first question will be, like, how did you come up with the idea to actually create this
platform?
And I know you guys also had an AIP that POTS.
So if you can talk a little bit about that.

What you mentioned, gratefully, what you mentioned, meeting our founder, Dan, on the AIPFest
and where people didn't want to be dogs, so they wanted to post photos straight away from
the conference fast.
And that was actually the very first idea behind 3LOOK to make a platform that will let people
do it easily and fast to post their photo and, yeah, without any problems, without using any
external platforms.
And as for the AIPFest, I think Andy will jump in on that.
Absolutely, I can.
So yeah, with Dan, we are partners for a long time.
And we've been building and we had a lot of ideas.
We've filed it for a few times.
And then we saw that we did this tool like a wallpaper maker with your AIP.
And then we added other collections.
And we saw like a huge potential and a huge activity on these wallpapers.
People loved it.
So what we've decided to try is we've decided to try GIFs, memes, and we also saw a lot of
interest in ApeCoin community.
And we just saw that people want it, people need it.
So we made a proposal and ApeCoin community supported it.
So big shout out to all the ApeCoin holders, all the apes.
And we've started building up to that.
So we've iterated, we've filed it, then ApeCoin proposal, then most of people voted for.
And we were super surprised because we had huge whales that were actually DMing us and
saying, guys, if you need something, just let us know.
We're going to support you.
So we are extremely happy that it turned out well.
And we are continuing to build.

We are in the election, ApeCoin election season right now.
How was actually the process with AIP for you?
So yeah, the process was pretty much smooth, maybe a few bumps along the road.
But generally, we've tried to be helpful for the community first.
We've established a lot of friendships, connections, and we've had a lot of support from different
clubs, from different people who actually was like initial fire for the voting for us.
So and then we've, yeah, we waited quite a bit.
But then right now, I heard that proposal system is a lot better and it improves.
And actually, Dan voted and applied for another proposal.
So but then another proposal was without any funding.
It was just improving the system for finding people in the ApeCoin community.
So yeah, we are trying to make a contribution to improve the ecosystem.
So yeah, fully, fully in love with how the process works right now.

So you guys, before you went to ApeCoin for that AIP proposal, like you had just that idea,
like you didn't have the product yet.
So you really had this idea.
You wanted to do the meme platform.
You created AIP and it went through.
So it led you to create a platform.
No, first of all, me and Dan, we are entrepreneurs.
We have our past businesses and we have some money ourselves.
So we've built the first versions of the platform ourselves.
But then later, ApeCoin helped us in terms of scaling it, in terms of adding functionality,
adding faces, adding gifts to faces.
So it's like expanding on the existing mechanics that we had.
But we also, yeah.
So we added new ones and it was already, we had some kind of product.
It was called NFT Look.
And then we rebranded, we added more features.
We are continuing to add them.
And yeah, so ApeCoin was kind of turning point in terms of adding a new way of interacting with your assets.

Like I use some kind of app that I found in the App Store to actually add my Ape face.
And it was such a pain in the ass because you need to erase background, etc.

Guys, we definitely want to talk about, you know, how can you make money by creating memes, you know,

There's kind of, there's sort of iterations of it, right?

But, you know, as a start, I think it's a great thing.
You know, I'm actually running for the elections as the governance steward,
which is going live in about eight hours, eight or nine hours.

So how long have you been going?
Because one of the big, I'm so glad to hear you talking,
because one of the things that we don't see enough of is we don't see enough follow-up of what happened on AIPs.
So, you know, like if people don't, if their AIP passes, but they don't deliver,
they kind of just sort of disappear, right?
You know, but it's okay to have problems when you launch something and everything's going to work, right?
But if they can come back, and maybe it's because they, like you said, you guys are entrepreneurs in, you know, before this, right?
So someone has a good idea, but maybe they're struggling.
They don't have the right pieces to implement.
They don't have the right tech skills.
Maybe they don't have the right marketer for it.
You know, there's definitely not enough crossover happening post actually passing at the AIP.
Yeah, I think that's a great question, guys.
Danny and Andy, could you actually tell us how you guys are doing?
And maybe also explain what is 3LOOK about for people that don't know how it works, you know,
because I've been using it since Hong Kong.
I mostly use the functionality that I add my Ape head on some GIFs, you know,
that's probably my most favorite thing.
But if you could share a bit how it works, you know, what is it about, that would be perfect.
Sure, absolutely.
So actually 3LOOK is a platform that helps people create content with their IP,
with their NFTs and any Web3 assets super easily, fast and smooth,
and helps them boost their engagement.
We try to keep up, we actually keep up with trends and deliver, yeah,
we have over a thousand templates, I'm guessing, right now on the platform.
We keep up with trends.
You could see it, for instance, yeah, you heard all this buzz with Portal recently,
and once it came up, we had the Portal templates the same day.
And we saw people using them actively, and we saw them getting more engagement
on posting 3LOOK created content.
So this way, I think they observed it as well.
And once you get more engagement with your content, it gets kind of addictive,
and you create with 3LOOK more and more.
We actually saw it work the same way with influencers, for instance.
Some big accounts, let's not call names, posted, let's say, regular memes with Elon Musk
and Porsche cars or anything, and then posted something, some memes and gifs with their IP,
with their NFTs, and yeah, it generates much more engagement.
It adds personality to these memes.
They realize it, and yeah, that's how people get used to 3LOOK.
And so, yeah, 3LOOK is about creating content, boosting engagement.
We have a lot of ideas in the future, but I think we'll talk about it a long way, our space.

