Hey guys, welcome back. Glad to have you. I know some of you might have been in our discord for yesterday's AMA and Galaxy Radio episode, but I'm glad to chat with you guys again. We have an awesome guest here today. We have a few guests here today actually from Aurora. We have
And forgive me, I'm going to do my best for the names and you guys correct me in a moment. We have a Juanga, Tech Deer and Ivan, I believe. Hopefully I'm correct. So guys, since we have three yes speakers today alongside myself, the host, our questions are going to be answered.
by sometimes multiple guests. We're just going to go through it as smoothly as possible. Not everybody will answer the same question. We'll we have this to already go through the motion. So, just want to let you guys know in advance the format. Thank you for coming to listen. Thanks for coming on. Let's begin. We're going to start with just a little bit of introductions from everyone. So we'll go through and
We'll start with each of you guys. How did you get into web 3 and tell us a bit about yourself? So let's start with TechDear and then we'll go to Ivan and then we'll go to Druyanka. Hello guys, hello everyone. Thanks, Gal. See you are my Ditas. It's nice to be here. Ready to answer your questions and especially
question about my story. First of all, I would like to say that I'm yes, as you said, correctly, in tech deer, yeah, representative for for our hands were skilled, the community from Aurora. And what about my story?
It was an interesting story once. I met my friend, some kind of, you know, 2012. And he asked me if I know about Bitcoin. I was like, "No, he goes like, it's cryptocurrency, neither he or me did not understand anything about it." But after two years, I created an account on it.
blockchain.com and I got myself and Bitcoin and the rest and began to pass the captions for the torches. Then I realized that this was boring and it's not enough and let's venture. Yeah, it did not even look at the chart.
And then I began studies, I received a second degree, it was not before, it's sort of, this time was really for the studying, so I'm left in this, you know, captures and so on, so these things end.
Actually, I was studying with Yehanga and after a gradation we all went somewhere else, you know, back to home and so on. And I went back home and started to start a blockchain again and started with more actual
I was looking for the cranes, you know, process, various free tokens, ACO, I bought three poles from one guy, like, you know, B2P. So they actually made me a later and I then I got the the first former on it.
So then I started to learn technical analysis and starting trading. Everything was good. I generally changed my life for better. Later after that, Yuhang got contacted me and asked if I'm still due blockchain.
And in the end we both ended up on Nier. There was a possibility to create your own devs projects. We had our own projects. And from Nier we got to Aurora and decided to work in Aurora marketing because Aurora is
a young project on the time now it's young project now and it needed some active marketing campaigns so that is how I got in the crypto and web tree and also in Aurora like this. That's great, you can tell you've had a really
honestly like positive learning journey is what I'm getting from it for sure. It's really cool that you guys have known each other for so long. I can't wait to hear you going aside as well. But before that, Ivan, we'll go right on next to you. Feel free to give us this quick intro to yourself, what you're doing with Aurora and how you got into Web 3.
Yeah, hi, Delgan. Thank you for the invitation to be here. I'm working at Aurora on the marketing side. Yeah, and my best battery happens in 2021. Maybe you're muting the microphone something.
Hi there, can you hear me? Yeah, can hear you. Hello, welcome. Yeah, thank you for the invitation. My name is Ivan. I'm from the marketing side of Aurora and my pass in the factory started when the bull run in 2021 happy.
and at first I discovered FileClean which is not bad I would say that it was my first project to see and coincidentally my close friend also started to dip diving in the creep
and I would say that the community further fooled my curiosity, the community and France and of course the bus around crypto also, yeah, streamlined my interest. That's it, thank you.
Now I find there's always kind of that one project that really you get involved in and get involved in the community and kind of hooks you 100% Now that's great. I I find a lot of people as well the 2021 was like a really big start for a lot So that's really cool to have you here now and obviously last but not least let's go right on to you. I'm good. Let me know if I'd see
I think I'm pronouncing it correctly now because I heard Tech Dear Say it. Glad to have you on the same question of course. Thank you, your conversation is excellent. I've already been mentioned very gently. I will start from those one points we were met.
