Welcome back to another episode of Crypto Daily and today we're joined by Gunzilla
in a pretty monumental day for Web3 Gaming. They're launching on finance in exactly 19 minutes.
So you will see the Gun-USD pair in the middle of the screen here on the live stream we have theo some
other uh members of the the gonzilla ecosystem with danny and a great panel here and we have
mario here as well live for the show so happy monday morning theo why don't we kick off the
show by just giving a a bit of a lay of the land what's gonzilla absolutely well first and foremost
Let's go. i'm not sure who that is yeah it kind of goes on you know years in the making because you've been in the space for a long time we've known each other for a long time and and we talked
about in the last show um how how you've i've never seen you go all in on a project so it's
just fascinating what you've done with gonzila and the only project you've gone all in on ended
up being the most high project of this cycle so congrats but yeah so continue go ahead man
anyway so five years in the making um very unusual approach compared to other Web3 projects
where we actually literally took the time to build out every single product, every single
tool, finish everything, onboard over 14.8 million wallets, get to over 600,000 DAUs
at all-time peak.
It was 900,000 daily active users.
And only after everything was completed,
after all the users were onboarded,
after we had revenues, et cetera,
only then actually launch a token
once there was an actual really, really significant
and obvious need for having a utility token
that you can extend your subscription with, that you can purchase
items on the marketplace with, that is necessary for gas fees on our main, of course, GunZ blockchain,
which is the world's first Web 3 AAA gaming ecosystem, and so on and so forth. So very,
very unusual approach and five years in the making. And finally finally we got to the point where the token is launching theo i saw a stat that the uh the the chain you guys have already reached top 10 status in the
number of wallets that is correct top 10 status number of wallets but even more importantly
since we're obviously a gaming ecosystem basically we beat every other gaming ecosystem that's out
there and we did that in testnet and we did that with only one flagship product and we have obviously more products coming yeah so
pretty insane stats if you look at it we're rolling out a nice little reporting tool that actually
allows you to compare different chains on most days we're even beating ton on daily transactions
obviously easily beating ronin and immutable, all of these guys but the impressive stat
was we're beating Tawn on most days
and kind of Polygon
obviously we're way, way above Ethereum
and the only chains that are beating us
in essence is Solana
they obviously have massive volume
but we're talking about a very well established
ecosystem of not just games but
DeFi and everything else
base we're inching towards and getting very, very close to.
I believe they had like five something million transactions per day.
We are currently at between 2.5 and 3.1.
Avalanche, we should overtake pretty soon.
I assume that that will happen this year because they had like 3.5 million transactions per day.
So overtaking kind of mothership is going to be a lot of fun.
So yeah, it's been actually wild, you know, to see with just one flagship product, a gaming ecosystem to reach such insane numbers.
You gave an overview of the ecosystem on our show that we did the other day, which I thought was really helpful for people who are tuning in.
You talked about the token, the chain and the game.
Could you give that overview again, just for people who are tuning in now of the difference absolutely yeah so the gun z
ecosystem that the token is launching for consists of of course our blockchain right world's first
web 3aa gaming ecosystem it consists of our wallet that is already downloadable on ios and android
and has been running and testing it for over a year it consists of our wallet that is already downloadable on iOS and Android and has been running in Testnet for over a year.
It consists of our visual blockchain scanner, fully developed in-house.
All of these tools are our NFT marketplace that is available in-game and outside of the
game, and that is available inside the wallet.
It includes our companion app that gives you an insane number of stats on everything that's
going on within the game and your accomplishments, chat to other people, match with other people
for gaming.
It includes a companion game. It includes the NFT minting engine, which is a collection of 10,000 validator notes that mints and verifies every single kind of in-game item that the users
then use. And all of these tools, we will allow through an SDK to have other gaming projects
white label when they come into our ecosystem. So pretty massive from that perspective.
And of course, last but not least, it includes our flagship product,
which is the world's first blockchain-enabled game
that ever launched on PlayStation and Xbox, right?
With a full peer-to-peer marketplace built right into your Xbox
and PlayStation experience, which has never been done before.
And the aha moment for me,
it was in recognizing that
this ecosystem is not just your
flagship product. It's not just that game.
