Hey guys, I'm just gonna wait a couple minutes to let more people join in and we can go ahead and start and give some updates and everything
Welcome to our, I think it's like second or third ever Twitter space. We've got some team members here. We've got Quantum in here, one of our partners.
Today we're going to be just hanging around talking about our latest updates on what's going to be going on and the upcoming weeks tomorrow, tomorrow we got an AMA. We'll talk a little bit about that.
And if you guys have any questions, you can feel free to make them right now or maybe on Saturday. I said tomorrow, but it is on Saturday or AMA.
So quantum just requested to speak.
Great, so thanks, Angela. I guess it was weak for a few more people to trickle in here and excited to hear what woodlands go going on.
Awesome, yeah. We could just share some
updates from Quantum2View.
Sure some stuff afterward done with all. Absolutely.
- Not a problem. This is not something that we've done before, so I'd be happy to talk about what's important, but what I'm interested in is hearing what Moonland's read up to. It's been pretty nice updates on Twitter, but it's nice to hear your voices on person.
Definitely, especially here, some of our developers here and you could take on and talk about this week's development updates.
I know you guys are working on the character creator, new characters. Yeah, maybe you could take on the floor and tell us a little bit about the updates from the development side of things.
Hope you can hear me. I'm working on the new characters we're coming up with so stay tuned for those.
you guys gotta stay tuned for those definitely they're super fun super unexpected from everything you guys seeing so far on the character side of things we have some cool events
events coming next week with that new character theme. So definitely seek out to try to figure out what the new characters are going to be.
So yeah, we got that from the new characters kind of things. So we got a new character, a new storyline and yeah. I saw on the AMA that we did on Saturday.
you guys were posting some concept art. There was a few interesting pictures that emerged. What were those characters? There wasn't really any discussion on anything. It was just crazy concept art.
I saw Mike was saying something about a like a jumbo like character like a like a mushroom like one one that was an aquatic. Can you can you go into detail about those?
So definitely Mike went on full spoiler so that's to invite you guys if you guys want to get like some insights to come toward discord events Mike if that wasn't planned at all that was like some really early early concept art
He went out and showed the walking mushroom I think so I can't remember which one was the other one another one was like a three-eyed monster and Yeah, it was like super early development type of art
But it's definitely the kind of crazy concept art that you're gonna be able to see around Mulan I don't know if you guys have read about the pets So definitely stuff related with the pets is gonna come down the way with all the characters But there was also
a moonland apartment block and a shopping mall and some of the I don't know if it was concept art but some of these images came up and like what's what's the story with this I mean a moon mall we show so we started by showing the galactics
So, you're going to be able to interact with NFTs. So, from the character creator, you're going to get your character in and you're going to be able to have it as an NFT.
We're going to be walking around Newland and some tasks are going to be delivered to you and you're going to have to try to figure them out and you're going to earn NFTs or you're going to have a pet and it's going to be traded as an NFTs. So we showed the visuals of the gallery but also the Galactic Market which is where
you're going to be able to, like I said, trade your NFTs. So we got the concert bar for that. We also have shown before the Moulin apartments, which is going to be pretty fun because if you come from a different game, you're also going to be able to have
your apartment with other NFTs, we're going to have like portability between other games with their NFTs. Yeah, so we kind of showed the art for that. What else did we show? I don't know if we showed something about a shopping mall, but that's definitely something that's coming down the road.
There's going to be so many utilities to our NFTs where you're going to be able to have it on a shopping mall, but also that you're also going to be able to have it on a physical side of things. So yeah, that was a pretty exciting and a big spoiler kind of AMA.
But there's another AMA I believe this Saturday, and so maybe there'll be more spoilers.
Definitely, yeah. I mean, almost all of the teams are going to be there. So if you guys ask the right questions, we might end up like spoiling a little bit more.