After all, when you go to the sea, he was as in, you know, trading. And I made a few failed. I was invited to Nierkata Kolkhenvinti to
help guys with proposals and some just deconent stuff. I start to be more and more every month and finally I don't know nothing about blockchain except Aurora. Nowadays
No, I mean, I think you'd dive in, right? So yeah, 100%. Yeah, you just kind of get really into the one thing you're working on. I really respect that. So thank you for the intro, guys. Glad to have each of you on and glad to get to know a bit of each of you.
starting out here. So let's dive right into the questions before I ask the first question. I just want to let you guys know as well. For everybody listening, feel free to ask questions below as we go along and we can take a peek towards the end and see if we can answer some of the questions from the audience. So yeah, if you have any questions, make sure you ask them down below in the Twitter space. And with that, let's go
So right onto a learning about Aurora Network and Aurora Cloud. This one's going to be for, we'll start with TechDear again and we'll go into Ivan. Just give us your best explanations in regards to Aurora Network and Aurora Cloud. What is it? What are you guys doing for the people that do not know? >> Yeah, I'm sure.
I will briefly tell anything about Aurora and Aurora Cloud because Aurora Cloud is a big project so maybe I won't go tell more but briefly about Aurora. Aurora is a smart contract built on top of Nier so Aurora Network is some kind of network
Next generation, the Ethereum compatible blockchain and X system, the Trans from near protocol. So it's built on near, which is decentralized platform for building decentralized applications, so-called DAPs. And the world network is designed to be compatible with Ethereum.
Ethereum with the machine, which means that developers can be using Ethereum tools and smart contracts to build on Aurora. So Aurora Network is focused on providing a fast and scalable platform for Web2.
to capture the value of Web3. So it's something about Aurora Cloud because I will tell you about Aurora Cloud later. But now I would say that the most important application on Aurora Network is was developed by
network is rainbow bridge. It is for near to, it is the bridge for near to with Aaron talking transfers, which allows to similar stock and transfer between the two networks. And of course, Aaron network is dry on by with Rordau, which is decentralized
organization that govern the RON network access system. Back to the web to businesses and web 3 so it is the big and greatest project from Aurora is a cloud. It is a platform I would say briefly that
it is a platform and a suite of products that allows businesses to add blockchain to their operations. Some kind of the next generation is even compatible blockchain and X systems are transformable protocol like Aurora of course because it is their product of Aurora.
Some kind of one-stop solution to adding blockchain to business. It is a bridge that helps web to businesses and their goods and tools that can be tokenized and goes to the web3. So, Rural Cloud Power
the innovation behind the role network, something briefly like. So and Roropaut have three products on their own. It's Roropaut by Alice, Roropaut and Roropaut Silas. So this three and Roropaut some kind
of the project of valid projects. So Rora starting to create their own valid and it is Rora pass and it is the part of the Rora Cloud product. So maybe anything else about Rora Cloud will tell by Ivan.
of course, and we'll go right on to Ivan. And yeah, just anything that's working on getting businesses and more massive options, I'm personally a big fan of, so that's great to hear. Great explanation, Tyke here. Let's go right on to Ivan, just give us any extra bits and pieces. Yeah, for sure. Just personal take on Aurora itself.