Exactly what you said. It's that
SDK, which any game in the future
could use the product
to have a wallet onboarding
system, an NFT system, and really
Web3ify their
Web2 game, which i thought was
incredible yep scott i was just going through the numbers here on the computer on your twitter
how has that has that changed in the last few months a lot of people obviously even before we
went live they were talking about the markets everyone's worried but that one thing we've seen
is that when it comes to actual utility those things don't get impacted are not as volatile
as we see with the with the rest of the markets um has that impacted adoption in any way and the
second question and before we go to scott and others is um why launch today um i already have
an answer is like you know when you have a good product doesn't matter when you launch but um
maybe hear it from you well there's a couple. I'll start with the last one first.
So first and foremost, we have literally a desperate need to have the token live now.
Like we cannot continue on any longer with our product without the token.
Let's give you an example.
You might have seen these posts where people are like, hey, I traded my Pioneer skin for $3,500.
That didn't happen on our marketplace. It can't happen on our marketplace. We have
testnet tokens that you can't purchase anywhere to make a transaction. So these are all kind of
black market, very risky, third party risk, et cetera, type of transactions that we cannot
facilitate until we have an actual
real token and until we have mainnet live, right? Then people can go to an exchange, buy the token,
bring it into the marketplace, buy the item and transact with safety and security on a trusted
marketplace. Right now, we can't facilitate that. Right now, if we want to onboard another project,
we don't have a gas token that they can
use to complete things on the network. So first and foremost, we're launching because we need
the token. Secondly, to your point, we have a very sustainable ecosystem. There is no treasury
that pumps out rewards and dilutes and inflates supply like the 2021 model of doing Web3 projects in general,
but specifically GameFi projects.
Since we do not have that at all, and we have a very sustainable ecosystem,
and we are actually one of our biggest own purchasers and buyers of the token,
as you might have seen in the white paper, 30% of the gross revenues.
Gross revenues are allocated to token buybacks on the open market
that then replenish our community reward treasury, is the 10 community rewards treasury we have a very different
dynamic that we're looking at in as far as the token launch is concerned and last but not least
we are not the type of project clearly right which is what most projects are doing web3
even the really big ones where we launch, we barely have a test
that's running. We barely have any users. I mean, we have a lot of farming going on and airdrops and
a lot of activity on the network and a lot of hype, but there's no product. That's the regular
playbook of Web3 projects, of most of them anyway, with some very notable exceptions.
And then they raise more funding. And then eventually over the next couple of years,
they execute on some type of a roadmap, et cetera. We're very different, right? It's even
funny sometimes to see we have sometimes people coming into our Discord and saying, hey guys,
where's your roadmap? And I just chuckle. And sometimes I jump in or respond. I say, guys,
go and download every single product that we have. That is the finished roadmap. Those are
the products, right? That people usually
put on a roadmap and describe in very fancy terms. Here you don't have to read a roadmap, right? You
literally download the product, install it and test drive it and see exactly how everything works
because it is all working. So when you are in a position like that, it's very different, right?
You can launch, I don't want to say anytime anytime right but but anytime is a good time if you
have an actual need for the token and your community desperately needs the token to complete
things within the ecosystem for example the ability to extend your subscription yeah we have
right now we've tested the tokens but they're not dynamically adjusted because they don't have
inherently any value at all right we need a real token so that people can really you know get the
benefits of extending the subscription the otg pro subscription with the real token so that people can really you know get the benefits of extending
the subscription the otg pro subscription with the native token so that's that's that's really
that's really the main those are the main issues right and that's why it's a little bit less
relevant i would also say that in general going from you know a muted market with a good solid
product and everything built out and everything very visible you know to a market that
then comes back is probably a little bit healthier in terms of market structure that your chart and
has then you know getting into a super overhyped market with a ton of liquidity where just things
shoot into the stratosphere which we've seen happen a lot as well and then inevitably kind
of dump down very very aggressively you know once there is a little bit of a slowdown
so you can't in my opinion right really worry too much about that because ultimately since we have
real products real users real customers real revenue you know that's what we're going to
continue focusing on irrespective of what the token does right a lot of fresh air in this market
too i'm sure danilo and of course mario Mario as well, and Coach, for that matter,
talking to a ton of projects right now, and all of them are probably delaying their launch.
Because they want to launch in a green market versus a red.
But with the size of Godzilla, I really give you guys props for doing that.
But I want to go to the panel, too.
We have a panel of a lot of gamers, also investors.
We'd like to go around the gamers first.
Maybe start with Scott, just to give your almost a user testimony of what you think of the game.
