make sure everything is transparent, everyone is happy and the community grows.
From forward protocol side, it is double constant weekly reporting and also our constant updates on daily basis on the social media, which are also obvious that menu do. In our product, we have a direct ticketing system.
if there is a problem with the product, the report and developers reply, they solve it because for us it's no longer just a dream or vision, the product is live, we just focus on the actual product itself and whatever they need there. And beyond that, there are also B2B community in our instance and with them, we
liaison on a regular basis, sometimes daily, sometimes weekly and we build with them. So I guess the essentials are all being taken care. And of course, we are always available for reaching out from our community chat. I jump in their reply. As a co-founder, I'm always there.
to assist on any new interesting or important question that comes my way as well. And we are directly accessible through our public channels. So yeah, that's pretty much where we stand because to us we believe in being accessible and creating co-creating with the community
in making a product great cannot happen just by herself by but it's by the feedback of all the people out there because we can dream about things but it's when people say they like it or they don't we really know who where we stand so yeah I think these are the steps that we follow thank you so much for asking this question
and the table also around and pinaki
What we do with our community is we try to engage our community as often as we can with activities. Such activities are our contests. We recently had a fan art contest for our NFT collection prior to
launching, so just getting the community to kind of draw like what they think our NFTs would look like. So that was actually really interesting and really fun for the team as well to kind of see what other people were putting out. We do also update our users on Twitter, so anything that
that's happening on a technical level. We actually, we just discussed this, but we want to be more public with our upcoming developments on social media. In the past, we were kind of in between, you know, are we still, that we're not, that we didn't really want to reveal too much, but now that we're, you know, have
our product down into market, we definitely want to be more open with community and co-built. Our NFT project is actually for the purposes of marketing and product education and building our community.
for the top creators on our platform, they would be using these NFTs as their PFE. So essentially, we've designed like creator PFEs to bring the creator community together. So yeah, those are some of the things that we're doing to engage our community.
Thank you. Thank you very much. Gintari, whether you are thoughts on community growing and building? Yes, so we've started off with the small community. Now we are getting larger and larger every day and of course this requires
This requires moderators, so we do have those and these people, these users are actually our active members of the community from the start. So we're truly valued them. We are super happy to have them. We constantly on board new ones as well. So if you want to become one,
please come to our community, become an active member of it and you might get your chance and just wanted to shout out for the great job that you've been doing. But in addition to that, we also have your quest, Kevin Gerhanz,
quizzes where we educate the users about the crypto as I mentioned before as well. So we do that in a fun way where users can earn more money as well. So not just giving casual adrops to do but but more off the educational basis. And from time to time we do some extra promos.
for the users to be able to earn more. And actually, this is just around the corner. So the whole month of June, JamTask is awarding users 20% extra for every single task that is complete. So if you would like to get 20% more income from us, you know where to go.
And yeah, just find us a magic square or go to app the gem.so.io and you will be able to earn 20% extra. Thank you very much. Thank you very much. Appreciate it. All right, I guess at this point, you're going to end this session.
Thank you very much for participating. And at the end I would just like to drop a small note why we did this. Because everyone who is listening right now has a great opportunity to air rewards on the Magic Store by
simply go into magic.store, I'll repeat one more time, magic.store, just go to the forward, go to the affinate where, go to the jump text pages in the under the validation section and right there you can click on your favorite project or you can even click on
All of your projects that are participating in this MA, Cast your vote, connect your wallet and earn rewards. You earn rewards for literally anything you are doing on the magic store, but participating in your validation, getting the free NFTs, getting rewards,
and getting the wild later badge is something that's gonna really unbord you to the Magic Spur community and give you even more opportunities to earn even more rewards. So on that note, thank you very much forward, I think network and jump task, pinaki, gintare and mr. key.
and see you in our next conversations on the Magic Store spaces, right? Thank you so much guys. Thank you guys. Thank you. Thank you once again. Bye bye. Bye.