This is the most fascinating fact for me that Aurora is basically a smart contract on Nier. And yes, since Nier reputation is one of the trustless, one of the most secure and fast blockchains, this is a good addition to the Aurora itself. I mean, feature
of Aurora is the main feature of Aurora is a fear incompatible compatibility. Back to the Aurora Cloud, as TechDner said, this is our bold step into the world of blockchain solutions for businesses. Since my community heard like Avalanche or Polygon or even Binance Chain has already
is stepped in in this world developing products specifically for Web2 companies. And we are on the part on this journey as well because as our CEO previously said on another MA with the breeder, we do truly believe that Web2 companies we have in Web2
we have a lot of stuff to learn. We know that the whole crypto economy is like one third of one company that making iPhones, for example. And in this way we expect that a world cloud as a
of products, we expect to help those web2 companies to enter to the web3 through such products as non-castodial wallets called Aurora Puzz, through Aurora Silas, which is a technology through which
We can set up a dedicated blockchain for business like Just imagine one retail company or game company come to us and ask like To duplicate basically duplicate a Roris smart contract on you and this company can buy Themselves another copy
of Aurora. This is super cool. And another thing to addition to this is Boralist Business. Basically, it's a dashboard where businesses can track and process transactions of their clients. Just imagine, again, this case, the game company comes, they purchase a Rosyla,
they stop the own dedicated blockchain where their KYC even users can only process transactions. And they can like, they see from what country do they
do those users process transactions. They can even eliminate the transaction fees for these users and so many many others things. Yet this is a short intro of a row cloud and besides that one more cool fact evh you in the end of
of this MA. Thank you. Awesome. Amazing explanation. Thank you so much. And guys as well as one of you know, it's through the previous explanations. I also linked below the recent, well, I guess a few months from March, the thread from Aurora kind of covering some of these different things, the Boreals
business for Rora passing Rora silos. Feel free to give that a look as we chat and go on. With that, we'll go right into the next question. We're going to go to the Lully, Yohanga. The question for you is what inspired Aurora throughout this building process to focus more on building a community? How did you get started on this process?
Thank you. How it was inspired by the head of Comjunci, L'Oc, who is Da'cha. It was his inspiration. He made this real, but he said,
I was realizing it and we made a huge job for engaging extra people, we offered them activities and it was a big pass of controlling and helping support.
For now we have modern terms, regional communities and creative communities that produce dubs and boats. Play games and now came to Galaxy to pass all the quests and we see how many people is there.
people are really interested to explore a world with gaming approach. So there's the way how we build it shortly. No, I love that. I find, you know, it's kind of, it sneaks up on you. How many amazing people you can find in
your community in particular. And yeah, hopefully they can get through all the quests. That's awesome. We can talk a bit more about that going forward. My question now next for TechTier. So this question is, what do you think is the sort of most important ingredients in building that thriving community? Yeah, thanks.
I'm sure that if you ask this question to any other project or network, the answer will be about same, but at the moment there is no specific recipe and marketing, any marketing project is always trying to find some innovations in creating a strong community.
And there is no clear understanding on how well that strategy will work. So you need to try to understand. However, the most important thing for my opinion is that our experience shows that activity
in the community. So, community must be active. So, the more active and people in the community, the better for the network. So, we need to inspiring people to tell others about the project in one way or another in this case, or, of course,
is the most important so that they tell it with enthusiasm, not as an other crypto project. This result is difficult to achieve but possible. So, every project, every
blockchain on network, it is people behind it. So there is no community without people. People must be interested because we can see many projects that have big communities, but they are not active. They have, you know,
hundreds, thousand people on the telegram chart, but there is nothing happen there. People answering, you know, got some dry answering on the topics or something like, you know, general questions have and so on. So we need to be active, says,
That is why we create some activities like mini games. We're chatting a lot. We create voices on the telegram. We invite different team members from the other blockchains. We are staying connected to Xamarin.
asking them how they're doing something and asking them about, you know, any programs, any air drops and busslet or programs and both activities, about insights, maybe, and people from the other projects, they go to them
maybe or a hunter, so in other or guilds and they, you know, they members to stay connected with us. So I think that the most important thing is that community need to be alive. So it need to be active like this. Yeah, no.
I completely agree. I feel that it's sometimes with centering circumstances. Obviously, when the market dips, you really see how well you've connected with your user base. Obviously, people do come and go, we go up and we go down. I find that you're just really on my side of things, just to
to go back to it. I feel like you really need to be a chameleon. As you guys mentioned, many different regional communities, you need to learn how to interact and connect with each of these different people that are all over the world. It's a hard task. It can be tough from time to time learning how to connect with these different people.
to different activities, some might work some way, some might work another way. But yeah, I agree. You want those people active and you want that vision that they have of your project to be a positive one, right? So that every time that they talk about that, it's something good for the project itself. And they can be happy and proud of what
involved in. So I completely agree. And with that, my next question for you. Now that we're talking a bit about community and the community that you guys have built, what roles do you see the community playing towards the future of blockchain and Aurora itself? Oh, yeah, thanks.