Great, yeah, because the AMA on Saturday, I believe that the transcript of it is all still on Discord, if anyone's wondering what we're talking about, but basically there was a concept art of a few of the videos that show it's Kimmy walking around in
So what's interesting, like from a quantum perspective, like people might wonder like what's quantum's role in this and gaming is a really cool use case for blockchain. And it's also something that's
Everyone can participate in all you need is a device and if you're in crypto you've already got one and so what makes this really unique is that's This this allows way better community interaction and so we're we're happy to be a moonland partner
So we're also excited to see the updates though and by that I mean I am a little bit curious about this Aquaman on the moon character and these other spoilers. So what developments really
Recently, since the AMA, you said you've got a developer here. What's it like working with the Unreal 5 engine? Is it like documentation as hard to come by? Is there not a very big developer community for that? Is it easy if you already worked in Unreal 4?
before, how was it going? What are the benefits of going with unreal 5 engine over, let's say, unity or any others? I'm just curious from a development perspective.
both engines. Our character creator, which are assets that we created for it, and we're actually plugging away to get our new races done so that when our character creator comes out, you can play as both the fishhead alien and the humanoids and the dogos. Those are the races that will be debi-ed.
The big thing with Unity is it's OpenGL support and we're utilizing that in the most optimized way for our character creator for the web browser. That will help us give people the access they want to the game without even installing
anything. You can just go straight to our website and go to the character creator when we launch it. If you own one of the NFTs, you're also going to be able to load up the default settings for that NFT. And eventually in Moonland, which we are creating in Unreal 5, with the utmost
The detail to quality that Unreal allows us to get to is going to create a metaverse social multiplayer that is built for the future. So we want to utilize Unity to show that all of our assets and our protein
abilities can be utilized in both magio but also we can take on the role of AAA Mediverse where everyone joins us and people share models with us. We put them in our Moonland Mediverse so you can skin your character how you want with the NFTs you want
And the styles you want. But in the quality that builds us for the future, builds us for VR, builds us for Nana, builds us for Lumin. The technology is Unreal 5, computer 4, or phenomenal. You need a little bit of a beefy computer right now to play Moonland.
Now those will all be things that we optimize in the future. We're trying to get everyone the basic viable product, so everyone can really get on board with Moonland both with the multiplayer side of things in Unreal, but also to create yourself and see what you're going to look like in Unity
in your web browser and on your mobile phone. Eventually we would love to have a mobile app that allows you to see your items and character on your phone and maybe even in augmented reality. These are all things we're planning for.
This is more than a game. This is an experience what you're saying. You're looking to build out and you're looking to build a large amount of content here. How long would it
something like this going to take. Is it like I understand it's probably never going to be done but what I mean is until you can you've been showing stuff in your videos all the time but when do you think people are going to be able to interact with something with Moonland?
That's a really good question. You can already interact. You can play a few part of the closed dev team. You can play the game. We're going to be integrating more characters this coming week. We've been working hard on
4 new characters coming to move on as you've seen Kimmy or Humenoids. So that's our progress. We're currently getting those guys into the game and starting the builds of the inside
and outside of the apartment. So along with, as you've seen if you attended the AMA, you might have seen a screen shot or two of the upcoming shops. So we have a huge task list and we are
team of not so many. So we're looking at expanding and growing our team out so we can build for the metaverse as fast as we can for the public.
So with the apartment block, is this, are you talking like, um, Metaverse Land Sales? Or is this going to be something where everyone is just assigned an apartment on login and it's like an infinitely scalable apartment?
where there's 100 noise complaints an hour, but everyone gets one for free, but if you want a bigger piece of land, you go buy another one or the apartments that you're going to have to purchase those.
Because I saw you guys just top down video where all of a sudden someone was standing in front of the apartment block and then there was a flyover and the apartment block was spelled Moonland in the shape of the building with the shape of the Moonland text.
Those would be the apartments and on the moon. It's one of the first things we've produced. We have a huge city that we're building out. We're using a lot of procedural tills, but also hand built and hand placed items to give the city the what I like to say is moonland has a living world.
So the NPCs, the props, everything has a placement for a reason and you can trace that down once you're seeing it. The apartments are one of our concepts for land sales. We have our first level of NFTs using the Character Creation, Creator Assets,
that will be launching sometime in the new year. We have right now the apartments that you can run around in but they're currently under construction but depending on what the community wants we can push for any angle. Right now the apartments are empty each one has no one's put anything in them but our goal
will be you can play music, bring your friends in, they'll be in the city, they'll be buildings that are specific to some of our partner games, so you have to have an NFT from one of the partner games to access one of the buildings to play mini games. And the apartments
are the first land sale for the moon before we actually sell off the asteroids and then the moon surface itself, we thought we'd give players the ability to have a custom room. Kind of like a final fantasy online or Eve where you have your own ship. It's the inside to your private area that we want people to be able to escape to.