Yeah, I mean, you know, the last time I was on the spaces chatting about off the grid,
you know, I was praising Theodore for just a general storyline of how the game is played, right?
Like you're literally having your arms and legs cut off to go into battle.
And it's truly incredible and you know i'll say as an avid gamer it's funny coach k you're talking a lot about
like you know kids playing fortnight and stuff before um i was just at the the razor store over
the weekend watching kids play call of duty on the pc in their hands and moving like all these
which ways and i'm just like can i just use my xbox controller with the paddles underneath i don't
have time for all that i'm watching the fingers on the wsd and i'm just like you know my brain's
blown out but you know theodore you guys are so uniquely positioned right now because there's not
as much red tape getting to the top like you guys are at the top of the organization and you know
call of duty i think the number's even higher now, but like what, 50, 60% drop off in players because the cheating is just so bad.
And they're already making up excuses as to why there's probably going to be cheating when Verdansk drops for Warzone.
And that was like their big thing.
Verdansk is coming and anti-cheating.
It's going to be so much better.
And we have all these things prepared.
And then you find out on Reddit that like the people working at Anti-Cheat are selling their login information.
It's ridiculous.
Casual players don't want to play a game where they're just getting shot through walls.
You just want to have a good time.
You guys are so uniquely positioned with a great game, great storyline a big user base and if you can
just stay on top of the simple thing of trying to prevent as much cheating as possible in game
you'll continue to acquire all those players that want to play a call of duty style type game which
off the grid reminds me of obviously it's you know it's guns with metal arms but you know and
you have skins and everything so it doesn't matter but if you know it's guns with metal arms but you know and
you have skins and everything so it doesn't matter but if you guys can see on top of that like you're
going to continue to get those players that just want to log in and play a fun game i don't have
to worry about that and we're now six minutes away from the the listing theo so congrats i'll give
you a uh a preemptive congratulations on that but i i want to go to
to roger as well roger i know you've played off the grid what do you think i still play it i love
the game i think as a gamer you know as someone that comes from playing call of duty for over a
decade and playing war zone you know off the grid was a breath of fresh air as call of duty and war
zones falls off and people forget about that game and we find a new Battle Royale, which off the grid is filling that void right now, right?
So, you know, I think right now from a gaming standpoint,
we have a really great game in Web3 and gaming in general, not just Web3.
Web2 has adopted this as well and we're seeing a lot of traction now with that.
So super excited, you know from even
from a token standpoint right like feel said now that we're able to have a valid marketplace to buy
sell and these things and you know have that economy it's going to be very super interesting
on how that growth goes into the activity of the game which is definitely going to help quite a bit
so very very excited for that.
100%. Also, just let me ask you, Danilo, what do you expect to see today, man?
We've been in this space for a long time.
We've talked about this, about Godzilla, but also about the space in general.
What do you expect today?
All right.
It's a deep question.
Thank you, Mario, for the questions.
But, yeah, honestly speaking, it's a bit the war zone here. We're obviously, you know, basically helping the team and being very engaged. And obviously, we have great expectations for everything that lays ahead based on the fundamentals that we've seen develop over the last basically three and a half years since we made our our bet on this team it was a very different time when we when we invested in
games um you know there were a lot of gaming companies building stuff out there but i think
it was pretty clear since the beginning you know that this team came from you know an industry
that was very different of the traditional web3 gaming teams so we've seen just like pretty much
flawless execution and then an amazing launch of the beta this summer and i think ever since you
know it's not a question anymore you know whether web 3 gaming is possible it's a question kind of
like is this going to be the project that proves it and i think what gets me the most excited is to have seen also traditional
gamers understand why uh you know the blockchain is important and and how ownership of assets is
is something truly unique and that kind of will be incorporated in most uh if not all future games so
you know our expectation is that people still don't understand the potential of
gonzila games and the gun z blockchain oftentimes people just think off the grid is a game only, but obviously you have the Gunzee blockchain,
you have the layer one, you have the ecosystem, you have the whole topic of the nodes, which is
extremely interesting on how players are actually also supporting the network. So yeah, our
expectations are to just see the team keep shipping and us and all the
partners you know supporting the team as much as we can in our own capacity so um you know the market
is tricky right now but i do think that Godzilla games can can show people that true fundamentals
can can kind of like put the noise in the background Danilailo, if you want to turn your camera at any point
and give us a proof of war zone in the office there,
I think that'd be nice to see.