So I have previously mentioned blockchain project is about the people on it. There's all people there is no community. There will be no support from those people who believe in the technology of the project or the team. One of the most important factors and
Any analyst will tell you about this. It's not only the presence of the community. Also that I've just previously mentioned, community must be active and social networks are must be a lot of discussions. Whether it's a low price of a asset,
or the purchase of the AI by developers, scandals are in tricks as well as new partnerships are really important too. So in any case and now and in the future the community plays the important role.
Yeah, big balance, but I mean that maybe someone some of the leaders of the community afraid of you know some black marketing
stuff. I mean that the Black BR is really good for crypto because we got a lot of food on the market and people afraid of getting wrecked or something like this or we know what's happening with finance or something like this.
But I think that these kind of things, the kind of black marketing things are really, really good for crypto, because crypto is not a simple thing. So it's some kind of underground thing for all of you.
for now too. So it is not so long ago was created and being the part of you know, crypto is the kind of being of Fundagraut. I'm not talking about you know, big whales that you know, got the institutional money
but I mean the real people who are staying on the blockchain, they are like underground people and telling about my neighbor, I mean, oh my granny about blockchain is really being underground. So I think that being in crypto-life and underground
around is good to have all the tools for the not only for community but for the blockchain at all. So we can talk about anything. So it is decentralized world. So it's no any rules. So we can see that how these rules are
trying to be created now, but I don't think that it will happen. So we have decentralized finance, taxes, taxes changes. And there is, it can be more underground in the future than then regulate. Yes.
Yes, maybe like this. Of course, I agree. And what do you think in this process so far for you has been some of the biggest challenges that you have faced in building and maintaining a community, obviously through up and down markets, et cetera, and how do you overcome these problems?
The hardest thing in my memory was to get the community interested in B-NAC. I was first in college because I'm studying on this point that the community must be active because it's just a
You need to be alive. What I mean by active now is mostly transactions on the rural network. So I mean the most really, really global goal is to make a lot of transactions in the rural network, to show that network is working good.
As the result, as the most active guild, I mean, Rohanters, we developed a number of mini games in the battery where users just play and make a screenshot and take it to the Telegram chat and we
and get tips about this. So in addition, we develop a board that gives that tips. Not only do not only we distribute them, but they use to distribute them to each other because they have no tips and they can seep into the other user.
So something like this. And another difficulty was the mental state, I would say, of users in this fair market. So we made users understand that their hands should not be paper hands, but diamond hands. So by the day.
I agree. I feel like the mental is personally one thing that most people will struggle with over anything else. When you have that bad attitude and it starts to spread through Bitcoin draws
etc. Everything goes red. Users start to get scared, right? And when someone gets scared, it's very easy to control how they act and react and talk in a community space, right? So part of that is just really focusing on de-escalation in my opinion and just confirming the facts, etc. We're here together. This is this. We're still working, right?
you know, no red is going to stop us. I mean, I always make it my philosophy too when we talk on our weekly, I may see how to let people know. Personally, I don't like to buy the green times, right? Red is the time where you focus hard, you learn, you build up, you know, whatever portfolio you're interested in, et cetera, so I completely agree
with you there. It's definitely a time where you really need to buckle down and focus hard, so 100%. Yeah, yeah, true. I'm agree with you too. And with that, we're going to go over to Johenga now for the next question. Johenga, could you let us know what some of the key metrics you guys have to assess the health of your community?
In short, I even know a community member, so I know better. Mostly, I work in the community dashboard and it's awesome community.
at the weld mount, the whole to the future of the community by social media, mostly for now, and when the bridge and their transplants proposals and the rivers and
And then transactions reports. We are focused mostly on using our ecosystem network applications that develop it. And yeah, actually,
users can be seen in our dashboard very soon. For now we can see how our community works and grow and
and what events they are doing and these metrics is transparent and most available for us from this thinking the growth.