But obviously you're going to be able to model the apartments, right? Like if I want a fridge that makes ice cubes, I can do that, right? - That's the idea, yes. We will be putting lots of furniture packs in.
Um, something I would like that I would like to add is um you were asking about um details on like difference between unity and unreal engine five. I'll tweet it out right now. Um, we did a podcast about like two months ago. So there's a podcast we're here in stocking and he talks a little bit about
more in depth if you want to geek out on that about the creative process behind building a gaming metaverse and we also had Brandon talking about what is like programming for a video game and where he goes really deep in detail about like the
challenge that it was kind of like learning a whole new language for a real Indian five and the differences. So if you I'm gonna just go ahead and tweet it out. So if you guys want to like go in full and did all with those sign-up topics, you guys have those podcast episodes.
Great, I'll take a look and most likely we're retweeting that for you. But I'm still interested in these new characters, Mr. Mushroom Man and the Fish Man. Are these going to be playable characters? Are these going to be NFTs or is
all of this is still tight-lipped right now.
PC's need to be unique too, right? So some of the NPC's have been remodeled and switched around. And that'll be coming out in the future. We'll kind of release them a little bit more as they're a little bit fine-tuned. But yeah, there's lots of character creation going on right now.
Now, I think one thing to point out too is when we talk about one character, obviously there's like thousands, well there's more than thousands, but there's a lot of different ways to customize that to change how they look so that when we put it into the player, the player character creator, they can go ahead and they can really
customize that character around a little bit. But there will be some NPCs that are totally unique unlike any of the player ones. So what you're saying is that there's very likely going to be an ape with a pipe in its mouth. Available to create in the character creator.
Maybe We're gonna be debuting one of our bosses you'll be able to battle soon as well
You can't leave it you can't leave it at that you got to give more details than that Right like we told yeah, stay tuned join the AMA like we told you was kind of like a spoiler and we kind of had like an order in a way that we're gonna reveal the characters and kind of like get people
people into the storyline. So before we give any further details on the other characters, we want you to take you through the story of each character and the reason of why each character exists in the Moon Len Echo system. So yeah, I know you're trying to dig in the information. We're going to try to keep
in closed doors for a while. Okay, okay, I'll change the topic then. So as one of the projects that's helping back moon lands, how are things
going on like a business development front and how are things going? Have you guys been out and around, out and around traveling the world and getting contacts going? How are things going on behind the scenes thing? I'm just curious
how you guys, how you're, where your travels have taken you. So on the business development side, things have been like running up like pretty quick. Like, I don't know if we've talked about this before, but Moonland, we're not seeing it as just a gaming metaverse. We actually,
Our plan is it for it to be a hub where every single if it's an NFT project or if it's an other gaming platform they can jump in and like kind of like it's also as we we named it a social multiplayer for a reason so you
don't have the gaming side of things. You also have like this where you can just jump in and be social with the people from other projects. So that's something that has really gained a lot of, yeah, people are super interested on that and it lets you
create really powerful partnerships rather than just seeing them ask competitors. So from the business development side of things we've been traveling, going to a lot of conferences and talking to really big players on the game and they've been really attracted towards Moanland.
So yeah, we have definitely like some really cool announcements coming out as far as in for partnerships There's not just moonland. There's also my best to use which is like the kind of the creative studio that deals moonland So it's the way that we're gonna build gonna bring other people
projects into it. So yeah, from the business development side of things, things have been going great and you guys have definitely to stay tuned for all the updates on partnerships and stuff. Okay, okay. So one of the things I just wanted to point out is that, you know, on
the BD front. I mean, we started a project at one point in time many years ago back and the various challenges and what not that we encountered were many. And so when it comes to helping with introductions to various partners and service providers and
what not will be there to assist because as one of the contributors to the project, we want to see the succeed. I believe that this metaverse, you guys are
looking to, you guys are looking to compete with the big boys. You guys are looking to build this out so that it's vast. This isn't just another game. This is going to be a larger experience. We're talking
multiple blockchains are supported and multiple partners can have. You said earlier in this space that there's going to be multiple games that you can transfer NFTs to and from how does that work?