So there's a lot going on here.
Everybody is, this is Peter.
He's the head of growth.
He's always working on things, Godzilla.
And then he is the rest of the team.
That's, yeah, we've been, you know, part
of the family and, you know, seeing Theodore and Vlad and Max and, you know, the rest of the
core team members, you know, not sleep for the last six months has been inspiring, you know. So,
so we're doing our best and obviously in three minutes we're going to go live. So we're going to ask people to help spread the word as always.
And just, you know, it's really exciting to be here today.
And obviously, thanks to Mario, Coach, and others that have been, you know, connected to the project for so long, right?
It was really a very different industry three years ago.
And now it sounds easy to say, like,
OTG is the best game there is, right?
But three and a half years ago, we were
also lucky, right? We were lucky to have found
the team. We were lucky to
have made the bet that now makes
a lot of sense. Danilo, luck is when
preparation meets opportunity. Or, put
another way, luck is 99% sweat
and 1% luck. So, yeah, you got lucky.
You're always lucky when you make it big, right?
We're going live.
By the way, how does it feel, Theodore?
Going in on one project is very different to having multiple projects in one portfolio.
When you focus on one, what's the feeling like?
You're one minute and 18 seconds of listing.
You're listing on Binance and a bunch of other exchanges.
Tell us about the feeling.
Yeah, really, really briefly, it's pretty spectacular. It isn't just
all in on one project and going from 50 advisory gigs and 350 investments to going all in money
wise and time wise, full time Godzilla, right? For a while now, for years. But it's also 28 years of
entrepreneurship and building my own companies and now doing this massive, massive project. It feels absolutely incredible.
It's like found my tribe, so to speak, right?
My people that I, you know, always wanted to have.
And I'm building something really huge with, you know, much bigger than anything I've ever
built before.
And it's really where, you know, the sum of the parts, the whole is much, much bigger
than the sum of the parts.
And that's exactly kind of how I feel about, you know, having joined this team and having built something that, in my opinion, can revolutionize, has already revolutionized, is revolutionizing Web3, but can absolutely also revolutionize Web2 gaming.
So for me, this is massive.
You're seconds away, man. 1760. One thing I'd say, I've done a lot of these countdown shows. We haven't done one in months. I think we haven't done one in, i think we haven't done one in i can't remember the last time we did that's just in general but just because the market is not you know these countdown
shows a good one that you have like these multiple x's but i think in these markets it's more long
term growth that people are looking out for um but still uh you guys raise at point triple i think
double nervous live now and you're sitting already at 0.09 and the raise that i have so number i have is 0.004 and you're sitting at
0.1 now that's your first round that i have based on a few rumors you're doing a 2400 return in these
market conditions that's based on numbers that i have correct me if i got it wrong it's a 2600
return what's the market cap what's the ftv uh uh buzz you want to do a quick math yeah i can do some some quick
math so we're at uh what's that hey buzz buzz just quickly could you add thomas please he is in the
waiting room of course he kind of missed the action man you know no he's he's gonna be here
now he's gonna be here now so the ftv will be right now and based on the current market cap
let me give you some quick math here.
Oh, that's a billion dollar FTV.
Did you say, Alna, Theo, did you say, have you had a billion dollars right now?
1.2, it looks like.
You know, 1.2 billion dollars.
That's a 1.2 billion dollar launch.
When people are calling it a bear market, I'm going to do a post now saying,
everyone calling this a bear market, Godzilla just launched at 1 1.2 billion dollars let me do a quick post now um
thank you how does that compare?
We go into things like that with no expectations.
We're building a product, right?
It's not about the token, really.
It's great to have it.
We need it for utility.
But we're going in, okay, this step is done.
Onwards to the next steps that we need to complete.
That's what I like about what you do,
what you're doing, Theodore,
because we talked a little bit earlier about, you know,
games waiting for better market conditions.
Like, how can you, how can you say you're building a game,
an ecosystem and lore and a player base,
and you're waiting for better market conditions?
Because, you know, then you're,
you're basically saying that your entire game
is solely dependent on what the market is doing
versus the game actually being fun
and people wanting to play it.
It's like, okay, well,
I guess you just have an army of extractors
playing your game versus actual gamers.
And that's the big difference going into 2025
is we need games that have armies of gamers
that are playing.
Because gamers spend money.