I completely agree. I think understanding the different habits and moves that obviously these thousands to tens of thousands of people are making is super important just to understand what works and what doesn't, especially in the community sense and in the project sense.
We'll go right into the same format. Could you cover some of the examples that you guys have had of successful community-driven marketing initiatives that you guys have executed in place?
together maybe even some Galaxy campaigns which is a great way to track user activity by the way. Yeah, yeah, so well, let's probably not hide it, but the best drivers so all the same, my platform, such the Galaxy and similar ones like you know, you're coming
competitors like Tesco and Zili and so on. So after all the very process of earning activity tokens and experience points which can be then be exchanged to the real assets makes the community not only local but global interact with the network and protocols.
And that creation of additional activities, I can say that short tutorials may be on YouTube, so we create YouTube channel where we can edit short tutorials of how the application works. So we have conversations with
representatives of the ecosystem. So we created the MSS how it works where team members sharing their screen and show community how the application works. So people can see tips, tricks and different things.
Yes, and so it helps to draw the attention of the community to the X system. And also we have, as I mentioned before, some activities on the chat, some in social networks. So we created some activities like Counter-Betware,
people can predict the future of price of the token and they can, as I mentioned before, play games and the major transactions, especially it's cool in a rural because if you have an rural account, when a rural plus, if you have an account in a rural
Plus you have 50 transactions free transactions per month, so it can be done for free. So it's cool to be an active member of Aurora. Yeah, something like this. And Galaxy, of course.
So the good platform because we can interact not only with local communities, but as I said globally because many people sitting on the platforms like Galaxy and waiting for the new campaigns to get, you know,
these tokens, I mean experience tokens and exchange it later to their money. So they get rewarded by their activity on the platforms like Galaxy. So I mean the Galaxy platform and the platforms like Galaxy is I think is the best
drivers for the community. Thank you. I completely agree. Before we go on to Ivan real quick, I linked below on the Twitter space the latest week covering the Aurora adventures that are now live on Galaxy.
So please go give that a peek as well for sure. That's awesome. And I'm, I thank you for the love of you. Spread to us as well. I appreciate you guys being involved. I'm using our system, you know, driving those users the best way possible, right? Of course. And so, so Ivan, would you be able to cover, you know, anything
successful community driven marketing initiatives just from your side any bits and pieces you can add on to do anything tech to put out. Yeah, of course definitely Galaxy campaign such such a time saving opportunity for projects to discover new audiences and invite you
to discover new ecosystem. And this is the best part like you do a really great job for the WebTree guys that you attract users and in a pretty interactive way, pretty easy way, get users understand how other projects work.
and one more thing I would add that nowadays maybe one or two projects appear every day and it's hard to stay up to date what is cool and what is not and I believe true
through your due diligence, for example, you also doing a great job. And yeah, this is the most fascinating fact for me. Back to the community driven marketing. I like the vibe of community grants. Like we have an Aurora
and governance, governance website where you can come and apply for community grants. Why do I like this? Because this is a truly a web tree vibe where you can come as individual, as independent artist or creator and apply your skills and
apply your skills for example for content creation, you can create a video, you can create a tweet, or you can create infographics. And yeah, I like the idea of user-generated content because it's so native and it's passionate. It's really passionate. This is
What is that tree? I agree. There are some incredible community members that just have so many wonderful ideas, lower in thoughts. We have a particular member of our community has even put together a few sites to help track different galaxy aspects early on.
He just did this because he just he loved what we were doing and he had fun with it. So it was super cool to see And yeah, I grabbed I love the idea of grants and just kind of promoting and lifting up those users Very much. That's awesome. Thank you for that Ivan super appreciative and so guys we have two more questions to cover you know in that
in that time, feel free to ask any questions you guys have below. If not, that's totally okay. That means we've covered everything and you guys know what we're doing. So thank you. And with that, we're going to go right into the next question. This one's going to be for Yoanga. So could you let us know with Aurora and its community, what can we expect to see in the coming months?
