Hey Greg. How are you? Good, how about you?
Good just been traveling a lot over the past two weeks already for missing our weekly meetings. Hopefully Hans has been stepping in. Yeah, he has. Thank you. Great. You know, again, looking forward to you getting started and distributing and you know, for us to help out with
wherever we come sounds good thank you hey hey guys this is Jesse hello and Sean I see from by the Bronco
is here as well. Yep. Great to hear from you. How's the um, skier resort coming along? Really well actually. Um, yeah, I know it's a little bit of a sidebar, but um, it looks like assuming all things go well, we'll close
by the start of the calendar year. So just the time for the winter season to start. So yeah, it'll be exciting the next few months going public with the actual raise for the Dow to be an owner of a resort. So it'll be kind of cool.
Yeah, a lot of work to do after acquisition. Right. So that's right. I'm sure. Timing wise, it's tight. Where is it? It's in Utah. I'm in Salt Lake City. So it's out in Utah.
hope is not to get too deep in the weeds and not to fill a bust of this conversation. But we would like to think that within a couple of years there would be a second, third possibly even a
forced location. Colorado, British Columbia was another area we were looking at, things like that, so that folks who are members of the Dow can obviously take advantage of the location in Utah, but also maybe ones that might be closer to home.
or just get some variety. - Very cool.
Yeah, just last week, we had a Twitter space about sort of creating a crypto ledger experience, luxury experience. We had Black Box, which is a private jet.
Contractor bubble now we throw real-life events. We love for you to join those as well Just I think it would be pretty cool to wrap everything all the social experience in one and also nest out which is a real estate fractalization down
So yeah, I love for you to join that too. No, I I love to you know, we've got a lot of folks who have reached out to us with a lot of different ideas and so Yeah, real estate has been one that we've been trying to grapple with from a compliance or regulatory standpoint
So be interested to learn from them on how they're doing it for sure Yeah, I'm sure Nesta was jumping on in just a few minutes She'll actually be on this Twitter space with us today. Oh awesome. Oh, well, speak of the devil. That's amazing. That's super cool
And I see Sam, thanks for joining again, representing Austin City down. I forgot to. ATX and come on. ATX Austin Texas. Of course, there you go. No, we're here. ATX has here, the fam's here excited to chat with you all.
This is a really exciting moment that is starting to shape multiple city local dows across across the US and across the world getting together. So super psych. Yeah, it's so I'll get started and you know two weeks, three weeks ago, we had a very
conversation about how we can all work together, how we're all pushing legislation and policy and narration on dowels being accepted in their cities. We covered various wide variety of topics and it was a great
for everyone to get to know each other and now I feel like it would be great to take one step further into how we can collaborate, help each other. You know, as we know, crypto, everyone's a nomadic citizen. So even though ATX is focused
on Austin and our friends that Greg Tanaka's dad's focus is in SF and then a few others in Boston. We can all work together and figure out and share insights and advice on what things have worked or not. So we'd love for Sam to get
started for ATX. Any updates from the last time we spoke? Any future roadmap plans you want to share that you're excited to talk about and any insights and advice. Thank you. Yeah, so a few things that I went out that I'm going to share that
It's super exciting going on. On the policy side, we keep chugging along with the Tao language that we propose for Texas, hopefully in the next couple of months. We're going to start seeing some more progress areas as election.
like we're in elections, I guess everyone's in elections right now, but the legislative session for Texas starts Q1 next year, so hopefully we'll see some some exciting down use coming coming around that time. Other than that we're also partnering with one of the biggest