I feel like something that's really big that's going to really put us out there, not just in the Web 3 space, but also is going to let us onboard really big brands that have nothing to do with Web 3. And that's what I really like about gaming for the adoption of blockchain technologies. You're not necessarily
just attracting the public that's just into crypto, the fact that you're getting entertainment, not just from the gaming side of things, but also like we said, we have shopping malls and I don't want to talk about much about it, but we're going to have stuff that have to do with sports. So we're going to be able to bring
people that are not even into crypto and stuff that are going to have a really good experience just based on entertainment without even noticing that it's something that that has to do with blockchain. We also have some really cool NFT concepts coming up.
era of NFTs has existed for quite a while now, but the ecosystem really represents something like playing cards. So we want Moonland to really utilize our NFTs in our game, so that includes when you build a spaceship.
You have to not only purchase NFK, but in the game search for pieces of your ship. Now these concepts are things that are still new to the gaming industry and we're experimenting behind the scenes and enclosed doors on these concepts for NFTs.
When you say like playing cards, you mean like trading cards. Expand on that a little bit. I don't quite catch. I guess I'm left out the main part. Trading cards behind the scenes all have games, whether it's
Magic the Gathering, it has a game behind it. Or it's baseball. It has a game. People like the players. That's where NFTs first started. People could capture a moment from NBA. People could capture a moment in time. As well as own something digital.
something virtual and in a virtual world this will become more and more apparent as things go more virtual. With our NFTs we want them to be linked in the game not just as a game pass, not just as a weapon but as part of the gameplay.
Right, so what you're saying is these cards can become anything just like a deck of 52 playing cards can become any game You're Metaphor them outside of just a deck of cards. That was just a concept one of the concepts I've been beating around the bush with is you
purchase a blueprint from an NPC in the game. That blueprint is an NFT that can be traded on OpenSea. But in the game, you build up that blueprint to be a motorcycle or a spaceship or a robot friend. And those pieces you have to find in game. Now we can air drop some of those pieces, but we can
also update the NFT image on OpenC or own NFT gallery to represent the state as well as update the levels as you probably can see an Axi infinity. You can see the different levels each character's at. We can do the same thing to your minigowns on your ship and so people can start
out with a blueprint for a ship so that gives them the ability to design it or to put it together but in the game you actually or offline you have to buy the parts of other people and put the ship together so in game when you have the full blueprint and the full ship you have one of the strongest ships which actually makes it worth something.
I think at the end of the day something that's really valuable from the way we're using NFTs and now that we're using NFTs for the real thing that people like are supposed to be used as a way to use blockchain technology.
After NFT saw her he's gone is that we're attaching real-life value in gaming value to your NFT so it's not just it's not that it's bad that it's just an image but like we're you're giving it more value than just being the NFT
that makes sense. So like the type of utility that Curem was mentioning, that's in the gaming side of things. But if you go to a shopping mall or stuff like that, you could go down the technology of like let's say V-chain and you're going to be able to scan something
and then see it inside of Mulen. So there are so many stuff that we could talk about about the way that you're going to be able to use NFTs inside of Mulen and here you're going to be able to attach them to other brands and all the utilities that they're going to have.
Yeah, and I think one of the things to add too is in the partnerships that we've talked about. You know, there will be some compatibility with other NFTs if that's either going to be, you know, an item in Moonland or if that's going to be a full-on character from one of your other NFT-based games in Moonland.
And it's just to depend on the partnership and there could even be some mini games that are created by other NFC projects in Moonland. We really want to be inclusive, right? We don't want to be another walled garden where people come in and that's all you can do.
So yeah, it's expansive. It's hard to, in a few minutes, just go over all the things that we're working on right now. It's a lot of moving parts. That's an interesting strategy because I'll tell you from
from a strategic point of view. All it takes is getting a few, a few,
how would you say other partners to be able to transfer their assets back and forth into that metaverse to the point where everyone is competing to have their own little area or their own presence in that metaverse. And you could see that sort of thing compound
on compounding on compounding to the point where you've got, you're the nexus, you're the hub of Metaverse. That's very interesting. I hope that that works. That would be pretty cool to be
would be running around in another metaverse with the character that I made in the one that I've got hours invested in. Because you know how it goes with a lot of these games, right? Where...
You play them and play them and play them and before you know it, you've got so much invested in it, you can't quit, you should. But how cool would it be to explore another game with your character and summer all of your items?
and just pop up in another metaverse. That sounds like an interesting strategy. I'm just curious, is that a development nightmare or is it actually pretty straightforward?
Well, it depends on our partners, to be honest. We want to be the metaverse that supports the other games. So we want to be lightweight enough, but also detailed enough, to allow you to bring your characters from another game.