I can short-inside, but mostly I'm interested in to hear what questions community has here in the space. So we are working on kind of a possible program.
And hoping to launch the nearest months. What are the questions from the space here? Let's ask them. Yeah, no worries. We can take a peek. Before we take a peek into that, is there any details you can give us on
the ambassador program that are out already or any alpha for the user. So no insight. So I can continue a little bit. So we are creating a best of program. Now
we can, you know, we're searching for active members from other blockchains or just users from their crypto space and to give them the opportunity to be ambassador of the program because Aurora not standing
on the one step, they're getting going further and we trying to understand what people need, what the community need, what the what web to business needs. So we're all creates a lot of products and have a
a lot of partnerships and that is why we are now creating this ambassador program and for now we can kind of say tails because it is only started but it will be cool I think though so it will be
something something to rule something X so we'll see some of that. Yeah I'm excited to hear when when we do get the chance obviously it's something very hard to build and you know we've been consistently working on our own as well that we we launched last January it's been great
so far we've seen lots of activity from users, community content, you know, doubt proposals being passed. It's been amazing honestly, so you guys are definitely in for a ride in that sense. It'll be awesome to see what your community can put together and get involved in the ambassador area. So thank you for that. And we'll go into the last
question for today from our pre-set questions for we put together and I'll do this one for Ivan so obviously we know Aurora is obviously very business focused with you know getting web 2 to web 3 to businesses. Ivan could you please cover for us the Aurora External BD program?
Yeah, for sure. As I said, this is here is a little on further in the MA session. Yeah, and I was referring to the affiliate program. Basically, back to the idea of community community is not only about transaction
or about likes under the post. This is about the common sense and a common goal. If the users and community do love the product and share the same goals and ideas of this project, they would be the best marketers itself.
And applying this idea, we developed a affiliate program where you can apply and refer a business who would benefit from Aurora Cloud solution and get a bonus in $1,000.
And it doesn't limit in how many leads you can refer. So take a look at this. Stay follow on the Aurora Twitter and of course visit our blog where you can learn more about this affiliate program.
Amazing. That's very cool. Especially the, I love the bonus you can get as well. That's interesting. I haven't seen very many programs like this. This is super cool. And guys, if you want to give it a read as well, I linked the site that leads right to the Consumer Partnership Affiliate Program information.
Thank you for that great explanation Ivan and I appreciate you coming on for today and giving us a taste of Aurora. I'm checking the chat right now guys. It doesn't look like we have too many questions from the audience. We do have a lot of kind words. So thank you to everyone for free and over
writing hello below saying hey, giving some kind words. With that, I guess we can go to a close for today. Before we finish out, is there any final words you guys would like to get today to the audience? Maybe we'll go right to TechDear for that. Yeah, guys, thanks a lot. First of all, let's say that thanks a lot to your
invited us. So it's really amazing to answer the questions. And I would say that community need to stay strong. They need to be kind of believers. So they need to have diamond hands and they need to
Maybe that is the main reason to stay in crypto because we have a chance to change our life. So even if we are in bear market, so you need to in this
This time is good for developing something to study something, to understand systems and networks and to be active. So thank you. I completely agree. I think time is your best friend, not your enemy.
And that time you have in your day, even an hour, can be put to word learning something incredible that could change your future, right? You know, way back when when COVID-19 began and I, you know, took the chance of, you know, spending some time and learning this area, I'm definitely changed mine and it further better and I've met so many amazing people and got the chance to talk to so many cool projects.
Obviously Aurora is one of them, so I want to thank you, you ain't got to tech to your an Ivan for coming on. I want to thank Aurora for getting involved in using Galaxy to its most potential. Appreciate you guys for doing everything you do. Guys, check out the latest Aurora campaign. Follow the Twitter, see everything they're doing, get involved in the Discord and Baster program coming soon.
Thank you guys for coming on and we'll close up for today. Appreciate you and talk soon. Thanks a lot. Don't forget to subscribe now to Aurora. No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no#