Gamers have been spending money
since games came
out right no different than popping quarters in the machine or going to the store and buying a
game for your console gamers are going to spend you don't have to have good crypto market conditions
didn't exist before and the gaming industry was doing just fine so the approach of bringing the
crypto side in when it was necessary makes it make sense also for the
gamers that already have fun playing the game. That's exactly it. You're nearing $20 million
of volume on Binance alone in the first. What has it been? Just a few minutes since the token's
been live, Theodore. Yep, three minutes. Wow. Congratulations. And Thomas, welcome to the show.
Yes, thank you very much, guys.
A bit late, but nonetheless.
Huge congratulations to the team, Theodore.
Awesome job.
After I saw it the first time and played off the grid,
I knew immediately it was going to be a success.
So huge congratulations.
Thanks, buddy.
Good to have you on board.
Coach, you've been involved in the project for quite some time as well.
I mean, when Theo, you and I were speaking the other day, started in 2021, and now you're
over, I think you said 450 employees.
And Coach, you've been around for quite some time with the project.
What are your thoughts here?
I mean, when I first blad um we were talking and
we're kind of figuring things out as to like you know who the good investors were that they had on
the cap table who are maybe not so great um then looking at the token model then the validator node
model and i was just like wow finally a team that's going to focus on revenue that actually
drives the token not the token driving revenue because
everyone's doing it backwards. And then they're thinking, oh yeah, like, well,
they're waiting to launch because they don't have revenue. They don't have users. They don't have
any reason to actually support the price of the token because there actually is nothing back
bringing it, right? There's a lot of fake tokens out there that aren't actually doing anything.
Whereas Godzilla did it completely different, flipped everything on its head and said,
we're going to make a lot of revenue
and we're going to take some of that revenue.
We're going to buy back the token.
So there's a sustainability.
If you use the token in the game,
you're not going to be able to extract value
like all the other games that were created.
And now you have an ecosystem that actually can thrive
if the game is great.
If the ecosystem beyond just the game is great, right?
And I think that alone is just super exciting
to be around and then you meet vlad and you you find a lot more about his past experiences uh as
an entrepreneur and it's just like this guy won't fail like he's the type of person you spent i
spent four days with him in germany um went to visit the went to spend real quality time with
them and it's just like this man is really impressive and so is his team they're they're really committed and you know theodore's definitely been a huge part of that i
see him every single gunzilla event there is and it's just been so exciting to watch something
that's real grow and now they're launching and it's it's not indicative of where the market's
going to go here it's are the are playing spend and that's it's
the beauty of it yeah you can just come back you got 15 billion dollars states you've got over a
million participants getting close to two million could you give us some other metrics because i
think we're talking about the the ftv here i don't want to lose focus on the metrics that do matter
that do matter you're muted theo
we actually had 15.8 billion staked which was the most staked in the last nine month period
and we had 1.7 and change million participants in the binance launch pool which is the most they've
had in seven months uh important to note that the participants that beat us in the last couple of
years was ton with i think 2. something million that was open for 40 days we were open for three
and the only other company that beat us on and they had three times less staked and the only
guys that beat us by a tiny bit on um stake balance over the last couple years was a company that was open for four
days but had half of the participants so very very interesting stats of course on that front
and given that they did it in an up market and we did it of course in currently what you know
looks to be like at least a sideways market if not a bear market uh you know is is very very impressive and uh i think
points towards just how excited the community is in general about having something real can you can
you share more about the how many wallet downloads you have for example and how many players you have
sure so as i mentioned uh the peak daily active users hit 900 000
um and now we're sitting at roughly you know over 600 000 daily active users
millions of monthly active users and a total of 14.8 million wallets most of which uh were
acquired since our early access launch of off the grid our flagship product October 8th of last year
so and you know mostly all acquired in in less than six months that's that's where we're at
currently so now it's just a matter of continuing to build continuing to onboard we launched our West
Cole skin last month he's the biggest one of the biggest streamers in South America that resulted
in a massive massive increase of user base in in Latam for us prior to that we launched I believe
it was in January the scum skin scump a very famous Call of Duty streamer for the first time ever had a skin
in game so he was super excited about that and we have kind of his his large following looking into
off the grid and playing off the grid obviously as you guys know our first kind of commercial
skin last October was ninja where we had also kind of a massive burst of an increase in users.
And with every update that we launch and performance upgrades,
new areas of the island opening up, et cetera,
every time we do these things and other quality of life updates,
our conversions increase, our attentions increases,
new users are jumping into the game.