Our early concepts for this before the technology is really there is to allow you to skin your character in Moonland. In Moonland we'll read your wallet. We'll actually see that you own, say a KRL, a part-racingly character, and then you
can skin your character in our game to be that. Now, will they support the other way around? That's up to them. For us, we want to be the metaverse that allows you to come in and bring your character in. Now, are we going to have to do some rebellion and just make some characters that already just out there? Like you said, maybe
But I think that the crypto community is not like the gaming community like Daniella has pointed out we want to work with our partners not compete with them to make the metaverse happen so the technology side is up to both us and our partners once we get in touch with them
Okay, that's cool. So it doesn't sound like there's a whole lot of critical blockers. So anyways guys, I've got a tune out for a little bit here. I've got a meeting starting in a bit, but I'll just leave the account lurking.
and I'll pass it back to Daniela. So it's been great chatting with you guys and it sounds like this is going to be a once a week thing. So I'll, it's Brett from Quantum here. I'll see you guys in a week. Back to you, Daniela.
Yeah, definitely. You guys have noticed we've been a bit more into the whole interacting life, unlife platform kind of thing. So just to reach up to remind you guys what we have coming on this week. So we're going to be having on Saturday. That's
3.30 PM UTC. We're going to be having our second AMA from the Moonland side, but it's going to be the first on our Discord server. Quentin, obviously, you're going to join us. You guys are going to go and check out the rules on Twitter or on our Coin
market cap profile. If you have so many ways that you can win prices, so you can either go ahead and comment on one of our Twitter posts and if you guys win, you'll get some quantum or if you participate during the
AMA we're going to be doing three rounds of life questions and every time we pick a winner for me Trump we're going to pick five winners and you guys are going to be able to win money so who doesn't like that and also getting the team to answer all of your questions what else do we have coming
on. We're going to reveal it maybe during the AMA, but we're going to have a full week full of prices. Like Brett said, we're going to be having this Twitter spaces pretty often. We might attach some fund to them and some contests to them. What else do we have coming up?
something that you guys are going to look out for. We posted it on our socials. There's a podcast with video coming out tomorrow. I believe it's like 4 p.m. to y time. An influencer had the chance of interviewing Mike and he talked about Kwonum.
he talked about in the land. It's going to be really interesting. So it's definitely something for you guys to look out for. And yeah, just stay tuned in all of our socials. So we're going to be like I said, doing so many contests this month. So yeah, definitely you guys guys stay tuned and we'll wait for you guys on Saturday.
I guess if anyone has some questions, feel free to raise your hand before we close up this Twitter space.
Danny, Karen, is there anything you guys would like to add?
Okay quantum crystals requested to speak. Hello Daniela. Hey how are you? I'm good. It sounds good. I have one question about astonishing, you know, that part
partnership with Wage Thunder NFT. It's kind of curious about that. So would you please a little bit, elaborate a little bit more about that? So what is going to be like to be cooperate with Moonland with Wage Thunder NFT?
So like we said with all of our partners, especially they are involved with video games, our main idea of we're talking from the technical side of things is that when you enter Moonland, it's like a hub for all of the other games for projects. So in some way or another, they're going to
you're going to be able to, like people from their community are going to be able to see their, their if it's an NFT or their art or if it's like a portal that takes you through their game, we can tell right now the details from that exact technical side. Right now we're focusing with our partnerships
on building our community, giving them also value. We're partnering with people who've already been doing this. So in the marketing side of things, we're really sharing efforts on that side. And we all know that these type of projects are a matter of growing our community and
partnering up with the right people that also know what they're doing and that they've done it before. So right now, as in for now, the partnership is mostly based with marketing efforts. Further along the road, your guys are going to be able to see it more in the technical side of things.
Of course, so if anyone else wants to raise their hand or add something, someone from the team.
We're just working hard to get these characters done. That's all we're up to. We had a little change of our schedule, so now we're just working towards to get that stuff done.
All right guys well, I'll let you guys keep working and If you guys want to stay tuned with all of the big definitely follow us on our socials like I said before we have an Amy and Saturday which
is gonna be really fun. So yeah, I think that would be it for today. We're most likely gonna get some content from this Twitter space, so send it over to this Twitter space. It's gonna be safe. So yeah.
Thank you guys for joining and we hope to see you next weekend on our Twitter space.
Thanks, talk to you later.