How actually you think that creation can help, you know, with building around your brand,
around your IP for the creators in this space?

So first of all, it's not only that it helps our brands or our community.
It's as well, we are building the tool for most of the communities and for people who actually want to show off their assets,
want to show their digital identity.
Because, you know, a lot of people there, they are more known for their avatar than they are known for their real face.
So it is a new kind of identity that just getting to the world right now.
And we are trying to build a set of tools, a set of a platform where people can actually show their this new kind of identity.
And this is a great thing for communities to build upon.
So communities can build on top of it in terms of people can share their UGC in the nearest future,
can share their UGC on community area.
Let's call it like that.
So and this way, the more posts you see around the community, they can be done with our tool.
So this is this is helps to spread the words about the NFT space, to spread the words about Web3 space,
to spread the words about your community.
So this is what 3LOOK is built around.

How does it help?

I was actually creating the meme that it's very tricky to host spaces from iPhone 5.
But it's getting me.

How how actually, you know, creating content with maybe my ape, you know, how it can help me grow as a creator and build a brand and build an IP.
And what was the question?

So the core thing is what we're seeing is a huge boost in terms of Twitter engagement with something that's animated, something that's video, something that's more interactive than just a tweet with text.
Because we are like living in this era of content floating around and TikTok and Instagram reels and everything that's happening.
So when you're creating this small GIF, maybe it's like a simple GIF with Michael from Office.
You are just adding the your face on top of it.
And it's already has some feelings.
It's it's like makes people feel in some way, but around your identity.
So basically what what we are trying to do here is to make this new form of interaction to be easy and accessible for everyone.
So you just go, you just post your item and you post it on Twitter and more and more people engage with you and you engage with other people.
You're going to actually reply to people, people's tweets with GIFs.
And it's also makes more engagement and it brings more people to you because you're a funny person.
So so this is this is how it works.
How do you handle the do you does it work with like warm or delegate?

So if you don't want people to connect their like asset wallet, can you do that?
Or now to to make it super simple and accessible, we didn't add the wallet connection in general.
So we have the wallet connection, but it's it's not required for you to post an item to post a GIF.

And we are still considering all the use cases, how we can do it.
Because, you know, the security is a big issue.
I'm myself a baccalaure in cybersecurity.
So so I really I really feel that it needs to be done correctly.
So for now, it's not required.
This this was actually one of the features that I really enjoyed that I didn't have to use my wallet to use my avatar and use the other use the avatars of people around me.
Because, again, back when I was at that dinner, we were five people.
We wanted to make a selfie of five of us.
And I just asked other guys, like, what is the number of their apes?
And I could immediately create the create an image.

Immediately I could create a gift.
And for example, before I know I was using stickies.
I'm not sure if they're still on or or not.
But the way how it worked that I had to confirm my I have to prove the sign sign basically a transaction with my wallet so that I could use my my mutant or my cool cat.
And it was nice if I use it just for myself, but I couldn't use it with my friends, which was a little a little annoying.
So I actually like that you don't have this feature that I would have to prove my mutant because I can use it with my friends.
Yeah, we saw the use case and we've considered it.
We were specifically thinking about what happens, for example, when you have your friends.

And from our point of view, from my personal point of view, the best way to achieve that is through content.
We want people to boost your products through content.
We want them to post about you.
And in this case, let's imagine that we have a platform that allows you to create content fast and easily.
And we have brands that want to be advertised and want to be talked about.
And we have people who want to create this content on that same platform.
And, yeah, they would like to be incentivized to do that.
And with our platform, we're planning to create, like, a transparent connection between those, letting the first ones be boosted and be advertised and be posted, be talked about, and the other ones to create.
The creators want to create and get transparently paid for it.
Or, okay, I wouldn't say paid, I would say rewarded for it.
And, yeah, and the brands want to be talked about.
So, this is the concept.
Or, let's say that you're not a brand, you're a person, and you also want your content to be boosted by other people, and you want other people to, I know, mention you or like and repost.
But, if you have a platform with tons of creators or tons of users that want to interact and get incentivized, get some points for it, for instance, that's how it might work as well.

Or, like, where do you guys see, you know, like, how to make it from the business perspective?
So, from the business perspective, there are a few business models that we are looking to, but looking forward to, but the main reason we are building here is because we see this new trend of digital identity rises.
And we see that we can do, we can charge collections to be on the platform.
We can charge for engagement, for promotions.
We can do all of different kinds of tests, all of different kinds of models.
But at the end, we just want to first to build a good product that actually people use, people love, and people engage with.
And after that, we're going to test different revenue streams, revenue models, and we're just going to see what works the best.
So, this is our core strategy right now.
But, yeah, we have a few aces in our sleeves.
So, we are just keeping them to ourselves, but you're going to know about them very soon.
Amazing, because I can 100% imagine that once you guys show projects or brands that, like, when people engage with the memes and with the characters, like, they increase the engagement.
I can 100% imagine that it's valuable for them, right?
Because, like, you want to have engagement, you want to have retention.
So, there is a lot of, like, potential in this.

And organic engagement is super, super needed nowadays.
Nowadays, because Twitter, for example, doesn't allow to make ads on crypto and NFTs or something.
And it's just to make your projects be heard, you need to do a lot of things.
And I think that this platform can be one of those tools for the future projects, for the future communities to make, as Danny said, buzz and to make fuzz about the community.