Solo mode was launched.
A lot of people were like, hey, I love your game,
but I can't play it with random squads.
I'll start playing every day once you have solo mode launched.
Now we have solo mode launched.
It's so much more coming.
So yeah, those are some of the metrics around users and user base.
The metric that I'm looking at, Theo,
with some of the rumored documents that I've seen floating around
from your seed round, it's about a 25 X based on the performance right now.
So I think that certainly deserves a round of applause.
And I think a lot of the people that got in early on the project are really
doing a victory lap.
I watched the volume like 30 million,
I think getting close to 30 million in less than 10 minutes.
I actually am pretty happy that we,
we don't have one of those crazy you know charts where it
pumps to this unsustainable amounts and then you know just bleeds out this this looks to me at
least and i'm not obviously a trader or anything like that and none of this financial advice but
to me this looks actually fairly healthy right like not not not too crazy uh compared to much
smaller ecosystems and much smaller projects that launch at much higher fdvs or pumped to much smaller ecosystems and much smaller projects that launched at
much higher FDVs or pumped to much higher FDVs and then bled out and dropped 90%.
This looks really, really, really healthy.
Yeah, that's why I asked for the metrics earlier, Theodore, I think just to kind of
give the fundamental value that backs the market cap.
Because you see something like if we did this launch a year and a half ago when ICOs were
being hyped, you'd be sitting at a few exits from where we are now.
But these prices are not sustainable.
And what we've seen is a lot of these stocks is bled out.
But then if you compare that, and that's why, again, I mentioned the metrics.
If you compare the market cap compared to the metrics that you've mentioned
early in the show and just a couple of minutes ago,
that kind of shows the price fundamentals backing the price,
which is good.
And that's why investors are locked up
for a long period of time as well.
I think it's a very important thing to mention
that there is long lock-up periods for all the projects.
And people like me, like Danilo, like Coach,
we're chill being locked up.
I think all of us are on the show
rather than, well, I don't trade our tokens,
but I don't think anyone uses a similar trading token
because we're sitting locked up
and talking about the project on the show.
A lot of times when we do countdown shows at least earlier all the
all the all as soon as the token launches all the investors just go off the stream and then you know
they're going to sell their tokens and but yeah you've got us for the for the long run so well
and uh obviously tokenomics tokenomics are now such where it's zero percent on tge for all the
early investors and actually for all of the investors uh tiny tiny unlock for our kale round and the locks are a
year long so nobody's getting tokens for a year really giving the project time to onboard more
games kind of really get hit its stride on board a lot more customers paying customers um gamers so yeah it's
actually i will i will eventually jump off the stream to buy some myself but i won't be jumping
off the stream did you get any pushback when you were raising about the uh zero percent unlock on
tge or were people just very excited to be involved uh people were very excited to be involved and one when we sent out the email with the very very minor tokenomics
adjustment because it was always since 2021 a very tiny unlock originally all these documents
are floating around you know already at this point in public domain so i'm not disclosing anything
new but the original unlocks were five percent on the private a round and two percent on the private b round so we went from those to zero and of
course offered anyone and everyone refunds uh not a single one of the of the even big and medium
sized guys took a refund a couple of little guys you know took a refund and they were like oh it's
the bear market we don't want to wait but you know we have a fairly you know sizable amount of
investors that we've accumulated over over the last five years and not a single one was like oh my god this is crazy they were like nope awesome
go build and go go continue doing your thing you know you've been executing so well continue
executing well well i guess at the end of the day you're like where else are they going to take
their money right i mean we've seen literally just all the entire web3 gaming
like sector just all these games disappearing not launching there's literally only a few places that
you can park your money and so you guys kind of you know have have them trapped right like oh you
don't like our deal oh oh too bad yeah well i won't speculate about that but uh most of the folks have been very very
I would say the the very very large majority of the folks have been extremely supportive
and uh believe in us long term and obviously we super super appreciate that and we're going to
continue building and cranking out updates and onboarding new projects to the Gunsy ecosystem
and you know make it not just
not just by functionality the biggest aaa web 3 gaming system in the world but also by actual
you know amount of gamers and amount of games yeah yeah i want to focus on the so whoever
speaking i'll give you the mic and i just want to say that it's important what you mentioned as well
uh theodore is a very healthy chart a very healthy launch and you know just saw it kind of
immediately stabilized at a billion dollar mark and so i think that's just an important thing to
really focus on as well definitely yeah go ahead yeah no i was just gonna say uh you know as someone
who works with all a lot of these gamers and creators on a daily basis you know a lot of them
are doubling down on on gun on the on off the grid and it's not just because you know it's the only option you know this is a really good game you know and it's a really good
product and it's it's showing up at a time where it's needed because like i said battle royales
at a weird place in gaming right let's forget about web 3 let's talk about the whole gaming
ecosystem right you have call of duty activision blizzard who's who's in shambles complete
shambles over there right they don't know what they're doing with their titles and then you have
a game like off the grid and a company like gunzilla that comes in with this type of structure
this type of experience right we just need everyone to continue to rally behind this project because
as long as we have the support this game will go very far right but we have to continue to champion
this game right and continue to grow with we have to continue to champion this game right
and continue to grow with it so i as someone who's working with these gamers and content creators on
a daily basis i could say that they're all doubling down on off the grid there is no talks about you
know selling buying they're they're here to invest into the long-term stability of off the grid and
its game and the gonzila ecosystem so you know speaking for myself super excited to see how this launch impacts the game's daily you know um
playability how like i said the guys that were playing maybe two hours a day are probably going
to play five to six hours a day now right because it's a whole different type of you know you know
grind so very interesting to see how this launch impacts that. Well, Theo, as we're wrapping up here, I just want to give you another congratulations and just kind of highlight some of these metrics, like launching it over a billion 25x for some of those early investors from 2021 based on some of the time.
At a time when most projects are delaying their launch and people are talking about the bear market.
laying their launch and people are talking about a bear market so it's uh 15.8 billion in usd
staked on binance 900 000 daily active users 14.8 million wallets i mean i think you you really
deserve your flowers and uh appreciate everyone here joining the show um if anyone has any final
thoughts feel free to uh to chime in but as a call to action to people who are tuning in,
I mean, definitely go try out
Off The Grid as a game
and make sure that you're getting involved
in the ecosystem,
but giving you your flowers.
And just to say one last thing,
a lot of people in crypto,
you know, you tend to lack trust
in the people building the project,
especially when markets slow down.
Theodore, I've said this
in the last show we did on Godzilla.
He's one of the, you know,
most OG guys I know in the space. I remember him from the
last cycle. So it was like, what, five years ago
now when we had our first call.
So to see him succeed as he has now and go
all in on the project and to have so many
faces, so many familiar faces backing the
project. Obviously, Coach K
and Zinilo
were probably the closest here on this call.
It's just massive flowers to
you guys and everyone on here, everyone that's involved.
So congratulations to you.
Thank you so much, guys.
Really appreciate it.
Yeah, one of the things I wanted to add for myself,
you know, anybody who is watching this today
and if you haven't tried Off The Grid
and you haven't seen what a true connection
between real disruption,
not just in Web 3, but Web 2 as well
and how they're intertwined
go download it and you will fall in love so yeah thank you very much for creating this because it's
incredible piece of work and congratulations once again yeah i didn't know vlad's money
congrats vlad absolutely no vlad alex uh neil the founders of this project absolutely kind of hit it out of
the park with this one uh i myself play the game regularly i have never played a game that kept me
so immersed and engaged as off the grid does so it's it's yeah it's a lot of different incredible
components that are part of this ecosystem and uh you know insane insane respect to the founders ultimately which is why I joined
full-time and I'm doing nothing but Godzilla now for years and will continue for you know probably
the next decade if not longer no my last thing is if you're watching this and you you you know
you played Fortnite or other games this is kind of your entry into being a part of that and that's
something you should just keep you thinking about because if you could have been in fortnight at the early days you probably would want to being
off the grid if it goes if it goes a similar route so it's a really big opportunity and you know
there's there's really big amounts of capital that go through these types of games like billions of
dollars so that's just a little bit of alpha for you if you don't know. And yeah, I'm excited for the next year or two or three or five or ten.
That's right.
Main thing is go to playoffthegrid.com.
Check out the game.
Play it actually.
Go to gunbygunz.com.
Check out the ecosystem, the white paper, and just educate yourself about how much stuff actually got built and how well it works.
Thanks so much for having us, Mario.
Really appreciate it.
Thanks for everyone else that joined.
Really appreciate you guys coming out here for this launch this launch cheers all the best guys cheers everyone have a great Thank you.
